I mean, you're 3 mph away from being double the speed limit. Now, in the great state of Florida, you have the super speeder law if you're more than 50 mph over the speed limit. So, she doesn't get to be a super speeder, but she shows an obvious disregard for the safety of others, which absolutely meets the threshold for reckless. So, reckless driving at you know, almost double the speed limit, and then the deputy contacts her and she immediately has an attitude. Like, if I was already looking at a whole bunch of different reasons to be booked into jail, I don't think I'd be giving attitude to the person with the handcuffs and the ride to the county jail. But, that's what it looks like we're looking at.
