Miss walk and turn and one leg stand so that that's kind of the bare minimum for what an officer would like to get through during a a DUI investigation um he does hdn he starts the walk and turn and you know she after she jumps on one leg and she's all crazy then she's like ah my back I you know I'll try yeah and then she's like oh that's it I'm going to go back to my car and kudos to him for not letting her get back to her car cuz she gets in there you know if her car's still running she jumps across into the driver's seat now that you know it's it can go bad so good for him for as soon as she stopped and said hey I'm done he's like all right turn around pretend to my back you're under arrest I I like that cuz he gave her every opportunity to participate in those in the battery in the standardized field sobriety test battery but as soon as she said no he had already made his arrest no arrest decision which obviously was the right decision and um and he he cut it off and said hey that's it we're we're done now turn around put your hands behind your back call when we get to the station turn around please okay you me turn around all cuz you're not doing what you're told no I'm to submit to a test we suspend your license for one year or for two years if you refused before so if you refused last year and then you get arrested again for DUI and you refuse again your license is suspended for 2 years and that has absolutely nothing to do with the criminal consequences of the case that's a civil issue but just between you and and the Arizona Department of Transportation so um it's and every state has some in some states it's illegal to refuse and it's actually an additional charge um some states don't have an electronic warrant that allows you to to obtain blood without someone's consent so everywhere is a little bit different Arizona just happens to be a great state for DUI enforcement it's one of the reasons that I I love being a DUI cop here is uh we have all of the the tools available to us to make sure that we're holding people accountable after they make that bad decision I literally cannot hear you okay well I already read it to you no blah blah blah blah ew warrant as long as there's probable cause for arrest which obviously here there was a a boatload of probable cause um so I would imagine that's what happened I did it I burned the whole side this
