[screaming] >> STOP. >> NO. >> STOP. >> OH MY GOODNESS. >> He's grabbing my feet. I don't like it. >> All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope. I'm a 25-year veteran of a sheriff's office here in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. So, Police Release is a channel that frequents this channel. We've used them before. We're going to use them again right now. We're going to use them while we do some body cam bingo. So, we're using card number one. We sell a set one through five. You can check out our store, order any of our merch, including our bingo cards. So, let's see how how we do with card number one today. >> On March 25th, 2025, airport officers responded to reports of a woman repeatedly calling for assistance inside the airport. >> Okay. >> Hey, how's it going? How are you doing, ma'am? >> The person you're talking to is my dispatcher. >> Oh, hey. Someone's coming here to talk to me. >> Do you mind if I just see the the cup you have? >> Yeah, of course. >> He He already knows. I told him on the radio that I'm here. >> Oh, who should I ask for? >> Uh Sergeant Johnny Harris. >> All right, you can't sit there and drink beer. >> Harris, H A R >> Harris came to help me. >> I think he hung up. >> I'm a beer drinker. Not a lot, but I like an occasional beer. I bet this chick is drinking an IPA. It just It looks like a terrible beer. And that's what IPAs are. It's like licking a pine tree and then taking a bite out of an orange without peeling it. That's That's what drinking an IPA is to me. Just terrible. And but, they do hit you like a freight train. And that's kind of what it looks like here. Like, I bet she's made her way through an IPA or two or three or four. And now now we're here. Now we're in this situation. So, the the lesson learned here is don't drink IPAs at the airport. Drink them at home where you can just lay on your couch and go to sleep when you've had enough. Don't drink them in public. >> So, uh can you tell me what's going on? >> Look how great it is. He just sits down next to her. >> my daughter's stuff and they didn't give me any um anything. >> Like rights? >> Mhm. >> Do you >> Or do you live here? >> Yes. >> Oh. Nashville? >> Uh or surrounding area. >> I don't want to go. I don't want to move. I don't want to go anywhere. I just I want to go back to my daughter. >> And >> You've procreated. >> And I have a son here. >> Okay. >> This is where I'm at. What was your name again? >> Johnny. >> I just want to go home. Like I want to go home to my ex and I want to go home to my daughter. My son lives here in Tennessee. >> Okay. Procreated a lot. >> He wants you back. So, you don't have to like text him or call him or anything. >> Well, I've been >> Well, let's let's >> ask you this? >> You're you're you're not >> Can you see your dress on there? >> What I would like to do is just put that on hold for a second. >> Okay. >> Cuz we we got we got we got called because you called uh Metro or a a mental health line, one of the two. Do you know which one you called? >> I don't know. Your eyes are really pretty. >> Yeah, thank you. I get that a lot. >> That's too distracting. I can't talk to you. >> Yeah. I can I can have Officer Sims step over here if you want to talk to >> Officer Sims? >> Wow. I mean, she might have some pretty eyes, too. So, >> That's pretty as well. >> His eyes are so pretty. >> This is very blue. >> Look at it. They're like ultra blue. >> They are. >> They're distracting. >> Wow. I just wanted to see if this was unlocked. Do you mind if I check your call log? >> Yeah, it's 0827. Go ahead. I'll mind. >> So, you you called it looks like our phone, but you also called 911. Okay. So, what I'm trying to figure out is what's the situation where you wanted to call 911? >> I I know. I just know I had to come back. >> What's the emergency? >> And go back with my ex because my daughter is in California. >> I love to cook and I love sharing with you guys products that I used before they were ever sponsors and that is definitely Chef IQ. So, I've got a personal set, but they just sent me something new and it's for the 4th of July and the 250th anniversary. The probe numbers are 2 5 and 0 for 250. So, today we're going to be doing some pork chops on the smoker and to make sure that they come out perfect, I'm going to be using my Chef IQ. So, we've got three probes and we have three pork chops. So, we're going to set these up right in the middle. Chef IQ allows me to pull them at the exact temperature to make sure that they're delicious, but that I'm also safe. My first probe just hit 140°. So, first probe's ready. I'm going to take that one off. Second probe will be done about 2 minutes after that. >> Probe two, please remove your food from heat. >> That's it. The pork came out perfect. Chef IQ Sense gave me the exact temperature. They're going to be moist and delicious for lunch. If you're looking for a limited edition Chef IQ Sense, you can use code slope. Gives you 40% off at chefiq.com. Get yours for the holiday. >> And I wanted to stay in California. I can't look at him. He's got his eyes are so bright. I can't do it. I cannot look at his eyes. They're too too bright. >> Okay, you can look at me. So, you said your you were your kids in California? >> Yes, she's in California and she wanted to stay and I just want to go home. >> Okay, and where's home? >> Home's in California. >> Home is in California? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Um, do you have a a flight to California? >> No, my flight was to to California was there and now I'm here and so >> Individuals been drinking. She is intoxicated, but currently can't justify 10-15 on it. >> This police department here at the Nashville Airport uses the code 10-15, which is the same code that we use in the agency I work at. And that just means to take someone into custody or someone that's in custody. So you can have a 10-15 or you can 10-15 someone. It just means taking someone or having someone in custody. Um so initially on their initial contact, there wasn't enough to to 10-15 her. So she's just sitting there. Yeah, she's drinking a beer. Um but they're starting asking questions and just observing her general behavior. Um as it goes through and as they have more and more contact and she's just talking crazy babble, it goes and builds the case with more articulable reasons as to when they can 10-15 her for her own safety. Um there's lots of states that have public intoxication. Um some cities will have a city code that's criminal for public intoxication. Um simply meaning that you can't be drunk in public and unable to to care for yourself. Maybe you're vomiting, maybe you're disoriented, maybe you're just too drunk to function. And that give it's a tool for police to take you into custody, take you to jail, let you sober up in a safe environment, and then release you therein. So um that's the case that they're building. So it started out as no, and then I think it's going to go to yes. >> We're going to be working this as a 35 call. We'll update further. >> How old How old are you? >> I'm 24. >> Oh, I'm 24. >> Oh, so we're about we're roughly the same age. But I >> for sure. >> So you you said you just got to court >> Yeah. >> in California. >> It's just too much, dude. Like I can't can't do it anymore. >> Okay. >> Maybe you shouldn't have had kids. >> Like it's it's literally it's going to get me because I can't do it anymore. I just want my daughter. >> Okay. >> I just want my daughter. >> Yeah. >> I want to go to California. >> I want to go to California. I want to like see my daughter and my ex won't let me, but the guy I'm with now won't let me be with my daughter and it's like 2 months. Like I can't be with my daughter, but like if I go back, I can't be with my daughter. But I have a son with him. Like what am I supposed to do? >> So two baby da- two baby daddies two children. >> and get my son and then I can drive back or do I [ __ ] I don't [ __ ] know what to do anymore. >> Stop having children in different places. >> at the same time, but I have this ex who's fighting me on it, but I have this ex who's fighting me. I give up. I'm [ __ ] done. I don't [ __ ] do anymore. I give up. I just give up. I don't know what to do. >> All right. We're going to do our best to help you out. Um >> I just I'm having a real hard time right now. >> Yeah. >> I have two children. I have a lot. >> Yeah. >> And I don't know what to do anymore. I don't have any help. Like I >> How old are your babies? >> 5 months and 4 years. I have >> It's okay. Just take deep breaths. I know you're going through a lot. >> This is and you're stressed. >> You just What do you need? I'm sorry. >> Your ID. >> You've created >> Okay, you're done with it all. This is I'm going to make this blunt. I can tiptoe around it, but I don't want to tiptoe around >> Yeah, you used to mean like I'm not going to >> Right? Yeah. >> No, I'm not going Where's my daughter? >> Okay. >> I used to work on the base on a navy base and all right. I I understand it for sure. >> What did you want? Oh, your driver's license? >> Or a >> Yeah, it's on my purse. Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> So do you have >> family here that can pick you up or anyone that can like a friends or family that can pick you up? >> Where am I? In Arizona. >> Can you tell me where you're at? >> That's a Don't tell me that's a >> No, no, it's just a question. >> No, I'm in Arizona. You're not in Arizona. >> What day of the week it is? >> No, I'm not doing this with you guys. This is a [ __ ] trap. >> It's not a trap. >> This female officer is doing a great job of establishing if the if this this suspect is alert and oriented. Uh in the medical field they call it A and O. Um so you could be A and O times four, which is they're going to ask you four questions that pretty much have to do with um your cognitive function, if you know who you are, where you are. Um they ask questions like, "Hey, who's the president? What date it is?" Things like that just to see and give a baseline of cognitive function. And when she is in Nashville uh and says, "Oh, something about being in Arizona." Like, you don't know what state you're in. You're either you're too drunk to know or you're going through some sort of mental issue that doesn't allow you to understand where you are. Either way, you're probably not good to be on your own and faring for yourself in public. So, that's where all these questions that that this officer is asking, is they're building the case towards can you take care of yourself? >> We're trying to see what we can figure out. >> Yeah, how much we can help. >> Who am I talking to? >> My mom. >> Your mom, huh? Okay. Um hi, this is Officer Sims with Airport Police. So, your mom told me that your husband's here to pick you up. >> Okay. >> Your husband? >> Um so, before we before we get to that point though, um I I have a couple more questions to ask you. So, do you know who the president of the United States is? >> Uh Trump? >> I know you probably had a little bit to drink. Okay, which is fine. All righty. But right now I'm not too concerned with your intoxication. Okay, I'm more concerned just with your mental well-being cuz I know you called distressed and upset, okay? Um which understandably right, cuz you're going through a lot. Um would you be willing to speak to a guidance counselor like on >> Not really, they won't do anything for me. I've already tried. >> Well, you never know. I mean >> I've tried it. I just want to go home, dude. I just >> Yeah, I understand. >> I know. >> Yeah. >> know what needs to be done. Hey, before we move in, we get the ball rolling, can you please take Can you just take a seat? Yeah, you're Yeah, you're good. I don't want to like make you stressed out or anything. No, you're good. You're not stressing me out. I just before we before we try to leave Um well, it shouldn't be too much longer, so I don't want to take too much of your time. But I wouldn't I wouldn't recommend drinking that. >> That's my drink. >> I know, but I wouldn't drink more of it. >> Or you could just >> Does it put the drink >> Girl, how old are you? >> I'm 30. >> Why can't I go >> I know you're stressed. Because we're right now we're trying to make sure you're okay. And you >> And I got to go home like by myself? >> No, you're not going to go home by yourself. That's not what we're saying. That's not what we're saying. Okay. That's weird. >> Where can I go to be back in Cali? I don't like Tennessee. I don't want to be in Tennessee. My ex is trying to get me in Tennessee. I don't want >> Is it your ex or your husband? Cuz I know you got >> Husband, but I don't want to be with him. >> Okay. >> I don't I don't want to be with him. He's forcing me to be with him. I don't want to be in Tennessee. I want to be with my daughter in California. >> Okay. >> Oh my gosh, I'm not going to do anything. I want to be in California with my daughter. >> Listen, you're intoxicated. >> That's fine. I don't want to be intoxicated anywhere else. I just want to be with my daughter. >> It's not fine right now cuz you're not You're not showing that you can take care of yourself. >> I can take care of myself. I just want to be with my daughter. >> It's clearly the alcohol, I think. She She thinks she was or thought she was in Arizona. >> I understand and >> And then they're saying they're [ __ ] about like what she would wear. >> No, no, no, no, no. That's not at all. So, >> Plen- we have plenty of of PC for 15 for 42 right now. Um the question is whether or not she's willing to seek out the medical route. >> I think all of that is alcohol.com. I don't think she She's >> I see your approach in that, but I mean, whatever you decide, I think 15's the way to go. >> Yeah, I know at any point we can >> So, I'm Johnny. This is Hannah. We're We're going to do the best we can to help you out, but you put us you put us in a spot where we have to help you one way or another. So, >> Actually, it looks like an Arizona driver's license. >> Here's >> manipulate you and he's going to convince you to >> I'm I haven't talked Just listen to me for a second. I want you to knock that over. I'm going to move it over here. So, I want I want you to just listen to me. I'm not talking to your ex. >> But I have a son. >> to you. I'm talking to you. I'm not talking to your son. I'm not talking to your daughter. >> So, what do I do? >> Our options are you're obviously going through a bunch of emotional things that we can't help you with. We can give you advice, but ultimately that's not professional advice and >> So, what do I do? >> You have two options at this point. Talk to Mobile Crisis on the phone. You can request to go to the hospital. >> my son? Can we Can we get on a plane and go home? >> Mhm. Unfortunately, no. >> Or I can get my car >> No one wants you to can find space for hours. >> You're too drunk to drive. >> You said talk to Mobile Crisis. >> Talk to Mobile Crisis. See what they can offer you. Or B, you can request to go to the hospital. We can get you a ambulance ride to the hospital, but the only reason why that you would want to go to the hospital is if you want to seek out mental health. >> I don't want to go home by myself. That's all I know. >> Well, that's enough. >> I'm going back to California today. So, it's either the hospital or we're going to have to >> Or jail. >> So >> I don't really care. Like I just want to go back to jail. Huh? >> How many drinks have you had? >> Probably three. Before that, I had a year and I had 15 months clean. >> Would you be willing to voluntarily go to the hospital? >> Uh for what? For what? Hold on. For what? For what? Hold on. Wait. For what? >> to take for what on the bottom. >> You've You're taking You're on the >> Yeah, and you mixed it with alcohol. >> Of course. >> And you're having a severe and you're going through a lot emotionally. >> Yeah. >> Hospital's going to help you a lot. >> For what, though? Dude, I've been to the [ __ ] hospital. What are they going to >> Yeah. So, go ahead and stand up for me. >> Okay. For what? >> That's why you're Okay. Just relax. Relax. >> Good. >> Oh, no. No. >> Put your hands behind your >> want to know what you have to say. >> No, we've tried to talk to you. >> So, that needs to happen. Okay? >> For what? For what? >> Public intoxication. Do you understand that? >> For what? For what? For what? >> Public intoxication. >> What am I going under arrest for? >> He just told you 1 second ago. >> Hey. >> Got it? >> Hey. Just tell them what I'm going >> Relax. Talk to me. Relax. Okay, I want to stand up straight. >> Public intoxication. You're intoxicated. You cannot take care of yourself. You're on your medication. >> Okay, but I told you guys the truth. I was being honest. >> the truth. I don't understand, but we're in the more in the situation where we cannot find a solution for you and the best choice that we have right now is for you to go to jail to >> No, I want to be next to him. I don't want to talk to you guys. I want to be next to him. I don't understand why you were being like I talked to you. Like I don't understand. >> And we gave you plenty of options and you didn't want to hear it. >> I'm confused. Like why did I have >> Come on. We're going to walk. >> Okay. >> Start walking. You're You're a danger to yourself. You think you're in a different state. You thought you were in Arizona. >> Well, I knew that I landed in Arizona. >> Right. When we deal with people that have been drinking and they don't know where they're at. >> It hurts. I don't like this. >> Right. >> Hold on. I want to I want to be next to Harris. Can I just have him, please? >> Nope. I'm going to take complaints about cuffs. I'm going to do it. >> Where are you? Where are YOU GOING? NO, I WANT HIM. WAIT. I'LL BE FINE. >> LISTEN. Listen to me. You're making this harder. Relax, Harris, okay? So, I trust Officer Sims is going to take care of you. Relax. >> Relax. I'm right here. >> No, you're not right here. >> a ride? Let me share something with you, Harris. Husband is out there sitting outside coming to pick her up. He said take her to jail because I don't feel safe. She always does this and I don't want I don't want her at home. >> Wow. >> She's with him. >> Uh nobody. I'm about to send someone up there. >> I just feel confused. >> Carefully step Take a >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> Step up the wall. >> Even the husband's like, "Nope." >> I said careful. I'm going anywhere. I don't want you to ruin my life. I'm not ruining your Don't worry. You are going somewhere. Your mother What? You like the trip. You're a trip. I'm going with you. No, you're not. Can I sit on your lap, please? >> Nope. >> No, no. No, don't do that. >> Don't do that. >> No, don't do that. I'm not going with you. >> Uh he said to go ahead and take her to jail. >> I'm glad we have his permission to take her to jail. >> Agreed. >> Um >> to go? >> Yes, sir. >> So, we tried to get her as much help as we could. >> Also, that's a small child. >> Get an ambulance out to transport to the hospital for help. He refused everything. >> He refused all that? >> Yes. >> Sounds like husband is there with a a small child, a a small-sized human. And like small humans are a lot of work. I I have a ton of nieces and nephews and when they were all small, like small, carry around, small human size. Um they're a lot of work. Could you imagine wanting a night away from someone who can help you take care of that small human and go, "You know what? I don't need your help. You need to go to jail and I'll take care of the small human on my own." Like that's when you know this woman's got to be She's got to be crazy. He's He's got to just be at the end of his rope and he's like, "Take her to jail. I'll take care of the small human and let her go and maybe get some mental health counseling. Uh she needs She needs a lot. She needs to sober up and she needs to talk to someone professionally. >> Oh, she's going to have to bond out? >> Mhm. Yep. >> I'm not bonding her out. >> Just sign it. >> The Is she Is she going to have a bond or not? >> so normally they kick you out after a day. >> Right. Um they could have a bond or they could not. I don't know. >> Tennessee is not the same state as California. >> All that stuff. Oh, she's drunk. I don't know. Um so Sit over there. >> No, let me explain it to you. Is that okay? Can I explain it to you? I don't trust >> Listen Listen to her. >> Okay, well I trust you. I don't trust you. >> Listen to her. >> Okay. >> Listen to her. All right. I'm going to put this civil on you, okay? >> No, I don't want to leave without you. No, I don't want you to go. >> Relax. >> Stage five clinger. >> Do not kick her. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> I'm going to say, "Don't touch me." ON THE RIGHT. FOLLOW. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. WHAT ARE YOU GUYS TRYING TO DO? I'M DON'T TOUCH ME. >> [screaming] >> RELAX. >> NO, DON'T TOUCH ME. I asked you to take me with you. >> I told you to relax. >> It's not the way it works when you're under arrest. >> No, I don't trust them. I don't trust them. I don't trust them. I don't trust them. >> Stretch your legs. >> Can you call Davian? >> I'M TRYING. AH! STOP. >> NO! >> STOP. >> THEY'RE [ __ ] grabbing my feet. I don't like it. >> Control her. >> The woman verbally threatened the female officer for the duration of the transport to the jail. >> I bet. >> Yeah. All right. We're here. Leave me alone. Don't touch me. >> Relax. >> NO. STOP. I DON'T WANT THIS. NO. I'M NOT GOING TO go anywhere, see? >> Okay, we're going to take you OFF INSIDE. >> NO. I DON'T TRUST YOU. NO. STOP, OKAY? >> YEAH. >> NO. I want to just get this off of me, okay? >> Are you going to stand up? >> I'm going to get it off of you. You going to stand up? >> It hurts. >> Walk with me. >> Okay. I'll walk. Okay. >> I'm going to help you out. I'm going to help you out. I'm going to help you out. You need to HELP ME, OKAY? >> DON'T TOUCH ME. I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO DO ANYTHING WITH HIM. I DON'T WANT TO DO anything with him. I don't want to do anything without him. No touching me. I don't want to go anywhere without him. Don't touch me. I only want him to touch me. Don't touch me. >> Relax. >> Touch me. Let's get inside. >> You understand that it when you're under arrest that you don't get that choice. >> Don't touch me. Relax. Stay seated. >> No. Stop touching me. Don't touch me. >> YOU'RE GOING TO step in piss. >> You would have said that more, you probably wouldn't be in this kind of trouble. >> Don't forget I work for the [ __ ] Navy. Don't touch me. Stop touching me. Stop touching me. I work for the Navy, too. You Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I'm going to make you drink it. You get the I'm going to make sure that you keep your job no matter >> You need to relax. >> All I know is I I work for the Navy. You touch me one more time on the Make sure this [ __ ] goes through. >> Yeah. >> the Navy. don't touch me get your hand off me. >> California is going to stand up for me? >> I just all I'm just trying to put >> We're going to go talk to these lovely people. >> I know that's that's the next step to that. >> I've seen this jail so many times I feel like I know where it is. Public intoxication, resisting stop frisk halt arrest or search and retaliation for past action. She was transported to the county jail where she was booked and processed. According to court records, all three charges were later dismissed and the cases have since been closed. >> We got some good ones. We just couldn't put them all in a line.
