or denied by the Department of Licensing for at least one year and B your refusal to submit to this test may be used in a criminal trial okay so will you now submit to a bread test do I have to I can't advise so I can say no so going back to here it's saying how quick can I go home the the sooner you do this the sooner we can get you out of this PD but again I I can't advise you I can't tell you what to do but by law when you got your driver's license you signed saying that you're going to submit to test if if you're pulled over for this so like I said I'm not I can't advise you um if you don't then your license could be suspended for up to a year if you do it's saying that it could just be roted for only 90 days so again I'm I don't trust y'all anyway that's fine whatever I don't know traveling at a high rate of speed the officers initiated a traffic stop for further investigation the officers began interacting with the woman while questioning her they sent something suspicious
