But some people take chaos to a whole new level. With wild tempers, zero patience, and attitudes that seem to dare the law, these Karens make life unpredictable. >> Stop that. I'm not coming, >> man. Stop. Don't bite me. >> From biting officers to lashing out with belts, they're not just ordinary nuisances. Stopping them often takes real bravery. Here are some cases where police face red flag Kairens. [Music] On April 26th, 2020 in Florida, police responded to a report of a domestic dispute where a woman had threatened a man with a knife. Things were already tense between them. And that day, with no other options, he had to contact the police. >> Hey, where is she? She in the house. >> What's going on, man? 33 129. >> Sheriff, how we doing, ma'am? Did you call sheriff office with y'all before? Okay. >> What happened today? They're crossing here. >> You probably can't see it. >> I mean, how hard did he hit you? >> Pretty hard. >> Pretty hard. >> You don't have any red mark or marking or anything. >> I don't know if you can see it on my foot. >> Meanwhile, the officer was speaking with the man to get his side of the story. To make things clearer, he had recorded the altercation. And what the officer discovered was even more disturbing than expected. Okay, I've learned my house. >> This is my house. My name is My >> Don't ever take anything from me again. I'll put this right through your heart. Do you understand me? Do you understand me? Steal my car from me again and I'lling kill you. >> Did you hit her today? >> No. No. Okay. No. You didn't hit the dog today. The woman was identified as Eva Marie and after discovering what she had done, the officer had to detain her. They needed to act carefully, however, as she had a very bad temper and they didn't want to escalate the situation. >> Dad, what happened? >> Okay. All right. Um, and no, you weren't here 2 years ago. >> It might have been a year ago. I was here. >> No, no, no. >> I know. I'm the one that arrested you. That's how I know. >> Okay. I've only lived here for 8 months. Then it was eight months ago. But it was a while ago. That's what I'm saying. It was a while ago. >> Okay. As soon as I pulled up, I recognized it. >> Just get in, please. >> Well, we're we have to conduct our investigation. You're alleging a domestic battery occurred. So, we have to conduct our investigation. You mind sitting down on the chair while we're out here so we're not standing in this awkward doorway? >> Can I bring my dog out? >> No, we have the dog inside. I don't need hair all over me. You >> seem angry. >> I am. >> Why? >> Just need you to stand up for me. I'm going have to place you under arrest. >> You're not the one you have the handcuffs out. >> Stand up. >> Stand up for me. >> Stand up. >> Instructions. >> She did this last time. >> You're going to get a resisting charge. >> Okay. Stand up. >> Okay. Just put your hands behind your back. >> You realize I'm making >> Well, that's not my problem. [Music] >> Sounds like a new problem. All right, >> come on. All right, cool. >> All right. >> Yep. Now you got resistance. >> I'm not resisting. >> You just did. >> Now you got another charge to go with it. That was smart. >> I'm not resisting at all. >> I can't walk down the driveway without my flipflops. It will hurt my feet. You'll be all right. Okay. Ow. >> 5973. >> 10:15. White male. White female. >> Never call you for white male and white female. >> Correction. White female only. >> Let's see. >> Accident rear camera. Everything seemed to be going according to plan until they heard banging noises coming from the back of the cruiser. Marie grew frustrated and began hurting herself. The officer moved to stop her, but they didn't realize she had another plan, which caught them completely off guard. >> I'm going to kill myself. I'm going to kill myself. >> Stop that. >> I'm going to kill myself. >> Ma'am, stop. Don't bite me. She bites you, I guess. >> She got anything that you know of? >> Okay. >> But I'm saying she don't have no >> hepatitis. >> Please loosen the hiccups. They hurt. >> Shut up. I'm going to kill myself. I have no reason to live. >> 53. >> Help me. Please help me. >> Help. Go ahead. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Don't worry. He's going to be also advis. >> Ma'am, I need you to relax. >> Combo. We are helping you. >> No, you're not. >> I just want to be left alone. >> 53. >> Help me. Please help me. >> Go ahead. >> Yeah. Okay. >> He's going to be 51. Can you also advise him there? >> Ma'am, I need you to relax. >> We are helping you. Biting an officer, Marie only made her situation worse. Without grasping the seriousness of the situation, she became even more erratic and transporting her became a major challenge. You check the lights through it. >> You're a silly abuse. >> I know. I drive a car. >> Ever been over Donner? >> Huh? >> Ever been over Donner? >> Daughter. >> Donner? >> No. >> Do you know where it's at? Donner Pass in Colorado. >> It's on the Colorado Pass >> Utah. >> I have when I was a kid. >> You've never been over Donner, have you? >> Yeah, I went through when I was a kid. I couldn't give you the coordinates, but >> Oh, you don't know where >> he was a truck driver. You probably drove it. >> I've been on a donut path in Oregon. >> You don't know where? >> It's in Oregon. >> Is it? I thought it was in Utah. >> Ever driven through downtown LA? >> Yes, ma'am. I have. >> Did you take your first driving lesson? 101 in San Jose at 4:30 in the afternoon. >> I I I don't even know what you're talking about. >> You know where San Jose's at, right? >> Yes. It's in California. >> Oh, wow. I would. You ever driven through the Lehi Tunnel? >> No. >> To Ping in 26 in of snow? >> You ever drove through Gravine? >> You know where Lehi's at? that she don't >> Pennsylvania. >> Bet she never been there. >> Yes, in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. >> You ever drove a Fourth of July mountain? >> Where's Lehi at? >> Where's the tunnel at? >> Pennsylvania. >> Where's the tunnel at? >> Mexico. >> Where's the Lei tunnel at? >> I told you. >> I can't hear you. >> Pennsylvania. >> Congratulations. laughing >> because you weren't there. >> You weren't there. >> You was a truck driver? >> Yes, I was a child. >> Who did you drive for? >> You think that's a joke? >> No, I don't. I think Hey, anybody drive trucks? And you got mine? >> I wasn't a truck, you >> all right? Come on. Slow down. >> Can't. >> Yes, you can. >> No, I can't. Patient appears to be awake and alert. >> All right. Stop it. Stop. Stop. >> Calm down a little bit. All right. Calm down, ma'am. Calm down, >> calm down. >> Please don't let them. They hurt so bad. I can't feel my hands. >> Just calm down. But your cooperation is going to be paramount. All right. So, I need you to calm down so we can get there >> and get you checked out. All right. >> Marie was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery on a police officer, violating her probation, and resisting arrest. Tensions can escalate in an instant, and that's exactly what happened with our next suspect, who didn't hesitate to cause chaos over compliance. If you enjoyed the video, please give us a thumbs up. On October 6th, 2021 in Lacrosse, Wisconsin, a domestic dispute broke out between a woman and her mother over money. However, when the officer arrived, her response changed and what she said was unbelievable. >> Just have a seat on the porch here. I'll talk to you. Okay. >> Okay. >> Have a seat or sit. You want to sit on that chair for me, actually? Sure. >> What's going on today, Jennifer? >> So, I don't know. So, Kelly owes me 50 bucks from >> Kellyy's your mom? >> No, I >> Are you Jennifer? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Who is this? >> Uh, who's Kelly? >> Oh, I don't. >> So, okay. Some my mom, but she's keeps going that she's not and she is she's not and she is. So, anyways, I borrowed her some money and it didn't go through. So, I was like, "Pop, can we get like use the card?" I can always use your car. >> Okay. >> Faithfully, I can use that card. >> And then we had problems with it. and it came through and I was like, "Can I get your card so I can go get the money?" And then she came 40 and >> I'm not too concerned about the money. What happened tonight during the argument? >> What happened? >> Is that what you guys were arguing about? >> We're not arguing. >> No, but why did we get called here? >> I don't I didn't call you. >> I know you didn't. But we got called here for an argument. >> I didn't call you. >> I know you didn't. at what happened during the argument that led to us being called here. >> The woman identified as Jennifer Fagan left the officer trying to figure out what had happened. But judging by her response, it was clear it wasn't going to be easy. Her story kept changing, making it even more challenging to get to the truth. >> I don't know, but I'm not going to fight with you either. So, >> no. Do you do you remember the argument you had with her? >> I didn't have an argument. I'm just saying this is what happened and that was it. >> Okay. Hang out here for me. Nope. Hold on. We're not going back inside yet. >> We're not going back inside, Kelly. >> I'm not Jennifer. We're not going back inside. We are not going back inside. You need to understand that. Okay. >> So, I was just going to go get something to drink. >> We're not going to go get anything. >> I didn't call the police. I just >> I know you're daring. Okay. Step away from the door and have a seat for me. You're not in any trouble right now. >> I don't have to sit. >> Okay. Well, we're just trying to figure out what happened. >> Okay. >> Follow him here. I'm not fighting with you. >> Okay. >> So, what happened? >> The girl that came inside said that you needed to talk to me, so I'm talking to you. >> Do you remember telling everyone in here that you were going to shoot everyone? >> No. >> You don't remember saying that? Do you have access to a gun? >> Why do I pretty much not telling you this? >> Jennifer, you're not listening to me. Do you remember? >> I'm telling you're not listening. >> But you're not listening. I asked you a question. Do you remember telling everyone I'm going to shoot them? >> No. >> Okay. >> That's what we're trying to say. This isn't your mom? >> I don't know who that is. >> You don't know who Kelly is? >> No. >> You've lived with Kellyart? No. >> When? How long have you lived here for? >> Uh, not that long. Like maybe 3 or 4 months. >> You've only lived here 3 or 4 months? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Would you be interested in going to the hospital to talk to somebody today? >> No, I'm not having a problem. That lady has come on our porch. >> She lives here. No, she does not. She came up on the porch. >> You don't know who that is? >> No. A >> little bit. My daughter and I are like, we don't answer the door. Obviously, there's blanket over our door. Who >> lives here? >> The officer gave her multiple chances, but what she was saying made no sense. Her madeup story and clueless words tested the officer's patience. When they went to detain her, things quickly went sideways. >> So, I tried to find her so we could go to the ATM and get her. >> She does not live here. renting as far as I know. >> But she's renting. She stays here. >> Renting around here. >> Okay, that doesn't make any sense. Jennifer, do you want to go to the hospital to talk to somebody? >> I don't need the hospital. I just >> step outside for me. Step outside. It's It's hard to hear. >> Go off my porch. >> Okay, I'm going to follow you out. Actually, you follow me. >> Come over here. My daughter, you're not going back inside. Okay. >> My daughter's home. >> Okay. I know we already talked to your daughter, >> right? But >> that's not going to happen. Let me get back. >> Okay. You are not going back in the house, Jennifer. You are not. >> I haven't done nothing to you. >> I know, but I'm telling you, we are not done. >> You always like >> listen to me. We are not done talking. I'm going to give you the opportunity. I'm going to give you the opportunity to come out here willingly. Okay. >> First, let me get my daughter so I know what's going on cuz we go outside and we will come back and get your daughter. >> Let me listen to me. Jennifer, I just ask her to come out. >> Okay. Listen to me in case I'm not resisting. I'm not >> new guy. >> I just want my daughter to come outside. >> I have to leave and she has to. >> Are you guys good? >> Are you all right, Sarge? You sit in the car now [ __ ] >> [ __ ] dick though. [ __ ] work on them to beat me. >> Hey, undo that seat belt. Sorry. >> Jennifer, scoot back. Okay, >> Callie's going to molest in. That's why we're call she molest. >> Hey, >> is she >> nice? Is she I'm going to go. >> Is everyone good? >> You good? Is everyone good? Did she break skin? >> Sure did. >> Have to be uh resisting uh with injury, >> right? >> Um you want me to throw that on there? Um, hey, uh, victims and lethality. I almost just stepped in that car. >> Jennifer was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest with violence. Not everyone can handle a simple situation calmly. Some turn it into unnecessary drama over nothing, and our next suspect fit that description perfectly. Police were patrolling the area when they noticed a couple arguing in the middle of the street. At one point, the situation became disturbing for onlookers. So, the officers decided to step in and see what was happening. >> I got to let you guys talk separately. >> Wait, wait. >> And that'll be the end of Listen. >> I got to talk to her separately from you and I got to call it. >> Yes, we do. >> Listen, >> let her go. >> We got to speak to her separately. >> Can I just speak to you on the side, please? >> Man, it's going to be If nothing is wrong, it's going to be over and done with very shortly. >> We just got to make sure everything's okay. That's all we're doing. Go talk to this officer right here. They all got they all got they all got the it's not even I was my Uber's waiting. I was just talking to >> my Uber is waiting right now. >> I hear you. >> It's >> I hear you. >> No, you cannot walk away right now. >> Nobody's walking away anywhere right now. Ma'am, >> what's out there? What's up, >> ma'am? >> I just want to ask you some questions. Baby, >> listen. We had a bad experience already last time. >> Listen. Hey, listen. I'll hear you first. >> I'll hear you first. It's not about it's like I'm trying to tell you >> we live we're living against orange and we got we got post cops before and somebody said somebody some crazy thing and we got a cop and one time a cop attacked her and pushed down to the curb and she has she still has a bruise with her own like >> ma'am what's her Hey, what's your name, man? >> All right, listen. >> Listen. >> This female officer right here, we all have our body cameras on. We're just here to talk. I want you to hear us out real quick cuz we need to talk to you separately. You can't really walk away from the scenario right now >> because we saw you guys. >> Can I talk to you over here, please? >> I promise you. >> Are you okay? >> Can I have your name? >> No. >> No. All right. So, what happened? Cuz I seen him screaming. It was me. Honestly, I drunk >> as hell. We just came. I was screaming at him saying that he was cheating and he was screaming at me saying that he loves me. That's it. >> The couple identified as Justin Owens and Kendron Wakobia immediately raised the officer's suspicions. As time passed, their behavior grew increasingly erratic. The officer tried to find the issue, but tensions began to escalate. Please. >> So, let me explain something to you. Listen. So, here's my rights. Here's the thing. >> That's not about right. Look, like it's supposed to call it in. You guys >> Yes. I see you. I see you there. >> That's not cool. Look, baby, you have to give more information. It's not It's not >> Well, because he didn't do nothing. He was >> all one, two, three men. He was screaming about how much he loves you. >> You want me? No. No. It's okay, baby. Baby, it's okay. >> Take your breath. >> No, it's okay. Quickly. No, it's okay. >> Baby, baby, baby, baby. Just >> I'm about to look up the law. >> Baby, >> I'm about to look up the law. >> They can't detain us. They cannot detain us. >> So, let's go. So, let's Don't touch. We did not tell you to leave. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> We're going to put you in handcuffs if you don't stop. Stop. Stop. That's enough. That's enough. Stop. Just stop. Stop. >> Stop. If you stop, I will let you go. >> No. Stop. Stop. >> She's bit me. >> She's under arrest. >> She's under arrest. She bit me. >> She's under arrest. Let her go or you're going to be arrested, too. Yes, sir. >> Let her go. >> She's under arrest. >> Put her in cuffs. Put her in cuffs. >> No. No. Bro, please. Please. Stop. What the >> While Justin remained calm and cooperative, Kendra was the bigger problem. She even tried to bite an officer, but acting recklessly in that situation was not going to work in her favor. >> Stand up. No, you don't. No, that's not cool. That's not feeling cooler. Stop it. Search her. >> This is not real cool, bro. >> Stop it. You're okay now. Justin, you're okay now. >> Justin, stop. You're okay now. Please. >> Stop it. >> At least I didn't get hurt this time. Okay, stop it. I'm sorry. >> You bit me right on my hand. >> I'm sorry. I thought it was Justin. Justin, >> stop it. You'll be okay. Just go home. >> It's okay. >> That's orderly conduct as >> Justin. Justin, stop. Please. Please. Just go home. And >> Justin, please. >> Justin, please go home. >> What the [ __ ] Now we need his information. >> No. >> If he doesn't provide it, he's under arrest, too. >> I was trying to help her. Why don't you speak to me? >> Don't move. So mean. >> You bit me. >> I'm sorry. I bit you, officer, but I was trying to help her. >> You are not to move at all. >> Whatsoever. >> Justin, just go. >> Stop moving. >> I'm sorry, bro. Stop it. >> Justin, >> stop. >> Stop it. Please stop it, >> baby. Please stop it. >> Bring it down. >> Stop it, Justin. Stop it. Breathe. It's okay. >> Justin, breathe. >> Breathe. You guys are screaming over at each other. >> All right, we're done. Good night. >> That's it. >> I know this is not going to count for nothing. That's fine. But I didn't mean to die, so I'm very sorry. >> All right. You're right. It doesn't count for anything cuz you still bit me on my hand. >> No, it's fine. It's fine. But my apologies. I didn't mean to at all. >> So you got to make sure. >> Can y'all put me in a car? I just want to >> We're going to put you in a car in a minute when she's done searching. We're going to police headquarters. >> Not okay. Oh, I noticed that. >> Those are numb. >> I told I told you. I told you. >> Who? >> Honestly. >> Why? >> Just for the law. This was placed under arrest because she bit me on my hand. >> Calm down, baby. It's okay. >> It's okay. >> That guy right there, he Italian ass up, bro. Stop playing with the guy right there. >> Please >> in a skelly like >> flee. Please calm down. It's okay. >> It's okay. >> It's okay. >> I'm telling bad. >> No. No. It's not your fault. >> No. No. Honestly, my voice is like that. >> Was arguing with female start to act try to calm her down and she bent my hand. >> Just chill, man. Just chill. Just chill. >> I know. I know. I know. It's my fault. I know. It's okay. >> Just go home and be calm. >> I ain't about to What the You talking about? What the You talking about? >> Always think before you act, not the other way around. The woman realized her actions were a mistake, but such behavior comes with consequences. >> You know, you're right. You bit me. I have this mark on my knuckles. >> Oh, no mistake. And I apologize, but you don't have to be so aggressive with me. I'm not fighting you. >> You were fighting us. You were kicking. >> I was Yeah. slapping in our direction. >> Oh, cuz you audio recorded and I didn't mean to. I told you to please stay away from us and you kept grabbing me >> because you started kicking at us to get away from you. >> You to get Yeah. Why did you >> Because we were asking you for basic information and you chose to overreact >> for my name. >> Yes, we need your name. >> But why? >> Because you two were yelling at each other and we were investigating whether you two were in the middle of a fight. >> That doesn't mean you need our name. >> Yes, it does. No, it doesn't, sir. >> It exactly means that. >> It's okay. Calm down. It's okay. >> Let me go on the other side and get >> you serious. Like this is not this is a misunderstand. >> It was my fault. It's my fault. But why you got to be punished? Like y I approach the situation too crazy. >> You are not trying to punish anybody in this scenario. >> I know that but you got approached so aggressively for no reason. We was chilling. We was telling we was good. >> But let me let me help you understand something. >> She still at the end of the day she still kicked on us and she still bit me. [Music] >> All right. Don't get Don't get in the street. over. >> Hey, [Music] what's up? >> So, if she's never been arrested, she'll probably be released before the end of the day. >> If she's never been arrested, then it'll take a couple hours and she'll be released. >> So, I can go over there, wait, wait for it to be released, right? >> We're not going to let you inside headquarters. go there and get her out. >> Wait outside of them. >> You can wait outside, but we're not going to let you inside. >> I can wait outside headquarters. >> You can go there and um there's going to be a bell when you open up the first door. Rain the bell. Let them know what you're there for. >> Kendra was charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. Obstruction and disorderly conduct. Justin, on the other hand, was charged with obstruction. Following the rule of law is simple. Comply when an officer gives a lawful command. Our next suspect, however, ignored that and things quickly turned chaotic. Officers received a report about a woman at a Taco Bell causing a disturbance. And on top of that, she had thrown a rock at a window, shattering the glass. But things became even more problematic when the police finally made contact with her. >> What's going on today? >> It's on me. I'm coming to ask you. >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> I don't know nothing. Why not? >> Taco Bell. >> Yeah. What was going on at Taco Bell? >> What? >> What happened at Taco Bell? >> I don't know if you feel me. What happened at Taco Bell? >> Trying to figure it out. That's why I'm asking >> [ __ ] I don't [ __ ] >> We're about to figure it out. >> I don't know what the figure. I don't give a >> All right. Do me a favor. Take your hands out your pockets. Yeah. >> I don't got to take my hands out. Hands out of your pockets. >> Do I got to take my hands out of your hands out of your pockets? I don't got to take my hand out of [ __ ] >> You do? >> No, I don't. Hands out of your pocket. >> No, I don't. >> You got anything on you? Any weapons? >> Ma'am, do me a favor. Take your hands out of your pocket. >> I got to take my hands out my >> Look at We can do this easy way or the hard way. All right. >> I ain't got to take my hands out nothing. >> We're here. We're investigating if you cause damage to Taco Bell. Okay. >> They said that you were here at the bus stop. >> Yeah, you were. >> And they gave us your description. So that's why we're here. Okay. I don't want to be here talking to you, but if there's something going on I was talking about calling us, I have to talk to you. Okay, >> ma'am. What's your name? Ma'am, what's your name? >> We all about your name. What was you doing? Standing on the bus. >> I get that. But what were you doing before? >> No. What was y'all doing before? >> I was patrolling. Doing my job. What were you doing? >> What you mean? But I >> Were you at Taco Bell? >> Do it look like I was at Taco Bell. Do it like I got some Taco Bell. >> Were you at Were you there before? >> Do it look like I got some Taco Bell. >> Were you there before? >> Was you there? >> Were you there before? Yes or no? All right. Listen, ma'am. I just need to get your name and your information. >> No, you ain't getting nothing. >> Okay. Well, we'll figure it out one way or the other. As the officer suspected, Gypsy was hiding something in her pocket. Despite multiple warnings, she refused to cooperate. The officer was running out of patience, and at one point, her actions made the situation 10 times worse. >> You got that belt down, ma'am. If you swing that belt, it's going to be an issue. Okay, >> come back over here. All right, >> it's going to be an issue with touch. >> Come here. >> Come here. >> Metal parts at the end. Be careful. All right. So, listen. You're under arrest. >> Daddy back for us. >> Can you come over here? >> Don't do it. Don't do it. >> Underground. Underground. Give me your hands. Give me your hands. Give me your hands. You're okay. Give us your hands. >> Yeah. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Yeah. And you miss me. >> Stop. It's okay. I got it. I got it. We're going to go Harrison's side. Ready? >> Yeah. >> One, two, three. >> Stop. >> Stop. Roll. >> Hey, don't try to bite me. >> Get the taser out. Watch me. >> Now watch what she doing. >> Do it. Now watch right now. You're okay right now. >> Watch what she doing. >> Stop squeezing my hand and pressing your nails on me. >> Do it. Do it. >> We go again. >> We're going to roll this. One, two, three. >> Let go of that hand. All right, she got her hand on. >> I'm not trying to get bit though. >> No. All right. >> We'll come out. >> Plenty of time. Plenty of time. There you go. >> Yeah. You stop with that ass. >> Yeah. All right. >> They do. Sorry. >> Check her front pocket. Think she's got nothing. Ready? >> Oh, he going to knock these. >> That's okay. Yeah, I know. Didn't even work, did he? >> Shut up. >> Shut up. Get up. >> Stop. Don't spit on me. >> Stop spitting. >> Do it again. >> Stop spitting. >> Knock out. >> Please stop. >> Keep touching her. >> Please. >> Get the off of me. We're going to need a female for a search, but I think we'll just be at the station. >> Yeah, we got no weapons right here. We can see. >> I don't want you to have anything in your shoes. >> That's why you got your one. I got one. >> Get off of it. >> Are those your bags, miss? >> Yo, dope ass. She [ __ ] hero. >> Get off of her. Yeah, that's why they beat your >> 95 outside of her. Get off of her. What the you holding her face for? Get the off. >> Do it. Do it. >> Yeah. >> Knock your Get off her face. Hey, what's up? >> Trying to bite. >> Stop lying. You >> shut up. Liar. Get off her. >> I'm trying to help you right now. >> You ain't trying to stop. >> The officer was there to help and resolve the issue. No matter what the officer did, Gypsy simply couldn't act normally. In the end, the officer had to transport her to the station. And you wouldn't believe what she did next. [Applause] Don't kick. Stop. Kick. Stop. Kick. She's kicked me. She kicked you. She kicked you. >> Got 32. She's spitting all over my windows. Come on. Come on. We're not doing this. Coming. We're not doing this. >> Come to the back of the car. We got it. We got all your stuff. Don't kick. Nice. Stop. Stop. Stop. Bam. >> Nice and easy. >> Check your hand. >> Nice and easy. >> Nice and easy. >> Ambulance. >> Yeah. Touch her in the wrong way. >> Touch her in the wrong way. Touch her in the wrong way. All right. Roll her off the side. >> Don't kick. Stop. >> Get the off of me. Her ass. Step on her again. >> Scary act. >> You shut up. Yeah. Shut the up. Turn it around. Get the off. Keep squeezing my hand. >> Is it? I think so. >> The cuffs off. Get the cuffs off. Scary. Don't touch me in the wrong way, y'all. Do it while she beat your ass. >> Where my stuff at? >> You're going to get all your stuff at? >> Yeah. Let her know get it. >> You're going to get your stuff back. >> Okay. Your ass. Hey, Jill. Remember his face. Remember his face. Puffy [ __ ] >> Yeah. Jack Okay. >> Back down. Gypsy was charged with aggravated battery, resisting arrest, and criminal damage. It's crazy how quickly some people can get triggered. And our next suspect proves just how fast things can spiral out of control. At a restaurant, she caused a scene over a piece of clothing which escalated into a heated argument with a couple. What followed was pure chaos, and the security camera caught everything. What? >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. No. I'm going to call the police. >> Call the police. >> Call the police. Call the police. >> Stop. You're going to hit the woman. >> No. >> Get away from my wife. >> The problem. Can you call the police? >> Get away from >> go. [Music] >> Can you get away from my >> I'll punch you. Get away. >> I'm going to punch you. >> Okay. The victim filed a complaint and when the police reviewed the video, they realized the woman was the aggressor. The next day, they went to the woman's house to investigate and her situation was not looking good. >> Real quick. Okay. >> Sure. >> Okay. So, here's the situation. Okay. So, yesterday you had an incident with an air, correct? >> Right. So, due to that, there are charges for battery that are placed against you. You can see me >> against you. Okay. So, what I'm going to have to do is I'm going to have to place you under arrest for battery. That being said, I will be more than happy to read your Miranda rights now before I do any other further questioning. >> Are you good with discussing this in front of your husband? >> Of course. >> Okay. Fine. Okay. >> You're trying to arrest me. >> So, the person that you made contact with >> Did you know what he did to me? >> Watch I watched the video cuz there's videos of it. Okay. >> Right. There's videos of it and then we also have video footage of the female manager who had video recording inside the Panera. Okay, so per their manager and per the video that we watched. Okay, it shows you as the initial progressor. Okay, >> I didn't do anything. I I I just just he he he just just just, you know, stepped in front of me and I said, "Well, I I I don't like what you're wearing." Okay. So again, we have more than we'll be going back to the PD and I will have more than we'll have a further discussion on it. Okay. But if you don't want to speak further, I can read your Miranda rights now and then we can do it again at the PD. If you don't want to give any further statement on it now, that's fine. But >> can you can you say what what what actually happened or what the video shows? So, the video shows an altercation between your wife and a male party who is in between his wife who is recording your wife due to her actions that happened at the canal. >> No, her wife was was recording. >> Recording you? Yes. Correct. >> So, I I said stop recording because I'm talking to him. I didn't I didn't I didn't have any I didn't >> Did you attempt Did you attempt to grab the phone? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, she's allowed to record. It's a public area. It's as much unfortunate as it is, you're allowed to record people at a public area. Okay? So, you can't be grabbing people's phones. Okay? >> I didn't. >> I understand. Okay? So, again, just for the sake of everything right now, I'm going to read you I'm going to read you your Miranda rightites. >> Okay. >> After that, we are going to be placing you under arrest for battery. >> Okay. >> What What do you mean? >> We're going to be placing you under arrest for battery. >> What does this mean? >> Okay. So, in the state of Illinois, a battery is anything. >> No, no, what means arrest? I'm I'm going to go through you will be transporting to the Jonesboro Police Department and you will be booked and processed. Okay, that doesn't mean that you're going to jail. >> On the other hand, the woman told a different story, claiming it was the couple who started it all. Despite the argument, the officer was there to resolve the matter. And after reading her rights, he asked for her cooperation. I got my time. Okay. Do you understand the rights that I've wrote to you? Yes. >> Okay. I just need an acknowledgement on I understand that you can say that. Do you understand the rights? >> No. I I really I I lay not just in regards just in regards to this in layman's terms. Okay. You have the right to an attorney. Okay. You do not have to give a statement. Okay. And you have a right to an attorney. And that attorney can be present with you when we go back to the police department. >> How do I get up early? I you know I I never was in in the in the problem with with the law. >> So >> you do not have an attorney. >> He you know this guy attacked me and and >> if you don't if you she doesn't if you do not have an attorney we can find an attorney for you >> right now. >> If you know of an attorney if you would like. >> Well does she need one? >> That is up to >> because you started talking and you still didn't tell me what exactly happened. What does the video show? >> The video shows that your wife attempts to take a phone from a female. the husband of that female gets in between them because she does he does not want her to be taking the phone at that point. >> He was between us. He he was all the time >> and I understand that because he did not want you taking his wife's phone. Okay. >> There was a small tussle >> because in the video it shows you looking like you're about to throw coffee. >> But I didn't. >> Correct. >> Okay. >> Okay. The coffee was not spilled on that person. >> Correct. However, >> the coffee was spilled on me. However, however, after you had the tussle with the coffee, you made contact with the left side of his face. You swung at his You swung at his face. >> He He did because he threatened me. Did Did she show you that? >> He Yes, he he said, "I'm going to hit you. I'm going to hit you. I'm going to hit you." >> You said several times that you were going to hit him. >> No, I'm going to hit you. >> Okay. So, again, that's essentially what happened. She made contact with the left side of his face. Okay. No, I I want to see that video because I I was so nervous that I I I just don't >> and that's fine. You have a right to see that video. >> I'm just telling you from what we've watched, >> that is what happened. Okay? And the video and the manager of the Panera who reviewed their video footage informed me that you were the one that started the altercation between the two. Okay? So again, my main question at this point, because I read you your rights, I want to make sure that >> seeing how defensive she was and unwilling to believe she had done anything wrong, another officer arrived and showed her the video that had been posted on social media. She hadn't expected it to go online so quickly, and her reaction was quite interesting. >> You understand? Okay, >> here. You know, just for sake of transparency, I have the video. This is on social media. This is on a app called Reddit. Okay. So, I'm going to This is just from the beginning of what they did. [Music] >> The phone I I I >> see. Oh my god. Because he poured coffee on me. So, what did I do? >> Well, like I said, I'm just showing I'm just showing you you all this. It's just in the sake of full transparency. This is publicly available on multiple social media. >> Great. Great. >> Let's see what they did. let people see what they did. So, so he he he's targeted because he he put coffee on me and and then I said, "Okay, it's not worth it. I'm not going to trouble with some terrorist." >> Why would you call that person a terrorist? >> Because he he threatened me. So So I I see he pushed me again. >> But do you see that that he kept pushing me? >> I understand. But the problem is is this whole incident was provocated by them alleging that you and pardon my language but this is what they claim you said that you walked up to them and said Palestine because they had the word Palestine in the back of their jack uh their shirt. That is what provocated this. That's what would make this you the primary aggressor on this. >> Then I say why you making this political statement killing the Jews. >> But the point the point being is that's what started all they can say kill the Jews and and we cannot >> I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with that. We are not taking any political stance on anything that's happening right now. The only thing that we are here to discuss is the battery that occurred at Panera. >> So you you you you see that that he was he was pushing he was pushing me all the time. If if he would just just let me go it it it would just be over. >> So again I I >> freedom of speech, right? There is freedom of speech in this country. So So they can say I can say >> and again I'm not taking anything away from your civil rights. I'm not saying anything against their civil rights. The only thing that we are here to discuss right now is the battery and disorderly conduct that occurred at the mar. Okay. The reason I read you Miranda rights is because if you do >> are you going to arrest him? >> That that is my question because he he was he was actually charging at me. I I just said I I can send what whatever I want but but he was charging at me and he said yeah I'm I'm going to hit you. I'm going to hit you. I I felt threatened. He he he he terrorized you. >> So at what time did he say he was going to hit you? >> Because if it was during that video >> Oh, she I'm I'm sure she she she got rid of this. I I was I was wondering if that's why I >> So did that occur prior to you pointing at them and saying what you said or did it happen after the fact in between? >> After after um you know at some point we were already you know like like in in this agreement. So, I just, you know, he I don't know exact moment, but but but I I I know we were like in um I think he I don't know if it was before or or after he poured the coffee on me, but but but he he threatened me. I I I swear I mean it doesn't matter. So again, I just want to clarify because I want to make sure that it's for our purposes and for the purposes further. >> Did you understand what I explained? >> I did. >> Okay. Can you explain it to her so that way she would understand? >> Going to the station and following the procedure was not the end of the world. But when the officer told her she was going to be handcuffed, it made the woman very upset. Despite this, the officer tried to stay calm and patient to avoid escalating the situation. >> All right. So, ma'am, we do have to put you in handcuffs. Okay. That is our We will not put you in the squar car until your husband returns if that'll make you feel more comfortable. Okay. But for for the purposes of this incident >> for for Did you arrest him? I I want to see him arrested for for what he did. I still have coffee on on my I was looking at this. My my hair was wet but was wet. My face >> I know. had you not had you not made the comment that you made >> and kept on going on with it >> because he he he if he wouldn't react you know how many people attack me okay because he has silly accent or something so I I'm going to go after them >> I can't make any comment on that man because I'm not in your shoes the only thing that we can make comments on are what we know >> and if what you're telling me is the truth that if someone makes fun of your comment you or your your accent and you don't do anything about it, I applaud you for your restraint. The problem is is in this situation, you were the one who made the initial contact between that couple and yourself by the comment that you made and that devolved the situation into where we're at now. >> Okay. >> I know that you're doing your job, but this is crazy. So, what we're going to do is to make it more comfortable for you, I will cuff you in front. So, it will not be behind your back. It'll be in front. Okay. So, the other officer here will hold on to your property. >> Okay. >> And just put your hands kind of like that. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Put your stuff in your pocket. >> We have to hold on to it because we've had people call and record with phones in the past and we have to put the stuff in the front of the car. >> Well, so what's wrong she's recording? if she got recorded at Panera and you're saying it's it's perfectly legal. So it's like double standard now. >> Well, we're actually recording in the car itself. But again, it's just our policy that I'm making sure the front of the vehicle or the rear of the vehicle, not with the person that's in the vehicle. >> So, I'm not going to go looking through any of this. I'm not going to try to unlock her phone, nothing like that. It's just going to go right into the front seat of my partner. So, sit tight real quick cuz I'm going to double lock this so they don't tighten on you when you're sitting inside the vehicle. Okay. Oh my god. >> Where's my phone? >> I have it right here. Right here. >> We will allow you to talk to your daughter as soon as she gets to this apartment. Okay. >> This is so unjust. >> And just so you know, ma'am, there's a camera on in >> That's good. That's good. I'm not do going to do anything. I'm not a your camera, please. >> The woman was charged with two counts of a hate crime and disorderly conduct. While the woman faced the consequences of her actions, the next duo thought they could slip away from trouble until the police came knocking at their doorstep. On February 23rd, 2025, police responded to a local target following a report of a shoplifting incident involving two brothers. CCTV footage showed that the two men were using their mother's vehicle as a getaway car, and before long, the officers were able to piece together the situation. since I was the bigger chunk of what they took. They're like $750 each ballpark. Um, and they look young. I don't think they're like juveniles. Um, but it's them, too. >> Okay. >> So, at this point, they have like a pack of Modello, Pepsi, milk, and a bunch of other things like concealed in these two bags. um can't necessarily confirm like everything, but it's like some produce, some like auto accessory stuff like the little like microfiber uh microfiber towels. Um but for sure for sure the modillos, the Pepsi, the milk, and then these two things. >> Okay. >> And this is like at the end of their shopping trip because then they turn this way and then head out. So that's them putting it's two of the same type of Dyson. Okay. >> That they put at the bottom of the cart. >> You guys got the receipt for everything. >> Yep. It's actually that folder is like all for you. It's like our store has like itemized like list of everything that we could prove. >> Okay, cool. >> Um and then long story short, they come out of here and >> copy. Just keep your head on a swivel. So if he comes back to the front and they have this way and then what they end up doing is they cut through like one of our last like belted silk checkouts and then just push out. >> They don't have spider wraps on those. >> Mm- >> Okay. >> I have like better still shots of their face cuz he's kind of walking a little faster than this guy. >> I know that um the guy on the left, the one with the gray sweats, he's the driver of the car. I saw them like loading up the cart like while I was reviewing video and he's the one that gets in the driver's seat. Um I do have a license plate for the vehicle um with the vehicle entering the lot and then the vehicle leaving. >> Okay. >> Um it's like a blue Chevy and then that's them entering the lot. >> You got footage of them going into that car? >> Yeah. Okay. >> And I can show that to you as well. Oh, sorry. And the guy with like the black jeans, the black sweats like puts the cart away, but then the guy with the gray sweats gets into the driver's seat and then they go this way. >> Okay. You got a You said you had a better still shot of them. >> Yes. >> And that's pretty much it. This is like an over shot of the car. Like those are the towels and then some other like car accessories. I think this is like grocery stuff. Couldn't identify it. I know this is like um >> like the frozen shrimp that we have. They're seen in our frozen aisle selecting things. >> Okay. >> The Pepsi, the pack of Modello, the milks, and then the two Dices. >> Okay. >> And Yeah. And then um when they got here, they came from >> like Jefferson from 59. >> Yeah, they're right from Aurora. >> And then when they left, >> they went onto Glacier Park, but towards 59, so they turned and left. >> Okay. >> The officer was able to locate the vehicle's registered address, and fortunately, both suspects were found inside the residence. They had taken around $2,000 worth of merchandise, and it's time to uncover the truth. Back him >> in search. What's that? What is this about? Whose car is this? >> Oh, that's my mom's car. >> That's your mom's car? >> Yes. >> Is that you? And is that you? >> What was that from? >> From Target. >> Hold. Let me put this right here. Oh, sorry. I'm sorry. >> You want to tell me what happened? Mhm. >> Wasn't Do you guys forget to pay for the the the Dyson's? >> What was that? >> Did you forget to pay for the Dyson's? >> Don't know anything about it. >> Okay. All right. Come on out here. >> Wait, can I put my shoes on? >> Can I put my shoes on? >> In a second. Come here. >> Yeah, that's fine. But I'm saying like, can I put my shoes on? >> Put your shoes on. >> Yeah. Well, can I put my shoes on? >> No, that's not my shoes. >> Okay. Well, >> I know, but that's not my shoes, though. >> We're not running or anything like that. Okay, man. >> Where where's the Dyson's? >> I'm sorry. >> Where's the merchandise? >> So, so you can either get them back. >> Okay. >> Give it back. >> Yeah. >> Or >> or it'll it'll be worse. >> All right. Then we'll get it back. Don't worry about it. Just >> Is it here? >> Yes. But we don't we don't Okay, let me let us take it out then. What? >> Let us Babe, get the D. Tell her to go get everything. >> It's on the thing. It's in Adrian's room. >> Yeah. Can we just step aside for a bit? Cuz I mean I we have kids inside. I know, but we have kids inside. >> Okay. All right. Well, >> we just don't want, you know, >> we have kids inside. >> Okay. Well, I mean, >> just close the door. Just close the door. >> The suspects identified as Javier and Martin were not going to give in easily and tried to play clueless to fool the police. But the officers came prepared and lying was not an option for him. Do you have IDs in the house? >> No, I don't have an ID. >> You don't have a driver's license or anything? >> No, I have a driver's license. >> Is it in the house? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can you ever get it? >> Well, I can just give you my name. >> Okay. >> Right. >> I mean, you know, if you lie to me by your name, you get charged for that, right? Okay. It's fine. I'll give you my name. >> You You've been cooperative and polite, >> right? >> I just don't want You know what I'm saying? I just don't want them to be scared. >> Yeah. But kids, kids inside the house, you got to be respectful for the house. >> I understand that. >> That's why I didn't I didn't want you guys to enter the house just like that. You know, it's respectful thing. You know, if you guys want, we'll give it back to you. >> What else? Cuz I know there was more. >> Well, that was it. It was just those two, >> homie. There was a cart full of stuff. There was Modell. There was There was Pepsi. There was uh towels. >> Come on, dude. Dude, I >> I promise you >> I have the video then. Did you got Do you have a receipt for all that stuff? >> No. But okay, it was >> Dude, there was a car. Dude, do you understand? It's Target. >> No, I understand. I understand. >> They They have >> They have video footage of everything. >> Okay, I understand. >> Where's the rest of the stuff? Like limes or cucumbers and stuff like that. Obviously, that's you know. >> Okay. >> Yeah, it was nothing like big merchandise like you know. >> It was just those two that were that were just the big ones. That's it. >> Okay. >> And then the rest is just like grocery little grocery stuff. >> There's no alcohol or anything. No. >> Okay. Cuz there's a video recording. Okay. But it's not for theft. >> Not for for anything like this? >> No. >> While one officer spoke with the suspects, another searched the house for the stolen goods. The suspects could try to lie all they wanted, but the solid evidence told the true story. No. >> No. He just has like his birth certificate, but it's his like the Mexican birth certificate. >> Okay. Do you guys want anything else? >> No. He want my >> Does he want anything else? No. >> Does he have a wallet that he wants to bring or or a phone? >> No, he's not. >> Okay. Okay. I bet. All right, I'm going lock them. Say don't tighten up on you. All right. Is Is that all right? >> All right. >> All right, man. Have a seat. Thank you. >> Appreciate you, brother. [Music] >> Javier was additionally charged with driving with a suspended license. Not every conflict is worth the trouble it brings, and some situations quickly escalate beyond anyone's control, just like what our next suspect did. On March 10th, 2025 in Ohio, a store employee noticed a woman attacking her girlfriend. Concerned for her safety, he called the police. By the time the officers arrived, the situation had already escalated. And here's what happened next. >> Do it. Do it. Do it. This a check on her. Please check on her. Ma'am, you okay? >> Check on me, too. Ask her if she okay. Ask her. >> Are you okay? >> Ask her. >> Are you okay, man? >> Ask her. She's bleeding. >> What's wrong? >> She's bleeding from the ear. Ask her what she did. Ask her what he did. And you can check on me, too. I don't have nothing to hide. I don't have nothing to hide. This my girl. She stayed with me. >> Yeah. >> She been cheating on me. But Ask her. Please check on her. Please come here. Have them play victim with you. >> Stand up for me. >> I can't stand up cuz at the end of the day know me. But if you me I want to leave. You don't got to stay with me. >> Turn around for me. >> I'm not saying you're telling me I'm being detained. >> Turn around for what? Turn around. Being detained. You're being detained. Stop. >> Okay. >> Okay. I can be detained. >> You right. >> You right, Taylor. This what you want, right? This what you want, right? You want to play victim for the cops. This what you want, right? I give a about you that gave you a home to stay in. Right. Right. This I deserve. Right. Right. Right. >> You don't have anything on you that's gonna >> No, you took my bag. I don't give a >> Well, that's what's going to happen here in a second. >> I ain't wrong. Y'all don't have proof that I I didn't I ain't do to her. Ask her about what she did to me. That's my phone. Check the rest of my pockets. Check my fanny pack. Anything. I don't have nothing to hide. Officer, >> that's my phone. >> You okay? >> The rest of my pockets. >> All right, I get it. How much have you had to drink? >> A lot. A little bit. Nothing. >> No, I'm fine. >> No, you're not fine. I have I have ambulance coming your way. Okay, >> officer. I don't have nothing to hide. >> Hey, >> she pulled my locks out. You see my locks in my You see my hair in my pocket? She pulled that out. Not me. >> She pulled that out. >> Do you see? If it would have been me punching her in face, she would have had a black eye. If I busted her lips, she would had a black eye. I got to defend myself. That's my girl. That's my girl. Is she mad? >> Did she hit you? Did she do all this? >> Hey, >> you got to talk to me, okay? This is not going to stop because I mean, obviously, >> if that happens, >> that's your choice and what you did, okay? >> Do whatever you need to do. >> Tell him the truth while you at it. >> All right. I will stop. Talk to her. >> I'm talking to him. I'm talking. You talk to her. Stop. Right. You give a you can meet your phone. >> All right. Do you want a char another charge on top of this? >> No, I don't want another charge. I'm talking to him. >> Get in the back of the car. >> You're talking to her. >> No, she doesn't. >> Do get in the back of the car. >> You are. >> The officer noticed visible injuries on the girlfriend and the suspect's yelling and disorderly behavior made the situation even more challenging. They tried to calm her and find a solution, but her behavior soon became an issue. >> He asked me to stop. You're talking to her. You got to understand my frustration. >> Talking to her. >> He's talking to her. Do you want to bring it down or you want the >> disord I don't want disorderly. I'm talking to you. >> Do anybody understand where the coming from? >> Talk to me. >> I'm not being disrespectful to you. So, I apologize. >> But you know what? You need to bring it down. I will bring it down. I will hear you. >> I understand emotions. >> It's nothing but emotions, >> okay? >> Nothing but that. And I will respectfully, >> dude. If I got to count like a child, >> I'm not asking you to. I'm telling you that I will bring it down respectfully. >> Okay. Bring it down >> respectfully. I will bring it down. Hey, just bring it down, man. >> I will. You have to understand that's my girl, which I so quote all the time was, >> but I guess it's not. >> I guess it's not. >> Let's take a breath. >> So, I will drink. I apologize to you. I get it. Okay. >> Right. You're right. You're right. >> We do. We do some actions. >> You're right. >> We do some actions we're not supposed to do when we drink. Okay. >> And that's not me. That's not one thing you asked higher. That's what you did. >> Well, I'm trying to talk to you. >> Okay. And I apologize. Okay. I'm done. >> Step in. >> I'm done. Step in. >> I'm done. >> Step in. >> I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> So, are you going to talk to me or not? I'm not trying to be disrespectful. >> I will hit you with obstructing, too, if you do not step in. >> Okay, that's what y'all can do. You're right. That's not what I'm trying to do. >> Okay, >> cool. It's cool. >> Now, let me ask you. >> Let me ask you, would you feel more comfortable have a female officer here? >> Yes, I will. >> Because maybe she understands y'all being aggressive to me cuz I trust a boy. >> I'm not being aggressive. I'm asking you. >> But y'all asking her everything calmly, >> calmly. asking me. >> Okay, >> this why I don't. >> Okay, >> that's what they do. >> Okay, you're I know you're going >> I love hard. I am. >> I am. I do. >> Okay, do me a favor. Take a peek back. Right. >> You right. You absolutely right. And you know what? I apologize. I'm not trying to make a problem out of nothing. So, you're right. I apologize. I apologize. >> Let me take your Let me take your information. >> Yeah, I'm done. She's talking to me. You're not talking to me no longer talking. >> But you said that she's talking to me. >> You know what? I won't be disrespectful to you. You're right. So you got to this is my partner. Okay, cuz really really we're gonna we're just trying to help you. Okay, >> it's cool. It's cool. It's cool. I need the help. >> Yes, >> I need the help. >> Doesn't matter how much someone loves you. >> Never. We don't put hands on each other. I get no matter how bad mad. >> No, you are not. Your eye is swollen. You're bleeding from the ear. Okay, you need to take a deep breath. If you want to sit down, we can sit down. What? I just I I just want this to be over. >> It It will be here soon. Okay. >> No, but it will be >> I get it. >> We just had a mis misunderstanding. Yeah. >> We should have conversations like adults. No matter if you screwed up so bad or she screwed up so bad. You know what I'm saying? That's it. Okay. >> So, I noticed a scratch on your face right here. All right. Did she hit you? >> She did it to me. My locks is over your car. She pulled my hair out. >> Box on your car. On my car. I >> But I don't want to charge her. I don't have nothing against her. That's my girlfriend. She stays with me. >> Okay. >> She hurt my feelings and I'm supposed to react. I'm supposed to act like I don't care. She hurt my feelings. I would never hurt her. That's my girl. >> Okay. How long you guys been together? >> A couple months. Like since October. >> You guys live together and everything like that? >> Yes. >> Okay. The officer tried to figure out how the argument had turned physical, but getting the truth was not easy. The woman kept defending herself, and as emotions ran high, the situation began to spiral out of control. >> But y'all don't see that my hair is pulled out and now I have a scratch on my eye. I would never hurt her. You can ask her yourself. I'm defending myself. >> Okay. But I didn't see your hair until I pulled it out of your pocket. >> Okay, but I'm telling you that I'm defending myself. And at the end of the day, that's my girlfriend and I would never hurt her. How did the fight start? Explain to me how the fight started. >> She's so upset because she doesn't like any of the girls that I'm cool with. She doesn't like none of my family. She doesn't like my caseworker. She doesn't like my counselor. That's how she is. I came over here with my friend. My friend's in the car. She's drunk. And I'm trying to get her back to where we need to go. I don't have a problem with her. She started a problem with me. I would not abuse my girlfriend, the one that I love. And I already lost one. My girlfriend passed away 3 years ago. I would not abuse her. >> Sorry. >> I have going on. I have a lot of stuff going on. >> And I'm at risk for going to jail. I'm on probation. I wouldn't do nothing to up. Especially about a person that I love. But about my feelings. I care about my feelings, too. Just as much as she cares about hers. And I'm going to defend myself. >> Did you do Did you do something? Well, >> yes. You your one eyes open, your other eyes barely. Okay. [Laughter] >> Okay. >> She didn't just hit me or none of that. She pulled my hair between you two. >> I can't even tell you. She pulled my hair up. I wouldn't just hit her or abuse her. She does have a scratch on her eye and I have a scratch on my eye, too. >> But she pulled my hair up. My hair is on the car. >> Can I Can I Can I look at your face? >> You can look at my face. >> Can I see? Can I see your stretch on your face? Where does it hurt? >> It doesn't hurt nowhere. >> Okay. >> It doesn't hurt nowhere. >> I don't know if that's >> That looks a tattoo, but I see that. Where Where did she pull your hair out at? >> She pull I don't know because I don't know. I just seen my hair on the ground and I put it in my pocket. >> Okay. >> I have feelings, too. And I apologize that I was so aggressive with you. >> It's okay. >> But my feelings are hurt, too. >> I get it. But look, take a breath. See, now we could talk because emotions. >> I want to talk. I don't have a problem with you. >> He wasn't rude to me. I was just trying to explain to you. And just because my feelings are high, I don't want you to think that I'm aggressive or I'm being the aggressor because it takes two. It takes two. You can check my record. I don't have nothing like that or my record. >> That's why I'm trying to figure out what happened between you two and who started. >> She's so jealous about who that I'm with. She doesn't like none of my friends. She doesn't like my counselor. She doesn't like none of my family. Nothing like that. >> Hey, look. I'm not trying to be rude. I understand there's a lot of history, but right now today, this fight, >> can you explain to me what happened? >> I can't explain to you too much because I I really don't know. I can't explain. I don't know if whatever she tells you that's the truth. Take her word. >> But did she come up to you and hit start hitting you? >> I came to her because she rode with us and she start walking away. Of course, I'm going to find my girlfriend. You came with us. You stay with me. Okay. >> Where were you guys? >> But we parked right there in that red jeep. >> She She was supposed to quote unquote go in the store. She never went in the store. I went in the store looking for her. Nobody knew where she was. I called her phone and she end up walking around the back and I tried to talk to her and she started accusing me of so much stuff and making up stuff just to play the victim. Sometimes people play the victim and be narcissist just to do whatever the they want to do. I don't care how big I look, what clothes I have on. At the end of the day, I have feelings, too. And I want to treat her, how she treats me, because you know what? I'm in love with her, and I would never hurt her. >> But how was how was she bleeding from? >> Since she wasn't sharing the full truth. The officer then spoke with the store employee who had called the police to get his side of the story. He described the physical altercations he had witnessed and shared crucial information. >> Report on this. >> Okay. >> All right. You walked outside. What did you see? I peaked around the corner and I seen two girls dark can't no descriptions or anything but one girl was on the ground like in a slouch position kind of like cuz I got notified that you know there was a fight going on so I wanted to see what was going on but since they weren't fighting I was like let me listen so I was listening and they were talking I seen one she was on top and she was like keep smiling keep smiling winded up a fist and straight like punched her into punched her face so hard it was like it her head smacked against the the brick wall and that's where I kind of like jolted back because I was it was crazy and I was like I that's when I immediately had her call the cops. >> She started screaming and I started running. I just started running so I could come in here and call cuz I left my phone. It was like it sounded like it was like a torture method because she was like >> like she was pinching her or stepping on her or something like screaming bloody like >> I got goosebumps up my body and I ran away cuz I was so scared. >> One girl she was like uh yeah scream. She was like scream. She wanted her to scream. She was like scream scream. I want you to scream louder types. It was like crazy. I was like okay there might be some kind of like torcher methods going on. Something super bad. This is where I stop. >> So, would you say is like a straight? Was it a closed fist, open fist? >> Closed fist. >> Close fist. Close fist. Like wind up like a baseball bat >> kind of thing. Yeah. But not like under, but it was more of like a >> straight ahead or what' you say? Uppercut. >> No, straight ahead. >> Straight ahead. >> Okay. >> Straight ahead. It wasn't any No, it was >> she hit her straight and her head knocked on the back 100%. >> In the end, the woman was charged with domestic battery. If you thought the woman was crazy, the next suspect took things to an entirely new level. On February 16th, 2024, in the middle of the night, a stepfather became concerned that he could not contact his wife and that her child might be alone at home, knowing that she had a mental health condition and had previously neglected her parental duties. He decided to call the police this time to help with the substance abuse and the mental health. >> Okay. Um, so just to clarify, she hasn't made any statements right now, like tonight. She's just out drinking right now. Yeah, she has not made any statements tonight. No. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Um I mean, we're trying to locate her here, but I mean it's a big it's a big uh club as you know. I mean, if we find her, we can assess her for a big craft, but it sounds like honestly she's going to need something more like a marchman act, like an expparte order through the court. Um have you ever heard of that? >> Yeah, I mean I've been professional for a few years. Yeah, because I mean honestly if she has a issue, it's really not going to fit the criteria for a baker. >> Is not the issue, right? The issue is that she's bipolar and she has stopped months ago. >> So when you got home today, the kids were at the house. Did she tell you she was leaving them there? >> No, she texted me asking where to remote at 8:00. I was at work. I run a restaurant in Delray. I responded about an hour and a half later saying that I was I didn't know. Now, normally I would have been home probably around like 11 or 12. I just happened to be leaving early and I got home at around 10:00. I walked into the house and the baby was crying. Um I went into the bedroom and son was there trying to console the baby and I said, "Where's mommy?" And he said I said, "When did she?" He said, "I don't know. I mean, I am worried that if she were to come back to our house this evening because she's under the influence and because she's off her medication that she might try and start something domestic, >> okay? >> You know, I I really just want to protect my daughter right now. >> Leaving a young child alone to go out for a drink was unacceptable. The officer recognized there might be a serious problem and decided to speak with the father to gather more information about the situation. >> Around 10:00 >> around 10:00. um entered the apartment, heard the baby and went into the bedroom, saw the baby was in the crib, and um my stepson was trying to console her. Thought maybe, you know, my wife was in the bathroom or something. So then I got her a bottle and I said, "Where's where's mom?" And he said, "She's not." And I said, "Are you sure? Like she's not taking the trash out or something?" He said, "No, she I said, "When?" He said, "I don't know." At that point, I looked at my text messages. I mean, I normally would be getting home now. >> Yeah. >> It was just happen stance that I was done early. >> Okay. >> Um, >> everything happens for >> Yeah. Um, so the last contact that I had with her was like maybe quarter after 8. She had texted me asking for our son's remote for his uh TV. >> That's your stepson, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Um, I didn't see the text or anything. Like I thought, >> yeah, you were busy. all of a sudden, you know, was like getting ready to leave and I responded back. I said, "Hey." >> Okay. So, that was at 8:00. >> That was around like 9:30. >> Okay. >> Right before I got in the car to head home. >> Okay. >> And then, yeah, like I said, got home, found him. I contacted her sister. Um, >> about 2 months ago, she did kind of a similar thing. I had tried to get her into treatment. Um, and she amate from detox. Um, and then I had lined up. I have a friend that owns a dual diagnosis facility. >> Um, she had gotten scholaripped in. They were supposed to come and transport her. It was a Sunday morning >> and she didn't. >> She got in the car with a She drove to Virginia. >> Was her diaper changed? >> Uh, no. The diaper sold and she had like she's sick and >> Yeah. And she was sick also. So, she had like all over. >> Okay. All right. Just raise your right hand. Is everything you told me the truth? >> Yes. >> Okay. I mean, at this point, um, the mental health thing is like the big issue, right? Like I I talked to another deputy or whatever earlier and they were describing the difference between Marchman and Baker and I I'm I was a mental health professional. Um, I've been sober for 9 years and worked in the industry. So, >> did you have her location? Correct. >> I do not her >> sister. Can I just get her phone number? Not the sister, the your wife. >> Yeah. >> No. Does she usually come home? >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, so she she came home like February 5th. She had been gone, >> but like tonight she's come home. >> She would normally close sneakers >> and come home probably between 67. >> Well, maybe this dad >> like the last time that she did that, she came home at 7:00 a.m. and was trying to drive school. >> I'm just going to take a picture of her. >> Yeah. >> Hi. >> You're so pretty. >> Hi. There you go. >> The father mentioned the woman's mental health condition and expressed concern that if she returned, she could cause trouble. For everyone's safety, the officer wanted to detain her. They went to the bar, but she had already left. After a long search of the area, they eventually found her in a parking lot. >> Keep coming. Keep coming. Keep coming. Keep coming. >> You're okay. Keep coming. >> You're okay. Keep coming back towards us. Come over to the right. >> To the right. down. >> You got anything on you? >> No. >> All right. You're being arrested. >> Why? >> Try on the You have anything on you? >> Coke? Nothing? No needles? >> No. >> You come up against your car? I'll explain everything to you. >> You have anything in your bra? >> No. >> Who is this guy? Who is the guy that you're with? >> A friend of mine. What's going on? Place you in my car and I will speak to you. Take a seat. I'm going to read you your Miranda. Okay. I'm required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. You have the right to remain silent, not answer any questions. Do you understand? You have to say yes or no for my camera. What? >> I don't have the keys are over there. Any statement you make must be freely and voluntarily given. Do you understand? You got to speak up. You have the right to the presence and representation of a lawyer of your choice before you make any statement and during any questioning. Do you understand? If you cannot afford a lawyer, you are entitled to the presence and representation of a courtappointed lawyer before you make any statement or any questioning. Do you understand? >> No. >> I lock the doors. Um, >> yeah, that's perfect. I just want to make sure this people and user I just want to make sure before I >> What? >> Did you search this already? >> No, I just search her right now. >> Officers search the woman's purse and find some suspicious items. >> Who was that dude? >> I don't know. We let him go. Look at this. The following day, the officer spoke with the child. It was mind-blowing how a parent could treat her child that way. What the child revealed was heartbreaking, and for the woman, it became a legal problem. >> You scared? >> No. >> You nervous right now? >> No. >> All right, good. You're brave for coming to talk to me. So, do you know what the difference is between a truth and a lie? All right. So, if I said I'm wearing purple right now, would that be a truth or a lie? >> Neither. >> Neither. What color am I wearing? >> Black. >> All right. Good point. What color is my shirt right here? >> Green. Green. All right. So, is that the truth? >> No. >> No, that's not the truth. All right. What color is this wall? >> Green. >> That's green, right? So, that's You're not making that up, right? That's true. You were at mommy's yesterday. >> Yeah. >> You think so? >> Yeah. >> You have a little sister. You like having a little sister? >> Kind of. >> Kind of. You're a big brother. That's exciting. So, what happened at mommy's? >> She was like going there somewhere. I was by myself. >> Okay. Do you know how long you were by for? >> It's okay if you don't know. >> I mean 30 minutes or an hour or something. >> 30 minutes or an hour? >> Yeah. >> What did you do when mommy left? Play games? Did you eat dinner before mommy? >> Yes. >> What' you eat? >> Chicken nuggets. >> Oo, that's my favorite. Did mommy tell you where she was going? >> No. And then your stepdad came. >> All right. Then what? I went to my grandma's house. >> You went to your grandma's house? Your stepdad brought you. Were you scared when mommy left? No. You were able to take care of yourself. I know. You're big. That's it. I'm done. Do you have any questions for me? >> No. >> You're really brave. You're a great big brother. You got a good dad here. I'll talk to you without him. >> So, if you want I'll go outside with you. You want to stay here? >> Can you wait here? >> Sure. >> Sorry for making you come out. No, >> I just have to get on camera that obviously I know she >> but it just solidifies it even more for the court, >> right? >> Um she was arrested last night. I arrested her at the bar. >> Okay. >> Um >> that's what >> Yeah. So she got arrested. Most likely what will happen is there's going to be some court some kind of court order >> prohibiting her from the children. >> I mean obviously DCF will talk to you, courts will talk to you and you guys can catch from there. That's up to you guys. But usually, for the most part, the court automatically puts that in place. >> Well, it's great when she >> While the woman failed to take responsibility as a parent, our next suspect found himself caught in the worst possible scenario. On January 31st, 2025 in Lakeland, Florida, police were called to a theme park after a man was caught trespassing while the park was closed. Seeing the officer, he panicked, acting as if he had done something wrong. He tried to play it cool, but it was only a matter of time before the cop uncovered the truth. >> You're going to go over by my car? >> I just got off work, man. >> You're going to go by my car. I'm going to make you go by my car. >> Okay. >> If everything's cool, we'll get you out of here. >> I'm just going to explain why he stopped you. >> You're trespassing in a park after hours. >> I cut through here every night. >> Okay. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. >> I'm sorry, man. >> Okay. So, if if everything's cool, we're going to get you out of here. >> But I'm giving you a lawful order, and if you want to act up, we can go a different route. >> No, no, no. I just want to I just want to go home. >> Okay. Well, now you know this is a closed park. >> Keep your hands out your pocket. >> Stand in front of my car. You got your ID on you. >> Can I grab it? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> You have any weapons on you, boss, man? >> No. Okay, I just got >> and I knew you and you don't know me. That's why I'm asking. >> Do you see the uniform? >> It doesn't matter, >> dude. People wear all sorts of uniforms. You can go to thrift store and buy a police shirt. >> That's great. Here you go, man. Coming from Arby's off of Memorial. >> What you got in the bag, man? >> What do I got in the bag? >> How much weed you got in that bag, >> dude? I got Come on, man. Dude, I got [ __ ] I got water, dude. What is this? What is this, man? What's your first name? >> Jason. Dude, >> let me ask you something. >> You have two officers that just come and talk to you. >> Dude, I'm freaking out. Why are you so nervous? >> You You opened your bag. >> Listen to me. I'm going to see. Everything's being recorded. >> Yes. >> Right. So, here's the deal. >> I'm trying to I'm trying to go to the nice route with you. Okay, >> dude. Dude, I'm coming home from work. >> This is the thing. This is What is going on, dude? >> Quit digging in your freaking bag. >> Stop digging in your bag. >> Okay, dude. >> All right, I need you to take it and breathe. >> I'm getting harassed. >> You're not getting harassed. First of all, you're committing a misdemeanor, which is a restful offense. >> I don't know that. >> Okay. Well, this is why we're getting out with you, telling you. Cool it off. Relax. It's not the end of the freaking world. It's as simple as this. Hand over your ID. You have no warrants. That's it is what it is. >> Every everything I do is legal. Everything I I'm telling >> Dude, you can't search me for no reason. >> Stop talking. Stop talking. Stop talking. >> Stop talking. You come here. >> Wait. >> Put your hands on my car. >> Put the hands on your car. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to make sure you don't separate your feet. >> As the officer suspected, he wasn't being honest. While searching, the officer noticed the smell of marijuana. Despite repeated requests to tell the truth, the man continued to lie. Determined, the officer proceeded with a thorough search. >> I'm sorry. I got a rush. >> I know you got a rush, dude. >> Yeah, I probably smell like >> Yeah, you do smell it. So's your bag. So, I'm going to search your bag cuz I have problem cause, but I don't give two shits about a little bit of Keep your hands over there. So, now that you got a roach, now I'm going to search the rest of you. See, if I was searching, I would have found out first. Your reaction and your body language and your screaming and hollering and poor me and all this crap gives it away. >> Dude, I've been doing this for a minute. I know you're trying to go home. >> And as long as you ain't got nothing but a little bit of weed on you, guess what? You're probably going to go home without a citation. You're probably going to go home without a ticket. You're probably going to go home without any any issues. But you want to act up and be silly. Act like I'm like don't know my job. How much is in his bag? I'm going to find it. So you can tell me or not tell me. I don't care. All right, hang on. I'm going to switch you back. >> Is there anything in this bag that's going to stick me, cut me, poke me, make me say? >> No. You want me to be honest with you? >> Yeah, I prefer that. >> All right, I'm going to be honest with you. There's a little jar in there. It's got weed in it. >> I know it does. I can smell it. Thanks. >> Where's the jar at? >> It's also has six XOs in it cuz you're going to find it. Yep. Where's it at? >> Where's it at? >> Do you have prescription for >> Do you have >> Do you have a prescription for the uh ecstasy? >> Is there a prescription for ecasy? >> I don't know. Is there? >> No. I don't have Listen, dude. I don't have a quota. >> Arrest me. Arrest me. [Music] Put me in the car with me so I can get out of here. Please, please, God, just please. I just want to go home and go to work and do what I've been doing for the past 5 years, man. >> Where's the jar with the exit? >> Huh? >> Where's the jar with the You said you got exit. You're >> in it. This is it. >> Where are the tablets at? >> Does this jar >> at Hold on. Hold on. This jar has got a bunch of little twisty turnies on it, dog. >> God, I was going to smoke that [ __ ] The man was sweating, fear written all over his face. That's when the cop knew he had just messed up. As the officer went through the small boxes, the tension grew. It was only a matter of time before he discovered what the man had been hiding. >> This would be great. When's the last time you took X? >> Uh, like two weeks ago. >> What did you take tonight that's got you sweating like that and your eyes pin pu? >> Yes. >> You guys >> just got your eyes like that? >> I'm dead. I'm dead. Bro, I'm not going to lie to y'all. Bro, you guys got me put a gun to my head, bro. All I did Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. >> I feel like, bro, I listen. That was a figure of speech, man. I'm being honest with you. I'm being cooped. I don't everything. >> Hey, get it. >> Hey. Hey. Can you be respectful and let my partner talk to you? >> Sorry. My fault. I'm telling you right now, my fault. Why you're stopped out of you is because you walked into a park that is misinterp if you knew that or not. Number two, the reason why my partner is searching for the mortgage because he has an order of marijuana on your person saying for a person vehicle or car doctor that officer Okay. When you say that we're harassing you, we're not. Okay? We're doing our job. I like to think that I'm being as reasonable as possible. It's >> good. What's the scale for? >> Well, the weed I buy. >> Smart. That way you don't get ripped off. >> Hell yeah. >> Look where I am, man. You know what? >> So, look, look, look where I am. >> Look where you're at. And you're wondering why I'm getting out with you. >> Kind of makes sense, don't it? >> Listen, man. Like I said, I'm just getting off of work. I I didn't think twice aboutice power, right? >> Hey, can you can you put a second pair of eyes on it this for me? >> You don't have unless Yeah. Actually, you don't have to. >> He's saying there's X in here and I've torn this thing apart. I There ain't no X in here. >> He's like, "Oh, there's X in there." >> Like powder. No [ __ ] Yeah. >> Well, as soon as you open the bag, I smelled the I was like, "Holy, that's a lot of >> I'm not going to charge him. I'm not worried about it. trying to find this ecstasy that he's claiming he has. You can throw in >> Yeah, if I Yeah, I can do that. >> What do you work at? >> I was a freshman. There we go. >> Yeah, this is the jar he's talking about. Once the officer found enough evidence, the man went silent. The only thing he could think of was that it wasn't worth getting caught. But what was done was done and the harsh reality was waiting for him. [Applause] >> So, uh, >> sure. >> You guys have any idea how long I'm going to be in here for? >> Well, we're going to knock out. >> I've never This is going to be the first appearance. First appearance will be out. I don't want >> Don't Don't tell me why. >> You got to go to first appearance. >> I don't know what the hell that is. May have been waiting. Maybe you determined you're gone. Ah [ __ ] >> Yeah, that's what I'm going to do. >> It's about 20 gram of weed. That's a felony amount of weed. >> My dad's phone. I'm not taking you out of handcuffs if that's what you're asking. >> Let's get a little dust here. Hm. >> No, I mean me and uh yeah, me and him were sitting there and um he was walking through. I'm like, "Bro, >> just get out with him real quick and then uh he he grabbed me his ID and as soon as he opened the bag, he just smelled dope. Like you can smell it." So I asked him how much you had in there. >> I I got two IDs, man. I hope I'm out of here within like a day or two because like dude, if I I'm going to be homeless. >> Well, here's here's >> weekly, man. I'm not trying to guilt trip y'all. >> No, you're not. You're not going to guilt trip me with ecstasy. >> Well, I'm sure >> like I That's >> sure I'm not. >> That's >> I'm being honest. I know what I'm doing. >> I appreciate the honesty, though. >> I mean, doing that. >> Yeah, but you know, they're >> you know they're cutting fentanyl and everything, right? >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I only smoke weed. I do actually. That's all. Just be honest. Yeah, >> I think I have an ecstasy test kit. >> The police work wasn't finished yet. The officer needed to check the substance to figure out exactly what it was. Since the man wasn't saying much, the officer began digging deeper to uncover more about it. There it goes. Did you crack out of do it right now? >> Yep. There it is. There's a positive blue. Instant. >> Oh, yeah. [ __ ] >> instant blue. >> It's good. >> Let me just try to get it on camera. Where' it go? >> There it is. >> Yeah. Just I don't know. >> It's definitely blue. All right. Yeah. >> Will you? >> Um Oh, you know what? >> I'm not in my car.
