Hey, come here. Get back. Come back. Yeah. Yeah. You You uh crashed into a bunch of cars. I did not. Yeah, you did. I did not. CK Body Cam is the channel that we found this video on. Uh we always try to give love to the people, pages, channels that we find these on. So, there's some love. Go check them out. Here, take these take these from you and Okay. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back for the moment so we figure out what's going on. Okay. Okay, I like it. Turn around. Put your hand behind your back. Okay. All right. Awesome for him. He stops her from going inside. Says, "Hey, give me all your stuff." Boom. Place her in, you know, under arrest. Place her in custody. I love that. Um, and he says it, he articulate articulates it well. Or he's like, "Hey, what we're going to do is I'm going to I'm just going to detain you right now while we figure out what's going on." But he's got a criminal act of leaving the scene of a collision. Whether it's an injury collision or a non-injury collision, it doesn't matter. You hit something, you have to stay there. So simply for that fact of that criminal act, he gets to put his hands on her, get her in cuffs, and then figure everything out. Arrested me for what? Well, crap. Turn around. Okay, you crap. Stop. Okay. What? All right. I'm liking it. Bunch of cars. I am done. Okay. We got a bunch of calls on you. Huh? I did not. You're not. No, no, no, no. We got to call my attorney. I don't care about your attorney right now. Just because you say you want an attorney does not mean that the entire investigation stops and we just sit there with our hands crossed and we wait until an attorney shows up. You have the right to an attorney before we ask you questions. Absolutely. But just because you say you have an attorney or you want to talk to an attorney, that doesn't mean we stop our investigation. So maybe someone in the internet will learn this. Okay. Okay. So, what do I do? Don't stop. No, you're going to stop. You're going to stop. Oh, it's a sheriff. That's why. Don't make me do this bull. Okay. Someone not doing this. I know. Stop. Okay. I don't care what we're doing. Okay. Now, I'm going to put you in the car. No, you're not. I'm not a right to No, I have my right to call attorney. I have a right to call my attorney. I'm not. Put your feet in or I'm going to force you to put your feet in. Call my attorney. I'll call your attorney when you put your feet in. I absolutely put your feet in. Have another drink. Then chill out and we'll figure it out in a minute. Put your feet in. Thank you. Shut that door. Nice job, deputy. Absolutely. Really tight. Well, because you kept trying to snatch away from me. I did not. My hiccups are really tight. They are bleeding. They're not bleeding. Probably not. Pretty really bad. They're not comfortable. They're really bad. Well, you shouldn't have tried to snatch away from I did not try to snatch away from you. No, that's kind of what it looked like. Please loosen them up. Okay, I I will shortly. Okay. Or we'll figure it out. But if you're going to keep being uncooperative with me, I'm not going to do it. Loosen them up. I will if you stop being uncooperative with me shortly. I'm not being uncooperative with you. You're on body cam video. Okay. Absolutely. That's fine. 469 St. John 434. Loosen my All right. Turn that way. You're not getting out. Turn that way. Put your foot back in. Can you pull? I'm looking. I'm trying to see how tight they are. They're really tight. Okay. Turn that way. Straighten your arms for me. I am straight my arms. No, it's not. Do that. Bring your arms back. Bring your arms back. Are tight. They're not too tight. There we go. I haven't had a chance to look at her car, so she's hammered. I saw her driving. Yep. David right here. Yeah. Oh yeah. Fantastic. There we go. Now we're talking. I told you you hit a bunch of cars in the in the D pavilion parking lot. You got damage all over your car. We got this part of the damage on my car for previous accident. Yeah, we got a bunch we got a bunch of witnesses. Okay. Who was the bunch witnesses? A bunch. So, we're we're going to deal with it shortly. That's fine. That's fine. I didn't get a single call. Well, a bunch of people said you did. I did. And we got it on video. And you're drunk. Show me the video. You'll see it. Show me the video. You'll see it. Don't worry. Don't worry. See it in jail. That's fine. Can you please go see? I tried, but you weren't cooperating with me. Okay. I was trying, but you weren't cooperating. Next time. Well, my name is Deputy Evans with the sheriff's office and and uh I smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from your breath. Yeah. You've been drinking. Well, it since you hit a car, you you're involved in a hit and run. Okay. I never hit a car. They never pulled over. No one did anything. That's what I'm saying. Like if Well, they saw you. Okay. If they would have pulled me over, I would have said something the whole time. Okay. That's what I'm saying. Well, here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to conduct a criminal investigation or DUI. Okay. And since you were seen driving a vehicle, I want to make sure that you're okay. I am absolutely Okay. So, what we're going to So, so what we're going to do Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, so what we're going to do, we're going to take them off and then uh we're going to do some what's called field test. There's a nice white line over there. That works. Come on out, young lady. I can't. What's your first name? You can step out. Anastasia. Yes, sir. You step out. I'll take them off. that I'll take them off. They're going to go back on shortly. So, no, no, no. I'm naked. Okay. I don't need to. How about we pull this up for you? I don't think you're naked. I want you to be naked. Yeah. Okay. Go ahead and turn around. We'll take them off for you. I like that Evans already. All right. When I tell you to do so, what I want you to do is put your right hand on top of your head until I tell you to take it down. All right. All right. Yeah. All right. I appreciate your cooperation. Thank you, babes. Babes? I think babes is appropriate. I haven't been called that in many years. Call me a dancer. You're a what? Dancer. A dancer. Huh? What kind of dance? Adult. Huh? Adult. Adult dancer. Okay. Nothing wrong with that. Okay. I'm done. We all have to make a living, right? Yes, I do. All right. All right. So, what I need for you to do is I need for you to come over here with me and we're going to make sure that you're okay. This line right here. What I need Ah, good move. Tell him I'm there. Somebody calling you. Right. I got it. You don't want to be. Okay. At this point, you are going to be placed under arrest. I will be done. I'm always I'm always gentle. Okay. All right. Thank you. I'm always gentle. Okay. Yeah. And I'll put these nice and loose on you so they won't hurt your wrist. Thank you. You're amazing. Thank you. We're here to help you. I know you are. I like that. You're not being nice. You're being nice. Who? Who wasn't? I like that guy. My boss is a super super nice guy. You're super nice. You're being super nice. Okay. Oh my god. Hold on. Stop. My [ __ ] is going out. I don't need to know anything about your Can someone like me? We're working on it. No, no, no. Can you like You're good now. We moved you so the wind doesn't blow where things can be shown. This time you are being placed under arrest for DUI. Okay. Okay. I have to read a few things for you, but we can do that in the car. Okay. All right. Come on over. Oh, easy. Okay. No, you tripped me. Come on. You can't walk very well. That's No, he tripped me. He didn't trip you. Relax. So dumb being so nice to me and now you're yelling at me. Love it. Oh, Florida. I'll fix your top. Okay. All right. I got to read you a few things. I want you to pay attention. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Deputy Evans shows up on scene. He's either he's a a traffic deputy or he's the resident expert on DUIs, but he shows up and him and the arresting officer get to play good cop, bad cop. Um, bad cop typically the guy that puts the handcuffs on. Good cop typically the one that takes them off. So, Deputy Evans takes those handcuffs off. She's a little bit flirty with him. He's like, "Awesome. Let's do some field sobriety tests." She voluntarily walks over. They walk across the street. They do field sobriety test battery. He then places her under arrest, advises her she's under arrest for DUI, reads her Miranda, and all that good stuff. Um, I I really like that. I like that technique. I like the good cop, bad cop. Um, I like that he leveraged her thinking that she could flirt her way out of this um into getting her to perform the field soiety test battery to make sure that the the best arrest no arrest decision was made. Um, not all the time can we do that. A lot of times it it depends on the suspect's demeanor, their behavior, the circumstances of their arrest. Um, depends on if we're going to pull pull them out and remove the handcuffs to do field sobriety tests. Um, HGN, the horizontal gaze nestagmus, is a great test for people that have been placed under arrest because they don't have to do anything but sit there with their face straight and follow your finger with their eyes. Um, so that's typically what I choose to do, but she really didn't, you know, she wasn't trying to run away. She didn't physically fight like try to hurt the off the deputy that placed her under arrest. So, I think uh I think deputy evidence kind of rolled the dice on that and I think he came out good. So, I think it's going to be a great arrest and I absolutely think that DUI is going to stick. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. Do you understand each of these rights that I have explained to you? Yes, I do. All right. With these rights in mind, you want to talk to me about what's going on today. I wonder why you calling me. Okay. Well, we'll start with the Well, they hit and run. Okay. Over in the Petco Park, you hit a car. Okay. So you were seen by a person. Mhm. Hitting their car. Okay. Okay. You have damage consistent with the damage. Actually, I have damage from my consistent from my previous accident two months ago. I can fix from Mercedes. I can testify to the MercedesBenz accident because I was hit two months ago. That is not true. We can testify and I can show you the records. I can show you. Let me tell myself. I'm not doing I'm not doing the crash investigation. Deputy Clauser is doing the crash investigation and what'll happen is you'll get the paperwork for that. Yeah, that's fine. But I'm doing the criminal investigation and that's your DUI. Okay. You were seen driving a motor vehicle. Okay. I smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Alcohol emitting from your breath. Okay. Okay. And that's what you assume? No, I can smell it. You can smell it. So your smell is for alcohol. I did not tell you. You told me that you had some drinks at the No, that's not what I told. Go ahead and slide your feet that way. Okay. So, what? Slide your feet. I said Yes. Yes. Yes. Deputy Evans is all that. Okay. All right. Bingo. I don't want you to close the door and we'll talk about it. No. Put your feet in. Put your feet in jail. You are going to jail. You're under arrest. Um, I'm not. Okay. What's your free day? I think you are. If you resist, you're going to catch another charge. One of my favorite things because it's so crazy is how people will physically resist you while saying that they're not physically resisting you. And we've seen it a bunch of times on this channel, um, where you watch someone being taken into custody and they're rolling on the ground or they're clenching their arms up behind them or they're flailing or pulling away while simultaneously saying, "I'm not doing anything. I'm not resisting." It's the craziest thing. I don't understand. It's like their body and their brain are on two different channels and they can't quite communicate. Um, and it's a great example of that. and she just she is actively resisting while she's saying, "Well, I'm not doing anything." Well, it's really easy to put handcuffs on someone that's not resisting. So, if an officer deputy has trouble putting handcuffs on you because you're resisting and it wouldn't happen on a person that wasn't resisting, there's your problem. So, makes it pretty easy. Body one camera really helps with that. So, I'm going to give you one more opportunity, sir. You hold your feet in the car. What you said was if I am Oh, sit up. Stop being ridiculous. Nice move. Stop. Nice move. Relax. I'm going to sit you back up and we're going to shut the door. Okay. Relax. Nice move. Sit up, please. We're going to have Can you pull her over? All right, I'm going to shut this door and then we're going to have to kick her feet up. Good night. Good gracious. She's already resisting. That's all you're doing. I'm going to have to pull her out and tarp her. It looks like I'm not resisting. What are you talking? What are you talking about? Got it. Got it. Nice. What's up, bud? Hey, um I want to give you a couple updates on your mom. Okay, we've got her. She's going to be going to jail tonight. What? Okay. She would hit a bunch of cars in the parking lot and she's real drunk. So, yeah. Um are you is there anybody else that can come hang out with you or you good by yourself? I'm good by myself. Okay. Sorry to give you this news, man, but it just kind of is what it is. The woman was charged with one count of DUI, one count of leaving the scene of a crash, and one count of resisting arrest.
