so we found this video on police Insider it's great they've got more like that on there so check them out officers responded to a 911 call about a demestic disturbance from a neighbor they advised that a female was yelling and physically attacking a male how's it going man good hey were you just walking with the with a girl H were you walking with a girl down paint Street and I like that okay we got to call it's a guy possibly getting smacked around by a girl in a pink shirt so we're just checking there you're good see someone down there you saw somebody down there what's all the scratches on your neck man right here yeah yeah yeah what's your do you have an ID on you bro I don't you don't what's your name man I don't me to tell you yeah no look bro I mean it doesn't need to be complicated man he I didn't break my law I didn't I know but I have a lawful reason to stop you okay because we got dispatch you match the description of the guy that was getting beat up by a girl okay you have injuries on your neck all right it don't matter it does matter okay you don't have an ID on your man no don't everyone's got to be difficult and the guy doesn't want to ID himself which ultimately he didn't have any warrants so I don't know he just wanted to be a jerk but at this point they haven't talked to the female so they have no idea if he's the primary aggressor if those scratches are defensive scratches from her trying to stay away from him while he's they don't know anything so he has to to identify himself first of all for that secondly switch roles and pretend that it's not just this random dude walking down the road with marks and scratches and bruises what if it was a pretty girl like what if it was a pretty girl walking down the road with a black eye and scratches on her neck and some cop walks up and goes they get a call there's a fight girls walking down the road cop gets there and talks to her she has obvious bruises and she goes I don't want to talk about it and he just goes okay have a great day ma'am would anyone accept that in society the answer is no those it doesn't matter if it's a guy or a girl like everyone has this feeling like there's different laws like assault is different for guys and girls and like girls can hit guys but guys can't hit girls that's not the way reality Works reality works if you're a human and you hurt another human you've assaulted them so it's totally irrelevant of gender and that's what this guy didn't seem to understand and the the sergeant was absolutely right as he came in contact with this guy and he was incredibly patient even more patient probably than I would have been um in allowing this guy to not tell his name while they're in the the course of an investigation I don't feel like I don't need to tell you that okay you feel like that but I hav't broken the laws you understand listen listen to I haven't committed a crime I don't need to provide you with that okay but listen to me I'm tell telling you okay just listen I have a lawful reason to stop out and talk to you okay so you have a lawful reason to identify yourself to me if you if you don't want to identify yourself to me I'll take you to jail for concealing your identity it's that simple it's literally that simp I like it I don't know what state this is but I like it it's going happen if I tell you my name you going leave me alone can I walk away we're going to go we'll go from there okay but if you don't if you if you don't tell me your name you're going to go straight to jail I understand that I understand that old somewhere in there and her greatest achievement in the first 21 years of existence on the earth is I graduated high school okay that's that's who we're dealing with here so that's where I'm at now I came tox I just came to visit my mom Sal here where by Subway the salon so I was just kind of helping I'm leaving back to Albuquerque tomorrow and I do have court cases so what's your relationship with this guy uh that's my boyfriend for about a year now okay and so what's going on between you two just a verbal argument but like I said we're both at my mom's shopping now it was nothing extravagant Jay it's more in a verbal argument because we had people calling in saying that a female was hanging on the shirt of a male like that and there was screaming so I mean you can check me and the cops might have had a pretty good idea and then they see her with no injuries and then they see him with injuries I think they they put it together pretty quick um that she was the primary aggressor and then even in conversation with her she says oh it's my fault I did it um so as soon as she starts to give any sort of like I don't want to talk boom she went in the cuffs and I appreciate that um I appreciate the no BS approach and as soon as you have probable cause to put handcuffs on someone I really like it when that happens um and that officer did he did awesome I thought he I thought his his timing was great he didn't beat around the bush he just he went straight to cuffs and she obviously needed it so um yeah he was that guy was awesome leave him the out of B the only thing that's going to cross his mind and an attempt to try to keep you out of prison for the felony of aggravated assault on a police officer so like I don't know people just expect that like we take our cameras off and like oh here's the here's the video like it's it's a tool that will come up in in trial should it go that far or it'll be in Discovery and be given to your lawyer but like we don't just hand people our evidence and be like well here you can look at this that's not the way the law works it doesn't work in any jurisdiction anywhere in the history of forever and just it's
