back seat and apparently the child had no restraint hence they made a move to check into the matter since nobody in the vehicle wore a seat belt including a child the police sensed something was wrong and opted for additional inquiries consequently they issued an order to the mother who exhibited discordant Behavior besides the cops also discovered a thought-provoking matter about the grandmother [Music] the mother was charged with obstructing law enforcement contrarywise the grandmother was issued a few traffic citations and was arrested for pending warrants while the women showed negligence about the child's safety our next individual was an off-duty officer who ended up on the wrong side of the law after stealing someone's phone but before that let's check on someone who tried to run away from the cops to escape arrest oh you doing this oh you doing this the incident is centered around a man named rod in 2024 in akan Ohio the officers responded to an unknown emergency the call note stated that a male had a bloody nose and that someone had struck him the officers went to the spot to investigate further upon reaching the location they found rod and asked him about what had actually happened all of a sudden he did an unimaginable act that prompted the police to use potency to bring order witness the video footage to gain Advanced knowledge where you coming from 1037 yeah we just heard knock the door all yeah it was me what's going on we got a call you got location all right put your hands out your pocket man for what we got a call it said a fight my man so we still being told you're under arrest the incident revolved around a 24 years old man named Gary jamad Jones on the 1st of August 2020 in mon bib County Georgia the deputies received a call from a Downtown Bar about the theft of a cell phone the officers responded to the call and reached the spot to gain the perfect Insight right after reaching the spot the deputies checked the CCT TV footage to learn about the affair after examining them thoroughly they confronted Jones for discussion despite his attempts to deflect the officers remain steadfast demonstrating their adeptness in handling the females um while he's in a bar the bar has a lot of video cameras um it shows him walking up to a table where a patron put his phone on the table and walked away briefly he the video clearly shows him picking up the phone and puts it in his pocket it wasn't like he picked up a phone and tried to find somebody to hand it to saying hey I found a phone all right he walks he walks out of the front door um the camera gets him outside as he's walking with the two females at that time one of the deputies who was initially dispatched to the um death by taking um on video um he made contact with the the gentleman um didn't know that he was a law enforcement officer yet and the patron has already used somebody else's phone to Ping the phone and it showed the phone is now in um is at the club like right where he's at and they're right there at the front so he tells a guy look if you give me my phone I will not prosecute I just want my phone back mhm so he says I don't have your phone he gets taken back to to to the manager's office that's where the security cameras are at so I get on scene he was already being belligerent in the office yeah okay so she had to tell him to stop and to cooperate okay and all this is on is on my body cam um the the deputy was going to place him in handcuffs um he put two pairs on them and then a search formed once he is in handcuffs and the phone is in his back left pocket the office is very small where they were at and he he he then started to obstruct the deputy by not obeying his lawful commands um he was bucking up against Deputy pushing on him and all that I then deployed my Taser hopefully to get him some pain compliance so that we could get him into a better um position to get him out of the office um he then went to the ground the deputy held him so that he wouldn't fall and we were able to get him him and myself out of the office um and we walked him outside through the bar and we put him in the back of the other deputy's car while he's back there he's being very belligerent he is very um he is under the influence of alcohol yeah um so while we're talking to him in the car he's being racist um he's telling us to call his la lawers and we're like sir we don't do that but you can call you'll get as many phone calls as you need from the jail so but anyway um he's being charged with obstruction and also death by taking felony you know it's sad enough that he's he's a fo of law enforcement and then it's even worse that the victim told him that he wouldn't prosecute him if he just gave him his phone back yeah so
