All right, sound check, mic check. Let's see here. Okay, if this video stays up, I'll have a time stamp for y'all to skip ahead to the first video playing. If you don't like commentary, the links are already in the description box. You can go straight to the videos. No harm, no foul. Um, for those of us that are here for the live and the reactions, the commentary and all that, we're we're about to start. Um, so let's go ahead and kick it off with our song and see how this goes. Going to jail tonight. That lady's going to jail. You're going to jail tonight. That lady's going to jail. Going to jail tonight. Get your butt up out of here. She got me impressed. Girl, you going to jail? You got to confess. I'm like blessed. You know I got I said you're going to jail tonight. The mama going to jail. I said she's going to jail tonight. Shout out to the shorty with her head on the car. She in my bar. I'm the brother on the microphone is going hard. And shout out to the best cops in a damn girl. They about to arrest this girl. I said you're going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. Mama going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. I appreciate my homie for the tip for the roast that I'm doing. I'm the brother on the microphone and spitting fluid. Real talk man. Come over. No pressure. Now move out the way. >> All right, let's start. Hopefully no jumpiness. We're about to try this. First one up, we have drunk road razor unknowingly chases girls straight to the police department. It says it ends terribly. So, let's go ahead and watch. >> Officers get a 911 call from a girl stating that an aggressive driver in an all black Camaro is chasing her. He's been following her, hitting curbs and cutting off other drivers multiple times in her pursuit. But what he doesn't know is that she's leading him directly to the police department. And in a few moments, officers will meet this man. And well, he won't leave a good first impression. >> Do we have a description? He's right here. >> Right where? >> No, >> that's him. >> That's him. >> Yeah, she's been he's been following her for like the last like white guy and all black. >> Yeah, we're about to 102. 1065 is Florida. >> Black Camaro better. >> What? Don't want me. >> No, no, no, no. What's going on? >> I thought her battery is dying. >> No. From the bar. >> That doesn't even make sense. I know not every man knows how to fix on a car. But if someone's battery died, their car wouldn't be moving. You, this road rager, as they labeled him, he chased her. And I don't know what he would have done had she not thought to go to the police department or her friend to go to the police department. Um I'm going to let y'all see what also the cop observes. >> Said I'm not stalking her or anything. I thought she said earlier her battery died. >> What bar did you come from? >> How do you know? >> I don't I don't. >> So So what what brought what brought you to this occasion? Did you die? I thought she was going to her parents house and I was just >> I thought I was doing the right thing. >> And you have no idea who this person is. >> I'm I'm a nice dude. >> Okay. >> I'm a nice dude. >> Nice people don't usually have to say they're nice. Not saying that's the case for everything, but usually when I hear this, red flags to me cuz you just just be a nice person. >> Do me a favor. Turn your car off. >> No. >> Yeah. We're going to turn the car off. >> No, you're not. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. >> Do you want to do >> Here's what I want to ask. All right. I'm going to No, no. I need to talk with you. Okay. You You You're already here. You're on our campus. I have to ask you. >> Okay. >> Would you be willing to uh conduct some fields exercises to >> try to cause me to believe that you are not impaired while driving? >> This will go to your benefit. He's taking his drunk behind the register. How many bad decisions he made. Shouldn't have been behind the wheel drunk. Shouldn't have been following anybody, a young lady, a guy, nobody. Because you can't control whatever road rage you have. Then what were your intentions had you actually been able to get into contact with them? Then you don't realize you're right at a police department. I'm glad he didn't realize it. But here he is and now he's trying to think of hm now I have a DUI if nothing else. There the ending does frustrate me if I don't mistake if I'm not mistaken on his charges. But at least at least the police actually came out and saw him. You can answer the question or just going to stay. So, >> would you be willing to conduct some fuel spread exercise? >> No, I'm not moving. >> No, it's fourth amendment. >> No, it's not. It's not. >> Stop. >> Don't you What's wrong with you? Give me your hand. Give me your hand. Stop fighting. Stop fighting. Stop fighting. God damn it. You just rotated my No, I didn't. >> Yeah, you did. Please. >> Yeah, you did. My hand. >> He just my hand. >> Why? Cuz he just he dislocated my shoulder. >> Definitely did not. >> Really, bro? >> Stop grabbing. You want to be a little All right, I'm going to slide this hand up more. here. That's it. I just double lock and that's it. >> I did nothing wrong. I really did nothing wrong. >> I can smell the alcohol off of you. >> I'm not fighting right now. Why you doing that? I'm not even fighting. man. I have a white male in custody at this point. >> Yeah. >> Do not pull me up on my >> cuz I guarantee you I will sue you. I'm a combat vet. My >> you, man. >> You know what? >> All right. Let's get Let's get you. Okay. >> You want to play, bro? Come on. I nobody's playing. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Let's get you sitting up. Come on. >> Can I have my shoe? >> Yes. >> Look. Look. >> Stand up. Are you sure? >> No. Just looking. >> Come on. >> Come here for a second. >> Go on. >> Give me your car keys. >> I have my car keys. The car's just not on. >> Okay. Yeah. >> I still have my >> Yeah. Hold on. >> Bro, I'm not a bad guy. >> You're not I'm not saying you're a bad guy, brother. You know what I mean? >> But >> you're saying you're a bad guy. >> I'm sorry. >> It's okay. Look, listen. I I get it. >> No, I'm You got to say >> it. It's understandable. I I >> You should be saying he's a bad guy. You should not understand why he would be following somebody to the point where they have to go to the police station for safety. >> I understand what you're saying. >> No. All right, brother. This is 45th anniversary of being in I'm not going to I'm not >> It's okay. It's okay. You don't got to talk. >> I'm not going to pull. >> You don't You don't have to. >> I'm >> All right. >> I never No, >> I know. I know. >> This right here is not necessary. >> You seem like a good guy. >> It's not necessary. I You let me go. I just >> We're not letting you go right now at this point. >> But hold on. Hold on. Listen to me. >> Just listen to me. >> Yeah. Yeah. I got him. >> Just listen to me. I'm not going anywhere. >> I know you're not going anywhere. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. I'm not going anywhere. >> First of all, let's start off with this. What's your name, man? >> Where are we coming from today, bud? >> Call 37. >> Girl's house. >> Girl's house. >> I can't even give you the address. I don't know. >> No, that's fine. That's fine. >> I don't know. I really don't know. >> Explain. Explain to me. I want to hear your side of the story now. We got you in custody right now at this point. We need to know why are you following this girl? >> I didn't think it was that way. I really didn't think it was that way cuz she told me she goes come to my house now. And if I misunderstood it, that's my fault. >> Okay. >> I was not stalking her. That's that's >> not the dude I am. That's not what it's >> If you're not interested if you're not interested. >> If you got your side keys, let's go in from the sideway. Get them into the booking area. I'm sorry, man. Hey, come on. Stop. Stop. Come on. Please stop. >> We're going this way. >> I don't think anything. >> I'm not going. We're going this way. Come on. >> Really? I'm not unnecessary. It's really unnecessary. >> Stop. >> Stop doing that to me. I'm just I'm walking with you. >> Why you got to push me like that? >> You make it look like I'm fighting you. Guess what? No. That's what he wants to make it look like on his body. >> We don't want to make it. >> We're entering a restricted area at this point. >> He's dead. >> He's dead. >> He's not new. >> He's been on the job for a while. >> Sit. Sis, >> just take a seat, please. >> Hey, why you got to be so >> Just take his feet. Relax. It's okay. >> That's a lawsuit right here. >> What? >> It's a lawsuit. >> It's a marriage. Now it's a lawsuit. It's a lawuit. >> I'm not I'm not going to let him do it. I'm going to make him work for it. >> I'm not moving. I'm not moving. >> Let's not do this. Are you >> I'm not moving. >> He's the one that's being >> Yeah, you are. You really are. >> You're Simone with a little dingdong. The girl then break. >> Wow. Wow. Not surprised. Oh my gosh. Either way, his explanations are horrible. Either he was chasing them due to road rage and thought, you know, whatever they cut him off or something, they had to pay for that or he was stalking her but or talking about her battery died. Just oh my gosh. I need I need people like that to be taken way more seriously. take take their actions on how they're doing because they need to they need time because they're just the ones that haven't done the thing yet versus the ones that have. Um I was in and out watching this the first time when they're questioning her. So I don't my impression while I was distracted was I don't know maybe she's laughing out of nervousness. I don't know. >> Down what led to this? Tell me what in the world happened from the beginning of your interaction with this guy all the way to the point you came into run into the PD saying I need help. What what transpired? >> Okay. I was at a stoplight. So I was sitting there and then so I left a gap like cuz there was a little like out road right there. You know how you're supposed to like leave a gap so the cars can get through. And so he like came really close to my car and just like like got in front of me and I looked and I was like what the heck? I didn't say anything to him. My windows were up and I had my like shades on. So I was like okay whatever. the light turned and I was going to turn anyways like down the the road and so I got in the the what is this left turning lane and so um I got and I pulled up and he like was going in the straight lane still so I like pulled around him and then I was looking and I was like what the heck and so I was like and then I seen him like moving and I was like he he got to be drunk because nobody just like pulled like that kind of move. >> Is there anything that that stood out to you about him possibly intoxicated? Okay. So, well, >> okay. So, on account he was like moving weird like >> just moving weird. >> Okay. And then and then when I got like when I went down so I turned right and I I text her I was like I was like okay like I'm turning like I don't I'm not worried about it. I was like some people somebody just cut me off and I was like it's whatever. So, I turned and then um when I seen him, so then he like he got out of the the straight lane to turn because I seen him a few minutes after or like a few seconds after and I was going and then he was like we got to another stoplight and he turned around. I think it was like twisted tea or something. I don't know. But he has something like some kind of drink and he was reaching back to get another one and he was drinking it. >> What What color was the can? >> It looked yellow and blue. >> Yellow and blue. >> Yeah, that's what it look like. Um and so then he like he like was drinking. I don't know. And the um and then as we were going straight, mind you, like I'm like, "Okay, that's weird." Like, so I'm starting to speed up a little bit and he's like he's speeding, he's hitting the curb, like full on hitting the curbs and I'm like, >> "Okay." So then that's when I call I'm like um this dude is like drunk or like on drugs or something. And so I'm like I'm now at this point I'm like I'm getting like anxious because like now I'm like trying to go in and out of like lanes like and to see if it's like am I just tripping or is he actually following me? And so I, mind you, no, we didn't speak. We need to make eye contact this whole time. Mind you, like I have on my sunglasses. So then I get to a point and I'm like, I take off my sunglasses. Okay, he's actually following me. So I try to get like some kind of description, but his windows are kind of tinted. So I'm like, okay. So I just keep going straight and then, you know, I turn I turn and um um 41 10 a.m. Okay. >> So I turn on this road and um at the Wawwa by the Wawa at the corner. And so I like I turn left again and then I just I'm like at this point basically speeding down the road. I'm like, "Okay, I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I'm gonna follow her and she's like, okay, well, I stay in my location. She comes and then she's like and then yeah." So, and I just speed it over here. And then I got here and then he was like still following and he like, "Oh, we stopped at another stoplight and he almost hit some bikes." Like I got in front of the like motorcycle person and like he almost hit them. He was honking at them to like move out of the way. >> Okay. >> Or I don't know. That's >> all right. That's what it says. Um, >> well, thank you first of all for coming to us and the second that you needed help that was, you know, you did the right thing. >> Thank you for being glad that you're all right. I'm just trying to figure out. So, you said he was following you. >> Okay, I'll give her nervous. She was nervous. I was distracted the first time I watched it. It was just my brain couldn't connect to what I had seen at the beginning to this, but I Okay, she was nervous. >> You when I got out there, there was nobody out there. And then all of a sudden your sister >> No, >> I'm No, no, >> my sister. >> That's okay. That's okay. >> No, I'm just trying to make sure. No, you're >> Is it I'm trying to figure How are you related, friend? >> Yeah, that's my friend. >> Okay. I just want to make sure. I just for the report. So, I want to get it clear. So, your friend all of a sudden then came up and then I saw the Camaro >> and I didn't know what was going on. All I got was, "Hey, there's a guy chasing me." >> Yeah. >> I didn't know what I'm looking for other than I just went out there looking for a guy and then there was nobody. So then when I get out there, then I see your friend. Mhm. >> Roll up. >> Yes. >> And then she's like, "Yo, it's this dude." >> Yeah. >> So, how how did he get behind her? Like, where did the delay happen? That's what I'm trying to figure out. >> Right down there at like the um race track. I think that is a little bit further down. >> Okay. So, yeah. A little bit further. >> Yeah. Like >> past the racetrack. >> Yeah. Okay, that's fine. >> She like she seen me cuz I sent my location. I like I don't know. So, she seen me and she like >> So, she turned around. >> Yeah. She met with me like and then like she intercept it kind of and like got Yeah. >> Okay. >> Bro, I don't have anything. >> We have to check, bud. >> He just checked. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> See, relax. >> See what he wants to do. >> Okay. >> We have to search. >> It's simple as that. >> He can search it. >> You're not touching me. >> You've already done it twice. >> You want gloves? >> You've already done it. >> You've already lost your job. Okay, come on. >> I got to play. >> Stop. Stop. >> What the is the matter with you? >> Hey. >> Hey. Stop. Stop. >> Take the cuffs off. Let's play. >> Hey, it's it's not worth it right now. >> Take the gunk off. Let's play. >> No. >> He's so annoying. I do want to say before I forget, she was really good at giving the sequence of events. when I was actually focused, I could understand exactly what she was saying happened. The the uh her deductive reasoning, what she tried to do to make sure he was actually following her, all those things, calling her friend, she was she was good cuz a lot of times when people try to tell the police what happened, it it's it's very uh confusing sometimes, but she she did great. Her descriptions were great. Her observant, like just being really observant and alert was all great. I just want to say that cuz I don't always see that when people are talking to the police. >> I know. I know. But you want me to go somewhere? >> I got you. It's me and you. That's it. It's me and you, right? That's it. >> Can you sit down in the car? >> You want me to go somewhere? Ask. >> Okay. >> Don't push me. >> I That's why I'm That's why I'm push. >> I'll do anything you want. >> Thank you. Do you want the seat belt on? >> Is he a dumb driver? >> Hopefully not. >> Officers charged the 51-year-old man with three different charges. driving under the influence in the second offense, driving while license is suspended with the knowledge in the second offense, and resisting an officer without violence. He was also cited for possession of an open container while operating a motor vehicle. This is his second time he's been stopped while being under the influence and having a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher. Due to it being his second offense, penalties can increase significantly, as well as potential jail time or probation. Similarly, this is his second time while driving while his license was suspended with his knowledge. As always, let me know your honest thoughts on this. >> I This is Yep. See, they didn't say anything about menacing or just something related to all that description that she gave about what he was doing. It was only related to his DUI and how he responded to the cops. So, that's the part I didn't like. Okay, now this one. Lord. Okay, y'all sent these to me. How fleeing a traffic stop catches up with you. A body cam breakdown. This is one that and I ain't playing this. It was just one of the ones in the lineup. They take forever before they break her window to me. And as you'll see, she has a past encounter with them before they get to this point. And that's all I was saying. Like they they can be they they take their time sometimes. Um and I feel like she was given a lot of time to make better decisions. So, all right. Here we go. >> On December 23rd, 2022, an officer spotted a woman who had run from him two weeks earlier. >> We went to pull over the other day and she took off from me and uh then she also got resistance target. So, I'm just waiting for some other officers want grab her real quick. >> She going to go to jail today. >> This lady that ran for me to fox shop that one time. Hello ma'am. >> Go ahead and open the door. >> I don't think we that >> 1412 copy 28 November 01. >> Is this her? Can you open it? Can you open the uh There's no space. >> Can you open the door? >> Because she has a history of driving off. They did put stop sticks behind her tires already. >> Hey ma'am, could you open the door? Yeah, that's her. >> She has the the little part right there. >> Ma'am, you go ahead and open the door. >> I copy. Advice at 28 is showing associated with a signal 65 priority that occurred at the Walmart up Reinhardt approximately 11 days ago. >> Yeah, I copy. I copy. >> I pulled the 5,000 tell you. Go ahead. Is there any? >> Oh, there he goes. >> Hey, the sticks are on the ground. Just put it in reverse. >> Oh, the sticks are going to hit it. Open the door, please. >> Hey, uh, >> then roll the window down. >> Hey, 14, where's your sticks at? >> You want me to grab my sticks? >> I can put them in the front, too. >> Cuz I want to talk to you. >> What? Stupid. >> What? What's for the name call it? I've been nothing but nice to you. >> Maybe can you step out? >> I think you got a good thick kick. Did I? Yeah. I hear air leaking. >> She got Yeah, she got thick. Move it again. >> Stop. Don't. >> All right. >> Get out of the car. >> Ma'am, go ahead and get out of the vehicle. >> Can I get her move force? >> Kilo 11. Copy. >> And she's actually still trying to drive off right now. Her car is angled in a different way because they have her blocked in in the back and she is still trying to drive off and they have not touched her window yet. >> That's the last people. Pretty sure >> just hold on the window. >> Just hold down a little bit. >> Be careful. She whips that thing out. You know >> they are so calm. I could not be this way, y'all. Not I could not do this. Like, I'm telling you, I have been the other officers and the other videos we saw, at best, we're gonna get to two minutes on this body cam starting and that window is getting smashed because what are you doing? You have one, two, at least three cop cars surrounding you. You have a history of of basically what is it called? Fleeing and eluding or whatever. She I'm just saying she she thankfully she got the right ones for her sake. It's my [ __ ] >> Go there a little bit. >> So, what we got is this lady has 65 charges from McGovern and I got fleeing and looting charges for Sentenno. >> We've already confronted >> um we've I went to Bravo and asked for the case numbers. They should be on the screen. I put my sticks in the back. The sticks already hit the back left rear tire cuz he's been trying to get out like slowly. >> Oh, no. Ace Moonshot. I'm not criticizing that his deescalation failed. Um I'm saying that they are they are good. I was I'm showing this as a contrast to when people were saying that um they broke somebody else's window too quickly. And I'm showing that they don't always go that quick. But I'm not criticizing him. I'm saying that's why I can't be a cop. I don't have the temperament for this. Like I could not do this. Um no, but I'm not I'm not criticizing him. Uh, she's got 65 charges. Is that Golly? Okay. And Noble Scorpion. Yeah. Yeah. Putting stops in the front would would have been good, too. I agree. >> Okay. >> Um, and then she just doesn't want to open the door. Is >> this your car? >> This is uh Izzy Santenno. And then M's over here. >> Let's get in a little closer. All right. So, just to confirm, we have >> flew charges. >> Charges. >> Shoplifting charges. >> Shoplifting charges. >> And the vehicle's been involved in a 23 and a Priority 65 from Walmart. >> Okay. And she's >> 23 was >> Okay. She's not willing to come out. >> She's not willing to come out of the vehicle. >> Trying to talk to her. She was not hold on. Can you hear me, ma'am? Can you hear me? Snowing everything. >> Let me talk to her. >> Go ahead. Listen, you can pretend that you don't hear me, but this is what's going to happen. We have charges for your arrest right now. If you do not open this door, we will break these windows and we will get you out. Do you understand me? There's probable cause for your arrest. Probable cause for your arrest. I'll explain to you if you step out. There's no need for this. Shoplifting flee any loot. So, this will happen one of two ways. Each one of those ways ends up with you going to jail tonight. Do you understand me? But I don't want to do that. I want you to come out. You can tell me what the issue is. Look around. There's nowhere to go but out of this door. Ma'am, you you're not free to go. You are under arrest. You need to come out. >> Tire's going to point towards you. It's going to spin out. >> If she turns, it's going to turn to you guys. >> Hey, what? I can't hear you. >> Can you get your car closer to the I can't hear you. You need to roll your window down or something. Understand that we need you to come out of this vehicle. >> Don't do that. Don't do that, ma'am. Don't do that. >> You're running over my officers right now. >> Get close. >> 11 for the unit. >> I need you to step out of the vehicle, >> man. Step out of the vehicle. All right. Not this one. We're going to do that one. >> Listen, I will give you one. >> When people do this, their car is now considered a weapon. Like she's shoplifting. Fleing and looting was already bad. She already had that one. But yeah, she's using her car as a weapon. You start doing stuff like this. >> Option to step out of this vehicle. We're going to break that window. We're going to get you out. Do you understand me? >> Let me know when, sir. >> Need to come out. Ma'am, you need to step out. >> We're not going to do that. I just need you to come out and talk to me. >> I'm trying to explain to you, but you're not >> right now. You have charges for shoplifting >> in loot. >> So, what's it going to be? I don't want to have to break the windows on this car and yank you out of this car when you can just step out on your own. >> There's no need for any of the extra stuff. >> What is she doing? >> And that's not good. She's reaching. She's doing too much movement in the car. I'm not saying she has a weapon, but as we if you watch the more tragic videos we see, this is not a good idea to be doing. um in the part of like you know the officers. Y'all saw them if you watched them with me. But yeah. >> Ma'am, what are you doing? What are you doing? >> I need you to stop reaching around. >> Ma'am. >> Yeah. Move out of the way. Move out of the way. >> Am I good to >> stop reaching around, ma'am? >> Ma'am, stop reaching. Be smart about this and come out. >> There's nowhere to go. You can't go forward. You can't go back. I just need you to step out. >> You step out, everything's going to be nice. Nobody's going to harm you. >> I've been doing this. >> Nobody's going to do anything to you. >> You can resolve it peacefully. >> Huh? I can't hear. Can you crack it a little bit? Just a little bit. So I can hear you. >> Crack your window. >> Hey, reverse lights are on. >> All right. Break it. >> All right. Step out of the vehicle, >> ma'am. Go ahead and step out of the vehicle. >> Step out. Nobody's going to shoot you. >> Hit unlock. >> Hit unlock on that. >> Hit unlock the door. >> Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. >> No. >> Step out. >> No. >> You're going to get pepper sprayed. >> Pepper spray me. Tell me why she look surprised when they open the door. Your window just got busted. They told you to get out. You got a warrant for your arrest. You've been over here trying to ram well thinking about ramming police cars. She didn't ram them, but she was thinking about it. What? Why are you surprised you're getting pulled out the car? >> [ __ ] up, man. >> We're good. We're good. We got enough. >> Watch his hand. Watch his hand. Watch his hand. She's not resisting. >> Double up. Double up. >> Double up. >> There was no need for this. This is all because you chose to. >> All right. Let's roll over. >> We're going to roll that down. >> That was easy. >> All right. I'm going to roll you to the right side. Okay. >> Do you want your shoes? >> No, sir. Cuz I can't stand up. Uh, you want to sit on your butt? >> Yeah. >> Ouch. >> Thank you. >> Okay. Whatever's case it is. Obviously, Rita Miranda, do your interviews for whatever you have. >> You read all the rights and >> All right, ma'am. Um, if you want to speak to us, you can. If you choose not to, you don't have to. Without a lawyer present. However, if you do understand the rights that we read to you, >> why wouldn't you get out of the car? Choose not. All right, she enveloped. She shouldn't have any damage to the cars cuz it looked like when she kind of pushed forward, she just made contact with Mateo's tire and then here it was on the back side. He just had >> once she started barking towards us, he had positive pressure. >> You definitely stuck the car. >> Look at that smile. Technically, that's my stick, though. Well, that's my stick. >> This car is going to be towed. So, obviously, we need somebody to do an inventory. >> I'll do that. >> You're right, honey. >> Thank you. cooperative. >> Um, not really. >> Oh, man. >> Okay. What is MDPV? It says she was charged, not a wheelchair. She was charged with resisting without violence, fleeing and eluding police, and possession of MDPV. Let me Let's see what that is. Let's see. Okay. What would I said? Meth. Oh, meth. Oh, it's it's a form of meth because it's a long day. That's why it's shortened to MDPV. It's a potent synthetic stimulant of the cathan class that acts as a norepinephrine dopamine re-uptake inhibitor. So, okay. So, it lets the dopamine stay in your body longer instead of it getting reabsorbed by your body quickly. Um, it's often sold as research chemical or bath salt. Not bath salt. Well, lovable said I think she's higher on something. The hell was probably that. All right. I'm might have to say that for just examples of sometimes cops will be patient just for later later down the road. All right, next one up. How cops spring a trap on a pair of clueless shoplifterss >> using alcohol and then shave. >> Yeah, that girl and then a girl over here. So, they were putting stuff into the bag and then also took some price tags off the some items that they had on. >> Pretty bad. >> These are always fun. They always run in. So, that's why I get here fast. >> This would be my first >> if they run. >> If they run. >> Yeah. I like to wait till like Well, they come separate cuz you get them separate. One runs way other way. Yeah, >> they're Yeah, they're pretty pricey. >> Cool. >> And they loaded up a bunch of MMSU stuff in that cart as well. >> We're like more than 200 right now. >> Oh, yeah. >> Maybe. Right. >> It's a rare time we get to see a closeup of the video footage, y'all. Finally, some surveillance footage we can actually see. >> Yeah. You guys are going to want to pursue, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I was They're like, "Why you guys get here so fast until they're like nothing?" >> There he goes. >> They always run. >> They just split up. So they're loading two carts, you know. >> It's that guy. >> That dude. And then >> he's looking hard. >> That lady. He's going to go to liquor. So they're probably going to try and steal liquor. >> They loaded a bunch of >> Oh, what he's going to do? He's probably going to put liquor in that bag. There we go. Let me see. Oh, he's going to open the bag. There we go. >> Yeah. >> He ain't going to run around, bro. Look at him. >> He's been waddling. >> A lot of loud, dude. He's like 70s. >> She can run. >> That's her. Is she concealing stuff, too? >> Yeah. So, there's a backpack underneath there. Also, the glasses on her head are She took off the price tag. >> And he already took off the price tag to the backpack he just selected. can still just keep him in his pockets for like easy. >> One could only hope in >> Hey, look at that. Right into the bag. I don't know. >> What is it? A bottle. >> Yeah. >> I mean, they know we have cameras. >> That's what we tell people. We're like, you know, Walmart has better cameras than most banks, right? Yeah, >> they're probably loading all that too. >> So, that has a >> security that has a security thing on it. So, I wouldn't doubt that they're just going to try and run that bottle now. >> There we go. >> They're going They're going fast, too, huh? >> She's grabbing a lot of of She's going to go apply. >> Now, this shit's adding up too fast, >> huh? It should be like a 300 right there with all the meat she's around LA. Oh. Oh yeah. >> Ashley said they hitting every department. Looks like meats, frozen foods, and alcohol so far. Yeah. Dumb criminals. Jacqueline. This is This is ridiculous. >> [ __ ] up on me. That's a good indicator right there. >> And they're just throwing stuff so they're not even looking at price tag. So that's like other indicator. >> Yeah. They're not grabbing great value stuff like I do. >> Yeah, I know. Right. Like so people that work hard for their money. >> Great value. >> Those are pretty good. >> They're great value for loot. The way to go. >> Some of them make >> green chili is like six bucks. >> I didn't know where to go. >> See, that's how you go. We all work. >> Where'd he go? Did you see him? He's too fast. He jked you out. There he is. >> More clothes. >> They've been getting um NMSU shirts. >> So, I'm going to go full screen. >> They're getting ready for the season. The football season, you know. >> Does he have an ankle monitor? >> Does he? >> No. Issues. >> Oh, I was like, you got to be kidding. >> I had a guy selling me last week. He's moving. >> He's got the slurp. That's an indicator as well. We call it the slurp. They all do. So, they all come in with that. >> She ain't trying to hide nothing. They're thinking they're just going to push right on out >> and pass pass through us cuz they know they don't have to stop for us. >> They got to stop for you. >> That's a lot of cheese, dude. >> That is a lot of cheese. >> For real. >> Do you guys take him to jail or just sight him? >> No, they take him to jail. Okay, >> that's coming this >> should be walking out pretty soon. >> Yeah, he's still looking at that same spot that he was at. >> He's putting the backpack on right now. your adrenaline starts pumping is because you're like, "What the heck? Why are you doing this?" >> He's going right now. He's exiting. >> Should probably just >> got the backpack on with the mask on as well. >> Not allow him to call her. >> Come here, man. You don't have to get on the ground. You don't have to get on the ground. I'm >> fine. Just relax. Do what we tell you. Okay. >> Just get up, bud. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Thank you. >> Put your feet under you. There you go. I'll get your stuff. I'll get your glasses. I'll get them. >> Walk over there. >> We're going to take the backpack off. You understand why we're talking with you right now? >> You have an idea? >> Okay, we'll go over that in detail in just a moment. Okay, young man. >> All right, >> you guys trying to move him out of the way away from the GM side. So, she >> right there. >> Let's just do a quick search for weapons cuz there's a female that's with her. Oh, >> female. >> She's pushing out right now. >> About to push out, bro. >> That same door. >> She's wearing like a >> Look at that cart. Wow. The audacity is real. That cart is brimming. Wow. >> Flower shirt. And she's got a basket full like $1,000 worth of stuff. >> Terrible. Come here. >> Get over here. Have a bad day. >> What are you thinking about? >> That was the stupidest thing you've ever done. >> I have to get a rest. Can I just I got >> Look how happy they are. They are so happy. Like, yeah, we got you. >> At home. >> That's too bad. She can go with CPS. Can I just get a ticket and go home? No. >> We have a female detained, too. So for 11:01. >> And you guys want to press charges? >> For sure. Press charges. Yes. All the way. Everything we can. Especially she tried to run. She knew she was wrong. Shame on that old lady. Dang. You're too old to be doing that, lady. Uh, this is her personal property, right? We don't have any information that she might have something in >> I believe that is correct. There's alcohol in here, which is what he was suspected of taking. >> I'm sorry. >> Well, I know you're sorry. It's too late for that. >> Yes, >> I can call him. >> Nope. >> Listen, real quick. We're going to ask you questions. We're going to talk to you and all that good stuff, but you know, you have Miranda rights, right? You don't have to answer any of my questions or make any statements unless you have an attorney present. You understand that, right? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. And you can at any time enact those rights. You understand that, right? So, I'm not going to read it to you verbatim, but you understand. You're a grown ass man, right? >> Okay. >> And 52A. >> How? Why is he trying to run? >> Dude, did you see that? >> Yes. I was watching it all on camera. We were laughing. We're like, why is he trying to run from like 18 cops out there, >> bro? Chris started giving commands. I couldn't even muster commands. I started laughing. >> Dude, I started laughing. You watch my video later. >> Chris is giving barking commands and I'm just giggling as I'm jogging after her. >> Well, I'm sorry. I just got nervous and I'm just trying to feed my family. That's all. >> I'm going to go ahead and take everything out of park. Is there anything going to poke me, stick me? No. >> You going for? >> Well, hang tight. We'll let you know how much my mom gave me. >> Sorry. Had she just taken the bagel bites that I saw in her uh cart and she didn't have her accomplice stealing alcohol, I'd have been like, "Oh, this is sad. It's, you know, you got caught the consequence." I like, "Oh, man." You know, cuz food is expensive. But no, she had that cart packed out and it was not just necessities in there. It wasn't wrong. It would have been a bad day. >> A very bad day. This >> like Halloween store >> and then >> Where did that come uh his weird thing. >> Oh, that's so nice. >> Oh, that guy said you already remember you have rights, right? >> Are you a felon? >> You're not a felon. >> You're legally allowed to have firearm. >> It's inoperable. >> It's inoperable. >> Yeah, you don't burn. >> Oh, no. Knock you still. And then you had a a pow pow on you. Just dumb and dumb and dumb. >> They're all loaded for five. >> Yeah. >> I saw 22. >> Yeah. 10 rounds. >> You ain't You don't got nothing in your shoes? >> No. >> Are you sure? >> No problem. >> 1080 when you're free. >> We can put them in there. >> My ring. My ring. I'll get it right now. I got it right here. >> Put it down. >> Make is Astra Adam >> 36. >> They just barely gave them to me >> already. >> Yeah. >> How much is it for? >> So they did it separately. His is uh 207 and in bird >> they were working together though so they get charged together. >> Yeah. uh 770. >> It says the woman was charged with shoplifting over $500, conspiracy to shoplift, and resisting arrests. >> Shoot, that's almost like >> the man was charged with shoplifting over $500, conspiracy to shoplift, and possession of a stolen firearm. And I can't believe he tried to say it's inoperable. Loaded with they said what? 10 rounds or he had 10 bullets ready to go. Shoot. All right, next one up. Child, when you down bad, it just gets worse and worse. That's go to jail. >> That's what this felt like. But how two flat tires became a felony. They were trying to help her and then it it went downhill from there. So, here we go. >> I'm already going to jail. >> No, you're not. >> You're not under arrest right now. >> You're not under arrest. It's just her. >> After your sex car, treat me like criminals. >> We're not treating you like anything, dear. We're We're being very respectful. Actually, >> I want to talk to my grandma. You not giving me a couple. >> Come on. Come on. You want to let you talk to me? They nice. >> Leave me alone. Leave me alone, grandma. Hold on. Hey. Hey. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Hold on. Turn it off. Police department. Hi. How are you? Turn. And I'mma tell you what, that's where um her tears couldn't get me because that Why you talking to your grandmother like that? That tells me that you you create your own problems in my opinion because her grandma was out there, I'm sure, to either help find out what's going to happen to her. And why are you talking to your grandmother like that? Turn the car off for me. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> You okay? >> Nice. >> All right. Put your car in park, dear. >> Put Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. There's a car right behind you. So, if you roll back, you're going to hit it. >> Are you okay? >> What's going on? >> I'm fine. >> Huh? >> I'm sorry, ma'am. >> You're fine? Okay. Any reason you're parked here, ma'am? >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry. >> I live here. >> You live here? Okay. Where you at right now? Do you know where you're at right now? >> Yes. >> Where's Where >> I know where I live. >> Huh? >> All right. Can you step out of the car, please? Changing here in a second. We'll worry about the rest of that in a sec. Can you just step out for me, please? >> No. No. No. Stay. Nope. >> You're okay. We're off. That's also what I've noticed when they look for signs of impairment. People that they they hyperfocus on something really small. Like for her it's the change. Change has nothing to do with the situation right now. Then they don't realize, oh, both my doors are open. There's a police officer on each side. Let me still try to move the gear into drive or reverse. Like it's they they tend to do that a lot too, especially when they wake up out of their sleep and they're impaired. Okay. You leave all that here. >> Just go ahead and step out over there for me. >> Thank you. >> You okay? You're not going to fall, are you? >> All right. Mind just facing the vehicle for me? >> You're okay. You're okay. I just need to make sure you don't have any weapons on you. So, just face the vehicle. Thank you. >> Is there anything illegal in the vehicle? Any weapons or anything like that? Okay. >> What is this? >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Don't worry. Don't worry. >> Just what is it? >> Crazy, man. >> Just what is it, man? >> My bathroom is right now. >> Do you mind if I get it? If I reach in and grab it. >> Yeah, just take it out. If it's something hard, >> okay, walk back here for me now. >> Come over here. >> What is going on? >> So, we got a call that your car has been here overnight. And that's >> how you just got here. >> Well, they said it's been here overnight and that somebody was sleeping in it. So, they just wanted us They just wanted us to check on you. You have any type of medical condition or We see that you have a flat tire. Is that the reason why you stopped here? >> Two flats. Two of them. >> Do you have any medical flat tire? >> Do you have any medical or anything like that? >> No. >> I need to call my camera. >> Do you have ID on this? >> I got my social security number. Do I need to call my camera? >> Do you mind if we just take a I'll get all that information for you, but I just don't want you to stand outside Nicole. Do you mind if we just take a seat? >> I wasn't driving or anything. I was saying my tire is like I ran over a >> Yeah, I believe you. I'm not I'm not, you know, discrediting you. You mind if we just take my partner's car? You >> want me to call my family or something? >> What's that? >> You're not under arrest. >> I'm just going to get your information and stuff. I would just rather you take a seat. That's all. >> You're not under arrest. >> All right. What's your social, dude? Can I please call my grandma? >> I I'll get you your phone here in a second. Where's it at? >> Or can you call her because I feel uncomfortable like I didn't do anything. >> Yeah, we're Look, we're not doing anything crazy right now. We're just trying to figure out if you're okay, who you are. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. Give us a sec. Just slide your feet in there. Okay. You're not under arrest. >> So, you cry for your grandmother now only to speak poorly to her and berate her later >> at this point. Okay. Watch your feet. It is cold out there. What is home? Like, why y'all got to be like this? >> Huh? >> Why you got to act like this and treat me like this? Like, >> we're not treating you like anything, dear. We're We're being very respectful, actually. >> Did you call? Okay. >> Yeah, it scared me. I ain't going to lie. I was like, "Oh my god." Cuz I know. >> Do you work here? >> Yeah. I pulled in at44 to 7 and I seen them and I'm like, "Well, maybe they're just waiting on me." >> You know what I mean? And so I went in and then a customer came in about 15 minutes ago and said, "There's somebody out here." >> Got me. >> You need my information? >> Yeah, I'll take it if you >> My name is Ceilo. C E >> Mhm. >> I L O. >> Thank you. >> Can I please call my grandma, please? >> Yes, we can let you have a phone call in just a second. Okay. >> So, call my grandma at least. >> Yeah. Yeah, I I'll get you your phone here in a second. Is it in the car? >> Yeah, it's in the floorboard. driver's side. >> Y'all, please not do me dirty right now. >> I'm not I just got to ask you some questions. And >> I literally my I hearing at least go my grandparents and seeh I just I grandparents should be allowed to rest. They need to be able to enjoy their older years and just be let them relax. But they it's always got to be somebody putting stress on the older generation. Like why can't these people be allowed to rest? And then she said, "I'm about to be homeless." There are some decisions you consciously make. And the deci decision that she consciously made seems to be that she chose to consume alcohol and be behind the wheel. And even if you're found sleeping behind the wheel, cars in park, cars off, at some point they believe you operated that vehicle while you were under the influence. Even if you're sleeping the backseat, I think I wouldn't even do it. You just need to get out that car. You need to you need to not drink behind the wheel or drink and then drive and then don't try to sleep it off in the car because you're still behind something that you could maybe wake up and then you operate the vehicle. So, it's kind of either way you're going to get the same thing. But that's a conscious decision to be impaired in a car. Other things, life circumstances, maybe or maybe maybe or maybe not. They didn't happen to her out of her control. But there are things within your control. You do have to do that part for yourself. We're not going to call him right this second. You're not under arrest or anything, Tanisha. We just got to figure out what's going on. >> Don't put no gloves into weird. What did I do? These are winter gloves. Tisha, >> what did I do? >> Okay, that's what I need to try to figure out. That's why That's why we're here. Okay, we got a call. That lady that just came out, she was a worker here. She said she was concerned and she called. >> My tire is flat. You just said it. >> And And like I said, we're going to we're going to talk about >> after y'all say car treat me like a criminal. Criminal, right? >> No. After y'all did that, right? >> I didn't search your car. >> So, why is my door open? >> Because we were getting you out of the car. Because when we first when you first woke up, you put your car in reverse. >> It wasn't woke up. My tire is flat. I have no tire on my car. >> I have no tire on my car. >> That But I don't where What does that matter for anything? I'm I'm >> What matters? I can't go nowhere if I don't got no tire, bro. >> I get it. I'm explaining why we were here and what happened after we approached. Okay. We approached the car. We saw you sleeping. All right. At that point, what our complainant was saying is true. There's somebody sleeping in the car and she was concerned for your welfare. >> We start knocking on the window. You didn't immediately wake up. Okay. >> Look at grandma walking. Look at how she has to walk to these vehicles and it is winter time. You Oh my gosh. Just inconsiderate in my opinion. She I'm saying the granddaughter's inconsiderate of her grandmother. >> About 10 15 seconds after knocking or so, he finally started to stir and wake up. You are crazy. >> I'm just explaining. >> You are crazy as >> Y'all are crazy as hell, man. >> What about the >> See, 15 seconds is crazy. I HAVE A FLAT TIRE. I HAVE A FLAT TIRE. I HAVE A FLAT TIRE. >> I HAVE A FLAT TIRE. GRANDMA, I was sleeping. I HAVE A FLAT TIRE. I HAVE A FLAT TIRE ON MY CAR. GRANDMA, I'm so Don't come here. Please don't let >> So here's the thing. >> Uhhuh. Come on. >> They don't DO THAT. THEY TRYING TO JACK MY CAR AND DO ALL TYPE OF ILLEGAL ASS. >> So >> yes, they are. >> We got to call them call. >> You're going to go to jail. So stop. >> Why are you going to jail? >> No, you're not. You're not under arrest right now. >> You're not under arrest. Just who cares? Look. >> So stressed out. She did with her mother and mother put out and she's just running from here to here. >> Is this really the route we're going to take? believe she's been drinking. >> Okay. So, the grandmother said the mother put her out. >> I don't want to assume anything on the mother or daughter's side, so I ain't going to say nothing. But that's a piece of the puzzle. >> Uhhuh. >> So, we're just trying to >> calm it down. >> I want to talk to my grandma. You not giving me a cup or nothing. >> Here, let let her talk. Hey, >> RIGHT NOW. I'm not home. STOP. NO, I DIDN'T DO NOTHING ELSE. I RAN OVER SOMETHING IN THE ROAD AND THEY TRIED TO DO THAT TO ME. >> STOP >> CUZ I GOT A FLAT TIRE. >> I'M GOING TO LET YOU TALK TO HER. They let you talk to a lot of them do that. >> Leave me alone. Okay. Okay. >> They're doing their job. >> They letting you TALK >> CUZ I RAN OVER SOMETHING IN THE STREET AND BUSTED MY TIRE. THEY'RE DOING THEIR JOB. >> ALL RIGHT. YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN. >> YOU HAD TO CALM DOWN. >> THEY'RE NOT DOING THEIR JOB. >> CALM DOWN. >> All right. >> I haven't even got >> So, where were you at last night, dude? >> At a bar, at a friend's house. Where were you at? >> When was the last time you had anything to drink? Any alcohol? >> You going to answer any of my questions? Yeah. >> Are you willing to do any fuel soiety tests? >> Yo, it's crazy, man. My tire is flat. Don't you see my tire? >> I GET IT. >> WHERE WAS I SUPPOSED TO PARK AT? WHERE WAS I SUPPOSED TO go >> with your attitude right now? I'm >> I'm just saying. Where was I SUPPOSED TO GO? YOU WANT ME TO WAKE MY 60th 8 year grandma up and tell HER TO COME OUTSIDE MY FLAT? >> I'M 79. >> You going to go feel weird? >> This is the last chance I'm going to give you. You're going to let me talk to you and you're going to answer my questions or are we going to move to the next step? >> It's your choice, dear. >> She gets she get so she over well. I'm be honest with you. She's a good kid. She just over 200. >> Cuz I believe that you've been drinking. >> WHERE WAS I DRIVING? I LITERALLY sat here, bro. I didn't drive myself here. I was with people >> having possessions. >> I wasn't driving. How do y'all do it? You were in the driver's seat with the kids. >> Why did you be a good person and just know I wasn't driving? literally was with my friend >> cuz somebody with her I don't know where he he was or something. I don't know who was but somebody with her when she called me. I heard him talking but whoever >> when when did she call you? >> She called me uh this morning last night but I had count I can't come out at night like that by myself. I CALLED MY GRANDMA AND GRANDPA. YES, I DID. WHAT DO YOU MEAN? >> He called granddad just called me and said you talked. >> Good point. Ace Moonshot said the car was running. That's a big no no. Definitely a big no no. Um, also here we go with a circular argument. My tire was flat. Ma'am, you're not in trouble for your tire being flat. You seem impaired, but we first came to check on you because you uh you were passed out. My tire's flat. Why y'all bothering me? Why are you being mean to me? Ma'am, we had to check on you. I'm going to tell it. >> We'll take her back to station, I guess. >> GRANDMA. >> OH MY GOD. LISTEN TO ME. OPEN THE DOOR. >> You're locked, right? >> I can't open the door. >> What's that? >> Yeah, I'm locked. >> Just me. >> OPEN THE DOOR, GRANDMA. GRANDMA, OPEN THE DOOR. LET ME TALK TO YOU. >> LOOK at how she's talking to her grandmother. No, ma'am. >> I'M ALREADY GOING TO JAIL. OPEN THE DOOR. >> [ __ ] OPEN THE DOOR. WHAT THE? I'M ALREADY GOING TO JAIL. >> OPEN THE DOOR. THEY AIN'T TRYING TO DO THEY'RE TRYING TO BE CROOKED ASS COPS LIKE THEY'VE BEEN DOING. OPEN THE DOOR. >> OH MY GOD. OPEN THE DOOR SO I CAN TALK TO YOU. >> NO, NO, NO. Just Yeah, just leave her alone for a second. >> This must have been the guy that was with her >> cuz grandma said that there was a guy who >> Yeah. Just tell me. I got I want to tell I can't go against it. >> I'm done. >> Yeah. Ashley said she sounds abusive. She does. Ace Moonshot said telling the grandma to do anything real quick. The entitlement. No, seriously. It really is though. And then why you putting your grandma in danger to go touching the police vehicle? They told her don't just please, you know, stay away from the vehicle. Don't touch anything. And you're trying to guilt your grandmother into going against what the police told her, which puts her safety at risk as well. >> I'm done. I'm done. I'M DONE WITH Y'ALL. I'M DONE WITH Y'ALL. LEAVE ME ALONE. >> Dispatch has been updated. >> Yeah. If she can't take responsibility for her actions about being impaired behind the wheel, you can also have a flat tire and be impaired behind the wheel. For me, because I keep seeing people that do have flat tires, if they're impaired, you probably hit something that you wouldn't have hit had you been sober. Um, but let me see here. Jacqueline said, "Her behavior is probably why the mother put her out." I'm going to have to agree with you on this one now. I'm seeing more of what I'm seeing. Uh, Lovable said, "I'm glad the grandma told her that she wasn't going to jail for her." Right. Deita Deita Joe said no wonder her mother threw her out. Janetta said that's why her mama put her out. Cuz like I said, I didn't really look until a customer just came in and I seen her slumped over and I was like, "Oh, >> you know, with everything that's going on out here." And then Beth was like, "No, call the police." So, >> so there was somebody else that was with her. He may be here at some point. >> Um, probably mid to late 30s. >> Okay. >> Um, bald black guy, kind of bigger build. Um, not like fat, but like just bigger guy. >> Um, just let us know if he comes here. >> Okay. For me, it's ironic that when they first uh opened her door and she was focused on putting that change up in from one place to another place in the car and it was a lot of change and then there's a sign on this window that says we will not accept excessive amounts of loose change or roll change. Ironic. >> He may cause some issues. He's got felony warrants. So, and he be looking for her. So, okay. If if anybody like that comes in here and causes a problem, she goes right back. >> Thank you, ma'am. >> Yep. Say that again. >> You let her in the car. >> Oh, I don't know what. Lovable said, "Grandma, please leave and let her be a grown-up and handle her own stuff." Yes, it's time for grandma to go. Don't worry about what happened to the car. It's going to have to get towed. I mean, the tire is already flat anyway. It's going It's getting towed. Just go on ahead, grandma. Live your peace. It's right down in the grass. >> Is he in the car? >> Yes, he is. >> Could we go back? >> Whether she saw him or not when he was sitting wherever he was posted has nothing to do with what just happened. >> He is out of control. >> Very upset. The minute I catch up with him, he >> Oh, please. Please. >> You need to tell him to call down before I continue charging. will. YOU'RE KILLING ME. YOU I GOT TO TURN YOUR ASS IN. I GOT TO GO. John McNeel. HE KILLING ME. I got a call. He killing me. I swear to God. He roughing me out. HE'S PUSHING ME AROUND. HE DON'T WANT TO TALK. >> THE I can't breathe. I swear to God. >> Please don't let him. >> What? He's acting out of control. He's the one causing all the problems. >> He doesn't need to be, >> ma'am. He's going to jail >> because he's resisting. >> What did he do? >> He got out of his car and didn't listen. I told him to stay in his car. He got back out of his car. He doesn't understand that he You just can't get out and walk away from my traffic stop. Okay. You can't do whatever you want to do. >> He continues getting out of >> Terry Tab said, "You cannot tell me that he's a calm man, right? There's no way." He's literally exhibiting how he is the >> car. I continued telling him to do something and I had a lawful reason to stop him. >> Give me some water, please. I can't breathe. >> I don't have any water. >> But you wouldn't give him any water. >> Put it in my car. Take a look at it. >> I'm not going to give him any water cuz I'm not allowed to give him something. >> Is there water in the in the >> Can you take a bun out of my shirt? I can't breathe. And do something. I can't breathe. I swear to God. >> No, you're not going in there, ma'am. >> Breathe. Can you take a bun? I'm taking my shirt off. I can't breathe. My mouth is so dry. I work in the dirt over there whole day moving. I can't breathe. you. I don't know what's the matter. You're not a human being, man. I don't I don't know what's the matter. >> Whenever you want to calm down, I'll be more than happy. >> If you work in the dust and dirt all day and your mouth is that dry, why were you bumping your gum so much to antagonize him to where you had to go in cuffs at this point? You supposed to stay in their car, take the ticket like he said, just because you're on your property, that's not home base. He's getting you for whatever he saw you doing at the time you were driving. >> I don't know. >> You don't want to listen. or I think it was his tag is obstructed. I think that was one of the things >> you just want to >> I CAN'T BREATHE ANY WATER. >> I DON'T HAVE WATER, SIR. >> He's trying to do something good for the community. I understand street up there. >> But let me explain it to you. And if he wants to listen, he'll be more than happy to listen. Okay. Michelle, >> listen. Listen. Take a deep breath and breathe out. >> I don't have any water. >> We don't have any water. Quit screaming. >> Quit screaming. You're doing nothing. If you can't breathe, you need to quit screaming. Okay? You're not helping your situation, sir. >> You killing. >> You have been out of control since the minute I stopped you. >> Everybody knows me. And this >> I don't know you. Okay. 2,000 acres over here. Godamn. I own the whole street of I told you call up Luke. >> I don't do that, sir. >> Make a deal. EVERYBODY KNOWS ME. ALL THE POLICE KNOW ME. YOU DON'T KNOW ME. EVERYBODY KNOWS ME. >> Everybody knows me. OPEN THE WINDOW. Can't breathe. The air air conditioning's on. >> Yes, it is. >> I gave him a little bit of water. That's all I'm going to do for him. >> Cuz I'm trying to be >> this officer. I feel I feel like he feeds him the water like a baby bottle. And every time he start talking, I feel like he gave him water to be quiet again. >> Nice and genuine to this man, but he don't want to listen. Sir, the air condition's on. If the windows are down, it's not going to get cool in here. Give me my game. Take catch your breath before you choke on it. Okay. Okay. I don't need you choking. >> You know I'm 7 years old and nobody ever had handcuff in my whole I've been doing it. Good thing >> you just you're you're too worried about something that was a minor thing. >> You got the wrong guy, man. You got the You don't know who I am. You don't know. I I've been doing so much police work. I help everybody out. I know the captain in West Palm Beach. And you come in AND JUST ROUGHEN ME UP. WHY YOU ROUGHING ME UP? All right, ma'am. Here you go. So, as I said, he was on the side of the road. I didn't know what he was doing. He was just kind of like parking all over the place. So, he's >> probably looking at >> I don't know who he is. Okay, cuz look at the tag. I can't even read the tag. >> Oh, >> so half of it's covered. >> Something fell down. >> Okay, but that that's still a reason for me to stop him cuz I can't I can't read it. Okay, so I don't know who he is. There's somebody that's driving a car out here >> that's stopping and and standing and looking at properties. I don't know he's the property owner or anything. I get us try to get pull him over right here because he pulls in and stops and he didn't just keep driving like he lived here. He stopped because I got behind him which is very conducive of people like casing places, auto birds, all this stuff that we deal with. Okay. I pull turn my lights on. I pull behind him. He immediately gets out of the car and starts coming towards me. I tell him to stop. Listen, doesn't make any difference if it's a problem. Hey ma'am, you got to listen to me. You need to listen to me. Okay. He didn't think. No. >> If you get pulled over at your house, it does not give you the right to get out of your car and do whatever you want to do. >> We don't know that. You know, we're >> You should know that. We don't know that. >> When the police tells you to do something, you need to do >> he was I guess he was already out and he didn't know. >> So, he walked back here and I told him seven different times to get back in the car. >> Let me tell my daughter I have to call her back. Never mind. She got >> once he got back, I told him to sit in the car, give me his license. He doesn't want to listen. His license says West Palm Beach on it. >> Right. >> Okay. That is not this address. So how do I know he lives here? I don't know that, ma'am. So now I'm looking at somebody who is immediately aggressive with me. Doesn't want to listen to me. He's been like that the entire time I stopped him yelling and screaming at me. He doesn't get to yell and scream at me. He doesn't dictate how this works. Okay. I pulled him over because he was doing something suspicious to me and I had a valid reason to stop him because of the tag issue. I pull him over. He immediately gets aggressive with me, yelling and screaming and telling me what I'm going to do and how I'm going to do it. It doesn't work that way. I told him to sit in the car. >> That's fine. It's they're my backup unit because I called for another unit cuz he's out of control. >> Excuse me. >> I told him to get out of the car. >> Terry Tab said they are made for each other. Neither listens. I agree. Uh Lovable Scorpion said they are made for each other because neither one of them wants to listen. Yep. The cop is extra accommodating by explaining anything to her. Agreed. Noir Angel. Especially when she especially when she don't act like she want to get the point of what's going on. B says she sounds just as crazy as him. They are made for each other. >> And the handcuff, start yelling and screaming at me again. So when I went to grab him and put him in handcuffs, he starts pushing and pulling against me. So then I took my taser out and I told him I was going to tase him if he didn't listen. And he decided he wanted to listen because he didn't want to get tased. And all he wants to continue doing is telling me he's an old man. He's doing his work. He's helping the police and all this. And all I wanted him to do was listen and behave, but he can't do that. >> Sheriff Pharaoh. >> He is literally yelling and screaming at me. >> Hello. >> Can you leave? I CAN'T BREATHE. I NEVER BEEN IN C. I CAN'T BREATHE. HE'S GOT THE WRONG GUY. >> Stop screaming. >> I can't breathe. I NEED A WATER. I CAN'T BREATHE. I was working on a load over there all day. I can't breathe. I'm claustrophobic. >> I know, but can't keep tolerable somewhere in my I can't breathe. I never been incuffed all my life. I >> I swear to Christ. All right. >> I know. >> How are you going to tell me? Okay. How are you going to tell me you can't breathe when you're screaming and yelling? >> Because I'm claustrophobic. I can't be like this. I >> He's claustrophobic. So, heart problems. Claustrophobic. What did he say? Some Did he say something about his shoulders? It was something he said he had when he first got in that car. Oh my gosh. Um, hold on. Let me see. Oh, what was I going to say about this man? Well, we're going to play. >> Can't be. I swear to God. Can I step out? THIS IS MY PROPERTY. NOW, LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN, PLEASE. I can't breathe. >> I can't. LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN. >> IS it okay? >> Oh, yeah. Water on the knee. Ace moonshot. That was the other thing. And what's crazy, this would have been a simple conversation. The cop would have seen like, okay, I don't know why he's parking like this everywhere. And I can't make out his tag. Hey, uh, just so you know, something something's covering up your tag. Just going to get that unobstructed. Uh, you know, is this property yours? Do you have business on this property? It would have been done, done, done. But he escalated it to this. And you you in handcuffs now. That's what you get. >> No. Absolutely not. Go there. >> Could Could you let him get some air? Cuz he can't breathe. >> He's got plenty of air back there. He if he stops yelling and screaming for ventilation. >> Okay. If he stops yelling and screaming, he will be able to breathe just fine. Please. Please let me breathe. I can't breathe. I'm supposed to talk. I swear to God, I need air. I need I can't breathe. >> I can't breathe. And you know, >> stop yelling. Listen, >> stop yelling. If you stop yelling, you can breathe just fine. You are breathing just fine. >> I don't know what's the matter. Why you stopping me? I'm >> okay. >> I own this place. This is my house. This is I'm in my house and he's stopping me. I got roughing me up. >> It doesn't matter. >> Why? Why? >> That doesn't matter. I'm here. He has the right to stop me inside my house. >> I'm not going to talk to you if you're going to just keep yelling. Yeah, I'm just I don't know. >> If he talked to you like you're talking right now, this is as simple as it would have been. >> Right. Right. >> But he escalated it way above and beyond. You saw how he was when I brought you up to the car. >> He was very upset. >> Yelling and screaming. And that's how he was from the minute I stopped him. >> How am I going to respond? Do you think I'm going to be Oh, please sir. Please sir. It's that's not my job. Okay. >> I I know where you come from. My father was police officer in in Jersey City, New Jersey. And your and your dad was a police officer way back in the day. I can tell you right now, if your husband would have did what he did back in the day to your dad, your dad would have beat him to a pulp right here next to this car. I guar I will promise you 10,000% because my dad was a cop here back in the 80s and I know how it happened. >> I didn't hurt him. I pushed him against the car to contain him because I don't know what he has, okay? And I'm not going to sit here and fight him in the car. So, I backed away and told him I'm going to tase him. >> My husband understands that, too. But once he calms down, >> I >> I'm sure once he calms down and I can explain everything to him, >> he understood >> he he's going to figure it out at the inside. But unfortunately, because of his anger and he was so far gone, >> I can't I couldn't bring him back in. If he would have sat here and been comfortable in the car for a minute, >> let me be honest with you, I was going to go back to the car. I was going to give him a warning and let him calm down and try to explain everything to him, >> but he once again took it way past that level and and and continued not doing what I told him to do. Okay. I mean, at this point in time, >> he has to listen to what I'm telling him. >> Usually, when I have people get out of the car and immediately approach me, I'll tell them one time to get back in the car, and if they don't, I'll detain them. I'm pretty sure it's the same with this deputy. We don't we don't play these games, okay? It's it's 2025. It's not 1985 anymore. People are out here trying to us, >> stupid. >> And and I don't know. And I don't know him. Just because he's old doesn't mean he can't hurt me, >> right? >> Okay. >> Can you give him more water? >> I'll give him one more drink of water before I leave, but that's it. Okay. Uh, you can. >> Ashley said, "I feel like that was shade. Like, you oldest AF. I know your dad wouldn't take this." You're right, Ashley. You're right. >> Say hi to him or bye to him. Whatever you want to do. All right, sir. I'm going to give you a couple more drinks of water. Okay, >> I can't stay like this. My My arm killing me. I'm not used to it. >> Take a drink or I'm going to put it back to her. >> Give me the whole thing. I'm done of thirst. I had no water. >> This is what you get. Okay. I'm trying not to drown you. >> No, ma'am. I'm not gonna I'm not going to sit here and keep pouring water in his mouth. Okay. Say goodbye. >> And then I have to put this guy up because you were leaving. >> Michelle, I did not stop over here. He put the lights on over here. >> He didn't put the lights in the road that came here. I was checking my property. >> Don't know. >> I was checking my property. >> He thinks because he got in his property, he didn't have to do anything. Unfortunately, >> it's not how it works and he wouldn't listen. So, I had to push you back. >> I could have drove all the way in my house. >> I know, but you did. >> Why you roughing me up? Why you roughing me up? You want a taste of me? I give out. You want a taste? Why you got a taste of me? I never been that careful in my life. Why you got a taste? >> Say goodbye. I'm I'm leaving. Okay. Cuz I'm not going to stand here and just listen to you. >> Out of my hand. I can't move. >> And I need a hand over here. You put air condition on. I was >> The air condition's on, sir. I had no hair. You understand? Godamn. I got >> All right, I'm backing out of here. >> I got a heart condition for God's sake. >> Killing me. I don't know what I'm uncomfortable, you know? I can't even move. I'm not a criminal. Godamn it. Why are you stopping me anyway? Why you ain't stopping me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Do I have to call somebody over here? >> You don't. If you want to call them in a couple hours and see what time >> I have to go. Yes, ma'am. I need to leave. >> I got my wallet over there in the car. Did you see my license back? >> He got my license. >> No, he doesn't. Let me have his ID. >> I'll take his ID. >> No, I have his license. Never mind. I still have it. That's all I need. Thank you, ma'am. >> Number one in the car on the show. >> It's all in your car on your property, sir. She's taking possession of everything. >> He was charged with resisting arrest without violence. That all stemmed from the encounter cuz he didn't even get cited for anything traffic related. People making life harder than it has to be. Oh, another one making it life harder than it has to be. All right. I make $42 an hour, quote unquote. Neighbor ruins career over some noise. I don't know if she actually ruined her career, but it's a it's a good title. All right. Here we go. On September 14th, 2025, an officer in Ohio responded to a neighborhood after receiving reports a woman was screaming threats at a group of construction workers. Arriving at the scene, the officer found the woman standing in the middle of the street actively confronting the workers. Here's what the officer did next. >> How's it going? >> Uh, it could be going better. >> So, long story short, pretty much we're cutting out here doing our job. It's 10:00 in the morning. Yeah. >> Didn't think it would be no big deal. She comes out hooting and hollering, screaming at us. >> This lady over here or this lady over here? >> This lady. >> And she threatened us. Told us to wait right here. Called him a white boy and everything. Oh, there she is right there. Um said she was going to go get somebody to beat us up and this and that. And all we're trying to do is our job. This illegal way. What's that? This way. All I ask is that I work 612 and all that noise is getting on my nerves. First, while they call the police on me, where's the building permit? Let's come on. Let's go to some legal stuff. They don't even have a building permit. I just want to get me some sleep on my day off. They'll argue bicker. I work hard enough. I just want some sleep. And I asked them to cut THE WOOD OUT BACK SO I CAN GET ME SOME SLEEP. >> The only time I need a building permit permit is if I do an addition to it. >> Oh, no. This is This is a whole new pro. >> But there there's a Let's go. Come on. I'm Come on. >> Listen. >> I'm going to call. Let's get a building permit. >> Listen. Do they have A BUILDING PERMIT? LEGALLY? NO. I'M ASKING YOU. We're going to do this legally. >> Just Just rolled up here. I don't know. >> Okay. So, no, they don't have one. >> But is there is there a proper way to address it though? >> I No, it's not because I asked them. I work 6:12. I leave here every morning at 4:30 in the morning AND TODAY'S MY ONLY DAY OFF. I GOT UP AT 5 TO DO MY LAUNDRY. SO I CAN SLEEP. And I asked him to cut the wood out back so I can do that. And he wants to be a smartass. Seriously. And he's laughing. That's why I want him beat up. Seriously, I got so many hood cousins. They heard him. THEY REALLY WANT TO COME DOWN HERE AND BEAT THEM UP. THEY REALLY DO. THEY REALLY WANT TO COME DOWN HERE AND BEAT HIM UP BECAUSE THEY DON'T GIVE A about going to jail. >> THEY DON'T GIVE A ABOUT GOING TO JAIL. >> THEY DON'T. THEY REALLY WANT TO COME DOWN HERE DAMAGE. SO I just want some sleep, ma'am. >> OKAY. >> TO AVOID ALL THIS, >> OKAY? >> CUZ I got people that's hood don't give a >> I asked them to. >> You got people that's hood. Ma'am, you doing a great job by yourself. You ain't got to call nobody. You are doing this right now. >> Take the noise out back. >> I caught you. >> I got to get up at 4:30 in the morning. It's my only day off. I still got to cut my grass. I did a comment to go DO MY LAUNDRY AT 5 in the morning. >> Okay. >> As soon as I go to take my shower and rest, I'm going to see a building permit. And this is Ashley J said. What in the Lady Glitter sparkle Karen is going on here. >> This house does require building permit. You can ask the mayor now cuz I'm all right. Tell him tell my aunt I said that I can call right now. Want me to call him? I got his phone number. Want me to call the mayor? I I will address I will address >> call him right now and tell him the issue. >> I will address this with them. >> No, I'm gonna call him. >> Would you mind would you mind going back over to your place? I'll be over in a second to talk to you. I literally want you on my property. This is private property and I'm not going nowhere. Ain't nobody going to make >> Oh lord. Um Ace Moonshot said, "Pity those people trying to sleep there right now with her lack of volume control and sound." Right. She's causing the noise right now. Do you have any identification on you? I >> I have not broken the law to provide you with no ID. >> Well, how am I supposed to provide you with no ID? Stop asking me for ID. Ask them for their builder permit. >> Ask them for their builder permit. >> Okay, then go in the house. >> No. >> Well, then go back over in your yard. Don't stand out in the middle of the street. >> I don't want I don't want you to get hit out in the street. >> I'm fine, man. I'll work I'll work heavy highway. I work in traffic every day. >> Okay. We step around the side of the house. Yep. >> So, how many people are here? >> Five. >> Yeah. Got four. Five. Yeah. Five. Sorry. >> You have me. I'm the owner. Hi. >> Hi. >> Nice to meet you. >> So, how you doing? >> This is my husband who calls the >> Hi, husband. >> Hi. >> You guys have your IDs with you or just give me your name and date of birth, whichever is easier. Mhm. Birthdays. What's a good phone number for you? You've been in business for four years. What's your name, sir? >> This isn't the first time we've had issues with this lady. >> She'll just keep Sorry, I didn't mean to use her. >> It's all right. I'm a level one, but she's standing out in the street screaming. If you want to get another unit head. >> Yeah, I want some. >> You got to stop for 5 seconds. I understand you're upset. Everybody's upset. Clear. >> So, you guys staying calm helps alleviate the situation. About what time did you guys get out here today? 8:00. >> No, it was it was closer to 9. >> Somewhere in between 8 and 9. >> And you're making what? Just house improvements on the inside. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And what what tool is she complaining about? Just the saw. >> Yeah, >> probably the hammering too on the inside. There you go. You just heard it. It's loud. >> It's not that loud though to wake her up if she's inside. >> So, when she's coming coming out here, is she coming out into the road? Is she standing out in her yard yelling? Is she coming onto the property? >> She she has not been on the property yet because her what was it? Her >> cousin her cousin her uncle her uncle and her cousin own this property. Apparently her brother was doing work to us before they fired him because all he was doing was no work and just >> So your brother was doing some work. He was hired to do some work and he got fired and now you don't want to see nobody working on the property. That's that's what I'm getting right now. It's not about the noise. >> Partying partying and stealing stuff from them. So they hired a legit company to come in and do the work. >> Okay. We were hired to do a job. We're just doing the job. >> So, who was it that hired you? >> The homeowners. >> Who what what are their names? >> Uh, >> as a matter of fact, I just had the daughter on the phone. She's the main one that we deal with. >> Okay. What's her name? >> Can you get her on the phone for me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Hi, this is Patrolman Andy Mass with the Newcomer Sound Police Department. How are you doing? >> Oh, I'm I'm fine. I'm the daughter of the house there. I'm trying to I'm you know I hope I'm sorry to bother you guys. I'm sorry that my cousin across the street is causing problems. So I have I'm really sorry about that. >> Okay. So she she is your cousin. >> She is my first cousin. >> Okay. >> Across the street. And um uh like I said my mom and Can you take her off it? Hold on one second. Can you take her? >> Okay. The family has the same voice tone because the cousin kind of has the same voice tone as the lady screaming in the middle of the street off speaker phone cuz she's listening. >> That's nice. >> I'm sorry. >> So, so have permission to be here today? Okay. >> May I use this Jeep? >> Okay. And can I get the correct spelling of your name? >> Okay. All right. All right. Well, hopefully we can get things settled here today. Yeah. Yep. She's Yeah, she's recording. So, I'm not I'm not too worried about that. I'm I've got my body cam on. I'm recording, too. So, that's not I'm not I'm not concerned about it. I'm I completely understand. I'm going to I'm going to hand you back over here. I'm going to get some more statements. I'm going to try to figure out a good solution to the problem here. Okay. >> All right. Thank you. Yeah. Yep. So, >> so when she came when she came over, what did she say? >> What she's been saying? >> So, was who was it? Was it directed towards everybody or one specific person? >> Mainly me because I was the one that was out here cutting and when she wanted to say something about being disrespectful, I just kept cutting because we got a job to do, >> right? >> I got to get paid. I'm sorry. I can't get on her schedule where I can work six days a week when the car never leaves. We've been here every day. >> Glaze. >> So, so >> I I am aware of this situation with her. I've been made aware of the situation with her. It's going to be an ongoing thing. >> I want >> So, she called me white trash. Racial slurs. >> I want something done about that. I'm going to start being racist. >> No, you're not. So is >> how about a lion trash? >> How about that? >> HOW ABOUT A LION WHITE TRASH? >> If you do not go back over there and stop yelling >> if you do not >> I go to work every day. >> If you do not go back across the street and stop yelling, you're going to be arrested for disorderly conduct. >> Okay. Why you over there LISTENING TO ALL THEM? >> BECAUSE I I AM trying to get a full story. I just spoke to one of I just spoke to one of your relatives. >> OH, SIR. WHERE DOES THAT CAR GO EVERY DAY? >> I JUST SPOKE TO ONE OF YOUR RELATIVES. I have yet to get their side of the story. You told me not to come over there, so I didn't. I'm over here trying to hear what they have to say. >> House is shutting the door. I COULDN'T LET ME FILE FOR THE BUILDING PER MINUTE. >> OKAY, GO ON. >> I I POLICE OFFICERS TO DO THAT. Can I go to the police station? >> Nope. You have to go to silly city hall to do that. >> I know. [ __ ] You hear her? Cuz I CAN'T GO TO POLICE STATION TO MAKE A REPORT. >> I'm here to get the report. >> Oh, NO YOU'RE NOT. YOU'RE OVER THERE GETTING LIES. I'M GOING TO MAKE A REPORT. THERE'S NOBODY. There's nobody THERE BUT ME. >> THAT LYING white boy saying I'm GOING TO GET MY CAR NEVER LEAVES EVERY DAY. >> OKAY. >> I YOU'RE GOING TO GET LAID OUT LIKE THE ASH from my leg. >> I will deal with her. And why I have not dealt with her is because I have more units on the way. You can obviously see how I rate she is, right? So, for my safety and for your guys' safety, to keep the situation calm, to get everybody's collective sides of the story, this is where I'm starting because obviously you can't talk to her, right? >> Okay. >> So, when you got here at 9:00, when did all this start? >> About right before I told you guys. >> Okay. >> It was only about We were only out here cutting for maybe 20 minutes by the time she came out and started eating an arm. >> Okay. But we've been here for the past three weeks and we've never heard a word from her. >> 3107 central. >> Good. >> She just took off in her car down MLK heading towards State. She just turned westbound on State. She said to beat your ass. Is that what she said? >> Central 310. Deputy believes he's behind it. >> Affirm. Looks like we're going to be charging her with menacing and disorderly conduct. >> So after she said that, what happened? >> She took off. She left and then she said he was going to call the cops and he's the one who called. >> I was on a different phone call over here in my vehicle listening to the whole thing. >> Okay. And you guys all heard this? >> Yeah. All of us. >> Okay. So, I'm going to need statements from every single one of you. She's going to be arrested for menacing and disorderly conduct. >> So, >> shut up, man. >> Sorry. >> I'm like, it's Sunday, Lord. We should be praying today. I just need driver's licenses from everybody. >> As far as we aren't doing anything wrong, right? >> No, you guys are supposed to be here. I talked to the daughter of the homeowner, said you guys are supposed to be here. It's not like you guys are out here doing this at 10 o'clock at night and you're waking everybody up. I mean, it's the middle of the morning. >> There there is a way to to I guess be compassionate towards people that are trying to sleep and maybe she addressed the situation the wrong way, which she probably did. Just just to try to keep, you know, the peace around here. Just move to the back as far back as you can go and if it's still a problem with for her, then it's on her as far as I'm concerned. But she can't be out here threatening you. She can't be standing out in the middle of the street making a scene for no reason. So, >> but I got to go deal with that and then and then I'll come back and pick up your guys' statements. Okay. >> Thank you. Ma'am, have you calmed down a little bit? >> Ma'am, can I just give me some some rest on my day off? Have you taken me? >> Seemed like we didn't change a little bit. Seems like we starting to realize the walls are closing in. In >> jail, at least I can get my rest there. >> Okay. I haven't done anything and you know I haven't and you know I haven't done anything to justify that. >> Do you have anything on your person? You have anything in your pocket? >> No. But what are you charging me with, ma'am? >> Disorderly conduct and menacing. >> Menacing? >> Yes, ma'am. >> How how was I was not on their property and I was on my property. I can yell and scream when I want. >> You're standing out in the middle of the road. >> No, I was on my sidewalk when I start yelling the trashy white boy. I was walk you told me to go across the street and that's respectfully where I went. when when you went over there standing there. >> Yeah. And then you asked me and this is this is what the problem is. You won't just listen. >> But I don't have to do what you say. You don't understand. So you can't hear I'm not I'm trying to talk to you like a human being. >> Okay, ma'am. Okay. >> I'm trying to talk to you, >> okay? >> Like a human being. >> Can I be charged and please can I go get me some rest? I'm go to work. I am just so tired. I'm so tired. Seriously, you don't realize the hours that I work. >> Do you want me to explain this to you? I just want to go get my arrest. Okay. >> Charge me. >> Can you turn around for me so I can pat you down before I put you in my car? >> So So you're taking my car. So how long am I going to be in jail? >> Turn around. >> Could you explain it then? >> I will turn around. >> Why can't I just get a ticket? >> You said you want your arrest. How about 8 hours? Get you a nice 8 hours of sleep. >> And go. >> Can you explain it to me? Explain it to me. I'm going to shut up. I'm going to walk back to my car. >> Okay. I'm going to shut up and listen to you. [ __ ] with you. >> Um, come back, right? You know, I'm going to lose my job behind this, right? And I make like I'll make like >> I told y'all whenever people start saying they about to lose their job behind something. I feel like they was already on probation. They was already being watched. They had a lot of infractions. This the last straw. >> $2 an hour. And all because I wanted to get some rest. >> All And and you're doing this because I didn't want to talk. >> Straight to the back. Oh, you arrested me. Really? Straight to the back. I thought you was I thought we was going to talk. >> Straight to the back. >> Can I get my Go watch something. >> Listen, we're going to come back. Just stop. >> Do you have anything in your pockets? Can you stand still for me? Yes. >> Where is it at? >> I am on that thing. >> This is just your ID. >> Yeah. >> Find my mom. >> Is it Derell Harris? >> That's my son. >> Okay. >> Do you want to come to get your car? >> Do you want him to come and get your car? I want Yeah. >> Anything in your bra? >> Oh, ma'am. >> I know you I know you call somebody to come pick it up. Who's supposed to be coming? >> That was him calling me. I don't know who is going to come. >> Okay. >> Did I have my phone? >> Yep. I'll get it. Go ahead and have a seat in there, please. Where's her phone at? Thank you. >> Charges. I'm a builder permit and I um How much would a bond be? I'm going to get bond it out. So, I'm going to do what I got to do, ma'am. >> So, are you going to let me give you an explanation? >> I don't need one. I just need an attorney and I want to bond out whatever this charge is. >> Okay. >> I ain't done nothing. You're using your authority and ego cuz I don't want to talk. Yes, you are. Yes, you are. I don't have to talk to you. Okay. I don't. >> How is she using her authority and ego? Cuz you don't want to talk. The handcuffs were out before she asked if you wanted to say anything or whatever and she was trying to say something to you. You was already in the back of the car handcuffed at that point. And you say you don't want to talk, which is fine. Which is fine. What do you mean? You were doing the most. And then you said, "Yeah, take me to jail so I can get some rest." So rest you shall have. And you and you >> I have to give you your rights. >> You have the right to remain silent. >> Everything was recorded when I was recording. Anything you do can be used against you in the court of law. >> Yep. You know you're being sued. >> You have the right to an attorney. >> Yeah. >> If you cannot afford one, one will be provided for you. Do you understand your rights? >> Yep. >> Tell us those are mine. So I'll get them some other time. >> Just leave them at the jail. >> Can I at least call and make sure somebody's coming to get my car? Do >> you have an extra set? >> I got set. >> Okay. Yeah, I'll leave them up there. >> Can I at least go and make sure somebody's on their way to get my car? >> Right back. >> Did you get confirmation that someone was coming to get it? >> She just called and said someone to send somebody. I'm glad we haven't talked to anybody. >> You know you're being sued, ma'am. >> That's fine. That's all because I don't want to talk and talk to you. I don't have to talk to you. Now, how am I going to call if I'm handcuffed? >> Do you have a phone number for someone that can come and get your car that you know by heart? >> No, I don't. >> Was outside. Well, outside it's probably hot. But I'm saying is the car hotter? Cuz I didn't see all this sweat on her when she was outside. But boy, when she got in that car, that sweat is dripping right now. And my phone is locked. >> Okay, that's fine. Hey, just tow it. >> I will talk to you. I'll kiss your ass. >> I want you to kiss my ass. >> Just tell it. Did she? Hold on. She said you can kiss my ass. Hold on. Hold on. >> Hey, ma'am. MA'AM. MA'AM, I WILL TALK TO YOU. I'LL KISS YOUR ASS. >> I DON'T want you to kiss my ass. I HAVE LICENSE AND INSURANCE. TALK TO ME. TALK TO ME. I APOLOGIZE, MA'AM. GOD DAMN. I APOLOGIZE. >> OKAY. She said, "I don't want you to kiss my ass." Okay. Yeah. That car probably rocking, Ashley. >> Ma'am, I'm sorry. Okay. Will you talk to me now? I apologize. I'm sincerely sorry. Will you please talk to me? >> 3107 central. >> Dang. I'm sincerely sorry. I'll be in route with one female 21 break for beginning. Will >> will you please not tow the car, ma'am? >> Uh, I keep at work in the morning cuz I'm going to bond out. So, please don't call. >> 83913.5. >> I tell you my thing, then you can call on my phone. >> Call me ma'am. >> Ma'am, I give you your name. That way I can be able to Can we please talk? >> Do you have enough Do you have enough air back there? >> Talk before you take me there. >> Do you have enough air back there? >> No. I'm trying to talk to you. Now you don't want to talk. >> Cuz I tried. >> Cuz I'm I'm I'm arrogant and mouthy. >> I don't have a problem with you being arrogant and mouthy. It's you you don't want to give information until it's forced out of you. And I can't force it out of you. So, I'm not doing it. >> Give you what information do you want? >> No, I'm not playing games. >> I'm not playing games either. So, could you please call my son to get >> stop signal? It's my car. >> Oh, it's too late. I tried. I've been I've been nothing but pleasant with you this whole time. >> But you're taking me to jail for some [ __ ] >> You can't be threatening people. text. >> Your phone is with you. If the jail allows you to make a text message, you can. And this ain't a problem. >> This should be It's a misdemeanor. >> What's the charge again? Can you remind me? >> Menacing and disorderly conduct. >> Menacing. What's that? >> Where you make someone believe that you're going to harm them. I'll make you believe that ma'am. >> That's something you're going to have to talk to the court about. >> Keep right. >> No, but but it's all lies. You standing right there. I was calling him white trash. >> You didn't hear no threats. I said you said you're white trash. You heard threats, ma'am. >> This is all something you're going to have to talk to the judge about. >> I'm talking to you about it. You heard threats. >> I'm not I'm not weighing in an opinion. I'm not making any statements. And it's all on body cam. >> The suspect was charged with menacencing and disorderly conduct. >> Yeah, that tracks. It tracks. Uh, but see, that's why I was saying the title has said ruins career over some noise. I don't I don't think her job was contacted for that or anything. Okay, this one is arsonist caught in the act. So, and the beginning says not only is he a this is he's an arsonist, but apparently I believe he was a a sex offender, too. Um, now that's not that's not the topic we're covering now. It's just that the title or not the title, but the intro says something about him being a sex offender and he I don't know why he was setting this person's truck on fire, but caught himself on fire. Police happened to see him and then this is where we are. So, here you go. What you just saw was a sex offender who just took his shot at arson for the first time. Surveillance footage shows the suspect walk onto the property, approach a $40,000 Cadillac Escalade with a gas can, and audio from the surveillance can be heard of gasoline being poured on the vehicle. He then lights the vehicle on fire, likely with a lighter or a match, drops the gas can on the grass, and accidentally sets himself on fire as the vehicle bursts into flames. He then runs off the property in a panic. What happens next, though, would be even more unexpected. Come here. Come here. >> Stop the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> OH, MAN. 211. DISPATCH, start fire. Hello. >> He lit a car on fire. >> Hello. >> Stop resisting. Get on the ground. >> Hello. >> Send me another. We're in the area of >> Hello, MAN. SHUT UP. >> We're in the area of um Boulevard and I got >> Get on your stomach. I got >> I got >> Stop resisting. >> Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. Put your hand behind your back. 211 dispatch. >> Send fire for this guy, too. He's going to be in custody and he was on fire. Stop resisting. The homeowner came out. They about to get in their other car and drive off. I don't know if I've been so brave, but I get trying to save the other car, but this thing been on fire for a while. I don't know if something going to blow up or something, but they got in their other car and then drove it out. >> Stop resisting. >> Oh man. Give me your hand. 211. Dispatch, >> car on fire in the area of Why'd you light that car on fire? dispatch. This fully involved any use of force. High use force. >> Shut up. Hold. I got to see what they pointed to. I didn't. Oh, yard catching on fire. >> In arson cases, potato chips are sometimes used as fire starters, which could be why the suspect mentions he has chips on him. However, since this is his first documented arson case, he could have just been hungry. Anything else on you that I need you to know about me? >> Pulling off. Car fire. Get in there. Move your feet. >> I've already updated fire. 211 with a plate for the vehicle that's on fire. Go ahead. >> Start knocking and see if you can get people. >> Fire lit himself on fire. >> All of a sudden I'm >> in the vehicle. >> No. Oh, that's his gas can >> cuz I He was right over there in front of the house and he was on fire. Uh Pra, move your squad. >> Yeah. >> For fire. >> I got >> I got your guy. >> Okay. He was He lit himself on fire. >> He lit himself on fire. >> Yeah, he lit the car on fire. I was in the park and I saw the car fire and he was out in the front yard and his leg was on fire. >> Somebody parked and came in, but I didn't see anybody come out. >> What? I can't breathe. >> Shut up. >> I can't breathe. >> Shut up. >> I can't breathe, man. I can't breathe. Hey, I'm burning. I'm burning. I'm burning. >> If he can't breathe, he burning. That is definitely self-inflicted. This is all on you. Ain't nobody do nothing to you. >> Officer, >> shut up. >> I'm burning. >> Yeah, cuz you lit yourself on fire. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Watch him. No injuries or anything. >> Someone needs to check him out cuz he is on fire. >> Okay. You got a med unit coming? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> We're going to deal with this. >> Yeah, deal with that. He can >> He can wait. >> Is this your Is that your Escalade? >> That's your Escalade? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You got your >> Do y'all know each other victim? Cuz he real calm about his Escalade being on fire. H. >> Is this your Is that your Escalade? >> That's your Escalade? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You got your ID, boss? >> I got to go get out the house that gas. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> Did you you saw him? >> I didn't. Oh, I saw him on the front, but he his left leg was on fire. >> His leg was on fire, but then I put two and two together and he was [ __ ] running. >> Oh. So I told him to I pulled up, told him to stop and he started >> and then Yeah, cuz he was running. So I pulled up, hopped out, told him to stop and he continued running. Took him down over there, hooked him up. >> Where's he at? >> Mine. angle. >> After police spoke further with the victim who owns the Cadillac Escalade, he revealed his vehicle was worth approximately $40,000 and that he didn't give anyone permission to set his car on fire. He also said that he doesn't know who the suspect is. The suspect, Steven, has a wide range of criminal history, including being a sex offender and not registering himself as one, domestic battery, soliciting a child for and tampering with a GPS device, while he had never had any history of committing arson. For this case, he was charged with felony arson of a property other than a building. felony bail jumping and resisting obstructing. After pleading guilty to all three charges, he was sentenced to two years in prison and two years of extended supervision. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim, pursue and maintain employment, complete a mental health evaluation, and to pay $14,16.52 in restitution to the victim. While Milwaukee, Wisconsin has a history of large amounts of arson incidents in previous years. Recent data from the Milwaukee Police Department suggests arson involved crimes are actually beginning to trend down with a 41% decrease from 2025 to 2026. Throughout the past 10 years, police in Milwaukee and around the country have taken measures to help prevent and deal with arson cases. Working closely with fire departments, partnering with federal departments like ATF and increasing advertisements for the public to report suspicious activity are some of the many strategies police departments around the country have employed and continue to practice to deal with arson cases. This is a rare in Milwaukee because over the past several years, the city has seen hundreds of arson incidents. They had 289 in 2020, 247 in 2021, 255 in 2022, and still 200 in 2023. That's homes, cars, and neighborhoods left damage and first responders answering calls that should never have been made. Fighting arson is about strategy. Fast 911 responses, cameras that catch movement, and good investigation to catch patterns before another fire starts. So, when the officer finds this suspect on the sidewalk in flames, that's strong evidence of something no arsonist probably thinks about. People start fires for a few reasons. Some are obsessed with flames. Some are trying to hide something else and some are chasing insurance money. And a lot of times it's just revenge turned violent. Fire doesn't stay where you put it because cars can explode, smoke spreads, and suddenly everyone nearby is in your mess. You don't get to start a fire then act surprised when the heat comes back on you. >> Yeah, this that felt like a little bit of a revenge thing. I don't know. But yeah, all he got was what they two years. Lovable said, "I wonder if he sued the guy for burning his car." I don't know. He probably didn't want to bring no more attention to it, honestly, cuz it's just something in my Oh, that's it. That was the last one, y'all. Oh my gosh. My bad. I'm usually warn you, but that was the last one. Oh, wow. Okay. Well, we had no buffering today. I'm so excited. Thank goodness. Sorry if you don't see the Saturday morning body cam. It was buffering. It was crazy. But people hung in there with me until it just suddenly cut me off for no reason. Um, but I will let y'all hear the sweet tunes of the outro music and I hope y'all have a great rest of your Sunday. I'm hoping to get a couple more like edited videos uploaded, but we'll see. We shall see. All right, y'all. Talk to you later. Bye. Tonight's going to jail. Chick going in jail tonight. That lady's going in jail. You're going to jail tonight. Get your butt up out of here. She got me impressed. Girl, you going to jail. You got to confess. I'm coverless. You know I got I said you're going to jail tonight. Mama going to jail. I said she's going to jail tonight.
