Now, if I'm going to jail, I'm going to jail. >> Okay. Well, so out. >> I'll come talk to you in a second, ma'am. The officers approached the angry teen whose erratic behavior wasn't helping her much. And pretty soon she was going to find out where her arrogant attitude would lead her. >> Finish her cigarette there. Okay. >> No, cuz what am I? Cuz I'm not leaving. I need to leave. My ride's on the way. >> How much How much you had to drink? >> Two shots. That's it. Only had two shots of smear on. That's it. I'm okay. Mama, no. >> I'm I'm going to come talk to you in a second. >> As expected, Jesse ignored the officer's warnings to calm down and threw a fit, which prompted them to put the drunk, arrogant teen in her place. >> Calm down. >> We don't want to put you in this little contractor that you >> put me in jail again. >> Yeah, you broke your ass. >> I didn't mean to. >> You did it. >> No. Calm down. >> Stop. Stop. >> Calm down. Got it. >> Hey, >> just relax, Jason. >> Relax your legs. >> They're relaxed. >> Everybody's relaxed. >> All right. Thank you. >> I'm sorry. >> Are you done kicking us? >> Yes. 1 0 532. [Music] I can't breathe. I need my inhaler. >> Where's it at? >> I don't know. It's not in my bag. I need an inhaler. >> Got a second. >> Does she Does she have an inhaler? >> No, I don't. My mom broke it. Stop. [Music] >> Calm down. >> I don't want to go to jail. Please, officer. Get a quick statement on my >> m Where's her uh Where's her purse? >> No. for your feet in the car. Put your feet in the car. >> Before the officers could even ask what was going on, the teenager had already made a mess of the situation. After finally securing her in the back of the van, they turned to the shaken grandmother to get her statement. >> Did she get dropped off here or what happened? >> She Yes, she showed up and >> I don't know. I didn't I didn't want her to stay here. though cuz I already know how you knew she >> Well, I didn't know when she was intoxicated. But um I heard her when she came said that she was drinking. >> She came into the into your apartment. >> Yes, she did. >> She hung around for a little bit. She got on the Wi-Fi. So, she got 12 cups and she got a ride. >> I saw her >> up by my counter where I keep my keys >> in a bowl and I was going outside to smoke cigarette and I saw her trying to get into my car and she was like, "I'm sorry, I'll give it back." So, I went out to get my keys and she's like, "Here." And I just said, "Hey, don't." I was like, "Don't come back to my house." Cuz she was planning on coming back. I said, "Don't come back. You're not allowed back here." You know, this second time she's broken my window. >> Um, >> so so she got her keys from inside your apartment, came down to your car, tried to get in your car. You saw her? >> Yeah, I saw her. >> And then she got pissed at you after you said, "Don't come back to the house." >> I said, "Don't come back." And she was like, "I won't." And then I said, "No, you know what?" And then she I came inside and I heard the I heard the loud noise and I just knew it. >> Okay. And she's done it before you sir. >> She has. She's stuck in my um driver's side window. >> Okay. Okay. Well, she's obviously going to jail tonight. Um if you guys have any questions, give a call. Did you want a case number or something for insurance? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> It didn't take much for the officers to wrap up the investigation and take Jesse to jail. But they had no idea that even in restraints, she wasn't going to make things easy. >> Ji, here. Take a breath. This is not on your face. Is that better? >> Is that better? >> Take a deep breath. Okay. >> Go home, >> JC. Take a deep breath. >> I want go home. >> I know. I I know that. Michael, >> take a breath. Okay. JC, >> I can't breathe. >> I can't take this helmet off because I don't want you to bang your head in here. >> You hear me? I want to Jason, listen to me real quick. >> Jine, are you listening to me? >> Jine, you are breathing. >> I can't. >> One of my tubes are hurting in my throat. >> One of your what is hurting? >> And my throat and one of the stinky tubes are hurting. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I'm I want to take this this thing off as soon as possible, but I can't just yet. >> Take it off. >> Five. >> In 5 minutes, I can take it off. Okay. >> So, hang on a second. >> 5 minutes. >> I can't breathe. >> I'm going to roll down the windows and I will take that off in 5 minutes. Okay. Stop your head. >> He's dead. 5 minutes. 5 minutes ago. No, >> JC, stop. >> Jesus. >> Okay, I'll reach over. >> Ouch. >> Step out and then help me. >> I know. Watch. Hold on. >> Yeah, you got to step. Come this way. >> Step out. It hurts pretty bad. It's really painful. It hurts me so much. I'm telling you, sir. Not lying. >> You got to start moving this way so I can loosen. Hold on. Hold on. >> Will it be released tomorrow? >> Okay. Try to stand up now. >> Will it be released tomorrow? >> I We're going to go in and ask these guys right now cuz I can't tell you. The guy in the the guys is in the front. >> Yeah, the corrections officers. Come on. >> I'll give you a little more slack here. See how much you can walk. >> I need pencil. Sorry. >> It's all right. >> Okay. >> Oh, we appreciate it. We don't necessarily like to do this. >> All right, go ahead. >> Please stop me. I can't breathe. >> Better. a little bit tangled in your hair. >> The Velcro is okay here. Okay. >> All right. Sorry if I pull your hair a little bit, but it's stuck to the Velcro. >> I need water really bad. I need to call my mom. Just >> Just be cooperative with these guys and they'll I'm sure I'll be willing to help you out. We're >> okay. We're we're definitely better. So, we're a little better now. Was uh bad for a while. >> Jesse was taken to jail and charged with criminal mischief and resisting. In another crazy case, officers in Ohio rushed in to save a mom from domestic abuse by her own daughter. >> I'm 25 years old. I'm exhausted. I'm mentally in business. I'm exhausted. Officer, >> who's playing my games? Will you talk about your mom? >> My mom mostly. >> She was laying Well, she's she's bigger than me, so she's like on top of me and I'm trying to push her off of me. And I did fight her. >> Can you come over here? Stop acting scared. Get >> Stop yelling. On December the 19th, 2024 in Ohio, officers received reports of a domestic dispute between a mother and a daughter. When they arrived, they found the mother visibly distressed. >> Yeah. Well, I've tried to ignore this, but I was laying on the couch with her daughter, and she jumped on top of me and I couldn't move. So, you know, I'm trying to get her off. I had to yell for my other daughter to get her, but she said she's not coming out. >> How's your How old is this daughter? >> This one is 24, but she broke a gallon of paint that through the house. She's just paralyzed the whole house. She said she wants restraining orders. I mean, you can >> No, she she's not. She's >> me and my >> Can you Can you guys No, no, no. Get her. Get away from me. I'll talk to you. I'll do anything. Just follow me. Please stay away from me. >> Hey. Hey, stop. Stop. Calm down. >> Can you just walk my step in there? >> My daughter's in here. >> She's standing right there. It's okay. >> I can't leave my daughter. Can you please follow me? >> The officers separated. the distressed mother and her agitated daughter to take their statements, but figuring out the truth was going to be more difficult than they had hoped for. >> So, what's going on? >> Um, I got sent to 1A the other day, right? >> Okay. >> I have a lot of mental problems. And that's from where I was a little kid and my stepmother touched me, you know, >> and I've been trying to face those ever since I had my first son. >> Okay. >> And I try to be but I have all these people in my life that keep attacking >> and that's my mom, my brother, and the people downstairs. >> So what brought this all >> because she was sleeping and my son asked her told her to get up because her daughter was crying. I was giving her a bath. I was taking care of her. >> Walk over here a little bit. So, we're going to try to step in on three times to turn there. >> And um they started arguing. Well, as soon as you get her flared up, this is what happens. Usually, if you just try to ignore it, she'll calm down. And I just want you to know I'm not my I'm trying to protect my kids and keep my kids. I got a CPS case. I'm clean though. If you just take me somewhere with my kid instead of just >> What was all the yelling about? >> Because she got mad because I just tried to hold her down. She said she was going to call cops. Stop calling cops. Stop trying to yell for help. Why can't you just talk to me? >> Well, why are we holding her down? >> Because she was biting me and she was trying to call the cops. Stop calling the cops. That's not going to fix her situation. We need to sit here and fix it by ourselves. Cuz cops scared me. >> So, she was biting you and >> Yeah, she was biting. I was just trying to hold her down so that people downstairs would come out and see. I was just trying to hold her down and talk to her. I'm not trying to hurt her. She's my mom. >> So, what what escalated to where what made her bite you? >> I was holding her down like trying to get her to stop. Trying to stop like we need to talk. Stop doing this. They were fighting an argument. I was like, I was going to call the cops. So then she kept going. She said she was going to get dressed and go to her dad's. So I called her dad and see I was just recording so you could hear. But um she started down the paint and it went from the bathroom all the way. And I was trying to film it. But she's just destroying everything and won't stop. I'm laying on the couch not talking to her, letting her do what she's doing, yelling at me. And she jumps on top of me and I can't breathe. So I yell for her sister to help me. Why would your mom bite you? Like what caused >> Cuz she wants to make me think I'm the problem. You know, I've been I've been sick. I was at the hospital the other day, right? Like I told them to give me the shot because when I was in some behavioral the shot they give us, they honestly lift us up, cover our mouth, put us in like a closet. So when they hit us with a shot, we're instantly out. We can't talk about nothing, you know, because we're not in the right state of mind. >> What is this? >> Well, now I'm in the right state of mind and I'm clean and I'm I'm right you. I'm trying everything to keep my kids. They're all living for officers and I don't know how to keep him safe without me trying to realize this is I'm trying to tell you guys the truth and trying to talk to you guys but you guys don't want to talk to me together. You guys just want to play mind games. I'm 25 years old. I'm exhausted. I'm in business. I'm exhausted. Officer, >> you're just playing mind games. You talk about your mom. >> My mom mostly. >> The officers kept plugging away to get to the bottom of the situation. The fact was that both the mother and daughter were not willing to give an inch and that did not help the officer's case at all. >> She was laying well she's she's bigger than me so she's like on top of me and I'm trying to push her up off of me and I did bite her to get her off of me cuz I couldn't breathe. But yeah, >> but she's hitting me upside my head. I do have a knot. It's just I just can't take it anymore. I just can't I keep trying and trying. She's through that. She's >> through what? This >> Yeah, she's broke the iPod or the cake pot thing. She >> Okay. >> I just I didn't want to call you. >> You said her and the brother was >> Yeah. >> when he last show it stop escalating cuz I told him it would stop. >> So at what point why it turn on you? >> She always turns on me always. It's I do everything. I'm She tells everybody I'm a crap. She tells them that I'm a no good piece of mom. I mean I can go >> grab something and come in here and try to hit me. She knows something and beat her ass. didn't have to come save her. >> I just I just want a restrain order against my mom, my brother, and my sister and and I'll be just taking any teaching. Take me to Sky Road with my daughter before the night so I know I'm safe. >> Yeah, can't do that. It's a little outside of jurisdiction that can. >> How long you been staying here? >> I I I live here. >> Okay. >> I have Mel coming here and so do my dad. I I know and I would like a straightening order against my dad then. Can I get those five straightening orders and then I won't talk to him. >> All right. Well, take take a deep breath. Okay. You're extremely elevated. So, take some deep breaths. Exhale out. So, as far as training orders, you have to you have to go do the ground work. You have to go down to the courthouse and fill out the proper paperwork to start that process. That's something I can't do for you this evening. >> That's fine. Can you help me just get rid of a road somehow? Please. >> I I can't other unless you got money for a taxi, then maybe that's a possibility. I have I have I have $50. Do you know if that's enough? >> However, we have this whole issue between you and your mom of your mom biting you, you holding her down. >> I was just trying to I know I'm admitting my wrong. I'm trying to hurt you. >> Probably probably shouldn't have escalated up to that point, but >> I took pictures of the paint like cuz I was like before I started cleaning it, but you can see there it's and it went over to the couch. But oh that's cuz I came in here taking pictures of everything that was down but >> but that's where she's screaming >> I went to rehab I've come back and I'm still trying to fix everything but um >> but she has her own bedroom to go to the living room is the only one I have. So I've asked her like just go to the bedroom and she won't and she just she just wants to see me. That's what she doesn't want to >> Yeah. Yeah. Well, and then she hit this on my head earlier and I ignored that, but then now she had with her open hand smack side of my head. >> Okay. >> And jump up and listen to me. And it takes me to be like this because you listen to me. I hear you. I just >> So she jumped on you and kind of for >> Yeah, she was on me. I don't really cuz Yeah, I'm just trying to get her off cuz I felt like I was being smothered so get off and she said four. >> So, did she actually put her arm around like not on the neck or was it just you felt kind of like >> I felt like I mean like she's on top of me. So, there's like there's me fighting her that's she's just bigger than me. You know what I mean? Like >> I just want to I'm just trying to clear some things. I just I didn't know if like it just made you feel real I guess across the >> but I'm on the couch and she comes and jumps on top of me. So I mean how am I supposed to feel? >> Yeah, I catch you. >> And I wasn't fighting back. I mean I wasn't even trying to fight with her. >> Is Tori like your sister? >> Yeah, Tori is my sister. Tory Briggsby. I don't know how Rigsby Tori >> That's okay. That's I was just curious. >> And they're downstairs. >> All right. But it's just you and your mom was upstairs, right? >> Yeah. And I was she was yelling for help before anything. So I called her. I was like, "You're not helping this by yelling yelling for help. You you can't you need to sit down like a normal family and talk." >> I mean, >> and she won't do that. So I was holding her down to get her to stop like trying to come at me and get in my face. I wasn't trying to hold her down to hurt her. I was trying to get her to realize, "Mom, this is what needs fix. I've been to one so many times in mental hospitals. I'm just trying to fix what I've done what they've done wrong with me to fix what I've done wrong here. And I'm too far behind and trying to get, you know, it's just a struggle. I went to one a so I could get that shot and that one a messed me up even more. There's security guards messed me up even more. I used to work out there, you know, and they posted me on Craigslist and everything and that's what really hurt. So, ever since then, I've not worked since then. >> The daughter kept blaming her mental illness for her behavior, but not once did she show any remorse for lashing out at her mom. And slowly but surely, the real story began to emerge. >> Are you diagnosed with anything? I'm diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, um, >> two different personality right here. But I'm diagnosed with uh, this uh, PTSD uh, personality disorder. And I take over seven pills together. I take a anxiety pill, another anxiety pill, a breathing pill, and then I take a heart burn pill, and I take an iron pill. But I've been missing two pills for months. So then I have to listen to music. I realized when my first time when I there this girl was in there and she sung to herself. So ever since the first time I was in it, I sing to myself. I had to sing to myself and keep music going cuz if it gets too quiet, I would start talking to myself and then I would not know if I'm in my head or not cuz I'm always alone. All I got is my cad. I'm always alone. >> So what kind of bad habits do you keep on getting sucked into? just like addiction or like might be spoken with weed. I got my my my my medical. So like if I can't get a ride out there, I'll get weed where I can get it from and sometimes I not even realize it be it legs and I don't even know. And then every time I go this time I realize they ask me about me. I didn't even I don't know because I didn't know. I just smoked. I smoke before I even got the police officer. But I'm so scared of the police officer because I've always been playing my games and I always I I don't call the police, but my family's always called the police and I always I always don't call the police cuz I want to prove my rights with you guys and my family and I >> What do you mean by what do you mean by mind games? >> Ever since I was a kid, it's just been mind games. >> Let's keep moving. ever since. No one's ever sat me down at a table and tried to really they've always said, "Oh, you're dyslexic. This and that." For me to talk about myself, I have to talk about myself in third person through someone else to understand myself cuz that's how traumatized I am. >> Okay. So, what what would what are you wanting to see out of this? >> She just go just go until the morning and and she can take her daughter and do whatever. You know what I mean? Go to great view. I I don't care. I'll go to your room for the rest of the night. Just leave me alone. Stay away from me. That's it. No one wants to really take me serious about my mental health. And the only place that really takes me serious is when A1 was send me off to behavioral some behavioral things. What did they recommend >> for you to do to be able to get you in a better a better situation? >> Uh the first time they just sent me home. They didn't really do nothing. >> Yeah. >> And then second time, >> it wasn't the second time. It was the third time I went to sit too cuz the second time I was sitting somewhere else but the third time I was sitting back there or whatever I went to rehab and I went to rehab for almost two months. I just needed like I think one and a half months left or something to finish and a girl there >> triggered me and I wanted to throw a pop at her but me that trigger I stopped and I realized I just got to go home. I am an addict. I just got to go home because and here I'm not on papers and you think just I'm not on papers. I ain't want to do nothing. And I I hate the disrespect. I'm the nicest person in the world. But the moment I feel disrespect or lied to where my loyalty has been portrayed. Oh, I'm just I'm a monster. I feel like I don't want to be no monster. I have kids, you know. I want my own home. I'm Metropolitan Lies. I'm 156 now. I was 155 before I went to 1A. >> Yes, >> but I'm 156 now. Can you explain that to me? You want to switch out? >> Can I get a Can you get I need a water out of the refrigerator. >> Yes, hang time. >> As the officers wrapped up their investigation, the daughter began showing clear signs of unstable behavior, confirming everything her mother had told them. >> And I'm not crying for attention. I'm not crying. I'm crying to get this three guys' head. I'm tired. I'm 25. I got two kids. I'm trying to make right, but breaking cycles and everyone hurts me enough. Is there any other resolution you can think of that might work out better for you? >> No. Her dad, she was supposed to go to her dad, but her dad is so upset with her right now, too. But >> maybe that wouldn't be a good good option either. So, >> okay. Just see if she'll go in her room and is the uh the child okay sleeping on the couch? >> Yeah. Yeah, that's fine. No, she takes her. That's fine, too. I'm not arguing with her. Whatever she wants is fine. >> Okay. So, Taylor, what do you want to do for the rest of the evening? So, my my I'll tell you what my perception is, right? I can't have you and mom arguing throughout the rest the remainder of the evening. Okay. Can you can we probably both agree with that? It's probably not a good a good situation. >> So, option one, do you feel like you need to go to Adena for anything to talk to anybody? >> Stop texting me. No. >> Hey. Hey, stop. Stop. Calm down. Hey. Hey. Look at me. Look at me. >> Look at me. Calm down. I'm trying to talk to you. Okay. >> Can you take me to my dad's for the night? >> The only way the only way I'm going to do that is if I get a hold of your dad and he says, "Yeah." So, I'm not going to randomly show up there with you. >> Will you Will you ask my mom to call him for you? >> I can try that, but it sounds like he's also very upset with you as well. >> Think you just me to up for 24 hours? >> Please. >> Do you think that's really going to help you? >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. >> Yes. Oh, God. Please just throw me to jail for 48 hours the most, man. Something that's going to help me. Please, just do it. Please. >> That wouldn't necessarily be up to me. That would be up to the jail staff. I mean, >> please. Please. >> Why would you want to go to jail? >> Because I realize I love jail because the cameras >> you guys have cameras on you guys. Hi, cameras. I love cameras. Cuz cameras have everything on proof. >> I'm not crazy. I'm just messed up a little bit. That turtle suit me up in there, guys. ability. >> Well, that I mean, if you go to jail, it's probably going to be the turtle suit again, probably. >> I would be fine in that turtle suit. Put me in that turtle suit with no shoes, no socks, no nothing. Please, please, please, please install weak anyway, but I mean, >> please. >> No, I got to go to rehab today. What are you talking about, mom? >> What? What are you talking about? You're the only one want to go to jail. >> Yeah, but I have rehab today. I can't. So, can we do it tonight? Can I be there at a certain time? >> Uh, that's not how that works at all either. >> No, take me to jail. Yeah, you're right. Take me to jail. I mean, that's too for 48 hours until Monday. >> If that's what you want to do, I guess you'd be under violence. Let's go. Come on. >> Domest violence. >> Yeah. Come on. >> Okay. Okay. I I can fight that with a lawyer. >> I've been working on an idea. You're the one who go to jail. >> Yeah, because I realized everyone plays mind with games with me. And the reason I'm not I'm not doing this no more. >> The officers finally had had enough and took action against the unstable daughter. >> Can you come over here? Stop acting scared. >> Stop yelling my land. Stop. Calm down. Listen. Look at me. Look at me. Two options. Option one, go to dad's house. Dad is fine with that. Option two, go to jail. Which one do you want to do? >> Dad's house. >> Dad's house. Are you going to be able to remain calm? >> Yeah. >> Because if you escalate, it's going to be jail. Do you understand that? No. >> Okay. >> If not, tell him I'm going to jail for domestic violence. >> It's not It's not going to be his fault either. So, >> no, it's going to be mine. I don't know why I'm not recording. >> Can you uh look for your shoes? Cuz either way, you're >> I'm shaking so bad, officer. I'm terrified to even be around you or your thing. >> That's not your fault. >> Round two. Any officer? Any police officer? Any guard? Anyone? >> All right, I'm going to try to find her chair. I'm going to go that way. I'm sorry. Just I know. >> No, it's not in my room. I found it. >> It has to be under that chair. >> Okay. Okay. I'm trying it, Taylor. I'm trying it. >> I'll walk to my fast premiere. I don't need nothing. I just need the speaker and my phone and my roaches and my food court and you watch that. If not, I'm going to go to jail, man. I need my cutout dryer. My speaker my speaker, my pun. Where's the book bag I had? Where's my book bag? >> You're probably not going to need any of that stuff. You have >> court at 9:00 in the morning. You'll probably be o you'll be released. >> If I'm walking to my dad's, >> they're taking jail. Let's go. Take. Let's go. >> Face that way. >> Psalms like a friend. >> Look at me. I got you. Look. Yeah. >> How you doing? I must tell this. >> I'm in there because you you and Jared. >> Not really mom's fault. >> You let him call us. And I'm going there to prove you guys something. Stop sending me to 1A. Stop calling the cops. >> Mom, you're perfectly fine with the little thing here. >> And you're fine with mom taking the little one? >> Hey, >> is there another one here? >> No, he's gone. >> Just the daughter. Okay. >> Am I Am I saying what's today? What's today? side step to your left for me. >> I am stepping to my left. >> Okay. All right. That's fine. Do you have any weapons on you? Any >> Yeah, I have my vapes. Take my vapes out. >> Is it okay if we leave those here? >> Leave. Mom, put them in the thing. Put them in the middle console. >> Whatever. It's gone. >> I will. >> Nothing on me. >> I only have underwear on. Remember that. I don't have underwear on. I'm going to Jared's after I get released. Don't try to put no money on my books. >> Okay, we're going to walk out of the kitchen, man. >> Thank you. >> I need my pills to be in there. What kind of pills? >> They're my mental health, my anxiety help pills. >> Step over the puddles and just have a seat for me. >> No, I don't need my pills. Just Just send me to Joe. >> You just be in there for a few hours. >> That's all that matters. >> Yeah. Lean back and look that way for me. >> Seat belt. Seat belt. Okay. The woman was taken to jail and charged with domestic violence. The drama continues in the next case as Georgia police had to step in to help another mother who was sadly assaulted by her own daughter. >> All I'm asking for is respect. >> So, was she just yelling at you? Does she hit you at all or what happened? >> Where she hit you at in your head? >> She's right here on the side of my face and and and you know and and and she took her down cuz I turned around my ref you know a child hit they p that's hurt for sir. >> Based on the evidence right now, we're going to go ahead and place you under arrest for domestic battery. All right. On October the 5th, 2022 in Georgia, police responded to a report of a fight between a mother and daughter. At the scene, the upset mother began explaining what had happened to the officers. >> Good evening, ma'am. >> Why did you give us a call? >> Okay. >> Are you able to fill us in at all? What happened? >> She could she could tell you like me and my mother just had a little dispute. Talk to >> Sure. Yeah. >> How you doing, sir? >> How you doing? >> Good. Say again. >> Just trying to resolve the situation right now. >> Okay. How are you? >> Good. How are you? >> What's What's going on here? >> Listen, I was uh I was uh I don't cut you off cuz I'm at police office here. I'm just just talking to a friend of mine, sir. Another atmosphere. Okay. >> I appreciate that. >> Listen. Um cuz I'm not one of those young kids that disrespect me. That's my my second oldest daughter. Okay. >> I'm the mother of this house. Okay. what it was. I let her come back in to try to help. Okay. Now, a young lady that >> You mean like let her move in to help her? >> Yeah. Yeah. You know, she came to ask me for help. >> When was that? How long she been here? >> It's about what? How long? Since May. Okay. Me and dad talk. We let her come back. Okay. She had a little issues with Okay. Talk to her. Try to reason with her. It is what it is. That's all I can say. Okay. So, I just I'm trying to cut through all that. She She has a young lady that she was staying with. the young lady and her parents. So the young lady comes up here. Oh, every time she comes up here, you know, this is my thing, sir. Anybody come up here, you know, deal speak to me and that out of respect. That's all I ask. I'm not asking you to you. I'm not asking none of that. So I just said today, I said, "Let me just go to this young lady and let her know when she come up here, you know, speak to me and Mr. Man, >> this is your daughter's friend you're talking about?" >> Yeah. Just the young lady. So that's all I >> see her house. I understand. >> Yeah. You know, all I did, sir, was went up to the car and as I was going to the car, my daughter, you you get huffing and I saw it. I saw the body line, but I went over to the driver. I did just like this. I said on the front side fender of the driver's side. I said, "Down your window, baby." I said, "Listen, I said every time you come up here and you you drop my you see me and Mr. Mac, speak to us." Right? >> That's what I said. I said, "Speak to us." I said, "You can't speak to us cuz you driving up on this property." Listen, there's the street. Pick her up from right there. You understand what I'm saying? just out of respect cuz you know they you're not nice young people they get >> you know I don't owe nobody nothing but it's just respect sir >> the young woman had moved back in with her parents and often brought friends over without informing them but when her mother confronted one of the friends she immediately flipped out and did something that she'd come to regret later >> she got upset about it >> she got upset about it and you know the body vibes >> whatever her dad had asked a question on her I did not know I'm in the garage so when she came back through the garage when she came back through the garage. I said, "May come here. Mama, just wait here." You know, I said, "Listen, Mike, come here. Come here. Let me talk to you. Mama, you you just do too much." See, that's not me, sir. >> Right. >> That ain't you. Just come here. Let me talk to you. All I'm ask want to say to you is why you got an attitude because I said something to her. Mom, you It's just how you went up there, sir. This is my normal walk. >> No. Yeah, I understand. >> You know, and I did like this at the front end of the car. >> That's completely understandable. I understand. your properties. >> So, what is that to be upset about and go at anybody about? All I'm asking for is respect. >> So, she just yelling at you or did she hit you at all or what happened? >> Yeah, she Okay. They was she got they got in each other's face and next thing you know, my mom was turned around. I had a feeling she was going that my sister was going to hit her. So, she basically hit my mom from behind and that's when I tried to break it up. >> Where she hit you at in your head? She's right here on the side of my face and and and you know and and and and she took her down cuz I turned around my re you know a child hit they that's hurt for certain her I'm not her stepmother that's not her stepdad we're her parents >> and she then like I was holding her down like she fell like mom fell on top of it so that's my sister had >> you know and I was trying I grabbed her by her head to tell her stop my husband he grabbing me telling me I feel out I feel she >> she 23 but it you know the deal is that's So petty. >> Yeah, I understand. >> It's so petty, sir. >> Mhm. >> You know, and and like I told my husband, you know, just let her go. Now she's saying, "Well, I gave you 250." Listen, sir, she is an adult. >> If she's going to stay here, I done raised. We done raised her. She's going to give me something toward the bills in this house. And that's what was understood. Now she's holling. Well, I want my money back. I ain't going to see. I'm not no street person to go through all that. And I apologize to you for being out there like that with her >> because I could have just shut that garage door and let her stay out there and act a plum fool. You understand? But you know the thing is stop all that yelling. That's what we be. It don't take all that. >> We move around here to live and then we give them a place to live. You know how many kids would love to come live like this. >> But to sit up here and think that you going to put your cuz she she has anger issues. Okay. >> But she asked us for help. But you don't take out on me something that I wasn't even talking to you about. I was Sir, I was talking to her friend cuz I questioned her about this. Well, you could have came to me. That's my friend, sir. She is a child. >> Mhm. >> I'm 59 and he's 67. I don't need no permission from her for anything cuz she in my I'm not in her house. Like I told my husband, it's just best that she get her stuff and leave. She want me to give her back her 250. This girl sit up here bust my TV out of anger dealing with her sister, you know. And I we tried. I tried. I tried. She don't She don't have nowhere to go. But she can't do this. >> You understand? >> Yep. >> She can't do this. Now, if I would if I would have went way back how you used to grow up, then I'll be going to jail. >> But see that world that she done became out there in them streets around them other people. You You're not going to do that in here. You're not going to do that in here. And she feel I'm wrong. How am I wrong, sir, when I'm asking somebody to respect your parents? >> More than angry, the mother was deeply disappointed that her daughter lashed out and turned violent. The officer calmly listened as she expressed her frustration. >> She hit me like, you know, >> cuz I see like a mark there. Is that from her? Like the line. >> She like it like a like a French >> like soon. Mama turned her back. She know if you want to look that way just so the light shines on it. Was it like a fist or something or a scratch? >> No, it was like she Okay. So it's like they was like this close to each other and so someone tore back like she literally launched and hit her. >> I know it's tough with kids though. I can't imagine. >> You know disres I I can't believe it. Disrespect. You know I wasn't asking for from her. I was asking for from the young lady. >> What kind of does she use? >> Sir, she she be out there with people. And I I I don't I don't believe >> tell she's really >> you know I I you know I can't even I ain't going to even allow him. All I know is I done told her to stand in here. He has prostit he's really upset about that. >> Let me go out and try to talk to her now. All right. >> The officers finally turned their attention towards the daughter and not surprisingly she showed very little remorse or guilt about what had happened. >> Can I just kind of hear like your side of the story? What happened? >> Sure. You hear my side? >> Can I hear her side what she said before I say I ain't trying to hear? >> Did she not? Okay. So, what is what happened? I came home. My friend dropped me off went so far. And when she dropped me off, I guess we had she had an issue about me walking in the house and not speaking there. >> So, by the time I got back outside your mom. >> Yeah. >> So, got outside, you know, we just talking then it went from being money. That's when it all escalated. Just she want to throw her clothes at me. Then I threw my clothes back at her led outside. It was just over some money. That's all it was. It was just then didn't escalate for some money. >> Did y'all like hit each other at all? >> We threw my clothes at each other. We didn't hit each other. Okay. >> Were you like trying you What about the clothes? Was she like trying to get you to move out or something? Or >> I stay here. I just pay her rent. I just stay here and pay pay my rent. Yeah. >> How long you been living here for? >> About four month 5 months now. >> If I'm allowed to go, if that's possible, >> I don't know. I'm sure I put my clothes whatever that she threw out that we have an argument back and forth about cuz it led us like to that money. But my stuff right there, I can just leave. Like >> that's possibility. >> We'll figure something out. >> I got cit right here. But you talking about Listen, I'm bleeding too. My phone up. I'm bleeding, too. You can put your light back on me if you want to. >> What's that from? >> My um I had to th my clothes and the belt had caught over my jacket. >> Uhhuh. >> Like I was telling her, you ain't got to talk to me crazy. Just let me know what's talking straight up. I may be young, but you can just talk to me like we humans. Like just what's going on? Because right now it was just over some money. Just went from throwing clothes to getting each other face. And I stepped away from her because like I'm not about to do this. I'm not about to do this. >> How old are you? >> I am 23. >> Is there anything you think is important for me to know? >> Something you know that I don't know. >> No, I'm just saying is there anything that you want to tell me that you feel like would help our investigation? >> I really was talking to your partner like No, I really don't want to add nothing to this investigation. She took my name down in my >> Okay. Yeah. Like I told I see this crazy [ __ ] every day. People People trying to live with each other and work to just to get out their parents house. Everybody going through that like it's happening right now in this society. That's what most of y'all calls on right now. >> The officers quickly wrapped up the investigation and the outcome was not going to please the arrogant daughter at all. >> So I see the knot on the front of your head. Did she hit you in the front too? She hit you. >> Yeah. >> If I'm such a bad mother, why you keep coming back? Because she want she wants to use me. >> And then when I get her from the ground up, help her get the job. Get her, you know, then you want to you want to you want You have work. >> You want to be violent toward me and like I told my husband this is it. And you know what? When you get tired of being tired, that's it. >> So, ma'am, earlier I asked you if anything physical happened. You say nothing physical happened? >> No. >> Your mom has a lot of marks on her. How did that happen? >> Cuz she was throwing my clothes at me and I threw my basket back at her. So, in the midst of that, all my clothes was hitting her and probably scratching her up. That's probably what it was. Well, just based on the evidence right now, we're going to go ahead and place you under arrest for a domestic battery. All right. Here, I'm going to put your phone on the car right now so you can take it with me. >> Oh, I just got I'm sorry, man. I got you like a bunch of stuff. >> Can y'all flee? I don't lie. I'm bleeding my finger right now, man. You know, I ain't I ain't like I was not trying to talk lie to the police, but she done lied to police. Like, she got and >> she hit me too. I ain't say nothing. But now I'm about to go to jail. Like she she hit me too. So I don't know why they going to just lock me up. Real. She bit my finger and I'm I wasn't trying to lie. But now know what since we get we being real. I'm not going to do nothing since we be real. Can Can she go to jail too? N can I can y put me in the car just yet? >> Y'all ain't put me in the car just yet. So I can really still tell my side of the story. >> The young woman was arrested and charged with battery. Now moving on to another wild case where the parents had to call the cops on their unhinged son who was drunk out of his mind and was causing chaos at a store. What do you say if you guys leave? I'm just going to drink and drink and drink. >> What's he been doing? >> I've been >> No, I'm not asking you. What's he been doing? He just slapped my butt. >> All right, sit on the ground. Sit on the ground. >> What are we doing? >> Why? You're so scared. >> Seriously, >> you. >> On December the 9th, 2024, Sarasota police responded to a Target store after reports of a drunk young man making a scene, abusing both his parents and the staff, hoping he'd calmed down. The worried parents had called for help. When officers arrived, they found the distressed father waiting in the parking lot. >> So, my son just got out of uh out of rehab. probably about maybe about Thursday. >> Okay. >> And uh everything's fine, but now we notice he's drinking again. So, just for his own uh safety, you know, we called, you know, cuz he's kind of walking around just >> Is he currently intoxicated to the point where he can't take care of himself? >> I don't know. That's That's for you guys inside. But, I mean, he really needs needs a >> Where is he right now? >> He He's inside um by the counter. >> Okay. So, I'm going to be straightforward with you. I have a certain legality that I have to meet before I can do anything about someone drinking. So, for me to be able to do something about your son right now, cuz I can't force him to go to rehab. I can offer them him the choice if he wants to go and voluntarily go, but unless he's intoxicated to the point where he's a danger to himself or to somebody else, I can't take him by force. Okay? So, what I would advise you to do is Okay. So, I was just explaining to your husband, I presume, that legally I can't do anything with your son unless he's intoxicated to the point where he's a danger to himself or to somebody else or if he wants to voluntarily go and get admitted. But aside from that, I can't do anything. So, I'm more than happy to go speak to him and see if he meets our criteria for Marchman Act. But unless he meets that level of being a danger to himself or someone else, I understand he just got out of rehab. I legally can't force him to go or what what word did you mention? What term? >> March connect. >> What's that? >> So that would be if he's intoxicated to the point where he's a danger to himself or somebody else, I can force him to go get help at the Sarasota Memorial Hospital. >> And I think that would be >> on that. Is that free? >> Honestly, I don't have insurance. >> And I and I think I think that's the best bet because when we picked him up, he was outside of a Target before rehab. He was just like drinking himself. He wouldn't stop. So he go he goes I'll just get to the history. He goes if you guys he goes if if if if >> what he say if you guys leave I'm just going to drink and drink and drink >> and we don't want him to end up drinking >> as if you wanted to approach him. >> So like I said I more than go talk to him see if he meets our criteria. However if he doesn't >> he's a good manipulator. I'll tell you that right. >> So I'm going to tell you right now if he doesn't meet our criteria I can't do anything bad. the criteria. >> Again, if he's a danger to himself or to somebody else, >> questions are asked >> it. I just have to gauge his level of intoxication. That's all. >> Now, there's a presumption that he's going to keep drinking. He's just >> Well, maybe the staff can tell him cuz he's been harassing the staff. >> Okay, let me get to my point. >> Okay, so if he doesn't meet my criteria to where I can do something about it, you guys can also pursue it civily. I I assume he's over the age of 200. Okay. >> The officers rushed into the store and found the young man heavily intoxicated and arguing with the staff. They quickly separated him from the scene and began to question him outside. >> All right. All right. One. No. One. Hey. Hey. There's something wrong with him. He's been like this for the last 30 minutes. >> Hang out for a second. What's he been doing? >> I've been >> No, I'm not asking you. What's he been doing? He just slapped my butt. He's been grabbing her and throwing her around. I was about to come get me to see what we get now. >> Okay. Do you want him to trespass? Yes, please. Okay, >> I will. >> Okay, listen. >> You're going to be trespassed from the property. You can't come back for a year in time. I will come back for your information. You're coming outside and you're going to talk to me. Okay. Stay right there. Okay. What's going on? Okay, you got to talk to me. What's going on? Why are we acting erotic? >> Okay, I need you to talk to me. Why were we behind the counter of the Planet Fitness? >> Because I've Sorry. >> Focus on me. Why were we behind the counter of the planet Venus? Uh because I was comfortable. That's why I did what I did. But I had no right. Um >> how much do we have the drink tonight? >> Did you drink? Did you take something? >> Yes. >> What' you drink? What' you take? >> Two three pints. >> Two three pints of what? >> Um gin. So, you had two to three pints of gin? Just straight gin? >> Yes, ma'am. >> No, sir. Straight jin. >> Excuse me. >> Okay. How long ago was this? >> Uh, two nights ago. So, >> how much did you drink tonight? I'm not asking about two nights ago. How much did you drink now? Recently? >> Well, it's been two or three nights. How much did you drink recently? >> I'm not asking about two to three nights ago. >> How much did you drink tonight? >> Two or three nights. >> Okay. Did you take anything >> as far as >> No. Come on. >> Why were we behind the counter? You felt comfortable. Why are we running around? >> I'm not going to touch you. >> No one said you were. >> I'm just saying. Babe, >> why are we running around the puzzle? >> Where'd you drink at? Did you drink at home? >> Excuse me. >> Did you drink at home? >> No. >> Where'd you drink at? [Applause] Okay. >> Ma'am. Ma'am. >> Yes. >> Please don't do this. >> Do what? >> Don't get me in trouble. >> You understand? You're causing a commotion. You're going behind the counter. You're slapping someone's butt. >> Butt th. Yes. >> Okay. They don't want you here. You're trespassing from this location. You can't come back here for a year. You're running through the plaza. Your parents are concerned about you. From last stand, you also just got out of rehab. Stand up without leaning against that window. >> Yes, ma'am. >> You're also slurring your words. >> I understand. >> You are pretty intoxicated. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. You understand this is you're doing correct? >> No, I understand. I understand. >> Okay. The young man tried to act like he was in control, but he was clearly out of his wits and making no sense. Frustrated and agitated, he turned his anger towards his parents right in front of the officers. >> God damn it. Why do you got to bring them involved? >> I had a chance uh >> you. >> All right. Sit on the ground. Sit on the ground. >> Yes, ma'am. >> We're not talking like that. >> Okay. >> You are an adult. >> You look good. >> What did you want? Just >> Okay. Can you give me like 2 seconds and then I'll move it? >> Why are we What's the cause of this behavior? Seriously, we're going to yell [ __ ] you at someone. >> No, but you look good. >> You are an adult. >> Ma'am, I know you don't. I know you hate me, but god damn it, you look good. >> Okay, we're going to take a trip to the hospital. Okay. >> What does that mean? >> You're going to We're going to have somebody come here. We're going to go to the hospital so that you can get sober because currently you can't take care of yourself and your parents want nothing to do with that. >> God damn it. You know, and I both we can get away with that. I get away with that. You know what I mean? >> Too dispatch. >> Oh [ __ ] >> The complainant walked away. Can you give them a call and have them come up to me so I can speak to them? You have a girlfriend. You have a cold [Music] and awesome. >> You're not helping yourself. >> No, I'm not helping myself. I understand. God damn it. Would you like me at all? >> You're acting like a child. I suggest you stop talking. >> No, I understand that. But I'm telling you, >> people don't. Oh my god. >> Here comes that [ __ ] >> I got a voicemail. >> Yeah. >> [ __ ] you. >> Keep your mouth shut. Seriously. >> Yes, ma'am. >> This is ridiculous. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Hey, you're Hey. >> Hey. Cut it out. >> You're lucky she's here. or what? >> You're [ __ ] adorable, man. Ma'am, stop it. Just stop it. You're acting like ma'am. She's going to beat the [ __ ] out of me. >> Yeah. Yeah, you're goddamn right. She's going to beat the [ __ ] out. I just want to confirm that you don't want to take him into your custody. >> You want him to go to the hospital? >> You don't want to take him into your custody? >> No. Okay. >> I just have to verify. So, I'm having a male officer come here so that they can just search him and then he's going to take a trip to SMH. So, he's going to be at Saras Memorial Hospital under a Baker Act cuz he can't take care of himself. >> Okay. >> Excuse me. >> I wasn't talking to you. >> Do you guys have any questions at all? >> Excuse me. So, I can't step away from him right now. If you want to talk separately when the male officer gets here, that's completely fine. So, he's going to go to St. Memorial Hospital if you guys don't want to take him into your custody. >> Can we talk to the girls? >> If you want to wear this one. >> Yeah, it's completely up to you. >> So, you're seated there. >> Hey, sit down. No. Sit. >> No. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> Sit down or be worse. The young man clearly didn't grasp how serious the situation was. The officer was being patient, giving him a chance to calm down and sober up before he made things worse for himself. >> You want to just go in the car? >> Yes. >> What are we doing? >> Turn around so she >> What are we doing? Why? >> Seriously? We're going to roll. >> Okay. Really? So, you want to stay here? Well, let's go back. >> Turn around. What's wrong with you? What's he on? >> I don't know. Stop. 7 to 35. >> Give me your hand. >> Stop. big [ __ ] >> Stop, dude. >> No, you won't. >> You're going to hurt yourself. >> I promise you are. You break my arms before you walk. No, we're going to start off. [Applause] [Music] >> Relax. You're going to hurt yourself. >> We're not going to spit on me. >> Relax. I said >> I think I want one. >> Just so you know, if you spit on me, it's going to be a charge. >> So, I suggest you stop. [Music] >> You need to stop or that's going to you're going to get in a lot of trouble. >> Worse. The hell are you on? He's vomiting. 207, can you rescue out on the floor causing a scene? >> You're tightening. >> Relax already. >> Stop spitting. >> Stop. Control yourself. >> 35 to 7. in the >> planet fitness. I don't take no goddamn gas. I will never take no goddamn th officers put him down on the ground and handcuffed him, hoping to put some sense into him. But this was only the beginning of a wild series of events as the young man went absolutely mental. >> God damn it. All right. This This has bad >> a little bit. >> Yeah. I just hit him up, search him, putting and then we're going to hang out. So, right here. >> Oh, yeah. You godamn [ __ ] >> Oh [ __ ] >> What's his deal? >> Okay. you. >> [ __ ] you. >> I know. I won't spit no [ __ ] from [ __ ] you. >> I [ __ ] up. What's his name? One. >> Relax. Swan. >> Just trying to help you. Okay. A >> you. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Alcohol, but we don't know what else. >> [ __ ] you >> puking. >> [ __ ] Is >> that it pretty much? cuz he was >> behavior. >> Hey, calm down. EMS is trying to help you. >> EMS is trying to help you. I'm the one that called He just I'm his dad. He just got out of rehab like a week ago. I don't know what other stuff like just alcohol, but this seems a little bit more than alcohol. >> Okay. >> What else does he have the history of taking just clean and he seemed fine when he came out? Go looking >> and then this happened. >> Okay. So drinking again. >> He was just slamming like 9. >> I thought he was going to be hazard to himself. >> So he's cognitively not. >> What's his name? Juan, can you talk to me? >> Paramedic talking to you. >> The paramedics talking to you. >> Really? >> Hey, Juan. >> Can we like possibly get up or something? >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Do you have legs? >> He don't know what he's doing right now. He tries to kick. That's just like another char. >> No, we're not going to charge. I don't want nobody to get kicked for over. >> They're trying to help you right now. >> Does he have any medical conditions? >> He just stopped baking vaping apparently 3 weeks ago. >> Vaping. You're gonna hurt the sh >> It took several officers to restrain him while waiting for transport to the hospital. And he definitely wasn't making it easy for them. >> Do you know what year it is? >> Yes. What year, >> [ __ ] It's 2324. >> What city are we in? >> Yeah, we're 2425 Miami, [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you. Is she okay? I don't give a >> Is okay [Applause] for >> himself. My daughter my daughter. He's in handcuffs right now. We need to get him. >> We can't have him in handcuffs all night. We got to get him out of here. Is she okay? Is she okay? Please relax. Relax. Hey, relax. It's okay. That was okay. It's okay. [ __ ] >> Relax. You're trying to Yeah, [ __ ] While the drunk young man was transported unceremoniously to the hospital, the officers wrapped up their investigation and took the statements of the staff who informed them about his actions earlier. >> I just kind of tried to ignore him and kind of like keep him away cuz he kept getting like closer and closer on the counter like he's going to come over the counter and I was like, "Well, what are you doing?" And he kept like reaching out. So that's when I was like, I'm feeling uncomfortable. I'm going to go to the bathroom and go do a bathroom check. So I told Sandy, I'm going to go do the bathroom. Went into the bathroom. And when I came out, five or 5 minutes later, I walk up and he's got her in the air. >> Sandy, she he's got her in the air grabbing her and she's like trying to get away from him and she's like he's like pulling her closer by her butt and her back. >> Okay. So someone someone told me that he was doing that to you. >> So no, it was to her. He slapped my butt later on. >> Okay. So when I came over, he had her like in the air like trying to pull her into him. >> Was she like >> she was like trying to push? No, she was like trying to push away. I'm like, "Huh, stop. Huh? Stop." >> Yeah. >> And I was like, "Hey, hey, what are you doing? Put her down." >> And he kind of like let her go like this. And she like kind of fixed herself and like tried to get away from him. And I was like, "Wo, I'm not going behind the counter." So I stayed around the counter where he wasn't cuz at that point he kept going behind the counter. and she kind of walked away from the counter cuz she was getting kind of like really weirded out too I guess cuz she was coming over here by me and he went behind the counter. He was leaning on the counter and I said, "Hey, you can't be behind the counter. You need to wait. Move." So he came around the counter at that point is when he came up to me. He was kind of like sluggishly walking and he smacked my butt. And I turned around immediately and I pushed him and I said, "Get the [ __ ] out now." And that's when he was like, "No." And that's when I went to push him again and I wheeled back to punch him and that's when the officer came through. >> Okay. >> And I was about the clock if he didn't cuz he just like looking at me like whoa what and I was like get out now. At that point everyone was trying to like push him out the door and that's when the officer came in and was like what happened? >> Okay. Uh is this something you want to press charges for for battery? Okay. All right. So I'm going to need your information. Um can you bring your partner? That's why I was talking to you separately so you guys can do your thing. >> Definitely. I'll go get my >> Yeah, grab your stuff. I'll need that and then I'll just talk to her. >> Okay. >> Will they automatically call us with an update or we're just kind of out? >> No, you're you're kind of left in the dark for a little bit. They will call you. They will call you. But they're going to have to deal with him that side of him first and then probably maybe in a couple hours, maybe tomorrow morning. >> So, we'll find out whether he's in jail or whether he's in >> Yeah. At the end of the day, he is 24. He's an adult. >> He's okay as far as >> they'll they will they will be in contact. So, but he's an adult and it's that's why this is tough because if this was a child, the first call they're making is the parents. The adult, they don't do this. >> So, we'll have to follow up with Sarasota Memorial. >> Yep. >> The 24year-old was booked in jail and was later charged with trespassing, criminal mischief, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. In a troubling case, officers had to step in and rescue a grandmother after a heated dispute with her granddaughter Maya turned ugly. >> Smack me in the face already. But the police was here earlier and they seen what happened. So >> today, >> if I did that, you know, I would be in jail. But >> what did you do to me? >> Punching me. I just did that just I did that to you. >> Yeah, you did that to me. >> No, I didn't. What did you do to me? Did you not put your hands on me? >> I told you to get out of my house. >> On November the 10th, 2024, officers responded to a family dispute after a woman repeatedly disrespected her grandmother, causing tensions to rise between them. When officers arrived, they found the distressed grandmother waiting outside on the porch. >> And my friend trying to go to sleep. You see what she done did over here? >> She lived here. >> She was living here cuz she got evicted out of her house. >> How long she been here? >> She's pregnant. She's been here a month and a half. Two months maybe. >> Okay. So, she just threw that off the porch. >> No. What? I don't know. I was in my room sleeping. >> Okay. >> She had a baby. They had to take it. >> Where's she at? >> Baby's a pound and 4 oz. >> She inside. >> That's why she's here cuz she was pregnant and having problem. >> Can I talk to her? >> Go look at my house. Please go. >> What's her name? >> Maya, go look at her. >> She still live here. Did she leave for the night or >> the police? Put her ass out. >> Wanting peace, the frustrated grandmother asked her granddaughter Maya to be removed. But when the officers went inside to speak with Maya, they found her in no mood to calm things down. >> What's going on? go out. >> I came I've been gone all day. We had a disruption this morning >> where the police was called this morning. I've been gone ever since. When I came back, I knocked on the window to let my baby dad tell him to open the door. >> Tell him to open the window. >> No, I didn't. >> He look like Can I That's why I'm saying every time I try to talk to her, this is what she do. >> Okay. >> Lely even told her like >> it's just stealing out her purse and everything like what the >> not her. >> Okay. So I came home. I'm like I'm knocking on the door and you see the sign on the door say knock cards cuz she came here. So I'm knocking. Nobody answering. My baby daddy was here at the time. >> Okay. But I didn't know that. So I knocked on the window. I'm like can you open the door so I can lay down? >> I come in here and she heard me as she's coming down home. I'm like I'm just going to lay down. Um let me >> sit in this chair right here trying to roll this. I didn't never roll it. Yeah. Literally. How old are you? >> I'm 21. >> Yeah. Like this is what I have. I was literally sitting in the chair trying to roll this. She come out like she looking in the room like, "Oh, what you do?" Like just automatically it's me until I said, "Granny, I didn't do it." Whole time my baby me and my baby daddy didn't get until he put his hands on me, which is the second time today because the the first police officer could have took him earlier when he did the [ __ ] >> No, we didn't. Maya just >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And they have it on body camera, too. So you can you can you can mute. Yes, they do. They have it on body cam when he came earlier when the I called the police earlier and they have it on body cam. >> Okay. >> So, the See, that's what I'm saying. I'm not I don't want none of that. I don't want her Oh, that's my grandma. I'm not going to disrespect her. >> Just arguing. >> Yeah, that's it. >> Okay. >> And that was way earlier. >> I destroyed some property. >> What did I destroy? >> I don't know. She showed us something was thrown off the >> What was thrown? >> It look like a black piece of >> I didn't destroy anything. I don't have no ill will intentions towards her. >> Would you be fine you're staying in your room for the night? >> That's all I want. I just want to go to bed. I just want to I swear to God. I just want to roll this up and go to bed. >> Okay. >> You ain't sleeping here tonight. >> And you see this is what I did with >> And you already talked to officers earlier? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. >> And it's on body cam. They record the whole thing. >> And there was two officers here for all year. >> You live here? >> Yes, I do. And I have mail. You want to see it? >> No, I don't care about that. How long you been here? >> I've been here a year. It'll be a year next month. >> She smacked me in the face already. >> But the police was here earlier and they seen what happened. So >> if I did that, you know, I would be in jail. >> Maya started to spin a tail hoping to talk her way out of potential trouble. But all of that went out the window when the grandma told the officers about what Maya had done to her. >> But I told the officer, I'll sit in my car till things die down here or >> No, he left. He left. >> He like if you see he even took my stuff out the door. >> He lives here. He took more stuff when he was getting his stuff to leave when all this happened. >> He was moving out. >> Yeah. So that's why I'm saying when she's saying all this, I did it. That's why I'm like, "Granny, I didn't do that." >> He's mad. Like, but she won't sit there and take time to listen to me so I can tell her what happened. >> Okay, I see. >> Cuz look at mying clothes. All my stuff is out in my drawers. >> Hey bro, she got an active broadcast. >> Who does? >> She does. >> What's an active broadcast? >> For TV. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Domestic violence. >> Yeah. For what? I guess she called in. Your grandma called in earlier. >> I never touched her. >> Filed a police report. >> But I called first. So how? And I never touched her and the police came. >> She called in earlier. >> I'm not going to discuss that with y'all cuz y'all going to see it when you go down. >> And then can you can you try to find the officer that I called this morning? >> If you have a broadcast for your arrest is what that is. >> She don't even know she was drunk. She still apologized to you and I said I didn't want nothing to to I didn't want to disrespect you. You had me in the floor beating me today. >> What did you do to me? >> You been punching me. I just did that just I did that to you. >> Yeah, you did that to her. >> No, I didn't. What did you do to me? Did you not put your hands on me? >> I told you to get out of my house. >> Wait, what? Okay, so she can just put her hands on me though, sir. Can you ask me that? >> I did not take the previous report. Okay, all I know. Can you Can you comment? >> I have I have to check and see. I'll read the report before we take you down there. >> That's fine. I was going to help you open it. >> Yeah, because I called I called first. So, how do I have >> Well, it's not a matter of who call. It's not a matter of who calls first. That's not >> She called this [ __ ] crazy, bro. I don't really did nothing wrong. Yeah. How do I drop the stuff? >> Pumpkin. >> So, I can't do nothing to stay home. >> I told you I'm going to read the report. >> No, I'm I'm just asking. Like, I don't want no problems or nothing. I'm just asking what can I do to stay home? >> If you're not actually wanted, then you'll be able to stay home. Okay. >> But I have to read the report first. Get in the car. It didn't take long for the officers to see right through Maya's lies and arrest her. Even while in the car, she stuck to her story and argued her case, but it was all in vain. >> But why do you guys let people just lie and let you take innocent people? >> Like I said, we weren't here, so we were this morning. The only thing we know is that we have an active domestic violence broadcast out for your arrest. Who did I The domestic violence is like abuse. >> Who did I touch? >> Your grandma. >> I didn't touch her though. >> That's why I called the police and now I'm this morning. >> Okay. We're not doing this stuff. >> You have But I'm just asking how the system works. >> You have a broadcast out for your arrest for this. >> Yeah, I definitely understand that, sir. I'm just asking like how it works. >> We have zero leeway when it comes to domestic violence. So, as soon as someone says domestic violence or >> Okay. >> mentions anything like that. >> Yeah. So why did nothing happen this morning when I called about the rest of it and when my baby >> like you said I don't know because we were not here. Okay. >> I was asking no and I understand that. >> Clearly you know cuz you're still asking >> what's up. >> He has to ask. So >> I mean he said the same thing for >> No, I'm just asking question. >> We weren't here. So we have no clue why why our report was never done or anything. But I'm explaining to you why you're why you're going to jail today is because you have >> No, but active broadcast. You told me that. I was just asking like what happened earlier. Why? I know I did nothing earlier. >> Did officer speak to you earlier? >> Yes. >> So reported too. >> A report on body cam. >> Yep. And a report was made. >> Yeah. So a report was made, right? >> And I called. >> Yes. But >> why would I call for no reason? >> Two. Your grandma called in earlier this morning as well. >> I called first. >> It doesn't matter. who first your your report your report was done on your boyfriend >> and Hershey hit me too. >> That's that wasn't in the report. >> So So it wasn't on there. >> She does not have >> Can you watch the body cam without? >> I can't watch other people's body cage. I can only go up based off the report. >> I did when I get out. I'll just have it. So yeah, I told him about that. I said I was going to sit in my car for the rest of the day like I was telling you, sir. So the police are sitting on the rest of she down and then what I did I'm not the one who did nothing. But then you told her why didn't you watch my baby father putting his head up. >> Is he on Is he here? >> He left before he got there in Did you not see my room? >> So here's the thing. How >> did he see my room? You see I said he left. He said we can leave. I said yes. >> How can I arrest someone who's not there? So he just can go around with his handle. >> He has he has the same thing out. A probably an act of domestic violence broadcast. >> I want to press shark. >> Okay, you can do that. I'm just saying >> me out twice. >> He's not arrested because there is He's not there. >> Yeah, he's he pulled up in the car with no license or an expired tag. >> Okay. >> We'll be sure to hunt him down once we're done. Y put his hands on me and I tried to tell my grandmother breath smells go around and choke [ __ ] out like this. >> You don't let anyone do anything. >> I mean we keep choking me out. >> I don't know. I don't know. If I'm If I just got on shift two hours ago, how is it my fault that you got choked out? >> You're just obnoxious. That's what you are. >> Yeah, I'm obnoxious. You're obnoxious. You got choked out all night. I'm >> Yeah. Well, you probably should. >> I'm doing choke out for nothing. I've been gone all day just to get a piece of >> Probably should have beat your grandma off then. My grandma? Grandma? I never do nothing to her. That girl take me [ __ ] on the house. Why the I touch my sheet touch and disrespect my room. It can't make sense. That's why she was sitting there yelling. I was stealing out her purse and that that third time I left the porch. How am I stealing out the purse in your room? What if I was under the porch? >> And I told I said, "No, I'm standing right here." In the end, Maya was booked inside the jail and charged with domestic violence. Up next, officers had to rush in to save a woman who is being assaulted by her own ungrateful daughter. >> Get me the out of here, you piece of scum. I'm suing mying parents so hard. How could I have touched her if she never let me in the house? >> On August the 16th, 2023, officers received a call about a domestic dispute between a woman and her daughter. According to the woman, the dispute resulted in a physical assault from the daughter. In response to the call, officers were dispatched to the location. But as soon as the officers arrived, they realized the woman's daughter wasn't an ordinary person to deal with. >> All right. I know you just were talking to these officers, but what happened tonight? >> The same thing. I just told these officers. >> Okay. Well, I just got here what happened. >> Well, that's great. Well, you can ask them because I just loved them. >> Okay. >> No disrespect. >> Well, okay. Well, put your hands behind your back. You're going to be under arrest for domestic battery. >> Yeah. So, you'll need I'll have an arrangement tonight. >> You'll have your bond hearing tomorrow. Yes. It's It's not called an arraignment unless it's a felony. >> Wow. >> Go take you piece of [ __ ] >> No, I will not wear your [ __ ] seat belt. I don't care what you say. I will unbuckle it no matter what. >> Okay, that's fine. Well, I'm going to put it on anyways. I'm going to unbuckle it. Okay. I got photos everything. So all right. >> All right. Have got like code on hand right there. >> Okay. Probably. Yeah. >> All righty. >> Just got to let you know you're being audio and video recorded. Okay. >> That's cool. >> You still written in mying Miranda, right? So I'll have that show up when the court shows up, too. >> I don't need you. Yeah, actually you do. >> No, I don't. I'm not asking you questions. >> I don't care. You're still arresting me with my Miranda. Yeah, you still owe me my Miranda rights. Give me the Get me the out of here, you piece of scum. Now you dumb piece of messaging the you want, dude. 21 whatever. What? >> Yeah, we're recording. >> Yeah, I don't give a what you're recording. >> They know. They know. I never said that. What? When the did I say that? You don't >> get me the out of here. But um [Music] Get me the out of here. >> Okay, I'm I'm going to drive you to the jail and get you out of >> Yeah, really? Cuz you're slow at that for someone who knows what he's doing. Oh, wait. You don't know what you're doing. That's why your wife probably screams harder harder. >> The lady began throwing tantrums at the cop who was driving her to the jail, accusing her mother for calling the cops and her wrongfully. However, she did more than just make accusations. She also took some crazy actions that were a bit too extreme. >> I'm suing my parents so hard. I'm going to sue you. I'm going to sue my parents. I'm suing everybody. [Music] This is absolutely pathetic. [Music] I didn't do anything to get arrested. How the am I getting What are you even arresting me for? >> But I didn't touch anyone. >> The [ __ ] was inside. She never let me in. How could I have touched her? Please tell me. >> Here's the thing. You set up that defense. >> How could I have touched her if she never let me in the house? How? Tell me how. >> No. You're going to make me suffer in jail ever in my life. You guys don't give a about who you hurt. You're so stupid. No, you're stupid. [Music] So, let's see. And my voice, [Music] [Music] get me out of here, you dumb. >> The cop ignored her and continued to drive as the lady went on with her theatrics. Although he ignored her at first, the officer did not know that she was just about to take things to another level. [Music] I didn't [ __ ] do anything [ __ ] illegal. >> Break anything back there. It's a felony. >> I don't give a You shouldn't even be arresting me in the [ __ ] first place, you dumb. >> That's not how this is not how we do it. >> Well, apparently it is how you do it. >> Settle in court. The fact that you're >> The fact that I I don't need your stupid cuffs. The fact that you are willing >> I'm not I'm not stepping out. >> As soon as the officer realized that the lady was out of her cuffs, the officer immediately pulled over to cuff her again. However, that was when the lady broke all hell loose. >> Not stepping out. >> You can ask me kindly. >> Please get out >> if you let go of my hand. The fact that you guys are >> Get out. >> Please get out. Get out. >> Get out. Please get me out of here before I [ __ ] absolutely lose my mind. >> Once back in handcuffs, the lady resumed her erratic behavior till they arrived at the jail. One would think that once they arrived, the lady would calm down, but this was not the case. In fact, she took the situation to a different level. >> Get me over. >> Okay. But you have to work with us. >> When you say get me over, are you saying get me over to Will County? >> Get you over to Will County. Correct. >> Okay. So, you're not actually going to get me out of here. >> I will we will get you out of Neighborville. >> So, you're not getting out of here. >> But we're But we're stuck between a rock and a hard place right now, right? >> You're stuck between them. >> We're not We're not getting anywhere. Obstruction of what? >> I've already explained it to you, but if you do, if you do >> So, what describe Listen, I I'm listening to you, but I'm asking a question, too. What does obstruction of what mean? >> It means you're not allowing us to do what we need to do. That's what that means. >> You guys shouldn't be doing what you're doing. >> All it means is we need to get your fingerprints and then we can get you over to Will County. >> I'm suing the living without a felony charge. Okay. I don't deserve a felony charge. Period. What the [ __ ] is this? I didn't do anything. >> So then we need to get you fingerprinted. If you don't allow us to get you fingerprinted, then we have to add a felony charge. >> It is do anything to get fingerprinted though. That's just >> that's okay. That that needs to be told with the judge. That it doesn't get settled here. That gets settled in court. >> I saw you do it. >> Oh my god. place. We're going to get you over to Will County. So, let's step out. >> No, cuz what is what's Will County going to do? >> So, if if you don't step out, then we're going to have to charge you with a felony. The felony? >> Why? What's the felony? >> Felony obstructing. >> Obstruction of what? I didn't do anything. I can't even see. be arrested. >> Yeah, but I shouldn't even be arrested. I left the place and all of a sudden my car wasn't there and all of a sudden I'm getting arrested. >> They weren't even there with me. >> All right, let's go. >> You guys are so stupid cuz the door ain't even closed. Eventually, she was charged with obstruction of justice, domestic battery, and resisting arrest. It only gets crazier from here as officers responded to a house after receiving complaints from a woman who wanted her son evicted after he kept destroying her property >> to hit me. Y'all ain't no push me. I had stitches one time. I let that go. I didn't report that. He literally broke my soul, man. He got to leave. When the officers arrived at the scene to understand who they were going to deal with, they first approached the woman who gave them an insight into the horrible things that her son had done to her. >> Well, I'm sorry. I owe my son on all this [ __ ] I just got back upstairs to get out my stove and everything. Come on. He's got to leave here. I can't. I rent from this woman. You know, he literally broke my stove. He leave me. This this woman's place, man. I really about to hit me. Y'all ain't going to push me. I had stitches one time. I let that go. I didn't report that. >> Right. After discussing with her, the officers proceeded to approach the young man who would possibly turn out to be one of the worst brats the officers had ever come across in their entire career. What's up, >> girl? Come on. You got to do that. >> Harold. Harold, come out there. >> I'm going to come outside. Come on, man. You don't got to do that, man. >> Harold, go out there. >> No. No. Let him in. >> What you talking about? Let him in for what? I don't care. >> In the end, he was charged with possession of dimethyl pentalone, tampering with physical evidence, possession of paraphernalia, resisting arrest without violence, and possession of cocaine. And moving on now to Savannah, a completely unhinged female who assaulted her father in a fit of rage. >> I'm a woman. You're the wor. She popped it open and started pouring it all over me. >> On the 18th of November 2021, officers responded to a neighborhood after receiving a report about a woman assaulting her father. Upon arrival, the woman, Savannah, had locked herself in a barn and refused to come out. The officers tried to persuade her to come out of the barn, but instead, Savannah decided to escalate the situation. >> Hey, Savannah, come out. Watch out, man. Let me handle this. Hey, come out. Is there a back gate, sir? >> Right over there. >> Might as well get out. >> Is there any other way out of that? >> It's the only door. >> You might as well just come out. If we roll you up, will you quit kicking? >> Roll up. >> Okay. >> No. Stop. >> Savannah immediately increased her madness as soon as she heard the officers knock on the barn door. Her father couldn't hide. Savannah had made life so miserable for him that he had no choice but to call the cops. [Applause] >> So, what happened? This is her stuff right here. >> Okay. >> She's a psycho [ __ ] is what happened. Gets on and off. She goes crazy, man. >> How long she been here? >> She She don't live here, >> right? >> She just busted in. >> Just a while ago. >> Yeah. >> How did she get in from what door? >> The front door was open. >> Okay. >> She just came in and >> and then what happened? >> She attacked me like always. After going through a lot of hassle to get her handcuffed, she had to make things even more difficult for the officers. I don't me. >> We're not here to beat you up. You need kicking. You can beat me up now. >> No, we're not. You're >> a man from beating me up. >> I've got some in one of the top drawers. >> He broke my bust my face me. >> What the are you me? >> What the are yall to me? >> Stop. are just ruining my life. >> Get down here. Don't just help me where I need to be helped and not be mean like that >> and you kicked two of us. >> Okay. >> You can't >> I almost the mother because he thought he was my boyfriend. >> Savannah blamed her psychotic actions on the fact that both her dad and her boyfriend were constantly beating her. A fact that sounded somewhat untrue to the cops. >> He came at me in the dark. I'm not putting up with men. Overpowering me. >> We are the police. We're not >> I don't care. You're a man. >> Well, we're not trying to hurt you. >> You're a man. We're trying. >> I will kill you. >> I willing you. >> We don't We don't want that. You were here to [ __ ] you. >> No, you weren't. >> You were here to get me in the beginning. If y'all I would have probably turned myself in if I knew I >> but y'all were here to get me with another man. I [ __ ] hate it, man. >> I should kill you. >> I should kill you. >> I don't like men. I will hurt all of you because y'all know you're stronger than a female and I willing you. >> I willing you. >> All right. Well, if she'll walk, let her walk. >> I'm not going to walk you. I didn't want to go to >> Okay. Okay. >> Then we're going to carry you out. >> We're going to carry you out. If you're not going to walk, we're going to carry. >> I got it. Go. One, two, three. Hold on. >> I'm stronger. I'm stronger. I'm more heavier than you. >> Just let me know when you want to walk. I'll let you walk. >> I'll walk. >> You're going to walk. >> No kicking. >> No kicking. You give me 50. >> Well, >> I know I said that when I didn't cooperate. >> Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. >> Oh yeah, I'm right here. Let me stand up. >> All right, let me help you up. >> After long minutes of screaming and yelling, the officers were eventually able to get her up and escort her to the squad car. But a psycho will always be a psycho, no matter the situation. Savannah didn't stop being a psycho and continued in another manner. >> Now that I got two two steps to face the car. Yes. >> Which one is hurting? Tell me which one's hurting. >> All of them. >> Oh, the cus and the leg. She had >> y'all beat your wife. I guess you didn't cheat on him. >> I know y'all cheat on him. >> Okay. >> I've been locked up with the up. >> She her cuffs are fine. >> They're not fine. >> They're not meant for to be comfortable. You knock it off. Cooperate. >> Down. >> Dad, they hit my head. They slam my head up against the plastic. >> Against the plastic. >> Push me in, dumbass. >> Sit forward. Sit up. >> Where's the female? Where's the female? She got to take her to the hospital. >> Before driving Savannah away to the hospital, the officers discussed with her dad to understand how the altercation occurred. >> Yeah. No, no. I was sitting here watching TV. My wife probably just a while ago. Uh and then she just came in. I knew she I knew that was going to happen >> because we got in an altercation over there earlier, >> right? >> And I said, "Wait." Uh and I dropped her off and you guys were supposed to go over there. You didn't show up. So, I came home and uh that's when she walked over here and I got phone call after phone call after >> you just at that you first met today. >> Hold on. Let me I'm sorry. >> Where where did you first see her at? >> No, she came over here and got in my car and started leaning on the horn. >> What time was that? >> You got to give me a ride. I think it was like uh 5 5:30 maybe. >> Okay. >> And I said, "Okay, fine." I didn't want to get into it with her. I gave her a ride. I said, "I got to gas up." I went to All. Um then when I got out, right before I got out, >> I bought one of these. Bring home. She popped it open and started pouring it all over me. So I shoved her away. >> It was a nickel water can like that. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And I said, "Knock it off." And then I went in to try to get gas. And then she goes from the car over there inside the store. And I got witnesses. They were there. They saw me. >> Yeah. The one on Vermont, >> right? Right by the cop. >> Okay. >> I walked inside to go get gas. Get the in there. I mean, talking to her dad like that. Who the hell does that, man? She's out of her mind. I got to go to court over this, guys. Because of her trying to tell you guys that I hit her. Hell, I never hit her when she was little. Why the hell am I going to start now? >> Right. Maybe I should have, but >> I never spanked her. But anyhow, uh that was it. And then uh she came home, went inside, started raising hell. And so you brought her back here? >> No, I left her. Yeah, I didn't. >> And then she walked >> I'm driving. She's over here beating the out of me while I'm trying to drive. >> So where did you drop her off? >> At that I didn't drop her off. She after I called you guys, she took off. >> What was the last time I went to court? She's not supposed to be around me at all. But she continually comes over here and like I said, she's my daughter. Oh, Dad, I need to ride to the store. I need to get >> your daughter, right? Yeah, >> man. I mean, biological my wife. I mean, look behind you >> right there on that wall. >> Yes, sir. >> 35 years, two children. >> As the officers drove her to jail, Savannah couldn't stop screaming and showing how much of a psycho she was. However, despite her attitude, one thing was for sure. She was not going to get out of this so easily. >> Don't me up. I should kill you. I should kill you. >> What the do I even have a warrant for? Where are you going? >> We're going to the hospital. >> Why? Cuz y'all me up. >> I'm going to fight them there, too. Because y'all they're on your side. You should let me go because you me up and I'm a woman. Why are you taking me to the hospital? I don't want to go. >> I have to. >> Why? Cuz y'all [ __ ] me up and y'all should be charged. >> No, not for that. >> I didn't even know I had a word or I wouldn't have fought with you guys because y'all didn't have no right to [ __ ] come and just my ass up like nothing. Y'all just came and me up like nothing. Like every bad. I hate you. Get that for assault. Iing hate you. I should kill you. You open this door. I'm going to you. You can't take me in the Yeah. You're trying to me in the backseat of your car. >> Nope. >> Yeah, you are. Because you know I don't got a seat belt back here. What are you driving like that for? >> I'm not driving like anything. >> Because you're trying to me. I won't because you're a man. >> Get away from me. You can get away from me. Savannah, you can get away from me. >> Okay, >> step away. >> Right there. No, ma'am. We're going to be >> Get the light on my face. I don't like to face because of you. Because I have PTSD. Because of you. >> Savannah, I need >> I need you to look at me. Open your eyes. Thank you. All right. I need to listen to you. Okay. >> And we got to get you up again. >> No, they're not. We're okay. Well, that's what happens when you >> me up my whole life. My dad beats me up. My boyfriend beats me up. >> You've got to help yourself. You got to get out of the call and they just me up even just me up right now >> because you were fighting with them. >> I Close the door on you. They trust me and me up. Four men up. >> Savannah talking that way is not going to let me help you. >> For two years I got my ribs off my face cracked. I was here when I got my face cracked. Savannah by a man. >> Savannah stop. >> And just want to me >> Savannah stop. I'm going to feel your head. >> It hurts. So I know I got hit. I got hit somewhere in the head because I got a headache. >> I got hit in the head plenty of times before. >> In the end, Savannah was charged with failure to appear at the time and play stated in a citation. Two counts of battery upon a police officer, resisting evading/obstructing an officer and criminal trespass.
