Today on Uncovered. >> Oh, big bad like right in my face in the beginning. >> What's your name about? >> Get back in your vehicle. >> Get back in your vehicle. >> First tell me howing ugly you are and I get in my car. >> Get in the vehicle and close the door. >> Get in the vehicle. Close the door. Oh, that little getting mad. >> So, this awesome video came from Uncovered. It's a great channel. If you're looking for more stuff like it, give them a check out. >> A traffic stop gets out of hand quickly after this deranged woman manages to get control of the situation. >> Get back in the car. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. Get out of the vehicle. >> We're going to get out of the vehicle. >> And think she can bully the young female officer who pulled her over without consequence. >> That's not going to work well. >> Yes. >> Hi. How you doing? Officer Green PD. >> I lose your >> Okay. Well, just hang out for a second. Don't get out of the car. Don't get out of the car. >> What? >> Well, the reason I pulled you over, your license plate light is out and you were moving pretty quick. Were you Were you heading home in a hurry for any reason? >> I'm home. >> Were you heading home in a hurry? Is there an emergency? >> No. >> Okay. Driver's license, handy. >> I'm in the parking lot. >> I saw you on the street. >> Okay, but now I'm in the parking lot. So, ma'am, it's private property. >> Does not matter. It's not a time to argue. >> What a terrible human. This stop happens in Illinois. It's the land of Lincoln, in case you didn't know. Um, but this woman seems to be so hyperfocused on the fact that she's on private property. But when you are seen driving on a roadway on public property, just the fact that you pull into a private driveway, a private parking lot, that doesn't mean that you can't be stopped. Like she is she is so wrong about this that there's not even an aspect of it that she could be right about. Um so she's terrible from the word go and obviously incredibly ignorant as to the way the law works. Um, also she's feels like she's got this home base, like she made it to she made it to her her parking lot of her apartment complex and that she's okay there. But if she was driving recklessly in that parking lot or she was DUI in that parking lot, she never even has to be seen on a public roadway and you can be arrested because there is no home base for DUI, at least in the state of Arizona. And I would imagine Illinois is probably the same way. You don't you don't get to just say, "Hey, I pulled into a parking lot." Uh, you don't get to stop me or you don't get to arrest me. So, that's obviously not the way this works. >> Excuse me. >> Stay in your vehicle. >> Don't touch me. >> That's a lawful command. Do not get out of the vehicle. >> I need your driver's license. >> Hey, let me record it. >> It's being recorded with my body. >> I'm also recording it. You >> may want to record it. >> You're so dumb. >> Okay. >> I'm going to call my husband and come here. >> I would not advise that. >> Oh, well, why not? >> Because we need to finish what we're doing. >> This is my This is my residence. I understand you're harassing me at my residence. >> You're in a parking lot. Um, I'm not >> with your driver's license. >> Okay, hold on. Let me start recording again for the 91y old. >> Man, you had anything to drink tonight? >> I came from work. >> It doesn't mean that you didn't drink anything. >> People drink at work all the time. >> Amy, >> did you have any other type of intoxicating compound? >> Smoke. I came straight from work. >> Okay. Can you give me your driver's license, please? >> Hold on. Wait. Are you in a hurry? >> Well, I've asked you about 12 times. >> Yeah, I'm I'm recording you. >> Oh, god. Wow. Oh, I'm recording you. >> You might want to swing by in an emergency. >> There you go. >> People are just terrible. >> I live here. >> Thank you. Okay, just go ahead and keep yourself inside the vehicle and I'll be right back with you. Okay. >> My husband to come out here. >> That's fine. >> And she's out of the car. >> Ma'am, get back in the car. >> What's your name and badge number? >> Get back in the vehicle. >> What's your name? >> It's a lawful order. Get back. >> Bingo. Name and badge number. >> In the vehicle. What's her name of bad? >> Get back in your vehicle. >> What are you What are you doing? >> Get back in your vehicle. >> Why is this so difficult? >> We're not listening to a lawful order. Get back in the vehicle. >> That's right. >> What am I doing wrong? >> Ma'am, get back >> everything. You're doing everything wrong. >> Live here. This is private property. >> Get back in your vehicle. >> Or what? >> Or you're going to be placed under arrest. >> I live here. >> It does not matter. Get back out here. Can you see anybody? I'm getting harassed by the cops. >> This is the last time I'm going to tell you. >> She's harassing me. Ma'am, get back in your vehicle. >> Get back in your vehicle. >> I live here. It does not matter. Get back in your vehicle. >> From work. What is wrong with you? >> Ma'am, you're going to be placed under arrest. >> What a terrible human. >> Get back in your vehicle. >> Tell her where I came straight from work. >> Get back in your vehicle. >> Who cares where you came from? >> Anybody who >> Get back in your vehicle. >> Come out here. I'm being harassed. >> It's a traffic stop. Your vehicle private property. >> You were not on private property. I don't even >> two people. >> So, I don't know if the general public knows this, >> but I get recorded all the time. Like, I've got a cameraman. I have a Sam. Um I've got a new camera guy. Like, you pull out your phone and you're like, "Oh, I'm going to I'm going to record you." No one cares about that. Like, it doesn't especially these officers. They've got a dash cam. They've got body warn cameras. like it's it she thinks that it's this it's this tool that's going to change the interaction because she has to video it. Well, obviously there's video being taken because we're watching it and it's awesome, but like cops don't care about getting videoed. Like we don't we don't care. No one cares about it. It doesn't it's I mean maybe maybe 15 years ago it was different. Someone was standing there with a you know with a camcorder. It was it was different. You know, the laws were different. Case law hadn't been established yet, but now in 2025, no one cares about it. >> You were not in the vehicle. I've explained everything to her. Think >> she thinks I've been drinking. I came straight from work. >> Ma'am, sir, name and bass number. >> Green 101. Get back in your vehicle, ma'am. >> Get back in the vehicle. >> Get back in the car. >> What's your name? >> Get back in it. >> Get in your vehicle. >> You're one ugly. >> Get in your vehicle. >> What a terrible human. What the [ __ ] am I doing? I came straight from work. >> Get in your car. >> What's the problem? >> It's a lawful traffic stop. >> I don't need to explain things to you. I've explained it to her. >> Public. >> You don't close my door. >> Yes, you need to close the vehicle. >> I'm in my car. >> You need to get in the vehicle and close the door. Why? >> Because it's a safety concern. >> Get in my vehicle. >> It's a safety concern. Get in your vehicle. >> Are you afraid for your safety? >> Get in the vehicle. >> Oh my god. >> Ma'am, I've told you I don't know how many times. This is not an argument. You need to stay in your vehicle and close the door. too crazy. >> This is not an argument. Get in the vehicle. >> I'm not arguing with you. >> Get in the vehicle. Close. >> Get in the vehicle and close the door. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> I'm trying to tell you. You're literally doing everything. >> Get in your vehicle. Close the door. >> I live here. >> I live here. >> You cannot arrest me at my apartment. >> I live here. >> Get in the vehicle. >> No. No. You're going to get >> Get in the vehicle and close the door. the vehicle. >> She's not fully in the vehicle. Get in the vehicle and close the door. >> First, tell me how ugly you are and I get in my car. >> Get in the vehicle and close the door. >> Get in the vehicle. Close the door. I was that little getting mad. >> What a terrible, terrible human being. >> Do anything. I came straight from work. >> I don't know how many times. >> So, you can't come from work and do something? >> I didn't do anything wrong. You're harassing me. >> Get in the vehicle and close the door. >> You're harassing me. >> You are making this much more difficult than it needs to be. >> 100% more difficult. Are you do you have to harass other people? >> You're not going to win. >> Get in the vehicle and close the door. >> What's your name badge number? >> I've already explained this to you. >> Where's your supervisor? >> He's on his way. >> Okay. >> So, you need to get in the vehicle. >> And he's not going to be any nicer than she is. I guarantee it. >> I live right here. >> You're sure you haven't had anything to drink tonight? >> I literally just fell over. I came from work. >> I just got off work. Any other type of intoxicating compounds, weed, pills, anything like that? No, I came straight from work. What the [ __ ] are you talking about? >> What is the reason for your erratic behavior? >> Because you're a stupid [ __ ] that pulled me over at my apartment building. I literally live right there. >> Get back in. >> Don't touch me. >> Get back in the car. >> Don't touch me. >> She just >> Don't touch me. >> I'm under arrest. >> Don't touch me. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> It's a lawful order to get out of the vehicle. >> Now it's time. >> It's a lawful order. You don't You don't touch me. I didn't even touch you. I didn't even touch you. I didn't even touch you. Get back in the car. >> Don't touch me. >> I didn't even touch you. What is wrong with you? >> Here comes help. >> Get close to me, please. >> Are you freaking kidding me? I live here. >> Here it goes. >> Harassing me. I came straight from work. What the is wrong with you? >> Oh, you're going to jail. You're so going to jail. I'm >> not just seeing it. >> Ma'am, I'm not the one making the scene. >> I'm not making a scene either. >> I've given you multiple lawful orders that you are not >> I didn't do anything. I came straight from work. Can you stay in here? >> You're going to jail. >> Pulled her over. No license plate light. She was speeding. She immediately hopped out of the vehicle. I told her she needed to take a seat back in the vehicle. Refused to get back in the vehicle. Then when I tried to explain things to her, she once again hopped out aggress towards me. I told her she's going to be placed under arrest cuz I told her it was a lawful order to remain in the vehicle. She did not listen. Now she won't get out of the car. I wanted to wait till you got here to pull her up. How you doing today? >> What the does it look like I'm doing? That just is harassing me. >> What do you mean? >> I literally live right there. >> She pulled me over in the parking lot. >> Okay, that can happen, too. >> Um, no, it can't. This is private property. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. >> Are you driving on the road here? >> Yeah, but I already I already was >> in the parking lot. >> So, is that is that the safe zone? Is this is once you park in a parking lot, you're good >> once I'm at my house? Yeah. >> That's not true, though. >> That's not true at all. >> You guys to step out? >> Yeah. >> All right, ma'am. My name is Sergeant Green. I'm with the Weaten Police Department in the car, >> sir. I'm not talking to you. I'm not talking to you. >> I'm not talking to you. >> She told me to get back. >> Okay, ma'am. What's your first name? >> You have my license. >> I don't know. I haven't seen you. >> I'm telling you right now to step out of the vehicle. >> Wants to talk to you. >> If you do not step out of the vehicle, I will place you in custody for Thank you very much. Please step to the back of the car. >> Please step to the back of the car. >> God, she's so terrible. >> Fine. >> Okay. >> So, what are we doing? Well, she followed your lawful order when she was your because I didn't do anything wrong. Okay. >> What did What did I do wrong? >> I just got here. I don't know. But obviously, you were pulled over for a reason. My officer didn't just stop you for no reason. She doesn't get Listen, she doesn't get a bonus to make a traffic stop on you. So, you can sit here and play games all you want and be an [ __ ] or you can go with >> Oh, I love that sergeant already. >> You can do this the easy way that doesn't require all this rigomearo. me driving down here at code three because you're being difficult for no reason. >> Name and pass number. >> What's that? >> Name and pass number. >> No, talk to you. >> My name and pass number. >> Okay, you can get all that later. We're working on something. Tell me what you want to do. >> She followed your law. I expressed to her that she was not following mine and she placed under arrest. >> Okay. >> She followed yours. So, if you want to take this at face value that she listened to you, >> do that. It's up to you. >> No, that's fine. Complete your traffic stop and I'll explain to the young lady the importance of listening to a police officer during a traffic stop. >> Hear me out because this could have gone completely different. You could roll your eyes and sigh and do all the [ __ ] The reality is on a traffic stop, whether you think it's lawful or not, you will listen to the police officer when they instruct you to either remain in the vehicle or get out >> or you'll be arrested for obstruction. That's simple. >> You'll be placed in handcuffs. to be dragged to the police department and you'll be photographed and printed and all that BS and then you can explain to a judge why you don't want to follow simple instructions. You can roll your eyes and fidget your feet and do all that [ __ ] and see >> big Sard shows up and he's dealing with this woman. She tends to be she's a little bit more um she acknowledges him a little bit better and his authority a little bit better than the officer. That's just what happens sometimes. That's what happened when rank shows up. Um, so he's sitting there having this back and forth with this just terrible human. Um, but the back and forth, what it's doing is it's wasting time and what he's doing is buying time for his officer as his officer is back in her cruiser riding the ticket. Um, so he's not doing this just to have a back and forth, but he's doing it so that he can pretty much control the tempo of the situation. He keeps her engaged. She's engaged with him. She's not worried about the officer and he's just passing time. Um, good for him because he's kind of he's got to deal with this this terrible woman, this back and forth and all of the the tom foolery that's happening here. Um, in this ridiculous kurfluffle that she's created by her terrible attitude, but he's dealing with it because he's awesome. Um, you know, if you're a Sarge, typically you're a little bit more senior and he knows he's just buying time. So, he's taking the pressure off the the officer. The officer doesn't have to worry about what the female's doing. She can just go in there, take care of her ticket, and be done with it. Just helps everything move faster. So, good job, Sergeant. >> Sir, were you in the car when this happened? >> So, then you have no idea. So, you have no idea. >> No. Am I drinking? >> I literally came straight from work. >> Okay. >> Hold me over in my parking lot. >> Okay. You were you were stopped because you don't have a plate light which is required by the Illinois vehicle. >> You told me that that it was ours. >> Okay. Well, the police officer is going to but you didn't say that. >> But you did. Okay. >> This woman turns something that's this big into something that's this big. All because of her attitude. I stop people all the time for no license plate light. It's a great stop. Um obviously it's a it's against the law in in Illinois. It's against the law in Arizona. It's against the law I think everywhere. every state that I know of, um, you could see bodywn camera video of people being stopped for no license plate. It's a great stop. It lets me go up to someone's window, contact them, see if they're drunk, check for warrants, drugs, all of the things. But if that's the only reason I'm stopping someone, the overwhelming majority of the time, I'm giving that person a warning. Unless it yields something else, um, then I'll give them a citation for it. And the majority of the time, you fix it and the judge throws it out anyway. Um, but as far as the reason for stop, it's a great stop. And like this woman thinks that it's seemingly innocuous. And in and of itself, yeah, maybe it is, but it leads to so much so many greater things and a so much higher level of violations at times. Sometimes it doesn't yield anything, but sometimes it yields something great. And it's good police work. So, just the fact that this terrible troll that lives under a bridge and, you know, doesn't like it, it doesn't make it not a good traffic stop. And kudos to this officer for making it. >> Everything was recorded on >> Listen, everything's recorded. Everything's recorded on body camera. Everything's recorded on body camera. So, if you want to come to the PD and file a formal complaint to say that Okay. Well, and the police officer would have informed you of that, but clearly this went off the rails from jump cuz again, Jump >> because you're terrible. in my private property. >> Private? This is not >> This is private property. Do you live here? >> Listen, you can make a traffic stop. You were on the road. You were on the road when you didn't have a plate light. >> But then when she entered here, I was already >> That's not how it works. It's not like Chag. >> I was stopped already. >> It's not It's That doesn't matter. That literally doesn't matter. >> It's private property. >> It doesn't matter. You understand? It doesn't matter. >> Over on the street. >> You You understand? It doesn't matter. >> She pulled me on the street. You understand it doesn't matter >> cuz it's safer to pull you over in a parking lot. >> You won't you won't listen to reason. You won't listen to explanation. You think you know what you know something and you don't. >> Then ask why she is on so many >> the pulpit of missed knowledge. That's where she's standing and spewing this idiocracy. >> You pulled me over for a [ __ ] light that I didn't even know that was out. >> Yeah, we could do that. >> You had to say is officer, I had no idea that that was out. She would have likely had a a civil convers She would have likely had a civil conversation with you, wrote you a warning and sent you about your way. Again, if you want to file a formal complaint, feel free to come to a police department. Everything is being recorded. >> See how that goes. >> Camera, you guys can continue to record. Bring your evidence. That's fantastic. Call your lawyer. I will. That's great. >> She came off like a little in the beginning. >> Again, feel free to come to the police department first thing tomorrow morning and file your complaint. >> Oh, you will >> see the lieutenant's office. my house. >> I mean, again, it's a traffic stop. It's a legal violation. You are looking at it right now. You see that the light is out. >> She could have just simply been nice about it. This [ __ ] came over like, >> "Oh my god, have you been drinking?" >> Yeah, it's her job to ask that. >> You've been doing and she's all like, >> "Oh, big bad like right in my face." The beginning >> terrible. >> I didn't even do push right pushed me. Put her hands on me. >> Absolutely. Excuse. She put her hands on me. >> Okay, good. >> Again, feel free to come back >> and I will That's harass That's harassment. Putting your hands on. >> I don't think you know what the definition of harassment is. Okay. >> Hello. >> Can you uh can you record this? I'm being harassed. >> You're recording it right here. Why? Who else needs to record it? How many more came? >> Anybody else? Anybody? >> That's being recorded there. >> So dumb. >> There. There. There. There. There. There. Oh, trust me. They hear you. Oh, they hear you. >> They hear you. Don't you worry. >> All right, Mr. Room. You've been issued a citation for driving with no registration light. There is no court appearance required. If you would wish to go to the court date, it is going to be on 12:20, 2024, 8:30 a.m. at the DuPage County Courthouse, room 101. Information how to pay the ticket. It is located inside the blue envelope. Driver's license and insurance. There you go. >> There we go. >> All right. Now, you're free to leave. I hope you >> What a nice dog. About two weeks later, body cam footage of the incident is reviewed and warrants are issued for the suspect's arrest for battery of an officer and obstructing justice. Officers arrive to the suspect's job to arrest her during her shift in front of her manager. >> Hey, how's it going? Is Jenna friend working today? >> I love that this woman learns a lesson that you can act terrible and a repercussion can come days or weeks or months later. So, she created an offense when she got out of that car and she aggressively approached that officer. She broke the law right then and there. The officer made the decision then to not arrest her. But that doesn't mean that that woman can't be arrested. So, what happens is they reviewed the body warrant camera. I'm sure that they got with their prosecutor and said, "Hey, we think that this is the charge that's applicable." Prosecutor said, "Yep, absolutely." Well, then what they did was the officer submitted an affidavit and said, "Hey, I have probable cause to arrest this terrible blonde driver for this charge." Prosecutor said, "Yep." Judge says, "Yep, absolutely. Probable cause exists based on the totality of the circumstances coupled with your report, your observations, and the video." Now, they issued a warrant. And a warrant is an order from a judge that the next time that person gets contacted by law enforcement, they are taken into custody and they're brought in front of a judge to answer for that charge. So, even though it didn't happen that night, it can still happen. And I don't think people understand that. Um, in the state of Arizona, you have one year to take someone into custody for a misdemeanor. You have seven years to arrest someone for a felony. And there's there's other exceptions for that, like if you flee the the state or you flee the country. um that that time clock stops. So there there's some exceptions to that, but in this case, everything falls into place. They get the warrant. Warrant says, "Hey, if you find her, arrest her." Well, they knew where she live. She lived, then they knew where she worked and they went and got her at work, which I love. It's great police work. >> Hey, Jenna, I'm officer. >> Hi. >> You're under arrest. >> I don't know if you remember an incident when you got pulled over a couple weeks ago. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So from that incident, they got a warrant for your arrest. >> Yes. >> Get back in the car. >> Don't touch me. >> I'm under arrest. >> Don't touch me. >> Yeah. So you have a an active warrant for your arrest. Okay. Do you can you take off your >> No. >> Your clothing, your uh your bid or whatever. >> Yeah. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> Goodbye. >> All right. >> These are called repercussions when you're a terrible human. >> Hey, turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Goodbye. >> The feelood rest of the year. >> Okay, we'll have the manager grab that for you. >> Outstanding. Ah, warms the soul. >> All right. Uh, where's your locker at? >> It'll be around the corner. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Yeah. Okay, we'll have the manager grab it. >> Working on it. >> Oh, this is so embarrassing. >> We're not going to make a scene or anything, but we'll get we just got to get this taken >> care you got nothing else laying on us or it's so good. >> Yeah. Yeah, you'll get a chance [Music] >> once you get everything taken care of. Once your inside's still >> to give you a ride to your vehicle if you need it. Okay. >> This is literally over. >> So, yeah. I mean, I wasn't there for the incident, but they got they got a warrant for some things that happened on that. >> Oh, it's so good. >> Illinois taking care of business. Love it. Wonder how her little video she had to take. I wonder how that's doing now. >> So, we'll have to go back. We'll have to uh I'll give you your charges. That way you know everything that's going on. We'll have to do your fingerprint and pictures. I'll have to have you sign a pre-trial release paperwork. And then uh as long as everything's going well, I'll be able to give you a ride back to your car. Okay. So, I get to tell my parents what's going on, my husband. >> Yeah, you can tell whoever you need to. I'll give you a chance to make a phone call once we get back to the police department. Okay. >> I mean, I was in the middle of an order. He's going to finish it. I'm not clocked out or anything. >> Pretty sure boss will take care of that. >> That however he needs to >> clocked out. Going to jail. >> Stick me off. >> Okay. All right. Can you just spread your feet for me really quick? I just need to check your pockets before I let you get in my car. Right where you needed to be. Right there. Perfect. You enjoy your ride to the bed and breakfast. Okay, you have your >> own gray bar end. >> Arrested on her warrants for battery of an officer and obstructing justice.
