On October 5th, 2024, officers responded to a robbery call at a local store regarding Dea Abdulhadi Haliba in California. The officer arrived, but as he attempted to speak, Halibbe made a bold move. Their tempers flared and they ended up in legal trouble, all because of a moment of rage. On December 3rd, 2022, police were called to a mall in Atlanta, Georgia in response to a heated altercation between two women. The situation had already escalated when the two women clashed twice at the mall. Officers first met the suspect and gathered details about what happened. We're coming down the coming down the mall to drop them off for work. She comes flying down the aisle and almost side of me. And so, you know, I'm blowing to keep her from hitting me. And when my daughter get out the car, she talking all this junk about all this. But you were the one wrong. No, that's not what happened. We got text. When she hit us, I said, "Calm down." So I said like, "Just calm down. Get out the car then." She didn't do that. When I when I walked in to work, she seen me. She said, "Oh, that she was just talking." You said, "Let me alone. Just keep going. I'm telling you, girl. I'm working on myself. Just leave me alone. You didn't listen. She hit my mom. I I forgot about what happened. Sorry. That's my mom. She hauled off and hit the mom and she standing over her mom and started fighting with her. Both of them started fighting together. It's these two versus her. Y'all have IDs? Yeah, I do. You have your ID? No, my person. No, she didn't. When she told somebody you swear to God, this all my life. All I told her was slow down. If you having a bad day, you can't be mad. You were in the room. We was trying to prevent an accident happening from your car. Then it would have been your fault. It would have made it even worse. Was he around when that happened? Yeah. The police then spoke with the other woman involved who provided a different version of the story along with evidence to support her account. I almost hit that car. So I'm like, "My bad. Go on ahead. She opening the door outside like doing all that." So I'm like, "Girl, go on ahead. It's my daughter birthday." You know what I'm saying? She got a party today. So I'm like, "Go on over there." You know what I'm saying? So I'm walking in. She walking in. You almost did. I said, "Little girl, get up. Get the away from me." I said, "I'm grown as hell. I'm not about to do this with you." So she get to yelling in the mall talking about trying to drop your ass and do you know all this. I said, "Little girl." So security was coming. I said, "Listen, who you who are you talking to?" This little girl right here. what she think both they jump me and the son. So I'm telling her like, you know, I told security, you feel me? Get get her, you know, talk to her cuz I'm telling you like about the situation with my daughter right there. She walked up and said, "I don't give [ __ ] your daughter." And and threw her cup at me. Her cup jumped at me. So we got the fight. The mama ran up and jumped in. The brother ran up and jumped in. And that's what happened. And I tried to handle it the right way. You know what I'm saying? I ain't no kid. If we was outside of here, it would have been way different. But we're I'm grown. My daughter come first. I don't give a go get security on your ass when it come to my child. I don't mean to interrupt you. You mind if I first? I don't got no. So then she uh I'm coming and we was walking in at the same time and she was like, "Girl, cuz you almost hit us and and all this." And I'm like, "Little girl, you said there was some You said there was some guys with them here." Yeah, it was a boy in the blue. He jumped me. They all three jumped me. So, the officer decided to review the security footage to confirm their doubts and uncover the truth. Video surveillance. Yeah, we're going through right now seeing what we got. Y'all did either one of y'all observe the fight start. Yes, sir. Well, um then we're yelling back and forth and then black and white. She ran up to be more descriptive on what happened. Oh, okay. Yeah. So, um when she threw the water, we grabbed her, but we didn't see her brother come around. And then another another security officer was trying to handle him while the mom while the mom just ran up and just started fighting her. So basically by the end of it uh her brother had hands on her. I had the sister back and we were trying to pull the mom and the brother off of her. The mom and the brother off of her brother was attacking her too. Yes. Hey, question. Are you all wanting to press charges against her? Yes. You are not. All security says they have video footage. So, I'd like to see that right now. I'm going to go down to show you. You can see you can see the boy come up. You can't see where they're going cuz this thing's blocking the camera here. Now, let's see how the suspect responds to this decision. So based off the video footage we have here as well as the witnesses that we have as well, both y'all going to be placed under arrest today. The homeowner then provided a statement sharing crucial information about the case, including what she observed on the CCTV camera. I followed them for as long as the camera could and I hung up immediately and called 911 non-emergency to get the police to come by and investigate. Said you were uh watching them on your cameras. So when your camera went off right away, you knew that no one was supposed to be on the property. Correct. So when you opened it, you said you watched the cameras and you follow them on the camera, meaning you visually were watching them, not you cuz you were not physically on the property at the time, right? Watching them on the camera. So you were able to call non-emergency. West Palm PD was dispatched. Uh what happened from there? Um I said, "I'm babysitting my grandson. I'm not at home, but I see that there are two people on my property who shouldn't be there. Could you please try and send some officers over as quickly as you can? Clearly, they're up to no good. I would say within 4 to 5 minutes, I then saw on my cameras that one police officer entered my property and um about 5 minutes later, I got a phone call from one of the police officers letting me know what was going on. Okay. So, the two people that you saw on your property, have you ever seen them before? No. Okay. They ever at any point have permission to be on your property? No. Okay. As far as the cameras go, I know I saw some in the front of the house. Were there any cameras in the rear of the home that would Yes, there are cameras in the rear of the home and I saw one of the individuals in the backyard come in clear view of the camera and I froze the camera and took a picture of it and your other police officer emailed it to himself so he has a copy of that photo. When you saw them in the rear of the house, what did you see them doing? standing around sort of scoping the property, looking around trying to figure out if there was a point which is what I could tell.
