be keeping your hands at your side letting that your feet and cting the step as you go okay before you take your first step I'm going to have you stand in begin in position going to have you standing with one foot in front of the other you'll have to stay staying in that position and you will not be allowed to move for any reason until I've asked you to do so okay so we'll get started now by having you place your left foot on the line just like so and then take your right foot left foot now bring your right foot in front so that your right heel touches your toe okay have your hands touch your sides and stay standing like that and don't move until I say to do so when I say begin you're going to take nine Heel To Toe steps down the white line okay you going turn around after you've taken the ninth step and then take nine more steps in the opposite direction okay while you're walking make sure your hands are touching your sides you're looking down at your feet and you'll count the step out loud the very first step you're going to take is going to be using your back leg you'll count that step that's step number one so it's going to look like this Noe not yet got to watch me do it first so when I say begin going walk like this all right 1 2 3 4 four five you'll do so until you've taken nine steps when you get to step number nine keep your front leg down take your back leg property damage and resisting without violence witnessing This Woman's intoxication painted the scene with shades of unpredictability turning the encounter into a memorable dance of Blurred Lines and stumbling steps we had reports of you driving outside of town including in town almost hitting people go ahead and put your hands behind your back you're being placed under arrest for driving under the influence on December 31st 2022 the officer was informed about a potentially enti intoxicated woman driving erratically in Ohio as the cops approach the suspect their demeanor immediately aroused suspicion prompting them to quickly initiate tests to assess their concerns hello how are you I can't hear you no you're not so why you come on out real quick is it in park yeah it's in park come on out come on out come on come on out thank you yeah it's some f yep come on out come on go ahead and stand with this gentleman right here just relax here we go I don't want you to fall okay anybody in there with you just you okay huh can you call call your mom where she [Music] live where well because we had reports of you driving outside of town including in town almost hitting people when you turned right you didn't use a turn signal you went into the opposite lane so I stopped you you drove through this red light here when I was behind you with the lights on so obviously you had too much to drink I'm going to run you through Phil sobriety to make sure you're good to go that's fine you're okay with doing Phil Tob yes or no uh I am I'm we're just trying to hear we're trying to hear you because of the traffic behind us and our radios are going off okay so we're just we're leaning in to hear you okay okay yeah yeah I'll do still to okay all right do me do me a favor put your feet together like this I'm sorry no you're okay we just don't want you to fall hard down here okay I I got my thought I'm sorry did you say what got oh well but this doesn't have anything to do with that so feet together hands down by your sides like this all right so you're going to stay in that position so I tell you otherwise you understand you're not going to move okay so do you have any issues with your body any broken legs hips anything that's going to keep you from standing here and walking nothing do you wear contacts or glasses uh yeah I do glasses or contacts which [Music] one no some glasses uh um look it's just it's just a question of contacts and glasses like I wear reading glasses at night because I can't see cuz I'm getting old and I wear soft contacts do you wear contact no do you wear like glasses to see yeah you do okay are are you at night okay so like it helps brighten things up so yeah you can see um I have S I got one of those that's fine that's fine that's not going to affect the test at all okay so you're staying here in this position like this and you're not going to move okay what color is this pen that I'm holding it's blue so what you're going to do is you're going to follow this blue pen with your eyes and your eyes only and you're not going to move your head do you understand all right you see the pen up here so just follow it with your eyes and your eyes only okay no you can't move your head keep your head completely still [Music] y That's you're doing good just keep looking at it you don't want to look at this anymore I can't hear you do you want to you want to do these tests yes or no test but like I just want to go home S I didn't tell you you can't go home I just want to make sure that you want to do these tests whoa don't fall on me we're okay the police moved on to the next procedure with utmost patience but unfortunately the outcome did not favor the woman it's going to go straight up okay just follow it straight up okay um I want to find something a little more level for her just because um if someone else come to pick we're not done Point yet we're not even done with the test yet there's two more tests to go let's have her stand here with her back heels because nine should make it just fine so you're going to stand over here this gentleman turn around face him yep you stand right here right back here yep right there little further up okay there we go so what you're going to do is you're going to take your left foot you're going to place up in front of you like this okay take your right foot no no I like I it's it's this is straight yes this is flatten level no it's not it's not is this flatten level looks flatten level to me like that is slanted see it goes down a hill this here is flatten level it would have to be because it's a wheelchair access so where you going what are you doing so go ahead and get back there where he has you right over here here right there okay right here in the center step over a little there you go right so put your left foot out in front of you like this all right take your right foot and place a h toe in front of your left put your arms down by your sides okay no I I don't like this so you don't want to do this no okay all right go ahead and put your hands behind your back you're being placed under arrest for driving Under the Influence yeah no well you are don't don't do that wait wait wait wait wait wait other than the fireball that's in the car is there any illegal narcotics in the car any drugs or anything like that I'm sorry weed okay I don't care about weed too much what else besides weed that's it just weed in the booze okay all right we're going to go in the back of this car right here okay all right get your feet under you TR here watch out for this little curb here all [Music] right can I do you a favor yeah what would you like um want me to grab your phone okay you can lean forward a little bit it's a little easier on your hands okay I'll grab your phone want me to grab your wallet okay all right so you have to scoot over just a teeny bit more because it's door smack your hip no you're good that right there fine because of unforeseen circumstances additional tests were carried out for further evaluation can't call until we're done with this all right so this is going to be the first of two test and I'm going to give you the opportunity if you refuse you refuse but if you accept you accept so basically if you wish to take the test I'm going to pull this I'm going to pull this tube off at the top here I'm going to hold it listen I'm going to hold it towards you you're going to I'm going to place this inside and then you're going to seal your lips around the end and you're going to blow into the tube but you got to take a big deep breath before you blow then you got to continue to blow until I tell you to stop this machine will make a solid tone me want to keep that going even if you feel like you can't blow anymore if you continue to try you're still actually moving air yes sir so this tube here is going to come off the machine going to place this in here and then what you do is you take a big big deep breath you seal your lips and you blow into this machine okay go ahead and take a big deep breath and then go ahead and blow in here you got to keep on blowing as hard as you can like you're blowing up a balloon and you keep on blowing until you can't blow keep blowing D big deep breath and then blow hard as you can in there now right go ahead and stop boom all right and in another 2 minutes we'll repeat the test and then the machine takes the test whichever is the lowest it takes that one we have to do one more test and I'll let you make phone calls and I'll even let you have your cell [Music] phone well you can call whoever you like I don't carear who you call you can call anybody I'm not being no you're not you're you're actually being really friendly which is I appreciate that never said you're a bad person I think you're actually a really good person I just really love I all right big old deep breath and this the last one and you can make your phone call so big deep breath and then you blow in here hard as you can I'll tell you when to stop I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry please all I need is to take a big deep breath like you did I'll take a big deep breath but we can't take here forever I'm on a time frame here and then after this is over with I'll let you make your phone calls on your cell phone I promise you that I ain't going to break that promise I long as soon as this test is done which how how long do I have to make as long until someone comes and get you see I told you not going to jail but we're running out of time so I need to take a big deep breath big deep breath big deep breath and then blow and keep on blowing big deep breath I big deep breath I learned it you'll be fine big deep breath big deep breath and then blow keep blowing until I tell you to stop keep on blowing keep on blowing keep on blowing keep on blowing keep on blowing all right [Music] all right you get a copy of this your blood alcohol is a. 29 the woman was alcohol get ready to witness the moments of recklessness Fear And Regret of this individual who's on an emotional roller coaster ride it's important that once you start for what I am for what driving Under the Influence okay look you can't even stay in the position I can oh my God could you could you for this long I did okay on November 12th 2023 the officers in Palm Beach Gardens initiated a traffic stop on suspicion the officers approached Rebecca with their concerns but they sense something was off due to her dubious Behavior calling you over you're doing 63 mph in this pouring rain and you're all over the roadway you have your license registration insurance I know I was trying to cat who you trying to catch up to nobody I just when I was trying to go to see I realized [Applause] for me cuz we're on the freeway here I don't want you trying to take off on me or anything not saying that you would all right look I think that you might be under the influence all right so do some standardized field sobriety exercise with you make sure that's not the case okay you understand me all right so go Ahad and hop out me real quick all right leave leave The Vape inside there for me all right come on back over here we'll make this as quick as we can just cuz the rain we got a break in it all right I'm going to take my shoes off that's fine you got any medical condition with your eyes not corrected by glasses no you have walk straight line Y and can you bounce on one foot yeah here where you going come on over here to me all right why are you why can I ask you why I'm doing this cuz I think that you might be under the influence okay why do you think that though well between your driving pattern and some of the things that I'm seeing Oh my God nobody else is all over the road and nobody else was doing 63 mph okay okay that's fair so go ahead and face me face me soon the situation escalated when the officers decided to move forward with their legal procedure Your Eyes Only You Going keep your head still you understand yep don't move your head make sure you follow it all the way make sure you follow it all the way yeah [Applause] am I moving my head no you're good right now make sure you follow it all the way up without moving ahead I can't see it I know but as high as your eyes go without moving your head slow down go all right for this part I'm going to turn the light off I'm going to make some circles around your eyes Okay follow it come in real close to your nose allow your eyes to cross okay follow it follow it you're not following it you're looking at me there you go all right one more time allow your eyes to cross [Applause] okay all right for this next exercise this Line's not slippery at all right so you see this side of the line on this side take a couple steps back for me cuz we're going to walk straight line here couple more couple more there you go all right so place your left foot on this side of the line well can you send me what you want me to do yep I want you to place your left foot on this side of the line now go back over there and do it cuz you're going to have to walk all right left foot on this side of the line yep right foot in front heel touch and toe on the side of the line just like that can you s me I'm doing it right now so do it make sure your feet are touching arms at your sides all right now hold that position don't start until I tell you when I tell you to begin I want you to take nine Heel To Toe steps on that side of the line just like this one 2 3 once you get up to your ninth step you leave that front foot where it's at take a series of small steps to turn around and you take nine Heel To Toe steps back can you do N I could but I'm not going to because I'm not the one under investigation right now right now okay it's important that once you start for what I am for what driving Under the Influence okay look you can't even stay in the position I can oh my God could you could you for this long all I did okay go ahead so once you start don't stop keep your arms at your sides and count your steps out loud do you have any questions one Mississippi no I don't okay I didn't tell you to begin though all right all right so go ahead and bring your left foot onto the line right foot in front left one on the line yep and then hold the position arms down arm down to your sides you understand what you got to do I have to walk n Mississippi forward right nine heel the toe steps I didn't say anything about Mississippi nine Heel To Toe steps the turn around I showed you nine back arms at your sides once you start don't stop and count out loud all right any questions go ahead and begin begin as the situation remained the same the officers took some necessary steps to clear their doubts I don't am I supposed to look at a certain thing or all right Perfect all right for this next exercise going to be the one leg stand all right so go ahead and stand right here face me you got any issue that would prevent you from balancing on one foot uh I no all right bring your feet together hands to your sides I'm going to explain then I'm going to demonstrate the exercise to you so hold all your questions till the end all right all right when I tell you to begin you're going to raise one foot hands at your sides you're I to do it now I'm just watching you I'm just trying yeah but you got to have your hands on your sides all right when I tell you to begin you're going to raise one foot either foot approximately 6 in off the ground it's about the height of a soda can while you're doing that you're going to keep both knees straight you're going to point the toes of your raised foot out at me you're going to look down at your raised foot and you're going to count out loud 1,1 1,2 13 and saw on tell you tght to stop the whole time your hands are going to be at your sides if you place your foot down during show me yeah yeah I'm going to show you if you place your foot down during the 30 seconds just pick it back up and continue where you left off it's going to go just like this watch me don't do it just watch 1001 1002 13 1,4 1005 1006 17 you got it see how both knees are straight toes are pointed out I'm looking at my foot and my hands are at my sides yep so you got you got no questions no all right go and begin ready yep 1001 1002 13 1 45 lower it down a little bit6 10078 1009 2010 more yeah yeah keep going keep going till I tell you stop I thought it was 10 no until I told you stop 2012 134 2015 all right you place your foot down all right for this NE this next exercise can you count to 30 Okay so go ahead and bring your feet together hands to your sides all right this is going to be the estimation 30 seconds all right so when I tell you to begin you're going to tilt your head back and close your eyes and you're going to imagine 30 seconds going by however you want to count but it has to be silent once you believe 30 seconds are up just open your eyes and say stop all right do you have any questions about that all right hold on let me set a timer all right go ahead look up close your eyes and begin ready sh hry all right remember this time you
