What is your name? >> I'm not playing with the crazy game. >> Which one? >> You're still going to go? >> Which one? >> Raziano. >> What's my name, [ __ ] >> What's my name, [ __ ] >> [ __ ] >> Wow. Bandit Cam is the channel that we found today's video. Uh, it's a new channel for us. They're not a giant channel, but so far we're liking what we're seeing. So, we'll see what we're going to do here. We got Body Cam Bingo is on deck. Um, we got a card. It's performed well for us once and then we had a dud. So, we're going to see how it goes. But, I'm liking the squares and we'll see how it plays. >> This is Eric Caro. So far this year, he's been arrested four times for dining and dashing. He's become somewhat of a local legend around town. Some restaurant workers call him Slippery Eric for his ability to slip away after ordering fancy drinks and expensive steaks. But this time, >> I also like fancy drinks. >> Cheesecake factory. >> Hello. >> Hello. How are you? >> Good. >> I'm a manager at the Cheesecake Factory. So, this gentleman, he was here before shift change. So, then my new server took over, realized there was quite a few drinks on this check. So, I kept an eye on him just to make sure he wasn't concerned. And then the check got to a substantial amount. So, now we're keeping an eye to make sure that, you know, a single person's going to pay for this check. And sure enough, he just got up and bailed. He said he gave his cash to a random Italian guy. My restaurant has cash. Was he by himself the whole time? >> What was he at the bar? >> Um at a table in the bar area. My general manager is on his way over now. He says that this gentleman has done this before. So he's coming over to get us >> right now. We just want 911 cuz this chasing me around saying I owe a tab. I said, "I put cash in a in a book like that for someone and someone took it." >> No. >> And then he's chasing me. I'm like, "Please leave me alone. Please leave me alone." You're the victim. >> Review cameras. What's your name? Do you have your ID? >> I paid my tab and ID chasing me around. Like, why is this kid chasing me? >> Do you have your ID on you? >> I do not have ID. Everybody knows me. >> I'm not your hands. >> I don't know you. >> Do you have anything with your name on it? I do not. >> So, how am I supposed to identify you if you don't have anything with your name on it? >> How do we identify? >> I already told you. >> I didn't do anything with you. >> We're investigating something right now. >> Investigating something. >> Sir, what is your name? >> This is >> What is your name? >> Really old everybody. >> What is your name? when you are investigating a crime, at least here, and again, I speak only definitively for the state of Arizona, but if we're investigating a crime and you're a possible suspect, we have to identify you. So, you have to provide evidence of identity during criminal investigation. And this guy, she explains it to him, he says, "You know who I am." That doesn't count. That the fact that someone else knows who you are does not count as identification. So, um, the fact that he refuses to right then and there, they could just arrest that guy right there. And, um, and I like that they don't be beat around the bush with it. >> I need a lawyer is what my name is cuz I didn't do anything wrong. >> Yeah, good enough. I'll take that. I'll take lawyer. I need a lawyer. >> He is obviously very comfortable being in handcuffs now. [Music] [ __ ] [ __ ] ass. [Music] >> Are you going to give us your name or you want to pick up another charge? It's up to you. >> Well, I've been a lot of names. >> What is your legal name? >> I have a skincare routine and I'm not even joking. And there's a product I've been using since before I even had a YouTube channel, and that's particle face cream for men. This is the actual bottle that I had in my truck. It's a six-in-1 formula that alleviates eye bags, removes dark spots, reduces wrinkles, soothes skin after shaving, moisturizes, and deeply nourishes with dead sea minerals. That's particleformen.co/frankslope. >> What's your legal name? >> I never had legal birth certification. >> What is your legal name? >> Why are you cuffing me? I didn't do any legal. I paid my tab. >> Is your legal name? >> I paid a tab. >> No, you didn't. >> I'm going to go with no. You guys are going to prosecute, right? >> I mean, ideally, we just wanted to give the cash. >> He's not He doesn't have no cash on him. So, the general manager, >> I would I would hope that you want to prosecute cuz now we have a guy that's doesn't want to give his name up. Doesn't want to participate. Said he pays his tab, you know, he didn't pay his tab. So, I mean, other way other than them not learning their lesson and just doing whatever they want, that's our options. So, if he comes and lets us know, then we just got to get a swim. You got to think >> to all you businesses out there that might have a crime committed in your establishment, whether it's shoplifting or dine and dash or some sort of disorderly conduct or anything like that. Be a victim. This officer does a great job. She says to him, "Hey, you know, you willing to prosecute?" And this manager is like him hawing around, "Well, we really want our money." That's not No, the fact of the matter is he attempted to steal from you and the fact that he got caught is he will absolutely nothing will happen. He will have no repercussions if that organization, that agency, that department store, that restaurant doesn't prosecute and aid in prosecution for that. So it it doesn't change behavior if people aren't held accountable. So, if you're if you're a general manager of a restaurant and someone bails on the check and you call the cops and the cops catch that person, don't say, "Well, I just want them to pay their bill." Don't do that. Prosecute. Hold those people accountable. You know, you're also going to get your money because that that's part of the legal process, but hold those people accountable. >> Why are you cuffing me? I didn't do anything illegal. You know, stop coughing me. I didn't do anything illegal. >> Stop coughing me. I didn't do anything illegal. I paid my tabs. >> Probably not. >> Why you yanking me around, mother? >> I'm not yanking you around. >> You know who I am. >> I don't. >> Yeah, you do. >> No, I don't. >> Who are you? >> You always said everybody knows who I am, man. >> [ __ ] Why you yanking me out? Why are you arresting me for? >> You're being a lawyer. >> You are being detained. >> Give me a lawyer. So I think there's a misconception among criminals that as soon as they say I want a lawyer that everyone freezes in place and nothing happens until a lawyer gets on scene. That doesn't happen. Lawyers don't come to scenes. Now our lawyers will come to the scene. you know, the county attorney in my case will come to the scene or a deputy county attorney um you know, especially of of a of a very of a high-profile case or of a large case with substantial um you know, crime that's been committed, uh you know, a murder or a really bad vehicular homicide, something like that. Yeah, they'll come out, but suspects attorneys don't come to the scene. That's a later thing. That's a thing for days and weeks and months later. But just because you ask for an attorney doesn't mean that we're going to stop and bring one to you. And I think that I think dumb suspects think that that's going to happen right away. And it's just not the way life is. >> Give me a lawyer right now. Detained for what? You [ __ ] psycho. >> I'm going to go for what? >> Detained for what? >> Defrauding. >> Defrauding. Psycho ass fake. >> [ __ ] You psycho ass fakes. What are you talking about? The frauding what? You psycho ass fake. Who's that little running around like a little chicken after me? Out of a restaurant that's not even his. >> What are you talking about? You're illegal. Your >> chest up against the door. >> [ __ ] Man, I'm not doing this [ __ ] no more. You fakes. >> You keep doing this to me, man. >> Spread your legs. >> You know who the [ __ ] I am. >> Spread your legs, >> [ __ ] You proud of me, [ __ ] Congratulations. >> You and your fried me and my restaurants. >> [ __ ] you, man. >> What restaurants your claim is crazy? >> You know what restaurants are mine? >> I'm not playing with the crazy game. >> Which one? >> You're still going to go. >> Which one? Fias Razanos. >> You're still going to go. >> Yeah, [ __ ] right. That's my [ __ ] right. So is this town. >> So everything is public. >> Yeahelli. >> Who's that little son of [ __ ] touch? Hey, tell him to get hands off. >> I don't think he understands. >> The guy in back's kind of big. >> I hope I'd be mouthing off to him. >> Cuz you arrested me for no reason. I paid my tab. >> Do we know his name? >> [ __ ] is running around with some computer tab when I paid my winner. The Italian winner. >> Stop screaming. Stop screaming. I'm right here. You don't have to scream at me. I You're illegally detaining me for no reason. >> I don't think it's illegal. >> Person, you don't have to stop. >> Tell Get off me then. Tell him to stop me. Do something. I didn't do anything. >> Put your chest on the door. That's it. >> Shut your mouth. >> Hey, mother. Do that. That's it. That's all you have to do. >> Hey, don't [Music] touch me. >> You're a bunch of [ __ ] >> Do you have >> Everyone has a gun in this state and you're man, hail me over. Everyone knows I love Florida and this contact feels very Floridaesque. So I feel like this is a Florida man trying to who's throwing shade on people with guns. You know what? That's one of the things that makes Florida a great state along with Texas and Arizona. States filled with guns. Legal members of society just saying, "Hey, there's this thing in the Second Amendment and it's called we love guns." That's it. It's the basis of the Second Amendment. Why are you throwing shade on that one? You're literally out committing crimes. That guy's lucky that someone didn't have a gun to prevent him from stealing, from committing a crime. That's This guy is absolut He is off base on absolutely everything. He doesn't like guns and he doesn't like paying for his food. He's a dirt bag. >> I don't know if I have his name. >> Come on. You >> I'll have to stick number 15. >> I love it. Everybody knows me. You keep doing this to me. We don't know you. >> This is the fifth time you've done this to me. >> The fifth time? >> Yeah, man. >> What was the first time? >> Have you seen him before? >> Why is he mayhem me over a cab? >> Everyone's got a gun in this. >> Take a photo of his face, please. >> Going to jail. >> [ __ ] >> you're [ __ ] >> Spread your legs, >> mother. [ __ ] you, [ __ ] They just make it so difficult on themselves, >> [ __ ] I don't know what's tabs to know, [ __ ] Do I? >> I don't know tabs of no one. Do I, [ __ ] >> I don't, [ __ ] What's my name, [ __ ] What's my name, [ __ ] >> What's my name, [ __ ] >> I guarantee it is the white player that is a [ __ ] Don't play the game. >> What's my name, [ __ ] >> I got race card on there. I'm going to go race card for a bingo. Six. Bingo. Boom. >> 1763. >> This card. This is a good card. >> Touch me, [ __ ] [ __ ] Don't touch me, [ __ ] I'm your [ __ ] boss. You're a [ __ ] >> You're a [ __ ] >> This guy has a very broad vocabulary. >> You owe me 10, [ __ ] >> You ate more than you deserve, [ __ ] >> 1768. Did she say tab? >> Sir, molested raping you around for a legend. A tab, sir. Sir, pay my tab. Please a tab. >> Pay my tab. >> You can't slamming me. Pay your tab. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] Don't you touch my golf. >> I thought you could pay your tab. >> [ __ ] I you for nothing, [ __ ] >> Get in the car. >> Maybe in the >> Have a seat. Have a seat. You're in the [ __ ] wrong world, [ __ ] >> You're in the [ __ ] wrong world. >> Legs in. >> You're in the [ __ ] wrong. >> And there we go. I watch a lot of body cam video. I've seen I've seen officers, deputies, troopers fight with someone and then very cordially be so worried about them traveling down the road that they absolutely have to buckle that person in. I love that in this scenario, this officer gets this guy in in the back seat and just shuts the door. I just like no one cares about the trash. Like why? We should not be fighting with this guy in a confined space trying to put a seatelt on him when he already didn't want to get in the car. I really like the fact that they said, "Look, man, I don't I don't want to fight with this guy. I'm going to put him in there. I'm going to shut the door. We're going to end this fight and we'll deal with them in a sallyport when we have all of our friends there, also known as correction officers, that deputies and anyone else that's working in the jail. They'll come out and have fun with this guy getting them out. They don't have to worry about a seat belt. >> What's my name? >> Is that your name? Michael? >> I don't know, [ __ ] >> Well, that's all right. You got another charge. I already told you. You don't want to give me your name. That's another charge. >> Super easy. >> You did not identify yourself, so you will be receiving another charge. >> My tab. >> What is your name? I paid in jail. >> All right. I'm not I'm not begging you, bro. >> I am not. >> Book them in the jail. They'll tell you. >> They have you. They have documents of proof that you did not pay your tab. >> They ran the cameras back. They ran the cameras back. And no, you didn't pay your tab. You just asked that gentleman to pay your tab. >> Nobody. Bingo. Cool. Just adise when it's uploaded. >> Copy. All right, Mr. Eric, I'm here to just advise you of your rights. Okay. >> So, in a previous life, I was a bartender and I was a waiter. Um, at that time in my life, I was not making six figures. Let's just let's just throw it out there. Um, you know, you're it it's a hard job. You work a ton of hours. Uh, sometimes you have people that are just terrible tippers or they dine and dash. Now, not only you stiffing the restaurant, but you're also stiffing the waiter or waitress or bartender. Um, it's just like you're a terrible human if you are trying to steal and defraud people that are literally some of the hardest working people in a city are people that work in the restaurants. Um, it's a it's a thankless job. It's you're on your feet all day. Um, you know, you're there early getting ready, you're there late closing down. Like these people are working hard, putting in hard hours, and then you steal from hardworking people that aren't making a ton of money already. Like you're just a dirt bag. Like you're just a you are the definition of a terrible human. Like I'm so glad that they're booking this guy into jail. [Music] >> Okay. All I need you listen. All I need you to do is just give me a verbal confirmation you understand what I'm saying to you. Okay. >> I need to talk to a lawyer. >> That's fine. I'm just going to read you. >> Listen to me. I'm just going to read you your rights. Would you like for me to read you your rights? >> I didn't do anything. So I need a lawyer to do that. >> So you don't want me to read you your rights? Do you want to be advised your rights? Yes or no? >> I do not cuz I didn't do anything. >> Okay. So, you do not >> So, you do not want to be advised your >> what he just said. >> My right name. So, that means I >> I can talk to you all day, but before I do that, I have to check the boxes, man. It's a job. So, I have to read you your rights. >> Italian. So, why you call me some weird white? >> Who? >> I said I'm Italian. So, why you calling me some weird white name? Especially when I didn't do anything. Kid says I pay some time is wrong. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Listen, we can talk all you want. I just have to I have to read you your rights first. >> So, just read them. >> Listen, I get it, man. I want to hear your story, but I got to read you these rights first. Do you want me to read these? >> I don't like all this computer stuff, man. I don't know. >> Okay. So, put fingerprints. >> I'm going to read I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. >> And I just need you to say yes. You understand what I'm saying? >> But that's not my name. >> Okay. Okay. Relax. Relax. You have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions. You understand? >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> I didn't do anything illegal. >> All you have to do is say you understand what I'm saying to you. That's it. Okay. You have the right a lawyer or FBI agent. >> Okay. So, do you want do you want me to read you your Miranda rights? Yes or no? Sounds good. >> Good enough. >> Eric Caro was charged with defrauding a food operator under $1,000 and resisting an officer without violence. >> Bandit cam got it done today. Body cam bingo.
