She's either going through a mental health episode, impaired by some substance, alcohol, drugs, both, who know, a a combination of all of them. When she snatched that pen out of his hand and then threw it at him, that right there is aggravated assault, at least here in Arizona. So, that is that's a felony. You are you are in the felony realm um at the second that happens, that deputy owns her. So, right now, she she's under arrest, she just doesn't know it yet. And I guarantee it's probably because he doesn't want to fight with her one-on-one on the side of the road. So, he's just there, he didn't really address it. Um she's obviously non-compliant. I'm sure he knows how this is going to go. So, I think I I hope he's playing it cool. Um I don't know cuz in Pinal County, you get snatched out of a car for that. But, we'll see where it goes.
