This dad wasn't playing around when the CPS rolled up to his doorstep with no warrant, no judge order, and zero proof of danger. So, what did they do? They called the cops instead to intimidate him. But this guy had the perfect answer. Locked and loaded. >> You're going to have to go get a warrant, and then you're going to have to come back with a warrant. And >> so, she can prove to you that she's from >> No, it doesn't matter if she can prove to me. See, this is not the first time. I already had my son taken from me. I had my second daughter I had taken from me. I had to win my daughter back. I fought 5 years for my kids, and they just keep popping up. every somebody gives them a call, they pop up and I'm like, >> she just says she needs to to see your children to make sure they're okay. >> She doesn't need to see my children. >> She's from child protection. >> It doesn't matter where she's from. Does she have proof or paperwork from a judge stating that she has guaranteed access to to go into my apartment? >> She doesn't want to go in. >> It doesn't matter. Does she have paperwork from a judge stating that she has the right to see my kids? You can't come into my house or come onto my property unless I say so. And the only other way you can is to have a warrant. Go get your warrant, go get your paperwork done, and come back. Other than that, you're not. Cuz I already know. I've been through this before. She's going to go. She's going to try to get a warrant. They're going to ask her questions. Oh, well, you basically have hearsay. Hearsay doesn't stick in the courtroom. I know my law. But these people lied in the courtroom under oath stating that I did things and done things that was never done. Understand it's either you use your rights or lose your rights.
