That's all. >> I'm pissed off cuz I have teenage girls. Yeah, my wife is upset and if you want to be a then be a I'm not doing being a I'm just trying to do a safety inspection. You're being a How am I being a dick? >> Because you're here doing a safety inspection. >> Yeah, and you can't provide a fire extinguisher. Now I said get up in there and look for your But you have to be able to access it. If you want to be a just fine me. All right, come on. Let me talk to you. Yes, fine me. I don't care. Unlike on land where you need a reason to stop a vehicle, on the water because of the requirement of there to be safety equipment, uh you can stop any boat at any time simply to do an inspection of their safety equipment. Um now in this particular instance as the Fish and Wildlife officer is walking up, you know, to the boat, walking down the dock, you can see that that boat didn't come into um to the dock in a normal way, right? It's all caddy wompus. Kind of angled and people are, you know, reaching off, trying to reach the dock. So, obviously it shows that the operator obviously isn't good or has a possibility of being impaired just based on his inability to pull up to the dock squarely. So, I think that even though the Fish and Wildlife officer is looking at the equipment violation for operating after sunset without navigation lights and is doing a safety inspection. He's also looking for a possible impaired driver just based on the operation of the boat.
