That is a use of force that is spurred on and the catalyst is being crazy and fighting with the cops like this. Not it's I don't know how somehow in this scenario of daughter fighting cops the cops somehow get painted as the bad people when it's the daughter's actions. If daughter would have walked out and just put her hands behind her back and said, "Yep, I want to get one last swing in and I'll go to jail." None of that would have happened.
