that him she was like I never even saw that person so I did my little whoop whoop at him ignored it did it two more times he looked back and kept on walking refused to talk to me you know hey I need to know if you're okay I a got to talk to you walks off so he's going to jail okay I don't know what you want to do with this car out there oh I mean dude's like two hours away from home yeah Atkins or Elkins something like that what's one will released uh I personally don't know if the Jael will be holding Mr meanor so it's possible that that he'll go down there to do with and just get oart but he'll be on the streets and do it but um how far is that an hour it's it's 25 miles it's not it's not too terrible but I I do suggest that I mean I'm going to call his wife when we're done here cuz he Stopped him from making an improper turn officer Kevin started his routine procedures but he did something unnecessary without a clear reason what's going on man you know what I'm stopping you for man when you turned on here on the Dixie 18th Street turned in the far left lane supposed to turn in the right Lan two lanes are there any weapons in the car no drugs you have your ID no you a got any like really 179 and he after he left he called on the phone like cursing us and then just like threatening us and then he said I'm going come to the store and you better apologize right now so he just came in all cursing and stuff all mad 1074 I'm out with a work and he's stening Us in Ken okay is he in the store now yeah he's right there now purple shirt I think his glasses I don't remember he's in a purple shirt with the mask yeah black mask Hey sir okay let's go talk outside please once and I already I'm outside with the suspect yeah do you speak English is can you take that down just a then he comes in and then he attempts like he made it look like he was going to throw the drink at her so I was just like hey bro like chill out you know get my got in front of her you know and I walked around I was trying to tell him to leave he wasn't leaving he was throwing a fit and then I try to call you guys okay so here's a couple things one you're getting a ticket for disorderly conduct uh I need a translation okay okay he's getting a citation for disorderly conduct he has a cont uh court date at the 17th of October at 9:00 a.m. to lth municipal court the address is listed at the bottom it is a mandatory court date so make sure he shows up for that court date if he doesn't they'll issue a warrant for his arrest okay all right I just need him sign here by this ex it's not a mission of guilt just saying receiving citation I'm explaining the citation too I feel [Music] it's just him who's Jo up there yes so what they'll do is they're goingon so he's going to have a court
