and said, "You guys better not be doing drugs out here." I said, "Bro, it's IO." So, I don't know. I just told him mind his business. And I went [Music] there. All right, guys. Welcome back to the channel. For today's video, we're going to have an example of a person that is faking a medical emergency in order to get out of going to jail. We call this incarceritis. The star of today's show is going to be Miss Miranda Fay. And I forget her last name. It's not really important because there's a good chance that she was lying about her name in this video. Anyway, uh but on this particular day, a resident goes out to take something out to the trash, sees some homeless people that have been camping in the alley. They have a bunch of foil packets on his trash can. He has words with them, and then he calls the police. He says, "Look, I've got homeless people camping in the alley behind my house. They're doing drugs. I need them to be moved along. So, the officers are going to arrive on scene. They're going to find this woman, Miranda, who's going to fake going into labor because she thinks that will get her out of going to jail. You're going to see some things with the officers kind of having words with her, saying, "You're not even pregnant." Well, I did talk to those officers the other day to confirm they do take her to the hospital at the end of this incident. They the hospital tested her and she in fact was not pregnant. So, uh, she is 100% faking this medical condition to try to get out of going to jail. That's what you're going to see today, as well as some other things, which I'll be back in a minute to give you some more updates. What's up? How you doing? Good. Did you guys call? Hey, did you guys call on come out here and shove in the trash can? I'm calling the cops. I call you. Put your hands on her, dude. You flip the trash can lid. All because she had her uh ibuprofen, man, on his hand as in a baggie. His [ __ ] drugs on the trash can. Pushes [ __ ] assault. I see him putting his hand on her. He called the cops on himself. I didn't think he's for real. I really did. Where did he call her? Where'd she go? She's here on the table [ __ ] getting dry. She's upset. She [ __ ] up. If I would have seen that, I would have [ __ ] him up. And I don't give a damn about the [ __ ] I'll beat his ass right in front of the police. I don't give a [ __ ] [Music] Ho's here. Okay. Officers out here. I'm talking about the door. Yeah, I That's all right. I'll catch him out here. He shoved you in the trash can. [ __ ] He's [ __ ] with the hillbilly now. Put the keys down. Yeah. Pops on me. 193 to 191. If you just want to go to the front of uh 436 and make contact with the caller. I'm out here in the back with this female. Hello. Sorry about that, buddy. No, you're good. We're out here. They just called me and let Are they on your property or are they back just blocking the alley? They're blocking the alley. Okay. They uh So, I just went out to get my garbage can this morning. Yeah. And uh the woman was sitting there. She had a whole bunch of foils and [ __ ] on top my trash can. I took it and flipped the lid up. I said, "You guys need to get your asses out of here." I said, "I'm calling the cops." Okay. That dude has been in the camper. He's been there for about week and a half maybe. Yeah, just camping there. Uh I think he's pulling power from the house right behind. I don't know if he's got permission or not. That that's not that's beside the point. Uh I've lived here for going on 5 years. My wife's own my wife owns this house. She's been here for 12 years. We've never had anybody camp behind us. Are they Are they like in the middle of the alley? Are they off to the side or in They're blocking that garage over on that side on the other side. Right now. Yeah. They're I mean just like right now they've got the um pick up and they can barely get through. Okay. All right. So, we'll get them out of here. Appreciate it. All right, buddy. Thank you. All right. What's going on? I was just cleaning out the floorboard of the truck and I sat on my phone and my ibuprofen and a Kroger bag on the trash can and he came out flipping the [ __ ] out and like pushed me out of the way and threw my stuff on the ground and said, "You guys better not." This is actually an interesting part in the video cuz the caller said that he observed a bunch of foil packets on his trash can. That's what caused him to believe that these people were using narcotics. When this woman comes out of the camper, she says, "It's ibuprofen. I got a bag of ibuprofen right here." And she's willingly giving that up. Uh, which person do you think is lying in this case? Do you think the caller is lying? Do you think he actually did not see little foil packets on his trash can? Or do you think that perhaps it's Miranda here who is lying? There was some narcotics there, but she's trying to confuse the officer or distract him with her little baggie of ibuprofen on the ground and said, "You guys better not be doing drugs right here." I said, "Bro, it's ibuprofen." So, I don't know. I just told him that mind business and I went there. It was on there maybe 30 seconds while I was trying to [Music] unlock you probably before. Never. I've never been seen before. Sorry. I was trying to change color. I'll just try to stay out of his way and won't touch his trash can again. Okay. So, do you want you want anything done? No, it's not a big deal. I mean, I can understand. There's a lot of [ __ ] that goes on here where he's coming from, but like just ask. That's all you have to do cuz I could have showed you. You know what I'm saying? I mean, it isn't a baggie. So, but I get it. Okay. Um other than that, I'm fine. But like I said, I'll just keep my distance from him and make sure I don't touch his trash can. Okay. Well, he's up there talking to him. You have an ID on you by any chance? What's your first name? Why? Because there's probably going to be a report taken. I said something. I don't know what he's saying to him. Oh, okay. Miranda, you dropped. He said Miranda. Yeah. What's your last name? Miranda. I got this. [Applause] I don't know. I've never seen the guy until just now. No, no, no. What are you doing? What do you mean? Like, what are you doing here? I was here with Donnie. Seeing Donnie. Who's Donnie? The guy that owns the trailer. Where's he at? He's working on the fence right there. Oh, Donniey's the guy in the red shirt. No, he's the other guy. Oh, he's the older guy. He's the older guy. Hey, what's your date of birth, Miranda? Here, I'm just wondering for what? I told you I'm taking a report. Why is there need to be a report taken? We're here to take a report. What warrant do you have? Something stupid? No, it's not even that. I just don't There's nothing that you need my information for. That's for us to decide you to It's not I've not done anything wrong. I set something on a trash can. Mhm. That's it. Okay. Well, if there's some type of dispute, okay, and he's accusing you of doing something else, then we need to take a report. What is he accusing me of? Miranda, do you want to give us your information? You want to take you downtown and get your No, I'm I'm just not understanding. I have the right to give you guys my information if I've done something. I've not broken the law in any way. Marty, at this point in the video, the officers are kind of demanding Miranda's information, and she's saying, "Why? I don't think I have to give you this information because I haven't committed a crime." Well, she's wrong. In the state of Ohio, you are required to give your information. It's failure to disclose personal information if you fail to do so. Says no person who is in a public place shall refuse to disclose their person's name, address, yada yada yada, if that person is committing, has committed, or is about to commit a criminal offense. What criminal offenses uh is she suspected of committing? Uh camping, public camping. You're not allowed to camp in an alley. uh possession of drugs. You're not allowed to have drugs in an alley. The officers have witnessed testimony saying that they observed her either using or possessing drugs and also drug paraphernalia. This those little foil packets that are used to hold drugs. That is drug paraphernalia. She's suspected of committing three crimes. Therefore, she is required to give her personal information. I sat something on a trash can. Mhm. In a public alley and you guys got in a shoving match. No, that man never touched me. That's what he said. He is a [ __ ] liar. That man never touched me. That's what he said. No, he puts my stuff off the trash can and his trash can behind the fence. Come out here and shove those throw in the trash can. You know how I'm calling a cop? I call you. Put your hands on her head. That's it. That's what I'm not understanding right now. So, you're refusing to give your information? Don't make our job harder because we're going to make your life harder. For what? I've literally done nothing. We know you got a warrant. We know you got a warrant. What's it for? That's not even right. It doesn't matter if it's right or wrong. What is it for? Okay. What's it for? I don't even know. Okay. What could it be for? I think it's for trespassing. Okay. Then if that's all it is, then we can get you a new court date. If you're going to make this more difficult, then we're not going to get I'm not trying to. Okay. So, hey, Miranda. She's wondering if she can wear those in the front. Hold on. I can hook you to the c. That's going to hook you to the c. That's fine. Turn around. There you go. All right. The last thing about this particular incident that I think is interesting, and I would hopefully you guys find this interesting as well. When an officer has someone under arrest and that person has to get on an ambulance and that person is handcuffed, that means that the officer has to ride in the back of the ambulance with that suspect. That's the policy of the fire department and it's a policy for good reason. That person is under arrest or in our custody. We need to be with them. Now, these two officers arrived in two separate police cars, but one of them has to get in an ambulance and go, which means that his car is going to remain on scene. How do we handle those? Well, usually what we do is we get on the air and we say, "Hey, can you send a two officer car over to my location to take my cruiser back to the sub?" On this particular day, there were no two officer units available, but I was a one officer unit and I was available. So, what I did on this day is actually drove my cruiser back to the sub. I got out and I actually walked to the location where these officers were. It was several blocks. Uh, I wanted to get my steps in. So, I walked up, got their cruiser, and drove it back to the sub. Not only did I do this, but I actually logged it on my my Garmin profile and I wanted to share that with you guys today because I don't know, it was just one of those goofy things that happened on patrol. I happened to request the video as well, and I was able to share that with you. Um, I already mentioned before, the officers take this woman to um, the hospital. They confirmed that she was not pregnant. They then discharged her and the officers took her to jail. I don't have the information on what the actual warrants were. I just believe that they were a felony warrant of some sort. In the video, she said it was trespassing. It wasn't trespassing. It was a felony warrant, but it happened so long ago. The officers don't remember what the warrant is. I never got her real information, so I wasn't able to confirm any of that information. Regardless, I thought it was an interesting incident to show you guys. I hope you enjoyed. I'll talk to you later. [Music] [Music]
