Here in Arizona, we're very very lucky in that we have a lot a very prosperous and prolific law enforcement phottomy program. We have telephonic search warrants and e- warrants. So, we don't have to deal with urine. We don't have a refusal law here. we simply get a warrant and then we take blood by force. Um it's it doesn't happen often, but it does happen and it allows us to successfully prosecute these cases with a a toxicology report to show that there's impairing substances on board. Uh whatever state this is, they don't have that. They have a refusal law. Um it's real popular on the East Coast, which I would imagine is where this is. Uh where you just you get a charge simply for refusing. Um, we don't have that here because we make you take the test because we're a little bit more aggressive than some East Coast agencies and we like that.
