All right, good morning. It's body care time. Okay, let me see. I think it looks like my mic is working. And let me paint this. Uh oh, hold on. I always have an echo somewhere. There we go. All right. So, these don't have a theme so much as they are just ones that uh they just look like we were going to watch them today. So, we're they they're all over the place. But the first one we're starting with is 90 in a 45 was the least of her problems. So, we'll start there. All right. Oh, and if you don't like commentary, there will be a link to the videos in the description box after the live ends, and you don't have to listen to me. All right. >> 26th, 2025. A deputy in Florida was on patrol when he clocked a vehicle doing 87 mph in a 45 mph posted zone, nearly double the posted speed limit. The deputy immediately turned around to catch up to the vehicle. Noticing the driver was accelerating aggressively and tailgating other drivers on the busy highway. Activating his emergency lights, the deputy swiftly initiated a traffic stop, pulling over the driver at an intersection. Here's what the deputy did next. Deputy Lynn, there's Sky Sheriff's Office. Roll you down for me. I stopped you, Dave, because I got you at 87 and a 45 posted. Is there a reason for the speed today? To be 87 mph in a 45. That's the reason for the stop. >> I'm sorry. >> I didn't realize. >> How do you not realize you're doing almost 90 miles an hour? >> Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? >> I was going You asked me a question. I'm going the same speed as the car. >> No, you were not. Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? >> I do, but you ask me a question. I >> Okay, go ahead and step out for me then. How about that? Go ahead and open your door and step out for me. >> I'm not going to do that. You asked me for my license >> and I'm telling you step out of the vehicle, >> sir. You ask me for my license. >> I'm giving you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. You can exit the vehicle. You can go to jail in handcuffs. It's up to you. >> It can be a ticket or it could be jail. It's up to you. >> This is where I don't understand how we get here. It could be a ticket or it could be jail. To me, the easiest answer is, "Oh, I take the ticket. I didn't realize how fast I was going. Thank you, officer." >> You have two choices right now. You're going to open the door and you're going to exit the vehicle with me and we can conduct business back by my car. >> So, can I ask you a question? >> 160. >> Can I ask you? >> No, I'm not. I'm not the one answering questions here. >> Start me another unit, please. >> Can I ask you a question? >> I need you to exit the vehicle, ma'am. I'm asking you to exit the vehicle. Are we going to do this at the red light? >> Yes, we are. I have I have lights on behind you. >> I'm asking you exit the vehicle. >> This is my last request before you go to jail. >> Can I ask the reason >> because I'm giving you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. >> But that's not okay. >> I've asked you to exit the vehicle so we can conduct business by my vehicle. >> Order. What's the reason? >> I don't need I do not need a reason for >> No, ma'am. Case law says I do not need a reason to ask you to exit the vehicle. >> I'm giving you a command to exit the vehicle. You're fixing to go to jail. Step back here by the front of my car. Stay back here by the front of my car. Now explain >> the question you asked me for. >> Explain to me why you're doing 87 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone. >> Okay. Do you have your license and registration? >> I could have had it when you asked me for it. >> Yep. I asked you to ask for the vehicle. So now I just want your license. Then if you don't have your registration because it's in the vehicle. >> Oh, there you go. >> You are about to go to jail. >> But cuz cuz you want to though. >> No, because of reckless driving and because of refusing to exit the vehicle. >> But sir, I was going to ask answer your question and you literally stopped me. >> You know reckless driving in the state of Florida. >> Go ahead and continue to cut me off after every sentence. >> Frustrating. First of all, I'm with Jamie. She could have already been arrested just by how fast you were going over the speed limit. He was still like, "It's going to be a ticket. I don't. These people just want to get arrested and provide us entertainment apparently because there's no way this could ever be me. >> Go ahead and do that. >> Put your hands behind your back >> for what? >> Place your hands. You're going to jail for reckless driving and refusing lawful order. Exit the vehicle when I ask you. >> I literally exited the vehicle. >> Stop resisting. >> You asked me to exit the vehicle. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not Oh my god. You literally Are you kidding me? What are you doing this for? >> Step it up. She's resisting. >> Resisting what? >> What are you What are you talking about, sir? >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Are you mad you're not like >> What are you doing this for? >> Does anyone see this? >> Put your hand behind your back. on right now. >> Are you kidding me? Can you stop this guy? Are you kidding me right now? >> Stop. >> Stop. What? >> With your hands behind your back. >> I did nothing to you. >> Stop resisting. >> Resisting for what though? >> You ask question. >> Hands behind your back. >> You're really ridiculous right now. >> You're about to get pepper-sprayed. Put your hand behind your back. >> For what? I'm giving you an order. >> He gave me an order for what? He has no right to do this to me. He's on a power trip right now, bro. Are you kidding me? What did I do to you, bro? >> Stop. >> Are youing kidding me, bro? I did nothing to you. >> Stop. >> I did nothing. And she's still doing it. This is wild work. You got to give him your hands, girl. You got You got to go. This is all your fault. This is a direct line from how did we get here? Cause not listening. Not listening. Smart mouth not listening. Uh give it a choice. They want took the you know the latter of the choices. Fine. You got to go to jail. And now you're here. You basically dared him to arrest you. So here you go. >> I did nothing. You're scaring me, sir. I have no I literally didn't look. You know what? >> You're doing something now. >> Now I am. Now I am because that has a right >> to arrest anybody he feels like. So at this point, >> stop. >> You don't have to throw me on the car. I'm right here. >> I'm right here on my hood. >> I'm right here. I'm not leaning on [ __ ] bro. I'm right here. You don't have to lean me on anything. >> Lean on the hood. >> I don't have to lean on anything. I'm a non on my ass. I'm right here. I'm right here. >> Stop. >> You have to leave me on anything. I'm standing up. >> She act like she stood up on her own. This man been doing dog on Pilates and jiujitsu to get her to get to the car. She act like she was there the whole time. Jamie said, "I cannot stand the word bro." Uh, it it depends on the context, but so far on body cam, it gets on my nerves. >> I'm standing nerve to lean on the hood. >> I have to lean on. >> Lean on the hood. >> I'm right here. I'm standing right here. Stop. Stop. >> I'm standing up, sir. >> Turn around. >> All right. >> I'm literally standing on the other. >> Stop. >> Stop. We got to catch my breath. Stop hurting me and I will stop. Keep yelling. >> You're doing resisting. >> Resisting. >> You are resisting. >> Resisting. >> Stop pulling back. >> Oh my god. >> Stop. Until you can calm down and be searched and sit down in my car. You're going to wait here. >> What are you talking about? >> What the wrong? You're hurting me. >> Because you keep coming back. You're >> hurting me. You're hurting me, bro. Stop. You're hurting. >> Stop. Who's bleeding? >> I'm not literally I'm literally not doing anything. >> Look at my hands. >> Look at the >> Stop trying to lift off the car. >> I'm not lifting off anything. >> Look at my hands. >> Resist. Huh? Resist. >> Look at my hands, bro. >> Where you are? >> Look at my hands. Look at them. >> Oh my god. Look at them, bro. >> Stop. Check your pockets. >> No pockets. >> Now you don't want to lean me on the car, though. >> Other side. >> Now you don't want to lean me on the car. >> Yeah, >> she's not resisting. But that that cop had to take so many breaths. It was ridiculous. Um, lovable Scorpio said a good Samaritan had to help him because you were resisting. Like I don't like what does resisting look like to her? Then she's like, I wasn't resisting anything. Uh, you resisted everything up until common sense. You did not do anything right. >> Get in. >> Pour your foot in. Put your foot in. >> Put your foot in. Now it's >> my hand. She's drunk. I can smell it. >> You smell the alcohol? >> Yeah, I smell it. You, bro. >> Uh, are you hurt anywhere? >> No, that's what I'm aware of. You got 14. Ah, and there's alcohol involved. Of course, of course. But I tell you, every almost every time I see alcohol or whatever involved, I still think these people would act stupid. And maybe it was ratcheted up a little bit from the substance, but I just feel like these people in their core just act dumb. I Every time I see them. >> No, not yet. >> I don't see anything on you. >> We made that far. Okay. So, she's going for reckless and resist. Okay. 8745 in heavy traffic. She's weaving as I'm catching up to her. >> Yeah. >> No signals, no nothing. >> Okay, I'm good with it, >> huh? >> You good? >> Yeah, I guess my breath. >> I don't see an ID in here. >> Yeah. Oh, she gave it to me. Sorry. Look. >> I'm working on it. >> That ain't my blood, I don't think. Maybe it is. Yeah, it is. >> Yeah, it's yours. >> Little here. Little here. >> Do you drink it? We have her keys. >> Yeah. >> I don't know where she put her keys. >> Throw them over there. >> See what? >> We got them. >> Over there. >> Where? >> He got him. >> She did smell like alcohol to me. But >> yeah, I stop. >> She smells like buzz balls. Hey, she smells like budge balls. Hey, >> is it recording? >> Yeah. >> Nice. >> Well, it was. >> What is that? Did he say buzz balls? What is that? >> Oh, no. >> That bag's full of the empty ones. Why is this always disgusting, man? Look, you even have car clean [ __ ] >> Damn, man. >> Why does this girl have 50 501 box cutters in the car? Okay. Um Dean said it's the buzz balls are the alcoholic drink you get from gas stations. Okay. Okay. Don't you get cut water from gas stations, too? I just learned about them probably what a couple months ago and then somebody did somebody have them? Oh, Leon brought them up on a body cam. We didn't see anybody with Cut Water, but I think Leon had brought them up. Cut water and buzz balls. >> Buzz Balls. >> Uhhuh. >> God dog, dude. >> What got you? >> My wrist. >> Did it get caught up in the cuffs or something? >> No, man. You need a >> She put her hands behind her back and I went to go and then she just turned around and started pushing off. >> Watch my body camera and see if there's a bad LED. >> Do you need medical? >> No. >> Okay. Uh, do me a favor. When you get all done, just deal with no ji. That way we can >> That way if tomorrow it's bruised up and [ __ ] >> Her watch is broke. >> Oh well, that's her fault. Can you pop her open? >> Um, more buzz balls. >> Yeah, >> I'm going to let her know she's under arrest for, >> but if y'all want to do a tow log for me and tow it. Dude, if one of y'all wouldn't mind doing a tow sheet, >> I would appreciate it, homie. Freaking insane, dude. >> What's her deal? She She young, too. She drunk. >> She drunk as hell. That's her deal. I can smell alcohol emanating from the vehicle and I can smell it emanating from her. >> So, hey, it's just her wallet. >> She's smiling. >> And her two shoes, right? >> Yeah. >> Just her wallet. Her two shoes. Put her ID in there. >> That's hers. All right. >> You want to take that with you? >> Uh, I got one at my door here. >> All right. So, you going to jail today? >> All right. Look, >> you made that choice. >> Can my Can somebody come pick up my car? Cuz they >> Oh, heck no. We towing that. >> Yes. That's what I'm talking about. You know, you're not being rewarded for all that. No, you your car. I was about to say no way. You better tow that car. And Jamie said, "God," she said, "What in the world she drinking all that?" Oh, her her liver is going to be toast if she keep living like it will. Her liver is about to go. While Kyle said, "Buzz balls are strong. You shouldn't drink over two, and you definitely shouldn't drive after drinking them." This girl had two grocery bags of them empty ones, and then she had a couple that were weren't open yet. That's crazy. >> Heck no. You ain't fighting the police and getting your car back. No. No. Ain't a chance. >> You don't even got to explain anything. >> Oh, I don't have to. You're right. >> No, because you're not going to. >> You're absolutely correct. I'm going explain to you why you're going to jail, though. >> It's called bat leo. That's a felony. >> Resist with violence. >> What are you resisting? You didn't literally reckless driving to me. I guarantee you my lawyer's going to get you. >> That's what they all say. >> It'll be on your arrest report. >> What's your badge number? >> All right. >> It'll be on your arrest report. >> You hear me? What is that? What is that little doing to you? Nothing. >> I'm going to get her out of here. To and everything in it. >> Thank you. >> To and everything in it. >> Yep. >> Yeah. I hope you got everything I got cuz I swear I I know everything that's in there. >> So, go ahead. >> 160. >> All right. We love a good nononsense cop, don't we? Okay. I don't want to listen to her mouth for the next however many minutes this is that she's in the back of this car because she's going to be speaking nonsense and she thinks she's right. She's probably going to sue. She probably has an attorney on speed down. You know how it goes. So, we're going to get to her charges and then we're going to our next video cuz I have a few that are more long and once I add my commentary, we going to be here for a little while. So, we're going to skip all her nonsense. And I also agree that I find her voice very annoying. So, I don't want to stick around and hear it honestly. All right. Here's her charges. charged with battery upon a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer without violence, reckless driving, and property damage over $200. The suspect was issued a $5,500 bond, which she later posted. In court, she pleaded not guilty to all charges and has requested a jury trial. Please let her get a jury trial and let that jury see the whole body cam video. Please let her get a jury trial. I love it. Yes, go ahead and do that. Why don't you? All right. What property was damaged? Uh, that's a good point. Oh, probably. She probably damaged something of the officers. That's what I would think cuz you're not going to get charged with damaging your own property and it was only her her car and then getting into the officer stuff. So, she might have damaged something of theirs or in the jail. We don't know how she acted then either. Her lawyer for some reason. And I doubt it's a family lawyer, right? Okay, next one up. She thought cops would help until they ran her name. This is the one from the thumbnail. On February 14th, 2025, an officer in Florida responded to a local Walmart after a woman called for police, reporting that a man had pulled out a firearm at her and her young cousin while shopping at the store. As the officer arrived at the store, he quickly located the caller, who insists she has an active protection order against the man she just called about. Here's what the officer did next. >> Hello. >> Are you Alyssa? >> Yeah. >> How can I help you? >> Hi. So, I was like coming into the store, right? And then I noticed like two people that I have issues with and I'm like on a little push cart. I'm going and like they're trying to have a conversation with me. I don't want to have no conversation. I'm going to get groceries and go home. Okay. >> And then she's like lagging behind me. I'm like, "I don't want any problems with these people." And like I had seen him like when he was standing there, he was like this with his hand in his pocket like trying to pull something out. And I'm like, "What the hell? Come on." And then when we got probably like by the meat, like the fruit and the meat, the bread, she was like, "He pulled the gun out." And I was like, "Why don't you just tell me that as soon as we get over here?" Like, so I just try to grab my >> What part of the story did that happen? >> Right. Now, I did watch this one beforehand and listen to how her story continues to change. First, it somebody told her I think it's a little girl beside her that's, you know, blacked out because it's a minor. Um, and I think she's saying her the little girl who's her cousin said, "Oh, what he was trying to pull out was a powpow, right?" So, she's saying the only re Now, why didn't you tell me that when I was over there? So, that means she didn't see it, right? Then, as the cops keep pressing her, the story's changing. So just just know that's where the story started so you can track her lies. I'mma forget I'm going to forget them as she tells them, but I remember that >> at the front the subway by the alarm thing right there. >> Did he say anything when he pulled the gun? >> Um he was like >> or did he just like go like this? >> Is that what he did? Right. As soon as as soon as he said something to me, I ignored him because I have problems with this person. So I'm like not even allowed to talk to them. >> Is he still in the store? >> I don't think so. I was on push card and out the >> Do you have a photo of him? >> Uh I might be able to look up like them on Facebook. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So it was kind of just a random thing that you guys ran into each other at. >> Exactly. Cuz I called my dad immediately and I told my dad and he was like, "Uh, go your ass back in the store and call the police right now." So >> So you have a no contact order with him? >> I'm pretty sure we do. Yeah. This was the woman that was with him. Okay. >> And it's her husband. That's him right there. >> That's the guy. >> Yeah. It's not a very good, but this is like Facebook. >> So, did you once date him? >> No, never. He's like almost 60 years old. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. >> So, what's the contact for? Was it like domestic related? >> That happened? No. >> Either she's a liar again or her dad's a dummy? Because why would your dad after you call him and tell him you see somebody that you thought was a danger to you and you mention a pow pow would tell you to go back in the store and call the police. You can call the police from anywhere. Why would you go back to where it's dangerous? >> It's like something that happened with the courts that they put that this is like making it better. It's not like his whole body but >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> And how long ago did that happen? >> Um like last year. June, July. No, I mean the incident today >> like not even he took my receipt the manager guy. So I don't know maybe 10 minutes ago. >> 10 minutes ago. >> Yeah. Let me see when I called my dad. >> I called my dad at 8:34. So like >> almost So when he did he like make a threat towards you when he pulled the gun out? >> I don't know because I'm screaming at her to come on. I'm screaming at her to come on cuz obviously scared at that point. So I'm like can you come on? >> Is this your daughter? >> No, it's my cousin. My husband's not here. You know, my kids are home. I'm just here to grab some juice, get some eggs, and come. >> Did you purchase those items already? >> Yeah, he has my receipt. >> Do you want me to walk you to your car? >> Um, sure. I want to know like what's going to happen now. >> You have his name? >> Yeah. >> I can look in to see if there's a no contact order. Unfortunately, how I can't take a statement from a 10-year-old. >> That's fine. You can take from me, though. >> Yeah. Oh, of course. Yeah, but you didn't see the gun. >> No, I did see him. I seen him trying to pull something out. That's what I just said to you. I seen him try to pull something out. >> But you weren't able to identify what it was. >> I can tell you exactly what it looked like. Black holster, black in. >> Now she's saying she saw it and she can describe the powpow. And yes, she is teaching that little kid to lie. >> We can check if there's a no contact order. >> Yeah, I know for a fact there is. I had to sign it. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> Yeah. Thank you. >> 11 delta 71 central one out of Florida by driver's license. >> Okay. >> Well, we came here to Walmart and >> he's trying to see if we have a no contact order, but I know we do because I signed it and so did you. >> Um, >> do you have a hat on? Glasses. >> No glasses. What's the guy's name with the protection on >> so she can possess is what it says. >> Okay. So, you don't have a protection order with anyone? The protection order states that you can't possess firearm. That's what it says. >> No, I have a Yes, Dean. Plot twist. She can't have weapons. There's a protection order apparently against her is how I how I'm understanding this. But she tried to call and say and then you Why would you even get the police involved knowing you definitely have an active protection order against you? But you do not have one against this guy you just tried to get in trouble and possibly shot. >> No contact order with him. I know. I just >> No, you don't. I just ran your name. >> It's not underneath that name. I've been married since then. >> Okay. your supervisor, please. >> He's not going to come out for this. When we run this, >> what do you mean he's not going to come out for this? >> When we run this, ma'am, this number right here, your social is linked to that. >> When you get married at the DMV, you get a new driver's license identification number. I know that for a fact. I have my own driver's license and that one, my new one. Please call your supervisor or I'll call the non-emergency number and request. >> What do you need the supervisor for? >> Because you're not doing your job. You just told me I have a I don't have a no contact order and you said just because it's not in that. >> He's going to tell you the same thing. >> Um, somebody needs to come up here right now because he's trying to tell me I don't have a no contact order and he wasn't even going to try to ask or have any explanation. He's just trying to shrug me off. So, >> cuz I don't know what's going on. I'm requesting his supervisor. He saying his supervisor is not going to come out for this. What do you need? I need a reason why you need the supervisor. >> Because we have a no contact order and this person just tried to brandish a firearm on me. What do you not understand? Everybody up here. >> Let me go look at the computer. Here's your ID back. I'm going to go look cuz dispatch said that it's a extreme protection order that you can't possess firearms. But I'll look further into it. >> Emergency number so I can request a supervisor to come out here. Now, >> an extreme protection order is wild. Never heard that before. Also, let me have your supervisor so I can lie to him and see if he'll believe my lies since you don't want to believe my lies. That's the translation for me. >> Since you're not being cooperative, I'm out of here. Have a good day. >> What? >> Take care. >> What? >> We're busy. I'm not going to put up with that. >> What is your emergency? What is my emergency? >> That somebody brandished a firearm on me and my a 10-year-old child. >> He's here now. >> We were already here. Put the phone down. >> Are you supervisor? >> He's not. >> Put the phone down. Alissa, >> I'm on the phone with non-emergency. Please stop. >> Okay. >> No. No. No. No. >> You're under resisting under my kids are at home. >> Wait. What are you guys doing? A firearm was brandished on me. Please help. No. She told me to stay here. Stop resisting. >> I have heart. Please stop. >> Wait, let me speak to the supervisor. Wait, will >> wait. >> No. Help me. I didn't do anything. >> You will. >> No. Please. I do. >> Stop resisting. >> Wait. >> Get sprayed if you keep it up. >> I'm not resisting. I'm >> You will get straight if you keep it up. >> I'm requesting a supervisor. >> That's obstruction. Please help me. Help me. I'm How am I obstructing? >> I'm not doing anything. Please, somebody help record this. Please >> just walk and see. >> Wait, I didn't do anything though. For what? You didn't tell me. >> Oh my god. I hate when people do that. For what? I didn't do anything. They tell you exactly why you're about to be arrested and you still do it. Don't call 911. Don't call the number. Period. You need to leave. You do everything against what they saying is. Oh my god. Why are you arresting me? >> You didn't tell me what I was under arrest for. >> I didn't misuse 911. Someone just brandished a firearm on me. It's on video. >> You did. >> It's on video. >> You did. >> What are you saying? Someone just brandish. >> I can't be when I didn't do it. I didn't break the rules. >> You are. >> Stop. Let me walk. Let me walk. Please. >> You're walking. >> Do you have a daughter? Please let me go. >> What is going on? >> You're under arrest. We can work >> for what? I didn't do it. >> I didn't explain it to you again. >> I requested a supervisor and I called the number. >> I'm sorry, but my joy my peace. Yes. My joy my peace put in the chat. Help me. I am melting. That's exactly what it sounds like. >> That the girl told me to call. >> 911 is not how you're going to supervise. >> That's That's not what I was told. The manager spitting. No, the manager told me to call 911. Dear >> resisting charges, >> please. I'm not resisting. >> You did? >> I didn't, babe. I had my arms out. >> You beat me. >> What's the matter? >> Oh, you're hurting me. Please. I have a bad shoulder. I have a torn rotator cuff. Please. Please. You're hurting me. I'm serious. Please. >> The medical issues have entered the chat. Bad shoulder, torn rotator cuff. And I have kids at home. That one's there, too. >> Stop hurting me. And you guys tried to slam me. I was not resisting. I was on the phone with I was on the phone with an operator. An operator told me a supervisor was on the way. >> You cannot arrest me when an operator. >> No. An operator told me a supervisor was on the way. >> Which one do we have to fix? >> Face the car. >> Please help. >> Let me fix. >> I didn't misuse it. I have a torn rotator pump. Please. A supervisor. >> That's why we're fix it then, ma'am. We're trying to fix it and you keep pulling against it. >> I'm not. I have a torn rotator. >> Then hold still and zip your mouth. >> It has to go up front. >> No, that's not the way it works. >> It does. I have a torn rope. >> You You resist arrest and that's what happened. >> I cannot resist arrest. You guys did not tell me what I was going to >> Wait a second. Please, can I please? I requested a supervisor and they said a supervisor was on the way. >> You don't call 911 for that. >> I didn't call 911. I was on the phone with the regular department and they transferred me. I was on the I was on the phone with the non-emergency. He transferred me. >> That's not what dispatch said. >> Yes, it was. He transferred me. I have it in my call log. It's on. >> Okay. County has live 911 which here it shows who's calling >> and I was at what time it's calling. >> Okay. So, here we go again. I I called the non-emergency number. No, sounds like she called 911 and she was transferred to the non-emergency number is how I'm getting it. And yes, the poor 10-year-old cousin. What's happening with the 10-year-old cousin right now? Poor little girl. I think it's a girl. Just now she's out just like what? Her life is just topsy turvy right now. Like that's crazy. Like these people do not think about anybody but themselves. And for what? You try to get somebody in trouble that I'm thinking did not have anything on them. You are the danger. You have an extreme protection order against you. Crazy. And now so it's just just selfish. The braids are getting on my nerves. It's her mouth getting on my nerves. Her actions are getting on my nerves. They need to take her and hopefully the cousin's parents are still in her life and she can go with her parents. Oh my god. >> I was transferred to them. I was I was on the phone with them. Transferred. >> I'm not going to sit here and argue with you. Okay, >> I'm not arguing with you. But you did you tell your partner what you did? I can't go to jail for misuse of 911 when all I did was request a supervisor and I was on the phone with him. >> You don't call 911 to request a supervisor. didn't. They transferred me. That's recorded. It is. It was on speaker. The manager was just about to talk to them. >> Get in the car. >> Can you please get the manager? He's right there. He knows I was on the phone with him. >> Please get the supervisor out here. >> The car. >> Please get the supervisor out here. >> Get a second resisting and we're going to put you in the car. >> No. Please. I have a torn rotator cuff. Please get the Why are you trying to take me so fast before the supervisor gets here? >> I want to talk to the supervisor. I have rights to talk to the supervisor. A firearm was brandished on me. What if that was your child? >> That's not what you stated. Your cousin >> that's not what I stated. >> You said you stated she saw a black thing. So have a seat. >> Nuh-uh. I told you that I seen it. What is the matter? >> I'm going to ask you one. >> You have you listen. >> I've listened to your mouth since we started. >> Sir, please. >> You're going to your mouth and you're going to >> When you came up, I knew put you in the car. >> Please listen. Please sit. >> I need a supervisor. Please. I can't go to jail. I just had a newborn. I just I just had a newborn. My uterus, please. >> No. Please. >> I just had a baby. They're hurting me. Please. >> Well, I think every time you make a false accusation that there needs to be a charge for that, too, because I they barely even touching her. They not even actually they more talking to her than anything. She need to be in the car a long time ago. I'm telling you, my taser would be overused if I was a police officer. I'm you know, I'm not one so nobody has to worry. But I swear that taser will be out so much. Like I'm I'm I repeat myself one time. One time because sometimes maybe I'm talking too fast. Give you a little time to register in case you're delayed through substance or something else. After that, I'm not asking anymore. >> Well, if you would say I wouldn't. My help my dear baby help somebody. >> You just my shoulder just ripped my shoulder. >> I need a supervisor. Please. >> I'm a woman. Stop. You cannot do this to me. >> Please. I'm a woman. Please don't get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> I didn't do nothing. >> You've been given many opportunities. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Get in the car. >> I didn't do nothing. Please call a supervisor. Please. I can't go to jail. >> I can't. I have a kid at home. Please. My husband doesn't get off for another 3 hours. Please. My cousin has to go to work in 2 hours. Please call an ambulance. Call an ambulance. Hurry. Please. I have the worst anxiety. Please. >> I can't breathe. Call an ambulance. Help. Call an ambulance. >> She's resisting getting in the back. Let's handle the unit over. >> No, no, no. Call an ambulance. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Help. I need you. >> I stop kicking. >> I'm not kicking. I'm not kicking. I can't. My leg when you push me in it pops. Please, >> child. Now her leg don't pop. I'm so over it. My shoulder is destroyed. You know how nothing pops and nothing gets destroyed when you sit down in the car like an adult. Nothing's happening then. And I don't believe that they also popped anything or uh tore her shoulder any more than it already was. Don't even I don't even really believe she has anything wrong with her shoulder. She could, but if any of it happened, it was self-inflicted in my opinion. >> My shoulder. He grabbed me so hard. He popped my shoulder out. >> Deltona 81 Charlie Bravo. >> Oh my god. >> She kick you in the mouth. >> Oh, okay. Battery Leo, >> please help. So she was requesting a super she headbutted him headbutt. Yeah. You >> all right? Hold on a second. Del I don't know if we >> Okay. Yeah. Let's take inventory. We have torn rotator cuff. Some other shoulder problem. Leg pop. Kate breathe. My uterus. What else was it? Uh you're hurting me. I have a newborn baby. I have uh anx did she say anxiety? Is that what she said she had? That's why she can't breathe. What else she say? Oh, Terry Terry Tab said asthma next. What else do we Did I Did I catch all of them? The the list is getting long. >> I requested it. Rescue non-emergency. My officer checked out. Subject headbutt right faces. >> So, it started off where she said um she goes, "I know this guy from somewhere. we have a protection order and this and that. I said, "Did you see a gun?" She goes, "No, I didn't." She goes, "But my cousin did." The cousin was 10 years old. So, I'm like, "I can't take a statement from a 10-year-old." She doesn't even know at that age what a gun looks like. So, she's like, "Well, you're going to take my statement." And I sort of >> Now, it's fine if you can't take a statement from the 10-year-old, but 10-year-olds do know what pow pals look like. >> Got in a holster. So, then she started changing the the the top. >> Flat out lie to you. >> Yeah. Flat out lie. She said, "Call your supervisor because I have a protection order." I said, "Let me go back to my car to verify that you don't have a protection." >> She has an extreme risk protection over >> on her cell phone. >> That's on her cell phone. >> We need to go ahead of the 911. Uh, telecom communications. You >> I'm running. >> Don't be kicking or nothing. >> I wasn't. >> Sit up, >> please. My shoulder. Now sit your butt up on the seat. >> I need an ambulance. Please, I can't. >> I requested a supervisor. Please >> sit on is already here. Ma'am, I'm going tell Stop. He's already here. >> I'm going say Shut it. I'm going to say this. Get your butt in the car or I'm going to snatch you from the other side. I don't play. >> That's what he did. He hurt me. >> You headbutted. You resisted. You think Stop your talking. You think this is like we're going to put on kid gloves. You want to act like an adult and have adult consequences. Here you go. Get your butt in the car. You going to get snatched from the other side. This is the last warning. All the way in the car. Close. Watch your knees. >> Shut the door. >> And he thick, too. He ain't playing. I love Come on. More non nonsense cops. We love to see him here cuz I want to see if they have >> I'm see here. See if I can get >> the LP is right there. >> Hi. >> How's it going? >> Can we see if we got video of that? >> Okay. >> Yeah, let's see that video. >> That was with her. >> Okay. >> We probably want to call mom and dad. >> Yeah. Yeah, we'll work on that. >> I think she's at customer service. You want me to go grab her? >> Uh, we'll get to that in just a minute because there's only three of us. So, she's saying >> somebody had a the 10-year-old saw the gun. She's saying she never saw it. And then she said, "Well, I'm going to call and say I saw it." >> Like, okay. So, you're lying to my officer. That's on video. >> Yeah. Um, I call the people that they're talking about. I assume >> this is the couple that they're talking about. >> Um, she described a black lady, uh, dark male, white shirt, basketball shorts. I assume it was them. They walked by, they came out of Subway as the girls walked by and kind of like did one of those numbers. Um, and now they're saying it happened between liquor and like in that cut over there. >> Okay. >> Um, which we don't have any cameras. The closest I can get is So, this is them leaving. It was What time did you all get the call? >> Led up. That's all. Approximately what time did units call um custody? >> 211. >> So 9:01 p.m. they called her in custody. So she started playing whatever she decided to do right about that time. So is the the kid still over at um said she was outside I'm assuming right over here >> with our other API. No, now is he saying that she has basketball shorts on the guy? >> Okay. Well, they went out grocery. >> No, >> they would grocery. Okay, so either they're lying. >> Yeah, cuz she said he was with a like a tall lightkinned dark guy, black dude with like he lightkinned or dark lightkinned. The person that that he was with was a female dark skin. Okay. The picture I showed. >> Yeah. >> They went out grocery >> and as far as I can tell, they got straight in their car >> and left and left. >> Okay. County has live 911. So the deputies on there saying she's on the phone calling 911 and then hey, she's back again calling 911. I'm like two times. Okay. I'll do that. I'm going to go >> check my guys right quick. I got to take a picture of his face. >> Hi. Can you They're trying to say I headbutted him, which I did not. Can you check my head? >> Yep. What else hurts? >> Um my shoulder. Because they pulled me, one of them had me right here by my feet. He did. And I told them I had a torn rotator cuff, this right one. >> And he pulled me by my handcuffs as hard as he could and tried to jerk me in here. >> She's not taking complaints. She just needs to know what what she needs to check for. Yeah, she needs extra charges. She was trying to get somebody killed. You don't you you lying and saying someone has a a powpow on them and they're pulling it. The only thing I'm thinking is you want them to die. So, she needs extra charges. >> But I never headbutted nobody cuz you would see that on my head if I headbutted him. He hit his head on this trying to push me in. I see. >> I am just checking your injury. >> Oh, it's bad. It's hurting bad. It's It's numb. >> We're with the fire department. I I don't care what they said. I don't care about anything. I'm here to make sure you're okay. Okay, we're going to check you out. >> They hurt me bad. >> I And then they slam me. I just had a baby. They slam me. >> We We're going to check you out to see if you're okay. I I can't be involved. I can't be involved in anything. >> I'm not feeling good. I just had a baby. Please. >> He's working on getting all the video. >> I'm going to do the audio pull through for dispatch for all the 911 calls. >> She going to jail >> a little bit. What's up? Yeah, she's asking questions. >> Question for you. She is in your custody already and requesting transport. >> She wants to go cuz she says her soldiers killing her. >> Didn't kill her enough to resist you. Officers, >> I listen to I don't know how this works. >> Does she have to be transported by us or you guys can say? >> I don't see any outward openly involving medical. She's sitting here talking. She's sitting here like this. >> No, I agree. I just don't know how that works. Like for us like she's like I have to go to the hospital. Please don't like deny me. >> She's unless it was one of those I saw vitals or something. That was >> No, I checked her shoulders. They're not >> they're not dislocated. I mean, again, >> her shoulders hurt because she resisted two of our guys and then headbutted in her face. >> She said she says it hurts cuz she got slammed in, which I get. Yeah, I'm her shoulder does hurt. >> She got pulled into the car because you're refusing to get in because headbutt. >> Okay. So yeah, we're doing we're checking vitals. Like I said, I physically touched her. I didn't see anything >> obvious deformities. Again, I'm not a I got extra vision. >> Yeah. Told her to get her ass in the car. >> So, you good if I send them back? >> Absolutely. >> Yeah. Let's not waste their time. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I talked to her. Get her ass in the car. I'm I'm over that. What did I do at Walmart? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. the people she was talking about, she's actually the one that has the risk protection order on her, >> not that >> she's got a risk protection >> on her. She's a respond. >> Yeah, one of my guys is looking it up. She's a respondent. She's not the protection or extreme risk protection order. That's all it says. >> Yes. The suspect was charged with two counts of resisting an officer without violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and misuse of 911. >> I never understand how it's paired with battery on a law enforcement officer and then resisting without violence. But hey, at least she got the bat on the Leo. Um, yeah. I couldn't tell if it's against her, that extreme risk protection order is against her in the sense of she tried to selfdee or if she is there's a there's a other victim and she has it. I couldn't tell. So either way though. Yeah. And I'm so glad that the uh supervisor was like, "No, she going. She's only hurt cuz she's resisting. Nobody hurt her. She just, you know, injured herself or hurt herself or complained about hurting herself because she was resisting." Um, yeah. We're not playing around with the hospital's time today, so I appreciate that. All right, next one up. Burger King cashier caught swapping real money for counterfeit bills. And I have not seen this, so y'all sent this to me, so I'm ready for this wild ride or whatever this is. I think they called CPS for the child to make sure they that they got to a legal guardian or something. That's what I feel like they said, right? All that on a Walmart run, Terry. Officers are called to Burger King after management realizes their cashier has been taking money from the register. Now, the cashier states her friend named Clay, who's recently been locked up in jail, is actually responsible and this is simply an accident, and she herself had no knowledge of his fake money printing scheme. But within moments, her story quickly begins to collapse on itself. >> You want to talk here? That's fine. You don't want to go nowhere. No. >> Okay, that's fine. Um, who you on the phone with? >> Oh, my my roommate. >> Your roommate. Okay. Okay. So, our detective is going to come talk to you. This is the advice that I'm going to share with you. This is the second time that Clay's name's come up with counterfeit money. Um, >> oh my god. He purchased a a moped from somebody with fake money. >> I'm not getting arrested. >> Once you talk to the detective, okay, I'll be honest with you. He's going to be more interested in Clay as far as the money portion of it, but the theft from the Burger King. There's not much I can do about that. I'm going to read you, Miranda. >> That means I'm getting arrested. >> No, it just means that at this point you feel like you're getting arrested. >> Oh snap. Oh snap. Okay, real fast. Leia's grandma just gifted a membership. Thank you so much. And it went to Purple Haze. Purple Haze is a lot of mostly kind of girly stuff back there in the membership. So hopefully you still enjoy yourself. And if you really want to go back back, my artwork is still out there too. But congratulations, Purple Haze. >> You feel like you're getting arrested and I'm questioning you. So, >> at this point, you're detained. You're not free to leave. And I want to question you about the investigation that you have quite a bit of working knowledge of, which is the only reason I'm reading your Miranda. So, you're not under arrest. So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to speak with me now? >> Okay. Tell me about he he owed you money. He owed you $150. >> He actually ow owed me money for a a bite that he probably got from somebody else, but I didn't I never um I never I never got >> Oh, she trying to think of them lies, ain't she? She I would make her get off the phone. You are not going to be giving me a statement or answering my questions while you're holding that phone to your ear. phone needs to go down and needs to be turned off. Maybe not powered off, but definitely I need to make sure there's no one else on the other end. No way. We're going to continue this conversation with that phone to your ear. It's not happening. Oh, also, Purple Haze, you can also use the emojis now if you want to, like the handcuff emojis and stuff like that. >> He never got the bite. >> Okay. All right. So, he came here. How much did he give you? >> I didn't even count it. It was It was supposed to be 100. It was supposed to be 100. Mhm. >> Why would you give him change though if he owed you 150? >> I gave him change for for the um food. >> Food. >> Yeah. >> So he gave you $100 and I'll pay 20s. >> Yeah. >> And one of those 20s you used to pay for food and gave him change with that. >> So then you did give him some change for whatever food he ordered or something. >> Okay. However, you then took you lifted the cash register back up and you took a different set of $20 bills and you then counted those bills. >> Mhm. >> And gave it back to him. >> Mm- Okay. So, she has a a partner in this. Is that what I'm getting? Somebody brings her the counterfeit stuff. They wash I'm washing it through the McDonald's thing. But come on. They going to catch you. Why would you do this? Excuse me. That's what it sounds like. So, cuz I I was thinking that she pull them out her pocket and start swapping them, but she's uh using there's another person involved and they're bringing it and then she's swapping those out. Is that what's going on? Love what Scorpion said. If she is getting info from the person on the phone, then both of them are dumb. Right. Right. Two heads are not always better than one. >> Yes, she did. >> No. Oh, I didn't hear. >> Yes, she did. I didn't count. I didn't count. Only thing I gave back him to him was the change. >> No, I you gave him change >> and then you lifted the drawer back up, grabbed another stack of 20s from the other side of which you put it in. So, it looks like you knew you were putting the fake 20s on one side, taking real 20s out from the other. You counted it, and then gave it back to him. >> No, sorry. I didn't do that. I didn't do that. And I I only took I I I put the money in there and then I gave him the change for the for the burger. >> I'm not trying to be a criminal, but she's this is overly dumb because Okay, the more simple thing to me would be you take that fake 100 or the fake 20s or what? He gave her a fake hundred. Right. Right. Was it a fake 100 or fake 22? Either way, you just put to me, you put the fake money at the bottom, pull from the real ones at the top. Like, I don't understand why we putting it in different slots knowing that each denomination has its own slot, not double slot. Like, I don't get that part. >> It's not what I saw on camera. >> I saw you getting changed. >> That's not what the video shows. I just watch. >> That's not what >> So, here's the thing. Like I said, >> with the fake money, there's more interest in Clay cuz I think he's printing it. He's spending it. He's buying mopeds. He's trying to pass it off at the Publix up here. He's giving it He's trying to swap it out here, which means he's doing it everywhere. The only way that me and Sergeant Web, the detective that's on his way, will even consider not charging you with forgery and first degree, which is a felony, is if you are completely honest with me. >> Yes, sir. So when I tell you that I watch you open it, grab a different set of 20s and count it, it was a deliberate swap of fake money and real money. >> Not deliberately. I did not know that it was fake money. >> Then then what would be the whole point of the the thing to take one stack of 20s just to give them back 20s? I mean that would be like me being like, "Hey, let's trade dollars." It's it's it's me giving you give me a dollar and I just give it right back to you. It it doesn't make any sense. >> More officers. >> They just want to see what's going on cuz we're trying we're trying to go home. Um all right. So, let's go. I'm just telling you exactly what I saw on the video >> is not adding up to what you're telling me. And the math doesn't add up either because I I know how much money in counterfeit bills. >> I did not know that that that money was counterfeit. That's all I'm saying. I did not. >> But she still didn't answer the question. What is the other reason you would need to trade like for like? If you can't answer that question, you're it doesn't matter about, oh, you had knowledge, you didn't have knowledge. I think she did have knowledge. But if you can't answer the general question of why am I giving you a dollar to trade me a dollar? What would be the other point of that? Come on. Um, also my bad. is Burger King. Thank y'all for telling me it's Burger King, not McDonald's. And Mama V, I'm with you. I don't think that and I I don't know if I've had a family member work at a register to try this out, but I don't think I would go in my family member's line cuz I don't want to or or someone, you know, a partner's line because I don't want to jeopardize their job just in case. If if nothing happens that looks ethically wrong, there's nothing to question them about. So, I don't think I would go in their line either. Uh-uh. It just doesn't seem worth it. It's too much suspicion around that. >> I know that the money was counted, >> right? But it's it's just hard to believe that because like I said, if if he you're saying he owed you $150, he showed up with $100, paid for a burger, you gave him change. If he owed you $150, you would have you would have taken all of that money because he still owes you money at that point. He still owes youund or 30 something dollars. Sir, she can't do math and lie at the same time. It made sense in her head when she told that lie. >> So, if he's here for the purpose of giving you money he owes you, it doesn't make sense that it's ever going to go near the cash register. >> Because I was at the register when when he gave it to me. That's why. >> Yeah, but no, but you put the money in the cash register. the money that he's here to to give you that he supposedly owes you. >> You put it in the cash register and then on top of that you gave him money from the cash register from the other side. So different $20 bills cuz I can see it in the camera. You put it in on with your left hand over here and when you open up you take it from the right side and you count it and you give it to them. So, if you're telling me what you told me earlier is that you took the $80. Not only did you retrieve fake money from Clay, give back real money, you took $80 on top of all that >> that was that at that point belongs to the cash register because you did a onetoone swap. So, the only way that that makes sense to me is you knew exactly what was going on. And I'm telling you that I'm more interested in in Click than I am you. But I have enough to charge it with theft and forgery right now. But like I said, forgery is a felony. I'm already on pre-trial, man. >> I'm not trying to hem you up because I can see your end of this. >> You're at Burger King. You're trying to make some damn money >> and he comes to you trying to help you just make a couple extra bucks and I get that. Um, >> I didn't know it was counterfeit, though. I really didn't. >> All right. So, all right. We going to keep it with the lie that you know was counterfeit. There is no other reason to do what you did. You didn't even do good math on him owing you money. No, you're done. Uh, lovable Scorpio said, I was about to say, don't bunch us all together because I would never. Yeah, they talking about her Scorpio hoodie. She is not representing Scorpios well right now at all. Well, it just your actions don't make sense then. They're they're way out of norm. It doesn't make sense to if somebody owes you money to put it in a cash register first and then give them back money and then take money anyway. It just the math doesn't math in that situation. You have any questions? With the lead detective now present, he'll quickly exploit more holes in the woman's story. >> I'm Sergeant W Police Department Criminal Investigations Division. >> Oh, we done kicked it up a notch. Uh-oh. Oh man, they done brought in the big gun. Girl, you just need to I mean, okay, I do believe the smartest thing is like, okay, I will talk to y'all, but I need to get a lawyer first. I'm willing to tell you some stuff, but I need to get a lawyer first. I can understand that. But to continue just lying is not helping at all. either shut up and wait till you get a lawyer or both. Both are shut up or just or just shut up and don't lie. Either one just no don't do this. And her crawled up on that seat when we first saw her. I'm like now stop it. Stop it right now. >> They gave me a call up. Yes. So I came out here to talk to you. They already meanded you read your rights. You agreed to talk to us, right? You got that on body? Yes. Okay. So right now I'm going to become involved in the case. So I'm going to get with them. I'm going to get all the body cam or all the store going back as far as I can with you and to see how many time other times I can catch this guy coming in and doing transactions with you. Um, when I show that, that's going to show the conspiracy and there's going to be additional charges in this case. Okay. For you >> in addition to this guy. Do you know do you know his name? >> Clay Queen. Clay Queen. >> Clay William. >> Queen. >> Clay Queen. Yeah. >> Is his real name Queen? No, >> his real name's Clay Queen. >> Name's Queen. Okay. Do you know his birthday? >> Do you have any pictures of him in your phone you could show us? No. >> No. >> How do you What's What's the relationship between you guys? >> He's just a friend of a friend. >> He's just a friend of a friend. >> And that's what's going to show when we dig into his background, my background. >> He's not a baby daddy or or none of that. >> No boyfriend. >> No boyfriend. And how how did you guys come into this relationship of passing uh girlfriend money? >> Cuz of the f the friend I know is I think related to him. I'm not sure. I met him over at at my friend's house. >> Okay. And how did how are you approached about doing this? >> Like how did this come about? >> He just he just well he owed me money. Um he owed me money and he told me that he was going to bring the money up here to to me. Um >> so how did this friend of a friend end up owing you money? She is skipping so many steps. These li the lie is horrible. It's so this is a waste of time. You don't It's not believable. Like it's just making it worse for no reason. How did he end up owing you money? He's a friend of a friend that you loan money for no reason. And like y'all said earlier, it was mentioned he's the same one she was involved with when they were uh selling a moped or whatever or buying a moped with fake bills. So you already have this is just stop talking. Just stop talking. It's not helping anything. >> How much did he owe you? 150. Okay. >> The transaction that went on that day though. Um, >> so this one transaction that we're talking about, >> every time she hold her forehead, she was trying to think of another lie. And the lies are are worse every time she says one. >> Well, the money came back from the bank. It's kind of fake. Was how much? >> 180. >> 180. >> It was how much? >> $180. That was fake. So, >> and it was definitely the same counting the bills from him because they were all the same serial number, same copies of the same $20 bill. >> So, it wasn't a random event that it was it was 180 coming out of Clay's hands. >> So, they're lazy and dumb. She's lazy on how she swapped the bills out because if you work the cash register, there are certain things you have a routine. You've already been working there. You know the routine of how you put bills in there. Then they're lazy because they couldn't even switch out serial numbers. So every last bill had the same serial number. If that ain't the easiest way to gather evidence on somebody, I don't know what is. And the problem that we're having that he's having is that that transactions on video so we can see what you did as far as putting money in the till and taking other money out, giving, you know, giving it back to them. doesn't doesn't equal up to the transaction of that for the food. It's like clearly you're involved in the theft of the actual money. Okay. So, what we're trying to do is give you an opportunity to talk to us and be honest with us about what's going on so we can focus on what's really going on and who's really behind all this. Oh, you're fine. Okay. >> I'm looking for honesty and openness to tell me what's going on. >> Is it just this one time or is it been happening? >> But this only happened this one time. >> That one one incident with the 180. >> Did you know it was happening >> afterwards? Did he Did he call you and >> say he was coming or? >> No. Um I know he was coming. >> When he got here I kind of felt something but I he got here and told and and asked me to um give him change that I should have I I felt something but I didn't. I still didn't know that the money was counterfeit. I can't >> the actions don't make sense except if you know it's uh counterfeit because there's no other reason to go swapping one for one within your cash register. There's no other reason to do that. And then they said she stole because I guess she gave him more than what uh he should have gotten back even if it was just normal giving change for food and stuff. All of it's back. There's no other reason to do this. Good morning, Zack. I was listening to the song in the background, too. Well, the issue is 200 even. >> I don't know. I didn't count it. >> But you accepted it. You did what? >> I put it under your drawer. I I went by what he told me was he told me that it was 100. >> He owed you. He admitted to you later that part of it was counterfeit. >> Mhm. >> And why did it go into the circulation of a scor if it was money he'd need to pay you? Oh, I put it in the drawer. >> Did you take any other money out of the drawer? >> So, you didn't take $80? >> Yeah. Yeah, I did. I did take $80. >> How did you do that? >> Cuz it was it was night. >> Why? Cuz it was Burger King. So it just tells me that you knew it was counterfeit and and you accepted the counterfeit money to make up for the real 80 that you took out for yourself that he owed you. That's what I just got from you from what you said. Right. >> Okay. With her finally admitting she was aware of the money being counterfeit, they move on to other aspects that could tie her deeper into forgery. >> Oh god. And here's my thing, too. You were trying to commit fraud because let's say that man owes you $80. Why couldn't he just hand you $80 he owe you? Why do you have to take the fake 80 and then get the real 80 from Burger King? You still plan on swapping out counterfeit money? That doesn't make sense. Did you loan him counterfeit $80? No. If she loaned him anything at all, I'm just I'm just entertaining the lies at this point, but that doesn't make sense. Kra said, "I'm not even listening to them. I'm jamming to the music." I know, right? Um, Purple Hay says, "Do Burger King joints usually crank music like this?" I'm trying to remember. I'm such a drive-thru person now. I'm trying to remember now. It's going to be in my head to think about this. >> Talk to Clay Messaging >> phone. I just talk to him like regular talking on Facebook. >> Do you guys have any messages between each other? Okay. >> So, >> so you knew that the money was counterfeit that he gave you. >> Not when he gave it. >> Well, then why did you take other money in lie of the money he gave you? >> I don't know, sir. I didn't know that money was counterfeit. No, I didn't. >> Well, then why would you swap it over? >> I don't know. cuz you just told me that you you took it cuz he owed it to you, but you didn't take the money he gave you. You took the spouse's money and left and then gave them his money. So that's a transaction right there. A switcheroo that you just basically told me you did and now you're trying to tell me you didn't know. >> I'm so sorry. Now I'm kind of with y'all. The music is taking me back as well. This is giving me when American Idol was still good and when my eyes were glued to Grey's Anatomy. That is where I'm at right now. Okay. When I tell you the memories are flooding right now, her lies are not adding up. She done she done backtracked again talking about she know was counterfeit. Although she admitted she knew at one point he said, "Let's move on. Now she back." She ain't doing nothing. But the music the music is, you know, it's good right now. >> Have you been arrested for this type of stuff before? >> Never. >> Anything? >> Oh. Have I been arrested history? >> Have I been arrested history? >> Yeah. I'm on pre-trial now for what? >> Or um uh possession of XD pills. >> Okay. Drugs. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Nothing like this before. >> How long have you known Jonathan? >> Or Clay? >> A year. >> You know, >> not even a year. probably probably 6 months. >> How often did you see him in that situation? >> I said he's a friend of friends. So when I be over at my friend's house be over there. >> How regular is that? >> Once a month. >> Just once a month, 6 months. >> So but you know him by Quake Queen. You could recognize him easily. You know who he is. >> You talk to each other regularly on the phone through Facebook. the same about as much as I seen him about once a month. >> Once a month for 6 months, plus talking on the phone in addition to that. >> Why does he Why did he owe you money? >> Who was supposed to um buy this um bike from me? >> Another moped. Another bike with fake money. Ain't that why y'all say she she uh in trouble now for the moped with the fake money. Now he owed her for another bite. Girl. Anyway, I'm sorry. I'm about to bring the room down just a little bit, but I see a lot of Grey's Anatomy fans in here. Did y'all see that Dr. Mc Steamy Sloan? He died in real life. I think it was yesterday. I was distraught. Okay, that was Man, and I also did watch a season or two of Last Ship. I did like him on there, too. But y'all, he actually he had ALS and he was fighting for awareness of ALS before he passed. I that just Oh, that brought me down for my grace people. Y'all already know for Christmas um from me from for Christmas and um he got the bike. He didn't never get well. He ended up getting the bike then he ended up bringing it back. It was this crazy thing that went on and he um he ended up owing me money for $150 for the um a bike that he took. >> When we interview him, he's going to say the same story about all this. So, you did take $80 from the cash register later that evening. You went back into the cash register despite earlier showing telling us that you were concerned about taking the money directly from him and putting it in your pocket because it would look weird. Yet, going back into the cash register when no transaction is happening and just taking money from under the drawer doesn't seem suspicious at all. >> I didn't I didn't I didn't do that either. You didn't do that either. >> So, like I said, the $80 was never a thing. This was simply a money swap. And I'm guessing later on he gave you some money cuz you wouldn't do it. You wouldn't do it if there was nothing in it for you. It makes no sense for anybody. The whole transaction is not is out of line. There's no business. She said, "I need to step out. Meet him up here in the lobby. when he's swamping. >> And I'm just telling you whatever you're not telling us, he's probably going to tell us >> because he's already in hot water. He's already in jail. I know he had a bunch of warrants before he got arrested and he's going to have more warrants from me now. So, he's got no reason to keep his mouth shut. >> He's got nothing on me. I I uh I could have anything to do with I don't know anything about his counterfeit. So whatever he tells you is is I'm not going to fail. You put a lot of trust in a man who's not honest and you don't even know him well. >> All right. >> That's my card. You can keep that. Okay, >> Sergeant Le. >> Yes. >> So, whatever happens, you can email me, call me, reach out to me if you want to talk to me some more or decide to be more honest about I had no no about the counterfeit though, sir. I didn't know anything about the count of the when he came when he when when he came up here I kind of felt like some of his actions. >> Tell me differently. Okay. >> All right. Place under arrest for theft by taking in forgery in the first degree. Okay. >> What? Why? >> What? >> Why? >> Well, the theft is obvious. We We just went over this. I I know she did not just say why. I swear to God if she thought any of them lies actually passed, you need to go to jail. I mean, you need to go to jail for the whole explanation, but wow. Why? Why is your question? You need to find out when you can call an attorney cuz you are cooked. You are done. They won't clay. But yeah, you not go. You thought you they was okay. She thought when that detective got up and he left her car, she was good to go. Uh-uh. >> Okay. We just explained everything and where we're at and everywhere. So, we need you to go ahead and step. Get out of the booth. >> Stand up. Turn around. Try to find her. >> I'll get your phone. >> No, no, no, no, no. >> I don't know. You're fine. You're fine. >> If you will be call friend and tell her that I'm going >> um once I get once I get in the car cuz you're not on probation. So, you'll get a degree. >> What's the charges you charging me with? >> Uh, theft by taking misdemeanor and um forgery in the first degree. >> The forgery is is is felony? >> Yes. >> All right. Go ahead and face the car for me. >> Separate your feet. >> You need sir. Please don't do >> I get that dropped. >> Is it way for me not to have this? >> Got to talk to your lawyer and whatnot about it. Hold on. I got to patch you down. You got nothing in your pockets? >> Oh man. Oh my god. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. Please. Please. No. God. Please help me. Please try. >> No. >> Hold on. I didn't know what he just said no to. She said, "Can I What?" Hold on. >> Can I even try though? >> No. Oh god, please. You have my phone. Last call. Amanda. Uh, Amanda. The first one. This is Amanda. >> Well, that just answered my question. My joy. My pe said, did she squeeze some tears out yet? I'mma say no. Look at how she calmed down that boy. I say these people need fake crying. Oh my gosh. And then I guess she asked if she get her cuffs cuff handcuffs up front and he said no. >> I wondered the right. >> Um I don't know what to do. Um uh I'm I'm wonder can I leave my phone here for for her to come pick it up? >> No. >> Okay. >> But we'll write I'll write her number down for you. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Please. Yes. >> But I'll be out of your way in a second, sir. All right. She should get a bond. So, she she'll be calling you soon. Okay. >> Okay. You know my number, don't you, Shane? >> Not by heart. >> I'll write it down for >> Okay. Thank you. >> Don't call Don't call my daddy. Don't call my daddy. >> I won't call your daddy. >> All right. Thank you, Amanda. >> You're welcome. >> All right. Bye. >> The woman was charged with theft by taking with a total value of $1,500 or less. And as a result, she was given one year of probation. Let me know your honest. >> She got that felony dropped. I don't think she deserved to have it dropped. I Uh-uh. It should have stuck cuz that's her second time being associated with that. And it was just the way it was done. It was dumb. And you There was no way you didn't know what you were doing. It It's just not Wow. She going to do it again though. That's the problem. She was doing it for such a low amount. Somebody can tempt her. They'll just go up to 500 or thousand. She'll be right back doing it again. And yes, for once we had someone that said don't call their daddy or their mom instead of call my mom. Can I call my mom? Yeah, that crying gets on my nerves when you know you did what you did. Yes, Purple Haze. I do interrogation videos. I do watch those. I do them in the afternoon or evening sometimes when I have a chance cuz they last like a couple hours to four hours a lot of times. Um but yes, we have watched some. I have some lined up. It's just oh my gosh, finding the time. But yes, we do like watching interrogation videos over here, too. We sure do. Most of the time it's the ones where somebody is not on the earth anymore cuz we go to the deep ones. But yep, we be watching them over here. Okay, next video. How a dentist appointment turns into felony charges. Another one I have not seen, but let's see. Here we go. On January 2nd, 2024, officers were dispatched to a dentist office in regards to a disruptive patient. >> Hi, thank you so much for >> Over here. >> Okay. >> Why can't they just do what they need to freaking do? Why? >> All right. What's going on? >> Oh, so they called the cops. They have the cops here now. >> All right. What's going on? Hold on. >> There is nothing here. All I asked was just for my documentation about what happened here and what went on and they refused to give me my paperwork. And that's all I asked. That's it. I don't understand why it's a problem or an issue for me to get my documentation of what happened today. >> Did I refuse to give it to you? >> Yes, she refused to give it to me and you told me no. >> I said no. >> I said she just left the chair. >> I was unable to have documentation until I finish until I compile it. >> I asked her if she would like to come back for it. >> Okay. >> Then she can come back for it. >> Okay. Do you understand her? >> No. No. No. Ma'am, please. Because I was >> Here we go. This video should Well, first of all, cops don't shouldn't even have to be here for this. That sounds very reasonable. They are not in real time like that. They need time. These people are You're not the only patient. So, why are the cops here? And why is this video not ending right now? Yes, I will wait until later and get my paperwork. Sorry for causing y'all some trouble. Goodbye. >> I'm not going to argue with you. >> I'm not trying to argue with you, ma'am. Just >> said you think you can have the documentation. Just not right now. Just how you allowed her to talk, I'm asking for the same respect. >> All right, let's go outside and talk. >> I'm asking for the same respect. Why is that an issue that I'm asking for the same respect that you just gave to this woman, but you're not giving it to me? >> Okay. What? What's going on? >> The problem is I was sitting down, okay, waiting to get the documentation. Before I got the documentation, which was asking for the things that were done here today, they told me, "Oh, you don't have to pay. You can just leave. It doesn't matter." They told me I didn't have to pay. I could just leave. when I told them I had the money to pay for today and what happened today and >> so so what's the issue? >> The issue is all I want is documents that happened today so that way I can take it and I can get the work done that I need it done. >> You heard what she said, right? You can get it later. >> I But why is it an issue for me to get >> All right. Can you hang up the phone? He's not part of this right now. >> Okay. So I can come back later and pick them up. I told her I would mail them to her address because they don't have an address on >> and I asked her to write it down. >> Hang up the phone. This person's not a part of it. Okay. >> All right. So, you're going to have to leave the property now. If you come back here and cause more issues, we're going to have a bigger issue. Okay. They do not have the documents ready for you right now and that's the end of it. >> Yeah, that's it. Cool. Okay. What was it? >> Okay. Is the guy on the phone? Does he have some sense? I feel like he's saying okay, that's fine. Possibly. Um, yeah. I love my chart, sweet tea. My chart is so convenient. Yeah, she is a control freak. That's what it's looking like to me, too. W cows, cuz I don't understand um what's going on here. Why are we still here? And Daisy, how I see is that not the hush fingers, right? Just rude. What is What is so urgent that you have to take it right now to the next person and you can't wait like a little bit? Like, what is the problem? >> Cuz they don't have an address or a place to send it to. >> Can you give her one? Why? They very far. I can I have to leave I have to leave the premises right now. >> If you want if you want them sent to you, then give them the address. It's very simple. >> What address? >> You know, >> they just told me to leave the house and I have to have >> Well, it's going to take me a minute to do it. And >> the way she was acting, I couldn't have her. If you guys are sitting here with her, I'll do it. >> I don't care. She just stay here while you're here. >> I'm just when I can come back and pick up my documentation, I will come back. >> She's going to print it up right now. >> Okay. All right. Just come outside. No, I I don't want No, I >> If I was the dental employee, I would also be like, even if the cops were there, I still couldn't do it because now I'm prone to more errors because I'm distracted. I'm amped up. It's just I'm irritated. I'm frustrated. There's no way. And and I still need to focus on the other patients. There's no way I'm doing it with her present. She will get it in the mail and that's my final answer on that one. There's no way I will sit here and deal with her and try to fill out some paperwork. No. So then somebody can come back and put say I put an error on their stuff. No. >> Outside and she's going to print it up while we're here. >> I thought she just took the picture. >> Just wait outside. Go outside and she'll print it for you. >> Yes, daddy. Wait. I don't care. Lord, >> are you going to wait for the documents or not? >> Hello. >> Oh my god. >> Okay. When you came back, >> I was just waiting for the paper that they said that they were just about to bring out. >> Yeah. And then you left. So, we thought you left. No, I left to go for a walk so I can calm down. I didn't leave you. But you told me to come back in here when everything was done. So that's what I was doing. >> I just told you to wait outside then you >> That's what I was doing outside. I was waiting outside. >> All right. Can you just sit just sit down and we'll get you your documents here in a minute. >> Okay. I'll go for another walk again and wait. >> Okay. No, no, don't go for a walk. Just stay here. I don't need you walking around everywhere. I need to find where you're at so we can just give you the documents. I'm sure it'll be just another minute. >> I'll be back when the documents are done and I can go for a walk until then. I don't understand why it's a problem for me to just step outside and go for a walk. >> Okay. Can you just step outside and just wait there? Cuz once they get the documents, we can just hand it to you. I can't be here all day while you're going on a walk. >> You don't have to be here all day. I can come back in a few minutes when the paperwork is done. I don't understand why that's a problem. >> Okay. Can you just stay here for a one minute and then we'll get you your documents. Okay. >> I don't understand why. Oh, you're making a bigger You're making a bigger issue. >> I'm not trying to make an issue. I'm not trying to make a problem. I'm just Why can't I go for a walk until this is done? >> Why do I have to >> How much longer until the documents are ready? >> Okay. >> So, can I go for a walk until it's done? >> No. Stay here or we're going to be trespassing you from here. Okay. >> Just stay here. Just stay here. They're getting the papers. I'm not going to babysit. >> You don't have to babysit. I said I would come back in a little bit when this is done. I can give you a call first and then when they're done I can call you and we can come here together if you want. >> Just stay here for a minute. >> I don't want to do that. I just want to leave so that way I can go and finish what I had to do today. >> They're working on it. >> And they're taking a long time. So I can't go for a walk cuz I have to fill out an application and an interview right now. >> Okay. You you left. Okay. We saw you leave. I hung out here for another 5 minutes. You clearly weren't coming back. I told them you left. >> I never said I wasn't coming back. I never said I >> How How am I supposed to know? I can't read your mind. >> You can't read my mind. Okay. You don't know what I'm going to do or what I have to do. I had an appointment to go at another place that's near here that I missed an appointment. >> Okay, that's not my fault. >> And then Okay, that's fine. So, I went to go and take care of, but I had to take care of and I came back so that way I can get the >> You can let us know what you're doing just so we know, hey, you're coming back cuz I was about to leave and then they were going to have to call me back out here again. We're going to have another issue. >> So then if you want to sit here and wait while I go and do what I have to do, fine. No, we're not doing this. We're not playing I'm not playing games with you. >> I'm not trying to play games. I have an appointment somewhere else that I have to be at. >> Okay, then do you want to come back later today for the documents? >> I can come back whenever I need to come back for the paperwork and whenever the paperwork is done. That's not a problem. I don't mind coming back when the paperwork is done. >> You had an issue with it earlier today? >> No, I did not. >> You That's why I was called here because you had an issue with it. >> I'm not playing games with you. >> I never had an issue coming back to pick up my paperwork, but they told me that I wasn't going to be able to get it for a while. >> Okay, just hang on one second. Let me see how much longer it's going to be. I have another appointment I have to get to. >> You're going to have to wait. >> What do you mean they? It's not they. It's a >> Why can't I just come back after I finish what I had to finish there and then I can finish my docu and then I can come and pick up the documentation and I can call it >> two more minutes. He's finishing his notebook. That's why they said it would be better if she came back. >> I come back to come back. >> Okay. So, is she going to be trespassed? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, you hear this. Okay. If you leave the property and come back, you'll be arrested. If you leave right now, you cannot come back. Okay? >> I just want my paperwork. >> Okay? Wait 2 minutes and you'll have your paperwork. Okay? Do you understand? If you return to this property, you will be arrested. >> I don't mind that. I don't care about that. That's fine. I just want my documentation so I can take it to my new doctor so they can do what they need to do since they don't want me here. >> Mudy. >> Okay. So, like I said, you're just going to have to wait here cuz if you leave and come back, you're getting arrested. >> I can't get my paperwork and documentation and then if I leave and come back, >> I'm telling you, >> I'm not able to come back anymore. No, you would like it. You have to wait. >> I have to wait. >> You have to be here. And >> let me write down my information or whatever. >> Ma'am, >> sit down. >> I'm not a dog. I'm not sitting down like I'm a dog. >> Stay right there. You're not moving anywhere. You're waiting for your documents. Unless you want to leave, then you'll be trespassed and you'll be arrested. You return. >> I want my >> Come sit down. You're not blocking the way. >> Do you 94? >> For what? >> We didn't back up here in case I have to go hands on with you. Come sit down right now. >> For what? >> Come sit down. Hands on with me for what? All I asked was for my papers. I don't understand why this is an issue. >> Excuse me. >> Use my temp for right now. >> I'm not refusing anything. I didn't know. I'm just I'm asking for my documents. >> Get out of the door. You're not going to be blocking the doorway for all these other customers. >> I'm not blocking the doorway for anything. The door's open. Anyone can come in here. I'm not blocking anyone. >> Ma'am, I do not want to go hands-on with you. Can you come sit down right now? >> I'm not a dog. >> Who called you a dog? You're telling me to sit down like I'm a dog? >> Yes. Get out of the door. Okay, fine. Come stand by this wall. Get out of this doorway right now. >> Why? Cuz I'm asking for my papers. >> Yes. Come stand over here. >> I don't understand why for what? >> Okay. Go stand over there right now. >> I'm not a dog. >> I'm not going to be blocking the doorway. >> I'm keeping the door open. Anyone can come in here at any time. >> Okay. My partner's going to come in there. All right. Do you have your ID on you? >> No, I do not. >> All right. Get off the phone. >> No, I'm calling my mom. >> Get off the phone. >> You can't tell me I can't call my mom. >> Come sit over here. All right. She has trespassed. They're getting her documents right now. She needs to be arguing there with me. I told her to sit down. She wants to call her mom and stay in the doorway. >> They won't refuse outside. They refused to bring my Let's go outside. No, I'm not. They told me to wait two minutes for my paperwork. I'm waiting for my paperwork. I'm opening. The door's open. Wide open. Go outside issue. I'm getting arrested. What? Why am I >> Get up and go outside. >> Okay. Oh, get out and go outside. >> I just wanted my paperwork. Why is it a problem? >> Get up and go outside cuz you're not listening. Get up and go outside. This is a business. >> Okay. And that's fine. >> Get up and get outside now. >> Okay. If you do not get up right now, you're going to jail. >> That's it. >> No, I'm going outside. I'm going outside. I'm outside. I'm not playing games. >> I'm outside. I'm not playing any games. I'm not playing any games. I'm outside. I'm outside. >> Get off of me. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. >> No, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not resisting. >> Turn around. >> You're hurting me. >> Turn around. >> I'm trying to survive. Get off of me. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. Get out your stomach. Get out your stomach. Please stop. Mom, I'm not even hurting. >> Turn around. >> Please. Please. >> Can I come for you? >> Yep. I'm coming. >> Right now. >> Now, how did we get here, girl? This is all her fault. And it took a long, long time to finally get to this point. You deserve what's happening right now. This is crazy. And we still have Oh my gosh. It's only halfway through the video. >> Why are you doing this? I just wanted my documentation. Why are you doing this? >> I got one. Trying to get him. >> Go. >> Hey, stop. >> Turn around. >> You're going to get hurt if you don't comply. And it's by your own accord. >> Hey, can you raise your hands? >> I don't want to hurt you. Please. >> You want to get tased? >> No. Please back now. >> I want to go. >> Hey, please. >> I just wanted my dog. >> Then you should have listened. >> Stop resisting. >> Listening. I was listening. I was listening. >> You were not listening. I can't breathe. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Hey. All right. Now, stand up. >> Dang. She knocked off body cams like they was Sonic coins every time. I was like, why do we why are we looking at the sky? He picking up a body cam. I see some I don't know if they hold the body cam or what that is over there on the other side by their feet, but it's a lot of equipment on the ground. >> What are you please? I just wanted my paper. >> We have one question. >> Why? I asked for my paper. Why? No. >> Knock it off. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Yes, you are. Freaking with four of us. >> Come on, sit up. >> Anybody? I'm not fighting anyone. >> Stand up. You're hurting me. >> Then stand up. >> You're hurting me. >> Stand up. >> I am. You're hurting me. >> Nobody is hurting you. >> You're hurting me. Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Stand still. Why are you doing this? I just wanted my paperwork. >> I just wanted my paperwork. Why is this a problem? Nah, that's not about paperwork either. She wanted to prove You know what? She did sound like a spoiled daddy's girl because that was her dad on the phone. She wanted to run the show. I think somebody had also put that in the chat. She wanted to run people. She wanted to run the show. She wanted it when she wanted it. It wasn't about the paperwork. It was about people following her orders and she's not getting her way. That there's this is not about the paperwork. >> Why would I call my mom? It became an issue. >> Good idea. >> Try this again. >> Let the thing go. >> Stop it. >> I didn't do anything. >> Really? >> I didn't do anything. What did I do? >> All right. Come on. Stand. Let's go. Mommy. Hey. >> No. >> I need my papers. I need my dogs. Not my computer. >> Knock it off. >> My homework. That's my homework. >> Where's your car? >> Knock it off. >> No. That's my homework. My wallet. Everything in it. >> We're going to bring all your stuff now. Knock it off. >> I need my ID. I need my wallet. >> Make sure we get >> No. I need my ID. I need my wallet. I need >> You're going to get everything. Calm down. >> She needs her ID and her wallet. But when they asked her for her ID, did she not say, "I don't have it on me." Is that not what she said when she was still holding that door open, letting those that pe those people's uh AC out. >> You'll get everything. Calm down. >> This is ridiculous. >> I just wanted my document. >> Then you would have got it. You listen. >> Let's go. >> Stand up. >> Stand up and get in the car. >> I know. I'm not getting arrested for this. >> Yes, you are. Get in the car. >> Why am I getting arrested? Because now you're getting arrested for refusing to move and it's on a police officer. Get in the car. >> I didn't assign a police officer. >> Get in, >> ma'am. You're going to get pulled in if you don't get in. I promise you. >> You're going to get tased in one second. >> I didn't assign a police officer in my I need my backpack. >> I need my backpack. Please get in the car. Please, >> please. >> Get it. >> Oh my god. >> I just wanted my paperwork. >> Why? Why is this such a problem? >> Calm down. You're getting paid. >> Can I please just get my papers and leave? >> Why? I just wanted a copy of my mom. Why? No, >> I'm sorry. I told you I was frightened. >> I I not >> two men. >> I told you we're going to be back. >> Two men on a young lady. It's just crazy to me. >> She am. >> All right. Uh, so this is her stuff. >> Hang on. I got to tell us. >> Oh, yeah. Thanks. >> This is her paperwork. I never want to see the lady again. I don't know what I need to do for that trespassing or whatever. But >> she already knows she was trespassing. So, okay. Well, thank you. I apologize. >> No, I feel okay. I've never in my life seen something that crazy, >> but I guess that's normal for you guys. >> Yeah, I only saw something as crazy one other time and it was me fighting another girl like that. >> It's always the girls. >> I'll tell you what, I will fight I will fight three guys his size before one girl. >> She um >> Dang, that says something. Golly, she was a helion. A wild cat. Yeah, I'm guessing there's some emotional regulation issues there. Purple Haze. Yep. >> She wouldn't fill out any paperwork for us and that was the overall. >> Okay. Please. Please. These are hurting me. These are hurting me. These are hurting me. Please. >> My hero. Can you get someone's um >> Yeah, get some names. >> That's my ID. That's my wallet. That's my wallet. >> I knew we were going to come back here, too. >> Yeah. >> I didn't know you stayed. I thought you left. >> I was about to pull out and then a lady came running at my door right out. Yeah. I was like, "Hey, she's back." And I was like, "What are you talking about?" She's like, "She's in there." I'm like, are you serious? And I was just going to handle it, but then I start she started to get a little I knew I would have came right back. >> Yeah. No, I know. I know. I just want to get out of here. My computer, my backpack, my mom, please. I just want my backpack. >> I thought it was another one right there. Oh, get back in there. There you go. Jesus freaking nonstop. >> I can't. Can I leave? >> Hello? >> What? >> Am I being arrested? >> Yes. >> For what? >> For trespassing after I told you I had to leave. >> I'll go. I never said that. I wasn't resisting. Please. >> I wasn't resisting. That man is still trying to catch his breath. I wasn't resisting. I was gonna go. No. >> With violence? Yes. >> I did violence? What do you mean? I didn't even hit you. I didn't even touch you. Can I at least call and let my family know? Please. >> Your mom already called. I told her she couldn't hear from you when you call out the jail. >> No. Can I please call my dad, please? It's his birthday today. I can't miss this. Please. I don't want to get arrested. I don't want to go back to jail. I don't want to go back. I don't want to go back to jail. >> Oh, so she's a repeat. She says she don't want to go back to jail. Not surprised, though. Let me take the surprise out of my voice as I say, "Oh, she's a repeat." Because duh. Please don't make me go back to jail. I don't want to go. I don't want to go. Please. Please. Please. Wait. Where's my back? I need my backpack. I need my mom. >> No. Mom. My mom's right there. My mom's right there. My mom's right there. My mom's right there. My mom's right there. Mom, my mom's right there. My mom's right there. Mom. Mom. My mom's right there. She's in that jeep right there. My mom's in the jeep right there. Please. Please. My mom's in the jeep right there. She'll take me right now. Please. Please. >> Okay. Your mom is in home base. Just like when people get stopped at a traffic stop and they end up at their house. Your house isn't a home base. Being parked is not home base. It does not matter. You are under arrest. >> My mom's in the jeep right there. Mom. Mom. Mom, please. Mom, please. They're going to arrest me. Mom, please. >> What do you mean? Mom. Mom. Mom, please. Please. Mom. Mom. Mom. >> I appreciate them. They said they reduce the volume for viewer safety. All that shrieking. Mom, no. You're all going to burn. >> Okay, now we're threatening. I'm going to skip because she's going to be like this for a while. Let's see them get her out the vehicle. >> No more fighting. Let's go. >> Come on. You'll get out. You'll get out today if you don't fight. You're going to get more charges if you don't come. >> The faster you get there, the faster you'll get out. As soon as you get up, get up. We're going to put them in the front, but you got to stand up. >> We're going to take those off and put them in the front. All right. >> We're going to put them in the front, right? >> Why would they put her handcuffs in the front? She's definitely a risk. Why would you do that? Don't matter that she's small. I would not put her handcuffs in the front. >> We're taking them off. Hang on. Stand up. You got to stand up. >> Yep. You got to stand up. >> Really loose on you, too. >> You got to stand up. >> Hang on to that. Okay. Okay. >> Here. Hang on. Hang on. No. You got to put them in the front or we're going to put them in the back. Where do you want them? >> Oh, stop. It's not tight. >> Nope. >> It's not tight. All right, hang on. >> All right, hang on. >> Okay, >> it is not tight. If I can get my finger in here, it's cool. Okay, >> you didn't even try to put your finger through it. >> Okay, here. Watch your head. Watch your hand. >> I don't know. >> Come on. Get up in here. Right. Come on. >> Sit right up in the corner. All the way over. >> All right, let's get in. >> Okay. >> Hey, you're going to get hit by the door. >> All right. The text says she was charged with resisting with violence and trespassing. Her bond was set at $5,000, which I know the parents have already had that on, you know, standby. Little $500 payment is going to be nothing. All right, this next one, another one I have not seen. Y'all sent to me. Dealer plants drugs on girlfriend, finds out she's a working informant. I said, "Oh, this sounds interesting." So, here we go. First blind reaction to this one. >> This is 34year-old Nicario Comr. On December 31st, 2024, Key West police were on patrol during late hours on New Year's Eve when they took notice of a gray Honda Civic driving with a license plate infraction. Upon making contact with Nicario, officers immediately notice he seems nervous and learn he is on probation. Watch how the couple turn against each other as cops completely wrecked their start to 2025. >> Hello sir police. How are you guys tonight? Hey so the reason that I stopped you. Okay so your license plate you have a sticker on the upper left hand side >> pulled over with it but I got pulled over for the same thing twice already. >> Okay. >> And it's my girlfriend. >> Okay. >> So >> do you live down here? >> Uh no. I came visit for uh New Year. >> Okay, gotcha. Nobody's got warrants, right? >> No. >> All right. Beautiful. >> On probation. >> You're on probation. What you on probation for? >> Lobster. >> What's that? >> Lobster. >> Lobster? >> Yeah. >> What? Let me Let me ask what happened with the lobster. >> It was illegal. Um I bought him off somebody. It was illegal >> and they got you for it. >> Yeah. But the judge knew. Um, I was honest with her. Told her how I got her. >> Okay. But you're still on probation for it? >> Yes, I'm still on my registration. >> Uh, I just got out. >> Oh, you just got off? Okay. >> No, no, no, no, no. I'm just I just got out of incarceration. >> Understand? >> You were in jail for that? >> Well, >> there's something you're not telling me. >> No, you could write my name. I'm clean, bro. >> Okay. >> Here you go. >> All right. Thank you, sir. Did you get your ID, ma'am? >> Oh, you got it. Okay. Thank you. All right. Give me just a minute. Did he say he stole the lobsters? You on probation for something behind some lobsters? It's crazy work. Crazy. Crazy work. I thought they maybe would have blurred out the girlfriend's face since she's a working informant, but I see no blur and no black box. >> Hey, real quick. Are you on pre-trial or anything? >> I'm on I'm on misdemeanor probation. >> You're on misdemeanor probation? Are you So, it's it's showing with the state that you currently have a sanction or it's going to be sanctioned for a robbery charge. >> No. >> No. >> No. >> No. I'm going to I'm going to look closer. Okay. >> You can look closer after. >> Okay. Okay. I'm just asking. Okay. >> I'm not getting in no trouble. >> Okay. Gotcha. All right. It's New Year's. The only reason. >> Look, man. I'm I'm just telling you what I saw. That's why I'm talking to you first before I just got out of >> Do you guys have any weapons in the car at all? All right. Perfect. >> All right. Have him get off. >> Officers ask the couple to exit the vehicle as K9 Jigsaw arrives on scene to conduct an exterior sniff of the vehicle. If they bring out a K9 called Jigsaw, you already know you in trouble. Jigsaw. Usually they have like I don't know. Not those kinds of names. That scares me. >> Just take her bag with it. >> I think she left it. >> She take her bag or not? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, don't let her go in it or anything. Just watch watch hands. That's it. Six five six boys me down can Hey, keep your hands out of your pockets, man. Here, I'm going to pat you guys down for weapons real fast. Okay, just turn face that way. Right there. Right there. You're good. Nope. >> Just keep your >> m You can put the bag down. >> I'll just go. >> Okay, I understand. I understand what you're telling me, but you got to understand, too, that people lie to me. >> No. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. I appreciate that. >> Blow my parters if you want. >> Okay. Well, if we need to, we'll go there. Okay. Is there anything illegal inside the car? >> No, sir. >> Beautiful. Okay. Then we're going to be done real fast. Okay. >> Remember what you said about um rocks? People like to collect rocks. >> Yeah. Meth and rocks. Meth goes with rocks and colored pencils, art supplies, things like that. Oo, arrowhead. That's different. a lot of them. >> That's a cool rock. I would also collect that rock. >> All right, I'm checking in. Did they say they found meth and art supplies and some rocks like the arrow head and stuff? That's what I heard. Let me know if I missed something. That's weird. He's got money shoved under. Oh, a lot of money. We got a [ __ ] pulling lots of >> Oh, Jesus. >> We're going to put those guys in handcuffs real fast. Can you come over here and help? >> You're not under arrest, but you're being detained. Okay. >> Here. Drop this for a second. There you go. Good. Just relax there. There it is. That's a lot of cash. >> That was all stuffed under the center console that I could reach. >> Interesting. >> Very strange. >> That's super strange. Okay, this turned blue. Oh yeah, that was cocaine on that. That's a cocaine straw. >> He found hypodermic needle and a cocaine FTP cocaine straw in her big purse. >> Okay, >> I got some residue off in the center console. >> Okay, >> still still looking. Okay. >> Having these rights in mind, are you willing to answer my questions now? >> Yes. >> I don't have no follow. >> So, that's a yes. You'll answer. >> Yes. >> Great. Are you not under arrest at the moment? You're being detained pending our investigation. >> So, here's why. I'll tell you why. Okay. I'm not I'm not going to blow smoke up your ass or anything like that. Okay. The reason that you're in handcuffs right now is where all the money was at is odd. Would you agree? >> I would agree. >> Okay. So, why why all the money right there? >> That's right there because I honestly purchased the bike today, right? >> Okay. >> If you can see my title inside my inside my glove compartment. >> Okay. >> It was for the bike. >> But I know my record and I'm being straight up. I know you guys probably think something else. So, it's like, "Oh, I got money on me." So, it's it's not that you have money on you, okay? It's that it's shoved up underneath the center console >> that we had to go up there and like pull out wads of cash. I'm being honest. >> No, we're not taking your money. It's your money, dude. I I I just want you to understand from my perspective that it's odd that if if it would have been in the center console, in the glove box, anywhere like that is you got you got cash on you, you know, no big deal. You can see my title inside the um inside the car, the motorcycle that I just purchased today. >> I feel like deflecting on that one. It It's in a weird place, sir. And I I do understand to a point. You don't want nobody catching you crazy with cash on you. But uh couple that with the drugs they found, it's not looking too good. >> I mean, why do you have that much cash if you already bought the bike? Or did you get a good deal? I still hold. Got >> I still So it's like >> I want to clean my face. >> Okay. >> You know what I mean? I don't play this money. You know what I mean? >> Okay. So that's the reason why you're in handcuffs right now because sometimes when we find a lot of money, especially when it's shoved up underneath something like that. >> Appreciate you being completely honest with you. >> Okay. So if if that's if that's all it is, then that's then that's all it is. You know, >> that's my reason. That's my reason. I don't want no guys to take my money. >> No, I can and I understand that. seen it happen before. Okay? >> You know what I mean? I just got out. I haven't been out 2 months. I don't have a job. >> My sister's a nurse. She helped me purchase the bike. My my girl was driving that car the whole time I've been incarcerated. As you can see, if you look at my date from incarceration and then you see the time that um my insurance has still been going, >> so you know, someone had to be paying the insurance and taking care of the car, right? >> You know what I mean? So, >> yeah. And so only having one vehicle, I purchased the bike and so I can get the >> How much cash? How much cash is there? >> I got $1,400. >> 1400 bucks. >> Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. $1,100. >> $1,100. I owe the dude $1,400. But I'm waiting on the cash out just for >> understand. Okay. So that's the reason because it looks weird. >> No, we're not taking any money. It's your money, dude. >> Okay. I don't know, man. I don't know. I just >> Everything we do is on camp. >> I just don't know. So, give us a couple minutes to figure everything out and then if that's all it is, it's your money. I can't do anything with it, you know. See, >> it just looks suspicious as [ __ ] man. >> Can I say this? Can I say this? >> Yeah. >> I had this cop stop me one time, a female cop. >> Okay. >> And I [ __ ] you not. >> Mhm. >> She went in my pockets. She pulled my money out. She said, "How much cash do you have?" >> Mhm. >> I say, "I have $940ome dollars." When she let me go about my business, I got in the car. When I did get to where I was going, I didn't think nothing of it. She's a cop, counted my money. >> I had I had like $300. >> Yeah. That's >> on everything. >> So, I >> Now, I'm not saying it couldn't happen. We here have already watched where the cop definitely stole money from that dude before. So, yes, some of them. And I'm like, that's crazy cuz you know, y'all got body cams and everything, you know, but um so it can happen. I feel like fine, we talk about that. Fine, fine. But I do feel like we're still deflecting from what we found in the car right now and what's going on right now. >> I absolutely understand. >> Those my reasons. >> Yeah, I I understand that and that makes perfect sense. So that's what I was looking for. I was looking for an explanation that made sense of why that cash is there. >> Look, you can see the the title in the car, the bike title and everything. >> What kind of bike you buy? >> I don't even know the name of it. It's a Chinese bike. So, why would they give you the tie to a bike you didn't finish paying off? >> Uh, when your face is good and you ain't playing with people, you know what I mean? Okay. >> And I'm a neighbor, so >> Okay. Is there any weed in the car or anything? >> I smoked earlier. No weed in the car, but I do smoke weed. >> Cool. Okay. So, >> I don't know if you might find a roach in there or something. >> And I don't care about that. If it's a roach or something, as long if you're honest with me and upfront, if I find a roach, even if I find a little bit of weed or whatever, as long as it's not felony amounts, I can make I can I can make that not be a huge thing. >> But I um I actually have my weed license. >> Good. >> So, I mean, but since I've been trying to get my CDL. >> Ah, your chest is hurting. >> Sorry. Oh, is it? Why is your chest hurting? >> I guess my anxiety. >> Why are you anxious? I was on my way to talk to my lawyer. >> Uhhuh. >> And my phone's going off. >> So, what did Let's not play the game. What did we find in your bag that's making you anxious? >> My insulin ring. >> Is that insulin? So, if I test that, it's going to it's going to not show any drugs on that. You don't know? That's not the That's not the answer I was looking for. >> What about this bag? >> Do you Do you want to tell me about it or are we going to do it this way? It will. >> What's that? >> It will. >> It will what? >> For meth. >> What? >> For cocaine. Okay, that makes sense cuz there was some other stuff. So, do you have do you have any cocaine on you right now? In the bag. Okay. I appreciate the honesty. How much is in the bag? >> Um, maybe a gram. >> Maybe a gram. Okay. So, it's a little bit. Okay. Um, is there any other needles? Okay, because that that will piss me off. If if one of if one of my guys gets stuck by a needle, that's that's a whole different thing. Okay. When was the last time you used >> um earlier today? >> Earlier today. Okay. Okay. Um, you two were together, correct? >> Yes. >> Gotcha. Okay. That's No, I we we knew that >> she didn't claim him back. She did not claim him. He said yes. She looked at him and just think she's not claiming you >> that she was going to want. That's That's a bunch of Oh, that's Thomas. Tommy, I need I need you when you're done. Don't open that, please. Oh, not that. a cornucopia of stuff. That's weird. There's things in there. >> That's weird that she didn't want to leave it. Um, too. >> Make sure this knife stays up here, too. That was concealed in her pocket. She said she's been convicted of felling for these. Could it be? >> She has a lot of condoms. Let me get a fresh. >> She got everything in that backpack, including a Crown Royal bag. At least that's the colors I associate with Crown Royal bag. I don't know if there's another bag that'll look like that, but that look like a Crown Royal bag to me. Careful. There's a pipe laying up here. Just there should be no more needles that she said. But here's here's the thing is I told you I'm big on honesty, right? So, she's got she's got a bunch of drugs on her and in the car. >> I have no idea. >> I'm telling you. I'm not I'm not asking. I'm not seeing what you know and stuff like that. I'm telling you what what we found. She's got a bunch of drugs. She's got stuff that she can't have. And then you are driving this chick around. >> I'm just dropping. >> I know. But you can be charged with everything that she has, too. >> I have no idea. >> Officers placed the couple under arrest and put them inside the cruiser to be transported to jail. Watch how Nario sneakily plants evidence on his girlfriend. >> That's crazy. >> That's crazy, man. >> You threw me under the bus. >> Oh my god. This is so dumb. How do you not know there's cameras in the vehicle? Oh. Oh my gosh. That you know when people act like this, they just you deserve it. It's on you. >> Come on, man. Throw you under the bus. You know you got it from Janine. Don't do that, man. >> Come on, man. That's crazy. You telling the lie. You know you got it from Janine. >> I didn't get nothing from >> Tell them what you got from her. >> I ain't get nothing from Janine. >> Come on. What you gave Janine? >> I didn't get nothing. So you going to lie. I gave you $150. >> Come on. You telling a [ __ ] lie. Don't tell Don't >> Somebody's lying. >> That's crazy. >> Nobody knew nothing a minute ago. >> That's crazy, man. You shot out for that. You shot out for that, man. You shot out for that, man. Come on, man. >> He said you put everything on me. >> I put every That's Come on, man. Make it make sense, man. Come on, man. >> I'm making perfect sense. He said you put everything on me. Throwing me under the bus. So, yeah. I told him the truth. >> Why would I throw you under the bus? Make it make sense, >> I guess. To keep yourself out of jail. >> Come on, man. You go first. >> Be honest. Where you just tell them where you get it from, bro? Come on. >> I did tell him where I got it from. >> You got that [ __ ] from Janine. Why the >> Janine? >> You just my life up. >> I just want to say this is disgusting because of where he's pulled these drugs from. I am disgusted. Like, god dog it. No, >> I didn't. You did that to yourself? >> Just my life up, dog. All because you couldn't be straight up and you cuz you got caught. >> You're still living at 8 Street? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Because I got caught. >> Yes. Because you got caught. >> Come on, man. >> Nario, what's your rest of it? >> I don't even know. I don't even know my phone number. >> Okay. I'm just >> It's in my phone under Re and Rio. >> I swear to God, that's crazy. >> Well, take admittance to your own faults, then. What you mean? I ain't say you get I ain't say you did anything. They found the [ __ ] in your bag and they just said that it was yours. >> But you throw me under the bus tell them I gave it to you. That's a lie. Come on. Don't do that, man. >> No, it's not. >> Come on, man. Don't do that, man. >> Okay. Well, it's a so much of a lie that I handed you $150 at Jeranine, right? >> You telling the [ __ ] You hand it to Janine. You give it to Janine. >> I handed it straight to you. >> Come on, man. >> I had no money to hand your name because she didn't have anything. You ain't fixing to my life up because you can't admit your wrongs. >> How? I'm trying to [ __ ] your life up. >> The look you just gave me, you're trying to make me take blame. >> I'm not trying to make you take blame. >> You just looked at me as if you wanted me to take admittance to everything and I'm not doing it. >> That and [ __ ] you. >> Come on. >> No, don't come on me. Do not come on me. >> Come on now. You really putting on, man. You really putting on. >> I have nothing to put on but theing truth >> you putting on, man. You putting on, man. >> No, I'm not. >> You putting on for real. >> Okay, give me a lie detector. How about that then? >> That's impermissible in a quarter law, man. You putting on? >> No, it's not. And it's not a put on. >> You putting on? >> You're trying to throw Journine under the bus. How about that? And you said you're throwing me under the bus. No. >> What you mean? Come on, man. Make sense. >> No. You're telling me that I got it from Jerine? No, I didn't. >> Where you get it from? >> You. >> Okay, now you telling the lie. >> I have nothing to lie about, bro. Why would I? >> That's the same trick everybody fall for. >> No. >> Why would I tell them? >> You just sat here with him in the car telling him that. Telling me that I got it from Janine to admit it. I didn't get nothing from Janine. >> I didn't tell him that. Listen. >> You just said it. Right. Here's the camera, bro. >> Listen, I don't care about that. >> Okay. Well, tell theaming truth. >> You tell the truth. What? >> I am. You >> That's crazy. And you still going to lie? >> I'm not lying. try to my life. >> I'm not lying. I just pray that you get through this and you admit your wrongs. >> On some real [ __ ] On some real [ __ ] I pray >> I pray you do, too. And you need to admit your own wrongs. Take responsibility to your actions because I took responsibility to mine. >> What was yours? >> What was in my bag? >> So, what was on me? >> What were we just going to go get rid of for you to get your $1,800? >> I did make it make sense. I did >> make it make sense. Oh, now you telling the [ __ ] lie. I don't got nowhere to get $1,800. So, how much money was I going? >> You said quicker I get $1,800. Quicker I get out of town. You helping me get out of town. You helping me get out of town. Okay. Okay. >> It's crazy, >> right? >> Guess what? >> What? >> Everybody going down. >> Why? Cuz guess what? >> You the one that mentioned Janine's name. >> He asked me where I came from. I told him I picked you up from my auntie Janine house. I just met you. And now you said in front of him and on camera that I got something from her when I didn't. >> Oh [ __ ] [ __ ] What you mean? >> You just said to tell the truth that I got it from Janine. That's not the truth. I've done nothing but be honest. >> You're telling the lie. >> No, I'm not. >> So you ain't going you ain't going to be honest and tell the truth that half the money was yours? >> Half the money's not mine. >> Oh my god. It's real up when you're going to sit there and tell me that half the money is mine. You're a goddamn liar. I wish I had that. >> So, let me ask you something. Who? >> I pay the rest of my bond off. I had that much. >> You're telling me you don't get heroin from Janine? >> No, I don't. I don't do heroin. >> You telling a lie. >> No, I'm not. >> Everything ain't going to come out. >> You're right. Everything's going to come out when we go to jail and they drug test me and not a goddamn lick of heroin to my system. Did you get his name? >> Yeah. Um, so kind of just run me back through what happened and don't don't spare any details. >> Just the argument. She called the cops, bro. But it wasn't really nice argu what what started the argument. I know I know you said it would just you were arguing about some bull, you know. What does that mean? >> Over food. Last time I think it was over food, you know, >> like order food or like something about food. Basically like getting food. That's what it was about getting food. I'm like, "Yo, you can make something. There's nuggets in there. It's nugget. It's food in there. You only there's food in the damn freezer." Okay. You know what I'm saying? It's food in there. I'm like, "You order food?" Uh, and it turned into a whole argument like, "Bro, what?" >> That's the most I feel like we going to understand from this that it started because she wanted to eat out. He said it's nuggets in the freezer. We ain't got the money to be spending on eating out. She still want to eat out and then it goes into this. That is the most I feel like we're going to get from this. is wrong with you? Did you want us to call a cop? I told her she thought that when she said she was going to call a cop, they were going scared like, "Oh, no. Call them." >> And where did this all happen in the in the apartment? Was it like in the living room, the kitchen bedroom? >> Living room. >> Did it start in the bedroom? >> Huh? >> Did it start in the bedroom? >> No. We I think we argue in the bedroom like for like two seconds. But majority of time it happened in the living room though. Majority in >> She didn't throw nothing at you, >> huh? >> She didn't throw nothing at you. >> No, she No, she ain't th >> Not a plate? Yeah, she did threw the plate, but it ain't down here. She ain't hit me with it. You know what I mean? It was just a plate though. But long story short, that's where were you when the where the plate when she threw a plate at you? >> Yeah, I want to say was I in the room? Yeah, I think I was in the room. I think No. Was I in the room or was I in the living room? I think I was in the living room. Not sure. >> In the doorway. I think I was in the doorway. I was outside of the room though. I was outside of the room and I think it came flying like right over that way. But I wasn't in the room though. Was it thrown from inside the room? >> Was she inside the room and she threw it at you? >> She was like by the doorway. I'm not thinking. We was like kind of like close up like this. I mean, that's the doorway. I'm right here and I think she threw the plate and I just moved. I moved. I wasn't even paying. That's what I'm saying because when she threw the plate, I wasn't even looking. I just turned my back on her. You know what I mean? So, and I just heard go like she said, "I'm going to call cop." Go ahead, call the cops. Do your thing. You know what I mean? Long story short, I all I want to say like long story short as far as like hitting far as like that we crazy like that and um yeah I told her like when she said she call the cult I mean cuz you know like I said I told you some people get scared when they say they don't call the cop I told her call you know I mean >> we're aware of that man don't worry about that is but like like I said long story short I ain't really worried about it she ain't put her hands on me or anything like that but >> okay well I mean the detail about the plate that's something that we need we do need to You know, cuz that that kind of helps paint the overall picture of what's going on out here. >> Nah, the pl she bleeding in there. >> I put in the plate. She grabbed. >> I mean, this is my apartment. You know what I mean? >> Y'all both have all your stuff in here. >> Yeah. Yeah. My house. She's the co- I'm the primary. >> Yeah. So, with that, >> we can't we can't force anybody out. >> I know. I understand that. >> So, Georgia has something called established residency. >> I know. I wanted to kick her out myself. I wanted to kick her out. So, I probably >> If you want her out, you're going to have those days. >> No. No. I know. I was angry. I wanted to kick her out. She got my son. I I can't kick the girl out. I got my child. I'll leave before I make her leave. You know what I mean? I'll leave and go find me another sh and just pay the rent here and let them rock out. Happens. >> So, y'all y'all just y'all together? >> Yeah. Hell yeah. Hell yeah. >> Not married, nothing like that. >> N just together. Yeah. She said she threw water or something like and then she saying I guess after the water was thrown you pushed her off the bed. Something like that >> flinging water around all over it. Looking there all over the place. Water all over water all over my TV. Water. >> Were you were you in the kitchen when it happened? Like where where were you when she started throwing water? >> When she started throwing water like it's just like >> if you stand on one side. >> So it was with the the hose the faucet >> the hose. >> Okay. You know, you stand on one side, you can flame the water on somebody. I'm in the kitchen side. >> The water is being formed from the other side. Like she grabbed the hole. I'm turn the water. I'm actually I'm doing something in the tank. I was about to get What was I about to do? I think I was about to get some water. Okay. >> I turned the water on and as the water is on, she just grabbed the hose and pointed at me like this. Start fling at all over the place on top of my my TV. I just moved and sat on the floor just sitting on top of the thing. Yeah. All over the TV and [ __ ] like that. But >> I'll deal with that. I ain't worried about that. But long story short, dad and them Yeah. [ __ ] And then I kind of got mad about the shove her, but I just ran my way like >> Okay. So that was in the bedroom, right? Where the shoving I guess happened. >> Yeah. Yeah. I hadn't worried about it. I just shove her and I went my way. >> Okay. So how did how did you shove her? Just walk me through it. Like what was being said? That kind of thing. >> I'm sorry. I ain't going to talk over. Okay. But I I mean it was like one of those it was one of those >> times I think you sitting on the bed standing on the bed. Were you sitting on the bed standing next to the bed? >> I think she was sitting on the bed and I was like on the other side of the bed and I just mushed her. It was like one of those >> bring in and I just had to push it. I like you know what? I'm not even about to do it cuz I'm not dumb. I'm not about to sit here and set myself up for failure. I know how I didn't bring in hand on people though. >> Okay. So after the push, is that when she threw a plate in your general direction? >> Um, >> or were you already all the way outside the room? Whatever. >> I mean, I walked out the room and I think she was like, "Oh, man. I threw a plate bro." You know what I mean? But >> I didn't get hit with the plate. That's what I'm saying. I didn't get hit with the plate. >> I mean, I didn't get hit with plate, none of that. >> Okay. >> Last time a situation like this, somebody got locked up. You going to let me know now? >> Oh, I I've only just been talking to you, man. >> Yeah. Literally, I just got here, so I really don't know now. going to lie cuz I ain't going last time I like a sucker. This time ain't going like no sucker. If she ain't going to wear it, I ain't going to wear. >> It's It's like It's like 400. I about to say I'm going be real with I'm be real with you. I be real with me. She ain't going nowhere. I ain't going to I mean I rather her be straight to anything got my son. Real [ __ ] I ain't going to play that game. Like I said, man, neither of us have any idea in your eye. I ain't worried about >> the only the only communication I've had is trying to I >> The girlfriend told officers she threw water and a plate at him. But the moment police said she was going to jail, all hell broke loose. >> Okay, here's one of our pivot points. Okay. Um the girlfriend is going to be notified. She's got to go for that plate and the water. That's battery. Okay. Well, the plate would be assault because it didn't hit him. The water would be the battery part. So, she's going he's about to show his behind on some weird performative stuff in my opinion. And then we'll just see how it goes from there. Um, yeah. Ah, 111. >> So, I'm going to go ahead and do this. Give me a case number to document the incident as well as my badge and her name and then contact information. >> All right. Cool. Understandable. What's going on with her? Everything straight and good, right? >> No, sir. She's about to be placed under arrest and I'm not doing that. I'm not I'm not doing that. I don't know what y'all talking about. I'm not doing that. I'm I'm going to be real. I'm not doing that. >> Okay. >> For what? >> Yo, bro, I'm I'm going to be honest with y'all. Listen, bro. My girl not going nowhere, bro. I'm going to be real. Y'all going to have to kill me right here, bro. >> That's not going to happen. >> It's going to happen. It's going to happen cuz I'm a fight. I'm not I'm not No, I'm not doing that. My girl not going nowhere, bro. My girl not going nowhere. Listen, my girl not going nowhere, bro. >> My girl not going nowhere, bro. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Real [ __ ] We going to have to get it right here. >> We have I'm not playing with y'all, bro. My girl not going nowhere. Instantly taser coming out. Why you pulling your hoodie off? Why you taking this stance? As they say in life, why you taking in all that air, CL? Was it Which one was it? Claud the other one. Why you taking all that air? You sucking in a lot of air right now. It's taser time. >> Pull that out. Pull that out. Get going. Get the going, bro. Get to going. Get to going. Real kill me. Tase me. Kill me. That's my girl. I don't got no money to get around. so many times. I don't want to annoy y'all and pause every time I think he should have got tased, but I'm just going to say it's a lot of times so I don't end up pausing it every two seconds. Taser, taser, taser, taser deployed every time for how he's acting. >> Come on, bro. >> We don't have an option. >> Yo, bro, that got an option. >> No, we don't. >> Yo, bro. Yo, bro. This dumb ass [ __ ] Don't go. Yo, >> my she's not going nowhere. I don't give a [ __ ] Shoot me. Shoot me. Shoot. Kill me right here. Kill me. Get it done. >> Stop. >> What you waiting, man? Get it done, man. That's my Get it done. I'm not playing. Kill me. >> You going to have to kill me, bro. I'm real. I know who you with. You going have to kill. I'm be honest with you. Going to have to kill me, bro. You going to have to kill me. Y had to kill me, dude. Y had to kill me. Y. Shoot that. I'm telling you, bro. Shoot that [ __ ] What do you think this going to do to >> What do you think this going to do? >> I don't I don't know. My girl out there, bro. Real might have to do something, but she ain't going nowhere. She ain't going nowhere. Brian, that's crazy. You a black man. You the first [ __ ] to pull that out. That's crazy to me. But cool. But cool. But cool. You have to be, bro. Why my girl getting arrested for, >> dude? Why my girl getting arrested for? She ain't abused me. >> I didn't get assaulted. >> Hey, I didn't get assaulted. Hey, you got to relax, bro. >> Yo, y'all try that funny [ __ ] the last time, but y'all about to kill me. Where my son? I'm from New York. I get it. I get it with police and all that. Got me [ __ ] up. Got me up, brother. Man, I'm trying to tell you. She come out of here. We shooting these. We shooting these. Me and you and you. We shooting these real. That got meed up. That got meed up. That got meed up. That got me. Back up off me, brother. Man, back up me, bro. Cuz I ain't going to hold you. I've been through it with 10 cop, 20 cop, 30 cops, bro. Feds, FBI, all that, bro. I don't give a about that, bro. That's why I had to get that gun on me, bro. That got me [ __ ] up, bro. Cuz you really going to take my girl? Real [ __ ] bro. >> I don't know what's going on. For real. >> You got to relax, man. >> Y'all did this [ __ ] to me the last time, bro. >> That's we telling you. It's not >> Hey, bro. I can't I don't got no money to get my girl out, bro. >> Listen, man. That's what we trying to tell you, bro. You got to get >> Think about that, my >> You got to chill. Think about that, my >> listen. >> Think about that. >> Think about that. Y not think about that. Y kids and your wife. >> You got two. >> Yo, bro. Real my like Yo, bro. I don't respect them, bro. I don't respect, bro. >> Let me call. >> Yo, bro. I can't. >> I can't. What the Yo, bro. Right now, bro. >> Just go, my [ __ ] Just go. Sir, let me talk to you. >> Let me talk to you. >> Like, I don't got no money to get around. I got to work tomorrow. I'm going to lose my job. >> Understand? >> Like, yo, don't give a conviction, [ __ ] I'm not dumb, >> sir. Sir, >> from New York, I conviction. I want that money. >> Yo, you talking about sir, my [ __ ] Yo, bro. You talking about sir, bro. I got a little work. >> I got the handle and you locking my girl up for what? >> For what? Like for what? I told you she ain't taught me. Like, yo, bro. Yo, bro. Yo, bro. Stop speaking to me, man. Let me go get my son. Stop speaking to me, bro. Out my house. Get my son. Get the out my house. Get the out my house. >> Get out my house. >> All right. I know. I just watched you get dressed. I got to take your phone from you. It will go in your property and you will be able to access it. Okay. I'm just going to double check. I don't have anything else on me. My son, bro. Mying son, bro. >> My son. I'm pregnant. Y'all can't be doing this [ __ ] man. How about being scared? I've never been arrested. >> Understand? >> Please. I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. >> Can one of y'all help me with a seat belt, please? Thank you. >> I didn't do anything. I'm going to have to go all the way to the other side and yank it. It's like folded up, so it's not I'm about to panic. >> You're okay. >> I'm about to panic. I'm about to panic. Why you tell me they was going to arrest me? >> Why didn't you tell me this over water? >> Watering plate, man. This is mad uncomfortable, bro. Can you Bro, these is mad tight. Like, don't know. I made sure that my fingers could fit through them and they're double locked. >> Bro, one of them is tighter than the other. You're not about to tell me different. Turn your upper body that way. >> This one's tighter than this one. >> It's cuz you got sleeves lower down. Look. Two fingers. Two fingers. I can't do it any tighter than that. Luc, >> y'all just want some money. That's a no. >> Look, there it go. From the temper tantrum to the breakdown to y'all y'all just want money. That's why y'all arrested me. The the personality switch so fast. >> If I don't get any money out of this mying son, bro. Mying son. I bet she wish she did eat them nuggets out that freezer now. I bet she wish she heated those nuggets up and just ate out another day. My son. Yo, get me to this police station now. >> Yo, I never been in jail, bro. I don't know how to be in this video. There be crackheads in this mother. Nobody better touch me. I'm birth to my son. I will knock somebody the out, bro. Bro, >> just wait till you get there so you can talk all that to them so they don't touch you then. The cops don't care. >> Oh my god. Give me crackheads in here. Give me dope fiends in here. Like, bro, nobody better touch me. Nobody better look at me funny. Nobody. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. Bro, I can't breathe, bro. I don't know when I'm going to get out this mother, bro. You're breathing. >> I don't know. How do I get out? I don't know how I get out. Oh my god. Y'all arrest people out here foring water. New York could never could never. >> And that's why she'll still be in trouble for a while because what? They're not arresting you for water. They're arresting you for throwing objects and, you know, violating someone's body with battery, but it's not just water. Now, had it been that she only poured water, no, I've already seen it. You still would have got arrested. It is what it is. You can't do it. And then you call the police. So, he didn't call the police on you for putting water on him. You called the police and then now you're going because of what you did. But, it was a plate thrown at him and it was water. But the fact that she can't see how she was wrong in this, I just feel like there's more jail in her future until you figure out you can't act like that. >> New York, I forgot the South is racist as I ain't eating a wholeing I don't even know. Haven't had an appetite since I don't even know. Now I'm about to be in this till the morning or the afternoon with no food. Like, bro, I'm about to go crazy. She was charged with simple battery, simple assault, and cruelty to children in the third degree, then taken straight to the Deob County Jail. >> And see, cuz she did it in front of her kid cuz there's already a kid in the apartment and I think she said she's pregnant as well. So now on top of the battery assault, you also have cruelty to children. That does not help you out at all. And then as they say, this case was far from over. So let's continue. >> But this case was far from over. >> So we're going to go over here next to the red box. You got to stay behind the yellow line. The nurse and the intake officer will come out here. They'll ask you a couple of questions and there'll be the little like tip of your nose CO squad thing. And then we'll have to wait on the COVID test. They do a COVID test for everybody that comes in. If you decline the COVID test, then you go into quarantine and it slows the whole process down. But it's like not the one that goes all the way up your nose. It's the one that's like right at the tip of your nose. And then we got to wait on that test result and then we get to go in. Once you go inside, the cuffs still get to come off. >> Meanwhile, her boyfriend and the girlfriend's aunt showed up at the Dunwy Police Department to discuss the arrest. >> And here we go. The part that y'all were waiting on. What happened to the boyfriend? And if you didn't see it, cuz I had looked down and I missed it this time, but I've already watched it before. The last thing he did on camera before they switched to the girlfriend was he yanked the door open and snatched something out of the cop, female cop's hand that was in his apartment or he did something towards her. So all that tough acting. Yes. Like lovable Scorpion said, get ready to laugh cuz you was acting tough. Excuse me. Excuse me. For real. Y'all came and arrested my niece and she has a child at home. She did nothing wrong. And this is this is very dramatic. She does not need to go to jail for nothing. >> Nobody's getting unarrested. Okay. What happened has happened. The investig I'm here to tell you right now >> what happened. >> Put your hands behind your back cuz you're under arrest. Why? >> Why? Stay away from him. What did I do? >> Yes. Noonsense cop entered the chat. I'm ready for it. For >> obstruction behind your back. >> No, I argue in argument. Ain't no argument. I got you. >> You getting for obstruction and conduct out there. >> You should get to the point where my officer sits here worried about the safety of another officer out there and pulls his taser out. >> Listen to me. And then you go racing inside that apartment and yank your baby out of her hands. >> No, I didn't yank baby. No, I ganked them out in question. So, >> do not run. Wait, wait, wait. Sir, sir, sir. >> And then y'all want to come out here and start >> Wait, wait, wait. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. All right. Can we put I'll get I'll get in. I'll get in. Can I speak to you, sir? Cuz you the boy. Can I speak you? All right. He listen to me. Don't put me with Long story short, it was just a everybody was under I was very aggravated cuz you got to think about it. I don't know. I didn't know what the what was about to happen and who was there. you and what other one what other you y'all know what what I was just going through stressed out y'all don't cuz I like I said I'm not from here I didn't know what was about to happen I didn't know if I was getting tuck in if he was if she was getting tuck in if my son was getting tuck in like I said and like I explained to you two gentlemen I told y'all it didn't have whatever happened we did not assault each other I didn't put my hands on her I didn't she didn't put her hands on me I said that from the jump I was very very angry because I didn't know what was about to happen And now I got to work tomorrow. And I messed around be on the verge. I lost my last job. I'm be on the verge of losing this job because of my attendance. And now >> there's a difference between battery and assault. >> Uhhuh. >> The throwing plate when someone is placed in fear of battery is when uh hands are placed on someone. >> And so in the actions that she took tonight throwing plates and whatnot in the heat of an argument, that's an assault. >> All right. Now, let me explain one more. I'm going to explain this to you is as us we're mandated reporters and we're bound by the law >> that whenever there's evidence of a crime when it happens to be in domestic violence take on >> we don't have a choice you have to you have to >> we got zero choice so >> yeah definitely definitely >> so when that choice has to be made by us >> yeah definitely I understand >> it's nothing that we take lightly >> I get I get it >> and it's nothing that we're like man we want to go and lock everybody up >> but hold on listen to me But the thing I'm saying is that when that choice is made, >> you got to figure out how to control yourself. >> Control yourself. Yeah, definitely. Definitely. >> And when you sit there and go and start raising up on my officers, then there's a problem. >> No, I ain't going to lie, man. >> I'm not going to lie either. There's a problem. >> Stressed out, man. Like, you got to think about it. >> I got to I got to work them all. I mean, listen, man. >> I understand. I get it. But the thing that I'm telling you is you got to figure out how to calm yourself. >> Calm myself, definitely. >> But when you come to the police department >> and you start smacking on police cars. >> Wait, wait. went back. >> Oh, thank you. I ain't touch I heard him go forward and I heard >> Oh, no, no, no. I ain't touch No. What we thought we heard was her screaming. So that's why we rushed up like that. Wait, wait, hold on. Let me make sure nobody point her head. Yeah, that's >> We thought we heard >> that's why I said we Oh, you didn't hear us when we got behind the car? We said, "Oh, my bad. We thought you didn't hear us say we thought we thought." >> But I saw But I saw you running up like >> No, I I thought she was in that car. I'm No problem, brother. I know. >> You know what I'm saying? >> But I But like everybody cool, man. Like like what I told her, if you want questions, you call. Do not ever But you got to run up to the police department when that out there is >> and they're investigating stuff. >> Yeah, definitely. Definitely. That was my >> You got to You have to figure out how to calm yourself down. >> Yeah, definitely. >> To the point that >> you can start thinking and talking rationally. >> Yeah. Yeah, definitely. >> You can't let yourself get up like this, >> especially >> because that out there has put you into this position. >> We came here >> because I'm going to I'm going to explain to you. Hold on. Stop. Let him talk. So what what I'm telling you now is because our next steps that we was that we were actually about to go and do >> was go and take warrants >> for your arrest. >> For real. >> After I found out what happened then I'm like we're going to go and take warrants for you. You boss here, right? >> All right. Listen, let me talk to you as a man to man. You got kids, right? >> Man, I ain't talking. I ain't bringing kids into this. >> No, I understand. Do you got kids? >> I ain't bringing kids in your kids. >> I'm not going to do that. Long story short, only thing is was getting me tight was you got to think about it. >> Your girlfriend being brought out of a household over argument. >> I get it. >> That that that that that's very stressful. You got to think about it for real. That's very stressful. It >> is. >> And I got to a point, I ain't going to lie, brother. >> You know, I ain't going to lie. I got to a point I was very stressed out. I got started getting angry. I ain't going to lie. Cuz at the end of the day, I never been put in a situation like that. I never been put in a situation where I gota >> see my girl go out and cuff real real stuff. >> That's that's stressful. And especially when I got to be will pay this money. I got to pay this money tomorrow. Well, whenever it is, you know what I mean? Like I said, rent >> now. You got to pay double. So, you're stupid. It doesn't matter. Like you there's no excuse for how you acted. This is this is dumb. Then you come up to cause more problems. They said you was slapping vehicles when you came up to the police station. you did this. You made the conscious decision. And yep, he did say that. He said, "Tase me. Shoot me. Y'all going to have to kill me." That's exactly what he said. Now the little wrist jewelry come out and it's, "Oh, I was frustrated. Y'all got to see where I'm coming from." No, you need to see where you coming from so you don't act like this again. This is stupid. >> Today, you know what I mean? Cuz my bill's doing a third. I'm already late. >> I get it. >> You know what I mean? So, listen. It's just >> I get it. But the thing is is that at 4:30 in the morning. >> Yeah, I understand. >> When the police are called for domestic, >> obviously we're called to a domestic. So listen listen during that investigation. >> Okay. >> So wait, y'all going to sit here and try to during that investigation? During that investigation. >> Are y'all serious, >> ma'am? I could already see it. >> For real. Like hear me out for real, sir. Hear me out. All right, cool. I got >> They let you talk for >> Sorry. They let you talk for too long. Nobody wants to hear anything else. And that's the thing with people that act dumb. They never wait to listen to understand. They just want to keep talking and talking. Shut up. I know. Happy tears. Oh, it was embarrassing. Tucking was Tucking was so embarrassing to me when he kept saying my my baby got tooken, my girlfriend got to. I was like, "Oh, please be quiet, please. You understanding me then? You did. You tell you understanding me. >> I was trying to get you to calm down and now look what you got yourself into. >> Listen. Look what Look what you did to understand. >> Look what you did. Like I said by real stuff. I know people make mistakes and some people don't mean it when they say sorry. My bad. by put at this point now that this is the decision that >> so wait put me in that car ain't gonna make it no difference but I'm like for real you gonna make me lose my job >> I'm not going to make you do nothing >> all right my decision you right I'm going to lose my job though I got to figure out how to get my girlfriend out >> that's another thing I hear a lot of people on body cam say they get arrested for one night and they say they going to lose their job every time to me that's a red flag I'm like because even the most strictest of jobs you can miss some time and then you know you can't get a lot. You can't rack up a lot but a lot of you know they have like the no-shows and you can get so many. So that means to me you've already not done well on your job and you have a history if this is the time that you're about to get fired because you can't make it to your job. They don't go they don't usually go straight to fire unless they already don't want you there or you have a history. So every time they say that I'm like well what did you do at your job that this is the day that they were going to fire you cuz you can't show up this day right now? how I'm going to get myself out. I can't think about that. So, for real. >> No, no, no. >> It's not for me to think about. >> So, what am I supposed to do, man? For real. >> You tell me, man. Like, you sat there and when you took those actions, that should have been the point when you sat there and how old are you? >> I'm 25. >> You should have sat there and stood there like a 25 year old man and sat there and stopped and been like, you know what? Like when he sat there and told you, >> "Hey, man, go inside and take care of your child." But instead, you sat there and kept moving up on him. closing the distance to where he sat there and felt like you were a threat to him. You almost got tased and then you sat there and backed up, turned around and stormed inside the apartment. >> Once she was out, y'all let me go back in there, right? Correct. >> Yeah. >> You turned around and stormed in there. >> It's my apartment. I can't storm my own apartment. >> That's That's fine. But it's the mannerisms that we do. And you sat there and >> placed her worry that you were sitting there going to go and hurt her. She's in the She don't know. >> What the hell? >> She got a body camera on, right? Wait, wait. Does she have a body camera on? >> Play that back. >> That's what I'm trying to explain to you. >> So all of our actions and then after they're leaving out, you come out holding your child screaming and hollering. >> Dan, that's [ __ ] up. That's wrong. What's wrong with that? >> That That's not That I can't say that's [ __ ] up. That's wrong. I was on my way actually to her house to drop my son off and come over here. >> 5:00 in the morning, >> sir. Like be honest, do y'all just want a conviction rate? Be honest with me. Oh, people get on my nerves. There's disturbing the peace. There's disorderly conduct. They don't want to just arrest you. They actually, especially the ones on the scene, were like, "Please, can you stop? Please just stop. We don't want this. Calm down. Let's talk about it." So you now you're talking about a conviction rate. What are you talking about? First of all, the cops don't care about that. That's what prosecutors care about. Um, it's hard to respond respond to stupidity because they already he started out with a dumb statement. So, it just already is too much. >> For real. >> Nothing with a conviction rate. Ain't nothing about going taking people to jail or not. >> That's what I'm saying. >> Taking anybody. >> I can't speak for somebody and their kids. Like, don't you think at least one parent need to be home with their kid? Like >> I were and I yo I can't I honestly y gave me a car and walked off. Y I ain't say call who. You ain't give me a number to call to see where my girlfriend was going, what jail she was going to. You didn't tell me nothing. So I had to come back over here. >> We would have if you didn't throw the car on the throw the card on the ground and then storm off and start huffing and puffing about her going to jail. >> Honestly, only reason why I start storming off because you told me what I asked you. >> That's what I told you. We're done. >> Explain this to you. So, what's going to happen from here now, man? I'm moving out of this. As soon as I get out of this jail, I cannot do it. >> This is what I'm about to This is what I'm about to tell you. >> You serious, sir? Like, for real, just tell me you serious, man. >> Has a heart attack. >> Wow. And this how coming at me, man. >> So, listen to me. I'm talking to you. I haven't sat there and raised my voice at you. I'm explaining it to you. Now, your child is with her, correct? >> My son go, >> right? >> My son is good. >> Okay, good. So, he's going to go and empty your pockets out, make sure you got nothing on you. He's going to go put you in the car and he's going to take you down to jail. >> I respect that. I respect that >> because of our >> actions. I understand that. You know what I'm saying? >> Okay. birthday 518, >> man. That's right. There you go. Go >> ahead. Check my practice, man. >> Yo, did you hear the light on me? >> Huh? >> All right. Face inside right here. >> Oh, yeah. Hansen. Yeah. I was going to say, shine a light real quick, Hans. >> Oh, man. Bro, >> you got the flashlight. >> Yeah. Got a breeze. All right. That's up, bro. I ain't going to lie. Ied up, bro. That's it. You >> appreciate it. Like, yo, bro, how the [ __ ] I'm going to get this out, man? He ended up facing his own charges, disorderly conduct and obstruction, and was taken to the Deob County Jail for booking. made the situation go smoother than what it already is. >> Hell yeah. >> Candy got your mama, >> huh? >> That's your mama. >> Is that my mama? >> Yeah, you my son. >> No, that's that's his lady. >> Oh, I can catch my tongue on that one. Well, you know my mama, man. Georgia. Okay, they deserve each other. Charges make sense to me. Um, don't know how he's going to be moving anytime soon if he's about to lose his job for missing some hours. And also, he said he can't afford to get her and him out. He couldn't afford to get her out. That's why he already had his little crash out and everything. Um, so yeah, don't don't picture him moving anytime soon unless he gets evicted from that apartment and has no choice, right? They Yeah, maybe they'll move back to New York. Yeah. But okay y'all, that was the last one. Um, I should see you tomorrow morning. I may see you this evening, but tomorrow morning will be more of the more like this type of tone of body cams. But if I see you this evening, that's the trigger warning time. So, you know, just if you see me in the afternoon and evening, it's probably trigger warning. So, just prepare yourself. Don't watch those if those are too too much for you. But, all right. Yeah. Thank you, Pino Rules. Um, and thank you everybody. I will see y'all soon. All right. Bye.
