On May 11th, 2024, officers responded to a hotel following reports of a guest causing a disturbance. Okay, we like these. Even though this video happened in Florida, we got it off of the site NY Detective. So, obviously, they got some good stuff. Check them out. They were arguing. They pushed each other back and forth. We got them to separate. Um, I want them both. Hello. How you doing, sir? my partner up here. What's going on? There we go. Huh? Nothing. How you going to get back in your room? We're lost. Okay. Why is there aggression and [ __ ] What do you mean aggression? Like why is all this? Cuz you're trying to figure out what's going on. I My kids went missing. Okay. And I tried to because you're drunk. The last people that were with my children, which is my best friend down the hall. Okay. and his kids wouldn't say where the last place they saw my children. Okay. So, I kind of lost my trying to understand where the my kids went cuz they were with her kids the last time I saw them. Okay. So, my kids are now here. We're all good. So, can we just go to bed? Okay. So, on behalf of the staff of the hotel, they don't want you here anymore. I'm sorry. They don't want you here anymore. They don't want me here anymore. Number earlier before we got here is done with. Okay. So, let you know what's going on. All right. So, we we got to go 11:00 at night. Then, can he go and can I stay here with my kids because they told they told me everybody. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me, Josh? What the I'm right here, sir. I lost. Well, probably cuz you're drunk. Like to be fair. Can't even make eye contact. Hey, hey, hey. Oh, you're not doing Okay. Come on. Come on. What are we going to Where are we going? I don't want to go over there. Why Why are you so aggressive with me? Because you're making me leave. We have a cheer competition tomorrow morning. A cheer competition? Find another place to stay. Relax. I've spent a lot of times in hotels. Um, and hotels are there to make money and they want your money. The last thing they want to do is kick this guy out, get some sort of negative review, whether it's on Yelp or Trip Advisor or whatever, um, and then him going to the cheer competition and bad mouthing the hotel. That's the last thing they want. So, his actions before the officers got there and before we have video evidence, I guarantee they were terrible. um and so disruptive that that hotel went, you know what? We're going to forego whatever money um you know that we're going to make off of him and all of the the issues that are going to come from this because all of that is worth not having him on our property anymore. So, think about how egregious his actions must have been. Um, he's just and I'm sure it's alcohol induced and I'm sure that you know sober that guy's probably a nice guy and he's probably a a very just animated cheer dad probably there cheering on his daughter and or maybe son we don't know um you know in the competition but after a couple too many whatever he was drinking he's probably drinks IPAs they're terrible um his actions change and uh and it made this hotel say no we don't want your money Please leave and never come back. Stop. No. We're going to stop. Don't Don't approach me. I'm approaching video. Okay. Don't approach me. Go, baby. Stop. We're going to go somewhere else. Honey, be quiet. This is the stupidest I've ever heard in my life. Stop. Calm yourself. I calm. I lost my kids and this turned into a You got to go. Bull. Stop. Cuz you're a [ __ ] voice. We're going to leave. It's fine. I'm sorry. Okay. It's got to go. Okay. Yeah, he's okay. Yeah, we're okay, bro. Go ahead and start packing up. We're going to pack our and we're going to go. Yeah. You want to watch? No. You want You want to watch you [ __ ] clown? What a cordial human. Come on, sweet. He should have had one less margarita. Can we have like 20 minutes or so? 20 minutes for us. No firearms on firearms. Just I'm sorry. From [ __ ] DC like in her place. I I've met them here from like Oh my god. I came here like forever. I lost my kids, bro. I was freaking out cuz I lost my kids. Maybe you should have less margaritas. Have you ever lost your kids before? No. I have. No. So, you don't know how it feels and you don't know what it would take mentally. I don't know if that's the mountain you want to die on. Hotel. Huh? Man, pack your stuff. Pack your stuff. We're not going to be here all day. Okay. I'm sorry. Like, they're recharged for like this whole entire state. So, once we get downstairs, they we'll figure everything out. Okay. This is a terrible cheer dad. A guy I work with is a cheer a full-blown cheer dad. Um, travels to competitions, dresses up, like he lives the cheer dad lifestyle. Um, and like there's a lot that goes into it. There's a lot of money. There's a lot of preparation, a lot of travel. So, I know a little bit about like the competition lifestyle as it comes from dads. And this guy is making his life exponentially harder um by acting the way he acted both before the cops got there and after. Respect yourself, please. I work with a cheer dad. That guy's awesome. Not like this. Can you just shut the up? I I can't. If you want to start helping I I know, but like I I'm sorry. I have really bad anxiety and like I just I can't [Music] You don't need a you don't need a watch. No, you don't. You actually said do you want to watch here? It's my children and myself. I don't know. Josh, stop. Josh, can you just Josh and Even the kids? Even the kids know better. Please. I hope I hope I'm I'm wasting a lot of Orlando PD tax dollars. Bulls. [ __ ] boy. Your daughter's calling your name. [ __ ] boy. Here we go. [ __ ] boy. What a great example on how to treat law enforcement to your kids. That was fast. At least he has a shirt on. Is he from Texas? You want to hold my hand? You want to hold my hand, boy? This is why I keep building my anxiety. Get behind me. What's up? Don't get behind me. This is going to go south. I love it. I was born before you. Smarter than you. Don't look at me. Don't judge me. I lost my kids, dude. I lost my I lost my I lost my and time to go. Oh, I got this on a buddy. A You're probably regretting that. I lost my You can talk BS to the cops. Um, we can't be the victim of disorderly conduct if just by saying mean words to us. It's our job to take that to a certain degree. Here, not only is this guy talking aggressively, but he appears to move towards the officer in order to give the officer space. The officer puts his hand out to increase that space. And when cheer dad here smacks the officer's hand away, which is the battery or the the assault on law enforcement, that's when things go south. Um, as they should because one, you don't get to come up on me aggressively. Um, because it could be interpreted as an act of aggression as it was here cuz he's already displaying all those pre-fight indicators. And then you don't get to touch me. That's just like I it might not be fair, but life's not fair because some people have hair and I don't. Like it's life's not fair and no one cares. Your family instead you want to act a fool. That's fine. I'm not acting a fool. Um you you were the one that's acting a fool. I'm I'm okay. I'm not aggressive at all. That's that. I ain't aggressive at all. Oh, I love it when this happens. It's like immediate repercussions. Thanks, Orlando PD. It's good solid work right there. Dr. That's right. Got it. You feel? Yeah. It's only so much run in your mouth or you cross that line. Take them out. In the DUI world, very often if there are kids in the car, obviously they're watching their mom or dad. They see us ask him out of the car. They're watching field sobriety tests. And at some point, we're placing mom or dad on under arrest, placing him into custody um while the kids are there. And it's just terrible. It's terrible when the kids like are screaming out the window and they're yelling and crying. Um it's just it's a bad scenario. We a lot of times we'll try to mitigate that by maybe taking mom or dad back behind one of our vehicles or trying to take him out of sight of the kids. Sometimes you can't. Um, and especially when mom or dad instigate the arrest process by speeding it up by assaulting law enforcement. So, it's it's not the most ideal scenario. No, but there's also no other way for law enforcement to handle that when their hand is forced by the actions of a suspect. So, um, you know, at least mom was there and mom could take the kids and and, uh, you know, take them out of the situation. But ultimately, just like everything else I talk about on this channel, the suspect's refusal to listen to law enforcement was the catalyst for everything here. And if he just would have shut his mouth and left, none of this would have happened and he would have made the cheer competition. Those officers are pretty stout. Hey, your ass down. We'll tell you when to get up. I'm sorry. I thought No, stay your ass down. Now you're going to do what we tell you to do. Here we go. Sitting down. Sitting down. Real pretty. As far as I remember, you pushed me first. Hold that up. Sometimes it just couldn't happen to a nicer guy. You want that one or is that one good? Yeah. Hold on. Thank you, sir. Double lock. You all right? Double locking is a good idea. You good? I'm all right. Yeah, bro. Cheer dad goes down. When you're in state and you get arrested at your house or down the block from where you live, you at least have like you know where the roads are. Like when you go to jail, you know where the jail is. You have a support system. When you're out of state and he was wearing a Texas shirt, so he might have been from Texas probably and then goes to a cheer competition in Florida. When he gets out of jail, he has nothing. I mean, if his cell phone's dead, he's got no phone. He has no idea where he is. He's in a totally new city. Everything, all the complications are extrapolated because of this. Like, you think about how bad it is. And then it's bad and then you don't know where you are. And it's bad and you don't have any communication. It's bad cuz, you know, your wife's at a cheer competition and you have no one else to call for a ride. Like, all of these things get worse and worse. Um, so this guy is not only in bad shape, but he's even in worse shape because he's out of town and all because he made bad decisions. And here we are power. He was charged with battery, disorderly conduct, and battery on a law enforcement officer.
