You can't even talk. >> Please, treat me. >> What? >> Can you please treat me, please, please? >> You can't even talk. >> Please, please treat me. >> You don't want to do the test anymore? >> Can you please treat me, please? >> I have no idea what you're saying. >> Please treat me, please, please. Please treat me, please treat me. Please treat me, please treat me. >> Oh, release you? >> No, please treat please me. Please >> Place her under arrest. Place her under arrest. Here we go. >> No, no, no. >> You're going to put your hands behind behind your back like you're praying. >> So, I am a big fan during a DUI investigation of getting handcuffs on someone as quickly as I can while still having the proper amount of evidence to be able to successfully prosecute the case. Um this woman is if she would have simply just the way that she got out of the car and walked to the cruiser that was behind her. If she would have done nothing else, I would have arrested her just based on that. And I wasn't even there to see what's in the car or to smell or, you know, have all the conversations that might not have made it through this cut of the video. Um I would have arrested her just then if she said, "Hey, I don't want to do anything." But these FSTs, I mean, she is performing so poorly and has such a low ability to understand that after I gave the instructions for the walk and turn, she says, "I don't understand." I would have been like, "Look, I don't know this in a different language. You're under arrest." Like But these officers did great. Time is on their side. She's obviously super high BAC. You know, they're they're not worried about her getting under a 0.08 probably anytime while the sun is still up. Um so, they've got time. They gather all of that evidence. I guarantee this this case will never see the light of day in a courtroom because no defense attorney is going to watch this case and go, "Oh, no, she's innocent."
