this guy was just getting gas when a cop who had been following him pulled up he had no lights on and no Sirens but what he did have was a barrage of unjustified questions tough luck for him though because our guy knew his rights and didn't back down is there a reason why you're following me I'm just checking on you what do you got going on today I'm getting some gas you feel like you're being pulled over why didn't you get gas at a p.m. when you were there why were you just walking through the parking lot what made you pick this gas station where do you live I'm not going to answer any more questions because I have the right to remain are you on permission I know my rights and trust me you followed me you have no lights on and when I got out of the car to put gas into my car the officer started to walk up to me well why weren't you getting gas ATM because I didn't want to and that's my choice and he is now interrogating me asking me am I on probation which is none of his business because he did not have probable calls to even pull me over to be asking these questions and now he's walking away
