She wasn't intoxicated. >> How unfortunate. >> No, Nina. How fighting? >> All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope. I'm a deputy sheriff in Arizona. I've got 24 years on the job. We're going to be doing some body cam breakdown today. So, we got our videos from Law and Crime. They're a great partner of ours. Uh, we found the top five examples of people finding out that laws still apply in airports. So, while we're doing that, we're going to be doing some body cam bingo. So, we're going to be using card five today. Should be pretty easy to get a bingo, but we're going to play along and see how it goes. >> Yes, that is what I wanted. Stop. Let me make it work. Stop. >> They're not going to do business. >> Okay. >> You just said that. I'm going in. >> I'm going in. There you go. >> Is this for both of them? >> What about What about >> The entire internet makes fun of Spirit Airlines. So many videos come from their passengers. It just it's it it happens. But this video comes from Delta Airlines. I love Delta, uh, just like I love American and I love Southwest. Um, they're all airlines that I fly. And this video is a great example that shows that passengers just get crazy. And it actually doesn't depend on what airline you're on. >> But he said, >> you got you know what he said? He said, "We don't run the tapes. We going to see." She tried [music] to hit me or kick me or some [ __ ] >> Okay, so this is where this is where the supervisor >> Hey guys, but >> y'all got to leave. >> Guys, you guys are rebooked for tomorrow. >> I know my rights. >> There it is. I know my rights. Yeah, you do. >> You fly tonight. Yeah, but it doesn't matter. They're not going to let you fly tonight. >> Why are they not going to let me fly? >> You just I'm going to call the cops. I'm I'll run the tape. Hey. Hey. >> I think this couple doesn't understand that Delta Airlines is a private airline. they are. It's not like going to city hall. It's not like going to the public library where those are those are owned by the public and you have a right to be there. When Delta Airlines says, "Hey, we don't want to provide a service today to you. You have to leave." You then have to leave. You don't you don't get to demand your way on there. You don't get to say, "No, I'm not going to go." You have to leave because Delta told you you have to and it's their airline. So, I think this learning curve coming is going to get steeper. >> What's your name? >> What's your name? >> What's your first name? Jason. >> Jason. >> It doesn't matter what the tape show. They're not going to let you fly tonight. So, why he had to say listen to me? >> Why he had to say that and threaten me like, "Hey, listen to me. Listen to us. >> We're We're here now. You guys are listen. >> It's not about size. >> You guys are rebooked for tomorrow." But >> but not You're not going to make I know my rights. You're not going to make >> Delta Airlines took these people who created a disturbance and rebooked them for another day, hopefully when their alcohol concentration is lower. That is a level of service that other airlines sometimes don't provide. So, I'm impressed by Delta on this. I really am. I I think that they went obviously above and beyond what they needed to do. Um, and even let these people fly the following day. Um, that doesn't happen all the time. So, Delta, kudos to you. >> I know my right. >> This doesn't have anything to do with >> at the end of the day. Yes, I do. >> Yes, I do. I could call No, hang up. >> You can call and complain if you and I'll fight for you. >> Shut up, >> guys. Come on. >> All right, I'm going to come with you. We're going to go. >> You guys are Do you have your stuff for me rebooked for tomorrow? Is >> this your stuff for tomorrow? You can't get this flight. I Let me They canled it. >> Do you see how they contradict themselves? >> I didn't fly. >> Do you hear how they trying to contradict? >> They They thought that I was talking. They said that both of us was attacking you. >> I get it. Listen. >> And then they're like, "Oh, no. You didn't get on, but she didn't." Then they're like, "Because she tried to kick me." They were like, "Oh, we're on the video. >> We need to go." >> Can I see the cameras, though? >> That's what he said. >> All right. But I have to say a right. >> That's what he said. You guys, you have to leave the airport. >> All right. I don't want to leave the airport, but can I take this? Am >> I right? Can I have >> Can I take his word and be like >> I'm not taking anybody's word. You're not allowed to be here because you don't have a flight tonight. Now >> I have a flight tonight. >> No, you don't. You're 1734. >> Listen, you're rebooked for tomorrow. >> Can I have the camera? >> Guys, >> China you can arrest me right now then BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT? I KNOW MY RIGHT. >> HEY, >> NOBODY'S INTOXICATED. He just said it. He just said it. He's like, "Yo, I could I could go." >> Then he's like, "Yo, she tried to kick me." >> Where? >> Hey, you need to leave the airside or you're going to be arrested. >> So, show me the footage. How >> she going to be arrested and trans if she got the >> So, arrest me. >> Hold on. Hold on. How she going to get arrested if she has the the body pass? >> You Let's go now. >> The body pass. >> Let's go. >> Did you put in your body? >> See the footage? >> So, let me get the body pass. >> You're listen. You are trespassed. How am I trusting my ticket? >> Listen to me. >> You put it in your pocket. >> It's for It's for tomorrow. Not now. >> Today. Let's go. Let's go. Let's put tomorrow. >> Don't touch me. >> You need to leave. We got the corner on. Don't touch me. >> There it is. I was waiting for that one. >> Can I get the border pass? >> Yes. Leave. >> Goodbye. >> You need to leave. >> You need to leave, too. >> You need to leave. Chad, look at me right now. Leave. >> Can I get the boarding pass? >> Turn around and we are going to walk with you and you will get your boarding pass. I'll take it out and we'll leave. >> Okay, let's go. >> They all a bunch of lies though. >> No, I'm not taking anyone's side. >> Chat, please. You think you say, "Oh, >> watch the video. Watch the tape." Oh, he So she tried to I'm going to smack the [ __ ] out of you and say something. >> Well, don't do that, please. >> Is this all your stuff? >> Hey, is this your stuff, guys? >> It's my stuff. You need to go. I'm used to this [ __ ] >> It's well established I'm from New York. I am a true islander, born and raised there. Um, as soon as this lady started talking, I was like, she's from the city. She's from New York City somewhere. Um, you can just tell it just not only for the fact that she looks like Snuffleopagus, but >> Snuffus, my best pal. It It's the attitude. It's the accent. She's a New Yorker. Sadly, >> if we're going to sit here and cause a disturbance, >> there was Let's go. >> There wasn't disturbance to be. >> There was. She's screaming causing disturbance. >> Now, because you came, >> right? And because I came, >> but before that, there was. >> So, listen. So, when So, when there's a disturbance and you're not >> both highly intoxicated, but that I could board the flight, but she couldn't. So, how you going to say it doesn't matter? We both But we got past that. So they called us and you don't have >> because I called you >> and you don't have a flight. So listen, bro, >> I had a flight. >> Yeah, but they canceled it right here. This way. This way. This way. This way. >> So you're rebooked for tomorrow. You don't have any business over here tonight. So you can't be over here causing disturbances or be over here. >> Nothing. I'm just trying to get on my flight. >> Okay. But we want you to get on your flight. That's why we're trying to keep everything calm, bro. >> We're trying to get you home right over here. >> I just asked you to tell them. >> We don't tell them anything. footage cuz that's what they told me. They're like >> when the cops come, they're going to run the footage. >> They're going to see that that something happened like that. She tried to kick me >> when they were alive completely. >> If they decide they're not going to book you and rebook you. We don't have any. >> No, they're already No, it's not bad. >> You know what I >> So, what do I have that my my flight? What paperwork do I have? >> Stop yelling. You're going to go to jail. So take me to jail. >> I don't want to do so. >> I don't want to stop. >> You know what? My mouth is greater and I know my rights and I know what the is right. I didn't do dunk type [ __ ] at the end of the day. I really didn't. >> But right now you going to be done because you started. >> We didn't start cuz they said we're going to run. You're intoxicated. No, I'm not intoxicated. >> That's what they said about me and I was going to go on the flight. Stop yelling. >> Prove it. >> Stop. Pick up your purse. >> No purse. >> Okay. >> Prove that. >> We're just trying to get you on your flight tomorrow. >> Yeah. I want my flight today. >> But you don't have one now. >> I do. >> And I CAN PROVE IT THAT I DO. >> They canled it, ma'am. >> Yeah. Why? They cancelled it. For what reason? >> This reason. >> For what? Yeah. >> Yep. We'll let you know. For what? >> He was on the phone. There was nothing wrong. Nothing. >> Come on. Let's get on this. Please don't leave your purse. >> Come on. Let's get on this thing. >> There's nothing wrong with me. >> Okay, get your purse. >> No, you can't even look at me, though. >> But again, if I was >> Get your purse. I've been looking at you the entire time. >> All right, I'll get my purse right now. >> All right, guys. I've got a free app I'm super excited to tell you about. Even before I had a YouTube channel, I was using today's sponsor, Upside. Check it out. I have the app on my phone right now. We could all use a little help paying bills these days. I've been using Upside for so long that I've made more than $3,000. My favorite part about Upside is all the money I get back from gas stations. I pull up this map on my phone and it shows me what gas stations are giving me the best deal. Not only do I save cash at the pump, but I get cash back on my energy drinks inside the store. I get paid back at restaurants, too. From large chains to small businesses, I save when I use Upside. No confusing rewards or points or credits, just actual money you could transfer straight to your bank account. To start getting your cash back, click the link in the description or scan the QR code and use promo code Fridays to get an extra 25cent bonus on every gallon on your first tank of gas. >> But you need to hear me. >> I hear you. >> There's cameras. There's footage. >> If you want to make a complaint about Delta, you can call their Okay, that's fine. with us from there. >> I got a daughter who's waiting for me tomorrow. >> I just got on the phone with ACS in Brooklyn. >> I can call them right now. >> It doesn't It doesn't change that they canceled your flight. >> Right. But why? >> There's a reason why they cancelled. >> They said you were intoxicated. >> Okay. What they said and what it is. >> Well, it appears that you are intoxicated. >> No, I'm not. >> So, where's the camera footage? >> There's no camera footage, man. It has to be >> about you being intoxicated. I can tell you're intoxicated. >> You want to pay? >> Yes, I do. >> Cuz that's how good. >> I can call right now. >> Okay. Pick your stuff up. >> No, I can call right now. >> You need to leave. >> So, where's the camera footage, >> ma'am? >> Where's the camera footage? >> This is not think. >> This is the last time we're going to trust. >> YOU'RE DOING YOUR JOB. >> You're doing your job. I get it. >> Please pick yourself up so we can get so we can get you out of here so you can fly. Well, I'm not getting out of here cuz at the end of the day, you're doing your job and rightfully so. But as a right from human, I know >> there is time. I want to see >> that doesn't have anything to do with >> Yes, it does. Because then how they tell me I can't take the flight. >> Get on the go. >> How they tell me I get on the No. How they tell me I don't touch me. You can't touch me. You can't touch me. I dare you to touch me. Trina, >> don't make him >> about to depart. Please stand clear of the doors and hold dumb ass. >> Attention. >> So footage though. >> Please be sure that you and your footage. >> Do you know who I know? It's not all the time that you hear, "Do you know who I know?" That's kind of like, "Do you know what I know that you know that I know that you know?" Like, I don't know where she's going with this, but I don't know if she's saying that she knows a cop or a judge or a senator. I don't know. Whoever that person is, I guarantee if she calls them right now, they're not helping. I'm telling you right now that. So, I don't think and she might be so drunk she doesn't even know who she knows. But whoever it is that she knows or she thinks she knows, they're not going to help her in a way that she wants them to help. But she knows. >> But they're not going to follow the government. They done up. >> That's why I said arresting right. My favorite part of this interaction is watching this poor old man in the background. He is standing there while this lady's yelling and her boyfriend husband person is yelling and everyone's going back and forth. This guy wants off this tram so bad. It's probably not even his stop. Those doors opened and he bailed off that thing like a rat leaving a sinking ship. He just wanted away from that crazy lady. I can't blame him. >> Hey, you're doing your job. Just get off the phone. >> You're doing your job. But you know what? That's not fair. >> No. You >> get off the train. >> You're doing your job. Nobody. >> We don't want to arrest you. >> So arrest me. >> Get off. >> Arrest me. You know why? Cuz I got my right. >> Get off the train. >> Let's go. >> No. He should go though, right? But he should go, right? Yes or >> no? Attention. The doors have not closed properly. Please be sure that you and your belongings are >> about That's not the way. That's not the way. We need a female officer here. >> No, we don't. You leave. Okay. Hey, listen. You trespass. Leave or you're going to jail. Leave or you're getting arrested. >> Trespass after warning. Okay. >> Under arrest. Underrest. >> This right here is a great example of how patient these police officers are. This drunk lady stiff arms a cop. like she puts her hand on him and still he doesn't snatch her up because he's giving her every chance every articulable chance for her to leave under her own free will without having to be placed into custody. Like the the patience of these officers is absolutely next level. But when it comes time, it's time for her to go and she earns it. You made up your mind what you want your hand. >> There you go. You don't need that. You're not going to need that. >> Chad, take my phone. >> Hold on. Hold on, bro. >> Stand back. Stand back. >> Relax. >> She can just go up. >> 115. You show me 10:15. stuff. >> You just You want to go back over the terminal? You want to go? >> No, we'll go straight. >> I want to go home. >> You're not going home now. >> Get her ID. >> I don't have ID. >> You're flying without ID? >> They they let me pass with proof of what I needed as proof. And you're arresting me if I don't listen. >> We're arresting you for trespass after warning disorderly intoxication. I'm not in touch with you though. How >> should you never drink? I had >> What are you talking about? >> No, you don't drink. >> Listen, >> I don't want you anymore. >> So am I. >> I didn't spit in your face. >> Not intentionally. >> You're lying right now. >> Not intentionally. >> You're saying I spit in your face. I'm not charging you. >> I'M A DEAD FATHER, BRO. I NEVER SPIT IN YOUR FACE. You're a liar. >> 130. >> Sweetheart, I spit in his face. >> He said it wasn't intentional. >> I never intend I never spit in nobody's face. >> You stole a [ __ ] animal. >> No, because I want to go home to Brooklyn. >> You're a liar. >> I don't know. I don't know if crocodile tears are coming down. I I I don't know how much fake crying is involved here, but if she truly turned on the waterworks, I bet those eyelashes fall off. I bet they're held on there with some Chinese glue and when water hits them, I bet one of those eyelashes be hanging down on her face. They're ridiculous. Like I think they we waste so much that she can't open her eyes all the way. That's why she's kind of little squinty. So they're ridiculous. I just even Snuffus doesn't like you. >> How much do you think you drank? I drank three beers on my dead father. >> On the first time when this lady says how much she had to drink, the first time she says she has two beers, which as we all know is what what drunks remember is their first beer and then they remember their last beer. It's the beers in between that they forget. That's why they always say two. I've come to that conclusion over my career. So, the chances of her having only two beers and acting like this are the same chances that I'm going to grow a full head of hair tonight when I go to sleep. It's just not going to happen. >> Oh, my dead father. I wasn't even supposed to go to the floor and I kicked my head to see his kids. >> Three tuners. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> There it is. There's a bingo. I didn't do anything. Bingo. Straight across. My do nothing wrong. >> Just shut up. >> What are you talking about? You see nasty >> nasty people. >> You know you're being nasty to everybody. >> Sweetheart, please. If you know what's right, please. >> Spring cleaning season is here and most people forget the most important place to start is your pantry. Most chips will have 40 ingredients like seed oils, artificial flavors, and mystery chemicals. Masa chips contain just three ingredients. Organic Niximalized corn, sea salt, 100% grass-fed beef tallow. That's it. Just real food, the way it used to be. These chips don't only avoid all the bad stuff, they taste incredible, too. And that's why Sprouts Farmers Market and Wegman's picked them up nationwide. This is the real deal. With Masa, you feel satisfied and energetic with no crash or bloat afterwards. You're not going to find yourself uncontrollably binging and still feeling hungry. Personally, my favorite flavor is the cabano. It's the best nacho chip you'll ever eat. You ready to give Masa a try? Go to masa chips.com/frank. Use code frank for 25% off your first order. Or simply click the link in the video description or you can scan the QR code to claim this delicious offer. >> I do know it's right. That's why we tried to get you to leave. >> All right. And I was believing, but you know what? You told yourself. So, if you notice, she gets placed into custody and within one minute, boyfriend is out of the picture. I think he used this as his getaway strategy. Like, right, the cops hooked her. She's gone. I can finally have some peace and quiet. I hope he drives straight from there to the beach. Like, I hope he's sitting at the beach in Tampa Bay. She's in jail. I hope he enjoys a mojito and some peace and quiet cuz he needs it. >> You told me f you AND >> NO, I DIDN'T. I never said >> you're not you're not effing leaving. >> I never SAID THAT. OF MY DEAD FATHER AND MY KIDS, I WILL DIE TOMORROW. >> OKAY. WELL, I'll watch I I don't want to miscategorize what you said. I'll watch the video to make sure. >> Yeah, please do because you know what? They're all >> No, Mike's I think Mike's parked out back. >> Never in my life. Please do nothing. up. >> Oh, pat down real quick. >> What's going on? >> We're just going straight out. We'll pat her down out there. Can you do that? >> Okay. >> I don't have any of her information. So, >> okay. >> I'll just start this guy. >> So, listen. >> I'm better than Maggie. >> I don't need to calm down cuz I don't know where the I mean what the is going on. >> What the [ __ ] is your issue? >> Jerry, relax. >> No. No. I don't know. Relax. What the is your issue? My my breast hurt. You >> It's a dramatic and drunken arrest that lands us at the Tampa International Airport in Florida. >> Again, we're in Tampa. We didn't set this up. Everyone knows I love Florida. It's one of my favorite states. I have been to the Tampa International Airport before. Um I'm I'm familiar with it. The cops that work there are great. And we're going to watch them in action right now. It's just before 6 on a December holiday night when an airport police officer gets this not so festive call to a terminal bar called Duckies. >> How you doing, sir? My name's Officer Vasquez with the airport police. How you doing? arrested. >> You Well, you don't have to get arrested. >> I'm not getting arrested. >> You're not getting arrested. I'm just talking to you cuz I heard you're being a little intoxicated, causing some problems, and that you fell. >> Sure. No, that's my fault. >> Thank you. >> So, we meet this guy sitting at the bar who the second the camera hits him, you know, this guy's drunk. He's probably sitting there drinking IPAs cuz he likes the way that pine bark and citrus rind tastes. and they probably hit him a little bit too hard and now he can't stand up and the cops are being called. So that's what's led us here. When are you flying out? >> I'm telling you, if you go to the gate in the state you're in, they're not going to let you fly. >> Okay. >> Does that make sense? >> Yeah. So, do you have some place you can go right now? >> I do. >> Okay. Where is that? Do you have your telephone? Could you look it up? >> Are you >> Do you know him? >> Yeah. They're all sitting here. >> Yeah. Get your phone. And >> if you're looking for an example of goodwill in the world, bar buddies are that example. This lady in green, super [snorts] nice lady, is trying to help him. She's trying she going through her phone trying to find someone to contact. The other guy is like, "Hey man, I was trying to settle them down." Like, these are bar buddies. They're just sitting next to each other at the bar enjoying an airport beer as many of us have. And he just had too many. But I like that his friends are are there to help. So, thank you, airport buddy. going to be okay. >> This nice lady you see here in the green takes it upon herself to help the man in blue call for a ride home. When he sees a picture of his daughter on his phone, the man breaks down in tears. >> Don't cry. What's your password? >> After a minute of trying to figure out who to call, the officer begins to take matters into his own hands. >> What What flight are you flying, sir? >> You're the guy. You're the guy. >> I am the guy. >> You're the guy I can fly at like 9:15. >> No. No. What? What a >> um >> JetBlue. >> Oh, Jet Blue. No, you're not. >> So, you're the guy. >> I'm going to lay down somewhere. >> You're the guy. >> I got nobody to call. >> I got you. So, this is my concern. >> I understand. >> I'm going to leave and then I'm going to get another call. >> No. No. No. And then I'm going to have to come back here. >> You're not going to get another com. I promise you that. I'm going to get laying somewhere. >> I've been there. >> Another man shows up to the party telling officers he's been trying to help the man in blue simmer down, working as a mediator between a few people at the bar. He later hints to officials that he thinks this guy has PTSD. When the officer starts asking the ducky drunkie more questions, things start to get a little ugly. Obviously, you've had a couple drinks. What I'm saying is more than a couple drinks. >> Yeah, I can tell. I'm just saying. >> I'm better. >> You better walk up on anybody. Don't walk up on anybody. >> Don't walk up on. >> We're going to Listen, we're going to ask you any back. You're going back to the main channel and we'll go get Jet Blue together. >> This guy. >> So, listen. >> I'm better than that guy. Come in. >> There's two ways you're going to go back. Either in handcuffs or you're going to walk back. Which one are you going to do? >> I love that the first thing the officers do is they're looking for a way to not arrest this guy. Like, do you have someone you can call? Do you have somewhere you can go? Like just anything but, hey, you're under arrest. I'm totally good with that. I, you know, there's some people that need to go to jail, but at least give them a chance first. And these officers are doing their best job that they possibly can to try to not put cuffs on this guy. It's just they're trying. >> No, you >> Oh, okay. You >> all that. N >> dude, put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back, man. Put your hands behind your back. Multiple officers are forced to cuff the guy. They collect his things and eventually start walking out of the airport terminal. The officers ask the man if he has an ID and after not one but four times asking, the main officer in charge gets a hold of his license. >> Can you read on a South Carolina driver's license by number? >> The officer learns the man in blue is from South Carolina and his name is Jerry. Unhappy with his not so sober situation, Jerry begins to mouth off. >> You'll see. >> I don't care. >> Yeah, >> I don't care. >> Mommy, listen, man. We're going to get you some help. You just need to calm down. >> I don't need to calm down cuz I don't know where the I mean what the is going on. >> Okay, that's part of the problem that you've drank so much. >> I know that I'm not drunk. >> You want to just walk take him down the elevator? >> I'm not drunk. Yeah, we we can't take the stairs. We definitely can't take the stairs. >> 14 hours. >> Excuse me, guys. Excuse me. >> Why the am I still dreaming? 14 hours. >> What the [ __ ] is your issue? >> Gary, relax. >> No, no, no. Relax. What the is your issue? My my my wrist hurt. >> There it is. There it is. We're going to call that complaints about handcuffs. And that gives us a bingo on the bottom. With two officers escorting him in and the main arresting officer by his side, Jerry is brought inside an airport elevator. Seems like things are going okay. Well, until now. All right. I got leg shackles with >> my man. I'm going to switch it to one. >> One of the greatest ways that we take control of suspects that are resisting is we go to the ground. It is a it's just we submit to the will of gravity. Um, we allow our body weight and all of our gear and the equipment that we have on us gives us some added weight. Um, and it it helps in keeping people pinned down to the ground so that we can help helps with angles and manipulation and stuff like that. Um, and that's kind of what happened here is it looks like looks like Jerry gave kind of a like a drunken Spartan kick and then there was like a struggle and they were like, "Hey, just go to the ground." Cuz it's so much easier to control someone that way. So, I um I like that it was kind of they made the decision as the group as the three of them said, "Hey, let's go down to the ground." They subdue him fairly [clears throat] easily. Jerry gets double restrained and the crew makes it to the bottom floor for transport. Except Jerry doesn't make it easy for officers. He plays dead or pretends he's asleep. Whatever he's doing, he's playing games with the officers. >> I don't know if AI input police perform CPR in the bottom here, but that's not CPR. CPR is uh uh uh uh staying alive stay that that what they were doing is called a sternum rub. It's where you take your knuckles and you rake them across someone's sternum. It is a fairly painful procedure and it wakes people up. So sometimes when people are drunk and it's hard to wake them up, you give them a little sternum rub and it it arises them with a mild amount of short-lived pain. Um so that's what that was. That was not CPR. That was a sternum rub. I don't know how that ended up in there, but now you know. >> I'll get his leg. >> Making faces and about racking up felony charges. That's Jerry. custody. >> He's like waiting breathing. Jeez. It looks like he's pretending to not be conscious, but he's breathing his eyes for him. Nobody else. Is he by the lo? Because >> Jerry, >> it's over. >> Jerry, it's over, brother. You're making it worse. >> Well, stop. >> I didn't I didn't do anything. >> You kicked me, Jerry. That wasn't necessary. >> Well, that's besides the point. Whether he is or he is kicking >> you. >> You just need to man up. >> Man up. >> You're good. >> Let me go. >> Grabbed up. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm good. I'm good. I got him. I got him. >> Let me go. >> Jerry, if you if you stop kicking us, we have no problem letting you go. You still hurt me, buddy. >> You just kicked me, bro. Come on. >> If I hurt you by >> Yeah, right there, Chris. Right there. >> Let me go. >> I hear you. I already >> Let me go. >> Jerry, we're not letting you go. >> You're already hurt. >> You're under arrest, buddy. >> Shut the already. Medics arrive and indeed confirm Jerry is not dead. No, rather very much alive. His blood pressure and breathing checks out just fine. So, it's time to get Jerry off the ground and into a squad car. Well, since Jerry decided to play dead or possum for those of you that have possums in your area, um they had to call the medics. So, they have to call medical personnel. Luckily, I'm sure that the medical personnel are on scene at the the airport. So, they had to come check them out. um just so that when Jerry goes to jail that they could say, "Hey, he was checked out by fire at the scene and he's fine even though he played dead." So, it's really just a way to mitigate liability. >> You're going to jail, Jerry. >> Shut the >> So, we decided it's jail. >> Are you going to walk or are we going to have to drag you out? >> You got to get me up. >> You'll walk. >> I got to get up. >> You can do that. >> So, here. Lean over. Get on your butt. And then you'll stand up from there. Lean over on your butt. >> Cross your feet. Okay. Cross your feet. And then you're going to get up from there. >> Get up from there. >> Oh, that hurts. >> Well, then you're going to help us stand up then. >> That hurts. >> Ready? 1 2 3. >> You got to help us though. >> I'm trying. >> Jesus. >> Thank you. >> That doesn't help. That's short steps. Short steps. Short steps. >> Go ahead. Short steps. >> Okay. You ready? All right. Short steps. >> Here we go. Animals. No, shorter steps. Shorter steps. There we go. Thank you. >> Seems like Jerry gets back into the swing of things until he sees someone at the end of the hall that stops him in his tracks. >> Who are you? >> That's a janitor. >> No, no, no. No. No. No. No. >> No. >> All right. Sit back down. Have you sit down? >> All right. All right. I'll sit down. I'll sit down. >> Cuz he's not going. >> I'm not going anywhere. Get a car right over here. >> I'm not going anywhere with him. >> You're not going with him. >> Come on, dude. Let's go. >> No. Go with him. >> No. No. No. No. No. >> We're just holding the door. >> So, how do we want to Who wants to transport? I can transport. I just need >> I'm sitting down. I'm sitting down. >> I can do the my CRA, right? Even if it's against me or no. >> I'll write you. >> [ __ ] My entire >> Do you want to go with me? Yeah, I'll go with you. I'll go with you. Let's wait for the two stand. No, we can't front cuff, Jerry. It's against policy. >> So, Jerry wants his cuffs to the front because it's absolutely I'm It's absolutely more comfortable. I'm sure it is. However, um after you act like a jerk and you cuss at everyone and you attempt to drunken Spartan kick someone, you don't get the courtesy of having your cuffs moved to the front. That just doesn't happen. So, I abs and it may be the policy of the I don't know if it's a Tampa Police Department or Tampa International Airport Police um if they're a separate agency. I don't know if it may be at their policy that they don't cuff people to the front. Um, my agency allows us the discretion. A lot of times it's based on an injury. Um, sometimes age if we cuff someone to the front, but I will never cuff someone that's combative to the front. Absolutely not. So, Jerry, your cuffs are right where they need to be. >> Okay. Well, you're I'm not going with >> You're not going with him. You're going with us. >> No, I don't care. >> Okay. You're not But you're not going with >> You put in front. I'll go with you. >> It's against policy, Jerry. We can't put it in front. I'll go with >> I'm not going with him. >> You're not going with him, Jerry. You're going with us. >> No, I'm putting in front. I'll go with you. We're done with you. >> Shut up. >> Shut the up. >> Okay. All right. Whatever. >> This is between him and me. >> Well, you're going to jail, Jerry. >> I will go to jail. I don't care. >> Okay, then let's walk out. >> I don't care. But I'm not going >> that way. But that's where the car is. Jerry, >> I don't care. I'm not going that way. >> There's a ramp. I will go on the left. You going with me? >> I will go with you. >> I'm taking you. >> You take me. You uncom. >> I'm taking you, Jerry. >> No, shut up. I will go with you. That way. Another way. >> There's only one way to go. The cars are down here. >> Anyway, I will go other way than matters. >> There's no way we can go any other way. >> No, there's other ways. >> There is no other way. >> There is other ways. >> There is no other way. >> Shut up. There's other ways. Jerry. >> After 3 minutes of what feels like a game of cat and mouse, Jerry sans Tom finally agrees to get up. >> Jerry, ready? You going to help us get you up? Ready? On your butt. One, two, three. There you go. Perfect. We're going to walk down the ramp on your left and go to the car. >> And off Jerry goes, walking in the rain to the squad car. Huffing and puffing along the way. >> I don't know how to do this. Of course, and on Bran, he's not making things easy for officers. >> Give me a second and I will help you. >> Give me a second. I will help you. >> All right. All right. GIVE ME A SECOND. I WILL help you. >> And move your foot. Let's go. >> Give me a second. >> But eventually, he is strapped in. >> You're a >> secured. >> DON'T YOU BITE HIM. DON'T YOU BITE HIM. and sent off to the local police station to be booked for disorderly conduct. >> Just shut the goddamn door. >> I'm not going to do anything. >> My dad's a cop again. >> Absolutely not. >> Like get the out of my face. >> Another great video coming from Long Crime. We're in the middle of body cam bingo. We're looking for a coverall today. So, we have three boxes left. So, we're looking to see if we can work. Hopefully this one will help us out. Okay, >> you have a nice day. >> You too. >> That's Tiffany Gomez who went viral on the internet for all of the wrong reasons. >> I'm telling you, I'm getting the off and there's a reason WHY I'M GETTING THE OFF. >> NOW, THE quote crazy plane lady is apologizing for the rant posted on Tik Tok. >> There aren't very many videos that I see on here that I've seen before I actually do a reaction to them. I remember this lady. I remember the video of her on a plane talking about someone who wasn't real. Um, yeah, I just I saw a clip on the internet or something and then that was it. So, I really like the fact that I remembered it from then and now I get a little bit of followup. >> First and foremost, I want to take full accountability for my actions. They were completely unacceptable. >> Thanks for joining us here on Law and Crime. I'm Anget Levy. Tiffany Gomez was on a flight that was supposed to leave Dallas for Orlando back on July 2nd. >> First two videos of this compilation were from Tampa International Airport. Now, this is in Dallas, Dallas Fort Worth. Great airport. Been there a ton. Love it. But this flight's going to Florida. So, I am sure this woman probably lives in Florida. She's probably going home. And she is a relative of the Florida man known as the Florida woman. Say whatever you want. I'm telling you, I'm getting the off. And there's a REASON WHY I'M GETTING THE OFF of everyone. They either believe it or they cannot believe it. I don't give two, but I am telling you right now that that there is not real and you can sit on this claim and YOU CAN DIE with them or not. >> I'm not going to. Officers found the man Gomez was accused of hitting. The one who quote wasn't real. >> No, it's okay. >> Yeah, she just like you at the part of the uh I don't know what she who's talking to the in the phone. >> Okay. >> So, I was just sitting right here and she just >> Did she say anything before that to you? >> Uhuh. >> No, really. Have you thought you didn't say anything to her? >> No. >> Are you okay? You hurt? >> Yeah. No, no, I'm okay. You sure? >> Okay. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um I my flight. So it's just going to be like 15 20 minutes. >> So that mean what does that mean? Assault. >> It means to attack to fight somebody to you know push them >> to bring some kind of harm. >> Right. Right. >> Does that make sense? Yeah. No, no, >> you don't want to do anything about it. >> So, here in Arizona, uh, assault is also a crime. Here, there's a couple different subsections of the assault statute in Arizona law, but one of which covers unwanted touching, which you don't have to be injured. It's literally someone putting their hands on you and you don't want that. There are some people who you want their hands on you. This isn't that case. So, the offense occurred. So, reportedly she stiff armed him, pushed him, something like that to that gentleman somewhere in the chest. Unwanted touching absolutely meets the threshold. Um, but because those two aren't in any sort of relationship, which would constitute DV or domestic violence, um, if he is not willing to press charges, there is no crime because he's not a victim. Um, and in this case, they ask him several times, hey, do you want to be a victim? Do you want to press charges? When he says no, that's it. So, she that's the only reason that she wasn't arrested in this case um for the assault offense is just because he didn't want to be a willing victim. I believe you. Let's see. I'm not I'm not lying. >> Wait, did you make contact with anybody? >> Did you just make physical contact with somebody? >> No. >> Because we're hearing reports otherwise. >> I've made no physical contact with nobody. >> I've had it all in video the whole entire time. So, >> can you give us your test? >> So, now I've touched I've had physical contact with people. No, I get to go deal with that. >> But I'm going to keep it on video the entire time. >> Then a second officer approaches from a different direction. >> So what's your plan? >> Nothing. Ready to see what happens. What do you mean? >> See what happens with me. What's your plan? >> I'm going home. I'm not getting >> somebody coming to pick you up or Uber. >> Does it matter? >> Well, yes, because obviously we just got reports that you assaulted somebody by pushing the German truck. Okay. >> Wait, I assaulted him. >> That's what local people. >> Okay. So, I'm I'm 5 Wait, hold on. Hold on. I'm 5'2, 120 lb. 52 lb. >> So, the gentleman is not wanting press charges. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So regardless, he's not one person. >> Hey, can I hurt you? How tall are you? How tall? >> You said listen to the office. >> Can I hurt you? >> Exactly. >> How do you plan on getting home? >> Because you can't hang out here. If you have no business at the airport, you can't be here. >> I don't want to be here. >> Okay. So, pick you up >> an Uber. Okay. >> I will gladly Chris request it right now. Did you already request one? >> Can I do that while I'm videoing you? Probably not. >> Okay. So, if we were going to be here, why have we not already requested my question? >> Because I've been talking to my mother about what the is going on. >> Okay. So, she's requesting. She wants She's going to request. >> Okay. So the gentleman that you allegedly you make contact with not press charges or anything like that. So just please be considerate. Okay. If you touch somebody that's unwanted. Okay. Consider assault. You could go to jail for you get ticketed for it. Okay. I can tell you're already having a bad day. We're not trying to make it any worse. So whenever you >> MY DAD'S A COP. I guarantee that this girl's dad right now is going, "Why [sighs] would you say that?" Right? Being drunk and disorderly and committing a criminal offense and then exclaiming that your dad's a cop and telling another law enforcement officer to get the f out of your face. Not a good look. >> Absolutely not. like the day. >> You too. >> It's been a little more than a month now since that entire interaction and the police body camera video is just now coming to light. And a seemingly contrite Tiffany Gomez has posted a video on Twitter. >> Hi everyone, it's me, Tiffany Gomez, probably better known as the crazy plane lady, which is completely warranted. Gomez in a scripted statement apologized for what she did that day. >> First and foremost, I want to [sighs] take full accountability for my actions. They were completely unacceptable. Distressed or not, I should have been I should have been in control of my emotions. And that was not the case. My use of profanity was completely unnecessary. >> I'm telling you, I'm getting the and there's a reason WHY I'M GETTING THE >> I want to apologize to everyone on that plane, especially those that had children aboard. Can't imagine going through that and trying to explain to your kid what in the world just happened. We all have our bad moments. Um, some far worse than others. And mine happened to be caught on camera for the whole world to see multiple times. Sorry, trying not to sound like Minnie Mouse. >> Then the apology took a different turn. Gomez said she's enjoyed some of the memes, but there's been a flip side. >> On the flip side, it is very invasive and unkind. And I don't know what I would do without the love and support of my friends and family. I hope that I can use this experience and do a little bit of good in the world. >> Bro. >> Oh, bro. Right off the bat. >> Boom. >> No, bro. Just >> You should be loving. >> You should be softer. >> And you shouldn't be drunk. >> You relax. >> No. >> I'm going to leave. But I didn't do anything to you and I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU'RE BEING so mean. >> This memorable arrest lands us at the Tampa International Airport in Hillsboro County, Florida. >> Now it's three out of four videos in this compilation are from Tampa airport. That's not us. That's Lawn Crime. Lawn Crime has decided, hey, this is where the videos are coming from. We didn't we didn't do this, but we definitely like it. her flight got cancelled, so she and her ride is like, >> okay, >> so we're trying to get her out. >> Just before 3 p.m. on a sunny December day, airport police get a call about a woman pretty intoxicated refusing to leave the Gasparilla bar. 26,000 >> couple double shots over the period. >> Maybe it's because I watch people getting arrested in airports for being drunk for a living, but when I go to the airport, I drink an airport beer or two. That's it. I am not drinking airport double shots of Tito. Now, I am a fan of Titos. They are made in Texas. Again, great state. Um, but I'm not I'm not doing double shots of Titos in the airport. It's just not it's not the appropriate place for that level of alcohol consumption. Actually, nowhere is except your living room. That's it. You better be at home to do that. Um, so she's she's going down a rough road already. >> She ate food. I gave her water. She needs to >> definitely have somebody take her off where she has somebody come and pick her up and everything like that. But >> bro, >> bro, just hold my bag. >> No, bro. Just my bag. >> Bro, maybe your ride in style. >> Okay, I'll be quiet. >> Yeah, pretend that you're like >> Yeah. I'm Britney Spears. The >> woman you see here flirting with paramedics and slurring her words. Yeah, she's not Britney Spears. She tells first responders that she's been at the airport since 7:30 in the morning and was trying to get home to Philadelphia, but her flight got cancelled. >> If the timeline's correct, she got to the airport at 7:30 in the morning. It is now 3:00 in the afternoon. Quick math leads you to 7 and 1/2 hours of drinking in the airport. Now, I don't know if anyone out in the internet has had airport beers or airport double shots of Tito, but they're expensive. Like, she spent a small fortune drinking to be at the level that she's at now. Maybe it started out with like airport mimosas or bloody marys and it just steadily I don't know how I don't know how it happened. whatever it is. It cost her a ton and it was way too much. >> What's going on in Philly? >> My home is >> Oh, >> so you can hear some walk out regular. Don't do it. >> Waiting for Dustin. Is it Dustin? >> Yeah. Dustin. >> He's going to yell at me. >> Who's my Officers quickly determine they have to get Bernett out of the terminal bar and look around for a wheelchair as Bernett is unsteady on her feet. >> I'm not going to go anywhere. I'm going to go wherever you make me go. >> 108. Can you copy an assist vehicle? >> Police tell Bernett they're waiting on a wheelchair and she's not allowed to leave until they get one. >> I'm not walking. I'm not sending this in. >> You're not? >> No. Tell me you are sitting here. >> I am sitting here. >> A chair. >> So we can walk together. >> I'm not I'm not waiting for I'm not doing this. >> Not wanting to wait around any longer. One of the responding officers takes matters into his own hands, grabbing a wheelchair from one of the nearby gates. While he steps away, first responders learn the fun friends Bernette made at the bar called her real friend Dustin and he was at the airport ready to pick her up. >> Have a seat. >> No one cares. You're fine. >> Thank you, sir. >> But Bernett is not fine and nearly face plants trying to sit down. Eventually, she settles in and the officer is on his way to bring to her boss. Or so he thought. >> Get a hold of your boyfriend, please. >> I don't want to call him. >> If I have to give you a ride somewhere instead of jail, >> get a hold of your boyfriend. >> Get a hold of your boyfriend. >> Why? >> Get a hold of your boyfriend. >> I don't have a boyfriend. >> Who's here to pick you up? I don't hurt anyone. >> Boyfriend, boss, the two can get confusing when you're as intoxicated as police officers say Bernett was. Fed up with her drunk doubt about who was picking her up, the officer asks for her ID. >> 199, copy Jersey BL. >> While the officer waits for dispatch to respond, Brunette begins to protest the wheelchair again. >> I don't need a wheelchair. >> I'm fine. >> You do need a wheelchair because you are not going to fall on my watch. So, I need you to get a hold of somebody. You were visiting somebody here, correct? >> Get a hold of that person, and I need you to talk to them. >> Brunette digs through her stuff, looking for her phone so she can call Dustin, who is allegedly her ride home. She clicks her phone screen, licks her lips, then hands the phone to the officer. >> Who am I speaking with? >> My boyfriend. >> And where is he? >> Florida. >> Okay. Hello. >> Hello. Well, this officer of Tampa Airport Police, >> are you here to pick up Melody? >> Yeah. >> The officer and Bernett's boyfriend work out the details over the phone about where he was and where he needed to pick up his drunk darling. >> He is here waiting for you. So, you do So, you do have somebody. >> I do have >> Okay. You lied to me. You said you didn't have any. >> I didn't lie to you. I lied and said I didn't have anybody that loved me. >> Here you go. >> No one. >> Don't put your hand in my face. >> Here you go. >> I didn't lie to you. I >> I didn't ask you if you have anybody that loves you. I said, "Do you have anybody to pick you up?" That was the question. >> That you would be here. >> That was the question. >> I just met him. And you're being mean. >> She's calling these officers mean. I don't see any mean in any even. She's not mean, but these officers definitely aren't mean. This is the third video in this Tampa International Airport menagerie of videos. And in every one of them, all the different officers are all awesome. Every single one of them, this department must just pick people that are just incredibly patient because it's all that we've seen here. Um, kudos kudos to that that department because they're definitely picking good people. But no one's being mean here. She's just being terrible. You should be loving. >> You should be softer. >> And you shouldn't be drunk. >> And I'm not. >> You're in a public space. >> And you should be alter alcohol. >> And you need to know your limit >> and you needing understand that if they >> have contact, >> but I'm just saying that if you ask a question and you ask if anybody's there for you and they say no one is there for you. You should believe it. >> The shuttle doors open and the officer rolls Bernett into the airport tram. The officer knows Brunett's boyfriend will be on the other side of the tram, but what he doesn't know is that Brunett is about to bring him on a wild ride. >> Why are you feeling this? >> Don't fight so hard. >> There are people who are living their life so they don't want to live their life. >> It's not me. I love my life. But there are people who need you and you're never staying. >> There are people who need you, >> right? And I'm busy with you. >> And you're hurting your head. >> Sorry. How you doing, sir? >> It'll be better. I would recommend >> you take the chair with you. >> You relax. No, there are people who need >> and you have me tied up or not. >> And I'm telling you that there are people who >> Enough. >> Enough. >> Can you take her or she's going to jail? >> She's causing a problem. >> I got her right. >> There are people who need you. >> Does the wheel work? >> You have to. This is the break. >> Hey, what's going on? Are you all right? >> Hey, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. down. >> No, I'm not sitting down. >> There are people. >> Get out of my face. >> No, you're not. >> What's going on? >> Can you talk to me or what's going on? Are you her boyfriend? >> He's here to pick her up. She her flight got cancel. >> She sat at the bar guest for a little had too much to drink >> and then she didn't she's unsteady on her feet. She can't walk. So, we put her in a chair. >> I paid my bill. I did everything I was supposed to do. anything. >> All right. >> She's got serious anxiety issues. >> She's been out over medicine for a couple days and she's freaking out. You take her. >> I will take custody of her. I got >> Despite his shirt saying mission possible, Bernett's boyfriend is in for what feels like a mission impossible. He tries to diffuse the situation, pleading for Melanie to relax, collect her things, and leave the airport. But on his first try, he has no luck. >> You need to get her out here, or we're going to take her out here. >> The boyfriend pulls Bernett away from officers as they make a startling and frankly unpleasant discovery. >> All the way over here. >> When did she kiss herself? Now we're over at the bar. >> Did she kiss herself? Her pants are all wet. >> Oh, she must have been here at the beginning. >> I pissed you all. I said you peed yourself. >> I'm done. Whatever you're about. >> I'll bet you're doing whatever you want. >> I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. >> Melanie, are you going to leave? >> Are you going to leave? >> I'm going to have to leave. I didn't do anything to you and I don't know why you're being so mean to me. >> Melanie, are you going to leave with your boyfriend? >> Yes. >> Why are you right now? >> You need to leave. >> He's not being mean to you. Let's go. >> You need to leave. >> Just go. >> I'm giving you the courtesy to leave right now. >> Tensions wind down and Bernett's boyfriend leads her slowly and patiently back toward the wheelchair to grab her items so they can finally leave. And just when they all think it's time to say bye-bye to the boozer, >> I think it's bullit cuz I didn't do anything to you. >> No one said you did. >> I didn't. >> No one said you didn't go. You're causing a scene and you're going to go to jail. >> I don't I don't know what part of the second you stop bleeding, you're going to jail. You don't understand. It's time to go now. Look at this. >> I know. I >> follow your boyfriend. >> Yeah. >> Go. >> Distoxication requires intoxication. And this >> I'm not into I didn't do it. Melanie, >> enough. >> Can I just drag her up and come back and get her stuff? >> Where's your car? >> It's right there in short-term parking level. >> All right, that's >> Bernette is cuffed and arrested. Her boyfriend is left to gather her things and clean up the literal mess she made on the floor and on the wheelchair. The original officer who found her drunk at the bar starts walking her to the airport jail. >> Okay, I'm not resisting. I'm asking. >> Oh, there it is. I'm not resisting while probably resisting. >> Right on. >> Please stop. >> I'm asking to take a second and stop. Wait, pause. Did you see that? Let's rewind. >> While handcuffed, Bernett kicks off her flipflops. They fly through the air one after the other, nearly hitting airport travelers. >> Okay, I'm just going to throw something out for the internet. Maybe this is just a frank thing. I, as an adult male, do not wear flip flops and jeans. I just think it's I think that there's there's some sort of fashion phaua there. I don't do it. I don't agree with the fashion statement. I think you got to pick one. Either you want to be summary or you want to be wear jeans, but you just can't do both at the same time. And I could hear her little flippity floppies while she was walking down that hallway. And then she kicks off her flip-flops, which is definitely, you know, fashion-wise, but barefoot in jeans is fine. That's fine. That's that's socially acceptable. Um, so I did I did not approve of that and I'm glad that she removed them because they needed to be removed. >> Officers eventually managed to get Melanie through the terminal and to the parking lot elevator. There she begs officers to take her handcuffs off. >> Please, please take these off and my arms. >> You are under arrest. Yeah, the handcuffs don't come on. >> If I'm under arrest, I'm just asking. This is what I want. >> You don't get to say what you want anymore. >> I'll be in service back on the trans. >> I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. >> Place the wall. Place the wall. >> Go for an 11. I heard flip the bucks. They're probably in the hallway. >> I don't give a flip. They were $11. >> And this was 13. >> I have to pee. I have to pee. And you're being a jerk. >> Fern is brought down to the airport jail. She gets walked into the main entrance and through several doors to her new home for a few hours, a holding cell. The loud lush then breaks her silence when an officer asks if she needs to go to the bathroom. >> I don't have to go to the bathroom. I already made myself. I don't care. >> I didn't do anything. >> The original responding officer leaves Bernett with another cop while he searches for the key to her handcuffs. Soon enough, he's back in the holding cell, ready to lock up Melanie for good. I'm going to take the cuffs off. >> Okay. >> Okay. Are you going to cooperate? >> Yes. >> I didn't do anything to cooperate. >> Turn around. >> I have. >> All right. I'm going to get you some toilet paper. Maybe this is just an opinion based on my own personal experience, but does the majority of America just walk around having to pee all the time and then when all of a sudden they're placed under arrest like I got to pee? Like it happens all the time. And maybe because a lot of times that you get arrested, you're drunk and then you've consumed more liquid than normal. Maybe you have to pee more. Like I I get that. Maybe that's it. But she obviously now saying that she has to pee after she already went pee pee once in the pants. So I I don't know. Bladder control is a it's an important part of being an adult. >> Put this hand on the wall. Okay. >> Okay. >> Give me one second. It's coming out there. >> One second. I'm going to take my hands up. Give me one second and I'll be out. >> As soon as I take this off, you can. >> Give me one second. >> Can I put my hands up? >> Yes. >> The officer walks out while Bernett faces the wall. Another officer alerts him that he left her hat in the holding cell. >> Hold on. What's that? >> Officer HQ. Grab toilet paper for the holding cell. >> Give me just one second. Officers get Bernett toilet paper and she gets hit with a drunk and disorderly charge. It's unknown if she ever made her rescheduled flight home. >> Oh Jesus. See, this is what I get to listen to. >> Welcome to this big show, Lisa. >> Whose idea was this to put my office here? >> It's 7:00 p.m. at an airport [music] in Nashville, Tennessee, when police get a call about an unruly traveler. >> Last video in the compilation. We are so close to a coverall. We've got all sorts of bingos on here. A coverall. All we need is name and badge number. I just need that. So, we're looking for our first coverall. I'm hoping it's going to happen right now. Hey, there's a there's a lounge. Is this her? There's a I'm just trying to direct to the smoking lounge cuz I didn't know that was an option before. There's a smoking There's a smoking lounge at B7. >> Is your name? >> Okay. Seriously, I got over here. >> How you doing? Yeah, it's messed up, though. >> I'm sorry. >> Ma'am, you all right? >> Yeah, I just need to go. Officers identify the woman seen here as 35-year-old Rachel Jackson, a Scottish comedian and actress who is about to put on quite a show for police. >> I'm not a crazy world traveler, but I've traveled to several other countries. And when I'm in another country where I don't have the same rights afforded to me here in the United States, um I mind my P's and Q's like the most perfect citizen anyone would ever want to visit their country. I am exceedingly courteous. I I I don't drink in excess. Like I am as well behaved as I can possibly be because I don't exactly know how things work in other countries and I don't want to stay there in a jail longer. I I don't want to go to jail. I don't want to go to jail in another country. So I try to be on my best behavior my my P's and Q's and it just doesn't look like that's happening right now. >> Okay. Well, you I need you to talk to me first. >> No, I'm I need to go first. That's why I blew all my stuff in here. >> Okay. But you're going to talk to me first. Okay. >> No, no, no. >> Yes, you should. >> And you're not going to arrest me. >> You You're going to talk to me, though. >> I can't. I'm sorry. I trust you. [laughter] I really don't trust you. >> Right. And that's okay. You don't need to trust me, but you need to talk to me. Is everything okay? >> I will be once a smoke and take an anxiety pill for the flight. >> Okay. But I need to understand. >> Oh my god. No. No. No. No. You need to back off, man. >> You need to back off. I'VE BEEN TRAINED HORRENDOUSLY [laughter] by some of the American police. So, back off. Okay. >> I don't know how long before this video was taken that this Scottish actress has been in the United States. But again, I've been to several other countries and I have never had any contact with any law enforcement in any other country during any time I've ever been anywhere. Um, the fact that she has been traumatized by the US police, uh, which no one really knows what that means, um, that means that she is acting in a way that draws attention to herself from law enforcement. So her location is a variable, right? It changes. The constant is her. She is the constant problem. And apparently law enforcement in other areas of the United States have also identified her as a problem, which obviously she is. And um they've also had to deal with this level of behavior um which is inappropriate anywhere, whether you're in your home country or somewhere else. This is just childish and aloof and arrogant and condescending and I mean find find an adjective and it applies here that's negative. Where are you coming from? >> I'm going to London. That's all that matters. >> You're going to London? >> Okay. I'd like you to get there if I could help you. >> Yeah, I hear you. But I was traumatized by the American police. >> How's that? >> So, I'm just going to >> I'm absolutely fine. You just let me finish my chicken soup. >> I'm going to let you do that. But Um, I need my physical health. >> But I'm going >> Jacob, just just back off for a minute, Jacob. Cuz I'm Jacob's favorite wife. >> I'm just going to explain to you once you're done with your chicken soup. The deal is Okay. >> Yeah, I get it. So, just back off for a minute. Yeah. >> Amazing. Thanks. >> What's that? >> I said thank you guys. >> No, you need to talk to us real quick. Okay. >> Well, let him know. >> Right. You do your thing. So, the reason that we're here is because they explained you were behaving erratically like somewhat. Um, >> that's okay. Here's the thing. Um, you're in the wrong lounge. >> No, I know that and I was fairly aware of that. >> Okay. >> When I came to Delta. >> Okay. So, can you come out? >> Right. Can you explain why you made the decision to come in here? >> No. Absolutely not. >> You can't explain that. >> I'm on TV talking like it's just through me. I can't do that. >> It's not TV. She eyes the body cam and she's like, "No, I don't I'm I'm on TV." Or says something about being on live TV or something like that. This would be a absolute totally innocuous conversation and contact if she hadn't acted the way she's acting. The only reason we're watching this is because she's a terrible human and she's acting like a terrible human and then the internet got a hold of it and now we're watching this together. But it's only because of her actions. So, it's not the fact that it's on TV. It's the fact that you act in a way that draws the TV to you. >> Here we are. >> Okay. >> So, you really need to help. I'm trying to help. So, we need to get on. >> We need to get you out of the Delta Sky Club. >> Okay, thank you. Let's do it. >> All right, let's go. >> Rachel insists on a smoke break before police officers escort her to a smoking area in the airport. >> Well, there isn't a smoking lounge. The only one is right here and you got to pay for it. >> Uh, no. I don't think the British airlines has the smoking bravo 5. So, you need to help me get some smoke before I get on the plate. >> Smoking lounge is right here, but you have to pay to get in. >> 10 bucks, please. >> I don't have $10. >> How cool is that? >> Barbie. Did you see the movie? >> Not yet, but I'm going to see on my birthday. >> Nice. This lady would like to >> Can I just go in, please? >> Yeah, it cost $10. Hey, I don't have any money on me. >> Oh, no. >> That's the rules. I'm sorry. >> Well, this was stressful. If I can just go to the British Airways. >> British Airways. Yeah, we don't. >> I sold so I was mirac >> No, that's not a British Airways. >> Yeah, but it's closer than >> And >> someone needs to help cuz I made a smoke. >> They don't have a lounge. >> Go outside. >> Help. Help. Help. >> We're trying. But >> go outside. We're trying to help. We have to pay for the roof. It's just a rule, not a >> Oh, I do have my car. It's just I left it. >> Yeah. Come come and do your >> Where'd you leave it? >> I left it behind the counter a little bit. You you left it behind what am I? Thank you. >> Thank you so much for that. Of course. Thank you. >> Do you have a mode of payment in there? >> No, that's yours. >> Thank you. >> You can't leave your bag. You have to take your bag. >> Well, then use take your bag. You have to take your bags with you, mate. >> Right. Well, then hold my purse. >> I'm not holding your stuff. I'm not holding it. I think you can put it all back in your bag if you need to. >> And you just told me that. Now after you've seen me do all that, >> I did not know what you were trying to do. >> That's it. >> Now you have to grab your bags. >> Oh, you said no. >> Nope. >> Oh, you're not in my life. >> We're not going to know. I apologize. I was just No problem. No problem. Thank you so much. You're welcome. >> Right now we're 108. We're getting called back there for sure. I'm going to have to go tell Bruce Airways cuz they're like >> the 35-year-old finds the restroom and returns to the smoking area before police leave her alone. But half an hour later, officers get another chance to deal with the comedian when she's denied boarding. When it looks like the initial issue here is solved, right, they got her out. She's not causing a a commotion. They got her to her smoker's lounge. She's got her $10. She's able to go in. She said, because again, another form of addiction is that she has to smoke just like she needs her anxiety pills. Um, so addicted to all sorts of stuff in the drug recognition world. We call that polydrug use. Um, so she is using all these different drugs to try to deal with whatever her issues are. Um, and she goes into the smoking lounge and these officers know they're going to deal with her again. They know it because she just her conduct is just it's that that requires law enforcement intervention. And as sure as the sun rises, half an hour later, here they are dealing with her again. And this time their fuse is much, much lower. Their threshold for putting hands on her is lower. Their fuses are shorter. and they go straight to it. And I love the fact that they took her into custody. I love it. >> What seems to be the issue? >> I just need to get on this flight. >> You can't get on this flight. >> I need water immediately. >> You've been denied boarding. >> I need water. >> Nope. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Help me towards the water then. >> No, you're not getting >> No, help me towards water. We'll get you water, but you're not getting down this way. >> There's something. All right. >> Oh, get off me, man. Ask the water. >> Yeah, we're getting your water. Let's go. >> I mean, seriously, some women need the key. >> Let's go. >> It's right here. No, >> you get used to doing that in mental asylum. >> Where all the women hate you and all the men love you. >> All right. >> All right. So, here here's what's happening. You're going to stop and listen to me. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> It's not going to happen. Here's the thing. You've been denied boarding >> by the captain. I listen to captain's orders. I've seen Titanic. I've seen Titanic. I am I [laughter] am Titanic. >> Your hands over. >> We're going out. >> Jacob, >> we are escorting you out. You are being requested to leave the process. >> Well, guess what, Jacob? >> Get out of my face. Get out of my face. All right, ma'am. >> Your hands off ME WHILE I DRINK MY WATER. >> NOPE. Back up. >> 60 seconds. >> You're under arrest. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Turn around. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> STOP RESISTING. Stop resisting. [screaming] >> Stop resisting. [screaming] >> I don't know if you guys recognize the small nuances of equipment like I do. But look at those hardy gloves that that officer is wearing. Those come from Harbor Freight. Harbor Freight does not make the best of everything. Some things are kind of cheap and inexpensive. Some of their stuff is absolutely outstanding. Incredible [snorts] stuff. And those gloves are some of them. So, I love them. Um, I've used them before. I have a pair in my garage right now, this very second. So, Harbor Freight, thanks for making some great police equipment. >> Nope. Just breathe. >> Just breathe. >> [clears throat] >> No. Out of the car. >> Rachel's scene earns her a private escort out of the building and she's not exactly happy about it. >> We're going. Come on. >> Everything's fine. I'm going to leave these and come back. >> Captain, get these off me now. >> Nope. >> I'm not going in. >> You're going in the car? >> No, I'm not going in. Yes, you are. Yes, you are. No, you're not. >> Yes, you are. >> Oh, I'm hurt so bad. I'm hurt so bad. >> No, I'm not going in. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. NO. NO WAY. NO, I'M NOT GOING IN. >> Get in the car. >> Yeah, you are. Get in the car. >> Turn around. Get in the car. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. There you go. Get in the car. >> Take your left leg up and get in the car. >> I was meant to ride at 1:30 in the morning. My brother in the car. >> Scoot back and get in the car. >> Yes. Now you can do it by yourself for you. >> Take your hands off. Get in the car. Scoot back. I am really tired. I'm really >> No, no, no, no. In the car. >> You have to be ready to keep going. >> Go back in the car. >> Okay, I will. But this thing's really hard and I'm a very good person and I hope this go back in the car. >> No, you ask me when I was in the women's toilet. You can still see through. You're in the smoking lounge >> right there. You're in the smoking lounge when we left you because you said all you needed was a smoke and you're going to make your flight. >> Well, the flight is leaving. You've been denied boarding. You've been arrested for disorderly conduct. So, you need to scoot back in the car so we can bump you in. Just scoot back some so we can bump you in. Okay. I'm not boosting down. >> Yes, you are. We're at Bravo 7 on the ramp trying to get her in the car. >> Scoot back. >> I'm not booing down. >> Yes, you are. Scoot back. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. I'm not going to ask you again. I'm going to make you scoot back into the car. >> No, please. >> Scoot back into the car. >> Scoot back into the car now. Thank you. Scoot over just a little bigger on the buckle. Scoot over. >> OKAY. >> There we go. >> Okay. The seat belt was placed on you for your safety. If you unbuckle it at any point, it will not be rebuckled. It is up to you to keep it buckled. Do you understand? >> Okay. The suspect is driven to another area where a female officer arrives to search her. >> Hello behind us. But I'm using seriously because really hurt so bad. >> Well, stop resisting. >> I am resisting. No, I'm not resisting. NO, YOU HAVE TO help me. You got to go. Thank you so much. >> Sit on the seat. >> No, I'm not going to jail. >> Yeah, you are >> absolutely not going to jail. >> Do not make me force you in this car. >> No, I'm going to force you in this car. Otherwise, >> Jacob, please just take them off the Kim Kardashians. Um, >> sit on the seat. >> I know. I'm not going to jail. I'm absolutely not going to jail. Woman, women, women, help. No. No. I'm not going in the car. Jacob, please. >> No. Please help me. Women. >> Jacob, you're the one that needs to take the handcuffs off you. >> It's not happening. >> So, you can stand up and get in the car or we can force you in the car. >> I'm not going to jail. I'm not going TO DEAL. NO. NO. THIS IS GETTING REALLY SORE. Oh my goodness. You got this. Oh my god. I don't want to go to jail. I really don't. I CAN'T. I CAN'T GO TO JAIL. [laughter] >> I don't want to go to jail. >> No. No. No. I'm not going to love Jacob. No. No. No. So much pain. Despite her protests, Rachel goes to jail where we catch up with her next. >> You want your shoe back on? >> Yes, please. Sweetheart, I can do it outside. Just you have to let me out first so we can >> Oh, thank you. Thank you. >> It's okay if you can't get it because it's okay. >> Okay. We're going to go over here. >> Okay. >> And if you fight, it'll make it worse. >> Okay, sweetheart. need obviously a bit more back strength at this point. I like it. Three. >> Yeah. Yeah. Don't talk about that. I wouldn't do that if I were you. >> Those of you watching this may not have spent as much time in an intake facility um as I have simply because of the nature of my job. It's other law enforcement officers, you know, you've been there. intake facilities, you know, it's kind of a it ends up being a a menagerie of people, just a a just a conglomerate of people. And when one guy who's in there starts calling you nasty, I think we could cuz you're trying to pee on the floor, you've got to know that you're on the fringe of normaly. So when when that guy is calling you nasty, you're probably nasty. Rachel was booked for disorderly conduct and later released on a $500 bond. Court records indicate her charge was ultimately dismissed, but she remained responsible to pay court costs. >> All right, we didn't make it. We're missing name and badge number. If she was from the United States, she probably would have demanded name and badge number of one of those officers, but because she's not from here, she didn't know that was a prerequisite for internet gold.
