You're in handcuffs, which means you're in custody, and I'm asking you questions, which means we have an interrogation. Now, I should probably read you your rights." Reads her rights, um checks that box. Anything she says subsequent to that can be used in a court of law. I love it. Definitely a a a senior guy move.
