I don't like for pursuits for a couple reasons. One, I'm an old man and it just inevitably you're going to trip on something. You're going to step in a hole. Um there's going to be a barbwire fence at night. Foot pursuits are terrible. There's I can't tell you how many cops I know that have broken their leg, ankle, um you twisted knees, stuff that will never make them right again all because they had to chase someone. Um I I I get it that cat and mouse is a game that we play. I just don't like it. It just it it substantially increases the chances of getting hurt. You know, you jump over a wall, it's different when you're slick, you don't have any gear on, the way you land, just everything. It just everything's bad. I hate them. I hate them just because of the the propensity towards injury.
