ma'am
are you in there Columbus Police
[Applause]
[Music]
the purpose of today's video is to show
that not everyone is meant to be the
police
there are people out there who can pass
a hiring exam they can pass a background
check and make it to the academy and
pass the test at the end but are not
meant to be the police being a police
officer isn't as simple as being told
what to do it has a lot to do with a
person's mindset and this is not
something you can teach in a classroom
for today's video you'll be watching an
officer in field training phase respond
to a call of a burglary to a vacant
structure a person called 9-1-1 saying
they observed a female climb in through
the rear window of a vacant building
this officer is being observed by a
field training officer and is expected
to demonstrate that they understand
everything they've been taught
this officer demonstrated that they are
unable to do the job
and they are no longer
a police officer
hmm
kittens
good are you guys
