Well, we'll do where we're at. So, because I walked in and was potentially walking out with her, that's why it would be a higher criminal charge. Just because we walked in together. Oh, cuz you guys came in here to steal together. That was the intention. You guys were I mean it wasn't the intention. Intention versus action is different. You know what I mean? Like Yeah, but you guys didn't pay for anything. So the action is the action is But that's why I get more in trouble because she's 17 years old. Okay. Cuz you're an adult. I told you don't. Is that up? Back up. You're going to get obstruction if you don't quit right now. You don't have it. But if you continue, you're going to get obstruction. It's out of our hands. You need to say something. You really ain't doing nothing. Come on. I ain't doing nothing. Come on, man. Hey, sit in the car. This ain't worth it. Man, please. Come on. We going to get you out. Why did not do this, man? Come on. It ain't nothing I can do. Stop. All right. If you continue to talk to him, it's antagonizing everything. You're going to go get arrested. He won't let me say that. He won't let me say nothing. Stop. Come on now, baby. We coming. Why are you acting childish? Come on. Stop. Let's turn him around. This is crazy, man. Come on, man. Hey, at least thunder, please. Stop. Nothing going to calm him down. How? I'm saying though like he was he really have to go to jail. He doesn't have a choice in this. But how come? I just explained that because of their relationship but they have lived together. We don't have a relationship. Him and her got a relationship. That's what I'm saying. Between you and him, y'all have both lived at that address at the same time, right? Yeah. Yes. Y'all live together, right? Yes. That's what I'm saying. Because of y'all's relationship of live together, live in the same household because y'all live in the same household. Huh. That's a family violence relationship. But he don't stay there now. No. But he has. Okay. Quit, man. You're making this way more difficult. Let's pull him through. Pull him through. It was slipping out. It wasn't tight enough. Hold on. This one. This one's doing the same thing. All right, we got resist. It doesn't matter. Look, now you're under arrest for obstruction. So regardless of that. No, man. Yes, man. They transported the suspect to the police station, but trouble arose while she was in the police cruiser. 71. Do you need one more? No. I think once he gets out of here, he'll be fine. Yeah, if you don't mind. He did me like that, man. I got a family violence. Y'all used to live together. Do I got to go to court for that? You'll have to talk to a judge. Hey, listen. Hey, if you damage this, it's going to be a felony. If you damage this, you going to get a felony. So, you need to stop it. [Music] Are you guys the one that called? Yeah. Okay. What was going on? They he My husband had just took him to the bank to get his little money. Which one? Hey, could y'all not You way past that, brother. Gave you multiple times. The Michael, that guy. Yeah, he stay there. Okay. He's supposed to be over there by itself, but they be in and out all the time. You can't pull out. He done tried. He done tried that and they and they won't leave. Now I'm one of them. They have a family violence relationship relationship due to the fact that they live together. Um so whether or not Michael wanted to press charges or not, the state takes over and were mandated to make a make an arrest or make some kind of um report on it. Um, so he is going to jail for whatever that family violence charge was as well as the obstruction charge. Okay. You charged yourself. If you would have just walked away, it would have been none of this. All right. Oh, yeah. It was all over. Yeah, it's what that's what they're arguing over. He telling Michael tell Michael you smoke with me and he want $60. Yeah, he had some like burnt foil in his pocket and some straws and stuff like that. So, Oh, okay. They're all doing They're all doing so. Oh, okay. Gotcha. Yeah, uncle. Unfortunately. Oh, okay. But, well, I'm glad y'all came and deescalated the situation. Sorry. It ended up being a little bit more than what it should have been, but Oh, okay. If y'all need anything, give us a call. Okay. You know, I will look. They don't want me. I hate to get involved. I know, but sometimes you don't have a choice. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I always tell them, "Keep that over there on that side." Well, at least y'all got y'all y'all got some peace from over here. You aren't kidding. Right. I know. Me, too. Appreciate it. You're welcome. Y'all have a good day. Stay safe. Thank you, ma'am. Do what? Walk her up, too. Oh, I know. Ramba, she's always getting in something. Going to wait till these close. Lock me up anyway. Nope. That's not my goal. I don't like locking up anybody. My goal is to not to lock up anybody and not take any reports. That's a good day, which doesn't happen very often. Because you locked yourself up. Yeah, he's he's calmed down since uh we got him in the car. The suspect was charged with obstruction of LEO, possession, and use of drugrelated objects, simple assault, family violence. Watch as this mother tried to act like the victim, but the real story unfolded fast when emotions ran high. On September 2nd, 2023, officers arrived at a home after a verbal dispute between a married couple escalated into a physical fight while trying to separate the mother from yelling at her son. In the pink, who called? My mom. I made one call. Your officer or someone told me there was a second call from here. Probably me trying to call. Okay. Whose car is this? Mine and ours. You guys who lives Who lives here? Getting ready to All three of us. All three of us that do How are you guys related? We're married. Okay. Going through my mom. Okay. And they have a We have an 11-year-old son. Okay. What was What was going on? She's in his face screaming at him. No. Like screaming bloody murder in his face. So once she finally and took his tablet from him, took his phone. The phone's in my name. I said, "Give him the phone back." It's in my name. You can't take it. She finally did. She's still screaming at him. He's upset with the situation. He wants to yell back. I said, "Just close your door right now." I told him, "Lock the door so she couldn't get in his face." But I didn't even realize he doesn't have a I'm going to have you go talk to that officer over there. Okay. I didn't even realize, Laura. Laura, Laura, go talk to the officer over there. I didn't even realize he didn't have a lock on his door, but I needed to get in the shower and I didn't feel safe with how she was acting with him. So, I said, "Lock your door. He doesn't have She starts screaming at me, elbowing me because I'm telling him to lock his door. You can't make him lock his door. You can't lock him in there. I said the lock's on his side. Come find out. He doesn't have one. Next thing you know, she just grabbed me by the hair, [ __ ] ripped it. Me and Randy are fighting because she has an alcohol problem. So, we started off fighting this morning, verbally fighting, and then my son decides we have an 11-year-old son. Mhm. We all live here. I took his phone and I took his tablet because I'm sorry. I gave birth to him. He is my son. I don't care if that she adopted him. I don't care. He's being very disrespectful to me as a parent. So, I told him he's grounded. Well, she gets all up in the mix and says, "Oh, well, um, the phone's in my name. Give him the phone back. Cody, lock your door." She went to attempt to reach around to lock his door and then close it behind her. So, I'm trying to pull her off. She ends up eling right here. Whatever. But then she wants to scream, "Oh my god, call the police." Okay. So, she likes to claim a little. She was trying to lock the door which was behind you. Which was would have locked my son's room initially with him in it. Okay. And that was behind you. So, she was reaching around you or No, she was in front of me trying to lock it and I went and tried to tell her, "Do not lock him in his room." Why are you going to lock him in his room? And then she makes a big old scene. Oh my god. Mom, call the cops. Okay. So, really? Do you have a ID on you? I do. How long you all been married for? 6 years. We've been together since 10 minutes. Okay. Are there any weapons in the household? No. She's been screaming at me outside all morning. She needs mental help. I tried to get it for her yesterday, but they come down. You know what's a what's a good phone number for you now? She has had like she has a lot of friends. She's a bar manager up at the VFW. So, she has quite a few different friends that she could go stay with and she's refusing to do so. Now, I don't have anyone that I know that I can stay with to get away to calm the situation. So, really, she's the one that she knows that she when the situation gets a little too heated between us that she has other places that she can go to cool down. And normally she usually goes up to the VFW and then comes home annihilated. So she usually work like third or something or she just gets she kind of works first and second shift and then I lost my job as both on second shift. So that really hasn't helped our situation much you know because you know she needs to whatever little amount that she does bring in is sufficient enough. Okay. How long have you two been living together? Probably like the past 10 years. Have incidences like this occur? Officers collected details from the child's mother, digging for the truth behind the incident to determine the next steps. They then turned to the victim to hear her side, uncovering what comes next. Remember, too. Gotcha. And do you not that easy just to get up and leave? And do you still have uh like parental guardianship over your son or is that No, like Okay. I've always had and like she's the adoptive parent like she had fully adopted him. Okay. So you have custody. And now see, she won't say like if he sticks up for me, she will I mean completely go off on him. Like but now when the rules are reversed, oh no, no, no, no. She thinks it's funny that he goes off on me and tells me you and all. I'm sorry. He's 11 years old. He's not going to tell me. Mhm. And you just stand by and think that that's okay. That's not apparent. Sorry, but no, it's not. And I don't approve of that at all. Okay. And so when I want to take away things because now I'm telling him he's grounded and you undermine me. Now we're going to have a whole different issue. So what caused uh you to want to ground him? Well, because he's saying me, he's calling me a fat. I mean, prior arguments, right? He's 11 years old. Yeah. Like I don't know how most 11 year olds act, but mine sure the not going to act like that. They're not really marks, but that was from her elbow. And then she just grabbed up my hair. Key point. Like in the area right here. Did some of it come out? Probably a little bit, not a lot. No. I had just gotten under the shower head when I heard her going up, screaming at him again. So I just jumped out, threw a towel on me. What is the deal? And she's in his face. Why was she initially going at like going after him? because she was going after me, telling me what a fat lazy piece of I was to go sleep around, whatever. And he said, "Mom, stop." And she turned around and you're not going to tell me. And just didn't stop on him. And I said, "You've got to quit." So I finally got separated and then I'm trying to close the door and they said, "Just lock your door so I can get a shower." He doesn't have a lock. I didn't know that. But at least that way I felt there's something in between them at that point. And then she goes, "You can't lock him in there. I'm not locking anybody in anywhere." For one thing, I thought there was a lock and it would have been on his side. I'm not locking him in. And she just goes, "And I know why that tripped her up because she used to get locked in rooms as a kid, but I'm not locking him in there." So she went on me and then she in the bathroom going through my phone and I said, "Give me my phone now." And she comes out after me, fist raised up, throws the phone at me. You're a cheater. Takes one to no one. I'm not cheating. She just got caught cheating and that's her issue. And she just lost her job. We're down to almost nothing. And she knows that. So she's tripping out. But she's bipolar. She's supposed to be on medication. She's not taking it right. I don't know what's wrong with her. She needs help. I tried to tell the cops this yesterday. She needs mental help. But I get when they came to talk to her, if she just says, "I'm fine." Then she's fine. She's not fine. And she's been out front screaming at me all morning. I Okay, so she comes out of the bathroom. Then what happened? That's when she came after me and grabbed my hair up. And I told my mom, "Call the police. I'm done." As you can see, he doesn't even have a lock. I didn't even know that cuz my door has a lock on it. So, I was just telling him to lock it for his safety right now. And what what brought you all out here if that was happening all inside? Well, because she wanted to wake me up by asking if Cody could go somewhere up in Michigan with her brother, so his uncle and his aunt and his cousin. And I said no because she wants to belittle me. Both parties claimed to be the victim, forcing police to dig deeper to uncover the truth. Their investigation soon revealed who the original aggressor was. Show up to my job and stalk me and tell my co-workers to stop talking to me. Okay, let's get back to anyway. So, I said no. Well, once again, she wants to bash me about my job. I said, okay, well then how about why can't you afford to take us anyway? So, get in the house. My son is saying you to me. He's calling me a fat piece of I'm sorry. No. Uh my son is not going to speak like that and she thinks it's so funny that he does, but when you know roles are reversed and he's sticking up for me. Mhm. She doesn't like that very much. Like I've had to split them up physically. He's 11. Where's Where's your son at? In the house. In the house. Okay. He's biologically my son. Okay. So, no. I told him he's grounded. Mhm. took his phone, took his tablet. Oh, she went off about that. No support whatsoever. She's like, "No, give him back his phone. The phone's a mine." Okay, whatever. Fine. Here's the phone. Mhm. Well, then she's like, "Here's my room and then here's his room." She goes across and she's like, "Cody, lock your door." And as she's doing so, she's locking his door and about to shut it. So, I'm literally taking the door open and I'm grabbing her and saying, "Don't you lock him in his room." Mhm. Like I don't care if her her mom wants to sit here and be an old and say, "Oh, well the lock's from the inside of the door." You're still essentially locking him in his room once you shut that door. I'm not okay with that. Oh, and then she wants to, "Oh, mom, call the cops." Really? Uhhuh. So then here you guys are. Okay. Did you pull her hair? No. No. No. She's got a patch of hair missing out the top of her head. Um, did you elbow her? Well, that I went to pick up my cigarette after she swat out of my hand and then grab my head like I was about to invisible. Wait, how is that again? I'm sorry. She's a female. Oh, yeah. But when you grab my head like I'm about to. Okay. So, you're saying that she grabbed your hair? Yeah. And so when I went to get her off Mhm. My elbow, I think it was right here, hit her. But I'm sorry. Don't touch my head and don't make those gestures at me because I have a very valid reason on why that's a trigger like that. That triggers my PTSD very bad. Small, please. Yeah, she's going to need to be arrested. All right, Laura, you're going to have to put the cigarette down. You're under arrest for domestic violence. I turn you against my back. I'm going to take your purse off here. Oh, can I at least put my phone in there? Yeah. You got anything else in your pockets or anything like that? Nope. No. Okay. You just want me to sit the person? Just take Yeah, take it back to the office with her. Just transport. Hope you're good in the show. Just go slow. Watch it happen. Can we go inside? Sit down and talk like at the kitchen table. I never wanted to see her get in trouble. I just wanted to get help. The suspect was placed in the police cruiser and transported to jail as the investigation continued. Officers then approached the victim to update her on the situation. Give me a bunch of paperwork I got to give you. And I don't want a victim's advocate. You don't? No. Okay. I don't. Okay. Because we worthless here in town. I'm dealing with one for assault right now. Okay. Slide this way. All right. So, when I remove the cuffs from this hand, you're going to put your left hand up against the wall. Do you understand? Yes. All right. Just going to pull your back of your shirt forward. Make sure there's nothing on your waistband. All right. All right. There you go. Back and forth. And I said, "Go smoke cigarette while you can." I said, "Because they're on their way." And she goes, "We have whatever." And she grabbed her person keys. And she was going to leave. As she was walking out the door, she goes, "I'll drive myself there." I think she didn't really think my mom called. I go, "You don't have to drive yourself there. They're coming." And like I think that's what I hit her like, "Oh." When she walked out and see me out there. And I mean, I wasn't trying to be mean to her at that point. I meant go smoke cigarette because I know what's going to happen. And she realized it too right after that. But it's got to stop. Going back to the first thing, the elbowing, what do you think her intention was when she elbowed you? Just to be a she was trying to hurt me at that point. I think she was just trying to show her weight and show that she's some that she's not. The pulling of the hair, what do you think the intent was? Honestly, knowing her, I think that was um like mama bear instincts coming out trying to protect him, trying to protect Cody. Yeah, I think so because like I said of having her past, having known her, I think she just went back to being a child locked in a room and felt that that's what I was doing to him. I know it sounds crazy. Mhm. But I think it was like a PTSD instinct thing like and that was the only part maybe my head since I was linked between them. Okay. Honestly, that's the way I'm looking at it though. Like her mom and dad did some pretty to her as a kid. Mhm. And that's she was saying when I told him lock the door after that. She goes, "Lock him in a room." Didn't say I'm locking him in a room. I said lock the door. And then her grab. But when she grabbed a hold of your hair, what would you think her intent was toward you? To get me out of this room. Okay. You think you think she was trying to hurt you when she did that? I don't think she was trying to. No. Okay. But she did. What' you see? Fighting, yelling. Who was fighting? Like Randy was like defending and mom was fighting. Did you get involved in it at all or kind of kind of how how did that happen? She just started yelling at at me and then I started yelling back soon. Do you remember what she said? No. Do you remember what you said? No. No. Okay. Monday is Labor Day. Yeah. So, she will not she will not get seen till Tuesday. Yeah. Okay. Court's not open Monday. And she's going to it's going to end up being uh domestic violence and endangering children. And on a DV, you cannot be bonded out. You have to see the judge before you could possibly get out. Okay. So, she she won't get seen till Tuesday morning. All right. Thank you, bud. Have a good day. You, too. If you're not, if you're, you know, the the advocate thing or whatever, you can call the office. So, thank you. I work day shift. So, all right. Since you're under arrest, you have the right to remain silent. Anything. The woman was charged with domestic violence and child endangerment. Next, the woman insisted she did nothing wrong, but the situation took a turn as officers dug deeper into the chaos. On May 11th, 2025, police were called to a hotel around 5:00 a.m. after security requested the removal of four individuals who caused a major disturbance. I feel like I was ganged up on. I just I don't want to do anything crazy. I just want to sit cuz I feel like my first ganged up puppy. Okay. But clearly, they weren't my friends. I thought the one was. And are you staying here? Yes, I'm safe. My room is 4:11. I just want to calm down before I go to my room cuz I don't want anything to escalate. I just now know these aren't these girls aren't my friends. Okay. How many of them are up there? Four. Can I tell you how I feel before you talk? Sure. I wasn't talking, but go ahead. I know, but I know you will eventually. Okay. So, this trip was me and my coworker that we've been noting each other for like 6 years on and off and I didn't feel fully comfortable with their friends and I thought I was fully comfortable. It's like they switched on me and I didn't do anything against anybody and I'm just like I don't want to be a part of this drama. You're not listening. I am listening. I just got to watch other people around me. What are you going to say if you don't stay here tonight? Here's the only option until the girls me like this whole thing around me. I didn't do anything. I got you. Well, it I don't think staying here is going to be an option tonight for you or your friends. So, what's a backup plan? I'm telling you, I'm not making any misfits. I'm telling you, I work 80 90 hour weeks. Like I said, you're not Okay, but I'm going to rest here before I make any decisions because my mental health is not okay right now. will just let you sit for 10 15 minutes and then Uber while I go talk to them. But they want you off the property. I know. So go ahead and start your Uber or something. I seriously I just need a moment before I order an Uber. And I'm telling you, I'm giving you a moment, but by the time I come back down here, we're in agreement. Okay. I know. I don't want to have to kick you off the property physically. You would never. I would have to if you didn't refuse to leave. I'm not refusing to leave. Okay, I'm giving you a chance. I need a mental break because I'm like stressed right now. Well, take your mental break and start your Uber. Okay. And this girl just don't need Hello. Hello. Are you guys all packing to leave? Yeah. Yeah. What are you? Okay. Um the girl that's downstairs, is she going with somebody? Yeah, she she is. Yeah, she's Was she with you guys? She was. Oh, she's been drinking way too much. Yeah, I can tell. All right. I can tell. Yeah. So yeah, she got kicked out yesterday. Like this is too much. So you guys got to unfortunately get a move on cuz we're I just have two minutes. Okay. Cuz uh Yeah, I guess the hotel staff wants you guys out like ASAP. So I don't want to have to trespass anybody. Yeah, we are out of here. I hear you loudly. I'm out of here. Who knows the girl downstairs the best? Me. I work with her. Okay. All right. Are you guys all going in the same color? Probably not. Is she going with you then? I am with them. Are you all playing? Is she going to the airport with you guys? She needs to, but I don't think she's going to get in the coffee. Okay. Well, she has options to leave and Yeah, I'll leave that up. That's on her. Okay. All right. I'll let you finish packing. Yeah. Thank you. Yep. All right. What are we doing? At that moment, one woman began arguing with another, pushing the tension higher. The unfolding events will reveal whether order is restored or chaos erupts further. Yes, thank you. Everybody's been wearing them, so thank you for not letting anybody steal them. Yeah, right. Not you. So, what do you still have in here? Not you. Like I said, maybe Caitlyn. What do you still have in here? Can I can't hear you. Come closer. I said Kay fun. I can't hear you. Come closer. This is arresting. I think not. You're a bad friend. You asked me two days ago. You're a bad friend. I thought you and stuff you had to finish packing. Like I said, I am. But she's a bad friend. Amanda's cool. She's almost cool, but she's not Amanda Katie. the best friend. Finish back. Can you come in here with me? Just you. I don't want her. Well, I want her with me. So, no, I'm not going to do anything bad. I don't think you What do you have to pack? Stop. All because I said your makeup is bad. Put your hand behind your I told you. Get off me, dude. Please, can you put my hair up? I have a hair clip somewhere. No, we're not putting your hair up. Come on. My credit card is right there. Stay in your hair. My credit card is right there. Stay in your hair. Why would you touch a woman like this? My credit card is here and I don't even live in Florida. Don't touch me. Yeah, you don't. You're not trustworthy either. No. So girls, thank you. No. Yes. I'm telling you. And I'm telling you my is still in there. And you want me to leave Wisconsin without it? Portal. Exactly. You want me to leave Florida back to Wisconsin 32 hours away without it? Ma'am. Ma'am, what what stuff are you talking about? My debit card. I know. I don't mean to yell at you. I'm so upset. I'm not yelling. So, don't yell. Can I just go with you and show you? It's my wallet and it's my debit card. It's It's my phone. I don't know how else to get there. What's my hair? I'm clearly I can't trust this guy cuz he's under a woman's phone. Hey, listen. Hold on. Hold on. Is her wallet up there? Yeah. We have no idea where anything is. She took everything out of her purse. Just calm down for a second. My ID. My credit card. Keep talking about you. Why do you keep doing that? So disgusting. Why can't you be a girl? Listen. I was cleaning my car over. I'm talking. No, you're not. I'm talking. Oh, you're hurting me. Then walk. Don't youing hurt me. You're hurting me. Walk. You're hurting me. Let me go so I can walk like a human. You're not walking like a Exactly. Let me go so I can walk like a human. I'm not going to touch you. I'm 53 180 brother. Look. Look how compliant I am. All because you can just listen to me. Girl needs to go away from me. She's not. She's up for doing a presentation work. Yeah. up doing the paperwork and making me feel like a crazy animal. All she's doing is typing on her computer. No, she is contributing to my trauma issues right now. And I've been trying to tell you guys that. You don't listen. Her paperwork right now. Okay. She's doing her job. I don't want her to drive me. Please. I don't want The suspect was charged with trespassing and obstructing an officer without violence. He tried to harass a woman, but the consequences came crashing down harder than he expected. On October 22nd, 2024, Dallas Fort Worth Airport police responded to a call for service and began gathering details from airport staff and the victim. So, they just pulled you off here while watching saying nothing. What are you talking about? Thank you so much for letting me know. I got I got it from here. Thank you so much. Wait, what? Again, we have a report from the crew that you were touching a woman that you don't know that was sitting right across in the same road. So, I just want you to tell me what happened. Let me know. He said he was waking up. He was touching. Pulled him off. Yes, sir. Okay. Did you see kind of what was what kind of I couldn't see a bull except that she she was asleep. Okay. And he's intoxicated. You can smell it. Yeah. What type of like was he touching? Like how was he touching on? I couldn't see. He didn't witness it. Okay. Neither I couldn't see it. Turn around. Okay. Tall flight attendant gray hair. Okay. Big guy. What did What did the flight attendant say? Like don't touch a sleeping woman. Yeah. No. No. What did the flight attendant say? That's what the flight attendant attendant. And that's it. Do not touch a sleeping woman. Get in your seat. Okay. And the guy refused. And then he said, "Get in your seat. I'm going to call him." He put him in his seat once and then the guy went back. This guy went back to the room. Then he put him in his seat again. Okay. and then started hollering at him making rightly so. Brother said, "Yeah, so we looked back." And then everybody was in her. Yeah. Kept him in his seat at that point. Not by force. Just you know where that lady is right now. Okay. I'll go talk to her. He had the road to his himself across. I was reading my book the whole flight. He came over at one point and was like, "Hey, I'm just curious about like what you're doing." I'm like, "I'm just reading." Asked me a couple questions. He's like, "I'm not trying to intrude." I'm like, "Okay, well, I'd like to get back to what I'm doing." You know, like trying to be polite but respectful of the area. And then um just before we landed I fell asleep and was abruptly awoken. Someone had touched me and then one of the flight attendants had taken him off of me and was like don't you dare touch a woman you don't know? Yeah. Where did you feel you got touched? On my shoulder. on your shoulder kind of like grabbing your shoulder one way like kind of like officers dug deeper into the case before confronting the suspect to hear his side of the story revealing twists yet to come. The next steps could change everything or at least that was my perception from the smell of his breath. Okay. And so I'm assuming his attempt was to awaken me. I didn't but at the same time like I was scared to leave my seat. I was also you know Okay. And that's the only thing you felt him touching and everything like that was just and according to the crew member that was it. The crew member is telling me that at some point he went to cross the aisle and went to their seat and tried to wake her up and the crew member said amen go back to your seat. The crew member to turn back tried to tell that to the other flight attendant on the back and he turns back and he was back again at her doing this. The flight attendant went immediately and pull him over. Hey, go to your seat. Don't ever touch a woman on her slip that you don't know. Are you Are you doing okay? Yeah. Okay. All right.
