Officers were dispatched to the airport after receiving reports of an intoxicated individual. >> All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope. I'm a 25-year veteran of Sheriff's Office out here in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. We are checking out a video by the goat of airport videos, NY Detective. They're great. We use them all the time, and I'm sure this one's going to be good, too. While we're checking out this video, we're going to be doing some body cam bingo. We're using card number five. If you want the whole set, go to bodycambingo.com, pick whatever you want, we'll get it over to you. But, for right now, let's check out this video. >> Hi, [clears throat] love. She had a little too much to drink, driver. She had a little too >> I didn't have anything to drink, you >> She had a little too much to drink, though. >> I'm trying to get my flight through. Give me a lift. Because I didn't have the funds to pay for my baggage, and then I got the funds, and now they're like, "You're being [ __ ] to me." >> Okay. Okay. Have they rebooked you for a later flight yet? >> No. >> Okay. >> They said they can get me on a 2:00 p.m. flight. >> So, that's a decision that they can make, okay? Cuz the airlines, just let me explain, okay? The airline's responsible for everyone's safety, your safety, all the other passengers on board. >> That's why I'm booking my bag, dude. >> Okay. But, they can deny anybody boarding at any time for any reason. >> to have me sleep here yesterday? >> I can't I can't control that, okay? They're a private company, they're a private business. I'm just here to maintain the peace. Whether or not it's fair or not is >> Life's not fair, sweetheart. >> I don't think we're going to. >> You can stay here. They're going to rebook you for a later flight. >> they won't let me stay overnight. I tried. LIKE, I HAD MY FLIGHT BOOKED YESTERDAY. And then it was >> We will let you stay >> Who books their flight a day before? >> You can't stay inside the concourse overnight. >> So, if you have to go to the airport and check a bag, you're talking to the staff of the airline. Don't have your airport beers before you actually make entry into the airport. Like, you need to be sober during the checking in process. And then get through security, which you also need to be sober for. Then you go and find your gate, so you know where you need to go. And then you find a restaurant somewhere close by that has good food and a bar. You sit down, you eat, you have a drink. That's the sequence when you get to the airport. She has absolutely butchered this sequence of events. And now she's dealing with the repercussions because she got things out of order. >> Please, can I sleep outside? >> You can stay in the terminal in the public area in the terminal, okay? But you you won't be able to remain inside the secure area. Okay? But let them rebook you so you can get out of here. I know. >> Please, just let me let me go today. >> That's not a determination I can make. That's a decision that United Airlines makes. >> I'm just trying to leave. >> I understand that. >> And I'm going to cause less problems if I leave. >> I don't want you to cause any problems. >> I know, but I won't cause less problems if I leave. >> That's not something I can decide. You're flying with United, they're rebooking you. >> I will cause less problems if I leave. Then what? Do you want to rebook me so I can stay around for longer? You like my presence that much? >> You're not going to stay right here. >> No one likes your presence that much. >> your presence, but I think that you could be a very nice person if you choose to I don't like your presence the way you're acting right now. You're not going to be like that. No, you won't. >> It's such a mom response. I love it. >> Because I'm an [ __ ] Because I'm being an [ __ ] >> You're making a decision. >> Is that a law? >> You're choosing to act like this. >> It is a law. >> It's a law. >> Listen, I'm not here to quote the law. >> What's the law? What's the law? Anti-asshole law? >> This is their leased space. They're a business operating. They do not have to serve you. I understand that, but if you want I know >> I know but you want to get to Philadelphia correct? >> Yes. >> Did you know that Medicare is about to cover some GLP weight loss drugs? And maybe that's not your thing. But what is? There are all kinds of Medicare plans across the country and navigating them is confusing. That's why I wanted to tell you about this video sponsor Chapter. Millions of seniors are on the wrong Medicare plan and they don't even know it. Again, it's completely free so you really have nothing to lose. >> And I'm not allowed to be smart with them. >> to me. Do you think that if I I didn't say it was the law. What I'm saying is that if you're trying to get something do you think it's a good idea to be rude to them? >> are too easy. People are too easy. Like these people are too easy. >> them to rebook you or not? >> Yes. Okay. I want to I want to get on my original flight. >> They're not going to That's not going to happen. It's like >> He's picking his nose and rubbing it in his hair. >> Shouldn't you take a different mode of transportation or you can >> I want my money refunded for that. >> Okay. >> I want it refunded. >> That's something that United has to take care of okay? >> and then for $400. We'll refund everything. It'll go back to your original form of payment. >> I know. Yeah. Okay. >> But then you're we're not rebooking you on anything. You're going to be responsible for finding your own travel. Due to $400. >> I will cancel your reservation if that's what you're asking me to do. >> refund the $400? >> Your refund and then that will go back to your original form of payment. >> Thank you. >> Okay, and then you're done with United. >> All right, I'm not flying United anyway. I fly Southwest. >> Okay. >> I have like this because of that. First of all. >> I fly Southwest. Come on. >> I understand, but we want you to get to where you're going, okay? >> I want to get to where I'm going, too. I really do. And I would fly United if that's like all it is. Like >> Well, well, they're working on getting your receipt for your refund and then I would just you can try >> know. I know. We have some other airlines that fly to Philly. You got Frontier. I don't know if Southwest flies direct from here to Philly. They don't. >> because I have the points and I have the the credit card. >> I do, too. I try with them and see if they can book you somewhere. >> No, Southwest only flies like once a day. >> So, we can see what >> So, now the >> else is available. >> Send the receipt to Jennifer. Jennifer I've I've I've had enough. I need you to stop yelling at me. >> Listen, they're working on it. >> I'm going to go in the back because from a different printer we can uh print you a copy. >> I love it. I love that lady's like, "Don't yell at me." Yeah. They're trying to help you, all right? >> not. If they were trying to help me, I would be on this plane. >> Unfortunately, that's not a decision I can make. I'm sorry. I don't know what what all goes behind that. I just know that they're allowed to rebook or deny boarding whenever. >> You look like you get dick every day. You look like you have soft screws. You don't pleasure your wife at all. I bet you don't even have No, you got the rubber band. What, you're military? This is the face of a man that cannot pleasure his Sorry, got to say >> Wow. >> That's why he's causing issues in the house. With the children, too. You know what I mean? >> I would rather you not. >> You want me to leave. >> She's throwing some insults at the officer who we can't see but looks like it's standing next to the guy whose video we're watching. No one cops don't care about anything that you say to us. Um it's not the first time that someone has said anything. I guess through the course of a career people throw insults at you all the time. It doesn't matter. We don't care. We literally people get to talk smack to me and then I get a paycheck. Officers are all the same like we don't care. You can literally say anything. But all it's doing is further digging a hole and is a great especially with body cam. It's a great exemplar of what a terrible person you are. And when we get to show that to a jury, we get to show it to a judge, all of that becomes evidence that you're terrible. So all she's doing is digging herself a hole and she's got a big shovel. >> You having a ticket to fly out is nothing to do with us. But if you cause because you were causing a disturbance at the ticket counter. You were yelling and shouting. So we're just here to make sure everyone's okay. I understand that but I understand that's how you feel. >> Sure it was you. >> We have to make sure everyone stays safe. What I'm telling you is that if you is that Please don't go there. >> What am I going to do that? >> What I'm saying is that if you cause more issues later Okay, that has nothing to do with this. What I'm saying is that if you continue to cause issues later here in the terminal Great. >> What? >> [snorts] >> Trust me they don't want to talk to you. They don't want to talk to you. It's a receipt, idiot. >> [laughter] >> So, it's going back to them. Privacy. Okay. No, you're going to go over to the green chairs, okay? You can give a call from somewhere else. Always 2%. It seems to be a common occurrence with people that I personally arrest having sub-5% energy in their phone. Like battery life, I see it all the time. 1%, 2%, 3%. I don't understand how people go through life like that. Right now, my phone 96% cuz I charged it on the way here. Like a normal person. I don't go around with my battery just about to die. Just in case I need it. This chick is going to need her phone. She needs to call for help. She's in a city she doesn't know. Apparently, she hates everyone there. Apparently, she hates everyone there that's white. Which in Fort Myers, there's there's a lot of those people down there. Um she's just terrible and she is not planning well for what's going to happen to her in the very near future, which is probably needing a phone to call someone to help with bail. I don't know what's going on here. >> It's been a long day. >> See it all the time. >> What's with her? Do you want her here anymore? >> No. >> Okay. Ma'am. They no longer want you here. They're finished doing business. If you continue to stay here, you're going to go to jail for trespassing. >> You don't want that. Trust me. >> to jail. >> You don't want that. Trust me. >> She says those magic words, "Take me to jail." Which I love when people say that because I can make that wish come true. Like you're if this is make a wish, I'm going to you're going to end up in the the bed and breakfast owned by the county. Um she doesn't understand that this officer is unbelievably nice. Like this guy has great patience and ultimately, he really doesn't want to take her to jail. Like he would rather just hang out at the airport, not have to do the booking paperwork, not have to drive her down, and listen to her mouth more. Like he would absolutely rather not take her to jail and I I understand that. I there's been times in my career where someone says that, you know, when it's close to the end of your shift or you've got something going on and you just don't want to take you don't want to make that wish come true. But the way she's going, she's pushing her limits. >> All you have to do is leave their least space. You can make whatever phone call you need to make over in the green chairs. There's chargers for your phone. You can handle all your business over there. I'm trying to work with you here. >> No, yeah. You are the only one that's trying to work with me and I can appreciate that. And this Can you do this? >> Oh, what are you? 65? >> Sorry that your youth taking you. My youth has been fabulous. >> Oh, no. I mean it's >> She's a protected class. >> Bag? Oh, that is my bag. I thought they were going to check it for me cuz I was going to go on the flight. >> Why would they check it for you? >> Nice day. >> I know you're upset. >> Shut up. >> you're upset. I'm trying to help you. >> I don't have anywhere to go. >> If you keep yelling and causing a disturbance, we're going to have to take you. >> Take me to jail. Take me to jail. >> You don't want that. Lower your voice. >> You don't get it. Hello. And you make it hard for me. All you do is like hate on me. >> I'm over you. >> You. Yeah, she figured out figured it out. You. What do I do? >> Do you want us to give you a ride somewhere? >> I don't have anywhere to go. >> Okay. >> I need you to listen. Quiet. >> Listen. That's not going to happen. Trying to help you, okay? But you need to help me so I can help you. >> you to listen. Quiet. That's all you're going to do. Are you trying to help me or not? >> So I know I understand that. >> Stop looking at me. >> Stop. Relax. >> They keep looking at me. >> This is it. You're acting like a child. >> Yeah, stop looking at me. I've shoot you. >> Stop looking at me, Swan. That's it. We're done. >> a gun on me. >> Relax. Good. >> That was good. >> Lower your voice. Lower your voice. >> I like it. Since we're at 12 20th Street. Try that one. >> Look over the door. Yeah, I got a car coming. >> Stop looking at me, Swan. >> Stop looking at me, Swan. >> I'll get the rest of the stuff. >> Grab all my [ __ ] >> We're two forever. >> Two. >> We're two. >> This way. >> At least I'll be able to cop drugs in jail cuz I don't know where your drugs are. That way. That way. Oh, first brown people I've seen here. Everybody's all white. >> I know. It's so >> It's you, right? >> We weren't there. We weren't there. >> You're ugly as hell. >> Wish I had a race car. Swan. Look at yourself when you're when you're in jail. You can decide. Especially tomorrow >> I'm not trying to be hot for you, mother I think that's all your charges against me. I don't see Okay, is that all my [ __ ] >> It's all your stuff. It's not rocket. Do not Do not to play games with me? >> Yeah, I got to do what I do. You got my boobs, too. >> You can catch a felony here in a second. >> Yeah, you got my boobs. You made THE BABY UPSET. HEY, LOOK, SHE'S GETTING ARRESTED. This is going to be you ONE DAY, KID. I CURSED IT UPON THEE. FORT MYERS. OH, YOU GUYS ARE RICH WHITE PEOPLE THAT ARE ENTITLED TO SQUAT. HOPEFULLY I RUINED YOUR VACATION. Hopefully I did. Hey, you, too. >> Fort Myers. >> Yeah, let me stick my dick IN YOUR MOUTH. I GOT A FAT TOO. NICE. >> Is he really that childish? >> 7 in, 8 in. >> Oh my gosh. >> You want my dick in your mouth, don't you? >> You are so childish. >> You got pretty lips, too, mother All right, what are you, like Dominican? >> Nothing sharp in here, are there? >> No, it's my gun. I know, that's what I got arrested for. I'm going to shoot you, right? I'm going to get like I'll get like bailed out immediately. >> Oh my side. Hey, you're turning me on. Stop officer. >> All right, you can talk your time. >> No, he's ugly. I don't [ __ ] with him. You're hot though. >> Not really. >> Can you imagine watching this video when you're sober? >> None of you are hot. >> She was charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place and causing a disturbance. >> All right. >> She was crazy, but not crazy enough to get any squares on card number five. So, she just she said all of the wrong things and nothing right to get on the card. So, better luck next time. The best luck you can have is become a subscriber.
