The officers approached the angry teen whose erratic behavior wasn't helping her much. And pretty soon she was going to find out where her arrogant attitude would lead her. >> Finish her cigarette there. Okay. >> No, cuz what am I? Cuz I'm not leaving. I need to leave. My ride's on the way. >> How much how much you had to drink? >> Two shots. That's it. Only had two shots of smear on. That's it. I'm okay. No, I'm >> I'm going to come talk to you in a second. >> As expected, Jesse ignored the officer's warnings to calm down and threw a fit, [music] which prompted them to put the drunk, arrogant teen in her place. >> Calm down. >> We don't want to put you in this little contraption. >> Put me in jail again. >> Yeah, you broke your ass. >> I didn't mean to. >> You did it. >> No. [screaming] Calm down. >> Stop. [screaming] >> Stop pulling around. It won't hurt. >> You're horning me. >> You're horning me. Stop. You're hurting me. >> No. >> We We don't want you banging your head on the back of the >> seat there and go home. >> Let me I'm going to go take >> pictures real quick. Get a quick statement. Oh my goodness. >> No, I'm not. >> I'm sorry. >> Where's her uh Where's her purse in the car? >> NO. >> Put your feet in the car. Put your feet in the car. Before the officers could even ask what was going on, the teenager had already made a mess of the situation. After finally securing her in the back of the van, they turned to the shaken grandmother to [music] get her statement. >> Did she get dropped off here or what happened? Exactly. >> She Yes, she showed up and >> I don't know. I don't I don't want her to stay here. So, cuz I already know how she >> Well, I didn't know she But I heard her when she said that she was drinking. >> She came into the into your apartment. Yes, she did. >> She hung around a little bit. She got on the Wi-Fi so she didn't saw her >> up by my counter where I keep my keys >> in the bowl. And I was going outside to smoke a cigarette and I saw her trying to get into my car and she was like, "I'm sorry, I'll give it back." So, I went out to get my keys and she's like, "Here." And I just said, "Hey, don't." I was like, "Don't come back to my house." cuz she was planning on coming back. Or if I don't come back, you're not allowed back here. You know, this the second time she's broken my window. >> Um >> So, so she got her keys from inside your apartment, came down to your car. >> Try to get in your car. You saw her? >> Yeah, I saw her. >> And then she got pissed at you after you said, "Don't come back to the house." >> I said, "Don't come back." Cuz she was like, "I won't." And then I said, "No, you know what?" And then she I came inside and I heard the I heard the loud noise and I just knew it. Okay. And she's done it before. You said >> she has. She's broken my um driver's side window. >> Okay. >> Okay. Well, she's obviously going to jail tonight. >> Um if you guys have any questions, give her a call. Did you want a case number or something for insurance? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> It didn't take much for the officers to wrap up the investigation and take Jesse to jail. But they had no idea that even in restraints, she wasn't going to make things easy. >> Ji, >> here. Take a breath. This is not on your face. >> Is that better? >> Is that better? >> I >> take a deep breath. Okay. >> Go home. >> JC. Take a deep breath. >> I want go home. >> I I know that. >> Take a breath. Okay, >> JC, >> I can't breathe. >> I can't breathe. >> I can't take this helmet off because I don't want you to bang your head anymore. >> You hear me? Jason, listen to me real quick. >> Jine, >> are you listening to me? >> Jine, you are breathing. One of my tubes are hurting in my throat. >> One of your what is hurting? >> And my throat is one of the sticky tubes. I'm hurting. >> Okay. Well, I'm I want to take this this thing off as soon as possible, >> but I can't just yet. >> Take it off. >> Five. In 5 minutes, I can take it off. Okay. >> So, hang on a second. >> 5 minutes. >> I can't breathe. I'm going to roll down the windows and I will take that off in 5 minutes. Okay. Stop hanging your head. >> He's dead 5 minutes. 5 minutes ago. >> No. JC, stop. [screaming] >> JC, I'm reaching over. >> Ouch. >> Okay. Step out and then help me. Watch. Hold on. >> Yeah, you got to step. Come this way. >> Step out. It hurts pretty bad. It's really painful. It hurts me so much. I'm telling you, sir, I'm not lying. >> You got to start moving this way so I can loosen up. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Will it be released tomorrow? >> Okay. Try to stand. >> Will it be released tomorrow? >> I We're going to go in and ask these guys right now cuz I can't tell you. >> The guy in the the guys is in the front. >> Yeah, the presence officers. Come on. Come on. I'll give you a little more slack here. See how much you can walk. >> I need pull the pencil. Sorry. >> Sorry. Okay. Hold on. >> Oh, we appreciate it. >> We don't necessarily like how we do this. >> All right. Good. >> Please stop me. I can't breathe. >> Better. >> A little bit tangled in your Valkyrie. Okay. Here, I think. All right. Sorry if I pull your hair a little bit, but it's stuck to the Velcro. >> I need water really bad. I need to call my mom. >> Just be cooperative with these guys and I'm sure I'll be willing to help you out. >> Okay. We're We're definitely better. >> So, we're a little better now. >> Was uh bad for a while. >> Jesse was taken to jail and charged with criminal mischief and resisting. In another crazy case, officers in Ohio rushed in to save her mom for domestic abuse by her own daughter. >> I'm 25 years old. I'm exhausted. I'm missing officer. >> Who's playing my game? Are you talking about your mom? >> My mom mostly. >> She was laying Well, she's she's bigger than me, so she's like I'm coping me and I'm trying to push her off of me. And I did fight her. >> Can you come over here? Stop acting scared. >> Stop yelling. >> On December the 19th, 2024 in Ohio, officers received reports of a domestic dispute between a mother and a daughter. When they arrived, they found the mother visibly distressed. >> Yeah. Well, I've tried to ignore this, but I was laying on the couch with her daughter and she jumped on top of me and I couldn't move. So, you know, I'm trying to get her off. I had to yell for my other daughter to get her, but she said she's not coming out. >> How was your How old is this daughter? >> This one is 24, but she broke a gallon of paint that through the house. She's just paralyzed the whole house. >> She said she wants restraining orders. I mean, you can >> Is she on? >> No, she she's not. me and my >> Can you Can you guys No, no, no. Get her. Get away from me. I'll talk to you. I'll do anything. Just follow me. Please stay away from me. >> Hey, stop. Stop. Calm down. >> My step. >> My daughter's in here. >> She's standing right there. It's okay. >> I can't leave my daughter. Can you please follow me? >> The officers separated the distressed mother and her agitated daughter to take their statements, but figuring out the truth was going to be [music] more difficult than they had hoped for. So, what's going on? >> Um, I got sent to one the other day, right? >> Okay. >> I have a lot of mental problems >> and that's from where I was a little kid and my son touched me, you know, >> and I've been trying to face those ever since I had my first son. >> Okay. >> And I try to bring but I have all these people in my life that keep >> and that's my mom, my brother, and the people downstairs. >> So, what brought us all? because she was sleeping and my son asked her told her to get up because her daughter was crying. I was giving her a bath. I was taking care of her. I always walk over a little bit. So, we're going to kind of step on each other's toes there. >> And um they started arguing. Well, as soon as you get her flared up, this is what happens. Usually, if you just try to ignore it, she'll calm down. >> And I just want you to know I'm not I'm not I'm trying to protect my kids and keep my kids. I got a CPS case. I'm clean though. If you just take me somewhere with my kid instead of just like >> What was all the yelling about? >> Because she got mad because I just tried to hold her down. She said she was going to call cops. Stop calling cops. Stop trying to yell for help. Why can't you just talk to me? >> Well, why are we holding her down? >> Because she was biting me and she was trying to call the cops. Stop calling the cops. That's not going to fix her situation. We need to sit [clears throat] here and fix it by ourselves. Cuz cops scared me. >> So she was biting you and then >> Yes, she was biting. I was just trying to hold her down so that people downstairs would come out and see. I'm just trying to hold her down and talk to her. I'm not trying to hurt her. She's my mom. >> So what? What escalated to where what made her bite you? >> I was holding her down like trying to get her to stop trying to stop like we need to talk. Stop doing this. >> They were fighting and arguing. I was like I was going to call the cops. So then she kept going. She said she was going to get dressed and go to her dad. So I called her dad to see I was just recording so you could hear. But >> um she started down the paint and it went from the bathroom all the way and I was trying to film it. But she's just destroying everything and won't stop. I'm laying on the couch, not talking to her, letting her do what she's doing, yelling at me, and she jumps on top of me, and I can't breathe. So, I yell for her sister to help me. >> Why would your mom bite you? Like, what causes? >> Cuz she wants to make me see I'm the problem. You know, I've been I've been sick. I was at the hospital the other day, right? Like, I told them to give me the shot because when I was in some behavioral, the shot they give us, they honestly lift us up, cover our mouth, put us in like a closet. So, when they hit us with that shot, we're instantly out. We can't talk about nothing, you know, >> because we're not in the right state of mind. >> What is this? >> Well, now I'm in the right state of mind and I'm clean and I'm I'm right you. I'm trying everything to keep my kids. >> They're all living for officers and I don't know how to keep him safe without me trying to realize this is I'm trying to tell you guys the truth and trying to talk to you guys, but you guys don't want to talk to me together. You guys just want to play mind games. I'm 25 years old. I'm exhausted. I'm missing your business. I'm exhausted. Officer, >> who's playing mind games? Do you talk about your mom? my mom mostly. >> The officers kept plugging away to get to the bottom of the situation. The fact was that both the mother and daughter were not willing to give an inch and that did not help the officer's case at all. >> She was laying well she's she's bigger than me so she's like on top of me and I'm trying to push her off of me and I did bite her to get her off of me cuz I couldn't breathe. But yeah, >> but she's hit me up inside my head and I I do have a knot. It's just I just can't take it anymore. I just can't I keep trying and trying. She screw that. She's >> wallet this. >> Yeah, she's broke the iPod or the cake pot thing. She >> Okay. >> I just I didn't want to call you. >> You said her and the brother was or you >> Yeah. >> when he last show it stop escalating cuz I told him to stop. >> So at what point why it turned on you? >> She always turns on me. Always. It's I do everything. I'm She tells everybody I'm a crap. She tells them that I'm a no good piece of mom. I mean, I can go >> here. [laughter] >> I just want I just want a restrained order against my mom, my brother, and my sister. And and I'll be just taking me to Sky Road with my daughter before the night so I know I'm safe. >> Yeah. Can't do that. It's a little outside of jurisdiction. Yeah. Someone that can. How long have you been staying here? >> I I I live here. >> I have Mel coming here and so do my dad. I have Mel and I would like a straightening order against my dad then. >> Can I get those five straightening orders and then I won't. >> All right. Well, take take a deep breath. Okay. You're extremely elevated. So, take some deep breaths. Exhale out. So, as far as training orders, you have to you have to go do the ground work. You have to go down to the courthouse and fill out the proper paperwork to start that process. That's something I can't do for you this evening. >> That's fine. Can you help me just get a ride to road somehow? Please. I I can't unless you got money for a taxi, then maybe that's a possibility. >> I have I have I have $50. Do you know if that's enough? >> However, we have this whole issue between you and your mom of your mom biting you, you holding her down. >> I was just trying to I know I'm admitting my wrong. I'm trying to ad probably shouldn't have escalated up to that point, but >> I took pictures of the paint like cuz I was like just I started cleaning it. But you can see there it's and it went over to the couch. But oh, that's cuz I came in here taking pictures of everything that was down. But >> but that's where she's screaming. >> She went >> I went to rehab. I've came back and I'm still trying to fix. Um >> but she has her own bedroom to go to. The living room is the only room I have. So, I've asked her like just go to the bedroom and she won't. And she she wants to see me. There's going to be she >> Yeah. Well, and then she hit me on my head earlier and I ignored that. But then now she had with her hand smack side of my head >> and she jumped up and listened to me and it takes me to be like this before listen to me. I hear you. I just >> So she jumped on you and like kind of the four of them back. Yeah, she was on me. I don't really cuz Yeah, I'm just trying to get her off cuz I feel like I was being smothered so it was kind of get off and she said four. >> So, did she actually put her arm around like not arm on her neck or was it just you felt kind of like >> I felt like I mean like she's on top of me so there's like me fighting her that's she's just bigger than me. You know what I mean? >> I just want to I'm just trying to clear some things. I I just I didn't know if like it just made you feel real. I guess crossed the >> but I'm on the couch and she comes and jumps on top of me. So I mean how am I supposed to feel? >> Yeah, I got you. >> And I wasn't fighting back. I mean I wasn't even trying to fight with her. >> Is Tori like your sister? >> Yeah, Tori's my sister. Tory Rigby I don't know how to put RB to Tori. >> That's okay. I was just curious. >> And they're downstairs. >> All right. But it was just you and your mom was upstairs, right? >> Yeah. And I she was yelling for help before anything trying to call her. I was like, "You're not helping this by yelling yelling for help. You You can't You need to sit down like a normal family and talk." >> I mean, >> and she won't do that. So, I was holding her down to get her to stop like trying to come at me and get in my face. I wasn't trying to hold her down to hurt her. [clears throat] I was trying to get her to realize, "Mom, this is what needs to fix." I've been wants in mental hospitals that I'm just trying to fix what I've done what they've done wrong with me to fix what I've done right here. And I'm too far behind and trying to get, you know, it's just a struggle. I went to 1A so I could get that shot and that one a messed me up even more. The shooter guards me up even more. I used to work out there, you know, and they posted me on Craigslist and everything and that's what really hurt. So, ever since then, I have not worked since then. >> The daughter kept blaming her mental illness for her behavior, [music] but not once did she show any remorse for lashing out at her mom. And slowly but surely, the real story began to emerge. >> Are you diagnosed with anything? I'm diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, um, >> two different personality right here. But I'm diagnosed with uh, this uh, PTSD, uh, personality disorder, and I take over seven pills together. I take a anxiety pill, another anxiety pill, a breathing pill, and then I take a heart burn pill, and I take an iron pill. But I've been missing two pills for months. So then I have to listen to music. I realized when my first time when I I this girl was in there and she sung to herself. So ever since the first time I was in there, I sing to myself. I have to sing to myself and keep music going cuz if it gets too quiet, I will start talking to myself and then I will not know if I'm in my head or not cuz I'm always alone. All I got is my kids start. I'm always alone. >> So what kind of bad habits do you keep on getting sucked into? just like addiction or like might be smoking weed. I got my my my medical cord. So like if I can't get a ride out there, I'll get weed where I can get it from. And sometimes I not even realize it be it legs and I don't even know. And then every time I'm going to hospital this time I realize they ask me about me. I didn't even I said I don't know because I didn't know I smoke. I smoke before I even got in the car with the police officer. But I'm so scared of the police officer because I've always been playing my games and I've always I don't call the police but my family's always called the police and I always I always don't call police cuz I want to prove my rights with you guys and my family and I >> What do you mean by what do you mean by mind games? >> Ever since I was a kid, it's just been mind games. >> Let's keep moving. >> Ever since no one's ever sat me down at a table and tried to really [music] they've always said, "Oh, you're disgusting this and that." For me to talk about myself, I have to talk about myself in third person through someone else to under understand myself cuz that's how traumatized I am. [music] >> Okay. >> So, what what would what are you wanting to see out of this? >> She just go just go until the morning and and she can take her daughter and do whatever. You know what I mean? Go gra [music] I I don't care. Go to your room for the rest of the night. Just leave me alone. Stay away from me. [music] That's it. No one wants to really take me serious about my mental health. And the only place that really takes me serious is when A1 will send me off to behavioral some behavioral. >> What did they recommend for you to do to be able to get you in a better a better situation? >> Uh the first time they just sent me home. They didn't really do nothing. >> Yeah. >> And then second time, >> it wasn't the second time. It was the third time I was to sit too cuz the second time I was sitting somewhere else but the third time I was sitting back there or whatever I went to rehab and I went to rehab for almost two months. I just needed like I think one and a half months left or something to finish and a girl there >> triggered me and I wanted to throw a pop at her. >> But me that trigger I stopped and I realized I just got to go home. I am an addict. I just got to go home because and here I'm not on papers and you think just I'm not on papers. I ain't gonna do nothing. And I I hate the disrespect. I'm the nicest person in the world. But the moment I feel disrespect or lied to where my loyalty has been portrayed. Oh, I'm just I'm a monster. I feel like I don't want to be no monster. I have kids, you know. I want my own home. I'm Metropolitan Lies. I'm 156 now. I was 155 before I went to 1A. >> Yes, >> but I'm 156 now. Can you explain that to me? You want to switch out? >> Can I get a Can you get I need a water out of the refrigerator. >> Hang tight. >> As the officers wrapped up their investigation, the daughter began showing clear signs of unstable behavior, confirming everything her mother had told them. >> And I'm not crying for attention. I'm not crying. I'm crying to get this three guys. I'm tired. I'm 25. I got two kids. I'm trying to make right, but breaking cycles and everyone hurts me enough. Is there any other resolution you can think of that might work out better for you? >> No, her dad. I mean, she was supposed to go to her dad, but her dad is so upset with her right now, too. But >> maybe that wouldn't be a good option either. So, >> okay. Just see if she'll go in her room. And is the uh the child okay sleeping on the couch? >> Yeah. Yeah, that's fine. No. If she takes everything, that's fine, too. I'm not arguing with her. Whatever she wants is fine. >> Okay. So, Taylor, what do you want to do for the rest of the evening? So, my my I'll tell you what my perception is, right? I can't have you and mom arguing throughout the rest the remainder of the evening. Okay. Can you can we probably both agree with that? It's probably not a good a good situation. >> So, option one, do you feel like you need to go to Adena for anything to talk to anybody? >> Stop texting me. No. >> Hey. Hey, stop. Stop. Calm down. Hey. Hey. Look at me. Look at me. >> Just look at me. Calm down. I'm trying to talk to you. Okay. >> Can you take me to my dad's for the night? >> Um, the only way the only way I'm going to do that is if I get a hold of your dad and he says yes. So, I'm not going to randomly show up there with you. >> Will you ask my mom to call him for you? >> I can try that, but it sounds like he's also very upset with you as well. >> Can you just throw me in jail cell for 24 hours? >> Please. >> Do you think that's really going to help you? >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. >> Yes. Just please just throw me in jail cell for 48 hours the most, man. Something. Please, that's going to help me. Please, just do it. Please. >> That wouldn't necessarily be up to me. That would be up to the jail staff. I mean, >> please. Please. >> Why would you want to go to jail? >> Because I realize I love jail because the cameras. >> You guys have cameras ON YOU GUYS. HI, CAMERAS. I love cameras. Cuz cameras have everything on proof. >> I'm not crazy. I'm just messed UP A LITTLE BIT. THAT TURTLE SUIT ME up in there, guys. >> Well, that I mean, if you go to jail, it's probably going to be the turtle suit again. Probably. >> I would be fine in that turtle suit. Put me in that turtle [ __ ] with no shoes, no socks, no nothing. Please, please, please, please. Trust my instincts. >> Please put that turtle suit. Please put me in that turtle suit. Please just put me in the turtle suit. Please. >> I mean, the DV is going to be probably weak anyway, but I mean, >> please. >> No, I got TO GO TO REHAB TODAY. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, MOM? >> WHAT? What are you talking about? You're the one want to go to jail. >> Yeah, but I have rehab today. I can't. So, can we do it tonight? Can I be there at a certain time? >> Uh, that's not how that works at all either. >> No, take me to jail. Yeah, you're right. Take me to jail. Tell me that girl, too, for 48 hours until Monday. >> If that's what you want to do, I guess you'd be under arrest for me violence. Let's go. Come on. >> Massive violence. >> Yeah. Come on. >> Okay. Okay. I I can fight that with a lawyer. >> I've been working on an idea. >> You're the one who go to jail. >> Yeah, because I realize everyone plays mine games with me. And the reason I'm not I'm not doing this no more. The officers finally had had enough and took action against the unstable daughter. >> Can you come over here? Stop acting scared. >> Stop yelling my land. Stop. Calm down. Listen. Look at me. Look at me. Two options. Option one, go to dad's house. Dad is fine with that. Option two, go to jail. Which one do you want to do? >> Dad's house. >> Dad's house. Are you going to be able to remain calm? >> Yeah. >> Because if you escalate, it's going to be jail. Do you understand that? >> Okay, >> never mind. >> If not, tell him I'm going to jump for domestic violence. >> Well, it's not it's not going to be his fault either. So, >> no, it's going to be mine. I don't know why I'm not recording. >> Can you uh look for your shoe? Cuz either way, you're >> I'm shaking so bad, officer. I'm terrified to even be around you or your bank. >> That's not your fault. That is your fault. >> Around who? >> Any officer, any police officer, any guard. Anyone All right, I'm going to try to find her chair. I'm going to go that way. I'm sorry. I know. >> No, it's not in my room. I found a sleeping chair. >> Got it. Where? >> It has to be under that chair. >> Okay. Okay. I'm touring it, Taylor. I'm touring it. >> I'll walk to my fast premiere. I don't need nothing. I just need the speaker, my phone, and my roaches and my food court. And you watch that. >> If not, I'm going to go to jail, man. In my dryer, my speaker, my speaker, my phone. Where's the book bag? I had what was that? >> You're probably not going to need any of that stuff. You have >> Yes, I do. >> I have court at 9:00 in the morning. You'll probably be o you'll be released. >> If I'm walking to my dad's >> Okay, then take your rest. >> Face that way. >> Back like a friend. >> Look at me. I got you. Yeah. >> I'm never You and Jared. >> Not really mom's fault. You let him call him. And I'm doing this to prove you guys something. Stop sending me to 1A. Stop calling the cops. >> Mom, you're perfectly fine with the little thing here. And you're fine with mom taking the little one. >> Hey, >> is there another one here? >> No, he's gone. >> Just the daughter. Okay. >> Am [clears throat] I Am I saying what's today? What's today? >> Side step to your left for me. >> I am stepping to my left. >> Okay. All right. That's fine. Do you have any weapons on you? Any >> Hey, I have my vapes. Take my babes out. >> I'll go and ask them about the animal. >> Is it okay if we leave those here? >> Leave me, Mom. Put them in the thing. Put them in the middle console. >> Whatever it's gone. >> I will. >> Nothing on me. I don't have underwear on. Remember that. I don't have underwear on. I'm going to Jared's after I get released. Don't try to put no money on my books. >> Okay, we're going to walk out of the kitchen, man. >> Thank you. >> I need my pills to be in there. >> What kind of pills? >> They're my mental health. My anxiety help pills. >> Step over the puddles and just have a seat for me. >> No, I don't need my pills. Just just send me Joe. >> You just be in there for a few hours. >> He always That's all that matters. >> Yeah. Lean back and look that way for me. >> See that? See that? Okay. >> The woman was taken to jail and charged with domestic violence. The drama continues in the next case as Georgia police had to step in to help another mother who was sadly assaulted by her own daughter. >> All I'm asking for is respect. So, was she just yelling at you? Did she hit you at all or what happened? >> Where' she hit you at in your head? >> She's right here on the side of my face and and and you know and and and and she took her down cuz I turned around my re you know a child hit they p that's hurt for certain >> based on the evidence right now. We're going to go ahead and place you under arrest for domestic battery. All right. >> On October the 5th, 2022 in Georgia, police responded to a report of a fight between a mother and daughter. At the scene, the upset mother began explaining what had happened to the officers. Good evening, ma'am. >> Why did you give us a call? >> Okay. >> Are you able to fill us in at all? What happened? >> She could she could tell you like me and my mother just had a little dispute going to >> Sure. Yeah. >> How you doing, sir? >> How you guys doing? >> Good. >> Say again. >> Just trying to resolve the situation. >> Oh, okay. >> How are you? >> Good. How are you? >> What's What's going on here? Listen, I was uh I was uh I'm cut you off cuz I'm that police office here. I'm just just talking to a friend of mine, sir. Another atmosphere. Okay. >> I appreciate that. >> Listen, um cuz I'm not one of those young kids that disrespect me. That's my my second oldest daughter. Okay. >> I'm the mother of this house. Okay. >> What it was, I let her come back in to try to help. Okay. Now, a young lady that >> like let her move in. >> Yeah. Yeah. You know, she came to ask me for help. >> When was that? How long she been? >> It's about what? How long? Since May. Since May. Okay. Me and dad talked. We let her come back. Okay. She had a little issue with >> Okay. Talk to her. Try to reason with her. It is what it is. That's all I can tell you. Okay. So, I just I'm trying to cut through all that. She She has a young lady that she was staying with the young lady and her parents. So, the young lady comes up here. >> Every time she comes up here, you know, this is my thing, sir. anybody come up here, you know, deal with speak to me and that out of respect. That's all I ask. I'm not asking you for you. I'm not asking none of that. So, I just said today, I said, "Let me just go to this young lady and let her know when she come up here, you know, speak to me and Mr. Man, >> this is your daughter's friend you're talking this young lady." So, that's all >> your house. I understand. >> Yeah. You know, all I did, sir, was went up to the car and as I was going to the car, my daughter, you you get huffed and I saw it. I saw the body, but I went over to the driver. I did just like this. I said on the front side fender of the driver's side. [music] >> I said, "Down your window, baby." I said, "Listen." I said, "Every time you come up here and you you drop my you see me and Mr. Mac, speak to us." Right? >> That's what I said. I said, "Speak to us." I said, "You can't speak to us cuz you driving up on this property." Listen, there's the street. Pick her up from right there. You understand what I'm saying? Just out of respect, cuz you know they, you know, young people, they get, >> you know, I don't owe nobody nothing. But it's just respect, sir. The young woman had moved back in with her parents and often brought friends over without informing them. But when her mother confronted one of the friends, she immediately flipped out and did something that she'd come to regret later. >> She got upset about it and >> she got upset about it. And you know the body guys, >> whatever her dad had asked a question on her, I did not know I'm in the garage. So when she came back through the garage, when she came back through the garage, I said, "May come here. Mama, this way." You know, I said, "Listen, Ma, come here. Come here. Let me talk to you." Mama, you you just do too much. See, that's not me, sir. Right. >> That ain't you. Just come in. Let me talk to you. All I'm ask want to say to you is why you got an attitude because I said something to her. Mom, you It's just how you went up there, sir. This is my normal walk. >> No, I understand. >> You know, and I did like this at the front end of the car. >> That's completely understandable. I understand. You know what I'm saying? >> Your properties. >> So, what is that to be upset about and go at anybody about? All I'm asking for is respect. >> So, was she just yelling at you? Did she hit you at all or what happened? >> Yeah, she Okay, they was she got they got in each other's face and next thing you know, my mom was turned around. I had a feeling she was going that my sister was going to hit her. So, she basically hit my mom from behind and that's when I tried to break it up. >> Where she hit you at in your head? >> She's right here on the side of my face and and and you know and and and she took her down cuz I turn around my re you know a child hit they hurt for hurt. I'm not her stepmother. That's not her stepdad. We are her parents. >> And she then like I was holding her down like she fell like mom fell on top of her. So that's my sister had >> you know and I was trying I I grabbed her by her head to tell her stop. My husband he grabbing me telling me out there out there. >> How old is she? >> She 23. But it you know the deal is that's so petty. >> Yeah I understand. >> It's so petty sir. >> Mhm. >> You know and and like I told my husband you know just let her go. Now she's saying well I gave you 250. Listen sir, she is an adult. >> If she's going to stay here, I done raised, we done raised her. She's going to give me something toward the bills in this house. And that's what was understood. Now she's holling. Well, I want my money back. I ain't going to see. I'm not no street person to go through all that. And I apologize to you for being out there like that with her >> because I could have just shut that garage door and let her stay out there and act a plum fool. You understand? But you know, the thing is, stop all that yelling. That's what we be. It don't take all that. We move around here to live and then we give them a place to live. You know how many kids would love to come live like this? >> But to sit up here and think that you going to put your cuz she she has anger issues. Okay. >> But she asked us for help but you don't take out on me something that I wasn't even talking to you about. I was sir I was talking to her friend cuz I questioned her about this. But you could have came to me. That's my friend sir. She is a child. >> Mhm. >> I'm 59 and he's 67. I don't need no permission from her for anything cuz she in my I'm not in her house. Like I told my husband, it's just best that she get her stuff and leave. She want me to give her back her 250. This girl sit up here and bust my TV out of anger dealing with her sister, you know. And I we tried. I tried. I tried. She don't She don't have nowhere to go. But she can't do this. You understand? >> Yep. >> She can't do this. Now, if I would if I would have went way back how I used to grow up, then I'd be going to jail. Mhm. >> But see that world that she done became out there in them streets around them other people. You you're not going to do that in here. You're not going to do that in here. And she feel I'm wrong. How am I wrong, sir, when I'm asking somebody to respect your parents? >> More than angry, the mother was deeply disappointed that her daughter lashed out and turned violent. The officer calmly listened as she expressed her frustration. Did >> she hit me like, you know, >> cuz I see like a mark there. Is that from her? Like the line? She like it like a like a French >> like soon mama turn her back she I know if you want to look that way just so the light shines on it. Was it like a fist or something or a scratch? >> No, it was like she Okay. So it's like they was like this close to each other and so someone to back like she literally launched and hit her. >> I know it's tough with kids. I can't imagine. >> You know disres I I can't believe it. Disrespect. You know I wasn't asking for from her. I was asking for from the young lady. What kind of does she use? >> Sir, she she be out there with people and I I don't I don't be >> tell she >> you know I you know I can't even I ain't going to even allow him. All I know is I done told her to send here. He has prospered for age. You know you can see how weak he is. He's really upset about this. >> Let me go out and try to talk to her ma'am. All right. The officers finally turned their attention towards the daughter and not surprisingly she showed very little remorse or guilt about what had happened. >> Can I just kind of hear like your side of the story what happened? >> Sure. You hear my side. >> Can I hear her side what she said before? I ain't going to >> Is she not? >> Okay. So, what is what happened? I came home. My friend dropped me off was that went so far. When she dropped me off, I guess we had she had an issue about me walking in the house and not speaking there. >> So, by the time I got back outside your mom. >> Yeah. >> So, got outside, you know, we just talking. Then it went from being money. That's when it all escalated. Just she want to throw her clothes at me. Then I threw my clothes back at her led outside. It was just always some money. That's all it was. It was just then escalated for some money. >> Did y'all like hit each other at all? >> We threw my clothes at each other. We didn't hit each other. >> Okay. Were you like trying you What about the clothes? Was she like trying to get you to move out or something? Or >> I stay here? I just paid her rent. I just stay here and pay pay my rent. Yeah. How >> long you been living here for? >> About four month 5 months now. If if I'm allowed to go, if that's possible, >> I will. I'm sure I put my things, whatever that's right there that she threw out that we have an argument back and forth about cuz that's like that money. But my stuff right there, I could just leave. Like >> that's impossible. >> We'll figure something out. >> I got [ __ ] right here, bro. Talking about Listen, I'm bleeding, too. My phone up. I'm bleeding, too. You can put your light back on me if you want to. >> What's that from? >> My um I had to do my clothes and the belt had caught up over my jacket. >> Uhhuh. real talk. Like I was telling her, you ain't got to talk any crazy. Just let me know we're talking straight up. I may be young, but you can just talk to me like we humans like this. What's going on? Because right now it was just over some money just went from throwing clothes to getting each other face. And I stepped away from her cuz like I'm not about to do this. I'm not about to get this. How old are you? >> I am 23. >> Is there anything you think is important for me to know? >> Something you know that I don't know. >> No, I'm just saying is there anything that you want to tell me that you feel like would help our investigation? I really was talking to your partner like, "No, I really don't want to add nothing to this investigation." She took my name down in my >> birthday. Yeah. Like I told y I see this crazy [ __ ] every day. People people trying to live with each other and work to just to get out their parents house. Everybody going through it. Like it's happening right now. This is like that's what most of y'all calls own right now. >> The officers quickly wrapped up the investigation and the outcome was not going to please the arrogant daughter at all. >> So I see the knot on the front of your head. Did she hit you in the front too? She hit you. >> Yeah. >> If I'm such a bad mother, why you keep coming back? Because she want she wants to use me. >> Mhm. >> And then when I hit her from the ground up, help her get the job. Get her, you know, then you want to you want to you want >> you want to be violent toward me. And like I told my husband, this is it. And you know what? When you get tired of being tired, that's it. >> So ma'am, earlier I asked you if anything physical happened, you say nothing physical happened? No, >> their mom has a lot of marks on her. >> How did that happen? >> Cuz she was throwing my clothes at me and I threw my basket back at her. So, in the midst of that, all my clothes was hitting her and probably scratching her up. That's probably what it was. >> Well, just based on the evidence right now, we're going to go ahead and place you under arrest for domestic battery. All right. Here, I'm going to put your phone on the car right now that you can take it with me. >> Oh, I just got I'm sorry, man. I got >> You have like a bunch of stuff. Can y'all flee out? Oh lord. I'm bleeding my finger right now. Like, you know, I ain't I ain't like I was not trying to talk to lie to the police, but she done lied to the police. >> She got in and >> she hit me too. I ain't say nothing. But now I'm about to go to jail. Like she she hit me too. So I don't know why they going to just lock me up. Real. She bit my finger. I wasn't trying to lie, but now know what? Since we get we real I'm not going to do nothing since we be real. Can she go to jail, too? Nah. Can I can they kill you? I ain't put me in the car just yet. Y'all ain't put me in the car just yet, so I can really still tell my side of the story. >> The young woman was arrested and charged with battery. In a troubling case, officers had to step in and rescue a grandmother after a heated dispute with her granddaughter, Maya, turned ugly. >> Smack me in the face already. >> But the police was here earlier and they seen what happened. So >> on me today, >> if I did that, you knew I would be in jail. >> But what did you do to me? >> Punching me. >> How I just did that just did I did that to you? >> Yeah, you did that to her. No, I didn't. What did you do to me? Did you not put your hands on me? >> I told you to get out of my house. >> On November the 10th, 2024, officers responded to a family dispute after a woman repeatedly disrespected her grandmother, [music] causing tensions to rise between them. When officers arrived, they found the distressed grandmother waiting outside on the porch. >> My friend trying to go to sleep. You see what she done did over here? >> She live here. >> She was living here cuz she got evicted out of her house. How long she been here? >> She's pregnant. She's been here a month and a half. Two months maybe. >> Okay. So, she just threw that off the porch. >> No. What? I don't know. I was in my room sleep. >> Okay. >> She had a baby. They had to take it. >> Where's she at? >> Baby's a pound and 4 oz. Is >> she inside? >> That's why she's here cuz she was pregnant and having problems. >> Can I talk to you? >> Go look at my house. Please go. >> What's her name? >> Maya. Go look at her. >> She still live here. Did she leave for the night or >> the police ass? >> Wanting peace, the frustrated grandmother asked her granddaughter Maya to be removed. But when the officers went [music] inside to speak with Maya, they found her in no mood to calm things down. >> What's going on? >> I came I've been gone all day. We had a disruption this morning >> where the police was called this morning. I've been gone ever since. When I came back, I knocked on the window to let my baby dad >> tell him to open the door. >> You tell him to open the window. >> No, I didn't. He went look at my >> she >> like can I feel that's what I'm saying every time I try to talk to her this is what she do >> okay >> like Lily even told her like >> it's just stealing out her purse and everything like what the >> not her >> okay so I came home I'm like I'm knocking on the door and you see the sign on the door say knock cards cuz she can't hear so I'm knocking nobody's answering my baby daddy was here at the time >> I told okay but I didn't know that so I knocked on the window I'm like you open the door so I can lay Now >> I come in here and she heard me as she's coming down home like I'm just going to lay down. Um literally >> sitting in this chair right here trying to roll this. I didn't ever roll it. >> Yeah. Literally >> I'm 21. >> Yeah. Like this is what I have. I was literally sitting in the chair trying to roll this. She come out like she looking in the room like oh what you do like just automatically it's me until I said granny I didn't do it. whole time my baby me and my baby didn't dig until he put his hands on me which is the second time today because the po the first police officer could have took him earlier when he did the [ __ ] >> Maya and they have it on body camera too so you can you can you can mute. Yes, they do. They have it on body cam when he came earlier and the I called the police earlier and they have it on body cam. >> Okay. >> So the [laughter] >> See, that's what I'm saying. I'm not I don't want none of that. I don't want her Oh, that's my grandma. I'm not going to disrespect you. >> You guys were just arguing. >> Yeah, that's it. >> Okay. >> And that was way earlier. >> I destroyed some property. >> What did I destroy? >> I know. She showed us something thrown off the >> What was thrown? >> It look like a black piece of blood. >> That's what I didn't destroy anything. >> I don't have no ill will intentions towards her. >> Would you be fine staying in your room for the night? >> That's all I want. I just want to go to bed. I just want to I swear to God, I just want to roll this up and go to bed. >> Okay. >> You ain't sleeping here tonight. >> You see, this is what I deal with, >> ma'am. And you already talked to officers earlier. >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. >> And it's on body cam. They record the whole thing. >> And there was two officers here for all year. >> You live here? >> Yes, I do. And I have mail. You want to see it? >> No, I don't care about that. How long you been here? >> I've been here a year. It'll be a year next month. >> She smacked me in the face already. >> But the police was here earlier and they seen what happened. So >> if I did that, you know, I would be in jail. >> Maya started to spin a tail, hoping to talk her way out of potential [music] trouble. But all of that went out the window when the grandma told the officers about what Maya had done to her. >> But I told the officer, I'm like, I'll sit in my car till things die down here or where? >> No, he left. >> He left. >> He like, if you see, he even took my stuff out the door. >> He lives here. >> He took more stuff when he was getting his stuff to leave when all this happened. >> He was moving out. >> Yeah. So that's why I'm saying when she's saying all this, I did it. That's why I'm like, Granny, I didn't do that. He's mad. Like, but she won't sit there and take time to listen to me so I can tell her what happened. >> Okay, I see. Cuz look at mying clothes. All my stuff is out in my drawers. >> Mhm. >> Hey bro, she got an active broadcast. >> Who does? >> She does. >> What's an active broadcast >> for DV? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Domestic violence for what? >> I guess she called in. Your grandma called in earlier. >> But I never touched her. >> Filed a police report. >> But I called first. So how? And I never touched her. And the police came. >> She called in earlier. >> I'm not going to discuss that with y'all cuz y'all going to see it when you go downtown. And then can you can you try to find the officer that I called this morning? >> Well, if you have a broadcast for your arrest warrant is what that is. >> She don't even know she was draw. She >> apologized to you and I said I didn't want nothing to to I didn't want to disrespect you or anything. >> Had me in the floor of beating me today. >> But what did you do to me? >> Punching me. >> I just did that just I did that to you. >> Yeah, you did that. >> No, I didn't. What did you do to me? Did you not put your hands on me? >> I told you to get out of my house. >> Wait, what? Okay, so she could just put her hands on me though, sir. Can you ask me that? >> I did not take the previous report. Okay. All I know. >> Can you Can you call me? >> I I have to check and see. I'll read the report before we take you down there. >> That's fine. I want to help you open it. >> Yeah, because I called I called first. So, how do I have >> Well, it's not a matter of who call. It's not a matter of who calls first. That's not >> She hit me because I called you [ __ ] crazy, bro. I literally did nothing wrong. >> Yeah. What the hell, >> pumpkin? >> So, I can't do nothing to stay home. >> I told you. I'm going to read the report. >> No, I'm I'm just asking. Like, I don't want no problems or nothing. asking what you do to stay home. >> If you're not actually wanted, then you'll be able to stay home. >> Okay. >> But I have to read the report first. Get in the car. >> It didn't take long for the officers to see right through Maya's lies and arrest her. Even while in the car, she stuck to her story and argued her case, but it was all in vain. >> But why do you guys let people just lie and let you take innocent people? Like I said, we weren't here. This morning, the only thing we know is that we have an active domestic violence broadcast out for your arrest. >> Who did I do Domestic violence is like abuse, correct? >> Who did I touch? >> Your grandma. >> I didn't touch her though. >> That's why I called the police and now I'm this morning. >> Okay. We're not doing this stuff. You have >> That's But I'm just asking how the system works. >> You have a broadcast out for your arrest for this. >> Yeah, I definitely understand that, sir. I'm just asking like how it works. We have zero leeway when it comes to domestic violence. So as soon as someone says domestic violence or >> mentions anything like that. >> Yeah. So why did nothing happen this morning when I called about domestic violence and when my baby >> like you said I don't know because we were not here. Okay. >> I was asking though I understand that. >> Well clearly you don't cuz you're still asking >> what's up. He has actually >> I mean he said the same thing for >> asking question we weren't here so we have no clue why why our report was never done or anything but I'm explaining to you why you're why you're going to jail today is because you have >> active broadcast you told me that I was just asking like what happened earlier I know why you did nothing earlier >> did officer speak to you earlier >> yes >> so a report too >> a report show >> on body cam >> yep and a report was made >> yeah so a report was made, right? >> Cuz I called. >> Yes. But >> why would I call for no reason? >> Two. Your grandma called in earlier this morning as well. >> I called first. >> It doesn't matter. >> First your report. Your report was done on your boyfriend >> and Hershey too. >> That's That wasn't in the report. >> So So it wasn't on there. >> She does not have you. You watch the body cam without >> I can't watch other people's body cams. >> I can only go up based off the report. When I get out, I just have it. So, because Yeah, I told him about that. I said I was going to stay in my car for the rest of the day. Like I was telling you, sir, the police car the rest of she comes down and then what I not the one who did nothing. But then you Why didn't you watch my baby father? >> Is he Is he here? He left before he got there. Did you not see my room? >> So, here's the thing. How >> did he see my room? He seen I said he left. He said he can leave. I said yes. >> How can I arrest someone who's not there? >> So, he just could go wrong with his channel. >> He has he has the same thing out a probably an act of domestic violence broadcast. >> I want to arrest. >> Okay, you can do that. I'm just saying >> out twice. >> He's not arrested because there is He's not there. Yeah. He pulled up in a car with no license or an enemy inspired tag. >> Okay. >> We'll be sure to hunt him down once we're done. >> Put his hands on me. And I got to tell my grandmother smells pleasant smells. Thank you. >> Go around and choke [ __ ] out. >> You don't let anyone do it. You're eating everybody. >> I mean, >> you want me to keep choking you or >> I don't I don't know. here. If I'm If I just got on shift 2 hours ago, how is it my fault that you got choked out? >> You're just obnoxious. That's what you are. >> Yeah, I'm obnoxious. You're obnoxious. You got choked out all night. I'm >> Yeah. Well, you probably should. >> I'm the one getting choked out for nothing. I've been gone all day just for a piece of >> Probably should have beat your grandma. My grandma? What? I didn't never do nothing to her take me with [ __ ] on her mouth. Why the would I touch my she touch her disrespect my room? It makes sense. It's like she was sitting there yelling on the porch. I was stealing out her purse and that and that third time I left the porch. How am I stealing out the purse in your room if I was the porch? And I told police officers about I said, "No, I'm standing right here." >> In the end, Maya was booked inside the jail [music] and charged with domestic violence. Up next, officers had to rush in to save a woman who is being assaulted by her own ungrateful daughter. >> Get me the out of here, you piece of scum. I'm suing my [ __ ] parents so hard. How could I have touched her if she never let me in the house? On August the 16th, 2023, officers received a call about a domestic dispute between a woman and her daughter. According to the woman, the dispute resulted in a physical assault from the daughter. In response to the call, officers were dispatched to location. But as soon as the officers arrived, they realized the woman's daughter wasn't an ordinary person to deal with. >> All right. I know you just were talking to these officers, but what happened tonight? >> The same thing. I just saw these officers. >> Okay. Well, I just got here what happened. >> Well, that's great.
