Deputies stopped this driver after he allegedly punched a man in a McDonald's drive-thru because the man didn't know how to drive. Were you guys just involved in an altercation or maybe a road rage incident with somebody? Uh yeah, that was just a road rage incident. Okay, all right. Would you mind stepping out for me real quick and just talk to me so I can get your side of the story? Well, I can talk to you right here. Well, I'm asking you to step out, okay? So, you can step out or I can help you out. It's your choice. What's this getting to? Listen, you don't have the right to put your hands on the I'm talking to you. Nobody's going to put I'm I'm I'm cooperating. I'm Okay, and I'm asking you to step out so I can talk to you. I'm not going to step out of my vehicle. For what? Do you have your ID, sir? I sure do. Okay, let me see it, please. Uh let me get my video going. Okay, get your video going. It's super funny that this guy's like, "Hold on. Let me set my camera up." Like, there's like five cops there. Every one of them's wearing a body worn camera. It's being recorded from every possible angle, but he has to have his video set up. Uh it just it makes no sense. Like, I Maybe he wants to make like a greatest hits reel of like being arrested and like all the different cops that arrested him and he wants he wants that original content. I get it. I mean, I They I'm I'm a big fan of original content, but um I just I never understood. It's It's like people think that we're shy about being videoed. Like, we get videoed all the time. It doesn't doesn't bother anyone. So, you want to tell me what's going on then? Okay, thank you. I was turning from coming from the beach. What happened? I was getting over in the left lane. This dude speeds around me and cusses at me. So, I come over here to McDonald's and I tell him I said, "Look, Keep your foot around the gas pedal. stop following me. So, that means you need to wait to see what I'm going to do before you try to speed around me." He got in the the the left far left lane, so I got in the far left lane behind him and I came over here and I asked him I "What was the purpose of you cussing at me?" And he started Okay. Just ask him. So behind me. Cuz he's cussing at you, you punched him in the mouth? And I'mma tell you why. It's because from here forward y'all going to learn to respect what we are on Earth. If not driving was a prerequisite for getting punched in the face, there would be assaults all across Pinal County every morning between like 6:00 and 9:00 during rush hour cuz no one can drive. There'd just be people following people into Starbucks drive-thrus, McDonald's drive-thrus, and you know, into line for a bagel at Einstein Bagels or the drive-thru for a cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts just getting just da Learn how to drive. Use your blinker. Like it's the craziest line of logic that I've heard in a long time that it's totally acceptable to punch someone in the face if they can't drive. Like as the previous president used to say, "Come on, man." was on call for I was I had I was in front of him. So, that means that wherever I go, it's behind Better than a 190. So, I decide where I'm going to go. Yeah, that's it. I was getting in the lane that was to the left, the only left lane that was open. He was trying to go around to get to the far left lane. That lane wasn't even open yet just to get to McDonald's. He came beside us and just I was cussing at I was like, "Okay." I came over here to the light and I asked him, I said, "What was the purpose of you cussing at me?" And I said, "You going to learn Where was he standing when you punched him? Was he like at your window? He was sitting in his car right here. I walked over to the car and I asked You walked up to the car and punched him. cussing at me. You were behind me and you had to wait until I moved and what whatever I did, you decide what you going to do after that. You started cussing. He said, "Well, you going to learn your lesson." job. I said, "Well, you going to you going to learn how to respect what what am on Earth. And what I stand for on Earth right now, y'all better stop messing with us. Y'all better stop messing with us. Who's us? He got judged today. And if you knew who I was, you would know why he got judged. And if you knew what he was into before this incident, this day, everything happens for a reason. Nothing Somebody out with him over there? Everything happens for a reason. And y'all need to stop getting involved in people's personal business because all that does is just create more situations where people don't have to take responsibility for what It's your personal business. Like, I don't know. If you want to You're a dude, you want to wear a dress. Right? You're out, you're wearing a dress. That's your personal business. You do you. No problem. But when you follow someone into the McDonald's drive-thru, right? They're there to get an Egg McMuffin, a coffee, one of those little hash brown things that's filled with oil. And you follow them in there, and then you reach into their car, and schmack them in the face, that is no longer your personal business. And apparently, it's also not two guys handling their business. Cuz if it was two guys handling their business, it'd be like two guys, they line up, they take the appropriate pose from the 1930s, and then they fight. Like, that's two dudes. That's a mutual combat thing. That's where two guys can fight and say, "Hey man, we're just two dudes. He punched me, I punched him. Hey, we're over it." You can get away with that. That's okay. But not when one guy is sitting in his car, and you just walk up and punch him in the face. That's not mutual combat. That's In Arizona, it's called assault. Apparently, in Florida, it's called battery. Um That's that's not handling your business. So, um yeah, don't do that. You understand when you make contact with somebody, it's considered a battery. So, we got the call, so we have to investigate it. And that's what we're here to do. Yeah. He verbally abused me, so that's battery. That's No. Would you to a statement on saying what happened? I'm not Listen, listen. I'm not getting involved with y'all. We handle that ourselves. We're two grown men. We don't need the police. We don't need to be controlled. I acknowledge that we're not in preschool. Yes, we're two grown men. I appreciate that. I handled my business like I was supposed to. I appreciate your your opinion on the matter, but he has a different opinion. Okay. And as a man, he can have a And whatever his opinion is, if he wants to write down stuff for y'all, then he can. I don't have to do that. I'm not getting involved with y'all. I'm I'm telling you what you want to know. I'm cooperating with you. But I'm not getting out of my car. Okay. I'm not writing nothing down. I All I had to do was deal with him. That was my problem. I dealt with him, and that's it. Deputies find out later that the man's name is Darrell Reynolds. But he doesn't plan on telling them that right now, or really seemingly cooperating in any way. I'm camping. My son and I retired, and we came down here for peace. You're retired military? I I was in the military, but I was What branch of the military? Navy. Navy? Well, thank you for your service. Thank you. How many years did you spend in the Navy? I was in two years, and I ran a business for about 16 years. I ran several businesses for 16 years. Okay. Military. I was a I had a commercial cleaning business and a landscape and lawn care business. It sounds like you can't keep a job. to scare the attorney. Okay. This is the type of stuff that I'm dealing with, so I got I got nothing against the scared attorney, man. I deal with all this stuff. I dealt with the the problem. I already fixed that. If he ain't man enough to do that for his self, that's his problem. Okay. If he's going to run around cussing at people and being mad at people because he can't that little baby can't have his way, then it's what it is. Okay. Well, that's not always the way the law sees it, though. You understand that, right? Let me tell you something about your law. If you go back and actually study your law, none of these laws I study my law. They have expired. They The statute of limitations on all American laws have already expired. It's 20 years from 1776. All of them have expired. And And And And And I didn't get that legal update. is on land operating in maritime law. Okay. All right. Well, let me go ahead and you step out of the vehicle for me. I'm not getting out of my car. What's your name, sir? What's your What did I do? Can I get your name? I told I gave you my ID. Hey, this is what we're going to do. We're going to get you out of the car. We're going to talk to them, get his side of the story. Why do I got All right. Is he out of I'm not getting out of the car because you guys are going too far with us. Going too far. What do you think you're doing, buddy? I'm traffic court. We're trying to expect the reporter. What you What you want to do is control me. I'm not going to let you do that. I'm going to sit right here. Well, that's going to happen. Both of you are Yes, sir. And in the state of Florida, that's against the law. Okay. It's against my law for me to be talked to like he talked to me. I understand. I follow universal law, which tops all this mess that y'all got going on here. So, like I said, you don't have no jurisdiction over me. You are on my earth. And if I decide to do something about it, I can right now. Look. When I When I You need to understand what this is. And you need to understand who I am. You need to understand that I have a power that I can use right now on both of you if you don't stop messing with me. I'm not I'm not You are threatening me. You're telling me By law, I can do this. Well, by my law, I have the right to do what I need to do. We're asking you, please. Make it easier on everybody. We get this out of the way. Why do I have to do Why do I have to get out of my vehicle? I'm not If I'm in my vehicle, you said I'm safe. Everybody's safe. You You You You committed Okay, yes. So, we're investigating this. So, we need you to step out, okay? Is this your son back here? Yes, it is. And this is completely cordial. Everything's being good, okay? He's fine. Why won't y'all let him out? But there's no reason. We're trying to get you out. We're not going to let him get out. Why do I need to get out? I'm not under arrest. Why do I need to get out? Because there's a possibility of you being under arrest. Why do y'all have to address that? For committing battery, sir. But we have to investigate that and you doing the way you're doing it is making it more difficult for us. It's only making it more difficult on you, sir. You're here on vacation. We're just trying to We're trying to work our way through it, okay? Listen, guys. There's There's no listening. Just Just be cordial. Step out of the vehicle and let us get this out, okay? One thing I want y'all to understand is I don't I'm not going to jail over something like that. Well, if two men in the street can't handle their business If he If he's big enough to run his mouth to anybody he runs into and can just say whatever he wants to say out of his mouth, there's consequences for that. Okay? He suffered the consequences and if y'all get in the way of his judgment, you bring it on yourself. And I'll get out there Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate it. what you're doing is bringing it on yourself because you're getting involved in this Now, Reynolds agrees to get out of the car, but bristles when the deputies try to arrest him. His son, Cameron, even gets involved and the deputies threaten to tase him. Look, look, y'all don't have to do all of that. Put your hands Put your hands Put your hands behind your Hey, this is why y'all This is why I'm pissed off. Hey, back up. Back up. Get the [ __ ] off of me. Go ahead and tase him. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back right now. Tase him. Just tase him. Put your hands behind your back. Why is all this necessary? I'm not doing anything. You don't you tense up on me or we're going to the ground. Do you understand? This is not necessary. I got it. Are you It doesn't take that much to put your hands behind I've been getting disrespected all day. Y'all just messed up on yourselves. I didn't touch either one of y'all. Listen, we gave you the opportunity to go nice and peaceful. Yes, they did. pull away, this is what happens. pulling away from you. You absolutely did. Now, you're catching additional charges. For what? For what? I'm genuinely asking, for what? Get him out of the truck. Have a seat. And there we go. When it comes to your soul, I hope you know it's mine. Okay, great. Fantastic. They've got great sheriffs. I mean it just Florida is a great state. I'm not trying to make a video just based on people in Florida acting a fool. But it seems to come up with such frequency that I can't help but have to mention like people in Florida are crazy. Like it's there's I don't Have you guys heard of the Florida man?
