On June 2nd, 2025, officers were dispatched to a residence to provide standby assistance while a man retrieved his personal belongings from a home he had recently been removed from, ensuring the process proceeded without incident. >> Like that. >> All right, fans. I'm Frank Slope, 25-year deputy sheriff here in Arizona. We're going to be doing some body cam breakdown today. Police Release is the channel that we found this video. Uh Sam says it's going to be great. The internet so far has said it's going to be great. So, we'll see what you guys think. while we're watching it. Body cam bingo is the game we're going [screaming] to play. [cheering] Um, this is a card that we haven't gotten a bingo yet on, so we're hoping it's going to be good. We got lots of great options on here, so we'll see how it fares. >> How much stuff do you have? >> Oh, my dog and probably some clothes. >> Dog and some clothes. >> All right. Well, let me go make contact first so they know what's going on and then uh I mean up until now you live there. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. Let me go make contact first. Uh so that we don't have any sort of ruckus go on and then >> motion you come down. So >> nice houses. >> Oh, there's a dog. >> Sounds like fans. Yep. So, uh, has to get his stuff. >> Oh, really? Okay. Yeah. Give me a second. Do you want to come to the the garage? >> Okay. So, I'm on motion for him to come down here so he can get his stuff. I'm going to stand by and then uh uh I guess little got to OP against him. So, I'm going to serve up. So, >> Okay. Cool. Cool. All right. Hey, I'm open to draw if you want to come. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Civil standbys are a very common occurrence. Uh, it is simply where a court order has been issued where John has to go get his property from Jane's house and law enforcement is requested to be present to keep the peace. That's it. So, law enforcement being present make sure that there's no allegations of any wrongdoing. Um, that's what this looks like. Um, the guy in the pickup truck and the passenger says, "Hey, I got this court order. you know, I just need a civil standby. Uh, everything seems to be in line. The officer says, "Hey, I I get this. I know the house. I'm going to go up there, let them know that you're coming, and then I'll wave you over." Very common. >> All right. >> Why are the cop Why are >> I didn't do [ __ ] >> Just his property. >> They can give me mine. You want to come house till you have a good night. Thanks. Bye-bye. >> Bye-bye. >> All right. Well, he lives here. So, >> no, HE DOES NOT. HE DOES NOT LIVE HERE. ON THE ADDRESS THEY PUT next door, you don't live here. No one's coming here. >> All right. Tattoo. >> Silly. No. >> That's why I'm here to do this. >> He's not coming in the house. >> Okay. >> We don't need you here. Go. >> So, he goes here for his little >> She's a She's a doll. >> He's not getting his [ __ ] >> He has my [ __ ] He's not getting No. Do not. No. >> What do I >> The [ __ ] that's in your car. >> You get our toilet. >> Yeah. And you can get She's off. Sorry. We don't get >> Oh, YEAH. STRAIGHT UP with >> What a doll. >> Don't stop. >> Go grab a box of cereal right now and read the ingredients. Refined sugars, red 40, seed oils, and a bunch of words you can't pronounce. That's it. >> Don't hurt me. >> Right from the word go, this chick, whoever that is in green, um, she's just terrible. So, she is, you know, she's she's aggressive with the officer. Typically, when law enforcement's there, these go really smooth. People know the cops are there. There's, you know, there's there's no anything bad. We just, hey, I got to go in and grab my TV and my clothes and my dog and I'm going to get out. whatever it is. Um, everyone seems to be, you know, pretty much well behaved. This is like flying off the handle, people yelling, screaming, yelling at the cops, and then when you commit a crime, assault, and because they have a sexual relationship, a domestic violence assault in front of a law enforcement officer, you have to know that you're going to go to jail. You have to. I mean, it's just like it it's a a 15year-old would know that if you punch or slap your boyfriend/girlfriend, whatever, that you're going to go to jail. So, I This is just pandemonium. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> GET ON THE GROUND. YOU'RE GETTING CHASED. >> GET ON THE GROUND. YOU'RE GETTING TASED RIGHT NOW. NOW. >> 71, MAN. What the? >> On your arrest for aggravating a bad angle. >> I'll tell you right now, I take that mom, too. >> You're getting [screaming] tased. >> I don't care. >> Get on the ground, you're getting TASED NOW. >> You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Look at this. >> YOU PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME, YOU'RE GETTING TASTED. >> You put your hands on me, YOU'RE GETTING TASTED PROPERTY NOW. NO. GET OUT OF MY FACE. GET OUT OF MY >> [ __ ] >> She's pregnant. >> You're on your arrest. >> She's pregnant. >> Okay. >> You're under the out of here, you piece of [ __ ] >> You guys are too. >> Why would you Why would you just move? >> I can't believe what just happened. [laughter] >> [laughter] >> 71 units can downgrade. >> Don't mess with her. >> Every single one of them needs to go to jail. Every one of them. >> She hit me. >> Baby, man. >> She hit me. She's got a felony coming. >> She did. >> Grabbing her. >> She did. >> Whatever. >> When I went to intervene for her second, >> she's got a felony coming. Chill. >> No, man. >> No, dude. This is [ __ ] He ain't going to sit there and grab her up. She's got my baby, dude. >> Okay. >> I ain't going to do this to your kid. Okay. Trying to protect you. Stop. >> Trying to tase her. >> Take a >> Yeah, that's what happens when you commit a felony. >> Yeah. I need you to take a breath. We are out here right now. Okay. He was just trying to do his job. You need to stop. >> Hell no, bro. You're not >> This is why you're in this position. >> You've got an She's got an OP against you. You're going to get served with that. Why haven't I been served? That's what I'd like to know. It's been a week, man. And y'all haven't served me [ __ ] >> It's not his. You are being >> This is a great video of just terribleness >> and all that [ __ ] for that [ __ ] man. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, maybe >> who knows, dude. You just need to calm down. >> So, when I talked to you the other day, I don't know if it was either issued or they didn't tell me it wasn't. Okay. >> What? right now. Don't let that [ __ ] happen to you. >> Okay, but it's not your fault. >> Listen, stop talking. >> She >> He did not do She came after the cop, dude. >> No. Are you serious? >> Yeah. >> Did you not just see what happened? >> Her and her parents, >> dude. >> What the? >> She started. >> Both of those parents need to go. >> They also have like 25. >> There we go. Reinforcements are here. So, I really wanted this officer to uh to be a little bit more aggressive, but he's also outnumbered significantly, at least three to one. You don't know who else is in the house besides the three that are out there. Um and then boyfriend that, you know, got assaulted. Um who's who knows whose side that guy's on. Um so, I think it's his discretion to step back, to let things cool off, um to call in some reinforcements, call his friends. He's got a supervisor there. He's got four or five other other officers and then to go and and you know reestablish contact and and see what he could do. That's a great idea. And uh I I like I like what he did. >> There we go. Now we're talking >> when he was leaving but daughter did. I can't remember her name. [laughter] Then she punched Hancock >> and then mom and dad took her and ran inside, locked everything up and shut it up. So he wants both of the parents for obstructing and her for domestic battery >> 100%. But they're not. He didn't think they're going to answer, which I would agree. They're probably not going to answer. I'm going to go see if they witnessed anything. >> Spencer was checking for cameras here real quick and they called 911. So, we're going to get statements from them before we try to make contact with [laughter] them. >> Yeah. So, yeah, their whole family is getting rescued. >> Yeah. Sergeant rolls up. He's sitting in his car. He gets the quick brief and he just laughs at how stupid it is because the whole thing is crazy. Like it's just civil standbys are normally such a a mundane occurrence and you go there and you're just a peacekeeper. You know, you kind of talk with everyone and you know, hey, thanks for being civil. All right. Hey, get your stuff. And it it's easy. I'm sure that that's what Sarge expected this to be. And then he gets there and he's like, you know, he hears a story of, you know, mom running block and dad putting the garage door down and, you know, crazy daughter hauling off and hitting boyfriend and cop and all this stuff. Craziness. So sometimes all you could do is laugh because it's just how life works on the street. >> My daughter >> 131 that way. Okay, let's come over here. Let's stand over here. So, help me understand what's going on. I I wasn't a I was not here obviously. Okay. So, all I did is my officer calling for units in in what it sounds like an emergency situation. Okay. So, help me understand what happened in your driveway. >> Okay. Came to get stuff. >> Okay. >> They were coming up to the garage. My daughter said he's not coming in the house. The officer is like, "Well, he lives here." She goes, "Not according to his address on his license. It is a Belleville or whatever address. He is not coming in unless you have a warrant." Thank you. Bye-bye. >> Talking some stuff. Knowing it's going to off, which again, you guys are here without somebody from my daughter's mental health. Why you guys are responding to my house? Okay. Anyway, >> let's focus on talking about what's going on. Who cares? >> She went to go after I was telling her, "Stop. Stop. Stop. I knew what she was going to do. You know, she hit him. Then the officer was coming up to her. >> Sandra being like, "You should." >> Yes. And all that was doing was setting her off. And then he pulled out the taser and was going to tase her. I'm like, "She's pregnant." And so I'm in front of her to make sure she didn't get tased. I'm sorry. Yes, I did intervene. I'm not going to let my daughter get tased. Get my grandbaby inside of her. >> So mom's statement is that she is trying to protect her daughter from being tased. The best way to protect your daughter from being tased is probably to not enable her to act in a manner that would cause her to commit felonies where tasing is a use of force needed to take her into custody because she committed felonies. The problem there lies in the parenting. Um, mom is the problem. Mom is why she might have gotten tased. Um, and that chick's actions are absolutely unexcusable whether she has a a emotional state. Like look, then settle down, right? Read a book on stoicism. Like go check out check out a book. Go to go to your public library, check out a book from Ryan Holiday and read it like, "Oh, maybe I should read this and understand it and be less crazy." >> So, let me make sure I'm I'm following. Okay. When did the garage door get closed? when they were standing up there and as I was holding her so she would not get tased. >> Who closed the garage door? >> I you know through it all. I don't know cuz we kept trying to let the officer know she's pregnant. She's pregnant. She's pregnant. Please. >> But we we can agree that the right move isn't blocking or shutting the garage door. It's understanding that she has just committed a crime. >> Her mental her mental status is not good. >> Who cares what I'm talking about? But right over here, that's why she did it because her mental status. And I know that >> so she shouldn't be held accountable. [snorts] >> I know that's not an excuse, but we already tried to tell him just leave. And they want to leave. >> It doesn't work that way. He's he has by court order the right to respond. He was he was here long enough to be and we're going to talk about that, too. >> Explain this. It doesn't matter what address is on his license. If he's lived here more than two weeks, he's an established res. >> Okay. So then he's gathering his stuff. There's an active OP. He's no longer allowed back here. The situation is done. What had to be accomplished today was him gathering his things and that was done. He's not allowed back here. He would be arrested if he came back here. >> What about getting her stuff? And that's what she was trying to ask the officer. >> Hold on. But >> she didn't ask the officer anything. >> You can't get to that if we're screaming not allowing somebody to come in when a court order says >> that he's allowed to come get his property. as long as it didn't. >> So, if she But listen, Alicia, but listen, if and and we can work on that, but if >> you can't close the garage door, >> is engaging and pushing and not shutting up, which is what she's good at doing. We can agree. >> Yes. >> Then she needs to be by you guys removed from the situation and take it inside >> and then we can have a civil conversation. >> You know what I'm saying? So, she needs to stay away from >> just like you need to be out here. >> Honest to God, I didn't have anything. I'm the one who closed him. >> No, he's coming over to >> you. It still is closed now. >> He came over here for the sole purpose to set her off even more. >> He called us ahead. >> No, he didn't. >> And said, "This is what we're doing. This is how it this is what I need to do." He had a friend come pick him up. I mean, he did exactly what he was supposed to do. There was an officer here with him before contact was made. That's spot on to what's supposed to happen. And I'm this is going to go off script for just a minute, but I'm going to give you just a wee bit of advice. >> Just a little bit. I don't think boyfriends need to move in anymore because I've been here for several boyfriends and it's never been a good combination at all. >> I think that's step one >> in repairing whatever she's got going on. Boyfriends probably don't need to listen. >> And I know she's got a lot of mental health stuff going on. She's had a lot of trauma in her life. I'm not trying to downgrade any of that. I I am very familiar with with what she's experienced, but we can't use that as a crutch every time. >> Oh, I know. You know, I mean, she and that's probably why he brought the the cop over here >> because she did it cuz it's part of a civil standby. >> By court order, >> I'll explain this. >> Does he want to hook her right now? >> I don't think we should. She's [laughter] It isn't her daughter's strength. >> No, her. Well, so here's the deal. She probably needs to go to the hospital. >> That's right. >> So, that's what we're going to have to talk to him. >> Secure. If you want to see if we can go inside >> or I mean >> let them deal with their mess. >> They created that mess. >> I'm not disagreeing. >> They ran her inside. Let them deal with that. >> I don't know. >> You do two things. You can write her a ticket for obstructing or we can take her in. I don't care. I wasn't here. It's I mean it's up to you, >> man. I would take her blaming anyone else. >> Take her in. >> Go in there and engage in that. >> We're not. We don't do that. >> Well, I'm just telling you, she's going to fight every tooth and nail. And you guys are going to have to you guys are going to use excessive force and then she's going to end up >> excessive. >> How is it excessive force if you know she's going to fight? >> Because she was fighting him and he was alone. What do you think he should do? >> Mom is worried about she says her daughter will fight the cops and then the as she's fighting the cops, the cops will use quote excessive force on her. Well, if the daughter is actively fighting law enforcement in the act of committing felonies and force is used upon her to subdue her to stop her from committing felonies, that's not excessive use of force. That is a use of force that is spurred on and the catalyst is being crazy and fighting with the cops like this. Not it's I don't know how somehow in this scenario of daughter fighting cops, the cops somehow get painted as the bad people when it's the daughter's actions. If daughter would have walked out and just put her hands behind her back and said, "Yep, I want to get one last swing in and I'll go to jail." None of that would have happened. Like it's just it's all her. Be be less crazy. >> He sat there and she assaulted me. just gonna keep justifying. You're just Yeah. No, it's not fine. >> No, but I'm saying wrong with you. >> I'm not saying it's fine, but she hit him once. >> And then you want to go and then she had me >> cuz you were like right there in her inter domestic battery that she was committing. >> You're an idiot. >> Was underrest and now she's looking at a felony. >> She was saying bye-bye. You could have just stepped off, not keep walking up to her. >> She's the one that went up. What? >> You're just listening to people when they tell us to go away. >> And you kept stepping up into the garage. >> No, he turned and left and then she chased after >> you're going to run your mouth. That's >> running his mouth's fine. >> All right. Hold on. Hold on. >> You're not ready to go. >> That's it. >> You're under arrest. I didn't >> Yes, you are. >> You are. You're under arrest for obstructing >> when you prevented me from arresting. >> Yes. >> That needs to happen. So, >> she's going to have charges pending >> and let's go out of here >> because I'm not going to let my daughter >> come out because I'm not going to let my daughter get tased. >> Yep. >> So, I'm under arrest and I'm like, >> "Oh, good. Here comes dad. Let's get him, too." >> STOPPED HER FROM GETTING TASED BEING PREGNANT. >> Daughter commits aggravated assault by taking a swing at the cop. And then mom's like pushing the cop away and trying to shield the daughter and dad's trying to create space. Like there's aggravated assault everywhere. Like they are actively obstructing the arrest of a felon by protecting their daughter who committed a felony by hitting a cop. I this is just I I there's no no one's right here. No one not one of those people is right. The only one's the cop who's going, "Hey, I don't know what's going on here, but everyone needs to go to jail." And I I'm I wish that the daughter would have came out and they would have snatched her up, too. >> Stay inside. Why don't you get off my property, >> David? >> Come on out and make me >> get him. You guys think >> you GOT ARREST COMING TOO. YOU GOT YOU GOT OBSTRUCTION. >> STOP. >> Don't >> stop. You're hurting me. >> Then stop trying to pull. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop trying to pull away or you're going to catch a resisting. >> STAND UP. >> HURT. >> Then stand up. >> I HAVE AING HEART PROBLEM. YOU STUPID SON OF A >> All right. Do you not understand that? >> Stand up. >> It hurts. >> You're the only one who's yelling now. aing device in my damn chest. >> All right, >> trying to help. It hurts. It is too tight. Cutting off my circulation. >> I'm going to go complain about handcuffs around in there. >> It hurts. It hurts. PLEASE, [screaming] I'M NOT GOING TO FIGHT. It hurts. >> You already fought. >> It hurts. It is digging in. >> They're not meant for comfort. >> I'm asking to please just loosen it. I'm not going to fight. Damn. Shut that door. There we go. >> All right, sit back. Once I get her in and take off, we'll take off. I just want to wait till >> I just want to make sure he's about done. >> He doesn't He's not Well, he's not supposed to have any. He says he's not got He had his toy car revoked. I was talking about a couple of times. This is part of the ups and downs that we've dealt with on every single occasion. >> Does that door say a sane asylum? >> It sure does. Ah, [laughter] >> probably accurate. Be >> nice and come out and talk with you guys. >> Can somebody call my family and tell me to take the food off the stove that I was cooking? >> I'm sure they figured it out. >> Burn down. >> The woman and her husband were charged with obstruction while their daughter was charged with domestic battery and aggravated battery on a peace officer. >> Shortly thereafter, the husband arrived at the station to surrender himself, and a warrant was issued for the daughter's arrest. >> Nice, >> David. Hey man. Hey. Sorry for my ex running my mouth. >> All right. So, listen. >> I'm going to be straight with you. All right. >> Okay. >> Based on the circumstances that took place out there, okay, you're also going to be charged with obstructing. >> Okay. >> I really wanted to see the daughter in cuffs. And I think the internet also wanted to see that. But a criminal warrant was issued for arrest. In all probability, if she was indeed pregnant, which I don't know how that act happens when you're that crazy, but there's someone for everyone, um, the jail in all in all probability wouldn't have accepted her being pregnant anyway. So, she probably would have been processed just like the dad was, uh, photographed, fingerprinted, issued a citation with a court date, and kicked loose. So, she probably wouldn't have went to jail anyway because if if she was indeed pregnant. Um, but in the circumstances that uh that were presented here, mom gets processed, dad gets processed with that criminal warrant. Eventually, she will also get processed. Justice was served. It's just it's delayed a little bit because of the circumstances. I'm not as happy with it. I'm sure you're not, but it'll come. So, we're going to take you into custody, take you in the back, get your printed, get you knocked out. You'll talk to Officer Hancock, get your statement done, and then you guys are going to be released. >> Okay. >> So, if you want to throw your phone in your pocket for now, put your hands back here. >> David, I will say that I appreciate you waiting until you calm down to come up here. Yeah, >> cuz I know what your temper looks like and I can tell that you absolutely waited >> to come up here until you were too and I appreciate that. >> Pretty cordial of you. >> Yeah, you're good. We just got to >> We're going to process you. You're both going to get tickets and out the door. >> Good. >> When mom got cuffed, we have complaints about handcuffs. That's the only one that I got here. So, a lot of open boxes. Maybe we'll get a bingo next time. You need to do grab some merch. become a member. When you become a member, you get a live chat. We're going to be doing one here. We try to do one about once a month. So, you become a member, you get that. And if you comment on these videos, when you're a member, I check your videos out first, your your comments on the videos. So, give it a try.
