Back up. [Music] You don't leave, you're going to get arrested as well. You go over there. On July 2nd, 2023 in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, Corporal Adam and Officer Rachel would conduct a traffic stop on a motorcycle operator Yeshira for not wearing proper eyewear and driving without a license. However, things would quickly escalate beyond what they could predict from a normal traffic routine. Good channel here, Lens of Law Police Body Cam video. So, I'm It sounds familiar. I think we've done a video from them before. Sam likes this one. Everything looks good. So, we're going to see if we can do this one, too. Body Cam Bingo. It's time for this. So, this is a new card. We just made it. So, we changed We switched some stuff around. We added complaints about handcuffs and records with phone. So, we don't know We don't know how these are going to go, but we mixed up some tiles here and we're going to see how it how it looks. Let's check this out. Turn it off, please. I like it. Turn the bike off, please. I must begin English. Okay. Let's put the kickstand down and step off the bike, please. Because I'm asking you to. Because I'm asking you to. I'm asking you to step off the bike, please. Please step off the bike. Give me an ID. Do you have a driver's license? Do you have a motorcycle endorsement? No, okay. [Music] So, you learn about motorcycle laws when you go through a motorcycle class to get your motorcycle endorsement. So, knowing that you have to have eyewear on a motorcycle is pretty much universal. I think it's everywhere. It's certainly here in Arizona and apparently also in Wisconsin. I don't know anywhere where you don't need some sort of eye protection. I mean, a bee, a bug, a stone hits you in the eye, you're done. You're off your bike. It just It's It makes so much sense to protect your face while you're driving down the road. I But, you learn those things in school, which she didn't go to, which is the entire problem. Okay. Hey, hey, hey, hey. You guys need to leave. She needs to leave. Yes. They're not involved in this. No, boy. What's your last name? What's your last name? I want to see where this is going. Back off. What do they think is going to happen? Let me see your hands. Entering the scene was Charlie, Yeshira's boyfriend and the registered owner of the motorcycle. Back off. No. Back off. Back off. Back off. Back off. Back off. Back off. I'll take that and no the law. No, my rights no the law. Back off. Back off. Back off. Back off. Back off. That dude needs to go. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Back off. You wouldn't wait to buy fire insurance until your house is already burning, right? So, why wait to help protect your money? I'm sure you're aware, but things are looking pretty dicey out there. You'll see here that it looks like some of the other crowd is trying to protect that female after she aggravated assaults a law enforcement officer. So, and they look like they're trying to pull her away and the officer ends up taking control of her. But, if there were enough officers there, those people would go to jail, too. Cuz you don't just get to try to harbor someone from being placed under arrest. That's That's not how this works. And they were as complicit in this crime as she was because they're trying to eliminate the possibility of her being taken into custody for the felony that she committed. So, they needed to go, too. There just look like there were only two officers there. They're doing the best they can. It's really a tough situation to be an officer safety-wise when you're surrounded by people who one, don't speak your language and two, obviously don't like you. So, that's a tough situation for those guys. You're going to jail. Going to jail. STAY BACK. BACK UP. RACHEL, STAY BACK. BACK UP. Back up. All for the simplest of motor vehicle violations. She's in custody for battery to law enforcement. Unbelievable. [Applause] [Music] Listen to all that He's still fighting me. You're not being easy, Bobby. You ready? Still fighting. What did they think was going to happen? [Music] Look at this chick with an attitude problem. What Why you hit me, bro? Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. Thought that guy just smothered him. Good check for circulation. You don't leave, you're going to get arrested as well. YOU GO OVER THERE. GO OVER THERE. BACK UP. Everybody out. Right now. Back up. Man, you want to talk about people being disrespectful. I don't think she's doing anything to you. SHUT your mouth. Shut up. The subtitles should just be curses in Spanish. Go over there. Go over there. You have 5 seconds or you're going to get arrested, too. Go. Go. Go. Both of these people, both the initial suspect on the motorcycle and her boyfriend, obviously they're not from the United States. I think that's fair to say that English isn't their primary language. They probably weren't born here. Wherever their country of origin is, probably somewhere Central South America. If you did this to a law enforcement officer, I think there's a greater probability you'd be beaten within an inch of your life. And that's how you learn. I think that's how people down in places like Thailand and Singapore, that's why they don't have the crime that we do. It's because they beat people. Now, we have the Constitution and we're required to stay within those boundaries and I I absolutely agree with that, also. Obviously, being in a constitutionally mandated department, abiding by the Constitution is a big deal. However, when you are actively assaulting law enforcement and then continue to be mouthy and mouth off, not showing any sort of remorse or regret for what you did, there's a problem there. And I'm glad that these officers dealt with that problem. All right, let me go We'll pick it up. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> What a child. What a child. [Music] Upon arrest, both Yeshira and Charlie were transported to the Milwaukee County Jail separately. What what happened? That motorcycle's gone. [Music] What problem? [Music] WHAT? YOU KNOW ENGLISH, BRO. [Music] WHAT HAPPENED? NO. [Music] I DON'T care if you are blonde-haired, blue-eyed from Southern California, you're you live in San Diego, or if you are a human being born in some other portion of the world, anywhere but the American United States. If you act like this, the United States would be better if you're not here. And that doesn't matter if you were born here. If you act like this and you have such a obvious disregard for the law, the United States would be better if you're not here. And that applies to these people, too. I I I just I have such disdain for everything that I just watched here. What what happened motorcycle? We towed it. I not speaking English. A tow company. Impounded. No no Bro, not speaking English. Motorcycle legal my my name. What problem motorcycle? But but a what? Me no English. What What problem? WHAT WHAT PROBLEM? WHAT? YESHIRA WAS found guilty in court of battery and resisting or obstructing an officer and was sentenced to serve 9 months in a house of correction and be on probation for a year. Charlie was charged with resisting an officer. However, it is not clear if he was found guilty or innocent. >> Body cam bingo, kind of a flop on this one. The only one I figured out was the I know my rights, I know the law, some sort of something like that. If I spoke Spanish, which I do not in any way that would be useful, I probably could have got some more squares on this one. I was just kind of kind of out of luck because I I certainly have no proficiency with that language. So, nobody nobody won camera bingo, but there's always next time.
