on December 19th 2024 police responded to the Chase Bank in boa Raton Florida where a man was yelling and behaving aggressively body cam files this one's to you we are uh appreciative of you guys putting great stuff out and uh internet if you want to check out some more videos like this check out body cam files they're great that the manager was refusing to give him his money he's talking all I have a major account in this in this building all right I want my now look at this guy so the first thing that these deputies should have done when they went in this bank is they should have noticed that someone stole this guy's sleeves and they should be taking a report for that cuz that guy looked ridiculous I don't know who goes out in public with that little stringy top thing that that guy was wearing but that that's a travesty that should be against that should be also be against the law so that's that was my initial concern I'm sick of of bullsh I'm treated I'm treated like a [ __ ] Le zero well I'm talking to you like a man okay come outside no I want to get my money now it's not going to work out the way you think I want you yes it is right I ow the [ __ ] place 10 things that you can do differently right now all I'm asking you to do is step outside and talk to listen back up stop you're going to get step back [ __ ] sir turn around put your hands behind your back do it now yes this guy who's already elevated he's already exaggerated he's showing all those pre fight indicators as he's approaching that Deputy it's it's game on right there I mean and that that Deputy was right I mean his hands came up which was good because you don't want to have your hands down to your sides if this guy's going to take a swing at you um so defensive tactics wise deputies in the right and uh I this guy what they did and him immediately saying hey put your hands on your back you're under arrest I love that uh the deputy recognized that there was a violation there and the best way to qu that situation was to get that guy in handcuffs and get him out of that bank and uh that's exactly what happened so I really liked it listen turn around you're under turn around and put your hands behind your back now you're going to get Ted do it now yes we told you it's not going to work out the way you want listen to us we're not trying to hurt you I'm sorry I said oh oh now now we're sorry when the Cuffs of Truth come on and all of a sudden they realize all of the wrongs that they've done notice that he went from Super aggressive to please show me mercy I'm sorry you know all of this it he had like a pendulum swing of attitude uh super common once people realize that the gigs up and handcuffs go on um you know when people say hey I'm not going to do your tests when we're doing DUI enforcement as soon as the cuffs go on the first words out of their mouth are oh I'll do your test now like that bullet's already downrange partner that's it it's that that decision's already been made same thing in this you know you could ask for Mercy all you want but when you've already been disorderly causing a disturbance at the bank and then you approach that Deputy showing all those pre-fight indicators that's it like you don't you don't get to call those back and then just go home put your head on your little pillow and take a nap um you get to go to the uh the county bed and breakfast that's right where this guy need to go can you please stop why why why why do we got to get to this point I why do we got to get to this point I'm saying I'm sorry like a man I'm sorry I can even see the officer sticks his finger right in between the cuff uh and the Hand the Handcuff and and his wrist and the guys complaining that they're tight well they're not they're not meant to be comfortable they're not like the ones you have at home these cuffs are they're they're meant to restrain you and they even put two handcuffs on because he's so Broad in the shoulders which would make it ultimately more comfortable for him but they're not meant to be comfortable man maybe don't get arrested I know bro listen let me see the other on you got a whole finger I can f a whole killing me killing me all right listen I'm catch your money real quick right make sure that we're on the same page this is the one that was in your pocket yeah so we got 40 we're going to count that last you got out of that guy's pocket cops don't steal money now we will reappropriate someone else's handcuffs a handcuff key a flashlight par Oakleys um any of the things that we can re appropriate from each other we do that all day long I will definitely own up to that but if it's a a suspects or someone that we're dealing with that's that's not what cops do and I really like the fact that this guy counted that money you know was obviously it was a lot of cash that he counted that money right in front of the guy um just to show hey this is this is what you had 660 there was more money than that there still got a count look 660 6 still there was more money than that there probably not more money than that there 671 someone touched my money 672 673 no one touched your money 674 694 695 696 697 yeah let let me let me explain something to you because you're not explaining it to me what the am I being arrested for disorderly condo okay so we counted your money yeah okay this is what you had in your pocket yeah we just want to be clear okay what is it that you want to know cig I want to know why am I being arrested I didn't do anything ready yeah right yeah I am ready to listen today you were in the bank causing an issue I did not cause an issue you got to listen they were the issue I'm going to explain to you one time if you want to listen to me I'm going to explain to you okay I'm trying to be as respectful as I can towards you this is what we we got to the bank because you were acting aggressive towards people I was not I was not you want me to leave I was not you're aggressive right now when we got there Take These Cuffs off of me I don't belong having cuffs and you sure Ma's name you do we got there and trying to talk to you you approached the deputy like you were going to hit him okay no he was approaching me no you're all on video all three cameras okay so what are your P now got a bunch of puss pushes hey watch doesn't hurt not the second time you did that first time wasn't as bad he was just you like he wanted something it was wor by my back he was about to hit him how can I make sure he's not going to come back here he's afraid that and we're worried that he's going to come back here if he just let him go oh so we can give him a trespass warning as well I need that I need something like that yeah no functional fitness nope you going to take him off why aren you take him off oh be while in custody and sitting in the prisoner compartment the defendant told the officer that he was not under arrest and that he was going to cut off the officer's head and down his throat as such he was then charged with violation of Florida State Statute 8 38.0 21-3a corruption by threat against public servant yes as he threatened to harm the officer while he was performing his official duties love it in conclusion to the bank incident he was charged with a felony for battery on specified personnel as well as crimes against person for the statement he made to the officer in the prisoner compartment however according to the court documents neither of the charges stuck the battery on law enforcement was not filed and the corruption by threat charge was not filed or down filed to a lesser charge and that's super common um we simply look at the violations that occur we make recommendations to the prosec or the county attorney or the district attorney whatever you have in your jurisdiction um we make those recommendations hey this is the violations I saw this is what we're charging but the prosecutors have a lot of um they have a lot of discretion to change those charges maybe offer a plea to a lesser charge um so you might have a you know a aggravated assault and they might drop it down to a regular assault um so that the person will take a plea and then it saves Jud time in having to set up a trial and pick a jury and do all that stuff so it's really common it doesn't mean that these deputies at all messed up during this investigation it just means that the the prosecutor probably took some of their discretion and used it what's crazy about this arrest is that Craig tried doing the same thing about 2 months later on February 10th 2025 at around 8:50 a.m. police were dispatched to the same Chase Bank in boar ratan it should be noted that Chase Bank does not open until 9:00 a.m. prior to arrival the complainant had advised dispatch that a male was attempting to break the door to get into the branch since he'd been previously arrested for causing a disturbance on December 19th the branch manager immediately recognized him he once again began causing a disturbance in the bank and interrupting business when police arrived he informed deputies that he was there to cash a check after this incident he was charged with trespassing after warning and pled guilty on March 17th 2025 let's just hope he never tries going back to this Chase Bank again but statistically it's fairly likely he will
