this guy got pulled over for nothing the cop said it was about a suspended license from months ago when he had arrested the driver but this stop was for no violation or current issue the driver knew this was unlawful so what happened when the guy stood up for his rights has I've explained it to you before I arrested you months ago for driving on a suspended license I don't know if that's valid or not so right now you're being pulled over un suspected of driving on a suspended license you hand me your license if it turns out to not be true great go on your way that's it write your ticket and let me go byy my business no we're kind of past that at this point okay well call your supervisor we going to see where we go at you shut off the car for me you might want to get it off the road you got me sitting in the middle of the street what if somebody running behind us this ain't safe you're the one that pulled over right here cuz you lit me up for nothing you could have pulled it over there pull me for nothing under advice of my attorney I do not consent to any surgeries and seizures and will not be answering any questions without my lawyer present fine I still need your license to valid traffic stop no it's not cuz I never committed a traffic violation all right put your hands stop your head then I you know I ain't going to fight I'm this is this is practice for me
