Miss Booger Breath was swerving over lanes, crashed into an 18-year-old driver, and then refused to comply. >> Police Insider is the channel where we found this. We like it. It's not too long. It's not too short. And you're going to love it. So, check them out. You'll find more stuff to love. >> So, my car is messed up. This girl, I don't know what she thought she was. I was literally already on the phone. I told my sister. >> Anyways, I told my sister to call you guys, right? already when she was already almost causing me a pass. >> You stay in the car. >> Go get in the car. >> She was banging on my window freaking opening my door trying to She was scaring me. Like I was literally scared for my life. >> No, I'm not. No, I'm not. They're with me. No, I'm going to tell you right now. Listen. >> Come over here and talk. >> I'm going to tell you right now, okay? I'm not trying to come over here and talk. Come over here and talk. What's going on, guys? She She break kept me trying to make it look like it's my fault when this girl literally almost caused me a car crash all the way on the intersection. I'm driving behind her. Literally, she kept going in front of me. I'm like trying to get away from her. She brick checked me. I'm already over here trying to get over the side. >> I I know I already called dispatch. I know you guys were already on the phone with 911 and they heard the accident. >> Yeah, I was going home. >> So, we get a lot of calls about road rage and reckless driving. It comes in probably comes into to departments all over, but very seldom that I know of do you have a car that says, "Hey, this other car is breaking me." And then through the phone, the dispatchers can hear the collision that's caused by the aggressive driver. So, this this started out kind of interesting. Um, it it doesn't happen. And this woman that was breaking uh the other two girls, I mean, she comes up all aggressive right from the word go. It is overly obvious that she's the primary aggressor just in personalitywise and I believe probably driving also. So if those girls are saying that she's the the the reckless driver, I would believe it just based on her actions. >> Stay here and wait. >> No, because she keeps coming to my car like I don't know. >> Stay here. >> Listen, don't don't do cop [ __ ] with me. >> You stay here and talk to him. >> There you go. Are you the driver? >> Yeah. >> Can you give me your license, registration, and insurance? >> You got your ID, too? >> Oh, yeah, I do. >> Hey, stand by with her. >> Stand by with her. Says she's not going to talk to you. >> Can I have your license? >> Ma'am, what is what's going on here? You >> step out of the vehicle. Hey, she's not providing information not stepping out of the vehicle. Serge, >> we were in like the middle like in the left lane. Hay lane chedd at her and then she sped up in front of us tried to cut us off and then she kept trying to break check us swerve through the lanes in the middle not let us pass and I have a picture and a live photo of it of her swerving. We were trying to get a picture of her license for you guys. Then we tried calling and then she break checked us and we sideswiped her cuz we were trying to swerve into the meeting. Wow. >> She thought I was going to I'm like, "Bro," she was laughing about it cuz she thought I was going to give the I'm like, "Dude, we're already like we have like the phone like the call was recorded." Like they can hear the car like she you can hear it. >> While this officer was patiently listening to the young girls, the obviously impaired Karen was having an intense crash out. >> You guys are hot in those pants. >> My bald head's getting a little touchy right now. >> I know that feeling. sweating and >> I don't have any hair to cover this melon. >> All right, hang tight. When your car looks like it came out of a dent factory, um you're probably pretty willing to to road rage other cars and to break check them and change lanes aggressively because I mean, what's another dent if you already have a car from a dent farm? So, I I think she was probably probably not the first time that she's driven drunk and she probably bumps into stuff all the time, which is why her car looks like that. So, no surprise here. >> So, can you please go over here? Please don't. You're involved in a crash. If you're involved in a crash, you can't shut the door. Okay. >> I don't I don't want you to open my door. >> Well, you open the door. >> No, you can't shut the door. >> I said I said no. I said no. I work at the jail. I know my rights. I said no. >> I know my rights. That's my favorite. >> Back up. Back up. >> Back up and get off my property. Back up. >> I don't think you're in the middle of the road. property. Ma'am, >> back up and get off my property. Back up and get I work at the jail. I back up. >> You do? >> Back up and get off my property. >> Oh, she's so pleasant. >> You're wasting my AC and my gas. Back up and get back. >> I know him. Get back. >> Get back. >> Otherwise, I would have opened the window. I'm not stupid. >> I'm not stupid. You >> sure about that? All right, that's it. You can't You can't be the camera. You can't be hitting the You can't be hitting the camera. >> Yeah, you did. I warned you. >> Out you come. >> Get out of the car. Stop. >> Get out of the car. Stop. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. You need to get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> You need to step out. You need to step out. >> She comes out. Get down. >> You need to step out or step out or you're going to go to the ground. Step out or go to the ground. Step out or go to step out. You're going to go >> What is she saying? Make sure to step out. >> That's what we do when you don't listen. >> Step out. >> You're going to get tased. >> You're going to get tased. >> Step out. >> You're going to get tased. >> You're going to get tased. >> All right. You're going to get tased. >> Step out. Step out. You can step out now. >> All right. >> And out comes the ground. Get on the ground. Give me your hands. >> There you go. Give me your hand. Give me your hand. >> Roll over on your side. >> Couldn't happen to a nicer woman. >> Sit up. >> Now stand up. >> Stand up. >> There we go. >> Much better. >> Walk back there. This wasn't just another fender bender, as the female had prior DUI history and she posed an active threat to the safety of others. >> I believe that sit down. Sit down. You're going to get tased again. Tased again. >> You're going to get tased again. Get in the car. >> I got her. >> Hold on. >> Sit down in the car. We'll talk, but sit down. >> You need to sit down in the car. You're going to get tased. >> Sit down in the car. We'll talk. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. Oh, here comes repercussions. >> Trying to talk to you. >> You know me. >> So, this suspect obviously knows sounds like she knows the sergeant and keeps calling out to him and calling his name looking for some sort of preferential treatment. Um, if we work together and we are in a a professional, we have a a professional acquaintance and you act like that, make my officers drag you out of a car, are just a an overall terrible human, and then you're looking to me to give you preferential treatment. Not a chance, not a snowballs chance on an Arizona pavement. Are you gonna get preferential treatment from me when you act like that? So, she's she was way misled on what she thought was going to happen here. >> I need you to put your feet in. >> Put your feet in the car. >> I know you. >> That's what I'm going to do. Put your feet in the car on the top of the window. >> You know me and I know you. I didn't do anything wrong. These girls came up on me and they were racing me and they'll work through it, but I need you to put your feet in the car. >> We'll work through it, but put your feet in the car. >> We'll work through it, but put your feet. >> You have kids at home. All right. >> Another mom of the year award dear. >> Put that window down. >> Can I tell you something? >> No. You need to put your feet in the car. >> I I have I have my period and I don't have a tampon. >> I don't care. Put your feet in the car. >> I feel like that's poor planning on your part. >> I'm not worried about that right now. I got >> All right. You're going to get tased again if you don't in the car. We're going to put your feet in. >> Not doing this. All right. Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. We'll talk. >> Watch your feet. There we get that little those little tootsies in there. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Run seat belt on. Please don't. >> So many nos. >> We're going to attack. >> Please don't. Don't do it. No. No. No. I can't do it. >> The female continued begging to be let out off the handcuffs while abusing the officers and kicking the patrol car. >> Officer Lway. >> Boy, I wonder how she knows this. Very interesting. >> Serge, >> stop. Don't put the window up on me. That's not even funny, bro. I work at the jail, bro. That's not >> You used to work at the jail. >> Funny. You're on camera >> as your previous job. Screaming. Smile on your face. And I know him personally. >> I am sure that if she I'm sure she works in the jail. She said it enough and she knows one of the officers there. So, I'm sure she works there. She's definitely not a detention officer. Um, but she should know just word on the street or hearing stories and intake and passing. You know that when police officers, deputy sheriffs, troopers, wardens, when they tell you, "Hey, get out of your car," and you say no, that shortly thereafter, you're going to be removed from your car by whatever means necessary, whether it's by force, by tasing, pepper spray, dog, um something, something from the outside world is going to make you exit that vehicle. Um, and I mean, you kind of see it coming, you know, when she starts bracing and saying, "No, I don't want to come out." She's coming out of that car. It's gonna happen. >> Okay. >> So, that's going to look bad on you. You got to smile like Jasper on your face. >> I'm not smiling. >> Who's Jasper? >> And then you got a serious ugly face. >> Thank you, >> Jasper. Like the friendly ghost. >> What? >> I didn't do anything with >> Okay. Well, you didn't comply. We told you numerous times to get out of the car and then you kept holding on the steering wheel. You wouldn't step out and we told you you were to get tased >> and then you tased me. >> Okay. Well, that's your fault. >> You have to comply. >> I work at the jail. >> You used to work at the jail. >> So, what the are you doing, man? I have to go over to my kids and you know that. >> I can't help that. >> You made it difficult on yourself. >> That's absolutely correct. >> Grand. >> All right. Well, you'll have your day in court. >> Broadway. >> You have your day in court. >> Broadway. >> Do you need anything from these guys? >> Do you need anything from them? >> Broadway. Do you need anything from them? >> No, I'm talking to you. >> Do you need anything from them? >> I'm talking to you. >> All right, you guys are good to go. >> Wait, why are you >> She was then taken to the hospital where she was medically cleared and ready to be taken to jail. >> Perfect. >> Please sit. Go sit. Ter, I'm asking you politely to get in my patrol car. >> Only >> She's just so difficult. >> I'll be with Logic. >> I'm just going up there. >> I'm just going up there. I need you to step in. >> Go sit down. >> I will. >> Okay. >> Go sit down. >> I don't want him in this car. >> You don't have a choice. >> I don't. Then I want to go in a different car. >> Sure. You got to get some more charges. Do you want that? >> Is that what you want? Really? >> I don't feel comfortable. >> You want that? Nothing's gonna happen. The camera's the whole time >> because this guy and this guy's going and this guy and this guy. >> We smile sometimes. We're human. >> And you're acting like a child, which is kind of funny. >> I'm smiling, too. >> This is not funny. >> I disagree. >> No, I don't want to. >> No, I don't want it. I don't. I feel it. >> So, when he gets in a car crash and you die and your kids don't have anyone, >> is that what you want? >> Yeah, I don't want it. Thank you. >> Please. I'm already concerned. Please. No. No. No. No. No. No. No, I I want to refuse. >> You don't want it. >> Get to refuse. >> I don't want it tight. >> It's not tight. >> If she's not tight enough, you're good to go. >> At the jail, the female refused to provide her urine sample for BAC test and was charged with an additional felony. Yes. >> Here in Arizona, we're very very lucky in that we have a lot a very prosperous and prolific law enforcement phbotomy program. We have telephonic search warrants and e- warrants. So, we don't have to deal with urine. We don't have a refusal law here. We simply get a warrant and then we take blood by force. Um it's it doesn't happen often, but it does happen. And it allows us to successfully prosecute these cases with a a toxicology report to show that there's impairing substances on board. Uh whatever state this is, they don't have that. They have a refusal law. Um it's real popular on the East Coast, which I would imagine is where this is. Uh where you just you get a charge simply for refusing. Um, we don't have that here because we make you take the test because we're a little bit more aggressive than some East Coast agencies and we like that. >> I love it. >> So, I'm now requesting that you submit to a lawful test for your Europe. I am now requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your urine for the purpose of determining the presence of chemical or controlled substances. Will you take the test? >> No. >> For what? >> I don't I don't understand. I need you to seven chapters. I don't understand. >> So, you want me to take a urine test? And if I don't take a urine test, I can have a misdemeanor or a felony. >> Yes, ma'am. That's exactly. >> For what? For what? >> Vowing to comply. >> Sir, so you we believe that you have taken something and that something may be in your system, but we requesting that you take the urine test so that we can determine if something is in your in your system. >> No, there's I told you I'm taking I'm not taking anything. >> Okay, it's on you. >> The 38-year-old female was charged with resisting officer without violence. Resisting officer with violence. >> Three counts of battery on law enforcement officer. >> I like it. Reckless driving with property damage, DUI with property damage, and refusal to submit to lawful test. >> I love it.
