All right. Hey, welcome in. Welcome in. Okay, so if you do not like to hear talking during police body cam videos, I will have the videos linked in the description box so you can just go straight to those um at the end of this live. All right, so the first one up we have cop gets defensive after crashing into a senior citizen. Um this was in Homestead, Florida. Here's a thing. Well, you know what? We'll watch together. We'll go from there. >> Down. Calm down. >> Why are you taking calm down? >> Why are they How about Why is he >> chill chill calm down? Okay, just calm Calm down. Calm down. >> Hit the bus. >> Um, first and foremost, are you okay? >> No, I'm pissed. >> Okay. Um, because I'm so [ __ ] terrible. It's supposed to take a butt off. >> But other than that, but you're okay. I mama >> cuz I if you watch the cycle, the light. >> Mhm. >> When I'm going I'm I'm getting ready to make a left turn. There's no traffic coming. I proceed to turn and she's in the >> I assume you're in the I'm going making a left as I'm getting ready to make a left. If you look at the lights, I got a steady camera. >> Hello. She only speak Spanish. She only speak Spanish. just let her know we have Miami Fire Rescue coming over here to um to check her out. Could you ask her if she's okay for me? >> She said she's fine. She's fine. But you know, she has diabetes. So, it's better to get it checked. She has diabetes and all that. >> But yeah, she's okay. She can walk. She just wants to get that. We just want her to get checked cuz if it does get infected, she has diabetes and it um >> you have her info. Okay. And >> you guys are family? >> Yes. Grandma. Okay. Again, we're going to have fire come out. We're gonna have another person come out, document it and and everything like that. >> What happens in this in this case? >> We're gonna get we're gonna have somebody come talk to you and you're going to give you the case number and everything like that. We can exactly know what happened. >> Uh the traffic crash investigator is going to come over here and he's going to be back. >> Okay. >> Hello. >> People away from me. >> What? the family. >> You freaking weird. >> How do you do that? >> If you have them speaking to her, you >> I get what you're saying, but >> she's also we we have a language barrier. We have that issue. >> Hey, I just wanted to notify you of a non um on duty 17 involving a marked police vehicle. I'm still 55 pedestrian stuff. AIOU is getting called out. We're at Northwest 15th Street and 6th Avenue. Okay, I'm going to start adding my thoughts right now. Um, all right. So, the cop that has the ponytail that's on the thumbnail, she hit the suitcase apparently. That's what she's saying at least. the suitcase of the pedestrian that's is an elderly woman that's Spanish speaking and allegedly according to the cop she was basically jaywalking. She wasn't on a crosswalk and the cop had the green light. So with those things happening it's like hey sometimes things happen if you were going at a normal rate of speed and this happened. The ladies, you know, she's walking, she's talking, she's a little she's shaken up, she's going to get seen by medical. Um it's like dang, you know, I just I wish that hadn't happened. But also like as the cop like of course I never want to hit anyone or hit their things, but you know, like there's no there's beyond that, not much is happening. But this cop that hit the suitcase of the lady at at minimum, she is beyond like super angry, right? And she's like fussing at her colleagues. She's to me, you'll see it. I I feel like she's doing the most in this situation because now being shaken up and nervous. I get it's that she's like mad and challenging the people that are trying to figure out what's going on in the scene that is weird to me. And later based on some things that she says, I'm like [snorts] there's other problems then. That's what looks like it's happening to me. But we can't really hear too much what's going on. But that is a situation that happened right now. It's a lot of wind. Then you have um if you don't speak Spanish, you're not obviously going to understand what they're saying. Um but we'll keep going. Just kind of setting up what's happening so far. >> Uh it's officer Stevenson. The pedestrian is mobile. I fire rescue is here. AIU is already notified and in route and I'm making my notification to you. I'll send an email. I'm going have Q grab all the information. Okay. >> Are you going on 1259? >> I'm okay. Damage over. Sir, >> record toxicology. three times more elderly cuz all I was going to do is go get >> See this is another example like the people that are looking are like okay her peer that we looking at her body cam from. She's like, "Hey, look, sometimes things happen. You got the people checking out the lady in the back right now. The lady is still standing, right? Um, her demeanor does not match the situation." Like, okay, the lady was wrong. If she did jaywalk, did you try to check on her? Did you go into immediately being mad? And I'mma go ahead and say it. I think she went to immediately being mad cuz she has a history in her department of something. I don't know what it is, but she got a history of something with her department. And that's why she can't do anything but only think about herself in this moment and be combative with even the people that are regularly talking to her that are part of her department. They're not um accusing right now. They're not doing anything, but she's already so defensive. And I'm like, hm, you you have a history with your department. I don't know whose fault that is, but this is not appropriate on how you you're still in uniform. Even if you don't feel it as just a human, you're in uniform. There's a certain decorum you're supposed to show to the public. And then you go rant and rave off body cam to maybe you got a couple friends at the department you want to rant and rave to, but you don't do that. here now. And I think that's probably the problem she has with her department is she don't know when to button up. [laughter] And she says she's fine, but then after she Turn push push to the green. Check it. Mine front left. Yep. >> Nope. You can see the where I caught our luggage on the front left. Transport to the hospital. Still want me to stay on scene, right? >> Cross that bridge when we get there. >> Okay. >> I don't think she is, but she is. >> I heard him go rescue. >> Hey, you guys are transporting? >> Uh, rescue is Yeah. >> Want to park? >> Okay. >> Walk it up. She wants to go get checked out for her wrist. >> She was driving to the wrist. >> Yeah, >> you're going to hang out on scene with me. Uh, she's getting transported. Q's going with her. >> You have to scream at her cuz she can't really. >> Okay. So, I'm going to go ahead and skip this cuz most of it will be in Spanish, but I will let you know that the officer is questioning the lady who speaks Spanish. He speaks Spanish. Um, he like they said, he has to kind of yell because she's hard of hearing. The other two ladies get a little they do a little too much, but just like talking wise, like you know, she he's like, "Hold on, I have to still ask these questions. I don't care how obvious they sound." He's under the impression that she was also driving at first. Later gets it all straightened out that she was walking, not driving. and the cop, the other police officer was the one driving. So, he gets all that straightened out. So, I'm going to go past that point to get back to the to how this uh police officer is behaving cuz that is the main focus of this. So, let me skip some. >> And see, I don't even like how she's staring down the lady that she almost hit, but it was might have been the lady's fault. I get that. But I don't even like how she is allowed to look at her like this while this happens. Like take she needs to go to the side. Like I don't I don't know. >> I like the screen which is the light the light that I had. >> Right. So she's going northbound. You're trying to make a left hand turn. >> Yep. questions. You don't have to be upset. I have to ask the tough questions. Listen, if >> I have to ask the questions. That's my job. >> They're medical. They're going to ask, "Are you okay?" They're going to check her head out, check her, you know, take her to the hospital. I'm the police. I have to ask these questions. I'm not trying to come off rude, but I have to kind of yell cuz you said she's hard hearing. Okay. Okay. >> Yes. >> When I hit her, she wasn't in the crosswalk. >> Yeah, she says here. >> I know cuz I hit her here and those suitcase were there. >> Yeah. So, you're coming making a left hand turn. >> I have a green light. Okay. They didn't have a steady red. >> When I went to turn after the car passed by, I turned. I made the left. A, she's not in a golf club. B, she hasn't [ __ ] stopped, >> right? Like right now, it stopped. >> It has been. When I turned it, cuz I looked to make sure there was nothing there, but you're not even in the [ __ ] bus. >> I thought it was vehicle against vehicle. That's why I was like looking around like what? Where? She said she came from here. I'm like, you were parked here. I don't get it. >> No, I clipped her suitcase and that's what >> Oh, her suitcase was here. She was dragging the suitcase and I clipped her suitcase. >> Makes sense. All right. I get what happened. >> She I I know she's trying to travel over here on foot. You're making a left hand turn. >> Yes. Not even in the cross. >> You clipped her suitcase and she fell down. That's how her injuries occur, >> right? >> Got it. Well, Sergeant wants me to uh follow >> I know >> um to the hospital relay that information wasn't in a crosswalk. >> Yeah, let let me get my phone. You're back. >> I tried to relay the information, but she wants it she wants I guess uh the traffic unit to kind of do her thing, but I just try to since I speak Spanish, I try to relay what I gathered from what happened, but she's busy doing her phone calls and stuff like that. So, um, again, she wants traffic to come and kind of do his questioning and stuff like that. >> Okay. So, that seems like that's fair cuz they do have traffic. They'll ask the appropriate questions, but he kind of got what's going on in the scene so far. He's not being accusatory towards this police officer. Um, her demeanor just still doesn't it doesn't match yet for me. Lovable Scorpion says she might be mad because she feels they are showing more attention to the victim. She could be. She could be. I just feel like since the victim wasn't in a car, they should be showing the victim more attention. And I don't even know if that would be a victim. I'm not even saying that lady's necessarily a victim cuz she if she wasn't in a crosswalk, you know, that is a danger of crossing the street not in a crosswalk. She's the She's a a injured person possibly, you know, not but not even like an actual victim, but she's being so I feel like they have a history with her. That's the only way I can put it. >> What she's going to say, >> right? Well, that's that's what she told me in Spanish that she started from here and the accident occurred. >> That needs to be related to this. >> Yeah. Is it Israel? I think it's traffic. All I was going to do is give you a promo thing. >> Yeah. >> I don't miss those parades, bro. >> It's not just bad, bro. Like, [ __ ] man. >> Yeah. >> You know me. I'm a safe [ __ ] driver. >> Yeah. It It ruins your day, you know? But it is what it is, you know? Maybe there's a sometimes things happen for a reason. You know what I mean? Um that that should include >> get a break back and start citing these people for improper >> they're going to they're going to fly her to Jackson >> cuz she fits the criteria according to fire. >> What sort of criteria is that? >> I guess cuz the head injuries I guess. >> Just don't um have patience. You know what I mean? >> I got patience. >> Yeah. It's it's an it's it could it easily could have been avoided, but it is what it is. You know, what can we do? >> Just come off with a magic eraser outside. The only reason she's being airlift is because of criteria of her age and heart rate. That's it. She was younger. All right. So, they're explaining to the officer this is the reason the woman's being airlifted. Obviously, in the in the service, she looks fine, but they say her age and heart rate, so she has to be airlifted. The both the male officer and the other woman officer that walked up were like, "Oh, she's going to be airlifted." Okay. cuz they also they're not making this more of a big deal than it is, which is why I'm unsure of why this officer is acting like this towards them as well because we get it. She said you could probably use a magic eraser and get the little scratch off the car because it just hit the suitcase. She she's saying it didn't hit the lady. I don't know if they have a dash cam. That would help as well. Um, if all this was was less than literal a literal fender bender, what is all the extra animosity for? That is my main question with this cop. >> She was going to kick me back to station. >> What? >> Okay, now pay attention to this question and this conversation. This officer is telling her they're taking her car back to the station and she is not happy about it. It must be that they can use these for personal time too because I think they said she was heading from her house to a car wash which does not seem like that's a problem. She might be one of the ones they can take their their police cars home but she is highly upset that they are taking her car in. Um so just listen to the conversation. Let me know your thoughts about that part too. But look at how she talks to the lady that didn't make the decision on her car going back, but she has to deliver the message. They're taking your car. There's no, dude, there's a car at the station for me. >> Um, I don't know. >> And when is this new policy? >> Huh? >> When do they start selling our cars for or actually it's like this. >> My AI supervisor Israel, when do you guys start towing our cars? >> They want the car sold. John, >> the supervisor does. >> I don't know what it tells you. I just wanted >> So this is one, two, three people that work in her field that it looks like that she is not able to communicate with in a a better way. >> Know when the policies are changed? [music] >> No, I understand. I just want to know when the policy has been changed. >> I'm not aware of any policies, so I want to wait. >> You're not right. >> Okay, >> perfect. Neither am I. Uh when he gets here, let me walk off. >> So are you do you have a car for me at the station? >> I don't know. I'm here. So I don't know what's happening. >> So if I go back on every 17, every every officer's car has been towed. It's a question. That's it. Sir, I'm going to find out now. Hey, quick question. Um, has a policy been changed about our vehicles being towed after a 17? Okay. Because they've never towed our cars involving uh 17 ever and I'm just trying to get to the bottom of it, but the supervisor is wanting my car towed. Absolutely. It's got a minor scratch from the le minor scratch from the uh actually it's not even scratch. It's it's black transfer from the suitcase cuz I never hit her. I only hit the suitcase. I don't know either. That's why I'm calling to find out because this is all new to me. The last couple of 17s that officers have been involved in, they haven't towed the car. So, I'm just trying to figure it out. If it was a 317 and airbags were deployed and speed was an issue or a fatality. I got to look up the policy, but when I was in traffic, that's what it was. I just want to know I want to know if when the policy was changed. I mean, I know that when we Okay, so whenever we did an airlift for any pedestrian that was hit, we would tow anybody else's car, but she wasn't airlifted due to her injury. She was airlifted due to a elevated heart rate in her age. So, it was No, I understand. But our policy, our policy, what I'm trying to say is our policy is the simple fact of if an airlift is included and it's not because if it's because of injuries and they're critical, we tow the car. But if it's due to precautionary, which this was, we do not tow the car. I understand that. I'm just trying to figure it out on why cuz this is the first I've ever heard of this. No. From my understanding, no. I'll go back and look, but no. No, I have no problem with that. But I'm just curious of why all the [ __ ] sudden it's a change. >> Do you have a policy on uh CHIS for for um now see here's here I have problems and I have also where I can see your points. So right now from this point I can see her point on if she's the only one on a 17 which is sounds like a minor accident maybe code for minor accident or something that's getting their car taken back and other people aren't. I get it. I'm raising eyebrows, right? Why is it just my car? But I feel like she already had this demeanor before it got to that point. So, it's like why why are you being like this towards everybody the including the woman that doesn't work with you that um you know got tapped or her her suitcase got tapped by the car. She ain't did nothing to you. You know, well, she did in the sense of like if she was jaywalking, but you know what I mean? Like she doesn't have a history with this woman. then you also have the same hostility towards your co-workers right now. You bring up a good point if you're the only one that uh their car had to be taken back in a minor accident, but I feel like they're going to explain the um theory behind why her car still has to go back. But I'll also say this, even if that's not the case, I feel like she has already had some issues in her department and she's already being scrutinized more closely. So, anything she gets caught up in, they're going to look at her more closely because I feel like she's been doing some things and this is just another straw on the camel's back is my theory. That's my own personal theory. Now, now you now you're about to ask or she has asked the other female officer in this car, can you tell me the policy of blah blah blah. This woman is out in the field with you. She ain't got to me. She does not have time to go back and look at policies while she's out in the field. If y'all want to do that together at the office, at the station, fine. But right now, she got a order from somebody on the radio. She's relaying it, and you gonna have to eat it until you get back to the station. In my opinion, that's what I'm saying right now. I This is all conjecture. This is all opinion, but this is where my my brain made up the story for me. [laughter] CHS, AIUS, call us, you got a policy for that memo. No, but like our SOPs reference towing cars. >> You're you're talking about internal. >> H you going internal? I >> I want to know where it states in there that if this vehicle is operable and the fact that >> I don't think that's in there >> and the fact that she was only airlifted as precautionary. >> This is how we handle traffic like for the public, not in Germany, >> right? But when has an officer's vehicle ever been towed prior to my incident, unless if it's been demolished, >> the the times when I've told the car is because that car is not operational and a minor minor rub, >> but this is this is the first time I've had a vehicle versus a pet or any type of trauma alert. Even a vehicle versus a vehicle. I've never had it. I'm not >> I know. But >> reference point here. >> Okay. So, the reference point is if any pedestrian was done, okay, even when it's a civilian, it doesn't matter. We hold the cars, okay, until we get a status on that person. If they're done as precautionary, we do not tow cars. That's always been the blanket policy. But now all of a sudden, we're making the exception. >> No, bro. We're not playing this game. >> It's That's an AIU polic. >> It is. But it's okay. It's also above him too. >> Yeah, that's that's an AIU fault. If they want to tow a car, they >> So nowhere in SOPs does it say that? >> The SOP that's here for traffic crash investigation is how we deal with traffic crashes to the public, not internally how we should >> we don't have one internally. >> I don't I don't believe so. I like >> So if there's not one internally, then they're not necessarily violating a policy. Still an interesting question on why you are the exception to the rule. I'm getting some guesses over here. But yeah, they're not violating a policy if there if there is no standard of practice. Then there this you're a case-byase basis is what it sounds like. >> Vehicle and towing, traffic crash investigation. That's how we deal with it with the public, not an internal thing. How we deal with that? Oh, city vehicle crashes. Hold up. If serious injuries or death shall forward photographs city manager VI chain of track involving HPD vehicle on duty shift fleet 24 hours crash outside the on duty supervisor shall be notified. So, nowhere in there does it say about towing my car? >> Doesn't say he can either. >> That's a question for >> That sounds like a question for the chief. >> Well, you have a chain of command. >> Mhm. You have an issue. You don't want to talk to about >> her coworker is really trying to give her the best advice she she can. Use your chain of command cuz sometimes people in your chain are not the ones you can go to if they're targeting you. That's why you have a chain. So, you go, you know, keep going up. Yes, but the coworker is trying to tell her like you got to be real sure because if you are just perceiving things to be a certain way and you're not sure, use your chain of command. Uh um because that could just go back to you being the hostile coworker versus it being a hostile work environment towards you. So, you got to be very careful with that. Plus, I don't like how she's sitting here fussing at the coworker or who or the sergeant. That might be her sergeant, but the sergeant didn't make the call. She referenced a a he that made the call u about her car being towed. Why does the sergeant have to go back and forth with you about a call that was already made above her head? And like she said, the policy doesn't say that they can't tow your car. So, yeah. And I'm like, um, Janetta said maybe they want to see the dash cam. Maybe they do in this instance because the woman was walking. They just want to make sure was it did it seem like it was just her suitcase? It could be that. Um again, it could be because of her some past actions. She seems a little aggressive. So, she might already be on some type of either probation or um performance improvement plan or something. There's something going on with her. >> I'm addressing it with you. We talk to Victor about it and Yeah. I think I [music] will. >> I just want to know where all the changes come in. Where every other Pearson's vehicle has never been told except for mine. >> That's a hell of a question. And if I'm the exception, >> I want to know why. >> Well, I mean, I don't know the last time we hit a pedestrian. Well, I can understand if we kill him. >> That right there, I left it up so y'all can still see the caption on your screen. The woman, the other coworker said, "I don't know the last time we hit a pedestrian, even if it does turn out just to be her suitcase, but a pedestrian is involved in a minor crash." And she said, "Well, I can understand if we kill him." There's a lot of things between hitting a pedestrian and them dying. So that's I think where it erased the last I had for this woman. I feel like this is her mindset on her calls when she's out and that's why she's being looked at. Or it could be just the fact that she got, you know, it is a pedestrian involved accident. But I feel like because she's already on guard so so hard. I mean, as soon as they showed up on the scene, she was so defensive. I feel like she's already has to be watched. >> But I don't even have a reference point for you. I can't tell you. Hey, well, this guy hit this pedestrian and this is how we handle it. Therefore, why are we doing I don't even have the last time. I can't give one [ __ ] in the last nine years. I can't get >> I've handled city vehicles where we hit pedestrians, not just police vehicles. >> Doesn't matter. It's a city vehicle. You hold it the same same standard. We didn't tow the [ __ ] car. So, if I have to go dig up all those case numbers, I I sure as [ __ ] will. >> I I'veed and >> Oh, yeah. She's in trouble for other stuff. Cuz if you're going to use your time to go dig up old cases about this specifically, you're in trouble for other stuff. And you've been like, I better have my stuff together because they're looking at me. Yeah, she's in trouble. [laughter] >> I need to forward it to. >> So, you can do what you like. working on that answer. >> I'm going to call PDA. >> Okay. But I'm still going to call the PDA. >> I understand. I don't think you understand the [ __ ] that I've been through the past 2 years. Okay. So, >> and there you go. There's a 2year history of whatever's been going on. And that ties back to why was she so defensive in the beginning? something's been happening for two years with her and I'm had she not said some stuff that she said I'd be like you know I know it is hard out there for officers that are women and some other things but I'm looking at how she's treating a fellow woman officer cuz you know you don't it's not just the men out here I'm I'm looking at just how again the pedestrian that she has no history with it's the other things that just leads me to believe are you the problem it's a question though not a statement I'm done. I'm [ __ ] done. >> Yeah. Nobody's doing anything right now. You're getting all >> I just want to know. >> Agreed. I just want to know when all this changed and nobody can seem to give me a [ __ ] answer for this. What's good for one isn't good for another. That's why I have the problem. >> You want me to answer for something that I didn't >> I didn't say you. I didn't say you. I'm just saying, can you find out for me? >> Yeah, that's right. >> Thank you. >> Oh, just so rude. Even a person she wants to have advocate for her. You want her to do this research and find these things out and you are so rude. [laughter] Um, I was going to say that. Dang it. I'mma hit play. I forgot >> you. >> Listen, it's nothing towards you. >> I'm just I'm hot right now. >> I know. A because she wasn't even [ __ ] in the crosswalk. She's improperly crossing the road. I tag her [ __ ] suitcase and now you tow my car because it's precautionary because of her age and her [ __ ] heart rate. Not even not even the [ __ ] injuries. >> So you don't understand how the body works when it becomes a certain age. So although she's a first responder and there's some life-saving techniques that she's supposed to be aware of and some other things, she can't understand how age plays a huge role in someone receiving any type of trauma, even just a shock, not a physical touch or anything. She's dangerous in my opinion. Yeah. A bitter officer is dangerous. Yes. Because she's going to think everything's against her. She's in the right. No one can tell her anything. She's going to make some decisions that are not the greatest. And I remember the other thing I was going to say, let's say other people aren't looked at as hard. A lot sometimes too that goes back to they don't have a history yet. And you get a certain leeway if you don't have a history built up about how you may operate. Her history we know at least is two years worth where they're like, I look into it. Look into it. That's And that's what I'm saying for her. I'm not saying that for everybody. And then therefore, no one's ever targeted at work. But specifically for her, she's she's not helping herself. >> Calm down, >> dude. Calm down. >> Why are you taking my car? >> Fourth officer on the scene that she wants to be combative with. >> Calm down. >> Calm down. >> Why are you taking >> Why are they How about Why is he taking >> Chill? Chill. Calm down. Okay, it's calm. Calm down. Calm down. >> I just want to know that >> when the new one came in, >> it was >> just calm down cuz Is your car here right now? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, just calm down. Can I >> calm down? >> You know me. Okay. I won't talk to you when you're amped up. >> I'm not amped up. Okay. Just >> calm down. All right. So, calm down. >> I just let you know I need the suitcase. The suitcase is over here. >> Over where? >> Over here. >> Okay, cool. >> And she's doing all of this while on body cam. No self-control. She's comfortable doing this much on body cam. >> I'm not worried about that. Okay, just calm down. All right, calm down. Okay. When I'm done doing what I have to do, then I will talk to you about what's going to happen. You know that. >> I know that. >> Okay. >> She scuff mark. >> Yeah. She's coming this way. >> You can see that same scuff mark on the uh car on the car. Okay. So >> to respond to completely you know the full routine she's going >> you coming from home >> h you coming from home so you going south >> which are you going >> south but I need a left >> yeah okay so you're coming south >> I was on my way to a college >> okay so we're coming south making a left H. >> Where was she coming? >> She wasn't in a crosswalk. She was going north. >> Okay. >> From this side. >> From this side. >> Southeast side. She was coming north. >> Okay. >> I had the green light in the left turn straight going west. No traffic was coming through. Steady green for a little bit cuz I had to wait for a car to pass me. >> Okay. As I turned, I'm proceeding to come this way. And I clip her suitcase, which causes her to fall down. She wasn't in the crosswalk anyway. She was this way of the crosswalk because her suitcase ended up over here cuz I carried her suitcase. >> Okay. >> She fell down because I hit her suitcase. I never touched her. So she >> Yeah. 49. >> But born in 49, but they changed the criteria of their airs now. >> Last week. But her injuries was a small laceration to her left hand. She was talking, she was walking, she was no issue. They they they transported her because of her age and her heart rate was up. >> That was it. >> But it looks like an impact on the bag anyway. Okay. >> But Cano interviewed her and she even admits to not being in the crosswalk, but being to the right of where the curb is to cross over >> where the curb is here this way. the the the concrete barrier curve. She was to the right of it crossing over. >> Did you Did you see her? >> No. >> Okay. >> I didn't see her because the other car >> it was in the left lane. >> Okay. >> And it was >> I wasn't even doing 10 miles an hour. >> Okay. Well, I can see that cuz ain't no damage to yours. It's a scuff mark from where you hit the bra. Okay. All right. I'm going get my P. I just look at court ID. >> Okay. They putting no further details at the moment. I feel like she has a history of disciplinary issues. They might be informal. They might not be where the public could access them, but I feel like she got some things going on in her history. See, she must have a history of being a hotthead, too. It's amazing how she as a police officer doesn't want to take accountability, but I'm certain she wants others to be completely accountable. Right. The way she was sticking to that policy, that's somebody you you would you would think they want people to be completely accountable, but she does not to me hold herself accountable. Yes, she is very she's concerned about the inconvenience, but also she said there's she's been going through some [ __ ] for 2 years. So, if there's two years of things we don't know that she's been that has been happening at work and all people can go well for public opinion, all people can go off of is what they see when they encounter you and it's not looking good. And the comments, let me give you a couple of the comments, too. It said um they oh one person said that the other cops let this pathetic excuse for a peace officer stand and glare at the victim is sickening. The selfishness and arrogance of this officer is gross. And in the middle of it all, she's still trying to figure out how to give the old lady she hit citations. Sickening. Her attitude the entire time was sickening. Um, they said somebody said, you know, everyone on the Homestead Police Force hates this woman. The way she's upset about her car being towed might be a sign she's worried they might find something. Her attitude is ugly. I can tell for a fact in the department uh, hates her. She's so worried about the car being towed because of what dash cam will show and show that she's at fault. Then her asking, "So, if I go back on every 17, every officer's car has been towed." nasty attitude makes the entire department look so bad. Somebody said, "Now, imagine if a civilian hit an officer that was crossing the street." And that's the real issue. Um, okay. Yeah. Well, pedestrians have the right of way within reason. If she if that lady hopped out from like just a random part of the sidewalk, then that's why I was saying I don't feel like they necessarily the people on scene blamed her for not knowing that lady was going to just randomly walk out into the street, you know, like. So, in that sense, the cop was would have been good if that's what happened. She would have been okay. Just, you know, shaken up, but okay. because that you can't predict someone's going to randomly walk into the street that's not a crosswalk. Um, okay. She was probably speeding and they want to check the speedometer. I see. I hear you. That could be. Um, I wonder if every time they giving her a command, she's always came back with why. The why question. She probably has. She does seem like that person. Well, I this I [laughter] I'mma leave that one alone, Zach, because I've met some I met some great ones and I've seen some great ones. I feel like it's a uh I'll say case by case basis. All right, so we're about to go to a a crazy one that this is totally off topic from the cop. That's why I was like, it's a mix match today. This one is one that y'all sent me. It says, "The quickest path for a 20-year-old mom to lose custody of her three kids." This 20-year-old is so pathetic to me. She is so pathetic. And I'm going to let you see why. But of course, I'm going also have to interrupt by talking. But I'm going to let you see. This is crazy. Like, how dare you? You ungrateful person. But here we go. her children. >> On March 18th, 2025, officers responded to a hotel following a report of a pregnant woman claiming her mother became physical during an argument and tried to take her young family members. I'm Jack and this is Unpopular. >> Hello. Okay. What's going on? >> Me and my mother had got into it. >> Okay. Can you just keep your hands out of your pockets for me? Sorry. Do you have anything in your pockets? >> Okay, if you don't mind if I just check and then you can keep your hands in your pockets as much as you want. All right, thank you. I appreciate it. You don't have an ID on you, do you? Okay. Is there something about kids going on or so? What's going on with that? >> They're my children. I have three kids. She took my kids. She left with her fiance cuz she knew the police was going coming. But I'm just trying to get my stuff out the window so I can >> So they're already gone? >> Yeah, they left. They're >> okay. And they took the kids. >> Yeah, they took my kids. >> Who is custody of the kids? >> They're in my They have my custody of my kids, but she's been taking care of it. >> So, they have custody of the kids. >> I have custody. >> Okay. >> Like they're my kids. Like, I can take them whenever I want to take them. >> Yeah, I got you. Did you tell them that they could take the kids or? >> No, she couldn't take my kids. She still took my kids. >> Okay. Do you have the key to get into the room? I did. Yeah, I left the key room. Uh cuz when all the confrontation was going on, I got dragged out the room and Yeah. >> You got dragged out of the room. What do you mean by that? >> My mother dragged me out the room. >> Did she hurt you in any way? >> It was a physical fight. So, >> okay. What do you mean by that? Like what happened? >> She came in, she was mad about a window being open. A lot of anger went build up. So, I think that just it just exploded. We just started arguing and then it just lit up the fight. And then she told me to leave. I told her I'm going to leave. And I told her I was going to I wanted to take my children with me. She didn't want to let me take my children. She dragged me out the room. >> How she could drag you out of the room? >> Like drag me out the room. I had a shirt under this place or Oh, I have to take the shirt off. >> She grabbed me by your arm. She grabbed me by your >> She grabbed me by my shirt. I had a shirt under this. >> Were you on your back? Were you on your stomach? On your side? >> I was on my back and I'm pregnant, by the way. And she was kicking me in my stomach. We can see if we can try to get you L into the room at least. >> Well, we'll see if we can get you a a spare key to the room and you can get that information. Whose room? Whose name was on the lease? >> It's in her room. >> It's in her room. It's in her name. >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you think did she take things with her when she left? >> She didn't take nothing. She just knew that the police was being called and she just left. >> How many kids do you have? >> Every kid. >> So, there's more than likely she'll come back to the room. >> We'll see if we can get a room key. Where in the room is your phone? >> Like I was getting ready to take all my stuff out, but she was beating on me as I was taking >> anything else out because she doesn't know what's what and I don't want to get her in trouble, but and also we have legal liabilities we have to follow. So she's going to open the door and you just tell me which phone is yours and I'll take your phone. >> Okay. It's a blue case. It's >> okay. And we'll step right back out. Okay. And I'll try to call your mom, see if we can work this whole thing out. >> Do you need any sort of medical treatment or anything like that? Cuz I know you said you're pregnant. Like, do you need to get checked out by EMS or do you feel okay? >> My adrenaline is high right now, but I think I'm okay. >> What? >> Do you know if you have any like bruises or does anything hurt or do you feel okay? >> My stomach feel weird. But >> feels weird. How far along are you? >> Like 3 months. >> Okay. >> Where's the phone? >> That's all my stuff right there. But >> were y'all throwing stuff around or >> I was picking my stuff up to leave. >> Okay. When she dragged you out, like were you standing right now? >> Right here where I am. Okay. When you say it started getting physical, can you just run me through it again? >> Like were y'all shoving before? Were y'all was there some sort of verbal like cursing and stuff? Did you push her? She push you. Like how did you get on the floor? That type of stuff. >> Oh. Well, she started to put her heads on me first. First I was letting her beat on me. Then I started to defend myself. >> What do you mean by she was beating on you? I know you said she dragged you or something. Like she was fighting me like >> like punching you or Okay. Where was she punching you? >> All around. Just all around the room. >> Where was she punching you at? On your body. >> It was like everywhere like >> Okay. >> Vague, vague, vague. >> You said your stomach and she was choking me. >> You said she was choking you. Was your mom like saying anything when any of this happened? Like when you guys were fighting and stuff? >> She was saying a lot. >> What was she saying? Right. >> Did she say anything about how she was going to take the kids or No, she just grabbed them or >> No, she was telling me to take my kids and then when she finds out the police is on the way, she takes my kids. >> Y'all have cameras outside? >> I have cameras. I don't know what I've caught, but we can look at them and see. >> Tag number also for the vehicle or >> we never ask for license plates. We only get make and model usually. >> We might need to look at the video footage just to see. >> You can come into the office and take a look at that. Oh, >> all right. So, the officer believes that she's lying. Thank goodness for some video cameras and we'll get to the rest as well. But that officer off the bat, that lady said, "We got video camera." They walk into the office and he's like, "She's lying." >> You can come into the office and take a look at dog. >> She lying. >> Oh, >> no. No one dragged her out of the room. So, you see her take trash out with >> here. You want me to go back? >> No, I'll I'll tell her. So, you see her take trash out with the kid >> and then the mom tells her. She walks out of the room, the mom's pointing her finger, yelling at her, and now she's just pacing back. >> Yeah. This is when she got >> She never got drugged out of the room. >> Okay. >> This is when she got my attention. >> I suspect the mom was the pacing >> may have taken the kids because of the argument, but >> And here they are. Now they're leaving. >> That's the male that's staying there. >> Mhm. >> A stepdad. Supposedly, >> they're arguing. [snorts] Nobody dragged her. Nobody even touched her. I >> mean, she jumped back. >> So maybe somebody reached out for >> Where are the kids? >> Didn't see them, but they're short. >> I don't think there was enough time for them to come out of that. >> He goes back in. >> He don't have the key. So he's >> You're going to get the key. There's more to this than what he's saying. There's something that doesn't matter. >> Oh, look. Here she is with the kid. Here's the kid. >> One, >> two, three. So she tries to go outside. Yeah, >> they're probably saying you're not taking the kids. >> Yeah. >> So maybe they maybe we missed the dragging. Maybe it hasn't happened yet. >> That would have been a very >> Yeah, you would have seen that. >> A narrow hallway. Yeah. >> If somebody dragged me down the hallway, I'd be screaming bloody murder. >> And no one drugg her part up to this point. >> So when did the the dragon >> All right, they're about to ask her again about the dragon. And remember, she said her mom drugg her out of that room. That's what she said at first. Now there's video, though. happened cuz I just watched the camera footage and none of that was on the camera. >> It was in the room. >> It was in the room. Okay. Cuz you told me that it was like when you guys were coming out when we were down there. You said it was like right where I was standing in like the doorway and the camera would have seen where it was. >> She dragged me to the door. >> Did anything happen on the hallway between you guys or no? No physical. >> When I stepped out in the hallway, it was cuz she told me just to leave out the hallway, but she kept beating on me so I didn't want to. and it was her fiance and both of them were like on me. So I just said I'm going just step out the hallway. But she didn't she still didn't give me none of my stuff. She ended up just leave me. >> Mhm. >> And I told her, "No, leave my kids with me." And I'm trying to get my phone and stuff so we can just go to the apartment, I guess. >> Did all the kids walk right out the door with them or did they walk around the hallway at all or anything like that or >> Yeah, the kids. Yeah. when she were leaving out like me and her was tussling back and forth with one of my daughters cuz I was telling her no like don't take her. >> What was that daughter wearing? >> A pink jacket. >> Okay. And where did that daughter go when y'all were kind of going back and forth? >> She took her. >> She doesn't have the children. Never ever. I'm the one that take care of the children. So this is my role. This is for me the children. The room was a complete mess. I'm like, "Yana, why is the room a complete mess? Did you feed the children?" "Oh, I said no noodles. They got noodles and stuff all everywhere." I'm like, "Okay, now she's grown." She's about to be 21 years old. I said, "Now, okay, no, you got to go. I've been at work all day. You haven't been doing anything. Babies need diapers. Like, what's going on?" She end up starting to pack her stuff. Then next thing you know, oh no, I'm not going nowhere. I'm not going nowhere. And then it just blew up from there. yelling, screaming, going ham. So, my priority is to get the children out of the room, into the car, away from her. >> She painted a picture that you physically drug her out of the room and that you basically took the kids without her permission and >> and they're on camera that I >> No, it's not. So, she doesn't I don't think she realized. And I'm I'm going to talk to her in a minute. Do she know >> there's cameras in that >> lost narrative like that one that's taking care [laughter] of her >> mom grandma is at her breaking point because this ungrateful 20-year-old >> can't take care of her three children on her own. So the grandmother is taking care of those three kids in that room. She needed her daughter to at least have keep the room clean and feed your children. And because she couldn't do that and grandma got on her last straw and kicked her out the room. Oh, now I'mma lie and say you drugg me out the room. You You know I'm pregnant. You attacked me and you kidnapping my children. That's the That's the picture she wanted to paint because she got kicked out. Crazy. Her mom does. She sounds so hurt. Lovable Scorpion. She does. Hey Bonnie. Hey Arel. She does. And that and then that's the thing. The mom is about to find that out. The mom doesn't know that yet. Or grandma. She don't know this yet about a fourth one yet. Wait till she finds it out. And um no, at least on this body cam, they did not ask about people beside in the uh rooms next to them. They didn't ask them on camera anything. >> Children. >> Yeah, she can go to jail for that. I don't know if that's what [laughter] >> taking CARE OF HER CHILDREN AND FOR ME. JEEZ, FOLKS. I drove her out of the room and stole her children and I've been taking CARE OF THESE CHILDREN FOR YEARS. She doesn't need to have the keys. >> So, take take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. I know. I know. I know. That's why I said this story she was telling me wasn't adding up. So, I'm sorry y'all upset. Can y'all do me a favor just so I can check my boxes? Like I said, y'all are not in any trouble whatsoever. Just put eyes on the kids and then you guys I'll talk to management here and you guys I'll figure out what to do with her. But if I could just meet with y'all in person, put eyes on the kids in person. That way I can just check my boxes. Like I said, y'all are in no trouble whatsoever and I'll figure out what to do with with your daughter. [snorts] >> All right. Can y'all be here in the next 10 10 minutes or so? >> Yeah. >> Explain to me again. Like I got her side and we weren't there. So, we got to put it all together. How did she drag you out of the room? >> She dragged me to the door. She didn't drag you all the way out. >> Okay. How did she drag you? Like, again, describe for me as detailed as you can. >> She did more than just drag me. She choked me. She is punching on me as you can see on my face. >> Okay. I can't see that. Do me a favor. Stand up. >> Close your eyes. >> Where? >> Like right here. >> Did she punch you with a closed fist or a open fist? >> A closed fist. >> Okay. How many times do you think she punched you? >> She got me a good one time in my face. >> And turn. >> Now that they're shining a flashlight on her face, she got her a one good time in her face. But when they asked earlier, where did she punch you? All over my face. All over my body. But now it's just one punch cuz you know there's no bruising showing up, no swelling showing up. So now it's just a one time. You need to go to jail. >> That way for me. Let me see. Then turn the other way. Okay. Do you have any bruises? Were you wearing that jacket? >> No, I wasn't in this jacket. At first I had a shirt on, but >> Do you have any bruises arm or anything? Can you take just your sleeves out? Just turn. Okay. Other side. How did she approach you with and punched you before she punched you? How did she How did that go? >> Everything went down so fast. I really don't remember every single little detail. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Talk to you on the phone. We know statement about what happened. She ran the line. She lied to us and told us what I told you. After I talked to you, I didn't tell her what you and I said. I asked her and reintered her again and she doubled down on it. Again, just to check the boxes. Nothing physical happened between you and her. >> No. >> Okay. >> For her to say that and not take care of her. >> We understand. We understand. It's unacceptable. >> What's going to happen? >> I know. So, >> I'm thinking of somebody to do that. >> I know. I know. Take a deep breath. >> I know. More than likely she probably get arrested for false report of crime >> daughter argument >> and you want to take it to the extreme with lies. >> Okay. >> So she >> you these kids are in the car. I don't >> we'll take a look at them. >> And then let's say somehow the daughter was better believable more believable. The mom the grandmother would have gotten arrested, right? Who's taking care of those children? cuz she's already not doing a good job. But she's trying to make it seem as if her the grandmother kidnapped the children. The children were basically having to live in that in that hotel with the grandmother. Yeah. And they are basically they're transient. Yeah. They're in a hotel. Deans. Yes. So they're all transient and the mom is allowing her I guess to stay with her in that hotel until she hit her last straw tonight. But yeah. So then what happens? The breadwinners or one of the breadwinners is arrested. the nurturer arrested and you're doing what now? You got your lick back because you got kicked out the room which to me you totally deserve a second >> anxiety understandably. I checked her for physical marks. There's obviously none. Um her story is very inconsistent. She can't give me but just so you know. Is she pregnant by the way? >> What? >> She's a legend. >> IS SHE PREGNANT? >> SHE'S a >> We don't know. We don't know. >> She's a legend. We have no idea. >> Her children, she has the nerve 2 week pregnant. >> We have no She might be lying about that, too. We don't know. She told us she's she thinks she's 3 months, but she said she thinks. So, who knows if that's even true. >> I just want to make no trouble. >> Did she say >> you guys are not in any trouble at all? >> I don't know what was said. >> No, cuz I wasn't here. >> And when y'all pulled up, we wasn't here. Yeah, we got this. >> You guys are in no trouble at all. >> She's alleging that she >> Do you know that? >> No, I don't. >> Cuz she's not doing She doesn't She doesn't just like check the boxes, right? You come just to make sure. You didn't see anything physical? >> No, I did. >> Okay. So, at no point did you punch her? >> No. [snorts] >> At no point did you kick or knee her in the stomach? No physical contact at all. Mother daughter argument. >> Oh, sorry y'all. I forgot to mute my mic to make that sound quality better. I was just going to also say that what's crazy too is the grandmother is the one that removed the children because of their verbal argument and she just didn't want the children to be around that. And and the daughter decided to call the police on her mom who was helping her out and keeping her three children. That is wild to me. The man is the fiance of the grandmother. >> Got it. So, just so you know, there's video likely corroborates your story. Okay. She's going to go to jail in a few minutes for a false report of a crime if and when we >> This is This is all because she was asking her to leave cuz we me and her been at work all day. She doesn't work. So, she's watching her kids at the house as she should cuz there's her kids in the hotel. All right. >> So, we come back, the place is a mess. All she wanted to do, ask her is like, "Why is the place messed?" >> And when you say a mess like clothes, just the same thing. >> She's just She's been here all day. So, why are you not awake tending to your kids? Why you just let them run through the room and just have the room with this? If we're providing a place for your kids to stay and for you, you're 20 years old. We don't have to be responsible for you. But kids, yes, that's mandatory. >> Was there food left for the kids? >> I just brought >> You just brought the food in. >> So they didn't have any food before for the day. >> Noodles and then we get breakfast here, >> right? >> Okay. >> This is so sad for so many reasons. And I do wonder if the grandmother if her living conditions would have been would be better off if she wasn't having to worry that her daughter is not taking care of her three grandchildren. I do wonder like how how bad off is the grandmother because she's trying to help her daughter help her grandchildren. Like I do wonder that. But like the fact that they're like they left noodles. We know noodles are the one of the most cheap cheapest foods to just have on hand. So, they're scraping. They're scraping. And this daughter is trying to get this woman sent to jail that probably can't afford to miss any shift at work or anything like that. >> You leave for money cuz I know this money was in the bed, too. >> No, that's fake money. Let's get to another story on that. You know where that fake money came from. >> Okay. >> So, I'm already angry. The room is a mess. My fiance is bringing your children food. I left noodles and then they had the breakfast food. You're 20 years old. Find them something to eat. I get back your sleep. >> So, she was not watching the kids at all? >> No. >> Okay. >> I hate to say it, but she don't watch the kids. I have the kids. >> So, but but when she was left with the kids, the kids more than likely were left to their own devices. >> Yes. >> Probably going to also charge her with cruelty to children. However, what comes with that, just so y'all know again, y'all have done nothing wrong. And I hate that y'all are in this position. Y'all seem like good, hardworking folks. But she's made a series of bad choices in life it seems like which we're all entitled to. No judgment here, right? Um we all make bad choices but she's turning on her family which is mindboggling at best and they are children. So what comes with that charge and just because kids are involved in the incident we're we have to just notify defects of the incident. They'll probably want to interview y'all and the kids will probably be on paper. I know you're already doing it, right? you're already looking after and raising them. But on paper, it will probably be more official that y'all are the kids guardians. That's what we're going to recommend in the report, that the kids that y'all be be solely in charge of the kids. >> You guys are the ones that actually are taking care of them. >> You're already doing the same way, right? She has three kids. And >> and this is how people that are too young for it get hypertension, high blood pressure, have all these heart problems, all these health problems they shouldn't have yet at their age. It's one of the ways. I know it's many ways, but yeah, Zach Zach said I've lived in a hotel before. It's a vicious cycle. So expensive. I Let me tell you what, it is a vicious cycle. Like I don't even It's so hard to dig yourself out of that. For us, it wasn't a hotel for us, but it was um when when our one and only car had broken down or like in our 20s and then it was like just enough to rent a car, but not enough to qualify to get a new car and we got stuck in that cycle. It's not the same, but that financial loop is horrible to be caught up in and it's so hard to crawl back out of. There's so many predatory lenders and things that try to target you and it's it's hard and what you don't need is someone ungrateful making your life even harder on top of it. But yeah, that's is very hard. I'm glad you got out of that situation. >> We feel better with you guys. That's an enormous responsibility. That's an enormous >> And we already got kids of our own. >> Doing the job already. I hate to add it to you, but what I don't want, and again, it's not my family, but what I wouldn't want is to break up siblings and things like that. You know what I mean? I don't want to do that. The only thing I was concerned about if and with not if when we arrest her and take her into custody, how does that affect you financially, if at all? Are you going to have to bond her out or or >> with the big money? >> Okay. Say, >> no, I mean, you don't have to bond her out. You do not. She can sit there as long as I didn't want to happen cuz what happens in these situations is we arrest folks, right? And then the family bears the burden of then having >> having to pay to bond her up. >> So I didn't want to incur that that cost y'all. If it's me, >> she's 20 she's about to be 21 years old. >> This is the last. >> She's a grown adult. She can sit there. Y'all don't have there's nothing that she don't need to. >> We already going through enough right now. You see me staying in the hotel. obviously we don't have a staple for sure. Y'all trying to make it work. So >> we're not trying to make y'all's lives harder in any way at all. >> So I'm I'm very grateful that I reached y'all. We spent a good 30 40 minutes trying to find you guys. I call I don't know who aunt what' she say? >> Pumpkin. >> Aunt Pumpkin. >> So we we did a essentially a skip trace cuz the number on the paperwork was wrong for here. They had the wrong number. So I didn't have a contact number for y'all. We can't find her phone. You went in the room to find her phone. You can't find the phone to call you cuz she was alleging that you you basically kidnapped the kids. That's >> my child. She never but I cannot do this. >> Her story wasn't jing. So I asked some questions and it didn't seem you know she wasn't running around like my partner here said like she wasn't running around like frantic like it didn't seem like kidnapped. >> She was not. So when we did our re or started investigating, right, and I saw the video, thankfully there's video right above that room. She said she got drug and I'm like, well, that did happen. So what else did happen? So then we asked some more questions and our investigation led us to where we are, right? We figured out the truth, right? I'm really glad. What unfortunately happens is, right, people don't want to talk. She made it seem like y'all left to get away from us because y'all had this physical altercation. When I watched the video, it looked like y'all had the kids came with y'all. all look like >> remove the treasure trying to remove the treasure. >> That's understandable. >> She didn't want to leave. >> Oh, >> we wanted her to leave. >> Yeah. >> We wasn't trying to avoid anything. So, I don't It's just just a whole bunch of >> Well, just go take a start to get the kids. Well, actually, let's go. >> You need to >> just to see him. We ain't got to talk to him. We ain't got to scare him or nothing like that. Just you just need to see them just so we can say that they look fine. >> Yeah. Well, two of them in the car asleep. That's >> fine. They can stay asleep. >> Thank y'all. >> So, we got their side. Let me ask you a question. >> She's a liar. She knows I'm pregnant. >> She She was supposed to make her stuff look >> She was very surprised. >> This a evil looking I [laughter] forgot I was on mute. This is a evil evil 20-year-old woman. She's an adult. You want to make adult decisions? You want to make adult lies? You go to adult jail. She is evil. evil. I hope she's lying about being pregnant again. I really, really do. >> Physically surprised that you were pregnant. She had to say she didn't know. >> She's know She knows I'm pregnant. I'm telling you, she knows I'm pregnant. >> When did you >> I don't have to lie about that. She knows I'm pregnant. >> You saw her reaction. >> She did do that. >> You know, sign right. Sign your name for me. When did you tell her you were? And I think she's gonna she gonna uh flip the switch when she realize she's the one going. They do that. The tears, the victimhood, and then it's like, "Oh, it didn't go my way. You didn't believe my lies. Now, let me be even more vicious." But yeah, look at her eyes is right low scorpion. just approximately not like a date or nothing but like just was it last month, a month ago, two months? >> Like a month ago when she didn't have nowhere to go and I was staying in a rooming house and she was staying over there with me and she and I had problems at the rooming houses and I told her that I'm going to get ready to leave this rooming housing. She said, "If you ready to get ready to leave this rooming housing, we're going to go stay in the hotel. You can come stay with me in what she call it at the hotel." I said, "Okay, that's fine." I didn't really wanted to be with her to stay at the hotel. I just only wanted to come back to be with my kids. >> Then get on your mfing useless, selfish ass feet and be with your kids because no one's stopping you. Up until this point, she hadn't lost custody of her kids, but she lazy. Like the mom said, if you're not going to work, you can at least, which is crazy to say, babysit your own kids. Do what you need to do. Otherwise, you're lying. You don't want to do better. You don't want your kids. You're lying. you just want people to do for you. She >> does know you pregnant. >> She did know I was pregnant. >> Is there anything that you feel like you embellished or elaborated >> that I was honest about? >> Yes. >> You've been completely giving a all >> Yes. >> 10 toes down. >> Yes. >> Unfortunately, right, we got to stand on business. All right. >> All right. >> What? >> What did I do? >> So, false supporter crime. >> Stay over here. >> Not okay. And that would be even more evil cuz you're right. And y'all said that earlier. Dean said I guarantee she is collecting benefits for her kids. She probably is because right now she still had primary custody. And I and and y'all had said earlier you don't think that she was probably giving it to the grandmother. Probably not. Probably not. She might have trickled something to the grandmother, but the grandmother should have received the full thing because she this this girl's not doing anything. So with that at least it would help the grandmother if she can actually legally claim the kids to then be able to feed the kids properly and things like that like that. This is just ridiculous. >> We'll talk about it in a minute. >> Calm down. >> We'll talk about it in a minute. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> STOP YELLING on me. BRO, WHERE'S MY KIDS? THEY CAN TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED. My kids, >> stay still. Stay still. >> NO, I DIDN'T do anything. >> Stay still. >> Get back. ate you. I didn't do >> stop. >> I didn't do anything. >> She didn't know I was. >> The woman was charged with false report of a crime and three counts of cruelty. >> Good. [clears throat] Good. I hope those charges stuck, too. Look how she talked to her mom. the one that was that's that was supporting them. Look how she spoke to her. This what I gota space these out. These people be pissing me out. I cannot [laughter] y'all y'all be sending me a lot of them. I I be like, "Oh, let me space them out cuz these people going to raise [clears throat] my blood pressure." Right. Clo they close that door quick. Shut up. Yes. She's just Yeah. She's just useless. She wants to be Can't stand it. Can't stand it. able-bodied, healthy, just don't want to do. Can't stand it on. [laughter] Yep. She get shoes in the outfit in jail. She'll be all right. Okay, I got one more for you. This is again, I'm switching up on you again. I told y'all this was a mix match [laughter] of body cams. This is the last one. I'mma tell you now. You can go ahead and turn your headphones down a little bit cuz it's a whole lot of hooting and hollering from this lady here. Okay, it's a lot. >> [laughter] >> I accidentally fell asleep to my playlist and she woke me up when this video came on. Okay, so this says ex Florida deputy robs a bank. Police catch her minutes later. [laughter] Oh god. Ah, this is how we going to end our time. So here we go. [laughter] If my mic ends up not working, I'll type in the chat. It just resets itself. I was telling Zach I have to restart my computer if it does it because it's not my settings. You know things be thinging over here sometimes. So here you go. Get your headphones a little lower once she gets caught up. >> YOU UNDERSTAND? GO BACK OVER HERE. >> What is going on? >> Just hands on the car. Hands on the car. Hands on the car. Moments earlier, a masked suspect walked into a TD bank, dropped a threat note on the counter, and demanded cash, claiming to have a gun. The suspect grabbed more than $5,000 and ran. [clears throat] Now, officers are closing in on a black Chevy Camaro seen fleeing the area. According to witnesses and surveillance footage, the driver matches the bank robbers's description almost perfectly. This is the moment police catch up. RIP your ears if you haven't lowered your volume. >> HANDS. [screaming] >> HANDS. DO NOT MOVE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? CUT YOUR SIREN. Keep your hands out where I can see them. >> Hands out where I can see them. >> Get out of your car, please. >> With your left hand, >> open the door from the outside. >> Street. Open the door from the outside. Face Step back here. Step back here. Turn around. Turn. Face away from me. Face away from me. Face away from me. Come back. Come back. >> Come back over here. Come back over here. Over here. I have to repoint that says she's a exuty, y'all. Hold on. Let me make sure I get the title right. Ex Florida deputy. I just want to keep pointing that out. >> What is going on? >> Just hands on the car. Hands on the car. Hands on the car. Hands on the car. For real. >> Sir, please. What's going on? >> I got >> Sir, what? >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> What is going on? >> You got anything on you, ma'am? >> No. >> Stop. Stop turning around. >> I'm scared. What is going on? >> Stop. >> Stop turning around. Walk back this way. >> Can somebody please tell me a minute? Relax. Oh my god, I'm so scared. >> Oh my Jesus Christ. Just sit down. >> What's going on? >> Sit down for just a second. Give me just a minute. Okay, right now you're detained. Okay. >> Oh my god. >> Roll down the window. >> What are you saying? >> What is going on? >> We're going to tell you in just a second. >> We're going to tell you in just a second. Okay, that's it. We're going to tell you in just a second. Relax. Stop kicking my car. And relaxing. >> Okay. But you're making a lot of noise. I heard you from over there >> because I'm horrified. >> Okay. >> JUST LET US KNOW. >> SIR, PLEASE TALK TO ME. I DON'T WANT ANYBODY LOOKING IN MY VEHICLE WITHOUT a warrant cuz I don't know what's going on. >> ARE Y'ALL LOOKING IN MY VEHICLE WITHOUT A WARRANT? Like a black right here. Looks like a black. black hoodie right there. Said it's leaving, >> SIR. UHUH. [screaming] GET OUT OF MY CAR. YOU DON'T HAVE A WARRANT. >> NOT the black hoodie being in plain view that she wore to rob the bank. >> HEY, YOU DO NOT HAVE A WARRANT. YOU DO NOT. HE DOES NOT HAVE [screaming] A WARRANT. IF YOU WANT TO SEARCH MY CAR, LET ME KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AND I WILL LET YOU SEARCH IT. Thank you. >> Can they please just come quick because I I need to get to that funeral. >> I show you my bank account. I got money. I don't need to be robbing the bank. >> Okay. Well, we all that figured out. Okay. That's why we're here. That's why they want to talk to you. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, we're going to put the cuffs in the front. >> This is crazy. >> Oh. Put me on the live. I just want to talk as quick as possible. >> Would you like a bottle of water or anything? No sir, but can I please talk to you? >> I'm going to come talk to you. >> I have a funeral to go to and I'm going tell you everything that I know. >> Okay. So, my name is Detective Viper. You can call me Mark. Okay. Um, obviously you know why we're here. >> I mean, not really, but I get I sort of got an idea. >> So, there was a bank robbery and everything from the bank robbery was in your car, so that's why we're here. So, uh, I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Okay. I overheard you say you were in law enforcement. So, I'm sure you probably read that once years. And this is embarrassing. >> I got you. >> So, I'll tell you exactly how my day went. Listen, >> I came because I had to get some more stuff to go with my outfit, first or whatever. This guy Ryan Herren, I've been knowing him since high school. Uh, he used to like me back in the day, but he sort of went down the wrong path. It's a white boy. >> Okay. So, he asked me to come by his house, uh, his dad's house. It's a brown house right there on 17th Street. And I stopped by there. And I'll be honest with you, they wanted to go get, they do drugs. They wanted to go get something. I don't do drugs. So, I'm like, "Don't tell me. Y'all go do whatever y'all want to do." So, they come back and they acting all crazy. And I'm like, "I got to go. I got to go to the funeral." And when I got in the car, I saw all of this stuff, but my my car is always a mess. But the only thing I did because I had on this dress, which is pretty short, and I know I was going to go to the store. So these pants, I don't know if these are pants that was in my car or pants from them. So I slipped on the pants so my butt won't be showing in the store. And I didn't even look to see what was in that stuff they had. Well, Zach, [laughter and clears throat] let me tell you. Zach said at least she was smart enough [laughter] not to use a weapon and only a note. Armed robbery gets you way more time. Well, she wrote on the note that she had a gun. So, the charge is coming. I got one purse. >> Okay. And what kind of purse is that? >> It's a pink guest purse. >> Can I talk to you real quick? Sorry, >> you sure you don't want a bottle of water? >> I'm too ner I mean got no appetite for nothing. >> I got you. >> Sorry. The reason he pulled me out is cuz I guess prior to you getting here >> Mhm. >> you told them out on the roadside that you didn't want to talk without a lawyer present. >> No, no, no. The reason now that I know that I want to >> No, I do want to talk. >> Okay. Um, the reason I said that is because I knew they didn't have any PC on me. >> I got you. >> And I wanted to just go ahead and go so I can make the funeral. >> Okay. >> But since I'm here anyways, I need to talk. >> Okay. So, just just so we're clear, you want to talk to me, >> you're not >> I I need to talk. Yeah. >> Okay. So, Ryan Herren and who who else was with him? >> The girl I don't know because he he has drug issues and that's my friend. that I've been trying to help him out. And he when he wanted to go get something, I kind of I didn't know it was drugs, but I kind of figured it was drugs, so I didn't want no part of it. I got you. >> I let him go. >> Um, so you let them take your Camaro and leave. How long were they gone? >> Not long at all. >> Okay. When they came back, did they come in the the house with anything? Where were you at when they >> It was just outside because that's his dad. His dad knows that he lives a a rough lifestyle and his dad is trying to keep him on the straight and narrow. >> Okay. >> And if he was bringing people to the house, you know, his dad would frown on that. >> I got you. When they took your car and they went and did whatever it is they needed to do, where were you? >> I was just standing there chilling in the yard. >> Hanging out at the house. Okay. >> Um and when they got back, they didn't bring anything out of your car. What? What happened when they got back? >> It was just acting weird. >> Like how though? I mean, just like not really saying anything, but just like temperament weird, but not super weird. I was just like, I got to go. >> Okay. >> I got to go cuz, you know, I got a funeral to go to my classmate. I'll catch up with y'all later. >> Okay. And where were you headed after that? >> Well, I was going to go to that rainbow store over there in the uh 27. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. To get some shoes to wear with my dress. >> Gotcha. And then I decided not to go there. And I saw the cop behind me. Like I heard him say that I was trying to evade him. I wasn't trying to evade him. I turned in there because I was going to go there to get shoes. And then I was like, "No, maybe I'll go check DW or something like that." >> Oh, is that where they stopped yet? Was over by Rainbow or somewhere right there. >> Uh, well, he got behind me when I was pulling out of that plaza, the Ross Plaza. >> Okay. Now, before I go further that you were saying that you're wearing a short dress and the pants you were What's the story with these pants? >> Well, these pants, you see, I have a lot of junk in my car. >> Yeah. >> I don't like to go in the store and be bending over in this dress and have my butt out. So, you know, I just slipped the pants on so I can >> When did you do that? >> Like while I was driving. >> Okay. >> I mean, I It wasn't right, but you know, I know I'm I was a cop. I drove for a long time. >> I hear you. Uh, you didn't get a So, you're saying you were putting the pants on while driving? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Um, but you were dressed just like without the pants at >> This is a dress. This is all I had on was this dress. I mean, I wish I could pull it down for you so you can see. >> Yeah, go ahead. You're good. >> I hear I can't get the back. >> I got you. >> It's okay. Now, see, I was half sleep for this. She woke me up later when she the hooting and hollering comes. But I I'm not even going to be able to follow her story. Well, I'm looking out for the reason she's not in law enforcement since lovable Scorpion says she will mention that. So, I'm looking out for that. You definitely need to have shut up and just got a lawyer cuz you will not talk yourself out of this. Why? Just [laughter] you have pants over on over your dress that you changed in the car. Girl, that sounds like your getaway uh outfit or you were still half changing out of your I wanted to rob a bank outfit. That's what that sound like to me. And this is a horrible explanation. Why would you even say this? >> You want to pull the back down? >> No, no, no, no. >> It covers, but you know when you put Yeah. Yeah, I get that. Okay. So, um, whenever the officer was behind you and you left the plaza, what happened after that? >> Well, I saw him acting all aggressive and because I I know law I'm law enforcement. I'm like, what's going on with him? And I'm just driving. I'm just waiting to see what he's going to do. >> I got you. >> And then I see everybody coming from every direction and I'm like, "What the heck?" >> Gotcha. Okay. In your car, whenever you got back in your car and you noticed all that stuff in your car, what did you notice and where was it? >> I did not spot anything. Nothing stood out particularly because my I have kids. My daughter drives my car, my son. >> It's always stuff in there. So, nothing really stood out in particular. Well, I just only reason I asked is because you said that when you got in the car, you saw all that stuff. >> Yeah, I just saw a bunch of stuff. Something was different. >> Yeah, I saw a bunch of stuff. Not to say that I noticed something was different, >> but it was stuff in there. >> Okay. >> And then when y'all unfolded that shirt, I recognized that or that sweater. That's what she was wearing. >> Okay. Whenever you had the traffic stop, >> tell me about that. What happened out there? >> I mean, just chaos. He just pulled me, put my hands out, and they had me on a gun, put me felony traffic stop. >> I got you. >> And I'm trying to figure out what's going on. He said something about a gas drive off. >> A gas drive off. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Where were you person officer at >> here? Mary County >> with the SO. >> Mhm. >> Oh, okay. How long were you doing that? >> 14 years. >> Dang. What got you out of that? >> H. [groaning] Are you a Chris Blair fan? >> [laughter] >> I just didn't like working for Chris. Everything had changed a lot. >> I got you. Okay. When did you do that? When did you when did you get out? >> Uh 2016. I was there from old 2003 till 2016. >> Good for you. What are you doing now? >> Well, now, okay. Um actually getting ready to start masseuse school. >> Nice. I'm supposed to go for my orientation on that on Monday, but I'm an influencer. I also do Walmart. [clears throat] She an influencer, y'all. She about to be a masseuse. Oh my god. Well, she going to be nothing for a few years if that conviction sticks. Or if the charges stick, I should say. I think they really believe they they be in there killing it on them stories. I think they really believe those lies just be going and flowing. [laughter] Spark and I do Uber Eats and all that kind of stuff. And when he's I don't know what kind of marker, but I do have markers in there because when I have my bins, I mark the the papers on the bins in case I have more than one order. >> I just thought about it. She might go viral in prison talk cuz however, you know, they be getting them phones in prison. She might she might can do something in prison top. >> Okay. Okay. >> But I don't know if it's my marker or if it's a different marker. >> I got you. Okay. So, we'll get off the beaten path for a second. Just tell me a little bit about yourself besides law enforcement. What do you got going on now? >> I mean, I'm a mother. >> Yeah. >> Of five. I'm going to the massage therapy school. Um after that, I'm hoping to rent like a little my salon suite. do massage therapy in there. And um in the process or you know while I'm doing that, I'm hoping to um start doing like an online boutique, whatever. Try to build that up and one day turn into a brick and mortar. >> Nice. How's the influencer stuff going? >> It's going pretty good. You know, I haven't been on it for too long, but like I'm moving pretty fast for >> where where's your What's your platform? Mostly Tik Tok. >> Nice. Okay. What kind of influencer do you think you are? Like [clears throat] in what way? >> I like music, but mostly comedy. I do skits and things like that. >> Oh, she'll be good. Look, she already on TikTok. She can transition over to prison talk. She likes comedy. This in itself is a comedy to me. So, just do this as a story time and try to make the people believe your story you tried to tell you. Great start. >> Okay. Awesome. >> So, Okay. How many kids do you have? >> Five. But my daughter is 20. >> And you're I think you're married, correct? >> Okay. >> My husband is a correction surgeon at the present. >> I assume you're like most of the rest of the world, including me. Like everything's been crazy. Um, and we're probably all going through some pretty hard times. >> You falling on any hard times or anything like that? >> No. I can show you my bank account. I got money in the bank and I think I got a few dollars in my purse. >> You seem like you're a genuine person. >> All right. But I mean, one thing we probably agree on is that neither of us, especially in our careers, >> like fires. Okay? >> Right? >> So, I think we got off on the wrong foot. And the reason I say that is because I want you to understand >> there was a tracker in your car that >> A tracker in my car? >> Yes. Yes. From that money that was being stolen, there's a tracker. You're law enforcement. >> Well, it had to be tracking them. So, >> come on, girl. So, Bonnie, they said they answered the first question. There was a tracker from the money. I don't know uh because I was sleeping that part, but I don't know if they talk about they saw the money, but the tracker was in the car from the money. >> That tracker is going to show exactly from the moment that money hit that bag. It's going to tell me every second where it was when it stopped. Okay. Um, there's video cameras. There's everything. >> I know. >> And in the bank, >> the female that put the note on the counter. >> Mhm. >> Same nails. And you know what nail is missing on the hand without the glove? >> This nail has been missing cuz I do DUI or DIY stuff. So, she has the same nails with the exact same, I guess, acrylic or gel nails missing on the same exact fingers as the robber. You got to hang it up. You [laughter] got to let it go. >> I got you. But that's what I'm saying. Like, it was you in the bank. >> No, it was not. >> It was you. >> It was not. >> Okay. >> Can I see the camera? >> No. I'm We're not going to get into all that. I was looking at these nails because I knew I had to fix these nails. >> I got you. >> So, you were the person I want to understand why. Like, >> it wasn't me. Can I see what you're talking about? >> I I paused it cuz I don't know how long they going to keep it up. [gasps] Why you only have a glove on one hand? [laughter] She going to do great. She does comedy. She got a glove only on one hand, y'all. And so it's showing her nails and the two fingers. I know it's blurry for us, but it's showing the nails that's missing. You know, for them, I'm sure they can see it clear than what we see on YouTube. I can't see. I'm Y'all will know the point that the video woke me up. So, I'm half sleep through all this part, right? >> I will see if I can pull it up and take a screenshot and show it to you. >> I will do that. But you have to make it make sense, okay? Because that tracker is going to show from the moment you left the bank. I have you on camera when you left the bank where you were going. I've already got those timestamps. I've already got the video. >> That's fine. What What bank was it? >> You know what bank? >> No, I'm asking you. What bank was it? Close to that house, obviously. >> Yes, it was. You know what bank it was? >> No, I don't. I'm asking you. I'm I heard y'all say campus on the thing. Is that on 17th Street? >> It's a bank on the corner of 17th Street and 25th. >> Okay. So that would come directly down and pass his house. >> I'm not saying >> and he doesn't always like to pull up in his yard because of how his dad is, but it's a field right across the street and that's usually where I meet him. >> But you told me you were there in that yard talking to him for a few minutes, two to three minutes. >> I mean, it was brief. >> Okay. >> It was brief. >> And that tracker is going It's Those trackers are very detailed. >> The tracker is going to show you that. >> Okay. Why did you >> Now, I don't know what they did on the way back there or where they went. >> I got you. Okay, let's not dig oursel further into >> I'm not I You are not going to shove. I need to see this. >> I got you. I hear what you're saying. >> Yeah. >> But let's let's just go over the facts. Okay. >> There was a bank robbery today. >> Okay. >> Everything from that bank robbery was in your car. the person that did that bank robbery matches you to include your nails with the two same missing nails. >> Well, show me. >> And you're saying when they came back and you talked to him in the yard for a few minutes and then you left. >> Why would they go rob a bank? >> Maybe they got freaked out. I don't know. >> No, it's not true. >> You're not going to show me a picture of me in that bank. >> I'm giving you the opportunity to tell me why. I can't tell you why because it wasn't me. >> It >> she sounded like a mix between the more hysterical she gets, she sounds like a mix between New York, you know, I love New York. New York and uh Sukiana to me. That's like that's who she sounds like. It'll it'll become more apparent later. >> Show me the picture of me. >> Listen. And whenever you drop the note off, you use your hand without the glove. You don't think your fingerprints are going to be all over that note? didn't get the fingerprints. >> Okay. All right. >> I mean, it it wasn't me. >> Okay. I'm gonna step out for a few minutes and I'll be back in. >> Can you please show me a picture? >> I'll try to get a good screenshot. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, think about it. I'll be back in a few minutes. All right. And I I I really just want to understand why this happened today. >> I want to understand, too. Can you show me the picture or can the lady identify me? >> No. Why? No, I don't. I want TO SEE WHAT YOU'RE SAYING. >> All right. So, obviously, this isn't as good as the actual video cuz it's a still shot, but right there is your hand. Okay. >> That person don't even look like >> But listen, listen. >> Can I see? >> Sure. >> That's crazy. That That person don't even look like they have nails. >> Yeah, they do. There's an entire there's there's an entire video. >> Look how long my nails are. >> I see that. Okay. I'm not debating if it's you. I know it's you. >> How can you know that's me? >> I can tell you >> from that picture. >> Okay. So, when you were stopped today, were you the only person in your car? >> Stop. Yeah. When y'all stopped? >> So, when you left that bank >> Mhm. >> that tracker tells us when you're walking, what speed you're going, when you're going. You never stopped. Your car never stopped from the moment you left that bank. Only times it pauses is the stop light, the stop light, and then your shows. >> It must have been a glitch. >> It's not a glitch. >> It must have been a glitch. >> That report is going to be in your file. Okay. It shows >> I didn't put that in my file, but I mean, >> listen. So, let's let's cut this. >> Are you going to take me to jail based on that? >> 100%. You are under arrest. >> Please, sir. >> You're going to jail today. >> Please, sir. There is no doubt in my mind that you did this. >> Why? >> All the facts. Ju >> just a picture. >> So this is your opportunity. No, not just a picture. Videos, pictures, evidence. >> Let me see on the video. That doesn't look like me. Please. I will take you. >> Why did you do this today? >> I will take YOU TO RYAN. I DID NOT do this. Please, sir. Do not do this to me. Please. >> Please. That is not me, sir. Please. I have a funeral to go to. >> You're not going to make your funeral. >> Please, sir. That is not me. I am begging you in Jesus' name. Please, CAN I LOOK AT IT AGAIN? THAT IS NOT ME. >> NO. Your car never stopped from the moment you >> I don't know about that, sir. I don't >> I do. There's a lot. >> Okay. I DON'T KNOW WHAT MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED. >> OKAY. >> IT was not a long time that I sat there with her. >> Why did you do this today, >> sir? I did not do that. Please, please, please. You got to GO LET ME TALK TO THIS LADY. PLEASE don't do Don't leave me. Please don't leave me. >> I'm going to get your paperwork going. Sir, please don't leave me. Please, please don't leave me. I OH MY GOD. CAN YOU DO SOME MORE INVESTIGATING and just let me go home? I'm not a flight risk. >> There will be there will be plenty of investigation further after this. >> That's fine. Please. This is so major. >> Everything that I have right now, you're under arrest. >> Lord Jesus, please don't do this. Please let the people go identify me. Please, please, please. I am begging YOU SO BAD. THAT IS NOT ME, SIR. >> I got you. [snorts] Please. >> Please, sir. Please, sir. Oh my god. [screaming and groaning] [laughter] That is not th Okay, this is about where I I I was fully up. She entered my dream first, then I was fully conscious hearing this. This [laughter] is This is what woke me up out of my sleep. Me. THAT IS NOT ME. That is [laughter] not me. >> [laughter] >> That was not me. That was not me. That was not me. SIR, CAN THE LADY LOOK AT MY FACE, PLEASE? >> Which which lady look at your face? >> Whoever the teller, please. Sir, >> your face was completely covered by a medical mask. >> That wasn't my face. >> Okay. >> If they used to cover their face, that that's not my face. >> I hear you. Listen, >> let me talk. She should be able to tell the demeanor of the person. >> I got you, >> sir. Please. This is a huge mistake. This is that this is going to ruin my life. Please, can you just do some more looking into it? >> I'm I'm currently doing all of that. >> BUT YOU ALREADY PLACED ME UNDER ARREST. >> YOU ARE going to be under arrest. >> Please, please, please, sir. Look at that picture. >> I got you. >> Oh, please sit here and talk to me. >> I hear you. [snorts] >> Please help me, Lord. Please help me, Lord. Please help me, Lord. Please help me, Lord. Please help me. Please help me. >> Okay. Just just listen to me for one second, okay? Because like I said, the whole reason I'm in here is to get the why. >> There is no why. There is no why. >> I want >> I'm looking at that picture. I don't recognize anything about that. >> I'm going to I'm going to show you something. >> Okay. >> Okay. Just to help you better understand. This is a very small piece, >> but this is the tracker details. >> It gives us every second. Okay. Maybe they drove around a bit before they came back. But you It did. You got to see where that tracker went by that house. >> I'm sure you drove by the house. >> I mean, it's right there CUZ IF YOU LOOK THAT LIKE WHERE THE baseball We did stop. It was very brief. >> You said two to three minutes. >> I mean, maybe it was not that long. It was brief, but right there there's a right across the street from his house. There's like a sideway and it's a baseball field. >> No. >> Yes, sir. Please. I don't know if it's a glitch in that, sir. That is not me on that picture. >> No, >> that is not me on that picture. If you take me to the bank, nobody can identify me as being in that bank. >> When your car left the bank, 2 m hour, 2 m hour, 11, 15, 35, 40, 40, 404. It never stops. The evidence >> I don't know why it's saying that. >> Okay. The evidence is there. >> I don't know why it's saying that. It was a brief stop. >> I'm going to ask you one more time. Do you want to tell me why? Like is there hard times? >> If I could tell you something, I would. I'm not going to say I did something that I did. I just wish. Sir, please. This is going to ruin my life. >> Okay. >> It's This is going to ruin my life. >> As you know, this is probable cause. This is not proof beyond a reason. >> Yeah. I'm still going to GO TO JAIL AND EVERYBODY IS GOING TO THINK THAT OF ME AND MY KIDS and I'm going to miss the funeral. Like, I'M NOT A FLIGHT RISK. CAN YOU TALK TO THESE PEOPLE AND DO SOME MORE INVESTIGATING before you arrest me? Please, sir. >> You are. You are under. >> Please, sir. >> Okay. [snorts and clears throat] >> Based on some fingernails that that person don't even LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE NAILS. DO YOU HAVE A COLOR PICTURE or something? >> I I have plenty. You I would not be arresting you if I did not believe that. That is >> I'm not going to show you every bit of evidence I have. Okay. >> Well, I want to >> I got you. >> I'm allowed TO KNOW IF I'M ACCUSED. I'M ALLOWED TO KNOW WHAT I'M ACCUSED OF. AND WHAT >> YOU ARE being arrested for the bank robbery. No, but it was not me. >> It was you. >> It was not me. You have a fingernail, sir. Please. >> Way more than that, >> sir. The only thing you show me is a fingernail. >> Just because that's the only thing I show. >> Okay. Can you tell me what else you have? >> Now, as a 14-year deputy, she knows that they don't have to tell her everything that they have in this uh interrogation now called interview room. That is during I think I know one of the times it's called discovery. like you you will get that when it's time to go to court. You know, there's no facing your accuser in the moment. And she knows this. And if she does it, it's more reason she should not. I don't know how she made it in law enforcement at all. But, you know, she made the choice of robbing a bank in the most dumb way possible. So, how many how high of an expectation can you have? Oh my lord. Oh my lord. Oh my lord. Oh my lord. >> [laughter] >> Oh no. Oh no. Oh no. Oh no. Oh no. [snorts] Oh no. No. No. No. >> I told y'all hooting and hollering to [laughter] me. NO. THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING to me. [screaming] [snorts] >> [screaming] [laughter] [laughter] [snorts] >> Oh God. Oh God. Please face this, Lord Jesus. Father, if you face this, I will give my life you eternally, Lord Jesus. I have a child. [gasps] Please don't let this happen to me, Lord. Please, please, please, please come to me. Please come to me. [laughter] Please, I need to go to this funeral. Please, Lord. No, no, Lord. No, I KNOW. THIS AIN'T WHAT YOU GOT FOR my life, Lord. This is not what you got for me. >> So, we're looking we're looking for you a tampon or pad, whatever you need right now. Okay. And then we'll get that taken care of. Okay. So, what what else is it that you need? >> I just want to talk to somebody. >> Okay. Well, Detective Fifer's already talked to you. There's nothing else to talk about. [laughter] >> There's nothing else. >> Did you just ask the teller? >> Tell her what? CUZ THAT GIRL YOU SHOULD HAVE SAME HAT. I HAVE BRACES THAT PARK THE BRAKES. Pump the brakes. Put the brakes. I'm not gonna talk to you anything about this case. Okay. This is Detective Fifers. And if he has anything to talk to me, >> he's working on the paperback right now. He's working on trying to find. >> Ma'am, I I don't know. Okay. >> How can I call my mom? [laughter] >> You will be able to call I NEED TO GET STARTED on >> Please. We're working on finding you the tampon or pad, whatever, and we'll get that thing careful. Okay. I just don't want to be in here by myself. I just want to tell somebody, [laughter] >> man, we have to sit in here. I'm sorry I can't sit here with you. >> Hello, please. >> We're working. We're working on the problem. >> You guys put ME IN THE NEWS AND EVERYBODY going to think I did this. >> I'll be right back with you. Okay. >> Oh, this is so major. [laughter] Oh, my life is cursed. My family is going to be so upset. [screaming] Oh my god. Oh my god. [screaming] Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. [clears throat] SOMETHING. Please let him find something, Lord. Please let him find the truth. Lord, please let him find the truth. Lord, please let him find the truth, Lord. Please let him find the truth, Lord. Please let him find the truth, Lord. How would you let ME GET MY LIFE JUST FOR something like this to happen? Lord, I'm a good person. [snorts] >> [laughter] >> Sit down in that. >> Can I just sit here, please? >> You [laughter] can sit there. But I'm I'm tired of the screaming. >> I CAN'T HELP IT. I CAN'T HELP IT, SIR. I CAN'T HELP IT. I CAN'T HELP IT, SIR. I'M so sorry. >> How can I help you? >> I just WANT I JUST WANT TO KNOW. IT AIN'T THE WAY HE ARRESTED ME because he thought a hand looked like mine. Like what did what would what did the lady have to identify me? >> M >> please. >> You know just as well as anybody else. You being in law enforcement. You know exactly what we have. Listen. Listen. I'm not done talking. >> [ __ ] Did she say it was me? >> Your fingerprint on the note says it was you. We're done. >> Paper is in my car. >> You're right. That's >> I have paper because I'm a crafter. >> Keep going. >> I'm a crafter. >> You have paper in your car. Keep going. >> So they can't use something that's in my car. >> No. The note that you handed to the bank teller with your hand that didn't have the glove on has your fingerprint on it. >> Oh, all of my paper is going to have my fingerprint on it. >> You're right. Keep going >> because it's my paper. >> You're right. Keep going. >> It's my paper. >> Keep going. We're We're talking about the same thing. We're talking the same language. Keep going. You want to know what evidence we have? Keep going. >> Yes. I want to know what evidence you have. >> Your shoes, your clothes, your fingerprints on the note. >> I told them what happened with the clothes. What kind of shoes you have? And that's all [ __ ] So, we're done. You're going to jail for armed robbery OF A GUN. >> ARMED ROBBERY? >> YES, MA'AM. >> SO, we get to the fingerprint. The her fingerprint was on the note that said, you know, I have a gun. Give me the money. And you know, her [clears throat] fingerprints are in the system because she was a deputy in law enforcement, [laughter] you know. So, your fingerprints are on file. And it was on the note. >> Yes, ma'am. So, they're trying to say I stuck A GUN AT THEM. >> NO, the note that you handed to them said that you had a gun. >> Let me see the note. >> You wrote it. >> I DON'T I DIDN'T WRITE NO NOTE. >> OKAY, WE'RE DONE. >> I DIDN'T WRITE A NOTE. THAT'S THE STUFF THAT'S IN MY CAR. That's the stuff I keep in my car for my work. >> WELL, >> IF IT'S MY PAPER, my prints can be on there anytime. >> And they were today. So, >> I wouldn't be surprised because it's my paper. >> They were not surprised either because you handed them a note without a glove on. I did not. >> You did. >> I did not. >> I'm not arguing with you. I did not. I'm telling you. >> I did not. >> OKAY, WE'RE DONE. >> HOW OFF OF THAT? LOOKS LIKE my hand. >> No, it's your fingerprint. Your only finger. >> Where's my >> Yeah, we they they That was just one thing with your hand and the nails missing on the same fingernails. Ma'am, they have your fingerprint on the note you used to rob the bank. Stop it. Just stop. face. My My fingerprint is going to be on there because that's my paper. >> Miss Bagger, we're done. >> That's my paper. >> We're done. We're done. We're not talking about it. >> That's my paper. >> You're right. >> Okay. For funsies, let's review the evidence that they actually addressed in the video with her. We have um the hoodie that was in plain view that she wore during the robbery was in the car in plain view. They didn't even have to I don't think they had to open the door to see the hoodie she wore. Then we have the note was in her car and not just the note was there. The note with her fingerprint was on there in the video screen uh shot. She has fingernails missing on the exact same hand on the exact same nails as what is in the video. What else we got? What else did they mention? The tracker. The tracker on the money. [laughter] the tracker on the money took all what did it say updated every minute as to her whereabouts and the only time she paused was basically at stop lightss or something else. I don't know if they ever mentioned the actual money. She might have tossed that bag somewhere at some point. I don't know if they mentioned that but the tracker was there and all this happened within minutes of the robbery. Let me know if I'm missing something else that they specifically said we have and they're still saying we're not going to give it all to you. Yeah. No, she's dumb. >> We're not arguing about that. That is your >> I'm not trying to argue. I'm trying to understand. >> Okay. Understand that you're going >> on paper. That's mine. >> Understand that you're going to jail in just a minute. That's the end of it. And you can fight this whenever you fight it. But you're going to jail. We have enough evidence. >> But why wouldn't why wouldn't you try to at least have her identify me or try to talk to these people? >> We did identify you. It's >> and she said it was me. >> We have you identified. It's it it can't be anymore. Can I see me? >> No, you cannot. >> Why can't I see me? >> We're not doing that right now. You're going to jail. >> WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU THINK SOMETHING was me? >> Because it is you. >> IT'S JUST A PICTURE OF ME. Can I see it? >> No. No. >> Why can't I see a picture? >> Because we're not doing that. You >> Why can't I see a picture of me? >> You get this. Whenever you get your attorney, you can go through all this. >> There's no picture of me. That's impossible. >> It's not impossible cuz you're right here. >> THERE'S NO PICTURE OF ME. >> OKAY. So that story that you gave about >> my face, my picture, my hair, >> my body, >> Missaga, >> you my voice. >> You understand that it doesn't matter what you say about your previous work in law enforcement. >> I'm not talking and about your PC and about identifying and all that other stuff. There's other ways to identify somebody has done something. And here you say, >> and that's all I want TO KNOW IS WHAT DID y'all use to identify me other than you said that looks like my hand. >> Your hand, your nails that are not those NAILS THAT HE SHOWED ME. That person don't even look like they got nails. My nails are long. >> You're right. You're missing two. And then when you slide the note and slap it down in front of the >> I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DID, BUT THAT PERSON doesn't even look like they have nails on that picture. >> If that's the defense you want to go with, that's fine. >> It don't look like I don't care. I don't I really don't care. The point of the matter is you're going to jail. >> You're asking what's happening. You are going to jail. That is point blank period what is happening. That is the end of it. So, in just a few minutes when Detective Feifer is done with his probable cause affidavit, you are going to jail for robbery. Get >> the benefit of a doubt of going before my accuser and having them say that it's me. >> You will absolutely get that right. Just not today. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. [screaming] Sir, sir, sir, sir, sir, sir, sir, sir. Can you check my phone records, PLEASE? CHECK PING MY PHONE. YOU SEE, MY PHONE IS NOWHERE NEAR WHEREVER THEY WAS. SIR, I swear. >> I SWEAR. THIS IS THIS is so serious. >> IT IS. >> SO, WHY WOULDN'T Y'ALL DO EVERYTHING? LIKE YOU CAN'T JUST TAKE SOMEBODY TO JAIL FOR SOMETHING THIS SERIOUS WITH NOT A MORE PC. I GOT STUFF THAT CAN VINDICATE ME. YOU CAN CHECK MY PHONE LOCATIONS. You can ask the lady, "Do I have this? Am I the same person?" YOU CAN TALK TO to the other the suspects. YOU CAN MAYBE EVEN TALK TO HIS DAD. HIS DAD IS TELLING HE'S PROBABLY CAPABLE OF SOMETHING LIKE THIS. [snorts] [gasps] If I DID IT AND AND YOU HAD ALL THE THE the evidence and stuff, THEN I WOULD HAVE TO EAT THAT UP. BUT I'M UPSET BECAUSE I DON'T DO THIS. THERE'S SO MUCH YOU CAN DO TO PROVE THAT I DID IT. AND YOU GOT TO RUIN MY WHOLE LIFE. YOU'RE GOING TO RUIN YOU GOT TO RUIN MY WHOLE LIFE. YOU WANT TO USE THE EVIDENCE that you think can excuse ME, BUT IT'S STUFF THAT WILL EXONERATE ME AND YOU WON'T EVEN GO LOOK AT IT. You supposed, IT'S NOT YOUR JOB JUST TO TO PROVE I'M GUILTY. IT'S YOUR JOB TO ELIMINATE ME AS A SUSPECT IF I'M NOT. IT DOESN'T GO ONE WAY. YOU CAN'T JUST SAY ONE OR TWO THINGS AND IT'S HER WHEN THERE'S ABOUT FIVE OTHER THINGS THAT CAN PROVE I'M NOT. I have checked my phones. My phones are not going to ping anywhere near any bank. That lady will not identify me, my voice, or anything like that. FINGERPRINTS MEAN NOTHING WHEN THE PROPERTY ALREADY BELONGS to me. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ALL THEY USE. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT ALL THEY USE. IT'S A TON A TON OF CRAP in my car. LIKE, IT'S BEFORE YOU'RE GOING TO TRY TO VERIFY SOMETHING, AT LEAST CHECK THE THINGS THAT CAN PROVE THAT I'M INNOCENT. WHY WON'T YOU CHECK THE EVIDENCE THAT WILL SHOW THAT I'M INNOCENT? SIR. SIR. [gasps] SIR, please check the evidence. >> Stop opening MY DOOR. >> PLEASE. THIS AIN'T YOUR DOOR. THIS IS OPD DOOR. CHECK THE EVIDENCE THAT SHOWS I'M INNOCENT. DON'T KNOW. IT'S THIS. You got >> y'all. If your screen went black, they turned the lights off on her for a little bit. It's not your screen. It's not your technology. TO HAVE A FAIR INVESTIGATION. WHEN THERE'S MORE EVIDENCE TO BE SEEN, YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT ALL THE EVIDENCE. YOU CAN'T CHOOSE JUST THE EVIDENCE THAT YOU WANT TO CHOOSE. I DON'T [screaming] CARE ABOUT THE WHITE ME OR NOT. YOU WANT TO TREAT ME LIKE A DOG. YOU WANT TO TREAT ME LIKE A DOG. I'M A BLACK WOMAN. [screaming] I'M A BLACK WOMAN. I'M A BLACK WOMAN. CALL MY PHONE PROVIDER. TALK TO THE PEOPLE I'M TELLING [screaming] YOU ABOUT. TO THE VIEWER. SHUT ALL THE EVIDENCE. >> COVER YOURSELF UP, >> SIR. >> COVER YOURSELF [screaming] UP, SIR. >> COVER YOURSELF. USING THE [laughter] EVIDENCE THAT MAKES ME LOOK BAD. WHY WOULD YOU >> COME ON. >> WHY WON'T YOU WE'RE GOING TO THE JAIL. >> WHY WOULD YOU USE THE EVIDENCE THAT CAN PROVE I DIDN'T DO THIS? >> WHY WON'T YOU LET THE LADY IDENTIFY ME? WHY WON'T YOU CHECK AND SEE WHERE MY PHONE WAS? >> She was charged with federal bank robbery. According to news reports, the suspect later entered a guilty plea in federal court and is currently awaiting sentencing. [laughter] That's the one I had to end y'all on. Um, I didn't want to point out while it was happening, but if you happen to hit the replay, the more guilty she sounds and the more evidence they they pull out, the more like she starts popping out of her shirt. And I'm just like, this is a weird representation of how out of control things are getting. BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO POINT IT OUT while it was happening. [laughter] It was like, dang, girl. Like, button your shirt up. I'm sorry. [laughter] Oh, man. Look, Janetta, I told that's what got me up this morning. I I had my little playlist, my YouTube playlist, and this is how I was woken up this morning with this woman. It was It jarred me awake. They couldn't take it. They were like, "Just put it in the jail." [laughter] See, I told you. Oh my gosh. Okay, there's your mix mash of body cams for this morning. I will see y'all at another time. I might even because there's a couple of longer videos that I want to look at like that woman that stole money from she was like the family dollar manager or something and she stole that money but then she kept acting like it she was real nonchalant about it. I want to watch that one but it's probably going to have to be on its own. So if you see me again today it'll probably be for a longer video for just a one topic one. But yeah, I appreciated y'all's company today. Replay gang gang. Let me know what y'all thought about these body cams and I will talk to y'all later. All right, bye.
