What gun? The gun you just kicked in the water. What gun in the water? Dude, there's no gun in the water. It's not going to be a problem, sir. It's no gun. I ain't got no gun. Ain't no gun in the water. You ain't seen me kick no gun in the water, sir. July 1st, 2023. Officer Casey Phillips of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Department has spotted a van parked on the side. Great department near a popular fishing spot. Officer Phillips decided to walk down to the water and check for fishing licenses. But oh boy, was he surprised to find Del Tree. He's the best person I've ever had in video, guys. I'm I'm not gonna I'm not gonna lie to you. I love him. I love him and I wish there was more people in videos like this. So, we've done them before. We did it again. It's another video from Donnie Rapture. This guy's just got gems and they're great. So, you want to check out more videos like this, tune in to his channel. Is that fishing wildlife? How are y'all fishing wildlife? Yeah, we fishing. Okay. What's your problem? Nothing. I was just checking what you Yeah, we fishing. Y'all do any good? Yeah. No, we just got here actually. Oh, yeah. No bites, huh? No bites. No bites. I got you. Do y'all have a fishing license? No sir. Um. Hey, brother. What are you kicking in the water? Nothing. I ain't kicking [ __ ] in the water. Out the water, sir. Okay, dude. I can see what What you got? Nothing. Okay. Look, man. Do you have fish license? I don't have no Look, everybody come out here. We ain't causing no trouble. I I know. I didn't say you. That means no. Have you ever had a fishing license? So, this Florida, how many people have fishing license in Florida? Everyone. I actually went to school to be a game warden. So, my undergrad degree is in conservation law enforcement. So, I specifically went to school to be a game warden. Um, natural resource management is a big deal. I'm obviously I'm an avid hunter and fisherman. So, having a fishing license or having a hunting license is required not as like some libertarian thinks it's some government overreach. That money goes to fund projects that help sustain wildlife. It helps to like restock trout streams or bass or whatever your your game fish is in the area. Um, it helps to protect wildlife, wetlands, lakes, fun cleanups. It does all sorts of stuff that helps wildlife and fish. So, pay for your fishing license. Pay for your fishing license. It's like a duck stamp. I buy a federal duck stamp every year whether I hunt ducks or not because that money helps national level wildlife, water fowlers. I it's it's such a big deal that these agencies need this money that comes from the sale of of licenses and stamps. So, don't be don't be an idiot and get your fishing license. It's required, as far as I know, you are required to get a fishing license for in every state. It's different. in Arizona and in New York, the two states I could talk about the most. Um, to fish anything inland waterways, so lakes, rivers, streams, anything freshwater, you have to have a fishing license. Um, in New York, I don't think you need a saltwater license. I know in Florida you do, so it kind of varies state to state, but this guy who's a grown adult not knowing that you don't need a fishing license is probably BS. So, pay for your license, help out wild resource management, whether it's it's fish or wildlife, and just like do the right thing. And if you don't have it, don't be surprised when the cops are like, "Hey, I need your ID because they have to identify you so they can write you a ticket for not paying for your fishing license." Come on, man. It's holiday weekend. Honestly. Yeah. Come on, sir. How many people have fishing licenses? I know you needed one came out here fishing. Of course, you need one. All right. Um, do you have any other guns on you? No gun? What gun? The gun you just kicked in the water. What gun in the water? Dude, there's no gun in the water. It's not going to be a problem, sir. It's no gun. I ain't got no gun. Ain't no gun in the water. You ain't see me kick no gun in the water, sir. You're guilty. Dude, if you're going to be if you're chill with me, this thing will all work out, right? Sir. Okay. I don't have nothing on me. Look, man. Okay, I believe you. Please, man. I believe you. I got a lot of [ __ ] Listen, I'll pack my [ __ ] up and haul last, man. I like Are you a convicted felon? I'm a convicted felon. I don't got no gang, nothing going on, man. I promise you, man. Dude, I promise you, bro. I'm out here. Are you a convicted felon? No. Okay. I saw you kick the gun in order. What? What? I ain't kick nothing in the I ain't kick nothing in there. Is Was it on your personal? Did I see it was on your person? No, I ain't kick nothing. I ain't got nothing. I Listen, sir. I'll pack up and haul ass, man. Please. Please. Mr. Phillips, you hear me? Please give me a few minutes, right? Let me talk. Okay, this is all good, right? We're fine. You good? I like this guy. Okay, listen. You can have a gun while you're fishing, hunting, or camping. And I have a license. Okay. Does that make sense, sir? I hear what you're saying. Okay. Well, there's no reason to kick it in the water, sir. I ain't kicking cuz she can have it, sir. I didn't have nothing. Okay. I'm not going to argue with it. Can you like I mean, I saw what I saw, dude. You don't have anything else on you? Okay. We got out here maybe 10 minutes ago. We got here like 10 minutes ago. Okay. So, do you have any ID on you? ID? Yeah, it's in the car. Okay. And that's y'all's van out there. Okay. That's my car. All right. Both lines. We both have jobs hanging out. Fourth of July. Okay. We went to a place in Winter Garden. It wasn't biting. came over here like 10 minutes. All right, I'm going to run the gun. Make sure it's not stolen, sir. And if it's not stolen, we're good. I don't know about no gun. Okay, go ahead and back up for me. No, I just have watch this officer pull his gun out of the water. This is going to be great. Sir, there ain't no gun in the water, sir. Why you just like all that? There's no ground in the water. There's nothing in the water, sir. Sir, I threw some weed in the water, man. Weed. I don't want to leave. Huh? Nope. Dude, I am going to ask you to back up though. No, I'm gone. Okay. Back the [ __ ] up. All right. You good? Huh? You good? No, I'm good. Please pull a gun out of the water that he says isn't there. Please, please, please. Probably looking around for alligators. Sticking my hands in here. I have some gator. Turn me into the guy from Billy Madison. Chubs. I tore one of that bastard's eyes out, though. Look at that. You're pretty sick, Chubs. Is it loaded? There's a gun. [Music] Doesn't sound good. Oh, we can kick my gun in the water. I do love those Oreos though. Are you convicted fell ma'am? Golden ones are delicious. I've never been. Is this your gun? Mm-m. Don't lie to me. Mm-m. Better answer probably would have been yes. Florida Fish and Wildlife, awesome agency. They do great stuff. They do all the the natural resource enforcement in Florida. Um they're used to seeing guns. They're he the officer says it, "Hey, you can have a gun while you're hunting, camping, or fishing." All that lady had to do was say, "Yeah, that was my gun." That's it. Super easy. She She can have it. She can possess it. She could shoot an alligator if it attacks her. Like, it's have a gun. It's not a big deal. Um, but just the fact that they were both so adamant, like, let's look at this from a different point of view. So, random law enforcement officer walks up to random spot in the water and says finds happens to find a felon that shouldn't be in possession of a gun who kicks a gun in the water and then just magically goes, "Hey, there's going to be a gun there." Like, it it makes no sense. Of course, this law enforcement officer saw it. Of course, that guy kicked it in the water. And the idea that he has no idea how that gun could get have gotten there is absolute BS. Live live. Soon as someone says, "Hey, Mal, just leave." That's when you know. So, it's neither one of y'all's guns. Nope. Okay. I'm asking, is it? Lie, lie, lie, lie, lie. No. Fish and wildlife then walked on me, bro. Man, it was a gun. All right, y'all. Just hang out right here for a second. Okay. Huh? So, y'all just hang out right here for a second. Happened to be a gun. Just happened to be there. Catch any fish this morning? Oh, I did. Cool. All right, man. Kind of walk me through what y'all were doing when my partner rolled up on y'all. Fishing. Fishing. All right. What's going on with that gun? Ain't mine. I told him the same thing. He said that camera. He see me with it and he see me possess it. Okay. Why were you stepping on it? Huh? Why were you stepping on it? What was I stepping on? I was stepping in the water getting my reels out. That ain't my gun. It's not my gun. I'm telling you. Absolute liar. That's not my gun. You just got you you got to look at it from from our side of things. You know, understand what you're saying, but that's not my gun. I hear your side. That's not my gun. I'm convicted felon. I ain't going out my vision. That's not my gun. You can go out there and see. You are a convicted felon. Yeah. I don't I ain't That's not my gun. That's how I know I know I'm not supposed to have a gun at all. Okay. All the people come here. There's plenty of [ __ ] down there. People go down there. I don't know who done that. What we literally fishing. A professional liar. It just don't look, you know, you got to look at it. I roll up on somebody and they're stepping on something, not looking, wanting to look down at it, you know, and all of a sudden they there's a gun right there. It ain't the biggest thing cuz you're allowed to have a gun when you're fishing, you know. Hey, I'm showing you respect. You Yeah, I'm showing. No, I'm getting off the road. You know I Well, why you making a phone call when I'm trying to talk to you? I'm not allowed to make a phone call. Well, I'm trying to talk to you. Do you That's rude. Suspect's like, "Yep, yep." Blah, blah, blah, blah. Like, who does that when you're in the middle of a conversation with someone? It's just basic manners to have that conversation with someone, have an eye to eye conversation, not just dial the phone and just start a whole another conversation with someone in the middle of an interview. Like that's I don't know where that's acceptable, but it's not acceptable with me. And and I'm glad that this officer calls him out like, "Hey man, what are you doing? Get off the phone." So I I thought that was pretty cool. I I liked that the officer called him out on just a blatant level of disrespect. No, but you talking to me about a gun that's not mine. I didn't told you that's not my gun. I look man, I'm listening to you, sir. I'm not being disrespectful. You trying to talk to me about a gun that's not mine. That you're stepping on in the water. That's not mine. I was stepping in the water to get my rod. I didn't step on no gun. Your rod was in the water cuz I wasn't here. My rod was in the water. You fencing. You talking to me about a gun that's not mine. I understand you trying to talk, but we talking about nothing. That gun ain't mine. It's not. Guy needs to go. Go have a seat back on the van. Go ahead. Put the phone down. Leave it with her if you want. Yep. That needs to happen. Here we go. Do you want to leave the phone with her or not? Okay. I'll take it cuz you can't bring it in the jail. Yes, I can. Not on you. Yes, I can. Dude, that's the I can, man. I've been to jail before the I believe that damn phone, man. That's my possession. What the Hey, dude. Calm down, brother. Hell no. It's going to jail with you. It's going to be in your property. Yo, you can put it in my pocket, bro. This is my phone. Not the way it works. Okay. So, y'all taking my [ __ ] Why? Why is you taking my phone? It's not illegal. It's my possession. This is going to the evidence. The same with that gun. Evidence? It goes right. This goes in with your personal property, man. Get the out of here, man. Man, hell no, man. Come on. What is he going to do, man? How in the is all take Listen, my phone that [ __ ] can come with me. It's going. It's going with you. It's supposed to go in my pocket. Man, what you mean? I just went to jail. They asked me that I want I believe that. The you mean I can go to my Listen, is there anything else in your pocket? Man, what the I tell you just check my [ __ ] Ain't nothing in my pockets. You know that. Anything that's going to poke me, man. Listen, sucker. Didn't I tell your puss ain't in my pocket? I will fish. You got any gloves on you? There could be a hook in your pocket. I run into felons all the time. um people that have had their their right to bear arms suspended by the judicial system. Doesn't make them bad people. It's not a big deal. I run into felons all the time. We have great conversations. Sometimes they get sightes. Sometimes they get warnings. Sometimes they go to jail depending on the situation. But just because you're a felon doesn't mean that you're automatically treated like a piece of garbage. At least in my book. Um like this guy is not it's not a big deal. Like he is he blows this way out of proportion. and just the compounding lies instead of just being like, "Hey, man. Yo, I'm here. There's this gun here. It's hers." Like instead of trying to kick it in the water and hide it and step on it and do all this stuff, which just shows how much more guilty he is. It just there there's just no reason for it. And that's this Fish and Wildlife officer is awesome. Super cool, super collected, super responsible. you know, as far as taking control of him, say, "Hey, man, go stand over there." Digs around. He knew exactly where it was. He knew exact, you know, knew exactly what that guy had done with trying to stomp it into the mud. Like just just good police work. And this guy, not bad cuz he's a felon, bad cuz he's a a liar and he's dishonest. Um, you know, he gets what's coming to him. Any gloves on you? He's got some in his pocket, his wallet or something. Man, so you going to take my wallet, too? Yeah, dude. It's going the same place where your phone is going. Hell no. Y'all can't take all my out my [ __ ] pocket. What the It's literally what you do when you go to jail, bro. That's literally what happened. They can get all Man, she ain't got to Bro, so you mean to tell me y'all taking all my out my [ __ ] pocket? Yes. Like I ain't never [ __ ] been to jail before and a like they don't put all my [ __ ] in goddamn um my personal belongings. [ __ ] This man have been all around me. You were so worried about me having some in me. Mother could have been dead all down there by the lake. You [ __ ] with me now. He's so mad. All right. Huh, man. Hell no, man. Make man. Hey, man. Can she get my Can she get it? Yes. Hey, Felicia. No, she going to get it. Felicia, come get all my belongings. Get [ __ ] I did not see the gun, so I don't Mhm. Sure you didn't. You gonna beat this. It's all on your mother audio and video. You said your mother and you taking me to jail. It's all on your [ __ ] You say you don't shoot me with a damn gun. You don't see me possess it. Now you charge me with a gun that ain't [ __ ] mine. Knowing it ain't goddamn mine. Just happen to be a gun. Man, get me off this [ __ ] hill, man. [ __ ] man. How I'm going to get in here, man? How I'm going to get in here with GL with goddamn handcuffs on smart ass. You so smart. Listen, dude. Ain't no hard on yourself. What? I ain't did nothing. I'm going to jail already. I ain't made no threats. I ain't did. Use your head. God damn it. I give commentary on these. I also do stuff that you don't get to see unless you're a member.
