Gardens has there been any other losses connected with Zen Gardens apartment complex or zen garden LLC yes you caught me okay this is Zen Garden's answer to have y'all ever been involved in another lawsuit under Zen Garden right he said not that we know of but it's worth mentioning that Rachel Breyers has a lawsuit um and it was related to a road accident where the construction of the pavement of the road was not done correctly so it was related to the construction side of the project the attorney Scott's attorney said who paved the road zen garden said originally it was paved by scope Industries and his subcontractor um and it says he did not do a English is not his first language it says he did not do a right job and the striping and everything was off in my knowledge and that's where this accident occurred and we had to um I'm sorry and they were not able to come back and rectify that so we had to independently hire another company to repave or Rectify that error attorney says do you know why the contractor wasn't able to come back zen garden said it was directly contracted with school Industries it was not with zen garden so he never came back so maybe School Industries can answer it better but that was my understanding that's that's a little teaser for Friday was in this deposition y'all so just hopefully y'all understand why y'all need to see this Erica is actually Highly Educated from Auburn University and she once called herself a pastor take a listen to this so if I graduated from Auburn Auburn is a high school Cam Newton played football there Bo Jackson Charles Barkley so it's a legendary SEC school for athleticism so it was Athletics was always available to me sports management and sports so this woman was doing okay she was doing okay she was highly educated which I know they don't make don't have to do with common sense um like I said working as a PR person or something on wild 'n out baby that's talking about her being a
