On April 1st, 2024, Tampa Airport Police responded to a disturbance after a woman forced her way onto a plane despite being denied boarding. >> NY Detective is the channel we found this video on. It's looking like it's going to be good. So, we're going to check it out. I love airport videos. During this video, Body Cam Bingo is what we're going to play. So, we got some of my favorites. We got I know my rights. We have someone that drops the race card. Uh we've got Call Your Supervisor, one of my personal favorites. um asks for their phone. Hey, get me my phone. Get my phone. I need to be on my phone. Something like that. Um I have call my parents, which I like. Um name and badge number. Obviously, that's a classic. Um saying that they're not resisting while they're actually resisting. And other corner is mentions lawyer. So says, "Hey, I'm going to get my lawyer or I need to call my lawyer or something like that." So those are the squares on body cam bingo. We're going to see where we go >> to board and I just observed her because obviously she's drunk and I I just watched her and saying then she ran up the jet bridge to go get her bag because she left her bag at gasilla. Then I was going to have a conversation and know she'd been drinking blah blah blah. Well, I told her she wasn't going to board until we had the conversation. She ran down the jet bridge and kept going after I told her repeatedly to come back. >> The FAA doesn't like that. >> Now she refuses to get off the aircraft. >> So we're removing her off the aircraft, but she will not come off the aircraft. >> So that is what you're walking into. >> I guess we Well, Tony's on his way. No, I feel like there's a >> We have ways to do that. >> All right. Well, we got a supervisor on the way. >> I can go down. We just won't go in. >> Yeah, we just can't go on the plane. >> She came off and went back on after we informed her she could not get on the So, >> all right. Um, like I said, our supervisor's coming, so he's got to be the one to go on and like kind of get her to come off. >> That's weird. >> So, was there any any interference? >> She got in the face of the captain and the first officer uh was yelling at the number one and the captain. But nothing physical, right? We just >> don't believe so. >> Hold on a second. Yeah. >> We have already been informed. Can you tell her if police start to go off? >> No, I've already told her that she ran back on the airplane. >> Well, police are here. >> I know, but here's what if you could kindly do this. If one of you, she's sitting right in the first class. If one of you could kindly go behind in the island and the other one asked her to come off. >> We cannot go in the plane. Only supervisor. supervisor. >> That's why they asked you to do it. >> So, you can put your supervisor down. >> Okay. All right. Yeah. >> The supervisor arrived a few minutes later. >> Behind her. She's the second seat in the green. And last >> What's her name? >> Lauren. Lauren Nash. Okay. >> Okay. I'm going to stand behind her now a can. >> All right. >> There are different levels of airlines. you might be able to rush a Spirit or a Frontier Airline and get on there and have them not say anything. Maybe they're used to this conduct. American Airlines, however, is different. I I have an American Airlines credit card. I I that's how much I fly them. I love them. Um I fly two airlines. I fly Southwest and I fly American. Those are my airlines. And if I'm not on one, I'm on the other and that's it. I have credit cards for both, but American is what happened to be in my pocket today as I sit here. American Airlines or Southwest, if you want to sponsor my channel, frankfserfrank.com. Hit me up. But this conduct is not accepted on American Airlines, nor should it be ever. So weird in green. Oh, she is. >> Hi, Miss. Can you come off the plane with me? Um, >> oh, look, you can explain to me the reason why. >> I'll explain it out there, but I like Nope. Uh, >> miss, this is what's going to happen. Everybody's going to get off the airplane and then we're going to have to take you against your will. And we don't want to do that cuz you're going to upset all these other passengers. >> Here, now here's the thing is I'm not really worried about the other passengers, but I am worried about my rights. Okay. >> And my rights are that you are to explain to me >> what it is that >> I know my rights. I think that's close enough. Okay. So, let me explain it to you. >> Nope. But you are going to listen to me. >> I'm going to explain it to you. >> And you can after I'm done. Okay. So, I'm very well aware of my rights. I'm very well educated. Clearly, I'm sitting here. >> I paid for this seat. >> Being in first class doesn't necessarily mean that you are first class. And if you have to get into an argument with the gate agent and then rush the plane and bombard your way on there, I don't feel like you are acting the part of a first class passenger. So I'm I'm skeptical about her status here amongst first class. >> Two weeks ago, >> okay, >> I have done absolutely nothing wrong. There is something wrong with people that work for this airline that are outside >> which have made the complaint against me. I've done nothing wrong. So, if you guys want to tell me what it is that I did wrong, then maybe I'll cooperate. >> Well, well, the the the captain of the >> No, the captain of the airplane is right there and him and I had a very clear conversation. He does not believe that this should be happening. >> She's terrible. He's there and we're here >> and he's right here and he told me to my eyes he said this is advocac control >> right >> so that's why we come in that's >> contact law enforcement >> no but you did >> I am first class miss >> Wow you are certainly not first class >> you exhibited Miss Nash you exhibited some some behavior that's not conducive to them >> am I exhibiting not >> there's you you've either ingested or taken something that's getting in the front of your judgment. That's all I'm saying. >> So, we're going to have everybody come out and then we're going to have to take If you're following this channel and especially if you're a member, you know that I travel a lot. Um I I drink beer in the airport. I'm not flying a plane. It's the perfect time to have a beer, grab a hamburger, meet new people. I love it. I've had a lot of airport beers in a lot of different airports. I've never been asked to get off a plane. So sometimes you have to know that a beer or two is perfect. 6 or eight is probably not ideal before flying. And it certainly looks like she doesn't know the difference. >> Can you take my bag? That is >> No, ma'am. You're refusing to You're refusing to come off. >> I'm not leaving here without my bag. >> We'll grab your bag and we'll take the We'll take >> You can do that. >> You can do it cuz that's your bag. That's your bag. So you do it. >> Are you guys really this sick? Are you Are you wanting to get your back >> conversation and it's beyond his control? >> No. Listen to him. >> Are you kidding me? >> No, he's not. >> Wow. >> Just grab your bag and done anything wrong. >> Well, you've exhibited some kind of behavior and that's concerned. No, what we're going Let's grab your bag now. >> What we're going to do right now is we are going to start recording this. >> I'm recording you, too. So, that's fine. I have no problem. >> What are you going to record? You being an idiot. >> And let's get off the plane so you don't upset the rest of the airplane. >> I've already upset the rest. >> You have? Yes. You absolutely. >> So, let's just get out, get your bag, and we'll leave. >> Here's the deal, sir. >> Uh-huh. >> I'm just going to have first glass. >> Okay. >> You know what? You know what I don't like? >> You know what I don't like? >> That woman in the front is like, >> "Um, let's see if first class is okay." >> Do we leave her? >> Uh, you don't have to unless you want to. >> We can though. Okay. >> You don't have to. >> Is this green one? >> This is going to be awesome. >> There we go. >> It's time to go. >> All right. >> Can't you guys come tomorrow? >> And someone stole half your shirt. We do. Yeah, we do. But this is one of the important ones. >> No, it's not. >> It is. >> No, it's really not. It's You know what it is? >> I can only speak for here and my friends at Phoenix Police Department. If you are at the airport, you're assigned to the airport full-time. That's a great assignment. It is highly soughta. Uh it's a great place to work. I guarantee within Tampa PD, it's the same thing. These officers really like being at the airport. One of the benefits is you're not taking reports every day, right? You're not going to a, hey, someone stole my yard gnome. Hey, my neighbors are loud. Hey, someone kicked me in the shin. You're not really taking those reports every day. So, the last thing these officers want to do right now is deal with this crying woman, transport her from the airport all the way to the jail, and then deal with it at the jail and deal with her antics and then do the paperwork. They don't want any of this. This is the last thing that they want to do. And she has forced their hands into putting cuffs on her. >> Okay, we'll tell you what it is. >> All right, grab your bag. We can talk while you're walking. >> But you're telling me what to do. It doesn't work that way. But here's the thing, Miss Nash. It doesn't work that way. Grab your bag. >> Grab your bag. >> What's going to happen? >> What's going to happen is in about 5 seconds, you're going to hand get in hand. >> What are you going to do? >> We were going to arrest you for disorderly conduct. How's that? >> Thank you so much. >> Sorry guys. Uh we are >> continue up. Give me a second. Would you? >> We've had plenty of time. Go ahead and go up. >> Please go up. >> No, we're not going to let you walk behind me. >> Come on. Let's go. >> Let's go. Come on. Come on. We'll talk to you. >> There we go. >> Sorry, folks. Apologize. >> Sorry. >> Sorry. We're looking to go find who stole the bottom half of her shirt. Be back here in a minute. >> Just give me a second. >> Walk. >> You give me a second. upstairs. We can get a second. We're going to >> Listen, I'm not >> Time to go. And >> don't resist, ma'am. Relax. >> Control 146. Show us 105. >> Control 12. 10. >> Are you kidding? >> No one's getting lock. Well, you had your chance to walk up >> your purse. >> So easy. >> I thought I was going to get something. Thought I was going to get up. >> Stop. Stop. I will walk. >> You're going to get another charge. Just walk. >> You're hurting. >> Just walk. We're not You walk, you won't get hurt. >> Simple. >> Don't embarrass me. >> You're embarrassing. >> Are you This is you. This is exactly how this needed to happen. I don't know how many people are on this plane, but it's a lot. It's in the It's in the three digits. 150, 200 people. They are all sitting on this plane and they have to wait until this crazy lady gets removed. So, this disorderly conduct, that's how many victims there are. There's 200 victims of disorderly conduct. It's everyone on this plane that's waiting to go wherever they're going and they have to sit until this lady leaves. Just the definition of a terrible human. This is it. >> It's not okay. >> Ma'am, you got an ID in his purse? >> My ID is in my purse. >> In your other purse? >> How many purses do you need? >> This what you guys are paid for. Okay. >> Yep. [laughter] the girl with the red hair. It's not okay. [snorts] >> You don't listen. Here's the thing is I can walk, but you don't have to push me. >> We're not pushing you. >> You are. Can we just walk away? >> I have been in that airport. >> I'm not a criminal. Are you kidding me? >> Can you please? >> No, they have to hold you because >> I'm not going I'm not going to run. Just let me just for your safety. You're crazy. >> I'm not a criminal. >> Oh, kind of a criminal >> doing criminal things. >> Trump in the art of the deal. He'd be like, "This is so This is not right." >> Yeah. Yeah. >> You guys go home every night. You're like, "This is not right." What I'm doing? >> I've actually never said that. I don't I Listen, can you do me a favor? I will walk wherever you guys want me to. Just let me walk on my own. >> You can. All you got to do is walk. >> Super easy. >> You don't have to hold me. >> We have to hold you. >> I'm not pushing you. We don't want you to fall. >> You don't have to push me. You don't have to hold me. I'm not. >> Are you kidding me? Just let me know. Just give me just let me just breathe for a second. >> Where's your coffee? >> Why can you not breathe? >> Okay. Stop. Stop. >> Go. >> Stop. >> Let go. What's your name? >> All right. >> Listen. >> Please just have him let me go. I just want him to let >> I'm Lieutenant Porter. I'm Lieutenant Porter. Listen to me. I'm Listen to me. >> I have to pat you down. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, he's going to study you. >> Okay. >> Because you're handcuffed. >> I understand. >> Okay. So, give me Is there anything on you that is sharp? Because Okay. >> Look at me. >> I mean, >> she did just get off a plane. >> Probably nothing on her. >> Breathe. Perfect. Perfect. >> She's good. >> All right. Come on. our I don't deserve. >> Ma'am, hop in. >> You definitely deserve this. >> I'm holding you so you don't fall. Put your left foot in first. >> Good. Good. >> Does this make you guys get off? Like what the >> Oh, sexy more paperwork. >> It' be better if you just >> We're cool. You can't even look at me. I know it's wrong. >> Oh, you. >> If you scoot up forward, it's easier on your wrist. It's not right. Why the did the airline have the capacity to have a conversation? >> Because they're a private company and they could not service you if they don't want to >> work every day. They don't understand that other people work harder and they work differently for money. >> Do you work harder >> up? >> I don't think you do. >> And you know it. What are you guys going to do? You going to take me downtown? Take me to all the people that are actually criminals? You going to throw me to? >> Yeah. make like lesson. Are you kidding me? >> You know you don't like to go home at night thinking about this. This is so up. I voted for you. I voted for Trump. I voted for you. It's so up. >> I don't think she voted for that officer. I don't think so. I don't think he was on the ballot. I didn't do anything wrong >> except for speak up for myself and I only spoke up for myself for myself. I didn't speak up for myself or anybody else or anything wrong. >> Just can't stop talking. >> This black woman at the beginning of the line did not like me. She did not like that I was first class. She did not like that I was up front and she wanted to slander me. >> Well, to be fair, you're just sitting at first class. You're certainly not first class. >> Up and should be fired and American Airlines should be sued. >> I like American Airlines. I fly them often. >> I have a credit card from them. Get lots of points. I need you to bring me somewhere else than where you bring everyone else because I do not belong where it is that you think that I belong. >> Ah, >> period. If you do not bring me there, I will sue the out of you and your department. >> Oh, >> period. >> There we go. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> I want to be comfortable. >> Oh, of course. >> I'm not a criminal. Period. You bring me anywhere else, I will you and your department over. >> Oh, of course. >> What is your name? What is your badge number? >> Oh, name and badge number. >> 146. And you, sir? >> 111. So 146 and 11. Bring me where I belong or I will pick you up. >> Oh, you're going to where you belong. >> Do you understand? 146 111. >> Oh my gosh. Are you at the jail yet? >> We're almost there. >> Like, are you guys happy with what you've done? >> Oh, I'm happy. I'm happy. And I'm not even there. >> Happy with where you're at? Like, is this what you signed up for? Are you kidding me? >> You're clearly >> Yeah, I am clearly upset. And your wife at home would do the same thing, sir. I'm not stupid. >> I'm upset. I would have already been home already. Don't think of for a second second that I don't recognize that you and your partner here that's driving are human as well as I am. >> Military wife. If this is how you guys are treating me, are you kidding me? Go home, look at your wife, and do the same thing to her. If she speaks your mind, and somebody at the airport that's black doesn't like her. >> Oh my. >> Yeah, you heard me. Racist. >> I'm I'm going to go with race card. I'm going with race card, mother. Um, she's mentioned it enough. That's it. >> I might have my hand behind my back, but I guarantee you I'll see you in court in a few weeks, mother. While you get paid in a week, I make in a day. >> Oh, wow. >> Period. What I would appreciate is some water and some fresh air. Listen, listen, sir. A lot of fresh over a lot of fresh air on the ride over. >> That's fine. I want to be let out on this side. >> You're getting out on that side. >> Sir. >> Sir. >> Well, she is. >> Um, >> she is entitled like you read about. >> Drove with us here. Are you new? >> All right, Lauren. Come on. >> No. Listen. I'm not comfortable with any of the officers that drove me here. I'm not comfortable. >> No. Listen. I want No. Come out. >> Listen. >> On your own accord. You're going to be pulled out. I can get out. >> Then let's go >> on my own accord that did not drive me here. I I do not feel safe. >> You don't feel safe to drive me here. >> No. >> Who would you call? >> Somebody that did not drive me here to ask me to get out of the car and I would be okay with it. >> Let that be known. >> Well, he didn't drive. >> Let it be known. He didn't drive you over here. As long as it's not anybody that was in this vehicle on the way here. Do you understand? >> Boy, she she certainly thinks she runs things. >> You can step out on your own. >> I will request I will step out on my own with somebody that did not drive me. >> He's right here. He's right here. >> I want him to come here. >> He's right here. Look to come out of the vehicle. >> He's right here. >> Come on, man. Let's come out so we can get it done. Come on. >> Can you come here? No, I just want one hand, please. Thank you. >> Just follow. >> Thank you. What is your name, sir? >> I'm Deputy Far. Okay. >> No, listen. You do not have to Listen. Stop. You do not have to grab it. >> You do not. [laughter] You are being up. Are you kidding me? Would you tell him not to rap you like >> learning curve rap like that? >> Stand over here. >> Stop. Stop. >> Hey, here we go. >> Deputies in the house. >> Now we're talking. >> She was charged with disorderly intoxication. >> Nice body cam bingo. We had three. So, I have I know my rights. I love that one. Um, she dropped the race card kind of a weird way. Um, but she dropped it a lot. Um, and then she demanded those name and badge number. She wanted them both and she had to remember them. Um, so we didn't get a bingo, but we're getting closer. So, it's coming. I thought for sure I was going to get a uh call my lawyer or I want my lawyer. I thought we were going to check that box and get it. It just didn't happen. But we're close. We're getting there.
