That's what I said. >> Shut up. >> Have a good night. >> You did park terribly. Today's video from Midwest Safety. Midwest Safety here. Midwest Safety shirt. One of my favorites. Um they got great merch. Go to their channel, subscribe to them, check out their stuff. Today with our Midwest safety video, we're going to be playing body cam bingo. So, I got all my favorite squares. We're going to see if we can make it happen today. >> Fizz, >> what happened, ma'am? >> I want you to see the video. I went up. I was in here earlier today. I have company. I went up earlier today. Got some stuff. Now, if they have a tape, this is exactly what's going to happen. So, I was I was bringing up the stuff. I was talking to the lady and I said something she didn't like and she went. I believe that. >> Basting. I'm going to call the manager. I'm going to call the cops if I >> go. Okay. >> For what? For what? So, I want you They would not show me the tape cuz I know what I did and what I said. I'm a very kind person. I'm not mean at all. >> You were here earlier today, ma'am. >> I was here earlier. >> Have you had anything to drink, >> Dave? Yes, we did. I'm happy. How much have you had to drink? I believe it. >> My house. Couple of cocktails >> at my house. I love getting video of people driving into businesses drunk and arresting them. It just doesn't look like this officer had it in this particular situation. Obviously, she parked terrible. Obviously, we know that she drove there, but in the court of law, it's not what you know, it's what you can prove. And we just couldn't without video of that. We just couldn't prove it. So, I think that's why they they didn't immediately go for the DUI. Obviously, the officer knows she's impaired. um he just couldn't he couldn't cross that threshold um enough to make an arrest and good on him for knowing that you know he just didn't have it >> at um ask her to do the receipt. >> Okay, ma'am, real quick. I just need you to do something for me. All right, stand still with the hands by your side. >> Just look straight ahead. >> There we go. >> I like it. Little HGN >> your tongue. That's your finger. >> Thank you, ma'am. >> You're very welcome. Look at >> Wow. You're up. >> You're Don't move your head. >> Don't move your head. >> Please your vehicle, ma'am. >> How can we help you? >> Um, I just wanted her to leave this store. >> Okay. >> And I was going to >> Okay. So, >> so right now she is heavily intoxicated and can't drive. Would you be okay if this vehicle stays here while she calls for a ride? >> I am. >> Can you call for a ride, ma'am? Can you call for a ride to be disordered? >> For what? What was the reason? I >> You are intoxicated. I'm not letting you drive this vehicle. If you do, I will let you. >> I'll call for you to park my car. >> Um, >> you can't park it. >> You're drunk. >> What? They're okay with I wouldn't know what you're okay with. Rude. >> You're parked in two spots. >> They're okay with the vehicle being on the lot. >> Where would you be okay with me? Back in the thing. >> You can You're not driving this vehicle. >> You're drunk. I will arrest you. I won't arrest you if you start. >> I won't start it. I won't start it. >> Get your phone. get somebody on their way to pick you up. >> All right, that's a deal. >> How? >> If need be, I will move this vehicle a little bit forward. They're all right if the vehicle sits unlocked. >> Anything else I can do for you guys? >> Um, I'm thinking of having a trespass. >> Sounds good. I'll start with that real quick. >> You know what? I didn't bring my phone. Oh my god. >> Is there a number I can call somebody for you to come pick you up? >> No response. >> Your phone if you don't want. I don't have mine. >> Sure. >> I'll get the paperwork started. Is this vehicle registered to you, ma'am? You want you know a number. >> I just was. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, is this vehicle registered to you? >> Yes, it's my vehicle. >> You know what I hate? Scammers. You know what makes them even worse? I'll be up there one time. Okay. >> Take a step back. I just want to park my car and I want to go home. >> Well, that's not going to happen. >> She needs to not come to the property at all anymore. >> No problem. >> So, if there's any >> Tell them now. I'll sign it. >> Oh, throw in the throw in the hands. >> Ever say to me if they think they're better than me to come to this property? >> They're not better. They're just more sober. >> And now you don't have to actually sign anything. He just has to >> signing it. I'm signing it. Oh, we're walking in there and we're signing it. >> No, it's out here. We're not going back in the store anymore. >> Whatever you do, it's an arrestable offense. So, we don't want that to happen. >> Like I would Oh my god, this is obscene type of things to do. No offense to you, but this is really stupid. >> I want you to go in there right now. I want you to pull that that >> um video. She sold me everything. She said something to me I didn't like and I said it back to her and then she took back my stuff. But she sold it to me. So now who's in the wrong? >> Who is in the wrong? She is. If she doesn't think that I'm capable of drinking. I should have never been sold it. So now we're going back in there. People can drink. They can't drink and drive. So that was the drinking spot. Can you step over this way? She's already She goes, >> "Can you step over this way? There's a car coming. I don't want you. >> I seen it. >> I want to go in there. >> As we've seen so many other times with alcohol impaired individuals, she had the opportunity to make this all go away. They gave her the opportunity to call someone. She could have had someone sober come, pick her up, the officer moved a car. That could have been it. That could have been the end of her day. She could have went back to her suaree at her house, kept drinking, had a great time. But instead, because alcohol does this to people, they just couldn't see that the opportunity was there for those two deputies to not put hands on her and she's going to force it. >> You're not going into property. You'll be arrested otherwise. >> Call tomorrow. I don't think >> Well, she's got that arm thing going. >> Glad to do that as a business. Here's your copy. >> Still did. Do you understand? They're not allowed back on the property. >> Ma'am, >> see, she goes right in there. >> Move left this way. It'll be towed. So, would you like it move? I don't want you to drive it. >> They're They're okay with the vehicle staying. >> We'll move it. Someone's sober. >> Forward. That's the only thing I was worried about. Ma'am, why don't I pull your vehicle forward so it's on the road. Can I do that? I'm just going to move it into the parking lot. Do >> you have your key I could use? Ma'am, I'm going to pull into that parking lot where you're at. >> Ma'am, I'm going to move forward. Okay. >> Did you just go back? >> Ma'am, I'm going to I'm going to move forward after he's out of the way. Wash wash your door. >> Wow. At least he got it in the lines cuz he's sober inside your car that you need. I'm going to lock it up. Okay. I'm not going to have any way to unlock it. >> I gave it to her. >> Oh, okay. No, no, no, no, no, no. Keys. >> Can I take a look at those keys real quick? >> Anything you'd like. >> There we go. >> But that unlocks it, right? >> Okay. Well, then that's what's the thing. >> Ma'am, he had I'm not allowed to stretch. I forgot. I forgot. >> Yeah, I'm aware. >> I was like, what's kind of happened here? >> So, it works. Speaking of DUI, just because she's on private property doesn't mean that she's exempt from DUI. If they had video of her, even if the video was only of her driving on the private property and she drove up to that business and they could get that video and be able to present it in the court of law, that's good enough. You don't DUI is at least here in the state of Arizona, it's not a public property or private property thing. It is an anywhere in the state thing. Um, and from what I understand, the majority of states are like that. So, she wasn't exempt from DUI just because she's on private property. >> That is your key. >> The one I took from the center console. >> I know it's my key. >> It's the one from the center. >> Going to start the car. Go try. Go try. >> It's going to start cuz it did before. >> That's how I started it. I don't know. >> Give me those keys. Give me these keys. >> Okay. >> Watch. Do it. Do it. Your attitude is not needed. >> I don't know what my keys. >> I mean, I have my key fob on me for my truck. >> Your old keys that just been in there. Listen, I'm a lazy [ __ ] I get new keys. I get new fobs. That's what I use. >> Didn't work on my own car. >> No, it didn't work cuz these aren't the right keys. Like I said, [Music] >> that's what you guys gave me. It fell on my pocket. >> Yep. >> I said that's what you guys gave me. And I got my car. >> I was making sure you had it. >> Okay. >> Place or drive? >> Place. >> Please. >> Have a great day. >> Did you need a ride home? >> Yes, please. >> So, calm down. >> Calm down. Your attitude is not needed when we're trying to help you. >> I will give you a ride home. We asked if it was place or drive for a reason. >> Ma'am, if you go into the property, you're going to be arrested now. >> All right. >> Ma'am, you will be arrested. >> Here it comes. >> That's really unfortunate. >> This is ridiculous. >> They chase this old lady through the parking lot. >> And now we're done. >> My partner. Do not push my partner. Do you understand? >> I didn't push her. >> Do you understand this kid? >> Walking through her. >> Listen, all I was doing is walking back the other way. >> Yeah, you should have thought about that when you heard me tell you you were going to be arrested if you go onto the property. >> Listen, you don't do that. Listen, you don't have to hold me that hard. >> And listen, not that I can stand either one of you, but I do apologize for your >> I love it. >> Inconvenience. >> Well, they need stats anyway. So, >> thank you. >> You're welcome. This time you grab something under my head again, you >> What are you looking for? >> You're going to jail? >> I don't care if I'm going to jail. >> Okay, great. >> It's a bit ridiculous when we ask you to stop and not go towards the store and you continue to >> I turn down that park line. We will see that video. Give me my purse. You'll get it at the jail when you're released. >> Give me my purse. >> You don't get your purse. That's it. >> Okay. >> Okay. Okay. This suspect was charged with trespass after warning and resisting an officer without violence, totaling a bond of $1,000. She is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. While this Karen had everyone against her, this next case shows what happens when another trespassed woman has an army to back her up. >> That lady, >> ma'am, >> ma'am, excuse me, ma'am, are you going to push the issue with me? >> I'm not pushing the issue at all. I'm not even speaking to you nor am I not talking to you or anything. >> Ma'am the most about >> come here manager. I was just yesterday without >> I'm going to explain it most just like >> I'm going to explain it to you. You need to tell her she needs to leave the store. >> You need to tell her in front of me and if she doesn't leave I'm going to arrest her for trespassing. I like it. >> You can't arrest for trespassing. You have to do a paperwork on I know my mom. >> We're going to have to ask you to leave. Okay. >> You have to actually trespass me in the store. You're not trespassing me. You cannot arrest me. And you're not going to arrest me. No, you're not. >> No, you're not. >> No. No. >> Put your thing down, man. >> No. Cuz you can't. Kia, can you come and stop? He really trying to arrest me. >> No. Ma'am, >> what is wrong with you? >> What are you arresting me for? Can you tell me what you're trespassing? >> Can you I'm not trespassing here. You have >> I asked you nicely, please. >> Can you call your chief? No. Don't touch me. Call your chief. >> Chief, I'm going to call that chief as a supervisor. >> Ma'am, get on the ground. >> No. What's wrong with you? Like, what? this level of arrogance or entitlement or whatever it is that this suspect has, she is told by the store manager, hey, you can't be here. Immediately that second, she needs to turn around and walk out of the store. Doesn't matter if she thinks it's right or wrong. Doesn't matter what the reason is. A private business can say nope and deny service to anyone at any time for any reason. And I mean, I am not a believer that we needed to wear masks. I'm not a mask guy. I was fortunate enough to work for an agency that also mimicked my personal beliefs. Um, but in other places, but when I went into a store and they said, "Hey, you got to put a mask on." Either I left because I didn't like them or I put a mask on like I had to do in certain stores because I need groceries and stuff. But you have to and you can't say no and you can't argue. and she's just wrong. And the fact that she's there yelling and screaming about doing paperwork and stuff, none of that's true. She is absolutely wrong. 100% valley of wrong. Deep in the valley of wrong. >> I'm not No. What is Are you ser I'm going to sue the [ __ ] out of you. Are you serious? >> I am not trust at this store. No. >> Turn around. >> And y'all doing all that for what? No. >> Ma'am, I'm trying to be nice. >> Exactly. Let me leave. And I thought you trying to be nice. >> You had your chance. How you doing me? For one. I'm a female. >> I haven't done anything. >> I'm not even trespass. I just >> Why are you yelling behind your back? >> No. If you trespass me. That's the only way. Can you call your chief? Put your hands behind your back. >> Call your chief like the chief wants to come talk to you for your stupid eyelashes. Get out of here. >> Can you call your chief? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Can you call your chief, >> ma'am? Put your hands. >> Can you call your chief? You're not going to unlawfully arrest me for no reason. I know my law. I don't give a [ __ ] what you talking about. I know. >> I know the law. I feel like that's how I know my rights. We're going to go with both of those out of you and the whole chief. Like I'm I'm going to make sure you get in trouble for this. You crazy. What is wrong with you? Can you call your chief, sir? Cuz first and foremost, you're dead wrong. Like you have no right to do this at all. Yes, sir. >> I'm not trespass out the store. There's nowhere to say I'm trespass. And look what you doing for no reason. This is why a bunch of black people get killed now. >> No, you not. Look at you on top of me. You are you attack me. >> I'm not going to fight with you. >> I'm not fighting with you either, my man. Turn over >> this officer. Really? You're arresting me for no reason? What is the reason you're arresting me? Can you tell me? Where am I trespass? Do you have proof that say I'm trespass? Where is it? >> That's not trespass. >> Oh, it happened so fast. Oh, I loved it. >> Paperwork. >> No, you got paperwork to say I'm trespassing. >> Ma'am, stop yelling at me. >> I'm not yelling. You in my face on top of me. >> Wow. Okay, >> that's crazy as hell. He won't even call his chief cuz he know you wrong. You're not gonna arrest me. >> The chief has better things to do than talk to you. >> Sit right here and tell another unit. >> Okay. I want your chief here, not no unit. Thank you. No reason. He's trying to arrest me for no reason. >> Ma'am, do me a favor. >> No. And record this. Like he really s I'm recording it too, ma'am. >> He really sitting here. They told me to leave cuz I didn't. >> Ma'am, put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. I was just here yesterday. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. I'm not even trespass. Man, put your hands behind your back. >> No, cuz I'm not trespassing. >> Do me a favor. Back up, please. Man, >> please. >> That's crazy as first and foremost, he said he arrested me for trespassing, I'm not even trespass. >> The second someone says you can't be there. >> You can't be there. There we go. >> Thank you. >> There we go. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Get out of me. What the [ __ ] [Applause] >> Back up. >> That's a problem there. Yep. You're going too. The first backup officer gets there, it's time to take this suspect into custody. She's being detained. Um the first officer, as she's screaming at him, he is simply waiting, just waiting for backup. First backup officer gets there. Then the crowd comes in because now it's it's a it's a big deal that this suspect's being taken into custody and that good for that backup officer that that first person walks up and he gives her an impact push. He pushes creates that distance. You do not get to just run up on someone that's being taken into custody. That's that is not you don't have that right especially when officers are on the ground and in a vulnerable position. So, good on that officer for having the situational awareness to know that, hey, I've got someone on the ground, but that the scene isn't safe and that someone could easily come over your back. So, good on that guy. >> That's crazy. >> She's like inciting a riot. >> And now everyone's there. Perfect. Get off of me. >> What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? >> Now everyone's there. >> And you're going to jail. >> Get the off me. Like, what is wrong with you? >> Let me go home, >> girl. [Applause] I'm not doing anything. >> I'm not doing anything. It's kind of like not resisting while resisting. >> Corporal Maza right there. There's my supervisor right there. [Applause] >> There's my supervisor right there. [Applause] >> Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. I got here. They had told her numerous times to leave cuz she wouldn't put a mask on. I went up to her. I told her, "Man, you need to you need to leave the store. You need to leave the store." She refused in front of me. I even called the I even called the manager over. I said, "Tell her on camera in front of her she needs to leave." She refused to leave. I arrested her. >> That's cool. >> That's exactly what happened. >> That is exactly what happened. >> So nice. I I was so nice. Problem is is people can't follow instructions. >> Oh, whip. Uh, no. Whip. Whip. I mean, I haven't really wrestled her to turn the brown. >> Yep. She's not on a client. Was she Was she trying to hurt you? >> She wasn't trying to hurt me, but she definitely was was resisting, but I mean, just go with regular resist. >> Okay. >> What do you need, man? >> She wants to talk to a >> What can you do? What What can I do for you? >> What's the real reasoning? Like, >> okay. What's her charge? Trespass after warning. >> Trespassing. Resisting without violence. >> Right. But how what what warning? Like >> the second you get told you can't be there, you can't be there. >> I was just in a store yesterday. When a business owner or a representative says, "You have to leave. You have to leave immediately." >> Yep. >> But I literally was just in that store yesterday. I didn't resist. The officer attacked me and pushed me to the ground. You're choking me first and foremost. Did y'all >> No one was choked >> from being choked by an officer? >> Yeah, I know you have. Like I I I don't think nobody missed George. >> No. Yeah. Got to drop that one. >> It doesn't matter. >> So here's what I'll tell you. Here's what I'll tell you. Every officer has a body camera now. So everything turn on video. Ask him why he was sitting there looking like because he know he was dead ass wrong. >> If he was wrong, >> he didn't have to attack me. >> Call internal affairs. >> I'm I'm not going to arrest. Like I'm I'm not I'm not resisting arrest. Like you did legitimate reason. Guess what? He wouldn't even let me get a call. I still didn't resist. All I said was I'm on the phone with my mother. >> When an officer tells you to leave, you got to leave immediately. No questions asked. >> He didn't give me a chance. First of all, >> that's not true. Secondly, what I said was, "Yeah, you done cuz you know it's true." >> This suspect was charged with resisting with and trespassing. She pleaded guilty to a lesser resisting offense and guilty to trespassing. She was ordered to perform 50 hours of community service and was placed on probation for 12 months for each charge. She was also ordered to attend and complete anger management. >> She needs that. For the first time, we have a body cam bingo. So, we have So, the this is the best body cam bingo because we didn't even use the free square in the middle. We went the hard way all across the top. I know my rights. Classic. Dropping the race card. That happened. And call your supervisor, which she wanted the chief, which I don't know a single chief anywhere in any department that's going to go to a stupid trespassing call just because someone says they want it. That's not the way things work in departments. So, first body cam bingo. This video again came from our friends at Midwest Safety. So, I'm glad that it happened with them. It's why I'm drinking out of my Midwest Safety mug here. And um they did it. They got the bingo. That means you guys win absolutely nothing. But I'm glad that you're here. I'm glad that you're checking this out. I'm glad that you got to be here for the first one. So, we're going to mix some squares up now. So, we're going to try We're going to do a different card for the next time. And we'll do it again.
