Judges are meant to uphold the law, but what happens when they try to bully the very officers whose role it is to enforce it and end up getting humbled? From New York, Supreme Court Justice Mark Grasanti taking on an officer after a fight with his neighbors. WE >> DUDE, keep your hands off. >> You better not your wife. >> IF YOU DON'T GET THE COP SERVER RIGHT NOW, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM. >> AND I'M NOT DONE TALKING TO YOU. SO LET'S BE QUIET, DAD, SO SON CAN GET words in. >> To Bedford judge Eric Jacobson, who nearly bullied some cops after they caught him driving while intoxicated. >> Dad, behind your back now. >> I'm Becky Dor and I'm the judge. >> I am absolutely out of my mind with >> You're intoxicated. You >> I am so intoxicated. Here are times when judges get humbled after trying to bully cops. Starting with a circuit court judge, Charles Williams, who got a massive reality check after trying to pull rank on the police. >> I just don't understand why you're >> Go give me a ticket. Write me a ticket and I'll take it up to the town office. We'll go to a trial, buddy. That's fine with me. And I tell you what, the next time I see any of you on the phone, I'm stopping right there and call the state police. >> On November the 7th, 2021, an officer pulled over a driver for using a phone behind the wheel. But as he reached the window, he realized that this wasn't just any driver. It was someone with serious power in his own jurisdiction, Circuit Court Judge Charles Williams. For a man who interpreted the law, it was safe for the cop to assume that the stop was going to go pretty smoothly. >> I know, sir. It was going to stop me, >> Judge Williams. And I don't What? Why did you stop me? >> You had your cell phone in your hand. >> I had my phone like this. Yeah. I just lost it. I was just looking for it. Pulled it up like this. Was not on it. >> I just looked in the car. Go up and look. >> Okay. Why are you screaming at me, >> sir? License reg. >> I wasn't doing anything wrong. >> You have license. >> I'm not going to give you my license registration. >> You were doing something wrong. You cannot have a hand. >> My phone just like this. I was not on my phone. In west state within you cannot have a handheld cell phone. >> And you all aren't ever on yours, right? You're never on yours. I drive by a lot of times and y'all are on yours. You're never on yours, right? >> Hey, I don't understand. You're never on yours. >> Why are you yelling at me, sir? >> I said you're never on yours. Why are you yelling at me? I'm not I'm not yelling at you. >> Yes, you have been. I've never raised my business. >> I'll tell you something. You are on yours. I was not >> You read the code. The code says that if we're conducting official business, you can be on it. I just don't know why you're yelling at me. >> No, not on official business. >> Here. Thank you, sir. >> Instead of complying, Judge Williams immediately pushed back, launching into a heated tie raid and making it clear he believed that the stop did not apply to him. >> What's Why you uh so uptight? Huh? >> Go ahead and give me a ticket. >> What's going on? Give me a ticket. Why you so shaky? What's going on? I'm irritated because you pulled me over for no reason. >> You had your cell phone in your hand. >> I picked up my cell phone because I had it lost. >> Okay. >> I pulled it up here and I was had my hand on it here >> to put it in here. You know what? >> You know the law. >> So what? What if I have a cup in my hand? You >> You can't have a cell phone instead of being in your hand. >> Give me a ticket. >> Write me a ticket. >> I just don't understand why you're >> Go give me a ticket. Write me a ticket and I'll take it up to the town office and I'll go to try. Give me a ticket. Go ahead. It's ridiculous what you're doing. >> How is it ridiculous? >> It's ridiculous >> that you had your cell phone in your hand. >> You You all have yours. I've seen it many times. Y'all have yours and you don't get pulled over. And it Tell me. Don't tell me it's unofficial business. I hear your cases every day in court. >> Okay. What's that? >> Give me a ticket. Give me a ticket. Judge Williams clearly had a very fragile ego and being pulled over had hurt that badly. He needed to teach the cop a lesson for being arrogant. >> You can write me, take it or not, I don't care. I'll take it up to town. We'll go to a trial, buddy. That's fine with me. And I tell you what, the next time I see any of you on the phone, I'm stopping right there and call the state police. Any of you. >> Okay. >> This is how I had my phone. I reached down and got it under my seat. I pulled it up here. I was driving like this. I was not talking on it. You can look. You can look when you pulled me over. See whether I was on my phone. >> Why are you being like this? >> I'm being it because I've seen this crap enough and I'm tired of >> Here you go. Here's your license prov. Let me have my license now. >> Also, you need to go get your license up to date cuz they're expired. Okay. >> Judge Charles Williams may have believed his influence would make it all go away, but what followed wasn't a quiet resolution. Following a thorough investigation, the judge was formally charged with violating multiple rules of judicial conduct. That judge's actions ended up costing him his reputation. And following him closely is Bedford Judge Eric Jacobson, who found himself in a highstakes traffic stop in New York and then realized that the cops didn't mind going to extreme lengths to teach him a lesson he never wanted to learn. >> I smell alcohol on you. >> You don't? >> Yeah, I do. Well, you know, thank you. >> Out of the car now. >> This is unbelievable. >> Get out of the car. >> This is unbelievable. >> You're under arrest >> now. You're going to have to hurt me. >> Taser. Taser. Taser. >> Oh, JESUS CHRIST. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW. >> ON MAY THE 12TH, 2019, New York officers received a frantic 911 call reporting a Mercedes swerving across the road, nearly hitting an intersection on a red light. When officers finally pinned the vehicle down, they didn't just find a typical suspect. They found Bedford Judge Eric Jacobson, a man who was expected to have known better. >> Hi, we're driving north on the Sawmill Parkway and there's a car in front of us that's swerving all over the road. It's a Mercedes. First, he was in the middle of an intersection during a red light. Now, he keeps swerving over the white line into the edge and then swerving back the other way. >> All right, hang on one second. Let me uh send the car. Stay in the line with me. >> I will. And he's getting off exit 37. >> Getting off at 37. Yes. >> Okay. Are you staying behind him or you still going? >> Uh, we're still going. He just cut off. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you, ma'am. You're >> welcome. >> How you doing, sir? Good. >> Sit down with your standard police for the reason why I'm stopping you. When you got on KCO Avenue, you passed the red light. Can I see you driver's license and registration, please? >> Yes. Thank you. >> Where are you coming from, sir? Where you coming from? >> I was coming from Yoners. >> Yoners? Where in Yoners? >> Um, you keep moving the uh flashlight. Have you had anything to drink today? Nothing at all. Okay. You have your uh registration, too? >> Yes. Right here. >> No. Do you have one in the car? It should be one inside the glove box. >> I don't I don't have it. >> You don't have it? >> Here on the uh >> No, they should have two. They give you two. One you put on your >> It's right there on the wood. >> Well, there should be another one. >> They don't have it. Thank You don't have it? >> No. >> Wait. Can you do me a favor? Step out of the car, please. >> No, I I will not. >> Okay. It's not a request. >> No, it is. >> I will not >> get out of the car. Get out of the car. Okay. >> No, I will not. >> Okay. I can remove you out of the car if that's why if you want. Okay. >> Okay. I smell alcohol on you. >> You don't? >> Yeah, I do. Well, you know, thank you. >> The situation quickly spiraled as Judge Jacobson claimed he couldn't be touched, clearly betting on his status to intimidate the patrolman. >> Again, man, I'm asking you nicely to step out of the car. >> No, I'm I'm not stepping out of the car. >> Why not? >> We need to do an investigation. So, you're I've done nothing. >> We We uh dis >> I've given you my uh identification. Okay. No, you cannot touch me. You cannot touch me. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car now. >> You want to get out of the car now? >> Holy mackerel. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car now. Get out of the car now. >> Unbelievable. >> Get out of the car now. >> You don't have a choice in the matter. Okay. >> Holy cow. >> Don't be reaching your pocket. >> No, I'm looking for my phone. Get out of the car. >> Don't. Holy cow. >> Get out of the car now. This is unbelievable. >> Get out of the car now. >> This is unbelievable. >> Get out of the car. >> This is unbelievable. >> You're under arrest. >> No. You're going to have to hurt me. >> I don't want to hurt you. No, you already have. >> Doesn't work that way. >> This is unbelievable. >> Unbelievable. >> Get out of the car. Unelievable. Where's my phone? Where's my phone? >> Get out of the car now. >> No. Where's my phone? Where's my phone? Where's my phone? You're making a beg. Get out of the car now. Holy cow. Oh, you're better than my shirt. You need to get out of the car. >> No, I don't. You're making a huge mistake. >> Get out of the car. >> Holy cow. >> Yeah, get out of the car. Oh, >> this is not a choice. >> Where's my phone? >> Don't worry about your phone. >> Stole my phone from me. >> Get out of the car. >> Holy cow. >> Holy damn, >> sir. You don't have a car. >> Holy [ __ ] Get out of the terrible. >> GET OUT OF HERE. Oh no. Get me on camera. Don't worry. Camera. Camera. Camera. Camera. Get out of the car now. Camera. I'm going to chase you. Camera. >> Get out of the car now. >> I'm doing nothing. >> Get out OF THE CAR NOW. >> NOTHING. >> I'M DOING NOTHING. >> I'm telling you right now. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. I'm doing nothing. You can't tase me. >> Taser. Taser. Taser. Oh, JESUS CHRIST. GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW. HOLY [ __ ] Get out of the car. I'M GOING SAVE YOU AGAIN. YOU FORGIVE ME. Thank you. Hand behind your back now. >> No. Behind your back. Sergeant, go again. Glassberry court. Requesting additional unit. Even while being cuffed on the pavement, Judge Jacobson's arrogance didn't fade as he continued to berate the officers. >> Stay right there. Don't move. >> Yeah, you know you can. Don't move. >> You know you can't. Here I'm going to [ __ ] Keep keep going. Take your feet off. >> Kick your feet up. Put your feet in. Yeah. I'm going to sit you up. >> Get up. What could have been a standard DUI stop turned into a nearly hour-long ordeal of paperwork, hospital clearances, and medical refusals. And by this time, it was clear that Judge Jacobson's career was taking a backseat to his new criminal record. No. control. >> What do you want to do? >> What's that? >> It doesn't want to go to Os. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, your first name was Eric, right? >> Yeah. >> All right. You think you walk over to the stretcher? >> No. Thank you. >> Okay. Stretch it to you. >> Walk. Can't walk. >> No. I don't control. >> Yeah, that's fine. My >> There you go. What's trunk? Got a call for a driver. Stop him. Won't cooperate. Wouldn't get out of the car. Out of the car. We tried to get him out of the car. We tasted him. Finally brought him out for some reason. 26. Would you like to come? like any type of closely just sitting on the stretchers the wrong way. Just document all that too. Just especially if it's going to be ref. >> Okay. He's been he was told, you know, sit down in the stretcher back and he started to go the wrong way in the stretcher. >> Okay. >> Obviously inability to follow instructions. >> Judge Eric Jacobson was ultimately processed DWI, resisting arrest and obstructing government administration. While most judges spend their days upholding the law from behind a bench, New York State Supreme Court Justice Mark Croissanti decided to take the law into his own hands during a heated neighborhood dispute. >> This is going to be A PROBLEM FOR YOU. >> OKAY, COOL. Then get over here. >> I sure AM. >> SHE'S GOOD. SHE'S GOOD. SHE'S GOOD. >> HEY, you arrest my wife, you're going to be sorry. >> Let him let him. My son and my daughter are both police officers. >> On June the 22nd, 2020, Buffalo police responded to a chaotic scene involving a long-standing feud over a parking space. But the situation turned explosive when the New York State Supreme Court Justice Mark Grissanti's wife, Maria Gryant, refused to listen to the officers. >> Tag me. Rip my freaking ri my freaking chain off. >> OKAY. >> YOU GOT IT ALL. >> All right. where you at their stuff is over here. >> You're going to step back cuz these guys parked their cars on everybody's all four cars. >> City vehicle on their driveway. Their driveway. My driveway. So they know I CALL THE COPS. >> THEY COME OUT. YOU GOT A PROBLEM. You got a problem. We'll call over here like a cat in his brain or something. And they stopped and said that >> I just got done walking my dog. >> Girls against me. They come out. They come on a walk. They come out of the porch. They start yelling at us the first. This is going to be a problem. THREE OF THEM HERE. >> OKAY, COOL. Get over here. >> You're not going to ARREST ME. >> I SURE [ __ ] >> We are not DOING THIS RIGHT NOW. >> WE ARE NOT DOING THIS RIGHT NOW. >> IT'S OKAY, MOTHER. >> DUDE, keep your hands off. >> YOU BETTER DROP my >> dude. She's going to cuss. She's going to cuss. Do not >> listen. My daughter and my son are mobile police officers. >> I know. I know. And you >> I'm calling right now. >> You would not want to put put in your head. Somebody put your head. You are not going to fight a cop. >> Hey, you arrest my wife. You're going to be sorry. >> Let them. >> My son and my daughter are both police officers. >> I don't care. >> Oh my god. Are you kidding me, dude? >> So done listening to you scream. >> Why? Because it's the truth. >> NO. BECAUSE I WANT TO HEAR EVERYBODY talk >> 15 years everybody's story. >> You're hearing them first. >> YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. ASK ANY NEIGHBOR. >> THAT DOESN'T MEAN I'M NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO YOU. I >> You need to get the If you don't GET THE COPS SERVER RIGHT NOW, >> YOU'RE GOING TO have a problem. >> We're not doing that. We're not threatening that. >> You need to get the cops off her. >> She's going to sit in the back of the car right now. That's what we're going to do. That's what we're going to do for right now. >> You need to get the cops off her. We're >> We're not going to do that by your demand. She's going to sit in the back of the car. She's going to be in cuffs. That's what's going to happen for right now >> from the top. Let us work let us just work this through. >> Even after being restrained by a second officer, the judge didn't offer an apology. Instead, he began a relentless campaign of intimidation, hoping that mentioning powerful connections would force the officers to back off. >> We didn't do nothing. We basically walked the dog, came back, and they come out. They're like, "We got an effing problem with the truckers parked." Now, I heard that when I was taking a dog in the house. Okay. My wife was still outside and she walked over. She goes, "Yeah, move the truck." They freaking bolt from the porch. The girls going to freaking handle my wife's throat and that's when they walked over there and that's when it all started. Okay. I mean, are you freaking kidding me? They can't wait to start trouble. Talk to any those two neighbors with the dogs who live on leaving the street. They know >> yellow knows these guys know. He knows the guy that was here knows. >> They can't wait to start problems. >> Okay. And listen, I'm good friends with Brian Brown. He's like, you always are freaking ignored and said the truck is freaking blocking half the driveway and then we come back. That's how it is. >> I'm talking like this. He freaking punched me in the face. I'm going get a fat lip. So, but I wouldn't have my freaking shirt like this. He freaking wore this shirt, grabbing me, and freaking ripped my necklace off. Okay. Like, like Yeah. Like I'm I'm fighting a guy. >> I mean, I walked over to grab Maria. He goes, "Oh, you want to go tough guy?" I'm like, "No, Joe, take it." Oh, >> and push. >> So, let me ask you this. Two two questions. First off is how do we prevent something like this in the future? >> I'll do a summary, man. >> Okay. >> With these two, they I mean the whole everybody they start next week will be with them. >> Okay. Nick, we got >> I'm going to ask some of these people cuz I I want them. I mean, I'm sure you understand. >> Get around the car and I'll bring her inside. And I didn't mean to tackle you, but I mean, you kind of threw my wife down on the ground pretty hard and I don't appreciate that. >> I understand that. >> All right. I really don't. If if I would did that to your wife and you're outside, you do the same thing. >> Sure. If you were a police officer and she was screaming, >> my daughter's a police officer and I know what you guys are going through right now. And trust me, my daughter's police officer, my son-in-law's police officer, my my son's a daughter approaching her like that, she would have done the same thing. No, you grabbed my wife from over there and dragged her over here, which is not necessary. So, you need to chill out about that. I'm just >> I have a camera, so I'll give you constructive I don't care about your camera. Just give me a little constructive criticism, dude. >> Okay, let me give you constructive criticism. You want to drop another cop's name? You want to scream about your father, the mayor? Just shut the up. Shut your mouth. Okay. You want to be difficult? You want to want to say all these things? You want to make us look dirty? Is that what you want to do? So, how am I helping you now? How? How? Tell me. How can I help you? How? Just shut up and let me talk to you. Okay, sir. Shut up. Shut up and let me talk to you since you had so much to say and you touched a cop. So, LET ME TALK TO YOU, GOD. Let me TALK TO YOU, GUY. QUIET. QUIET. NO, you're not done TALKING YET. AND I'M NOT DONE TALKING to you. SO, LET'S BE QUIET, DAD. SO, SON CAN GET some words in. You're saying everybody's name and dropping everybody's name with a badge and expecting special treatment. How does that look like to everybody in this environment right now? It doesn't look good. Grab him. >> What do you want me to do? What do you want me to do? Why are you still over talking? I'm sorry. We're going back. I'm sorry. We're going over here. Yes. What is wrong? your daughter's name. >> Despite the profanity laced threats and the physical altercation, Justice Mark Rasanti's political influence seemed to cast a long shadow over the scene as the night ended in a way that left many questioning the system >> because as soon as we called 911, we came back from walking the dog. All three of them came out on the porch going, "You got enough problem with, you know, where we parked the car. What do you Why don't you call the police?" And I'm like, "We already did." So, I'm calling the cops. You know, I I called the police already before I even took Fredo for a walk. It's on 911. I called District first. It's kind of called 911. I didn't want to freaking have a confrontation. I just said, "I hit parking." I go, "Bri, I'll have a parking guy come down here, look at it, and they'll put a ticket on the car." No sooner am I taking the dog in the house cuz Fredo can't like really walk. They were outside walking to the street. Maria was on our side of the street like I can hear swearing and when I come out back out of the house, she's engaged with the two like a cousin from New Jersey which is her truck and the other girl which is Joe's wife and she was in a freaking choke hole. So I ran over there to break it up. Then Joe pushes me. He has a camera. I'm not sure if it's on or not. I have a ring camera, but it's probably not going to catch it because of a tree. And then he goes to swinging me again. He falls forward across my driveway. So, I'm like, listen to it. I'm I'm just trying to cars blocking your driveways or you just >> No, that the the freaking the the the car is still here. It's like blocking like the driveway apron like when you try to make the turn and the other car is blocking the other apron. They don't like that. I got a permit to expand my apron. But they've been at the city council fighting that now for 5 years. And they're like, "The apron's fine. You got a permit for it. It's fine." And they just don't like that. So they park all their cars on the driveways. >> So you So where's Maria sitting next to you? >> No, she's in another car. I mean, I just the thing that freaks me out is that everything you do is going to be scrutinized because your job. >> Well, Mark, I never mentioned anything about my job or who I was. You could ask any officer. I never mentioned anything like that. All I said was my all I said was >> that's going to be all, you know, that's going to be on. >> Yeah, I I understand that. Listen, I understand that. And you know what? If you listen to the neighbors and neighbors are like telling them what happened. But listen, it for me it doesn't look bad and you know I should have pushed the police officer and when I did I back up and listen I'm really sorry but you don't have to tackle her. You know I mean you know I go I I'm I'm 100% for you guys. I mean I I'm I'm >> we're on the same page with everything. So I'm actually surprised that I'm sitting in the car. I'm surprised I'm sitting in the car. I'm re in the car with what the neighbors I know they said, but we are not the aggressors here. >> Hey, I mean my Mark, my shirt's totally torn. Like my necklace is ripped off my neck. >> I'm sorry. I need my phone. I need my phone. >> I'm sorry. >> The Buffalo police confirmed that while the judge and his wife were detained, they were never technically arrested or charged with the crime for their actions that night. From an entitled judge who got humbled, we moved to another arrogant person with a law degree. Judge Becky Doerty, whose ego finally met its match in a set of standard police procedures. >> And he's got vomit down here in your door. >> 3300 deal. >> Have you been drinking? >> Yes. >> Kidding me. >> Am I Am I kidding about what? >> In February 2019, Brimfield police were dispatched to a report of a vehicle that had veered off the road and become stuck on an embankment. When officers arrived, they found more than just a roadside accident. They found Portage County common please judge Becky Doerty. She seems convinced that her title should dictate how the investigation was handled. >> Hello. >> What? >> Hello? >> Are you okay? >> No, I'm not. >> What's going on? >> Do you know what happened? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What happened? off the road. >> Ma'am, you've got vomit down here in your door. >> 3300 deal. >> Have you been drinking? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you have your ID handy? >> Be back door. The judge. >> From the moment the officers began their assessment, the judge's frustration was evident as they noted signs of impairment and the smell of alcohol. Do's professional composure completely dissolved. You >> kidding me? Am I Am I kidding about what? >> I am absolutely out of my mind with >> You're intoxicated. You >> I am so intoxicated. Like >> you crashed your vehicle. I just made sure to take photographs everything. We wanted to make sure that your vehicle is secure. >> No, but >> we're making sure we're making sure your vehicle is secure before we leave here. What else is your concern? >> Judge Doy was placed in handcuffs and transported to the station where her refusal to cooperate continued throughout the booking process. >> Let me call Lynford. >> Have a seat. >> No. >> Rebecca, >> go. >> Listen, this whole thing is being recorded. Do not do something you are going to regret tomorrow. >> Do me a favor and have a seat so we can do our job. I'm not going to call anybody yet. Okay, we have stuff we have to do. Will you please have a seat? You're trying to walk out the door and you're almost falling down. Can you please have a seat? >> I'm falling down. >> Have a seat. >> Call Larry Libert. >> Rebecca, I will put you in one of the cells if you call now. >> Have a seat. >> Call in now. Call now. >> What can I do for you? >> Drink. >> We just literally told you 10 seconds ago that we're getting you a drink of water. He's out the front right now getting you the glass. >> Not 10 seconds ago. I want drink of water now. Thank you. Call Larry Libert. >> I tried him. He didn't answer. >> Really? >> Do you want the water? The water? >> Yeah, I do. Okay. >> Larry Limbert. >> Okay. >> Larry Lindberg, please. Give me my phone so I can make a phone call. >> Okay. >> Your phone is in a puddle of vomit in your car, which is on the side. Can I finish? which is on the side of the road that you crashed into. >> Yes, >> the tow company is out there trying to get it out. However, it is extremely snowy and slippery out. They are not able to get the vehicle out so far. So, your phone is off the table right now. We don't have access to it. >> No, no, >> no. >> Right there. No, >> no, >> no. Driver's signature. Right there is where you need to sign. >> You signed in the wrong spot the last paper. We're trying to correct it here. >> I'm not going to correct anything. I'm a witness. >> Okay. You're not a witness. Okay. You're just We're just going to put refuse to sign. >> Okay. Right. >> I've got your signature on the other one, so it's clear that I read it to you. You just signed in the wrong place. >> No. No. That's not how it works. >> Okay. Well, it was that was recorded on body cam footage. So, >> Judge Becky Doerty was charged with OVI and sentenced to 180 days in jail along with a fine of $1,075. That judge found out the consequences of trying to bully the cops. While the next person, Judge Christina Peterson, found out the hard way that her authority had limits, too, after she tried to take on law enforcement. Record. >> Record. Record. Please. >> Who was beating on that lady? >> You. >> You beat on that woman. >> Take me where you need to take me. I'm not scared of you or jail. Please take me where you need to take me. No. I could give a the last person to ever try me like this. 30 days later. I pray for you. >> Don't touch me. I got it. I can walk on my own. Don't touch me. >> On the 20th of June 2024, police officers responded to a disturbance outside a restaurant. What should have been a routine deescalation quickly turned into a scene of pure entitlement. The officers were just doing their job when a woman began shouting at them and security refusing to calm down. That woman was Judge Christina Peterson, someone who clearly believed her title made her untouchable. I'm on my own and it's on me. >> Oh my god. SHE PUT A HAND. >> SHE SAID JEALOUS. >> GO GET my punch. >> JUST PUNCH THE COP. >> NO, I DID NOT. >> GO GET MY PURSE. >> I have your stuff. >> Thank you. Thank you so much. >> You're welcome. Officer, back up. Back up. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. She was pushed. >> I didn't push. >> No, I DIDN'T. I DON'T PUSH. >> NO, I did not. >> No, I did not. >> YOU ARE PUNCHED. TO ME. >> OKAY. >> HEY, >> are you serious? >> What I don't understand is the guy WAS PLAYING. >> HE PUSHED that lady. >> He pushed that girl. >> Record. Record. Please record at Please. Are you serious? >> She was trying to help out the girlfriend. He was talking. He was putting >> I was getting slugged by >> record that record please. >> Please just take it to the >> And he took off my >> You told him to record you. >> I said >> okay. Officer, >> did you get THEM YOUR NAME? >> NO. Christina Peterson. >> No. Where's my Where's my purse? >> I got everything. >> Thank you. >> Officer, can you tell me what happened? >> She was trying to help another girl. >> As her friends tried to defend her behavior, Peterson crossed the line, striking an officer in full view of witnesses. >> She was trying to She was trying to help another girl that was fighting. A man was beating a girl. >> Please don't arrest her. >> Nobody did anything. That's dude >> because a guy was beat. >> That's it. That's it. That's it. >> That's my friend.
