I think Hey, anybody drive trucks? And you got mine? >> I wasn't in a truck, you >> All right. Come on. Slide out. >> Can't. Yes, you can patient appear to be awake and alert. Also, the male subject is now back inside the room in the face. >> TG74. Yes, you almost in there. Drop down. Drop down. You can just put it up. There you go. >> All right. Stop it. Stop. Stop. Calm down a little bit. All right. Calm down, ma'am. Calm down, >> Calm down. >> Please don't let those people. They hurt so bad. I can't feel my hands. >> Just calm down. But your cooperation is going to be paramount. >> All right? So, I need you to calm down so we can get there >> and get you checked out. All right. >> Please listen. >> I can't see. >> Yep. Just turn. I got you. I got you. >> Yep. >> All right. Now, just sit right down. There you go. Put your legs up in this in the thing. There you go. Hold on. There you go. Try it again. Perfect. All right, >> stand by that. >> Ava Marie was taken to a hospital for a medical check, then booked into jail. She now faces charges of aggravated assault, battery, resisting arrest, and violating probation. The craziness just keeps on coming next as we have 64year-old Karen Alexandra Sistakovich, who tried to argue her way out of an arrest after causing chaos at a restaurant. What you want to >> sh >> Oh my god. >> No. I'm going to hit you. >> You walked up to them and said Palestine because they had the word Palestine in the back of their jacket. >> On November the 17th, 2024, Downer's Grove police were called to a local restaurant after reports of a physical altercation involving a 64 yearear-old woman, Alexandra Sustakovich, who was allegedly causing a scene inside the store. What are you doing? >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. No. I'm going to call the police. >> Call the police. >> Call the police. >> Call the police. >> Stop. >> You're going to hit a pregnant woman. >> No. I >> get away from my wife. >> The hell is your problem? Can you call the police? >> I get away from your problem. >> Can you get away from my >> I'm going to fight you. >> Okay. >> Later, officers went to Alexandra's residence to confront her about the earlier incident. And as expected, she wasn't ready to admit to her fault that easily. Hi, Alexandra. >> Hi. >> How's it going? I just got to have a couple of words with you real quick. Okay. >> Sure. >> Okay. >> So, here's the situation. Okay. So, yesterday you had an incident, correct? >> Right. >> Okay. So, due to that, there are charges for batteries that are placed against you. Okay. >> Against me. >> Against you. Okay. So, what I'm going to have to do is I'm going to have to place you under arrest for battery. That being said, I would be more than happy to read your Miranda rights now before I do any other further questionings. >> Are you good with discussing this in front of your husband? >> Of course. >> Okay. All right. Okay. >> You're trying to arrest me. >> So, the person that you made contact with yesterday. >> Did you know what he did? >> I watched the video cuz there's videos of it. Okay. >> Right. >> There's videos of it. And then we also have video footage of the female manager who had video recording inside the paner. Okay. So, per their manager and per the video that we watched. Okay, it shows you as the initial aggressor. Okay, >> I didn't do anything. I I I just he he just just just, you know, stepped in front of me and I said, "Well, I I I don't like what you're wearing." >> Okay. So, again, we have more than we'll be going back to the PD and I will have more than we'll have a further discussion on it. Okay. But if you don't want to speak further, I can read you Miranda rights now and then we can do it again at the PD. If you don't want to give any further statement on it now, that's fine. But >> can you can you say what what what actually happened or what the video shows? >> So the video shows an altercation between your wife and the male party who is in between his wife who was recording your wife due to her actions that happened at the dinner. No, her her wife was was recording. >> Recording you? Yes. Correct. >> So So I I said stop recording because I'm talking to him. I didn't her. I didn't I didn't have any. I didn't >> Did you attempt Did you attempt to grab the phone? >> Yes. >> Okay. So she's allowed to record you. It's a public area. It's as much unfortunate as it is. You're allowed to record people at a public area. Okay. So you can't be grabbing people's phones. Okay. >> I didn't understand. Okay. So again, just for the sake of everything right now, I'm going to read you I'm going to read you your Miranda rightites. Okay. After that, we are going to be placing you under arrest for battery. Okay. >> What? What do you mean? >> We're going to be placing you under arrest for battery. >> What does this mean? >> Okay. So, in the city of Illinois, a battery is anything. >> No. No. What What mean arrest? I'm going to go to >> Okay. We'll be transporting to the Jonesboro Police Department. We will be booked in process. Alexandra and her husband argued back and forth with the police, hoping to talk their way out of an arrest. But the more she spoke, the deeper she dug herself into trouble. >> What exactly happened? What does the video show? >> The video shows that your wife attempts to take a phone from a female. The husband of that female gets in between them because she does he does not want her to be taking the phone. At that point, >> he was between us. He he was all the time. >> And I understand that because he did not want you taking his wife's phone. Okay. No, no, no. >> There is a small tussle because in the video it shows you looking like you're about to throw coffee, >> but I didn't. >> Correct. >> Okay. >> Okay. The coffee was not spilled on that person. >> Correct. However, >> the coffee boot was spilled on me. >> However, however, after you had the tussle with the coffee, you made contact with the left side of his face. You swung at his You swung at his face. >> He He did because he threatened me. Did Did she show you that? That he Yes. He He said, "I'm going to hit you. I'm going to hit you. I'm going to hit you." >> You said several times that you were going to hit him. >> No, I'm going to hit you. >> Okay. So, again, that's essentially what happened. She made contact with the left side of his face. Okay. >> No, I I want to see that video because I I was so nervous that I I I just don't >> And that's fine. You have a right to see that video. I'm just telling you from what we've watched, that is what happened. Okay? and the video and the manager of the Panera who reviewed their video footage informed me that you were the one that started the altercation between the two. Okay. So again, my main question at this point because I read you your rights, I want to make sure that you understand. Okay. >> Here, you know, just for sake of transparency, I have the video. This is on social media. This is on a app called Reddit. Okay. So, I'm going to This is just from the beginning of what they did. the the phone. I I I take the phone. >> See? >> Oh my god. Because he poured coffee on me. >> So, what did I do? >> Well, like I said, I'm just showing I'm just showing you you all this. It's just in the sake of full transparency. This is publicly available on multiple social media. >> Great. Great. Let's see what they did. Let people see what they did. So, so he he's he started it because he he put coffee on me and and then I said, "Okay, it's not worth it. I'm not going to trouble with some terrorist." >> Why would you call that person a terrorist? >> Because he he threatened me. So So I I see he pushed me again. >> Do you see that? That he kept pushing me. >> I understand. But the problem is is this whole incident was provocated by them alleging that you and pardon my language but this is what they claim you said that you walked up to them and said Palestine because they had the word Palestine on the back of their jack uh their shirt. That is what provocated this. That's what would make this you the primary aggressor on this. >> Then I say why you making this political statement killing the Jews. >> But the point the point being is that's what started all >> they can say kill the Jews and and we cannot >> I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with that. We are not taking any political stance on anything that's happening right now. The only thing that we are here to discuss is the battery that occurred at Panera. >> So you you you you see that that he was he was pushing he was pushing me all the time. If if he would just just let me go it it it would just be over. >> So again I I >> freedom of speech, right? There is freedom of speech in this country. So So they can say, I can say >> and again I'm not taking anything away from your civil rights. I'm not saying anything against their civil rights. The only thing that we are here to discuss right now is the battery and disorderly conduct that occurred at the mar. Okay. >> The officers remained calm and patient, explaining everything clearly to Alexandra, but her attitude and behavior quickly wore that patience thin. >> Are you going to arrest him? That that is my question because he he was he was actually charging at me. I I just said I I I can send what whatever I want. But but he was charging at me and he said, "Yeah, I'm I'm going to hit you. I'm going to hit you." I I felt threatened. >> He he he terrorized me. >> So at what time did he say he was going to hit you? Because if it was during that video >> Oh, she I'm I'm sure she she she got rid of this. I I was I was wondering if that's why I So did that occur prior to you pointing at them and saying what you said? or did it happen after the fact in between >> after after um you know at some point we were already you know like like in in this agreement so so I just you know he he I don't know exact moment but but but I I I know we were like in um I think he I don't know if it was before or or after he poured the coffee on me but but but but he he threatened me I I I used to wear I mean okay it doesn't matter. >> So again I just want to clarify because I want to make sure that it's for our purposes and for the purposes for >> Did you understand what I explained? >> I did. >> Okay. Can you explain it to her so that way she would understand it? >> Well don't say anything anymore. He read the rights that you have the right to the attorney and you don't have to say anything whether you guilty or not guilty or you don't have to say anything. Okay. because they're going to use everything against you. >> Injustice. >> Well, it is injustice obviously, but that's how they do stuff. So, >> so again, I've read you your Miranda rights. I will do so again once we get back to the police department. Okay. At this time though, okay, whatever belongings that you do not want coming with you, I suggest you leave with your husband. We will then have to place you under arrest and we will be taking you back to the police department. >> Can I go with her or >> you can go to the PD? You can't go with her in one of our squads, but you're more than welcome to go to the station. All right. So, ma'am, we do have to put you in handcuffs. Okay. That is our >> We won't we will not put you in the squad car until your husband returns. But that'll make you feel more comfortable. Okay. But for for the purposes of this incident >> for for the Did you arrest him? I I want to see him arrested for for what he did. I still have coffee on on my I was looking at this. My my hair was wet, but was like >> I know. But had you not had you not made the comment that you made >> and kept on going on with it >> because he he he if he wouldn't react, you know how many people attack me. Okay, because you have a silly accent or something. So I I'm going to go after them. >> I can't make any comments on that, man, because I'm not in your shoes. The only thing that we can make comments on are what we know. And if what you're telling me is the truth, that if someone makes fun of your comment, you or your your accent and you don't do anything about it, I applaud you for your restraint. The problem is is in this situation, you were the one who made the initial contact between that couple and yourself by the comment that you made and that devolved the situation into where we're at now. >> Okay. >> No, it's not. I know that you're doing your job, but this is crazy. I do I look like like a offender or or something. I I I just go after my life people. Wait, I mean there is there's so much, you know, wrong going on in the world and the the people who are really attacking others. And I I I just because I I made some comment and and uh and he he reacted. He actually reacted. Okay. He he he could say I at all. >> The officers finally had had enough and took action. >> So what we're going to do So what we're going to do is to make it more comfortable for you, I will cuff you in front. So it will not be behind your back. It'll be in front. Okay. So the other officer here will hold on to your property. >> Okay. >> And just put your hands kind of like that. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Put your stuff in your pocket. >> We have to hold on to it because we've had people crawl and record with phones in the past. So we have to put the stuff in the front of the car. >> Well, so what's wrong if she's recording is if she got recorded at Panera and you're saying it's it's perfectly legal. So it's like double standard now. >> Well, we're actually recording in the car itself. But again, it's just our policy that I'm making sure the front of the vehicle or the rear of the vehicle, not with the person that's in the vehicle. So not going to go looking through any of this. I'm not going to try to unm like that. It's just going to go right into the front seat of my partner. So sit tight real quick cuz I'm going to double lock this so they don't tighten on you when you're sitting inside the vehicle. Okay. >> I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. >> And we'll try to keep you as up to date as we can, but sometimes this is a little bit of a hurry up and wait cuz we have to make phone calls to the, you know, to the States attorney's office and then they got to call us back and then they're going to ask for information and then we got to get that information. So, I'll just tell you like >> we're going to go on the other side of the vehicle here. Where's my phone? >> I have it right here. Right here. >> My phone number. >> We will allow you to talk to your daughter as soon as we get to the police department. Okay. >> This is Chelse. >> Hey, just so you know, >> Alexander was charged with two counts of hate crime and one count of disorderly conduct. Coming next is an elderly drunk Karen who thought it was a great idea to cause chaos in an airport and hurl abuse at cops only to quickly learn it wasn't the smartest move after all. >> And then she's like got right in my face and I'm going to smack you. >> How much have you had to drink? >> Two shots before I came and four shots when I got there. >> Shut the up. >> You're not going to catch me. You're not going to kick. >> On April the 3rd, 2025, police at Dayton International Airport responded to an alleged assault. Upon arrival, they questioned the shaken victims who clearly had a lot on their minds. >> She just kept my wife to pet her dog or kiss her dog. She first kissed my dog. Now, hold my dog and then she started cussing out. >> Then she started it and everything. >> Just ignored it. And then she got up and sat right next to me. She goes, "Well, now I'm going to sit next." >> She was bothering other people, too. And and just calling names and then she got up and I reported her. >> This is after she reported her to find physical. >> Yeah, you were up there when she she said, "I'm going to hit you." She said, "I'm going to you. I'm going to hit you." >> So, she did not hit you, but she did. Yeah, she did. >> She went to them and let them know that you know what was happening. And again, nobody came. So, she sat back down. We shove that down and she was ignor she was bothering the people across. >> They wouldn't they wouldn't hold her dog and then she comes over and then she's like she got right in my face and I'm going to I'm going to smack you. I'm going to smack you. >> Where did she hit you at? >> She she went to swing at me for just pulled my hair. >> She kind of brushed my kind. >> Oh, she she grabbed it. She grabbed it and then my wife just g I gave her a sip on >> and then she kept going. That's why I stepped and that's when he stepped in just pinned her to the Is that why she was sitting on the floor? right now. No, no, no. >> She fell down. She even fell down. >> The officers eventually confronted the elderly woman. Although she appeared calm at first, the cops had absolutely no idea what the unruly lady had in store for them. >> Topaz Tazipan and what else? >> Okay. >> That's all right. That's all right. But you're on several medications, correct? Yeah. >> Have you had any alcohol to drink today? >> Yeah. >> How much have you had to drink? >> Um, >> two shots before I came and four shots when I got there. >> Four shots when you got here. >> Yeah. >> How long have you been here today? >> 6:00. >> Since 6:00 a.m. Okay. It's 9:16 now. Okay. >> So, you've had a total of six shots today and medication. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um, did you guys want to press charges? >> No. >> No. No. She just >> She's just Okay. >> She's just a drunk right now. >> Do you happen to have a driver's license on you? >> No. Oh, God. >> Okay. Do you have a state ID on you or a passport? May I see it, please? >> Hold on. >> I'm sorry. What? >> Yeah. Just watch out for our dog, too. She was like pushing it in the cart like >> Yeah, we'll go over We'll go over and handle that right now. So, we'll talk at that. But if you guys got anything else, did you need to see a medic or anything at all? You're okay. >> Cool. You guys got anything? You have a business card in me? >> Okay, ma'am. Out of concern that you've been drinking alcohol and taking medication, I'm going to contact the medics just to check you out to make sure you're okay. >> Oh, that. >> Hey, Brian. to the bottom. >> Where's my pixie? >> Where's your what? >> Pixie. >> Oh, your dog. >> I'm going to need you. >> Your dog's right there next to you. >> Okay. >> Get away from me. >> All right. How about I look in your purse for your ID? >> Put your leg down, too. >> Hey, I can get you. >> All right. That's all I want to see is your ID, ma'am. >> ID. >> Don't let her put you in. to go. >> Back away from me. >> I am backed away. That's not how this works. >> Back away from me. >> Not how it works. >> Oh, that's exactly how it works. Back the away from me. >> Shut the up. >> The woman was clearly intoxicated, unruly, and so out of it that officers couldn't even question her properly. >> Who's outside? Ma'am, >> go ahead and stand up on your m >> under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Do not resist. >> Let go. Let go. >> Let go. >> Let go. >> Let go. >> You're breaking my arm. >> And stop resisting. Stop. >> We are going to have wind detained. [Applause] >> Ma'am, quit trying to kick. >> Do not kick. Do not >> kick my piggy. >> That'll be another charge if you can. >> Can you try to get the camera over here? >> You're not going to kick. >> You're not going to kick. >> All right. >> Oh, knock it off. as long as I live his driver's stuff and take her glasses. >> We're done with that. >> You're not going to kick people. >> These cuffs are too small or too big. >> Camera is on >> roll over. She's bleeding. Just a heads up. I've already called medics because of the alcohol. >> Let go of the cuff. >> Let go of the cuff. >> No. >> Let go of the cuff. No airport dispatch to regional dispatch on VA. >> Pinky check completed. Put your arm behind your back. >> Stop pulling away. >> Just pushes me. >> Let them roll. Roll it up on her. Get her out of here. >> Your dog's fine, huh? No, he's not fine. >> We're going to take care of your dog and it's going to be >> No, you're not. >> We will. >> No, you're not. >> Oh, my baby. >> He's all right. He's right here. >> No, he's not. I hate you. I hate you. You pigs. >> You pigs. Yeah, >> leave me alone, >> man. We got medics coming to check you out here in a few moments. They should >> medic. >> Okay. Well, we're going to have them take take a look at you real quick and we'll get you on your way here. >> Go ahead. >> I hate you. >> If we let you sit up in the chair, are you going to quit kicking? >> No. I want my baby. >> She's fine. >> Please. Ow. >> Stop kicking. Do not kick. Let's walk her backwards. No. Ow. >> You got her stuff. >> Easy. Grab her. >> Officers discovered the woman had mixed unknown prescription meds with six shots of alcohol earlier that morning. Being a Karen fueled by this dangerous combo, she grew even more aggressive, hurling abuse at the officers. Definitely not a smart move. while already in handcuffs. >> Please, >> if we set you down, you going to stop kicking? >> Yeah, I am. >> We'll let you walk. >> You cannot kick us. Do you understand that? >> We want you to walk by yourself. >> If you're continue to kick, we're going to have to carry you again. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> I can't let you walk through those people and potentially kick them. >> I won't. >> All right, let's walk. Oh my baby. >> Just keep it. >> He's bringing him. >> He promised me. >> Yep. >> Oh my baby. >> You promise me? >> Yes, I promise. We're taking care of Pixie. >> That's my baby. We're going to take you to pixie. Take your time. >> You're doing great. You're almost there. We're almost there. Just keep going. >> Look at that. We're almost on the ground. Short step. >> Hey, you're on the ground. >> She's got a laceration on one of her hands. >> What happened? >> She's intoxicated and she assaulted someone because they wouldn't pet her dog. >> So, the sergeant and before this happened, I was talking to her. She's on medications. I'm trying to find out what. And she's had six shots of liquor before, >> which is why I initially called you. >> I will give you a heads up. >> She was attempting to kick him and she reared up to kick my sergeant and I had to put her in the ground, but she was caught. >> I think you want to have a seat. >> Yeah. >> Is your legs getting we Okay, let's have a seat. >> Sit on the back of the fire truck if you want. >> Hey, how about that? A fire truck. It's >> a little higher up. A little easier to >> She's been grabbing things behind her back, so >> Okay. Is there anything there that's critical? >> No. >> No. >> The aggressive Karen kept lashing out, leaving them no choice but to take firm action. This time, she might just learn the consequences of being a bully. >> Where are you? >> She's right there. Right there. Do you see her? See him? >> He's right there. >> I got you. Oh my god. We got you. >> Oh my god. >> The more you move, the more you're hurting your wrist, huh? >> Your dog is right there. >> Yes. Dog right there. >> Here you go. Squeeze my hands. >> Stop it. It's okay. >> We're going to take care of him. But we got to work with this guy. >> You're right. >> Yeah, we are. >> She's going to have to get her wrist checked out. Yeah. Hey, >> Cindy. Yeah. Had another thing. You got her. Yeah. The woman was taken to jail and charged with two charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing official business. In a shocking scene outside a Florida shopping center, a wild and drunk senior Karen unleashed a vile abusive rant at a female officer. What's so what's going on? >> She's drunk. >> Okay. >> She's always drunk. >> Okay. >> She's up here. She's drunk. She got better part of two quarts of wine in her and she's up here getting more. >> Okay. I followed her up, told her, "I'll give you a ride back." She won't hear any part of it. And these guys can testify that it's been pretty embarrassing. >> Also, her their neighbor. >> Yeah, I know. That I just met. >> That has nothing to do with it. Just hang out over there for a minute. >> That I just met a minute ago. Same with this guy. He came up to say, >> "Could you guys grab your IDs for me?" Perfect. Is that hers? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Hang out over there for me. >> What is your problem? >> Stop. What is your problem? You [ __ ] Stop. Good. Kicked out of your leg. Good. You're not that pretty anyway, [Music] >> [ __ ] >> A drunk Karen was swiftly bound, put in the back of the van, and transferred to the county jail, but not before she had one more go at the officer from the back of the van. >> You people don't have much of an education, do you? >> Okay. >> You had high school, maybe. >> Thanks. >> I can tell. A breathalyzer later showed the blood alcohol content nearly two times above Florida's legal limit. And with no options left, the Karen's outburst came to a crashing end. >> So DUI I haven't even started the paperwork yet. It's hard for me to do it. Um she's also battery on Elio, resisting with violence and obstruction. >> This is the battery. >> Yeah. >> Took it. >> Yeah. Took four of us to get her in the car. Um, very mouthy. Doesn't >> You're mouthy. >> I haven't said anything to you. >> You're >> okay. I don't care. Um, that's what we're dealing with. So, I didn't find an ID in her purse. That's her property. >> Um, do it. >> Hello, Barbara. >> Wow. All you guys for what? One little 119B girl. >> Yeah, unfortunately. >> Really? >> Well, that's a there. I was I was a nurse in nursing homes. >> Okay. That's what I do. Okay. >> All right. So, what I'm going to have you do, I'm going have you swing your legs out so we can get you out of here. >> I'm trying. >> I'm going to help you out. I'm going to help you out. >> I'm not resisting. I'm trying. That's fine. >> All right. I'm going to have you step out. Okay. [Music] >> I got it. >> Okay. I just don't want you to fall. I got it. The woman eventually faced multiple charges, including DUI, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest with violence. If you thought this oldie was crazy, wait till you see the next male, Karen, who was apparently proud to be a racist. >> Do you know a lot of white men are doing racist things in this world, sir? >> No. >> You don't know that? You're not aware of that? >> I'm a racist. >> You are a racist? >> I'm a racist. >> Why are you here? >> Because this is a no zone. Not really. >> Oh, is it? >> Not really, sir. >> Tell me. >> First words out of his mouth were, "There's a lot of white people around here that are racist." I said, "Well, we can look at what is around here." That's exactly what I told him. >> On October the 23rd, 2020, Dre, a popular black YouTuber, was recording a video with his friend when a random old man approached them under the guise of protecting the neighborhood. At first, Dre thought the man was just being vigilant. However, little did he know that he was about to face a one-of-a-kind racist old man. >> Why is it your business? >> Oh, you know what? This is my home. >> Okay. Mine, too. Why are you taking pictures of me? >> I live in Scottdale. Why are you taking pictures of me? >> Michigan Place. >> Yeah. Why are you taking pictures of me? >> Well, you know what? We've had problems here. >> I don't care. You don't know me. Why are you taking pictures of me? And I don't know you. Do you know a lot of white men are doing racist things in this world, sir? >> No. >> You don't know that? You're not aware of that? You are a racist. >> You are a racist. >> I'm a racist. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. So, what's >> So, what's your point? >> Why are you here? >> Because this is a no zone. >> Not really. >> Oh, is it? >> Not really, sir. >> Tell me. >> There's not a not so I'm here. >> And what I'm about to do, what I'm about to do. >> I do. I stay here. What I'm about to do? >> Yeah. >> Me and my friend, we about to record our videos. >> Okay. >> And you not going to do a thing about it. Y'all hear me? >> That's right. Let me thing. >> I don't want to hear you say nothing. >> Oh, I tell you what, though. >> You just not going to do another thing. So >> why? >> As y'all see, can't keep the camera. >> Stop me from doing things. >> It doesn't mean >> I'm about to record my video, >> okay? >> And this not going to do anything, >> okay? >> And let you try to touch me. Let you try to touch him. >> Oh, I wouldn't touch him. >> Let let you You already disrespecting me. Can you step back a little bit? I feel I feel like you harm me. We are 6 ft. >> Yeah. No, no, no. I need you to step back. So, don't listen to what I'm saying. >> Okay. >> I'mma lay your down. >> That's okay. You're going to >> It's okay. I'm going to lay you down. I'mma lay you down. >> You are? >> Yeah. So, >> you ain't >> Just stay. Just stay. Where you at? >> You ain't man enough. >> It's okay. You don't got to think I'm man enough, my baby. >> Yeah. Just keep it walking. And it's going to be like that today, y'all. I hope y'all seen all of that. This is I am a famous YouTuber. Um, this is actually his establishment. So, anybody y'all y'all all know I just moved to Arizona and this is his friend as well. So, anybody that come to this establishment, y'all know what it is. Y'all know exactly what his establishment is and y'all know where he work. And it's okay. Hey, we we got money and we doing well. He mad. So, we gonna handle it like that. You saw he walked away cuz I got something for him and this man. But Kane, pick up your camera. We about to get this in. >> After the incident, Dre posted the footage of the interaction on Instagram and caught the attention of the Scottsdale Police Department. Upon investigation, officers identified the racist as 72-year-old Paul, a local real estate agent who didn't even work for the business shown in the video. The cops struggled to understand the motive behind Paul's actions and went over to question him. While the old man gave his side of the story, officers were baffled to learn firsthand just how racist he truly was. >> Um, out here on the street, I was just wondering what what led up to all that. >> Well, I saw these two black guys. >> Okay. Early in the morning. >> Do you remember by what time? >> 7 7 something. Okay. >> I walk my dogs early in the morning. >> Okay. And uh the guy was going around with a camera. Pretty sophisticated camera. >> Okay. >> Nothing like, you know, not not a tourist. >> Okay. >> So, he's walking around and he's going up and down the street and he's taking pictures both sides and um because of the incidents or the you know the the stuff that we've had going on here, >> right? and keep an eye on these guys. Basically, like, you know, we had the the incidents up here at the mall and then when we had the march back here and everything. Well, you know what? I live upstairs. I don't need anybody coming down here and torching anything cuz I'd be I'd be gone. My wife is basically housebound, >> okay? >> And I can't evacuate her. So, I got to be very careful. So I see these guys doing all this and um in the past what we've done is whenever we see cars that are going back and forth etc. you know we we make a mental note where we take a picture. Okay. So I took a picture of those guys and they took exception to the fact that I took a picture of them. I I said, "Well, you're taking pictures here, but I can't take a picture of you." The first words out of his mouth were, "There's a lot of white people around here that are racist." I said, "Well, I haven't look at one." And I told him, "Look, we needers around here." That's exactly what I told them. Okay. So, I took that picture first and then they took a picture of me. >> Okay. >> Okay. Then I forwarded the picture to another guy down here, uh, one of the shop owners, and um, he couldn't read the license plate. So I said, "Okay, I'll go get a closer I'll go get a closer look." So I got a closer look. Oh, by the way, I forgot to tell you that this is really suspicious because 7:00 in the morning, there's usually nobody on the street, okay? So, for these guys to be sitting out here messing around with cameras and everything, but look in the background here, two more guys. Okay. All right. Now, I'm I'm not I'm not paranoid or anything, but I keep an eye on the neighborhood, and this is unusual for the neighborhood. >> Okay. >> 7:00 in the morning. Now, we know there's BLM. We know there's Antifa. And we also know that probably starting November 1st, because everything's been so damn quiet around here, we can anticipate something. And I'm just getting ahead of the game, so I documented it. Okay. >> In his twisted mind, Paul thought that he was in the right for being a jerk to those black creators. But he was about to get a reality check soon enough. After collating his statement, the officer left the premises but returned with backup to put Paul in his place the next day. The cops began with a polite approach to make the old man see the area in his ways. However, Paul was a staunch hardcore racist who was well past saving. >> Paul, I just want to follow up with last night. I know we talked about the whole incident, so it's it still referenced that whole incident. Um, we talked about some of the comments being made between you and that other gentleman. Um, so clarifying from you, I kind of want to understand, do you kind of see how the comments you made might be provoking and insulting in any way? >> Well, of course, I mean, it was, remember what I told you, the first words out of his mouth were, um, Scott's full of white graces. and my comment directly to him, which you won't see on the video because they want video. I said, "Hey, they're not all white." >> That's what I said to him. >> Like, yeah, that part wasn't on the video. >> Yeah, of course. >> Did were did you watch the video? Go back cuz I know you're saying that you're going to hate. >> That's no problem. Um, but you do understand how the the comments that you made to him would be provoking almost provoking a fight. I mean, >> would it be fair to say that >> put yourself in his position that those kind of comments might in >> kind of imply that you want to fight? Huh? >> You're inflammatory. >> I'm I'm asking what you you think. >> Well, >> look at it. Listen from your perspective. >> To be inflammatory. >> Do you feel like it would be fair to assume that from his point of view it might be provoking any kind of retaliation or fight that >> um you might have been trying to >> No. No. to get, you know, riled up. >> No, no, of course not. But 7:00 in the morning, uh, uh, when when there's nobody in town, uh, to be out there, uh, you know, taking pictures of everything and mapping the place. I mean, that's a recon team. I know it. I think we all know it. And >> so what what was your full intentions when you used those kind of that >> I well you know he uh he inflamed me when his insinuation was that Scottdale is full of white races and we're not. And you know if you know if he wants to call them all white races I just let him know they're not all white. you know, that's basically what it was all about. >> Yeah. And and you're right, that bar wasn't on video, so I And this this is kind of new. I didn't hear about any of that last night. Um, so you do understand how that can there there could be serious fallback from the comments that >> I can understand that, but the thing I'm wondering now is why are we wasting so much uh energy on this? It's got to be they'll be by next Tuesday. >> What? >> It'll be gone. This whole thing will be forgotten and gone. Are you talking about the incident as a whole? >> Yeah. >> Wait, but >> the backlash from it is going to be gone. >> Paul thought the backlash from the incident would die down in a few days. However, the officers were determined to stop that from happening. >> Um, we're going to take it down. We're going to arrest you. K. Yep. >> You're being charged with disorderly conduct. >> But can you take your other hand? >> Hold on. Hold on. I understand. I understand. We'll talk about it. >> I'm not I'm not going to answer your question. I'm not protesting. All I want to say is reach in my right hand pocket. >> I'm just let you know. >> Okay. You have weapons or what? >> Yes. >> Okay. What do you normally carry when you come out from your house or is it just for us? >> Well, not just it's uh under the circumstances, you know, with the issues going on here. >> So, do you always carry that then? Is that what that's what he's asking? >> Oh, yeah. In the end, Paul was fired from his job at a real estate firm following the incident and received a citation from the police department for his disorderly conduct. And up next is an old lady who thought it was a good idea to go off on law enforcement officers because she paid taxes. >> I pay taxes. I pay for you. I own you. You don't own me. I do not have to identify myself. You need to go to school and learn your laws. Y'all police people get a high school diploma and that's it. I didn't get your this match. Get your hands out my face. >> Going to go to jail if you don't get in the car and leave. >> Seconds. Three. >> Back away from me. >> Two. >> On December the 15th, 2023, a woman crashed into a pole in a Walmart parking lot. Despite being in the wrong, the woman refused to take accountability for her actions and picked a fight with the store employee. Seeing this, the Walmart manager called law enforcers to handle the situation. Once officers arrived, the woman grew even more aggressive and denied crashing into the pole. While an officer checked the store's security footage, the woman went on a crazy rant and kept denying any wrongdoing, all while throwing very offensive racist slurs. >> You're liar. You're a liar. Don't damage. >> That is not the damage. You're a liar. Thank you, sir. Thank you. run these plates and let me go about my business. All y'all I said when I stop right there and say well cuz this is what y'all do. Y'all got real criminals out here. Go play them with them. You talking about a come clear near. Go do your job. Go out here and y'all harassing the people. I pay taxes. I pay for you. I pay for you. I own you. >> No, I don't. And I have to I don't have to show it to you either by law. And I know my right. So don't come back. Don't double talk me. No, I do not have to show you a >> Yep. Let's go. Cuz he know he ain't got no proof on lying. >> Letting you know what will >> I don't have to show you nothing. >> You're a liar. >> Okay, >> go run the video. >> Goodbye. >> All right. >> I don't like police cuz they do this waste their time with people. and I'm going to need y'all to hurry up. >> He's watching it right now. >> So hurry cuz y'all are liars. If I hit the pole, why would I end up right here? I would have damage. to no damn just cuz you got a bad job going to don't mean nothing. I'll talk to you any kind of way like any other everybody else out here cuz actually I pay taxes. I pay for you. I own you. You don't own me. I own you. Tell me your name. Show me your ID cuz I don't owe you. >> Lobster surve badge number 558. I looked at the footage. The third Ballard you did strike with your vehicle. >> I did. >> Yes ma'am. >> And there's damage there. >> Can I get a moment to look at it? >> Look. >> Okay. >> Cuz it ain't no damage. chance for how the to be damage on that pole. >> There's still an accident that occurred. >> That's not an accident. There's no >> If there's property damage there, >> how did I hit that? When how did I hit that and slip around and I >> That's a great question. You're operating the vehicle >> and the same last lied on me, too. All you got to do is lie. Let me see the video. Let me see the video. Let me see the video. Let me see the video. Yep. I mother cuz what I call bird is it was it way down there. That's not that don't match where mine at so we can buff that. That's not an accident. That's what y'all really going to stop me for when I couldn't have picked somebody up to do a favor. A buff? This what y'all stop me for? A buff. Right. Really? This is an accident. This is worth wasting my time foramage. This is damage. >> Could you ask me if >> Please do cuz that's pathetic. If not Walmart have millions of dollars and need something over a buffer that could be buffed out. >> Ma'am, come get your ID, please. >> No, you can't identify yourself. >> No, I don't. That's a lie. No, I don't. >> That's a mother lie. No, I don't have >> that occurred. You have to provide license regime. That's all you need. I ain't giving you [ __ ] Y'all sitting here wasting your time over a scuff. A scuff. There's no damage to my car. Come on. Damage to my car. Where's the damage? Where's the damage to my car for hitting that red [ __ ] >> Where is it? >> Because my wound did not make that. It doesn't match nothing. You're a liar, bro. So, do what you need to do. >> You put me on. >> Do what you need to do cuz you are a liar. >> Liar. Liar. Liar. It doesn't even match up. The woman kept claiming she didn't damage the pole, but the evidence said otherwise. The cops didn't understand how someone so wrong could be so loud, but they did their best to stay professional. However, the woman seemed determined to stretch their patience to its breaking point. >> Since you don't think we You don't think we innocent mother people who pay our bills on you and him? >> My mother identify you. >> I'm officer Maniac with the logo police department. My badge number is fine. >> I own you. I got a right to know who you are. >> Do you live in the city of Largo? >> Does it matter what my tax say? >> Do you pay taxes in the city of >> Do I work? I just told you I pay taxes and I own you. And I own you. >> I need you to identify yourself. >> No, I don't. >> Yeah, you do. >> No, I don't. >> You will go to jail if you don't. >> You can write a ticket. I do not have to identify myself. You need to go to school and learn your laws. Y'all police people get a high school diploma and that's it. You know, >> okay, >> you're basic. You will go to jail for obstruction if you do not identify. >> Really? And my lawyer will sue the out of you. >> Okay. >> Yeah, cuz your in here talking about a scuff that I don't even have a mark on my car from. >> So, how does that match my car? >> It's on video. >> Let's I want to see the video. >> Okay. You can do that in court. That's >> He was just going to let me see the video. So, now I got to wait till court. >> You did. You just said if you want to see the video and then you asked for other. So you're a liar once again. See, I don't play nice with people who lie. This is not an accident. I didn't hit that piece and it didn't even match up with my car. Two eyes. Go look. >> What's your first? >> Are you Perline? Caroline. >> It's as simple as that. Okay. Just tell me. Identify yourself and you'll be out of here. >> I am not Pearling. I am her daughter. Enough said. >> Okay. So, I need you to see your right. >> I am her daughter. Last name. I'm not giving you nothing cuz you're a liar and you just sat here and was told me I could go see the video. Now you tell me I can't. This is why I don't trust y'all. This is why I have attitudes with y'all from the gate. You are liar. >> Let you see this footage. Will you identify yourself? >> Yes. Yep. >> You promise? >> Yep. Let me see where I bust my hair and then show me on my car what the damage matches that. Let's ride. That's right. It's up to >> you if that's what the way you want to do it. >> I don't give a property. I want proof. >> Come on, man. Let's go. >> I want proof. >> I'm not trying to be a bad guy. >> But this is petty. This is petty. That's This is the law. Because somebody got something that's not bent. It ain't broke. It ain't hurt nobody. Bro, I came to pick somebody up. >> Somebody scuffed your [ __ ] >> Shut the up. Am I talking to you? >> You have to. >> I do. >> Okay. >> I do. I'm medicated crazy. >> We're going this way. >> Because all I had to do was show you that I came close. I didn't hit your match my hall. >> Get your hand out my face. >> This is a courtesy. You do not have to do this. >> Okay. >> You are not going to step up on her again. >> I didn't step on her. I was walking in with her and saying what I was saying. There's a difference. >> Lower your voice. Come on now. >> This >> I'm going to need y'all to just do what the need to do because I'm just going to continue to click. You're dealing with somebody who's not all here. Let's just carry the >> Okay, let's go. >> I'm coming with my mouth. I owe y'all. Tell me what to do. >> The cops were tired of hearing the woman yap and were itching to finally show her the crash footage. However, even in front of glaring evidence, the woman was still too stubborn to see reason. >> So, how close did that come to it? >> You touched it >> to cause damage. To cause damage. >> Watch. >> So, it scuffed it. >> You can see your friend bending it. >> Okay. So, look where your cup is here. >> Go look at Don't touch what >> the computer. >> Okay. But I'm just showing if if the scuff is down here. You look at my car. I don't have a scuff. >> Maybe it's your tire. You clearly are. >> Okay. So, if a tire hit it though, how could that be considered an accident? And I didn't cause considered damage. You could buff that out >> with this. Um, >> but you're really going to write somebody up for a ticket over a scuff. >> Over a scuff. >> Okay. So, >> this is what y'all going to do over a scuff. >> I upheld my end. Can I please see your desk? Cuz I'm not a liar. And I hold up my end. Perfect. >> I'm not a liar. >> Okay. Nobody said you were. I don't like being lied on, lied to. And this is bull. A scuff. That's how broke Walmart is. Y'all getting robbed that bad. >> That's not on her. She doesn't have to make those decisions. Walmart does. >> Thank you. >> Even as a police listen, I talk loud. Period. I cannot help it. >> We're going to go back. >> I really can't. No, really. I automatically talk loud. >> I automatically talk loud when I'm angry. It's amplified >> about it. She >> didn't answer >> because it's a stuff. Who's wasting their time on that? >> You got out here who used to be catching. You woring about stuff. >> You not like really no courtesy to say, "Hey ma'am, your tire scratched the and just let it go." >> I walked up. >> That's a bad You But no, you came in there like I actually hit their caused major damage and just sat here. I calmly explained I wasn't sure if a crash occurred, but I thought >> it's not a crash. Okay. >> How was that a crash? >> We're gonna agree to disagree on that. >> But how is that considered a crash? >> Cuz there's it's rubber from off of a tire. >> All righty. >> So that's not property damage. They could go right in their eye and get cleaner and clean that if they knew how to work. >> Yep. >> Cuz Walmart don't know how to work. They're just as slow and dumb as half of y'all are. Okay. >> And I need my ID back. So hurry up. >> Yes, ma'am. I am not friendly. I'm not a citation. Get her out of here. >> No whisper. Please say it loud enough for me to hear cuz I feel like you can't be asleep. >> Oh, okay. We're just going to trespass. >> Okay. We going to trespass you from coming Walmart. >> That's fine. There's a thousand of them every other place. >> Absolutely. You're being trespassed. >> Thank you. So, I will not come back to this piece of because I put a rubber on their thing. Trust me, I won't come back. I've already had to call on this store before because of their other managers. So, the parking lot, >> it's no worry. I will never have to come back to this piece of property. The people who work here are ignorant. Half of them. All I was doing was picking up a friend. I don't even >> free to leave. Have a nice day. >> Thank you so much. You're free to leave, too. >> Okay. >> You are free to leave. And as I said, when I got here, 12. >> Okay, thank you.
