It just doesn't look like this officer had it in this particular situation. Obviously, she parked terrible. Obviously, we know that she drove there, but in the court of law, it's not what you know, it's what you can prove. And we just couldn't without video of that. We just couldn't prove it. So, I think that's why they they didn't immediately go for the DUI. Obviously, the officer knows she's impaired. um he just couldn't he couldn't cross that threshold um enough to make an arrest.
