Did she really think pepper spraying the police would end well? >> Oh, that sounds terrible. [Music] >> I don't want to sit down for 45 minutes in a host. I paid for a bus, a monthly bus pass. Just let me >> She's a peach. Body cam leak is where this video comes from. And we're going to be playing body cam bingo. So, we've got all the squares. Anything's possible. We haven't watched this video yet, so I don't know how many scores I'm going to get. might be a bingo. Let's find out. >> Let me do your roundabout. He was like, "You can't stay on my bus." I said, "Okay, that's fine. When you get to your last stop, I'll get off the bus and I'll get back on." He told me to get off the bus and I got off the bus. I tried to get back on. He completely just left. And he could have just took me downtown. Like, why he make it so hard like that? >> He could have just took me downtown. >> Come up here. >> I get murdered. >> I don't give a [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] I paid for a monthly pass. You're not allowed to ride the bus today. You made threats towards the bus driver. >> That's good reason. >> Get on the bus. >> I don't want to get on the bus. >> Actually, >> you have to get off the property. >> 2 hours back home. I missed work. >> Then walk. >> I don't care. >> You're not allowed on the property. >> I'm not. >> See you later. Have a good day. >> Bye. [Music] >> Slow learning curve. >> Push it today. Being a bus driver has got to be a hard job. You're on the road. You're dealing with crazy drivers. You're the biggest thing out there and everyone on your bus probably can't drive. So it maybe they're maybe she's mad that she's riding the bus and she took it out on the bus driver and the bus driver is like, "I have to deal with all these crazy people outside the bus. I don't want to deal with someone crazy on my bus. Get off my bus." Which sounds like it's what happened. She got her bus riding privileges taken away, which I would imagine is fairly difficult to do. Like you have to work towards that. >> So that's that's the baseline of the human we're dealing with right now. >> It's not my fault. You need to arrest. I don't care. >> I'll get out in 4 hours. I don't give a [ __ ] >> You get out tomorrow, though. >> That's fine. I don't care. >> All right. Come here. Let's go to jail then. Leave me alone. >> You're off the property. >> There we go. >> Come back on. You go to jail. >> I'll make sure I tase you. >> Of course you take up. Of course you'll take up for that white ra. I never start problems up here. >> I'm a hard. >> You come back today, you go to jail. >> Oh, she's so angry. >> Easy as that. >> Bye. Have the day you deserve. [Music] your ugly ass. >> You just know where this is going. [Music] >> You're on the property. Get off. >> Get away from me. Who thinks that that's a good idea? >> Transit one. >> Transit one. Me just been pepper sprayed. Black female. >> A lot of of officers that have been involved in physical altercations say it happened so fast. Like everything happened so fast. Look at how fast this went from a simple trespassing to aggravated battery on law enforcement. It was subsecond. And if that was a gun, it could have turned into a homicide in subsecond. So when we're making decisions, we don't get to make decisions from, you know, the benefit of being able to to extend the timeline. Things happen in seconds, milliseconds, quarters, hundreds of a second. And that's how fast that this went from just a simple trespass to a felony where you know this officer was assaulted. >> Black top, black bottom. >> She got white in her hair going in big I can't see. >> There we go. >> Young lady, what happened? >> All right, come on over here. Put that in the car for me. Where's the mace at? >> Did she get sprayed with her own mace? >> Okay. >> Oh, that's why I don't like mace. It gets on everyone. >> So, it's going to help. This guy's got a bottle of water. >> Uh, no. Actually, I do. You want to hold on to her? Right. >> Well, unmar. I like it. Little explorer. >> 60 g. I have bottles of water if somebody wants to come over here and grab a couple for bottle. >> Nice job. And a little cooler in there. Guys prepared. >> So you would run this around the corner to him. He's just on the other side of a >> Can you just wipe our face if you >> Well, we can't wipe it cuz that's going to make it worse. I got some on my hand and I was trying to wipe my tears. >> I get it. So, what I need to do is turn on the side. It's >> not of an emergency this time. >> Did you contaminate yourself after you sprayed an officer? >> We're going to take you to Joe. I don't care. >> So, one of the most memorable days in going through a police academy is the day that you get pepper- sprrayed. Everyone remembers it. It's terrible, but you do something terrible with your entire class, so it makes it more tolerable. um she apparently didn't go through that class. So she doesn't know that when you spray pepper spray, you get it on your hands very very often. So then she wiped her head and contaminated herself. Yet reason 5,426 of why I don't like pepper spray is you can contaminate yourself with it. And that's what happened to her. So she's walking down the road. She blinded the officer and then she blinded herself. So, she got a twofer and um it's perfect. It couldn't happen to a better person and it made taking her into custody super easy because she probably couldn't see very well. So, that's a benefit also. >> Okay, we'll get there. Actually, let's have a seat on the curb here. >> All right. You want to tilt your head to the side? >> About to start blinking. I can't I can't open my eyes this morning. It's okay. >> 24 hours for John. >> It's terrible when you do it to yourself. Like, who do I blame? >> Oh, it's me. >> Just got to go home and look in the mirror and go, "You did this to me." They >> They took some over. Yeah. Wonder if that's Puria, Illinois. It looks very Illinoisish. Seal roll down the window. Get some air going. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Yeah, she got to be in the eye. I mean, she got to be right in the right eye. >> All right, let's get you checked out, man. >> So, >> you need to get checked out. Let me take you up to the hospital. You want me to take you up there? >> I want to get checked I just got to get this out of my eyes. >> Wonder what they charge for that in Illinois. >> So, she's going for egg bad against you. >> Take your aggravated assault. That's what it would be here. >> And I'm coming back up here to get that bus driver. >> What's that? >> I said I'm coming back up here as soon as I get out of jail. I'm going to come back up here and I'mma finish I'mma finish what I would I didn't get a chance to do. >> Oh, that's a threat. >> I don't care. Okay. >> 62 copy. R relocate with this female suspect that I was locked. Now they have disappeared. >> Do you want us to uh let them handle the booking for whatever's going to go happen? I'll take you down the station, get a shower or something. >> Get the [ __ ] off you. >> Pepper spray is terrible. >> Can you tell this Can you tell that supervisor, excuse me, >> can you tell that supervisor that her bus driver is going to get it when I get out of jail? >> Okay. Uh, >> I got the officer because he got in my way, but I'm coming back. I won't stop until that bus driver get it. >> So, >> okay. >> There's some >> mental illness there. >> Get arrested. I don't care. I have nothing to lose. That bus driver got me fired from my job. So, I have nothing. Literally, he can kill me. I don't give a [ __ ] I have nothing. And they're they're alwaysing with people. But when you with people who got [ __ ] to lose, I really do not give a I'm coming back. I swear to God, I'm coming back. >> I don't care. Nope. I'm coming back. I am coming back. I don't need medical. >> I'm fine. >> What's that? >> I don't need medical. I'm fine. >> Can we get a set of vital sign? >> No. >> I guess she wasn't prepared. I think she rubbed her eyes with her hand. >> I guess you flush out your eyes if you want. >> No. And my eyes are fine. I had just a little bit in there cuz I wiped my tears. It's fine. I did a a quick flush. >> All right. >> I've never been thrown off a bus. Just throwing that out there. >> How long are we going to sit here? >> Well, apparently you got a message for your arrest for intimidation, too. >> I don't give a >> You want to talk to me about it? >> No. >> How long we're going to sit here? >> She keeps asking the officer, "Hey, how long we going to sit here for?" Um, she apparently is recently unemployed. She actually has nowhere to go. It's kind of like that movie, you know, it's Friday. I ain't got a job. I ain't got to do. Well, that's kind of her right now. She doesn't have anything to do. She's got nowhere to go. So, she probably should just soak up that air conditioning and enjoy um meeting a new friend, you know, officer from Poria Police Department. So, uh she seems in a rush to go nowhere. I don't know. >> Oh, man. I got to >> just book me in. You can just book me. I don't care. >> Yeah. >> Well, that's going to happen. >> Um, sounds like Miss Davis, you got charges today for police. >> He was walking towards me, so I'm claiming self-defense. >> And then >> I don't think that works. It works like that. >> You don't care about >> I don't care about that one. >> Okay. >> Him right there. He's going to get it. >> Can you roll the window down? >> No. No, absolutely not. What's >> wrong with using freedom of speech? >> Tell that bus driver he's going to get it. >> Yep. That's That's called >> threatening and intimidating. >> Your car. >> He's going to tell that bus driver I will stop till he that bus driver there. He's going to get it. Tell that bus driver that I'm coming back for him. That one right there, bus three. Tell him that. >> Oh boy. >> And I won't stop cuz he got me fired. Tell him that >> you're banned. >> Okay, you are banned. >> I am coming back and I don't care. >> I don't care and I'm coming back. >> I have nothing to lose. I'm coming back. >> Hey, stop doing it. >> Add another charge. I don't care. >> Wow. >> Okay, >> stop doing that. He needs to know. He needs to know. >> He can't hear you. >> You're going to [ __ ] get it. I hope you get murdered. You're going toing get it. I hope someone murder your ass. You're going to [ __ ] get it. You got meing fired. >> She's so crazy. >> I hope youing get murder. You're going toing get it. I'm coming back for you. I swear. >> She's just yelling at buses driving by. So, while this suspect is sitting in the back of the car, she is just yelling, I think, at every bus that was going by, I mean, it's like it's like dogs barking at cars driving by. Like, it was just like she would see a bus and kick the door, yell at it, and just repeatedly make these threats towards this bus driver who I would show him this video, and I would say, "Hey, do you want to press charges for this?" And we would go down that route to make sure she was trespassed in that facility from now until forever because she doesn't need to be on the bus. She needs to take an Uber so she can only annoy one person at a time. >> Stop kicking my car. >> I don't care. Arrest me for 33 [ __ ] years. I don't care. I have nothing. >> I don't care. >> 33 years would stop this problem. I want my weapons back when I leave from the jail >> so I can assault someone else. >> Well, use the commission of a crime against police, you know. >> Yeah. No. >> Um, that was self-defense. I was walking on a public sidewalk and he came up towards me. >> I'll get with you. >> So, you can't take my stuff. >> I don't think you understand. >> He tased me for walking on the sidewalk. So, I have every right to >> No, he said he tased you if you came back on the property. >> Woman was arrested and charged with aggravated battery on a police officer. Another zero boxes checked on body cam bingo. I thought I thought this was going to be good. I figured I would get some Where's your supervisor? I want your name and badge. I I thought I was going to get some of those boxes. I haven't. It just hasn't hasn't come up yet. So, um a zero for that, but definitely good for the video. So, we're working on it.
