call from a Family Dollar Store where a woman attempted to purchase cigarettes with a stolen credit card they rushed to the location to investigate when the police arrived at the location they immediately be their investigation soon the victim disclosed crucial information anyway I got a I was at home got a notification on my chime account somebody tried to use my chime card here Family Dollar I don't live it that far away my wallet stolen from this gas station over here I called up here the lady that works inside knows the girl that came in here and used my card and then I recovered two of my cards and that jumpster right there okay did you report your wallet stolen already yes who do you did you do you remember the deputy's name that you reported it to not that I know because I live when I go to my house I'm in Pike County yeah but this is County right so I just called them and they said they they just they didn't really come out and do a report they just took a note over the phone or something but when I uh like I said I was lay at the house I got a notification on my car I keep my cards lock M and got a notification at 12:05 saying I can I can go get my phone and show you okay right here or I had it said detailed $6.9 a Family Dollar okay it was a 1205 I called up as soon as it came through I called down here cuz I come down here at least two or three times a week knows me everybody knows me coming in and I came and I called her and she said come down here we got we can have her on camera using your card she tried to buy a pack of cigarettes with it she knows the Girl by name her name is and she said that she come out and showed us and she said that she lives right there in it's facing the doors are facing this way uhhuh they live over there okay she said her name was she's with a and the girl inside said if you need to ask her anything she'd be more than willing to to verify her which card did they try to use I'm assuming they tried to use this one the chime card that's locked yep I try to keep it locked and this also my other card these two the these on I went looking around I figured after they tried to use they figured they try to dump them somewhere so I went straight to that first dumpster right there and they were they're slaying right there in the dumpster but my whole wallet's missing my ID's missing my sub security card uh a couple other cards that I have I had like $40 Cas another the $40 in cash is gone I'm not even you know when did your wallet get taken yesterday yesterday yes you so they got taken from the sonoko yeah right up here the at the um gas station right here did you lay your wallet down or something or no it like went apparently open when I went in the store with my brother and my sister-in-law uhhuh they opened my car door and got it out of my car door so it was taken from your car yes about what time at first I thought I'd misplaced it like I couldn't find it for it and then I realized that it didn't get used the cards didn't get used until today or try to get used until today and that's when I called down here and that's when I found out that you know I called and reported my stuff missing you know what I mean that's why there wasn't a stolen report I called I called and reported it missing because you know my cards and stuff in case anything went through and then like today I'm at the house and that CH that notification goes off where girls have to use my card and Family Dollar apparently she says this girl dope be around this area lives around here oh yeah if she's with that yeah oh she already know how I know is yeah she girl or something apparently the girl that tried to use my card lived over there yeah he lives right there in that that door that's looking at us yeah before declaring anyone a suspect cops must thoroughly investigate everything this incident was no different and the officers finally found their suspect what's up what's the last name I have no clue I would trying to figure that out I don't know I really yeah know right so she a cuz that's who she was in here and then if she ain't over there she probably that's the first time I've seen her in a while so picks mom up in mom's car so I guess he was just outside at the car hanging out he's an older kid I mean it's not it's not a little baby yeah so all right yeah so he's uh I got a friend is here in now investigation officers came to a conclusion regarding the altercation upon explaining the situation to the suspect officers proceeded with the next course of action I literally got pulled over and rad there at Oz they they literally just searched our car he had stuff on him he had all the ID cards and stuff on him they put them in my wallet and handed me my wallet did that come on yes they handed me the wallet back I put it in my pocket in the dark and got in the car and drove straight here like they told me okay like I I did not know the part of pH he told me it was open door so when did you make this stop at the WWA after we left here he said he was going to play for he said we you get gas with cigarett straight okay and then he wanted to go see his friend so I took him over to see his friend all right let's sit tight is there possibility I W go to jail no you both are going to jail what did I do it'll be you've probably already been explained to you but we'll explain it to you further in a few minutes okay have to go to jail oh absolutely what what did I do though all that stuff you got in your car is stolen it's only it's fraud it's over $800 she carried them out the store yeah but you still had stolen items in your pocket you had the victim's uh ID and wallet in your pocket I didn't know that they C just gave that back to me at up there I didn't know well I'm going to all I'm all I'm going to say to you is you might want to come up with a better story when this goes to court because the judge ain't going to believe you so I'm I'm not on felony probation will I get a B I don't know we'll find out what do you on felony probation for uh possession of what uh possession ofer possession of what about the domestic thing you just got in trouble with oh that's gone all right yeah I don't know yet we'll find out I don't know how that's going to roll like like call my probation off time or something not right now we still got a lot to do so let me the more I talk to
