there's three people involved and all three people are fine and walking around and probably the most serious injury is a fractured wrist um so a lot of times collisions look really bad but just due to how well vehicles are built now and how safe they are even though they look really bad typically the occupants inside them are pretty good okay uh so what I'm the owner of the who was driving my husband house my over here that's a house okay I'm going to have you go stand over there and I'll come and talk to you okay I just want to make sure you just do your husband dogs are driving or in the car you were driving or your husband my husband okay and then you're complaining of yeah my okay okay just okay uh give me paper H and just tell me what happened um so we're on our way to go to the vet we're literally D just riding down here and I see this Jeep behind us going like 15 M an hour all get back and I'm like oh my God hun hun hold over and next thing she just Rams into us and we just go lose out of control and trying not to we just went out of control trying not to flip and and then we ended up over there you from behind yeah and then she came out all belligerant just like what the [ __ ] are you stupid I'm like okay what the hell is going on with this lady you literally just almost killed us like are you crazy are you the only oan of this car yeah I'm the only owner of this vehicle this one here well can you tell me what happened um I was driving down and I was trying to get into a lane and they were getting into a lane the same time I was getting into the the left lane okay and they were getting into the right lane and so I guess we hit okay I mean that's what I seen cuz they have their BL okay when I get off the vehicle they said no you crashing into me and and I was like wait okay and who is who is I'm the owner of the vehicle okay but I don't know if you know be honest I was I was going a little fast okay probably probably going about maybe like 5 6 miles over okay okay and much for that okay um and where are you coming from um I was just dropping my friend off and now pory Tacoma and I was coming back down here okay right on First Avenue okay and have for her second hand to get over to somewhere where it was easy for her to start the 302nd time um so it doesn't matter what number the person counts to uh whether it's fast or slow it simply matters that they stand on one leg with their arms down at their sides and their foot approximately 6 in off the ground for a time 30 seconds which obviously she couldn't do cuz she's drunk at this time I'll what time do you think it is right now I want to say maybe a little bit before 10 one of the aspects of impairment is a poor perception of both time and distance um the probably the poor perception of distance was shown by the fact that she got into a crash and the poor perception of the passage of time shows that if you look at the officer's body One camera time stamp on the corner um of the video it showed that it was just before 5 like had no idea any sort of perception of the passage of time from when she was drinking to where she was and what time it was now so that just shows how impaired she was pm okay uh and do you know what direction of travel you were going uh what's This Way Northeast Northwest North South North Dakota like okay no which no I really don't okay that's okay oh what time did you start um maybe around 450 550 450 around the evening time okay uh and what's the date I don't keep track of days anymore I think she died or yeah sorry I don't keep track of days okay a sometime before so I remember the 21st okay wow specifically the 21st I remember that I remember the 17th okay because for my phone bill okay so probably about 2 3 days ago cuz today is about the 21st 22nd okay I think I don't keep up with the days anymore and then um have you been drinking alcoholic beverages today um I drank one shot today okay and then I have not Dr one since so and then I ended up here which is every time I drink I end up here so you say one one shot okay and then of of what you drinking Kila okay about what time did you start drinking I took one shot at like 7:00 about 7 7 p.m. yes and then who have you been drinking with myself just you yeah I took one shot by myself and then I smoked the rest of my weed at my friend's house okay and then I was trying to drive home cuz I was very upset cuz and then I crashed or do you believe your ability to drive was affected by your alcohol or drug usage no you crashed your car the answer is yes no she underwent a breath test and registered a result of 0.195 which is nearly 10 times the legal limit of 0.02 for drivers under the age of 20 in the state of Washington oh I see different aspects of different laws from different states so this video came from the state of Washington where apparently you can be under the age of 21 and legally drive with alcohol on your body which you can't here in Arizona Arizona has zero tolerance if you're under the age of 21 you can't have any alcohol in your body while you're operating a motor vehicle and apparently in state of Washington you could be a 0.02 which pretty much means you can have a beer um under the age of 21 and drive um I I like Arizona's Zero Tolerance Law I think it's really easy if you're under the age of 21 it's zero uh that's a really easy number to remember and then if you're over the age of 21 then it's you know anywhere between 005 and 08 everyone over 08 um is considered impaired but you don't have to worry about it if you're under the age of 21 it's just zero so just don't drink and obey the law following the test She was transferred to the hospital for medical evaluation where it was determined that she had sustained a fractured wrist after receiving treatment she was then taken to jail subsequently she was charged with DUI and cited for causing a traffic accident
