this is going to be another incident
involving the same gentleman
this particular time officers were all
dispatched to scene
because he was out dumping over trash
cans and
causing a ruckus turns out he was
dumping over the trash cans
because he believed there were federal
agents in those trash cans
who were watching him probably trying to
plant more meth on him so they could
continue to build their case
so i thought this would be interesting
to show you because it's the same guy
doing some of the same behaviors
although this time he's a little bit
more worked up than he was last time
but it's a different group of officers
so you can see if the initial
interaction with the officers was maybe
an outlier or maybe those first officers
were just
particularly well trained or
particularly nice to him
this time you get to see the same guy
with a different set of officers
and you can judge for yourself on
whether or not you think the officers
did a good job
whether or not you think they're well
trained and whether or not you think
that they're prepared to deal with the
situations that they're dealing with on
the streets

think someone else would have done a
better job
